- 0:00Hello and welcome to the Christian Business Growth Podcast.
- 0:03I'm here with Isaiah Grant and I'm excited to hear his story.
- 0:06Um Isaiah, how did God get you into business, brother?
- 0:10Well, Lyle, first and foremost, I want to say thank you for having me here.
- 0:13God got me into business when I was only about seven years old.
- 0:17So my dad, unfortunately, got deported.
- 0:20From Connecticut back to Trinidad and my mom, she was a single parent mom, and I know exactly what it means to struggle financially.
- 0:29I remember waking up one day and going to my piggy bank.
- 0:32I had a blue piggy bank, I had a pink long tail, and I would stuff coins, dollars, hundred dollars when I would get that for birthdays.
- 0:39And then I remember one day my mom came to me and she said, Sweetie, we don't have any more money.
- 0:45And I'm like, Okay, well that's good.
- 0:48Just go to the ATM and pull out money.
- 0:50Yeah.
- 0:50And this is me being oblivious as a kid, not knowing that you have to work for money.
- 0:54And so she comes to me and says that.
- 0:57Well, I'm like, well, what do we do?
- 0:59If she we can't just go to ATM.
- 1:01She's like, well, let's use some of the stuff you have in your piggy bank.
- 1:05And I remember this feeling of like fear came upon me.
- 1:09And I'm like, okay, what if we run out?
- 1:12And so my first start to entrepreneurship was selling pencils, erasers, candy.
- 1:17And I remember it went from ten dollar days to thirty dollar days to fifty dollar days.
- 1:22And then I started having hundred dollar days by the age of being in fifth grade.
- 1:27And so I knew that couldn't be a business full time.
- 1:30But I started to like have friends that were interested in making money too.
- 1:35And so I started teaching them how to do it and made a sales team by the age of like 10 years old.
- 1:41And I'm like, this is crazy.
- 1:43And I had no clue what that was.
- 1:45And then fast forward, we go through middle school, I get to high school, and entrepreneurship came and it went.
- 1:53And then, you know, the policies and schools, you can't sell candy because you'd be competing, you know, with their their infrastructure and what they have to offer.
- 2:02And then when I finally got to college, God called me to uh entrepreneurship in a nonprofit realm.
- 2:09And so
- 2:10That looked like learning how to build a team of 10.
- 2:13And we had those individuals be leaders.
- 2:16And what we did was we discipled students that were in high school preparing for college.
- 2:23Over 600 students we were able to bless in four years of going to University of Connecticut.
- 2:28And by the end of the four years, we actually built a water well in Kenya, Africa.
- 2:33And that was to help a village with their economics.
- 2:36Cause long story short, when there's a village with a water supply.
- 2:40They can take care of their schooling, they can do agriculture, they can actually resell them water and make money from it.
- 2:48And so I had these small glimpses of entrepreneurship.
- 2:51And then this is where once I got to uh corporate America, I served in corporate corporate America as uh aerospace engineering product owner.
- 3:01And I knew I could not spend the rest of my life in corporate America, right?
- 3:05Waking up in the morning, getting to a a boxcar to eat a box lunch into a box office.
- 3:10It was driving me nuts.
- 3:12So I started a coaching business that originally formed as a web design company.
- 3:17It morphed into a uh more of like a Legion company and then eventually became a coaching company.
- 3:23Once I learned how to market, how to sell effectively, and then ultimately build systems.
- 3:29And throughout this journey, I've been able to take all of the expertise and package it into a product ties ecosystem and sell it as a book.
- 3:38Our book, uh
- 3:40You know, it's been an incredible Faith Impact Freedom method turned into a bestseller on Amazon.
- 3:47And what we use is a book to actually uh be our number one growth asset.
- 3:53So people will see our our book, they'll buy it for seven dollars, they'll join our ecosystem, and if we're able to help them, we'll deliver massive value to them.
- 4:03Cause our intent with Kingdom Impact is to help develop the next generation of leaders.
- 4:08Who love the gospel of Jesus Christ, who share it through a book, and then most importantly, the world-class systems that help them buy back their time.
- 4:17So it all started with a piggy bank moving into learning how to sell pencils and erasers and candies and building a sales team, to then go into corporate America and feeling burnt
- 4:28out and knowing that that wasn't my calling.
- 4:31Because God has created us for a unique purpose and a mission.
- 4:35And sometimes it's not in a a job.
- 4:38Sometimes he wants us to branch out and start our own business.
- 4:41And that's where Kingdom Impact came from.
- 4:43That's cool.
- 4:43And when we when we're having a conversation before this, you talked a little bit about systems and you said it came from Genesis.
- 4:49Talk a little bit about that.
- 4:51my goodness.
- 4:51So that's one of my favorite things.
- 4:53This is a game changer.
- 4:55When I read Genesis 1, right, day day one, day zero, we can call it, he separates the heaven and the earth, creates the heaven and the earth.
- 5:03Right, fast forward, he creates vegetation, he creates water and land, separates water and land.
- 5:08Then eventually by day six, he creates human beings.
- 5:12And then day seven, he tells man to rest.
- 5:14And so what we see from the Lord, he's very strategic.
- 5:19He creates
- 5:19This level of presence where he is present in the garden.
- 5:23He protects us by putting the tree of good and evil there, which most think, hey, he put a tree there and told us not to eat there.
- 5:30How's that protection?
- 5:32It's actually giving us free will to make a decision to follow him or to follow the flesh.
- 5:37And then he also provided everything we needed land, water, vegetation, and purpose to reign and subdue, multiply before he even created us.
- 5:48Provision.
- 5:49And then last but not least, he gave us purpose, which was to go out and be fruitful and multiply.
- 5:54So as we see this big strategy, he systemizes it into seven days.
- 6:00Day one all the way to day seven.
- 6:02So imagine taking that strategy and doing that for your growth, for your company, mapping out the seven highlighted milestones that will take a prospect and turn them into a lead,
- 6:14into a buyer, to a raving fan, into a promoter of your company.
- 6:19And then you would do it for your client success, getting somebody successfully onboarded, down to activating, ensuring that they get a quick win in their first day or two, all the
- 6:30way up to day 30.
- 6:31And then ongoing fulfillment of ensuring they get world-class results so that they leave a case study, give you referrals, and then with these referrals, increasing lifetime value.
- 6:42Because the average order value of a customer is one of the greatest ways for a company to grow.
- 6:48So we look at Genesis one as a way of God, our Father, systemizing a strategy.
- 6:54And if you take that, write it on paper, seven simple milestones or steps to achieve an objective, and you do that for your growth, you do it for delivering value, and you do it
- 7:05for financial stewardship.
- 7:07You have three engines that you can buy back your time.
- 7:11This is the same stuff that has helped us help over 600 business owners.
- 7:16generated over a hundred million dollars in sales and even to the point where I have a real estate company that we manage and own over three million in sales and I only work
- 7:26thirty minutes per week in it.
- 7:29That is the crazy part about this while being a full time pastor and owning Kingdom Impact, which is the coaching company in the real estate.
- 7:36So those are the three things we do.
- 7:38And I can do four hours in our coaching, thirty minutes in the real estate and be full time in ministry because of the
- 7:44power of strategizing and turning it into a system from Genesis one.
- 7:49to think hope is unknown and faith is known.
- 7:53You gotta step out in faith and take those specific steps of action.
- 7:56The systems, if you're sitting around and people have a hope marketing, they throw something out there and hope something happens rather than a faith marketing that says,
- 8:03I'm gonna take those steps specifically to make something happen because I want to align with God and what he's doing.
- 8:08percent.
- 8:08Like this, for example, Lyle, let's do it for yours real quick.
- 8:11The start in the let's call it Alpha and Omega.
- 8:14Day one is Alpha.
- 8:15The Omega is day seven when he told us the rest.
- 8:18So you have an incredible podcast, right?
- 8:21You have a video vlog, we can call it podcast or a vlog.
- 8:24So at the start of it, right, is hey, how do I find new people?
- 8:28Right?
- 8:28People can come to my webpage, they can see an ad, fill out an application, and then all the way at the end is where
- 8:35You send them the material that they can promote to their thousands of people on their list and to your own.
- 8:41And all you do, because that's the alpha and the omega, is list out the five simple steps that will guide them all the way to the end.
- 8:49So, like step two, once somebody applies, is you have your automated emails and text to get them to get prepared for the actual event.
- 8:59Number three, once they show up, they are prepared to answer the four big questions.
- 9:04Then number five.
- 9:05is you give them a recap of what you need to promote, you know, maybe their company after the recording.
- 9:12Number five, maybe you give them some assets, right, to promote to their email list so that you can also promote to your email list.
- 9:19And then number six is maybe you add them as an affiliate to your website so that if anybody needs their service, you can send them to them and you get a percentage.
- 9:29Imagine doing that with a hundred very well known business owners that you could
- 9:35Promote, and now all of your growth is coming from people that came to your your podcast, promote it to their audience, and now you never have to sell anything because they're
- 9:47selling for you and you're getting a percentage from a hundred people.
- 9:51That's a growth engine done in less than one minute.
- 9:55Built here on the scratch.
- 9:57Seven simple steps, just like Genesis one.
- 10:00Back to
- 10:00you talk about that, that's almost my exact system, and it takes me less than an hour to product produce that entire system.
- 10:06It's all automated, almost all of it.
- 10:09Yeah, that's the way it's supposed to be.
- 10:12Yeah, that's way that's great.
- 10:14Thank you.
- 10:14What is God doing in your business right now, brother?
- 10:16Give me two minutes.
- 10:18yes, he is doing so much.
- 10:19Two simple things.
- 10:21First one is we are helping people become guaranteed bestsellers.
- 10:25We do four steps to help them become a bestseller.
- 10:28Number one, write their manuscript through coming up with their book idea for their business.
- 10:32Number two is designing the graphics and the formatting.
- 10:36Number three is publishing it.
- 10:37And number four is the launch, four-day launch sequence for them to become a bestseller.
- 10:43By writing a book, no matter what industry you're in.
- 10:45whether you're a coach, consultant, expert, or just a brick and mortar business owner, it allows for you to actually create an asset to predictably get clients.
- 10:55Because if people are buying your book, they're getting 80, 90% sold on your process, who you are and how you can help them.
- 11:02So it makes the sell even easier.
- 11:04So that's what God is doing in our clients, in our company.
- 11:08And then number two is designing strategy and turning that strategy into systems where I can buy back all of my time.
- 11:15And work less than four hours in all the businesses that I have.
- 11:19Thirty minutes to four hours per week through using that strategy, AI, automation, and delegating to world-class talent.
- 11:27So those are two simple things that he's doing in our company.
- 11:30That's perfect, exactly.
- 11:31And we're gonna kind of shift into our business growth and you're gonna kind of prep this a little bit.
- 11:36We talked about it's about books, you know.
- 11:37It sounds so weird to write a book, but in today's world it's so easy to write that book and get it out there.
- 11:43But again, it takes that strategy concept.
- 11:45So talk to us a little bit about what does it mean to write a book and how does that impact somebody in their business directly?
- 11:51Long story short, think about Jesus.
- 11:53He did three diff three different things.
- 11:55First one, took his expertise in his mission of restoring salvation, restoring eternity with God and man together.
- 12:04He then turned that into a book that over three thousand years has been the number one bestseller.
- 12:10Then he created a one-to-many model called The Church, where he the ultimate high priest ministering to a group of people in a setting.
- 12:19And then number three, he had James, John, and Peter in a one-to-one format, very similar to a one-on-one coaching program.
- 12:26And so if Jesus can do that, why can't we do that?
- 12:29And so if you look at this process of using a book, a book is a great way for people to get educated.
- 12:36It's a great way for them to get nurtured.
- 12:38And when they come in and read that book, their next step or next question is: how do I implement this?
- 12:44Who can hold me accountable?
- 12:46How long is this going to take me?
- 12:48And this is where an accountability partner, an expert, or a coach will come in and walk them through the process.
- 12:55And that is exactly what we do to help our clients through Kingdom Impact.
- 12:59And so it is an incredible process where you can then have a book.
- 13:03Any person, if you're an accountant, you can write a book teaching people how to maximize their profit in any company.
- 13:10If you're a real estate agent, you could talk about the best loans or the best way to find hidden gems and properties at a discounted.
- 13:17If you're a coach or consultant, you can talk about your expertise and how do you help somebody solve a very particular problem, whether it's leadership or even it's ministry,
- 13:27you can teach people how to find Jesus through a book.
- 13:31It doesn't matter what craft.
- 13:33If you solve a problem, you can write a book to help people.
- 13:37What would you tell someone that says, I just don't know if I have a book in me?
- 13:41Yes, you do.
- 13:41If you have an idea to help somebody solve a problem, you can write a book.
- 13:46Here's the best part.
- 13:47You no longer have to write a book.
- 13:49Look at Jesus.
- 13:50He did not physically write the Bible.
- 13:53In fact, he was an expert that he delegated to his writers, like Matthew, Peter, the great apostle Paul, post his Jesus' death.
- 14:03They all wrote chapters.
- 14:05So it was Jesus and Holy Spirit inspired, and it came into one book.
- 14:09So that means guess what?
- 14:10He had a ghostwriter.
- 14:12You could have a physical ghostwriter.
- 14:14Holy ghostwriter.
- 14:15Come on.
- 14:16That was it.
- 14:17Holy ghostwriter.
- 14:18So you could hire your own ghostwriter to write it, which can typically be very expensive.
- 14:24Or if you follow a proven framework where you can train AI to become a ghostwriter, it will know your stories, your passions, your desires, your personalities, things you've
- 14:34gone through, your proven frameworks.
- 14:35If you train it to become your ghostwriter, and then you follow a proven framework.
- 14:40That shifts the identity and the belief system and shows people proof of how to solve something, then you can actually use AI to help you write a book.
- 14:51We have people who wrote a entire book, a best selling book, for example, like Sean.
- 14:56He topped John Maxwell, a leadership coach.
- 14:59If you're f familiar with John Maxwell, he topped him on leadership on Amazon, self-published, and he used AI to write his book.
- 15:06So it's not AI coming up with these new ideas.
- 15:09It's actually using your frameworks and packaging your story, your frameworks into a message that's easy to digest.
- 15:17So we're not using AI to come up with ideas.
- 15:19We're using it to write for you.
- 15:22So you're still inspiring the thought, frameworks and ideas to it.
- 15:26Yeah, that's what we realize a lot of times.
- 15:27We talked about this on our podcast, is AI is a a tool, it's not a replacement.
- 15:32You still gotta tell your stories because your stories what impacts people.
- 15:35Look what Jesus did.
- 15:36Look at all the stories he told about people.
- 15:38He used parables, he talked about specific things.
- 15:40That's where transformation comes into place.
- 15:43That's it.
- 15:43Your book, and one more thing I'm gonna add about a book, a book is not a how to.
- 15:48It is a guide for transformation.
- 15:51So instead of talking about how to do something in your book, talk about the new identity, the new belief system, the high level process, and show them proof that it can be done
- 16:01from an average person.
- 16:03That is when your book turns from a how to guide into a transformation guide.
- 16:07That's great, I love that.
- 16:08A transformation guy.
- 16:09That's what the Bible is, right?
- 16:10Yeah, exactly.
- 16:12Right?
- 16:12Come on.
- 16:14So if somebody's wanting to write a book, they said I I okay, I'm gonna hear you and I I have a story and I'm gonna try to use AI, I'm gonna try to tell my stories, but I might
- 16:23need help.
- 16:24That's where you come alongside and you kinda coach people because you ain't gotta do it alone.
- 16:29You don't have to do it alone.
- 16:30I'll tell you this.
- 16:31When I wrote my book myself, it took me over two and a half years.
- 16:35With all of our clients, it takes them less than 45 days.
- 16:39In fact, we have something called the bestseller academy where we teach you those four simple steps: coming up with your book idea, turning it into a manuscript, creating the
- 16:47designs and graphics and formatting for the book for print, EPUB, Kindle.
- 16:51And then number three is actually publishing it.
- 16:54And then number four is the guaranteed bestseller.
- 16:57We teach you how to do that in less than 45 days.
- 17:00If you would like to learn more, you can reach out going to kingdomimpact.co backslash automated dash CEO.

- 17:24You don't have to take two years to do it.
- 17:27You don't have to think about what is this marketing plan?
- 17:29You don't need a large following.
- 17:31You don't even need a budget for marketing.
- 17:34That's the cool part.
- 17:35No followers, no budget.
- 17:37We have a community of 600 plus people of bestsellers that you'll be able to sell your book to and become a guaranteed bestseller just from our community.

- 17:59Cause you may not you may be driving and not be able write that down right now.
- 18:03So what's a little bit of tidbit of wisdom you want to leave us with?
- 18:06Man, so if you have a strategy, use Genesis one, turn it into a seven step strategy, and then every milestone in that strategy turn it into a playbook.
- 18:17If you do that, you can then use automation, you can use AI, and you can delegate to a world class talent so that you can get eighty to a hundred percent removed from your
- 18:26business.
- 18:28Perfect.
- 18:29Thank you for being with us today.
- 18:32Thank you.
- 18:33God bless you, Lyle.
- 18:34Bless you, brother.
