🛑 SILVER STUCK! 🛑 Silver's Imminent Price Move Explained · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:07
Have you been frustrated by the silver price?
• 0:11
Wondering how you hear about all this demand coming for silver
• 0:15
  from industry, from investors even?
• 0:19
But over the last few years, have you noticed something?
• 0:22
The silver price seems to be relatively stagnant, especially
• 0:27
over the last year or so. Feels like silver has been stuck
• 0:30
between, I don't know, maybe $22.00 per oz and $26 per oz
• 0:37
  just fluctuates within that range.
• 0:39
But we keep hearing about all this crazy demand for silver.
• 0:45
We have an answer for you. I read a piece by a gentleman
• 0:49
named Ted Butler that I think shines a big light as to why the
• 0:55
silver price just isn't going anywhere when the fundamental
• 0:59
laws of supply and demand would indicate otherwise.
• 1:04
We should have what What do you think, $28.00 silver, $30
• 1:08
silver? What Mr. Butler talks about is
• 1:12
very important and I'm going to share it with you right now.
• 1:16
If you're looking to buy gold, silver, or platinum, do yourself
• 1:20
a favor and check out Pimbex, the online precious metals
• 1:24
bullion dealer and sponsor of Rons Basement.
• 1:27
I was a happy customer before they offered to support the
• 1:31
channel. You'll find they have the best
• 1:33
prices, quality and service. I think Pembex is best, and you
• 1:38
will too. And be sure to tell him that
• 1:41
you're from Ron's basement. While our numbers are growing,
• 1:44
there just aren't a lot of a silver and gold investors.
• 1:48
We got to stick together. So I want you to know it's a big
• 1:51
deal to me. When you decide to spend time
• 1:54
here in the basement, it's a big, big honor.
• 1:57
I want you to come back. Please subscribe to the channel.

You don't have to agree with me. You don't even have to like me.
• 2:07
I just want you to be engaged. We want more and more people to
• 2:11
get interested in the benefits of silver and gold because a lot
• 2:16
of us have grown frustrated, especially with silver, over the
• 2:21
last few years. Is the price ever going to go
• 2:24
  up? I know it's a great opportunity
• 2:27
for us to buy more oz when the price is down, but a lot of us
• 2:31
already have what we consider and maybe you're in the same
• 2:35
boat, you have enough silver, you're ready for the price to go
• 2:39
up and you hear constantly the demand for silver is going
• 2:42
through the roof. Industrial demand for silver is
• 2:45
going through the roof. Well, why isn't the price of
• 2:49
silver yet reflecting that right now the silver mining industry
• 2:54
produces let's say 800 million to 900 million oz a year.
• 2:59
Mr. Ted Butler brought up a good point if I read what he said
• 3:03
correctly. And that right now industrial
• 3:06
demand is a pretty much accounting for all of the
• 3:10
production that's coming from the silver mining industry.
• 3:14
And we also know that the amount of silver being produced by the
• 3:19
mining companies, it's actually going down.
• 3:23
So we have industrial demand and mine output.
• 3:27
Industrial demand is going up and up and up, OK.
• 3:33
And mining output, according to the Silver Institute, is going
• 3:37
down, down, down. That makes an imbalance which
• 3:41
should result in a much higher price.
• 3:43
That's not even factoring in investor demand.
• 3:48
So how is it that demand can be up here, but supply down and
• 3:53
  they're moving in opposite directions.
• 3:55
But the silver price just isn't moving.
• 3:58
It's real simple. Mr. Butler pointed out that over
• 4:02
the last three years, the amount of silver had held in the Comex
• 4:08
inventories held in the big electronic exchange inventories
• 4:13
in their warehouses is actually dropped by almost 400 million
• 4:18
oz. That's where it's coming from.
• 4:21
But the good news for a silver investors is that can't go on
• 4:26
  forever. Actually the inventories in
• 4:29
those warehouses are getting precariously low.
• 4:32
The amount of silver held in the SLVETF is going down, has gone
• 4:38
down and also contributed to that 400 million oz number.
• 4:43
Look, guys that can only be sustained for so long at some
• 4:48
point. We hear it all the time,
• 4:51
physical demand overwhelms the electronic market.
• 4:55
At that point we will get true price discovery for silver.
• 5:00
And many of us, well, we've been waiting for a while, haven't we?
• 5:04
It has given us a great opportunity to acquire oz at a
• 5:09
lower price. Fortuna Silver Mines is a global
• 5:12
  intermediate gold and silver producer.
• 5:15
Since 2005, Fortuna's best in class management has delivered
• 5:20
impressive growth and profits. Fortuna's solid financial
• 5:24
position and operational expertise allows for performance
• 5:28
in any precious metals price cycle and provides a foundation
• 5:33
from which to harvest great profits in more favorable metals
• 5:37
markets. Investing in Fortuna is an
• 5:39
investment in quality, long term, sustainable production of
• 5:44
in demand precious and base metals.
• 5:47
But just looking at industrial demand alone in the coming 5 to
• 5:53
10 years, the projections are overwhelming.
• 5:57
Demand is on schedule to go up and up and up and up and supply
• 6:05
from the mining sector down, down, down.
• 6:08
We know there's big issues in Mexico, which provides 30% of
• 6:13
the mine supply. We know anywhere you look in the
• 6:16
world, silver is becoming increasingly more difficult to
• 6:22
find. It's hard to find deposits.
• 6:24
It's even harder to get the money to build mines, to get
• 6:28
permits. From a supply perspective, we
• 6:32
most likely, at least over the next 10 years, we'll see a
• 6:35
  further and further constriction.
• 6:39
Because the reality is mining companies in the silver sector
• 6:43
are starved for cash, starved for capital.
• 6:47
They're barely making money right now, if they're making any
• 6:50
money at all. It cost 20 or $22.00 to get an
• 6:53
ounce of silver out of the ground.
• 6:55
So there's no big investments being made into future
• 6:59
production. Very few companies are exploring
• 7:02
or developing new silver mines. So when the market does turn,
• 7:07
here's the great news. OK, a couple big bonus features
• 7:11
for you here. Number one, when the investors
• 7:14
come back, that will be a whole new supply of demand for silver.
• 7:19
But on the supply side, with the pipeline becoming drier and
• 7:25
drier, less and less capital, they can't just turn a switch
• 7:29
and turn silver mines on. It takes five, 1015 years to go
• 7:34
through the exploration, development, permitting and then
• 7:40
actually having a mine built and then you got to hope that the
• 7:44
mine is successful. Hey, I know it's been hard times
• 7:48
to be invested in the silver sector, but boy, when you take a
• 7:52
step back, do you see what I see?
• 7:54
I see a very rosy scenario as we look out over the coming 5 to
• 7:59
1020 years. And that's one thing about us
• 8:03
silver investors, we are willing to wait, sit tight and know that
• 8:08
we are right. Just my opinion, do your own due
• 8:11
diligence. I appreciate you joining me here
• 8:14
in the basement and I'm going to look forward to seeing you soon.
