  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's new! The region's known for Rieslings, and uh we decided to uh put a whole bunch of bubbles in that one.

  SPEAKER_02: I know you guys are known for red cat, white cat, pink cat, all that stuff, but you guys have such an extensive wine collection that I always tell people go and taste their reds.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, kind of surprising because you wouldn't think this area would be big on the reds, but uh we've got some young gun winemakers now that are growing it as they should be growing in this area.

  SPEAKER_00: And then Cornell has done some great stuff with the grapes and crafting, and so yeah, the reds are very solid in this area, the Cabernet Francs, especially.
