- 0:00Speaker 1: You go ahead and get started tonight and jump into
- 3:56Speaker 1: this conversation. Self defense is not a crime when protecting
- 4:00Speaker 1: yourself becomes a personal vendetta with the law enforcement, the
- 4:07Speaker 1: ones that are supposed to serve and protect you. But tonight,
- 4:12Speaker 1: we have an amazing co host. Let me see if
- 4:15Speaker 1: my co hosts are in the building tonight. These are
- 4:19Speaker 1: two amazing individuals that you can check out over on
- 4:23Speaker 1: the Crew podcast. They have their own show.
- 4:27Speaker 2: They are.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Dwayne and Cissy and and and the name of the
- 4:33Speaker 1: show is Extra Extra Scoop. Is nothing small about what
- 4:38Speaker 1: they're serving up. So I'm my special hosts on tonight,
- 4:43Speaker 1: Dwayne and Cissy. Are y'all there?
- 4:49Speaker 3: All right?
- 4:50Speaker 1: All right, I'm doing fine. I can't complain. I won't complain.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So if y'all would briefly before we bring our special
- 4:58Speaker 1: guests on, I want you guys to introduce yourself. We're
- 5:02Speaker 1: gonna start with doctor Cis. If you will, please introduce yourself.
- 5:06Speaker 1: For those that may have not had the opportunity to
- 5:11Speaker 1: chime in and and and and meet you, because you've
- 5:13Speaker 1: been here, you've graced this platform before, and you've been
- 5:17Speaker 1: over on the Crew. So for those that may not
- 5:20Speaker 1: know you please give them an opportunity to find out
- 5:23Speaker 1: a little about you.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Doctor.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Thank you for having me.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Listen.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Are you.
- 5:37Speaker 6: And I love you?
- 5:40Speaker 4: Just aren't you?
- 5:58Speaker 7: F y one one to find one and that's on
- 6:01Speaker 7: tickcock if you have a platform over there. Dwayne and
- 6:05Speaker 7: I are going to podcast since Wednesday, and so come Lucia.
- 6:13Speaker 1: All right, all right, and brother Dwayne, if you will
- 6:17Speaker 1: please share a little bit about yourself.
- 6:21Speaker 8: Believing Again, everyone, I'm Dwayne and I'm gonna asks locally
- 6:26Speaker 8: in the Dallas Forward area in Texas. And I also
- 6:31Speaker 8: you can find me on TikTok as well as Dwayne
- 6:33Speaker 8: turned too.
- 6:34Speaker 6: And I did advocate for the.
- 6:37Speaker 8: People, whether it's an injustice, where there's a need, I
- 6:41Speaker 8: try to be there and try to end my.
- 6:44Speaker 6: My time, my effort to help out those that are
- 6:47Speaker 6: in need. And that's what we do. And as fifty said,
- 6:52Speaker 6: you can catch up on next week on Wednesday, we
- 6:55Speaker 6: have our first broadcast and come check us out. Well.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you for joining me tonight. I know
- 7:07Speaker 1: you guys have been very involved in TikTok and case
- 7:15Speaker 1: Talk and you know, bringing some light to some cases
- 7:19Speaker 1: concerning some of our youth. And I am grateful to
- 7:25Speaker 1: have met you guys and have had the opportunity to
- 7:29Speaker 1: really get to know you guys and work with you
- 7:33Speaker 1: guys on some of these cases, bringing some light to
- 7:35Speaker 1: some of the things that are happening within our judicial system,
- 7:40Speaker 1: not just in Texas, but bringing light around the world,
- 7:45Speaker 1: because some of these cases have really affected people that
- 7:50Speaker 1: are not from Texas. Because you know, Cisy is not
- 7:54Speaker 1: from Texas. I am not from Texas. I am all
- 7:57Speaker 1: the way on the East coast, and and when I
- 8:01Speaker 1: see different things happening, I can't sit still and be quiet.
- 8:06Speaker 2: And again I have to really.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Give doctor Chinchilla a shout out because when she came
- 8:12Speaker 1: on this platform and started every Sunday talking about social
- 8:17Speaker 1: injustice and wrongfully and overly incarcerated individuals, and every week
- 8:22Speaker 1: she would come on with a different case, and that
- 8:24Speaker 1: thing just just poked at my heart. And then I
- 8:28Speaker 1: was given the opportunity to to work with some individuals
- 8:35Speaker 1: down in Texas. So I can tell you Texas definitely
- 8:38Speaker 1: have a piece of my heart. So this case that
- 8:41Speaker 1: we're gonna be talking about tonight has definitely pricked my
- 8:45Speaker 1: heart because those that know me know that kids, the
- 8:49Speaker 1: youth and elderly are my heart. They have a special
- 8:54Speaker 1: place in my heart. And this case I don't know
- 8:58Speaker 1: mister Christopher, but Chris has a special place in my heart,
- 9:02Speaker 1: along with Carmelo, along with Tristan, along with simo individuals.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Because there's another case out in.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Another place that we've been talking with one of the
- 9:13Speaker 1: hosts on the part the Cup podcast. She brought another
- 9:17Speaker 1: case stuff. So there's a lot that is really happening
- 9:19Speaker 1: in Texas and around the world concerning our youth. But
- 9:23Speaker 1: I want to move on out the way so we
- 9:25Speaker 1: can jump in this conversation because this story it runs deep,
- 9:31Speaker 1: and some things have transpired that we really need to
- 9:35Speaker 1: talk about, and we really need to bring light to
- 9:38Speaker 1: it so that people can really see what is still
- 9:41Speaker 1: happening in America and that if it's happening, know that
- 9:45Speaker 1: it could possibly happen to you if put in a situation.
- 9:49Speaker 1: So I'm going to bring up my guests, mister Mark,
- 9:54Speaker 1: Nie House House, and y'all, if I said this name wrong,
- 9:57Speaker 1: please charge it to my mind and not my heart,
- 10:00Speaker 1: because definitely this family is special to us. So, mister Mark,
- 10:05Speaker 1: are you there, Yes, I can I can hear you, Yes,
- 10:12Speaker 1: I can hear you how you're doing tonight. I can't complain.
- 10:18Speaker 1: I won't complain. I know it could be better, but
- 10:23Speaker 1: yet we press. If you would, I have two special
- 10:27Speaker 1: co hosts on with me tonight.
- 10:29Speaker 2: We're gonna be diving into your son's story.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I know that no one can tell it like him,
- 10:36Speaker 1: like he can, but you're the best, second best thing
- 10:40Speaker 1: to him that can definitely tell that story. So I'm
- 10:43Speaker 1: gonna move out the way, and I'm gonna allow you
- 10:45Speaker 1: to introduce yourself, and then I'm gonna allow you to
- 10:47Speaker 1: jump in and start talking about that story, sharing that
- 10:51Speaker 1: story to those that may not know about the story.
- 10:56Speaker 1: We want them to find out tonight. So if you
- 10:58Speaker 1: will introduce yourself and dive on.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Uh.
- 11:06Speaker 9: Christmas sixteen, a couple of uh, three of his friends
- 11:14Speaker 9: community about five minutes away from wall House.
- 11:18Speaker 6: Uh, they just went up better to hang out. I
- 11:19Speaker 6: have a good time, you know, just.
- 11:22Speaker 8: Enjoy your enjoy your day. When they arrived at the park.
- 11:27Speaker 8: Shortly after arriving at a group of kids were frost
- 11:32Speaker 8: to they had an issue with one of Christopher's friends. Uh,
- 11:36Speaker 8: just normal teenage stuff and they.
- 11:38Speaker 6: Want to ask what could they come to the other
- 11:40Speaker 6: side of the park to uh this kind of hash
- 11:43Speaker 6: it passed the issue out and figure out what was
- 11:45Speaker 6: going on. So they went up there.
- 11:49Speaker 8: Uh miais actually had nothing dude Christmas and christ and
- 11:52Speaker 8: his friends didn't really know these kids. They just knew
- 11:54Speaker 8: him and pass it once more. It was initially about
- 11:57Speaker 8: with his friends. So when they went up there, they
- 12:02Speaker 8: him and his friend and another individual ended up engaging
- 12:07Speaker 8: in a fight where his friend kind of got the
- 12:09Speaker 8: best of the guy. At that point, they got in
- 12:14Speaker 8: their car. They got in a vehicle and they were
- 12:17Speaker 8: trying to lead in this a group of kids kind
- 12:19Speaker 8: of swimming the car with kind of punching and trying
- 12:21Speaker 8: to punch some people windows and.
- 12:24Speaker 6: You know, just kind of get at him.
- 12:26Speaker 8: And as they drove off, they were able to drive off.
- 12:28Speaker 8: As they drove off the time hitting their car, throwing
- 12:31Speaker 8: something in their car. So a little ways down the
- 12:34Speaker 8: road and it's filling the parking lot, but it's a
- 12:35Speaker 8: little ways down to family large parking lot. But they
- 12:39Speaker 8: stopped on the other side of the driver of the
- 12:40Speaker 8: car wanted to make sure that his car wasn't damaged.
- 12:44Speaker 8: You know, that was wrong with him.
- 12:45Speaker 10: So they got out and this group of kids followed
- 12:48Speaker 10: them on foot.
- 12:49Speaker 6: At that point there was a female and this would
- 12:52Speaker 6: a video stopped.
- 12:53Speaker 8: At that point, there was a female who recognized my
- 12:56Speaker 8: Stone from an incident at his school where her friends
- 13:01Speaker 8: or somebody she knows had actually choked my son with
- 13:05Speaker 8: a computer court.
- 13:05Speaker 6: Around his neck.
- 13:07Speaker 8: But she recognized him from there and she she, you know,
- 13:11Speaker 8: because her friend didn't like him. She I guess she
- 13:14Speaker 8: didn't like run. I don't know what these she was.
- 13:16Speaker 8: But in the video to where the videos starts and
- 13:18Speaker 8: you can see her being held back by her friends.
- 13:21Speaker 8: Her friend was telling her to stop. Christophers continually just
- 13:24Speaker 8: ignoring her, walking around, walking away. She did get on him,
- 13:29Speaker 8: calling him a bunch of racial slurs and INTERVIETI to
- 13:33Speaker 8: continue to see her friend pulling and trying to pull
- 13:35Speaker 8: her back, telling her to stop, telling her don't. And
- 13:39Speaker 8: then at that point she's able to basically like get around,
- 13:43Speaker 8: get out of her friend grass and kind of get it,
- 13:45Speaker 8: get away from her friend, get loose, and at that
- 13:48Speaker 8: point she kind of aggressively approaches prisons.
- 13:51Speaker 6: To you know, put hands on him or do something
- 13:54Speaker 6: to him.
- 13:55Speaker 10: And at that point, too likely.
- 13:57Speaker 8: That's not the proper things rather finished out and then
- 14:04Speaker 8: when we did that, her boyfriend.
- 14:06Speaker 6: And about ten to twelve somewhere individuals.
- 14:11Speaker 8: They just rested Chris Mobs marbles past in which at
- 14:15Speaker 8: that point Christopher, who did have the knights on him,
- 14:19Speaker 8: did defend him trust and he didn't stab.
- 14:21Speaker 6: One of the individuals.
- 14:24Speaker 8: The individual who we did stab is the father. It
- 14:30Speaker 8: is the son of an Ellis County Sheriff's deputy. So
- 14:34Speaker 8: the individual had.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Ties to law enforcement, which as an extra.
- 14:38Speaker 10: Lay to ours, you know, with high place that he conducted.
- 14:43Speaker 6: So after that, Originally my wife and I we thought
- 14:46Speaker 6: that it was a.
- 14:47Speaker 8: Really that because my daughter came down and stayed the
- 14:50Speaker 8: class Christian President's stab. So we rushed out of the house,
- 14:54Speaker 8: got to the park, seen all the police and charffs
- 14:58Speaker 8: and all that.
- 14:59Speaker 6: And when we arrived, initially we were told.
- 15:01Speaker 8: That I think it was a shared boy and share
- 15:04Speaker 8: deputy said one of our one of our deputy sons got.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Stack and then made it in telling us that it
- 15:12Speaker 6: was our child. It was people stabbing.
- 15:15Speaker 8: So we were kind of, you know, obviously kind of
- 15:17Speaker 8: confused to what's going on. Uh, they were kind of
- 15:20Speaker 8: giving it's a hard time, wouldn't let us leave.
- 15:24Speaker 6: Nobody smokes or smokes in the car, so I don't
- 15:27Speaker 6: know why they just become you know, they basically give
- 15:30Speaker 6: me into a hard time. Wouldn't let us leave? Mind you,
- 15:32Speaker 6: we did nothing wrong with trying to find that some
- 15:34Speaker 6: and find I was going on, since we have another
- 15:36Speaker 6: kids in a house. Uh, younger, did you understood me?
- 15:39Speaker 6: So we needed to get back you could them.
- 15:42Speaker 8: So at that point I wasn't that they didn't let
- 15:44Speaker 8: us leave, and I was able to find my tongue,
- 15:48Speaker 8: and I was like, well, eventually I picked him up
- 15:50Speaker 8: from a friend's house and I was like, you know,
- 15:52Speaker 8: I picked them up from his friend's house. And I
- 15:56Speaker 8: was like, I'll call it wood in the morning, and
- 15:59Speaker 8: we're you know, turning me.
- 16:01Speaker 6: Uh. So we got back to the house the next
- 16:04Speaker 6: probably about five a m. In the morning.
- 16:06Speaker 8: They did their research. One uh they had had the
- 16:10Speaker 8: whole block shut down. Had uh mind we got three cheese,
- 16:14Speaker 8: the youngest supster Colevin. They had us all walking out
- 16:17Speaker 8: the house with guns twenty at it major beans and
- 16:21Speaker 8: my youngest.
- 16:22Speaker 6: Daughter had a bough time towards the house.
- 16:26Speaker 8: And then at that point, I thought, after it, remind
- 16:28Speaker 8: you after each if the initial happen.
- 16:31Speaker 6: We did the game betweve depth thereat. Uh people were
- 16:35Speaker 6: pasting an.
- 16:36Speaker 8: Address online telling us to be ashamed of something happening,
- 16:40Speaker 8: telling us at the group chat with fifty one people.
- 16:43Speaker 6: That want to kill our family a lot of times
- 16:46Speaker 6: of stuff. Lady called me and told.
- 16:48Speaker 10: Me that, uh, they was gonna do something to my
- 16:51Speaker 10: friend and a tun and so.
- 16:53Speaker 6: We did go with all that that day on the
- 16:58Speaker 6: morning the seventeenth for Crystal or.
- 17:00Speaker 10: Taking in the company.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Then he had his bond at three hundred.
- 17:04Speaker 8: And fifty five dolopen, which we were able to give
- 17:08Speaker 8: him out with ten percent of that bond that day,
- 17:14Speaker 8: specifically because with the individual's father advertised law enforcement.
- 17:18Speaker 6: We were in he is, you know of him.
- 17:20Speaker 10: Happy to go to the counter jail because of that,
- 17:24Speaker 10: specifically because of that.
- 17:26Speaker 6: So fast forward you know after that everything, you know,
- 17:29Speaker 6: he gets bonded out.
- 17:31Speaker 8: He had conditions of his bond, appreciate our supervision when
- 17:34Speaker 8: he had to report monthly and he's a caseworker and
- 17:39Speaker 8: you know three year analysis.
- 17:41Speaker 6: So fast forward to December third, that's his first coording
- 17:47Speaker 6: schedule courd A. Cannon. So he did applyed then going
- 17:52Speaker 6: to all his deployments all that.
- 17:54Speaker 8: In fact, the day of the Detember third hearing, he
- 17:57Speaker 8: actually had to go report to him uh Kate's.
- 18:00Speaker 10: Worker immediately after that in Latin schedium, so he goes.
- 18:05Speaker 8: To course December third. Turns out the propecues out there,
- 18:08Speaker 8: so kates the schedules to the twenty third of January.
- 18:12Speaker 6: And mind you I could after.
- 18:14Speaker 10: That December third quarter appearance.
- 18:16Speaker 6: He had to go reported to he was Kate's workers
- 18:20Speaker 6: and to annaly S Kate talker.
- 18:22Speaker 8: So my wife and I both took him though the
- 18:26Speaker 8: Kateswarking wasn't there. But that's what that's what that's what
- 18:31Speaker 8: we think is how it went down. The Kingswarter wasn't there,
- 18:36Speaker 8: so he took the year analysis and I guess it
- 18:41Speaker 8: was from a guy that he had never met before.
- 18:43Speaker 8: But that guy gave me a now thcau that he left.
- 18:47Speaker 8: It's so like I said, bat to one to January
- 18:51Speaker 8: twenty third. So we arrived at the corn House. So
- 18:55Speaker 8: this was like timber Sis first time actually speaking to
- 18:59Speaker 8: a judg. He approached the twarning and immediately the starts
- 19:04Speaker 8: you're start seeing with your bonds being in voted, and
- 19:09Speaker 8: he became in We're like, whether it's passing us.
- 19:13Speaker 6: Their reason for became him because.
- 19:17Speaker 10: They say on December third and what not.
- 19:21Speaker 6: They said, we don't have.
- 19:22Speaker 8: A record of you recording at all December, and initially
- 19:26Speaker 8: was we don't have record of you at all recorded
- 19:28Speaker 8: in December.
- 19:29Speaker 6: Christopher was able to provide Kruk that he.
- 19:32Speaker 8: Did show up on that December third day, So then
- 19:34Speaker 8: they twitched it up and said, oh, we do have
- 19:36Speaker 8: record of you showing up, but we don't have record
- 19:39Speaker 8: of you speaking with your kingseward mister Jones. Hey, do
- 19:43Speaker 8: you remember, like I said, mister Jones instead of Jones,
- 19:46Speaker 8: who wasn't bad that.
- 19:49Speaker 6: So they ended up detaining Chris that that lawyer is
- 19:53Speaker 6: shying to fight for it, you know, like the thing
- 19:56Speaker 6: that he wants the report what not.
- 19:59Speaker 8: And they came back and magically and codn't even reported
- 20:03Speaker 8: for Pamber but they were only a legend.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Can I can I ask a question?
- 20:10Speaker 6: So?
- 20:11Speaker 2: What what was Christopher's specific charges when he was arrested?
- 20:20Speaker 8: Charge was charging two tuns elaborating the recond and one
- 20:25Speaker 8: kind of child causing about it.
- 20:29Speaker 1: And wow, I just don't see that, I'll say, So,
- 20:37Speaker 1: was there any type of videos or anything from that
- 20:42Speaker 1: park or that area that could have been viewed. What
- 20:47Speaker 1: was the eyewitnesses account of what happened, Because it seemed
- 20:51Speaker 1: like if from what I've seen in the video, it
- 20:56Speaker 1: seemed like if a mob of people approached jump and
- 20:59Speaker 1: attack you, that hinder you from being able to exit
- 21:03Speaker 1: where you are, how can they not say that you.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Were defending yourself.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I truly don't understand that, And I want Dwayne and
- 21:14Speaker 1: Sissy to chime in because they.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Know penal codes.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I don't love penal codes, but when I look at stuff,
- 21:23Speaker 1: it's like I can see right from wrong and and
- 21:26Speaker 1: what seems like is fair and what seems right. So
- 21:33Speaker 1: if if, if they can chime in, and they really
- 21:35Speaker 1: know about Texas, because Texas is kind of different from
- 21:40Speaker 1: a lot of the other states, they they actually have
- 21:46Speaker 1: a self a self defense claim as well as I
- 21:53Speaker 1: think the standing ground if I'm not mistaken.
- 21:56Speaker 2: But I'm gonna let Dwayne.
- 21:58Speaker 1: And Sissy chime in, and we just want to really
- 22:02Speaker 1: dive deep into this case so that people can really
- 22:05Speaker 1: see what is going on. So anything that you can
- 22:08Speaker 1: think of that has transpired that seems like it's out
- 22:14Speaker 1: of the way or should not be happening in Mark.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I want you to bring it to our attention so
- 22:18Speaker 1: that people can see it and we can see what
- 22:22Speaker 1: our next steps need to be in trying to address
- 22:24Speaker 1: some of these issues. Dwayne and Ceci, if y'all would
- 22:28Speaker 1: chime in on those charges, and I know we've been
- 22:32Speaker 1: talking about this on TikTok, so if y'all can kind
- 22:34Speaker 1: of share some of your perspective and some of your
- 22:37Speaker 1: insights so far.
- 22:41Speaker 6: Yeah, of course, Oh okay.
- 22:44Speaker 11: I know that actually put in a public information request
- 22:50Speaker 11: and to the city for the cameras because I know
- 22:54Speaker 11: that they have cameras there.
- 22:55Speaker 8: At that part, and they actually responded to me that
- 22:58Speaker 8: there was no information and responsive to that. So that
- 23:01Speaker 8: meant that they had no cameras or no video footage
- 23:06Speaker 8: of those cameras.
- 23:06Speaker 12: That could give to me.
- 23:08Speaker 8: And so I appeeled this, of course, and they took
- 23:10Speaker 8: they fitted up to the uh Attorned Zero's office to
- 23:13Speaker 8: Camp Action's office.
- 23:15Speaker 6: Uh in the pedifect.
- 23:17Speaker 12: Pin sects is.
- 23:18Speaker 8: James Brown face, you have no duty to retreat. It's
- 23:22Speaker 8: a mutual combat state as well, So that means that
- 23:25Speaker 8: two parties agree the fights and they really won't say
- 23:29Speaker 8: nothing that won't do anything about it. In this case,
- 23:32Speaker 8: I remember from the video the entire time Christopher was
- 23:36Speaker 8: in retreat, he was lacking up getting out the way,
- 23:41Speaker 8: and they were the entire time.
- 23:44Speaker 6: And so knowing from that alone, he did what he
- 23:50Speaker 6: didn't happen to do when the pens in that retreat.
- 23:53Speaker 8: He gave them every opportunity even when he did uh
- 23:57Speaker 8: at the points that he pulled the actual knights and
- 24:01Speaker 8: in the city effect was any knight would a blade
- 24:05Speaker 8: hunderd five point five inches is legal to that anita
- 24:09Speaker 8: toler can have one of their path that they wanted
- 24:11Speaker 8: to And when he brandished it, that was his warning
- 24:14Speaker 8: for them to leave you alone. While he was backtracking
- 24:17Speaker 8: and they still were coming to assault him an aggress
- 24:20Speaker 8: upon us. So on that day each in dependent one
- 24:23Speaker 8: that got arrested. It should have been the Marvel people
- 24:26Speaker 8: that got arrested. In the city, there has been a
- 24:29Speaker 8: history of people that are minorities, people that are black,
- 24:35Speaker 8: people that are not like the people that they want
- 24:37Speaker 8: to be there being accostous, their houses being spray.
- 24:40Speaker 6: Painted and instead of fire and threatened. And this is
- 24:45Speaker 6: this is just been a couple of decades long.
- 24:51Speaker 8: Situation that happened, and it's because a lot of minorities
- 24:55Speaker 8: that start moving that way and finding a good acquaintress
- 24:58Speaker 8: to live and I think some of the people who
- 25:01Speaker 8: were there don't want them there, and so they facts
- 25:04Speaker 8: these ways and it's just not really down in that
- 25:07Speaker 8: area becoming the.
- 25:08Speaker 6: State of Texas as a whole.
- 25:11Speaker 8: And like I said that, the laws were on the
- 25:14Speaker 8: side of Crystal that day, but because of the young
- 25:18Speaker 8: man being the son of a church office, they took
- 25:24Speaker 8: the stance of protecting him in his test and we
- 25:28Speaker 8: saw that also in the Carmelo case. We've seen that
- 25:32Speaker 8: in several cases here in the state of Texas, to
- 25:35Speaker 8: where if their family member is part of law enforcement,
- 25:38Speaker 8: are somewhere in the system, or have some type of
- 25:42Speaker 8: community ties, they were going againt with the law of
- 25:45Speaker 8: state just to get a fabled outcome for that individual.
- 25:49Speaker 8: And as only it was here here with Chrysticer is
- 25:53Speaker 8: because they have chosen to try to make an example
- 25:59Speaker 8: of him what their system they wanted to stay at
- 26:04Speaker 8: because he did nothing wrong. Uh, in the moment of
- 26:08Speaker 8: that situation on that day, Whyton's been out on on
- 26:12Speaker 8: on bong. He's done nothing wrong, he said, He's done
- 26:15Speaker 8: everything right. The system has done everything wrong. There's no
- 26:20Speaker 8: accountability nowhere. Every public information request you put in, it's
- 26:24Speaker 8: in a straight to kin tax a matter of fact
- 26:26Speaker 8: that should be actually higher than a tonne when I
- 26:29Speaker 8: put the public information request, I've never seen that happen
- 26:33Speaker 8: in my life to where the public information requests in
- 26:37Speaker 8: and then you get a letter from the city.
- 26:38Speaker 6: Then they hired an offer to be responsible to your request.
- 26:43Speaker 1: M Wow, sister Sissy, I want you to chime in,
- 26:47Speaker 1: and then we have calling number one in Q. So
- 26:50Speaker 1: after sister sister Cissy, she shared we're gonna take calling
- 26:56Speaker 1: number one in Q. So, Sissy, if you would chime
- 26:58Speaker 1: me in real quick.
- 27:01Speaker 13: So one thing I just wanted to reach the viewers
- 27:04Speaker 13: on Also is it since then, like mister nay earth,
- 27:12Speaker 13: they know because there's a video and fortunate enough that
- 27:15Speaker 13: there is one.
- 27:16Speaker 12: A lot of cases that there are not shows him retreating.
- 27:20Speaker 12: Didn't have to, but he did, don't touch me, didn't
- 27:25Speaker 12: have to, but that's what he said, and they aggressed
- 27:28Speaker 12: upon him.
- 27:29Speaker 6: Still, so he is in the right and this is.
- 27:32Speaker 12: A standard grounds gate. So since they don't have a
- 27:35Speaker 12: case to move ahead because there's not even been a
- 27:38Speaker 12: trial date debt. This happened July sixteen. We're in Stebruary.
- 27:46Speaker 12: No trial date.
- 27:48Speaker 6: They revoke his bond.
- 27:50Speaker 12: There's seven days, seven dates for them to reinstint that
- 27:55Speaker 12: bond to get a hearing. That seven date was Tuesday.
- 28:00Speaker 14: We're on Friday.
- 28:01Speaker 12: I believe he has a bond cauring Monday, correct from
- 28:04Speaker 12: his journey hights.
- 28:07Speaker 6: Oh it may. I don't think it's gonna have one Monday.
- 28:13Speaker 6: So there's some deliberate things going on. A hand. Uh,
- 28:23Speaker 6: you don't have to give me to believe, and you
- 28:25Speaker 6: have to give me to.
- 28:26Speaker 8: Believe anything else other than that, because you get very
- 28:29Speaker 8: obvious and blaming that they're trying to starn hold him
- 28:33Speaker 8: as long.
- 28:34Speaker 6: As they can.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Yeah, because we see how quick they moved, We see
- 28:40Speaker 1: how quick they've been moving. Because I know, for a
- 28:43Speaker 1: while we had been looking for Christopher's information and for
- 28:48Speaker 1: a minute we couldn't even find it. We couldn't even
- 28:51Speaker 1: find where he was even even booked or even charged
- 28:56Speaker 1: with anything. It's just recently that it is starting to
- 28:59Speaker 1: show up. So I really truly believe that these individuals
- 29:04Speaker 1: know that they didn't have enough, and so they come
- 29:07Speaker 1: with these different violations to try to build a case
- 29:11Speaker 1: and to try to come up with some stuff to
- 29:14Speaker 1: try to get time out of this baby.
- 29:16Speaker 2: But I tell you, we are doing some things.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Trying to really let people know that you know, we
- 29:23Speaker 1: see you, and we're not gonna let you get away
- 29:26Speaker 1: with what you're trying to do. And I want people
- 29:29Speaker 1: to understand that, you know, we as advocates, we don't
- 29:33Speaker 1: look at color because we just looking at justice. Were
- 29:37Speaker 1: looking at us what's right. And the law is supposed
- 29:40Speaker 1: to work, and it's supposed to work for everybody. It
- 29:44Speaker 1: shouldn't work for one person and not work for the next,
- 29:46Speaker 1: and it shouldn't work in favor of this person and
- 29:49Speaker 1: not in.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Favor of the next person. It's supposed to work for everybody.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So we have calling number one Q And after calling
- 29:58Speaker 1: number one, we're gonna jump back in this conversation. So
- 30:00Speaker 1: caller number one, if you will please tell me your
- 30:03Speaker 1: name and where you're calling from.
- 30:06Speaker 12: Good evening, Angela and your guest.
- 30:11Speaker 15: I'm calling in from Texas and this is Jenesie the
- 30:14Speaker 15: Martins Camp and I am listening to this story for
- 30:18Speaker 15: the first time. It is resonating with me and I
- 30:23Speaker 15: do believe I heard Pritchcipher's dad say that they're from
- 30:28Speaker 15: the df W area Fort Worth particularly.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Right, they're from the mid Lothian Lewis County. Now Dwayne
- 30:36Speaker 1: is from Dallas Fort Worth. Mark, exactly where is where
- 30:41Speaker 1: this took place? Where exactly is it located?
- 30:48Speaker 6: South of Dallas? Okay? Thanks?
- 30:54Speaker 12: But there the county what Ellas County?
- 31:01Speaker 6: Okay? So I'm only.
- 31:03Speaker 15: Familiar with like a parent county and et cetera. But
- 31:07Speaker 15: your son's story really resonated with me. And I remember,
- 31:13Speaker 15: like going to school where where I lived, Like I'm
- 31:17Speaker 15: in Texas, so like Houston area. I guess Houston cybrids
- 31:21Speaker 15: Katie all that anyway, And I remember, like twenty plus
- 31:26Speaker 15: years ago when I was in high school, a lot
- 31:28Speaker 15: of times I was the only active American person in
- 31:31Speaker 15: my class, and I remember I was a victim of
- 31:35Speaker 15: being bullied, and you know, me and this girl got
- 31:38Speaker 15: into this altercation.
- 31:39Speaker 12: Fast forward.
- 31:41Speaker 15: Her mom had called the police to kind of report
- 31:44Speaker 15: their side of the story, and then they hurried up
- 31:47Speaker 15: and came down to my parents'.
- 31:48Speaker 12: House, banged on the door so loud like they were.
- 31:51Speaker 15: About to kick in the door, and then proceeded to
- 31:54Speaker 15: tell my dad that I had made a heroistic threat
- 31:58Speaker 15: against their daughter. But they didn't even know the whole story.
- 32:02Speaker 15: They didn't know that, you know that they started believing me.
- 32:05Speaker 15: My dad had already went to the school to report it.
- 32:08Speaker 15: We have stuff on file or whatnot. They're calling my
- 32:11Speaker 15: dad out, come, out out, they're questioning blah blah blah,
- 32:14Speaker 15: blah blah blah. And then so whenever my dad proceeded
- 32:18Speaker 15: to present them with the paperwork and all of this stuff,
- 32:20Speaker 15: they had no choice but to go back down to
- 32:24Speaker 15: the people's talk.
- 32:24Speaker 12: They were actually based on this. It looks like you
- 32:27Speaker 12: all are tried.
- 32:28Speaker 15: Are the ones you know that were you know, their
- 32:32Speaker 15: gretchers or whatnot and terrorists or a threat, but of
- 32:35Speaker 15: course you know their skin colors.
- 32:36Speaker 12: Spoke for them. And I was like, this is totally
- 32:39Speaker 12: messed up.
- 32:40Speaker 15: Like I know, it's totally different than what you're send
- 32:43Speaker 15: is going through, but that's just a piece of what
- 32:46Speaker 15: I went through. And then I have a you know,
- 32:48Speaker 15: a friend of mine and dear friend who he's in
- 32:52Speaker 15: his forties.
- 32:53Speaker 12: Something happened. He defended himself when he was fifteen in
- 32:57Speaker 12: the Fort.
- 32:58Speaker 15: Worth area then and out of self defense, even though
- 33:02Speaker 15: there was witnesses or whatnot. He ended up going to
- 33:05Speaker 15: jail on prison, spent about thirty years there, and you know,
- 33:10Speaker 15: every time he tried to get out, like can get out,
- 33:13Speaker 15: finally made parole or whatnot. And then now like trying
- 33:18Speaker 15: to find like a good credible job. You know, it's
- 33:21Speaker 15: very it's very hard for him to find a credible job.
- 33:23Speaker 15: But he does have like you know, federal clearance where
- 33:26Speaker 15: he's worked at your port so forth. But like all
- 33:29Speaker 15: the other jobs that he wants or like a thing
- 33:32Speaker 15: as they treat him in the background, it's like, oh,
- 33:34Speaker 15: no automatic disqualifiers, even though he's done his time, you know,
- 33:38Speaker 15: in the system he's worked at you know, federally clear
- 33:42Speaker 15: places or whatnot.
- 33:44Speaker 12: Even though yes, like you know, the person did die,
- 33:47Speaker 12: but it was out.
- 33:48Speaker 15: Of self defense and there was evidence and everything like
- 33:50Speaker 15: that because he didn't have the money and there was
- 33:53Speaker 15: other people back backing the other side. I'm like, when
- 33:57Speaker 15: is the justice system ever going to get right in Texas?
- 33:59Speaker 15: And I'm leading out parts of the story because I
- 34:01Speaker 15: don't want to take over the platform. But it just
- 34:04Speaker 15: goes to show that you see all these you know,
- 34:07Speaker 15: cases and different stuff that happen and nothing really gets done.
- 34:11Speaker 15: And another example would be the Whole Stands of Land
- 34:14Speaker 15: in TV. There's so many cases in Texas and they
- 34:20Speaker 15: often get overlooked, or when the worst comes to the worst,
- 34:23Speaker 15: they're like, oh yeah, now they're justice, so we're suggestice
- 34:27Speaker 15: after you guys already you know, cause emotional form or
- 34:33Speaker 15: even fatality to that individual. They're not no longer going
- 34:36Speaker 15: to see another day, or you know they've had trama,
- 34:40Speaker 15: wounds and bonds or whatnot. So I just commend you
- 34:43Speaker 15: and your wife or just you know, holding the justice
- 34:46Speaker 15: system accountable and putting up.
- 34:48Speaker 12: The fight for your son Christopher, because it's not unique.
- 34:51Speaker 15: And I can only imagine what you and your wife
- 34:54Speaker 15: and your family are going through without even knowing the story.
- 34:58Speaker 12: Just hear in the ten pieces, what what's going on
- 35:01Speaker 12: with your son?
- 35:01Speaker 15: My heart goes out to y'all as a young woman,
- 35:06Speaker 15: as a mother, and so forth. I just it's so
- 35:10Speaker 15: hard to pull out on your hair. How old is
- 35:13Speaker 15: your son now?
- 35:18Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, still a baby, Still a baby, you know.
- 35:24Speaker 1: And they a lot of people will say that, you know,
- 35:28Speaker 1: because they want to give them adult charges that they
- 35:31Speaker 1: did adult crimes that they should be willing to know
- 35:36Speaker 1: these are still babies. And like you say, bullying is
- 35:40Speaker 1: something that we have really recognized that has been taking
- 35:43Speaker 1: place not just in Texas but around the world. People
- 35:46Speaker 1: want to putlice other people's kids and want to control
- 35:49Speaker 1: other people's kids. When you can't do that, When you
- 35:52Speaker 1: can't do that, when you should be able to go
- 35:54Speaker 1: to a person of authority and let that person of
- 35:57Speaker 1: authority know what's going on and allow them to address
- 36:00Speaker 1: it the proper way. And that's not what's happening. And
- 36:05Speaker 1: parents need to hold their kids accountable. If you're getting reports,
- 36:10Speaker 1: if you're getting a lot of reports on these different
- 36:13Speaker 1: kids and these different people that are doing different things,
- 36:16Speaker 1: and you need to be looking at these kids because
- 36:18Speaker 1: you can guarantee if it's more than a few kids
- 36:22Speaker 1: saying that the same group of kids are doing this,
- 36:25Speaker 1: then you know that it has to be that.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Group of kids.
- 36:30Speaker 1: So we got to learn to be accountable. So, sister Genesis,
- 36:33Speaker 1: if you will please tell the listeners exactly who you
- 36:37Speaker 1: are and how they can connect with you.
- 36:42Speaker 15: Sure, so, I like you to hope here on this
- 36:44Speaker 15: network and I run this segment called Gems where I
- 36:48Speaker 15: focus on topics that are inspirational, motivational, and et cetera.
- 36:54Speaker 15: And I also like to leave in the DEEI and
- 36:57Speaker 15: B aspect diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging because I truly
- 37:01Speaker 15: believe that we're all in that intersection. And my next
- 37:05Speaker 15: show will actually be on next Friday, the thirteenth, and
- 37:09Speaker 15: I'm gonna be talking about the blanket topic of awareness
- 37:13Speaker 15: because I feel like this is a time where we
- 37:15Speaker 15: all need to be aware spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
- 37:19Speaker 15: And now with the climate that we're living in, you
- 37:22Speaker 15: cannot sleep on certain things if you're not aware of it.
- 37:27Speaker 15: It's time for you to be aware, just like I'm
- 37:29Speaker 15: making myself aware of this story that I didn't know,
- 37:32Speaker 15: because ignorance is no.
- 37:35Speaker 12: You have to be keen and as do on what
- 37:40Speaker 12: is taking place.
- 37:41Speaker 15: Because there's just so much that's going on, and people
- 37:44Speaker 15: are trying to sweep things underneath of us, and it's
- 37:47Speaker 15: time for us to really awaken in all areas.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Forms and fashion exactly exactly, And I want to thank
- 37:54Speaker 1: you for stopping by and sharing your insight and your
- 37:56Speaker 1: perspective on tonight. Definitely y'all want to tune into her show.
- 38:00Speaker 1: I'll tell you, she definitely drops gems. So I want
- 38:06Speaker 1: you guys to come on and call in and join
- 38:08Speaker 1: the conversation, share your perspectives, give us your input as
- 38:11Speaker 1: we dive deeper into this case, bringing awareness to what
- 38:14Speaker 1: is happening to Christopher de Highest and holding the State
- 38:18Speaker 1: of Texas, the County of Ellis mint Lothium accountable for
- 38:25Speaker 1: what has taken place and what is happening with Christopher
- 38:28Speaker 1: right now. So y'all can call in at six oh
- 38:30Speaker 1: five five six two zero four four four or seven
- 38:34Speaker 1: one seven seven three four six nine zero four. No,
- 38:37Speaker 1: you have to press that identification code which is five
- 38:40Speaker 1: four six one one five zero pounds and to enter
- 38:44Speaker 1: the studio you have to enter in a one pound
- 38:47Speaker 1: to join the conversation, start two. I know it's a lot,
- 38:51Speaker 1: but it's well worth it and if you just listen
- 38:53Speaker 1: to the prompts, it will direct you on what to do.
- 38:55Speaker 1: So again, I want you to call in join the
- 38:58Speaker 1: conversation because without you, this would not even be possible. So,
- 39:02Speaker 1: mister Mark, I know that we started to really dive
- 39:07Speaker 1: in to his case. I actually called to the jail
- 39:11Speaker 1: because I wanted to know if there has been a
- 39:14Speaker 1: bun given. I was told that there was a fifteen
- 39:18Speaker 1: thousand dollars bun, but then there was no bun for
- 39:21Speaker 1: the other two charges, and I was like, well why,
- 39:24Speaker 1: I'm just thinking, you know, if there was originally bunds given,
- 39:32Speaker 1: why would they revot two of them and not the
- 39:36Speaker 1: other one? If he supposedly have done something, and if
- 39:43Speaker 1: you know that there's records of something being done, why
- 39:48Speaker 1: would you even revoke the bun.
- 39:52Speaker 2: That was just a lot of stuff that I didn't understand.
- 39:54Speaker 1: So I'm hoping that between you, Dwayne and sa y'all
- 40:00Speaker 1: can give me some more insight onto why they will
- 40:05Speaker 1: reinstate one and not all.
- 40:09Speaker 16: You're going for any way, you don't check out and
- 40:14Speaker 16: if the case workers not there, you'll leave and thank
- 40:18Speaker 16: goodness that there was truth that he wasn't being there. Well,
- 40:22Speaker 16: that's not good enough for them, because a the indicement
- 40:26Speaker 16: should have never happened, just based on the.
- 40:28Speaker 12: Video alone, just based on that. And now let's go
- 40:32Speaker 12: ahead and talk about the wull rife on that. But
- 40:35Speaker 12: now you have a bond that's been Oh Christopher is
- 40:42Speaker 12: now incarcerated.
- 40:43Speaker 17: Mister, I'm gonna let you speak on this because well,
- 40:50Speaker 17: make your son when he was first incarcerated after that
- 40:54Speaker 17: bomb was cool.
- 40:55Speaker 12: Where did he play?
- 40:58Speaker 6: Uh?
- 41:00Speaker 12: That was kind of what pod? That's the general population?
- 41:10Speaker 2: What was he placed in juvenile or.
- 41:16Speaker 8: No?
- 41:16Speaker 6: He was adult for me, Yeah, he was placing in
- 41:18Speaker 6: a general populationeering thanks, And.
- 41:26Speaker 8: Was was there any transferring? Was he placed in a
- 41:28Speaker 8: special pause? No, he was there wasn't transfer but he
- 41:35Speaker 8: so he wasn't one pod and he and he called
- 41:37Speaker 8: us and we could tell if someone was wrong exapt
- 41:40Speaker 8: people appointment and smile. He was getting scared at whatever.
- 41:43Speaker 8: So my wife had actually called up there to do
- 41:45Speaker 8: a welfare check and they ended up losing him to
- 41:49Speaker 8: a different pod that's a being. He details that that
- 41:51Speaker 8: part which he felt more.
- 41:53Speaker 12: Comfortable that okay, you know several days from that was Tuesday.
- 41:59Speaker 6: That just.
- 42:01Speaker 12: Both for the rights they have scessitated.
- 42:04Speaker 6: For his farms.
- 42:06Speaker 12: So they don't surely have anything to move forward in
- 42:11Speaker 12: this case. And they really really didn't want him to
- 42:13Speaker 12: chalk and there holy again and like you said, there's
- 42:17Speaker 12: some other things that have taken place. What's what what
- 42:22Speaker 12: has transpired? I'm sure.
- 42:29Speaker 8: Uh these talking about sharing fire that he'd been been
- 42:31Speaker 8: uh detained, right, so they's been the attorney.
- 42:40Speaker 6: So we originally had one.
- 42:42Speaker 8: Attorneys and then we kind of started to see that,
- 42:47Speaker 8: you know, it might be easy that the games both
- 42:49Speaker 8: our attorneys and at the first one sheeps you know
- 42:52Speaker 8: just as well too, that we needed to possibly get
- 42:55Speaker 8: code counseled. Specifically, Uh, somebody that works in Ellis County
- 43:01Speaker 8: has a little bit report with the jails and prosecution
- 43:04Speaker 8: or now. So after kind of searching around, we did
- 43:07Speaker 8: find another one and we did a change as well.
- 43:13Speaker 8: But the more attorney did file emotion for.
- 43:16Speaker 10: A fine meame statement.
- 43:20Speaker 6: Even then, the courts are giving a hard times with emotions.
- 43:22Speaker 10: He's trying to tie kept kicking him back, but just
- 43:25Speaker 10: Teddy Reavens h.
- 43:28Speaker 6: And then but then eventually they did, you know, they
- 43:31Speaker 6: did accept it.
- 43:33Speaker 8: Now, it's just that she's trying to get in here
- 43:36Speaker 8: and they're dragging a few of their first suet the
- 43:38Speaker 8: first days that they could get to the ninth. Now
- 43:40Speaker 8: we're not sure if they're getting into the night. So
- 43:44Speaker 8: they're not really like every everything. Once in a while,
- 43:47Speaker 8: I think it's hard not to believe that everything because
- 43:50Speaker 8: thankfully showed thee delivered took the wayever.
- 43:55Speaker 6: Handling it, and you know, quite m h. Like you said,
- 44:04Speaker 6: I don't. I don't think they have. Yeah, I don't
- 44:07Speaker 6: think they They don't know.
- 44:09Speaker 12: They don't That's what the that's why they're pulling straw.
- 44:13Speaker 1: So I have a question about the person that was
- 44:20Speaker 1: supposedly attacked. But we know from the video that he
- 44:24Speaker 1: was the aggressor. Is there any type of records on him?
- 44:30Speaker 1: Have have he been known to be a trouble maker
- 44:33Speaker 1: or anything like that? Do we know anything about this person?
- 44:39Speaker 6: So I don't know. So I don't know. Personally, I
- 44:43Speaker 6: don't know. You know that he has a reputation as
- 44:46Speaker 6: a troublemaker and all that, but you know, I have
- 44:51Speaker 6: I have seen certain things that.
- 44:52Speaker 8: He's closed on social media and different things that could
- 44:56Speaker 8: definitely suggest or allude to.
- 44:59Speaker 6: That I wouldn't I wouldn't say. I wouldn't say that
- 45:03Speaker 6: he's an upstanding member of society. They thought for what
- 45:06Speaker 6: I've been on the social media. M I know.
- 45:12Speaker 8: I know if that were my my though, I know
- 45:14Speaker 8: that the stuff that I see on his social media,
- 45:16Speaker 8: if my pe to do it, I would have a
- 45:18Speaker 8: big problem with that.
- 45:22Speaker 6: M hm.
- 45:24Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry to way. Was you trying to
- 45:27Speaker 2: say something.
- 45:30Speaker 6: Oh, okay, I know from I gotta go background.
- 45:39Speaker 8: With yeah that, Yeah, I was good asking around for
- 45:48Speaker 8: a few people. The man have a a very uh
- 45:53Speaker 8: he a reputation as being kind of arrogant. I think
- 45:57Speaker 8: that have to do with his father being in law,
- 45:59Speaker 8: for with him having that confidence to do whatever and
- 46:03Speaker 8: that he'll come to the rescue.
- 46:05Speaker 6: But kind of the.
- 46:07Speaker 8: The answers I got dealing with a young man and
- 46:11Speaker 8: then just looking at even that day when the interdent happened,
- 46:15Speaker 8: just the response of what people said he was doing,
- 46:19Speaker 8: even after he had gotten cut or stabbed or whatever
- 46:23Speaker 8: you want to call it, at that point in time,
- 46:25Speaker 8: it was more of an arrogant moment about him and
- 46:28Speaker 8: a bad honor more so than this was the moment
- 46:31Speaker 8: that just happened.
- 46:32Speaker 6: And so I think that you're dealing with again the
- 46:37Speaker 6: offspring of law enforcement being so arrogant and mindful that
- 46:42Speaker 6: they know that nothing is gonna happen.
- 46:44Speaker 8: To them because that's what's been happening for pretty much
- 46:47Speaker 8: all their life, and the system.
- 46:49Speaker 6: Is kind of showing that. And I know one time
- 46:52Speaker 6: because I've called I've also.
- 46:55Speaker 8: Had visited up there Ellis County and had some other
- 46:59Speaker 8: people as well go and check into a few things.
- 47:02Speaker 6: And there's just seems that's the prosecution, the court, the
- 47:05Speaker 6: system is help even investigators, they just they don't have anything.
- 47:09Speaker 8: And so right now they're just pulling our shops and
- 47:11Speaker 8: they're trying to deal the case and scare Chrisper into.
- 47:16Speaker 6: A moment to where it helps them out on their side.
- 47:20Speaker 6: And that's one thing that we're just not going to allow.
- 47:22Speaker 6: I know his mother and father won't allow it.
- 47:25Speaker 8: I don't know Christopher, but I listen to his parents,
- 47:29Speaker 8: and I can guarantee you the listening to them that
- 47:32Speaker 8: he ain't gonna allow it, and he's gonna stand strong and.
- 47:35Speaker 6: Know that there will be an end to this at
- 47:38Speaker 6: some point in time.
- 47:39Speaker 8: And I just want the communities to know that everybody
- 47:43Speaker 8: they can hear us, if you can google, will ever
- 47:46Speaker 8: tell me us.
- 47:50Speaker 6: And start contacting the court, contacting.
- 47:53Speaker 8: To speaks to them, the prosecute's office and asking them
- 47:57Speaker 8: while they're holding him on something that's always talks to
- 48:00Speaker 8: ask them why they're not uh, why not a coordinate,
- 48:05Speaker 8: why they're holding him without a bond on something that
- 48:08Speaker 8: he didn't uh, he didn't replicate his own boss.
- 48:11Speaker 6: Uh.
- 48:11Speaker 12: He didn't do anything wrong.
- 48:13Speaker 8: You know, ask those ask those questions why you're prosecuting
- 48:17Speaker 8: the victim in this case and not going after the
- 48:20Speaker 8: ten or twelve that chafed him that day. And once
- 48:23Speaker 8: enough people start asking those questions, it's forwards the prosecution
- 48:27Speaker 8: to start playing against and it helps out the knee answers.
- 48:32Speaker 8: Attorneys help them.
- 48:34Speaker 6: Get you put and and and break through that mold
- 48:37Speaker 6: of the distance. And that's all that's their placing right now,
- 48:40Speaker 6: their place in the system, trying.
- 48:41Speaker 8: To protect one of the and it happens all over
- 48:45Speaker 8: this country, but it doesn't happening more so we're in
- 48:47Speaker 8: the state of Suntry, and so we have to start
- 48:49Speaker 8: stepping up and speaking us for those moments. But as
- 48:52Speaker 8: far as I know, they they told me that it
- 48:55Speaker 8: was going to be of courseated on on Monday. But
- 48:57Speaker 8: then when other people called as well, it was kind.
- 49:01Speaker 6: Of an hippie which you watching the moment. So I
- 49:03Speaker 6: think they're scared that.
- 49:04Speaker 8: Have the court here, because if they do, there may
- 49:07Speaker 8: be an opportunity for this case to be just they
- 49:09Speaker 8: own things that they they have done and where they
- 49:12Speaker 8: are and whether or not, And so I think of that,
- 49:16Speaker 8: and so it's a it's a moment where we need
- 49:18Speaker 8: sect the pressure on then on Las Counties.
- 49:21Speaker 6: And to proplicate exactly.
- 49:25Speaker 7: And I know if I'm limited, if I might just
- 49:28Speaker 7: add something right quick to help because you two can
- 49:33Speaker 7: make a difference if you go to my ticktok page
- 49:36Speaker 7: which is si s y one one two five to
- 49:41Speaker 7: one in my bio, I do have a link to
- 49:45Speaker 7: the nine Heishes gift bingos. So they have a lot
- 49:50Speaker 7: of attorney fees and expenses to help out with this.
- 49:54Speaker 7: And so you may not be a lawyer, you know
- 49:58Speaker 7: you you may not be an advocate that you're is
- 50:00Speaker 7: the way that you can help when you can make
- 50:01Speaker 7: a difference if.
- 50:03Speaker 12: You wish to do so.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Again, that is Sissy one one five two on TikTok.
- 50:15Speaker 12: To one one.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Two five one. I'm sorry, Well you can go to
- 50:22Speaker 2: give seeing go help Chris. I think that's what it says.
- 50:28Speaker 2: What is it, mister Mark? What does it say?
- 50:33Speaker 12: Dot com for word lilast justice, the number four and then.
- 50:39Speaker 8: Yeah, and there's also a first bar and gives things go.
- 50:42Speaker 8: If you just go to gift thing go dot com
- 50:43Speaker 8: and tact then Christopher, uh, it'll pull you up.
- 50:46Speaker 6: It'll take you right to it and the family pisture
- 50:49Speaker 6: of a family Christmas patch over.
- 50:52Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yes, definitely he can use all of the
- 50:57Speaker 1: support that he can get if you are able to
- 51:02Speaker 1: call in to that District Attorney's office, call in to
- 51:05Speaker 1: that that that facility and acts, you know, ask some
- 51:09Speaker 1: questions that may be something that you want to know.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Most of this stuff is public record. You have the
- 51:15Speaker 2: right to know.
- 51:16Speaker 1: All you have to do is be concerned. You can
- 51:19Speaker 1: call in and voice your concern about what is happening
- 51:23Speaker 1: to Christopher. Dive in, let them know, because what we
- 51:26Speaker 1: want them to know is that that there is people
- 51:29Speaker 1: out here that is concerned about what is happening to
- 51:32Speaker 1: Christopher and we're not sitting down.
- 51:34Speaker 2: That we are standing with him and we will not
- 51:37Speaker 2: let this. We will not let this go. So we
- 51:41Speaker 2: just want people to know that we are here for Christopher.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Mister Mark, anything about this case that you would like
- 51:50Speaker 1: to bring to our attention, any handling of this case
- 51:55Speaker 1: that really just took you by surprise.
- 52:00Speaker 6: So one thing that definitely took me by surprise as
- 52:03Speaker 6: the whole bond of being revoked and why it was revoked.
- 52:09Speaker 6: Like I said, he went December third, but he also
- 52:11Speaker 6: went December thirtieth. We had an email conversation that we
- 52:14Speaker 6: found in his phone. We went back to the house
- 52:16Speaker 6: after he was taken in with him and his caseworkers.
- 52:20Speaker 6: Caseworker telling him, you can either I need you to
- 52:23Speaker 6: come in the twenty ninth or the thirtieth to stay
- 52:25Speaker 6: in compliance, and he said, give me a call.
- 52:29Speaker 8: Wants you give me a call either the twenty ninth
- 52:32Speaker 8: to thirtieth with what time you're going to be there.
- 52:35Speaker 8: So we had to phone record or Chris on the
- 52:37Speaker 8: thirtieth be called over nine times, no callback.
- 52:40Speaker 6: No answer. So he just decided to go up there
- 52:43Speaker 6: on his own. He was taking up there by.
- 52:47Speaker 8: Two female friends with his and his brother, and he
- 52:51Speaker 8: went in and saw it his caseworthing. So the fact
- 52:54Speaker 8: that you guys are are blatantly, you know, blatantly lying
- 52:59Speaker 8: as if nobody can you know what I'm saying, get
- 53:02Speaker 8: any type of proof of this, because I'm sure you
- 53:04Speaker 8: all have camera time and lawns, you know, and if
- 53:08Speaker 8: y'all did it, it did do anything to alter any
- 53:10Speaker 8: of that, you know, that could.
- 53:13Speaker 6: Definitely come out as well.
- 53:14Speaker 8: So that that whole thing, that whole thing right there
- 53:18Speaker 8: just took me about surprise, but it also just kind
- 53:20Speaker 8: of showed me. It also kind of set the ponem for.
- 53:23Speaker 6: For what we're facing and what we're dealing with. Because
- 53:26Speaker 6: if you all are that bold to do that, you know,
- 53:30Speaker 6: ain't no feeling what else you might do.
- 53:33Speaker 8: And and and then the fact that the judge really,
- 53:37Speaker 8: even when we try to show very little concern to
- 53:39Speaker 8: anything we were saying, was very dismissive of what we
- 53:42Speaker 8: were saying.
- 53:45Speaker 10: That too, like you didn't you didn't.
- 53:46Speaker 8: Want to question any of your any of your pre
- 53:49Speaker 8: trip supervision personnel or Lukowski, just go ahead with it
- 53:54Speaker 8: whatever y'all said.
- 53:57Speaker 6: So that as well, So that's.
- 53:58Speaker 8: Definitely a sensitive you know, really definitely taking me about surprise.
- 54:05Speaker 1: Well, I want y'all to go ahead and call in
- 54:07Speaker 1: six oh five five six two zero four four four
- 54:10Speaker 1: seven one seven seven three four six nine zero four
- 54:15Speaker 1: access code five four six one one five zero pound.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Make sure to press one pound to enter the studio
- 54:22Speaker 1: and start too to join the conversation. I know, Dwayne,
- 54:27Speaker 1: you have been boots on the ground there in Texas.
- 54:31Speaker 1: I wish I was there, could definitely do more, but
- 54:35Speaker 1: these cases have really touched my heart and just really
- 54:40Speaker 1: made me want to, you know, dive deeper and to
- 54:43Speaker 1: learn more about it and to bring more awareness to
- 54:47Speaker 1: this case. I'm grateful to mister Mark for allowing me
- 54:50Speaker 1: to share his son's story in the magazine and giving
- 54:57Speaker 1: it an opportunity to get out there so people can
- 54:59Speaker 1: really see what is happening.
- 55:01Speaker 2: This is happening more than we can think.
- 55:05Speaker 1: But when it when it hits close to home, it
- 55:10Speaker 1: seemed like that's when you know, we want to stand up,
- 55:12Speaker 1: But no, we need to be standing up now.
- 55:15Speaker 2: We need to be standing up.
- 55:16Speaker 1: Before it hits your home so that you can know
- 55:19Speaker 1: what to do to try to help prevent this from
- 55:22Speaker 1: happening to you. Because we're seeing over and over that
- 55:25Speaker 1: they really don't care. It's just like they're out to
- 55:29Speaker 1: get these these black and brown men, and and we
- 55:34Speaker 1: we're seeing it happen over and over again. And I
- 55:37Speaker 1: continue to say this, and I tell people to stay
- 55:40Speaker 1: woke because what is happening is nothing mirror of what
- 55:46Speaker 1: we have been known as slavery. They've just learned how
- 55:50Speaker 1: to disguise it a little different. So they took the
- 55:53Speaker 1: shackles off of your neck and your ankles and they
- 55:57Speaker 1: moved them to your waist in your hands. So I
- 56:00Speaker 1: I just want my people to wake up and really
- 56:03Speaker 1: see what's going on and not be quiet during these times,
- 56:07Speaker 1: but to speak up and to speak out, because this
- 56:10Speaker 1: could be your brother, this could be your nephew, This
- 56:14Speaker 1: could even be your dad or your uncle that this
- 56:16Speaker 1: is happening too, and they try to get them when
- 56:19Speaker 1: they're young, when they're in their primes, so that they
- 56:22Speaker 1: can get twenty thirty years out of them. Because if
- 56:25Speaker 1: we look at what's happening within the state of Texas
- 56:27Speaker 1: and a lot of these states around the US, this
- 56:32Speaker 1: has become a trillion dollar industry. The prison system has
- 56:35Speaker 1: become a trillon dollar industry. And if we look at
- 56:39Speaker 1: the judicial makeup in these different states and the things
- 56:42Speaker 1: that they allow and how these individuals get these positions,
- 56:46Speaker 1: because if you look at a lot of these judges
- 56:48Speaker 1: and a lot of these different people, and if you
- 56:50Speaker 1: look at the history of it, it is like it's
- 56:52Speaker 1: a family thing, like their granddaddy did it, their great
- 56:55Speaker 1: grandpa did it. If you go in Texas and go
- 56:58Speaker 1: inside those court house and look at those people that
- 57:02Speaker 1: have been judges within those different places, and you look
- 57:05Speaker 1: at the names and you look at what it is,
- 57:09Speaker 1: and then it would make you think of really what
- 57:13Speaker 1: is going on. So I just want people to be
- 57:16Speaker 1: aware and to be woke. And if you want to
- 57:21Speaker 1: be a difference, know that you have the opportunity to
- 57:24Speaker 1: be a difference. You can be a difference in so
- 57:26Speaker 1: many different ways. And even if you don't want to
- 57:29Speaker 1: get involved in this case, know that there are other
- 57:31Speaker 1: cases out there. But this case here has really touched
- 57:34Speaker 1: my heart and we're going to do all we can
- 57:38Speaker 1: do to bring light to it and to really let
- 57:43Speaker 1: the individuals that are involved in this case know that
- 57:46Speaker 1: Christopher has people that love him, that is backing him,
- 57:50Speaker 1: that is supporting.
- 57:51Speaker 2: Him and not gonna let this go. So, Brother Dawayne,
- 57:57Speaker 2: I want you to chime in.
- 58:00Speaker 1: Is there anything about this case that you think that
- 58:05Speaker 1: people really need to be aware of and pay attention to.
- 58:13Speaker 8: Yeah, people, their attention to the violation of Christopher's freedom.
- 58:24Speaker 6: Is the right to just be.
- 58:26Speaker 8: And I put it that way because I think sometimes
- 58:29Speaker 8: when we say septentis not a crime, we sell these
- 58:32Speaker 8: different things. We always take it to a fight, or
- 58:35Speaker 8: we take it to the thinking yourself. But Christopher and
- 58:38Speaker 8: his friends had a right to just be and whatever
- 58:43Speaker 8: opportunity or moment or space that was, like that was
- 58:46Speaker 8: just then hanging out right in the car, playing basketball,
- 58:49Speaker 8: whatever it was, they had a right to just be.
- 58:52Speaker 6: And in that moment of them.
- 58:53Speaker 8: Just being, uh, they were challenged by other people that
- 58:57Speaker 8: wanted to check for whatever the moment and a mutual
- 59:01Speaker 8: combat moment the friend at the best of them they left.
- 59:05Speaker 8: The people followed this, and so it's kind of a
- 59:08Speaker 8: moment to where their right to just have peace and
- 59:13Speaker 8: have freedom was constantly violated by.
- 59:16Speaker 6: People who just help that they have the right to
- 59:18Speaker 6: do so.
- 59:20Speaker 8: And now I think of what we have to pay
- 59:21Speaker 8: attention to is that our freedoms and our right to
- 59:25Speaker 8: just descend ourselves, or our right to just be in
- 59:28Speaker 8: peace and make it back home the way we left
- 59:31Speaker 8: is being challenged.
- 59:33Speaker 6: And that's the over wall moment that we're looking at.
- 59:35Speaker 6: And when we dare to speak out on.
- 59:37Speaker 8: Those moments, those freedoms are being challenged. And we see
- 59:41Speaker 8: that just by the moment of Christopher. Now is bond
- 59:45Speaker 8: being revoked for nothing all because people are daring the
- 59:50Speaker 8: speak out, speak up, ask questions, and now they're trying
- 59:54Speaker 8: to do whatever they can to protect the initial moment
- 59:58Speaker 8: of fathering Christs the first piece.
- 1:00:01Speaker 10: And I think that's what we need to pay attimpty too.
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: And if we don't step up and start speaking for
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: people like Christopher right now that needs us to speak out,
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: show us to activate ourselves because it's his rights, and
- 1:00:15Speaker 8: help them out, then we're gonna do that same thing
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: multiply over and over and.
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: Over, and it's going to be it's gonna balloon itself.
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: And so we must do the small things new to
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: the gifts and go call and send the.
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: Email if you're able to be in the VFW area
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: where you can go down, Go down the county, go
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: down to the local TV talk to all those people
- 1:00:37Speaker 8: and start commanding if they let the young man free,
- 1:00:41Speaker 8: because he was only doing what God.
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: Gave him the right to do, and that's just be.
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: A piece and someone disturbed that piece, and he had
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: the audacity to want to get home and enjoy.
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: Piece again, and they charge him for that. That's what
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: this case falls down to. It's not even about the
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: self picent.
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: It's just that he decided and he had the audacity
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: to defend himself and get home. And we're not even
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: talking about the loss of life. We're just talking about
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: he got the threat away from him, and that threat.
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: Is upset and the family is upset.
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: And now that's why the tide is coming down on
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: him because they're upset that one got away and he's
- 1:01:22Speaker 8: still at peace, and so we have to protect that.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: Definitely, definitely.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: So, mister Mark, is there anything that if if there's
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: anything that you want people to know and to take
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: away from your son's case, what would that one thing be?
- 1:01:46Speaker 12: Uh?
- 1:01:49Speaker 6: The biggest thing would be that you know, we we
- 1:01:53Speaker 6: we are here about how the system is. We all
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: see stuff on the rules. Uh uh, we are, we are,
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: you know, we all. Nobody's no secret.
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: But to those who have it it I know us
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: to put the people out there have experienced. But to
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: those who haven't, and especially when it's your child and
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: their tactical experience, the peopleness of law, the fact that
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: you can really just literally have your life taken away
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: from you in regardless you know what you see.
- 1:02:28Speaker 10: What you didn't do, y'all.
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: Just you know, because somebody wants to make a name
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: for themself, somebody wants to be the tough on crime
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: person or or somebody wants to have their resume with
- 1:02:38Speaker 8: a certain number of conditions, all for selfish reasons, all
- 1:02:41Speaker 8: a personal gain. When when you truly see that, when
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: you truly experience that, one is a terrifying things. Whether
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: it's your child or whether it's your film. But to
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: but to you really see, you know, just how really
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: really is?
- 1:02:57Speaker 6: You know?
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: And guy, guy with a bad feedback on the line
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: there somebody need commute their line or getting a car?
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: What's going on? Bad feed We worked this show to
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: be right, So let's get back here.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: I don't hear what you are hearing, so I'm not
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: sure what it is. If everybody can mute, if you're
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: not speaking.
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: If you can mute.
- 1:03:35Speaker 6: Now, so grand and he's control you.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: Do you finished sharing?
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: M h? Yes?
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: Okay again, this family is dealing with a lot and
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: Christopher is not the only child.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Christopher has how many other siblings?
- 1:04:05Speaker 6: Oh?
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Yeah, so this family has six kids that they have
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: to be concerned about, and we know that this is
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: a lot wearing on them and to be worried about
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: the faith of their son for him defending himself. Whin
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: has self defense been a crime?
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: Well?
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: When has it become a crime for you?
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: To defend yourself because any one of them that were
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: attacking him could have punched him anywhere and could have
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: ended his life. So he had the right to defend himself.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: He had the right to defend himself.
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: And we have to.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: Support these this family and let them know that we
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: are there. So so if you can please give to
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: the Giftsay and Go again, you can go over to
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: www dot give saying go dot com backslash Justice for Chris,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: you can make a donation.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Understand that every dime that.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: Is donated we'll go to fund his defense case because
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: we want to make sure that this baby gets a
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: chance to.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: Walk away from this.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: And we know that when you go through stuff like this,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: and I want sister, I want Cissy to chime in
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: on this because of her background, when you go through
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: stuff like this, it wears on you. And it's stuff
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: that this baby's gonna have to deal with for the
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: rest of his life. For defending his own life, he's
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: gonna have to deal with the trauma that is coming
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: behind it. So Sister Sissy, if you would please, I
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: want you to talk on what are some of the
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: effects that this baby may have to go through The
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: consequences of what happened on that day and how this
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: defense fun could help with his further treatment, the stuff
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: that he's gonna need.
- 1:06:22Speaker 12: Oh yeah, I'm definitely written relative mom and dad all
- 1:06:31Speaker 12: the way around. Uh, this is impacted, not just Chris.
- 1:06:39Speaker 12: If you didn't think that this was as.
- 1:06:41Speaker 18: Already this was, this is a question. So PTSD is
- 1:06:48Speaker 18: very real and moving forward and and I'm sure, uh,
- 1:06:54Speaker 18: turn he is aware. All pees must be props, all
- 1:06:58Speaker 18: eyes must be gotten and then some and if you
- 1:07:01Speaker 18: need to carry paper and pin with you to have
- 1:07:03Speaker 18: somebody find you out, if that's what their fair thing is,
- 1:07:06Speaker 18: because I've never heard anything.
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: On finding out after you A that's just bizarre. That's
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: just an excuse that's being used. Why because they don't
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: they don't advocate. There should have never been an indicted.
- 1:07:23Speaker 15: And so this is just.
- 1:07:27Speaker 18: You know, moving forward as they have they have a
- 1:07:31Speaker 18: bond that they've already paid viewers.
- 1:07:34Speaker 12: There's all legal defense teams.
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: Relocation right. Uh, the I'm not as.
- 1:07:44Speaker 12: Of trauma mentally and going.
- 1:07:47Speaker 18: Anywhere at all is always going to be in the
- 1:07:49Speaker 18: back of their minds. And I'm sure once this is
- 1:07:51Speaker 18: all over with being in the state of Texas may
- 1:07:57Speaker 18: not be necessarily a good idea, and so there's relocation
- 1:08:02Speaker 18: fees from that.
- 1:08:04Speaker 7: There will be follow optics, but until then, there is
- 1:08:08Speaker 7: a legal defense team currently that.
- 1:08:10Speaker 12: They have and there's bills that they have currently and
- 1:08:14Speaker 12: expenses that they have currently. Please go to the gifts
- 1:08:18Speaker 12: then go that's g I V E.
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: F E N D.
- 1:08:23Speaker 7: Dot com backslash justice the number four Chris.
- 1:08:31Speaker 12: If you can't find it even by the search, go
- 1:08:34Speaker 12: to TikTok. Just go to my front page.
- 1:08:36Speaker 18: There is a link in my bio to their gifts
- 1:08:40Speaker 18: and go and my my my number is my page
- 1:08:43Speaker 18: on TikTok is to the S I S S Y
- 1:08:47Speaker 18: one one who type one afterwards. The amount of are
- 1:08:53Speaker 18: even currently therapy you can't match because if you imagine
- 1:09:02Speaker 18: you would be centering yourself.
- 1:09:06Speaker 12: The trauma does far and that will continue to occur.
- 1:09:10Speaker 12: This is a lifetime thing. This has a written honor's plate.
- 1:09:16Speaker 12: This has a written honors late. My thoughts well with
- 1:09:23Speaker 12: all of you guys during the being has been clear
- 1:09:28Speaker 12: and the family viewers please please hear me when I say,
- 1:09:34Speaker 12: in your wholehel it's very much appreciate it. You can
- 1:09:42Speaker 12: also spend a prayer if you want to choose as well.
- 1:09:45Speaker 12: If you aren't able to choose a whole contribute, we
- 1:09:50Speaker 12: will be continuing.
- 1:09:53Speaker 6: To follow this case.
- 1:09:56Speaker 12: You can join us pick off on that. Yeah, mhm.
- 1:10:03Speaker 7: We support this young man. We support the young man,
- 1:10:09Speaker 7: and he will not be another personally that they try
- 1:10:15Speaker 7: to rock in the ginger.
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: Definitely, definitely, definitely, he would not be another statistic. He
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: would not be another one that get caught up in
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: the system, not as long as we are standing. So Dwayne,
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: if you would, I want you to to share your
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: thoughts as we begin to kind of wrap up this case,
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: share your thoughts, and.
- 1:10:52Speaker 6: That again import everyone through we don't.
- 1:10:56Speaker 12: If we don't stand for for.
- 1:10:57Speaker 6: All of us, we're gonna fail u one of them.
- 1:11:01Speaker 8: And I think that we have to keep that current
- 1:11:05Speaker 8: on our mind, that we have to do everything within
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: our power, through our prayers, through our funding, through our
- 1:11:12Speaker 8: time and our effer and our interview, making a phone call,
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: send an email, and just help in any way we can,
- 1:11:19Speaker 8: because we have to stand with dicament. We have to
- 1:11:23Speaker 8: stand with because he did not do anything wrong. It's
- 1:11:30Speaker 8: just thought of mine.
- 1:11:30Speaker 6: He didn't And even out on run, he still yet
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: didn't do anything wrong.
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: And yet the system found his way around his neck,
- 1:11:39Speaker 8: and so we have to stand with him to let
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: the system know. Then let's the people that that's in
- 1:11:45Speaker 8: the system upholding the system though, that we're not going
- 1:11:48Speaker 8: to stand for it, because who yet to say that
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: it won't.
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: Visit your household next?
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: And you want someone to stand with you as well,
- 1:11:57Speaker 8: And so we have to send our prayers. We have
- 1:11:59Speaker 8: to in our time and our effort and our energy
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: and make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else,
- 1:12:06Speaker 8: and that in this situation, that we get Kryptopher the
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: help that he needs, and we fight so he can
- 1:12:12Speaker 8: come home, because that's what the ultimate goal is, to
- 1:12:15Speaker 8: get him home, get this case dismissed, get him home
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: so he didn't get the counselors who need the health
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: he need, so he can move along and start building
- 1:12:23Speaker 8: his life. He was only he's only eighteen, beginning his life,
- 1:12:28Speaker 8: beginning to be a man and go out there and
- 1:12:31Speaker 8: become what he's been desiring to become all his young life.
- 1:12:35Speaker 8: And right now we're out for the freedom, and so
- 1:12:39Speaker 8: we have we can't lose sight of that. So we
- 1:12:41Speaker 8: have to try to do everything within our power to
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: stand there and be by his side, and be by
- 1:12:46Speaker 8: the chamily side and support them and make sure that
- 1:12:49Speaker 8: they have everything they need during this fight.
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: Exactly exactly well.
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: I definitely I want to thank you and Ceci for
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: stopping by and being my special co host. Y'all definitely
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: have a lot of insight inside of that. I definitely
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: want you guys to know that this case is featured
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: inside of Aspiring Author's magazine for the month of January,
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: So if you want to grab you an issue, there's
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: a six page spread inside that goes into goes deep
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: into the case that tells you a little bit about
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: the case. At the time of the release of the magazine,
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: we did not know about the revoking of his bond,
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: so that it's not in there. But we're definitely gonna
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: be following this case. We're gonna definitely keep you updated
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: from time to time. I'm definitely gonna invite mister Mark
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: to stop in and to share with us what is
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: going on, even if he can only jump on for
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: a few minutes. I definitely want to keep the listeners
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: abreast of what is going on within this case. If
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: you are a a a supporter, a follower over on
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: TikTok if you use it. If you use TikTok as
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: a outlet, we definitely would like for you to join
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: some of these panels because we are definitely there are
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: quite a few individuals that are hosting panels talking about
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: this case, giving insight on this case. How you can
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: support this case by contacting that that DA in that
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: county and calling and doing wellness checks on Christopher, letting
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: these people know that we care, we are here and
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: we are not gonna allow you to bring any harm
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: to this young man. And when this is all said
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: and done, people are really gonna see what is happening
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: in the state of Texas and how they need to
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: begin to hold their their leaders accountable. Because those that
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: you elect, those that you put in office, those that
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: you put in place, they are the people that are
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: supposed to be governing these things and making sure that
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: these things are being upheld for all citizens, not just
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: some citizens. And if these individuals are not going to
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: do their job and are not going to do what
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: they're supposed to be doing, then we're gonna do something
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: about it. Then we're gonna get them up out of there.
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: If we got to put petitions in and all those
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: things in in place. That's what we're gonna do.
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: So, mister Mark, we're coming up on our final thoughts.
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: I want you to share your final thoughts for tonight
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: as we get ready to close out this show. What
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: do you have to say to the people? Ask your
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: final thoughts tonight.
- 1:15:36Speaker 6: I just want to want to touch off the type
- 1:15:39Speaker 6: of kid my p uh.

- 1:16:08Speaker 6: paint my son out to be, you know who, They're
- 1:16:11Speaker 6: trying to make them look like that black who eat it.
- 1:16:13Speaker 8: Uh. And they also just want to thank everybody, everybody
- 1:16:16Speaker 8: that you know that contributed so far that the prayers,
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: kind of words.
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: Advocating, you know, it means a lot, It goes a
- 1:16:26Speaker 6: long way.
- 1:16:27Speaker 8: We have an uphill battle you know ahead of us, uh,
- 1:16:30Speaker 8: in a very uncertain battle.
- 1:16:32Speaker 6: At the end of the day. At the end of
- 1:16:33Speaker 6: the day, you.
- 1:16:34Speaker 8: Know, there's always a big uncertainty that you know, they
- 1:16:37Speaker 8: were all, they were all everybody getting all of us out.
- 1:16:42Speaker 8: But once again to thank you for everybody, you know, y'all,
- 1:16:45Speaker 8: both of y'all the way and appreciated. Thank you very much,
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: you know, spreading the words, you know, doing what y'all doing,
- 1:16:53Speaker 8: advocating for my son, it means you know, it means
- 1:16:56Speaker 8: more more than I can't even really straight. Uh So,
- 1:16:59Speaker 8: just once again, thank.
- 1:17:00Speaker 6: You, amen. Amen.
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: Well, I definitely want to thank everyone for joining us
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: and chiming in on this conversation. If y'all would, I
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: just want y'all to just take some time google the case,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: look it up.
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: And if you're led, if you feel led to get involved,
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: get involved.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: If it's being sitting and donating to the gifts and
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: go or coming on TikTok and and and and debating
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: this case and writing the district attorney, calling the district attorney,
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: whatever roles that you can play, and being a part
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: of history, because these things are going to be things
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: that that our great grandchildren, our great great grandchildren are
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: talking about concerning us.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: So if you would please.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: Do what you can again, I want to thank you guys,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: for tuning in to walking in purpose with Angela. I
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: definitely have enjoyed having mister Mark here talking about the
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: case and bringing some like to Christopher's case.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: Y'all, it is now ings term, it is now in
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: gos time.
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: It's gonna be listening that you it will be vindicated. Uh,
- 1:18:26Speaker 6: she had the right to defend himself.
- 1:18:29Speaker 19: I would have been the same thing. Differences it was
- 1:18:33Speaker 19: a gun, so you know, for the sent of Texas,
- 1:18:40Speaker 19: you have the right to stand.
- 1:18:43Speaker 6: And the cameras show this man was trying to hey,
- 1:18:47Speaker 6: leave me alone.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: The simple to what happened to our brother Kamela happening. Okay,
- 1:18:53Speaker 3: so we're trying to copycat and it's a shame for
- 1:19:01Speaker 3: God Almighty. But again I was staying for this young kid.
- 1:19:05Speaker 3: He's going to come home and he's going to be
- 1:19:07Speaker 3: able to tell a story to the rest of you.
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: And it's funny because the young man said he had the.
- 1:19:14Speaker 12: Right to deep.
- 1:19:15Speaker 6: We know in the country, I don't feel that we
- 1:19:18Speaker 6: don't have the right to live not only deep.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: So by the parent us out there in the elder
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: community must be able to teach our kids well and
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: people you know Kicher the Gold you know if the
- 1:19:38Speaker 3: parents of the young man have done that. But again,
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: you know, prayer change his things. But he must be michilant.
- 1:19:48Speaker 6: We must fact and talk to all the people out there.
- 1:19:52Speaker 6: Please please keep this young man and his parents.
- 1:19:54Speaker 20: In prayer, because in prayer, because the work has already done.
- 1:20:00Speaker 20: It was already good to the prink go home. But
- 1:20:03Speaker 20: still grateful the show man because he has to happen.
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: He come home.
- 1:20:09Speaker 3: You know, he needs his life, not like America, more
- 1:20:15Speaker 3: like we gotta go ab out there and network. Of
