Nine people in New Hampshire are sick from a cyclospora outbreak tied to lettuce at the Cheshire Medical Center cafeteria — part of a massive nationwide outbreak now affecting over 4,000 people across 41 states, with more than 300 hospitalized. The hospital has recalled the specific lettuce and shut down its salad bar after identifying 16 exposed individuals, including 10 staff.
