  Speaker 1: Settle down, all nice and warm in your very own bed,

  and just close your eyes. Take a deep breath in

  through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through

  your mouth. Again, deep breath in through your nose, and

  slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. One more time,

  Deep breath in through your nose, and slowly and gently

  breathe out through your mouth, and just feel the gentle

  rhythm of your breath and the steady beat of your heart.

  And take a moment to listen to your heart beat

  and just feel a gentle rise and fall of your

  chest as it moves in time with your heart beat.

  And with each beat of your heart, you feel more

  and more relaxed, more and more calm, and more and

  more peaceful. And every time you breathe in, you are

  breathing in deep relaxation, making you feel all warm and

  fuzzy inside, and it feels so good. Now, tense up

  your whole body really tightly and hold it for just

  a few seconds. One, two, three, Now let it go,

  and feel your legs coming limp and soft as your

  muscles relax, Feel your whole body softening as you gently relax.

  But one more time, tighten up all of your muscles

  and your body really really tightly, pull your hands into

  fists and hold for just a few seconds one, two, three,

  and let go. That's really good, well done, And you

  are now so relaxed that your whole body is still

  so very still and so very heavy, and your body

  is so relaxed. Now. Now this is just a little

  story to send you off to sleep. Once upon a time,

  in a land filled with rolling hills and cheerful sunshine,

  there lived two very special animal friends. One was named Victor,

  who was an armadillo. Victor had a very best friend
• 3:57
  and he was called Caspar. Caspar the mere cat. Victor
• 4:05
  had a warm, sandy brown shell that protected him just
• 4:09
  like a cozy home, whilst Casper had sleek, sandy brown
• 4:13
  fair and curious bright eyes. They had been friends best
• 4:19
  friends since they were very very tiny, and they went
• 4:23
  everywhere together. Now, on a beautiful sunny day, Victor and
• 4:30
  Casper decided to embark on a grand adventure. So they
• 4:36
  packed their backpacks with delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. And
• 4:40
  after they went riding their shiny scooters, and Victor's scooter
• 4:47
  was painted with colorful patterns that matched his shell, whilst
• 4:51
  caspar scooter gleamed with a cool blue shine. It was
• 4:54
  his favorite color. In fact, his bedroom was also painted
• 4:59
  a cool blue, with lots of colorful posters on his wall.

  Victer and Casper rode along on their scooters and they
• 5:10
  were just laughing and having lots of fun as they went,
• 5:14
  And then they decided to stop for a little break
• 5:17
  and a nice refreshing drink. There was a very warm
• 5:23
  day and they were both very thirsty. As they stood
• 5:28
  there together, they looked up at the beautiful blue sky
• 5:31
  above them, and they could see the sun shining brightly
• 5:35
  with not a cloud in the sky. And as they watched,
• 5:41
  a flock of fabulous, colorful birds flew across the sky.

  Their wings were very large and flapped powerfully on the
• 5:50
  gentle breeze, and it surely was an amazing sight to see.

  Victor and Caspar gave a little gasp of delight. I'd

  seen these birds before and didn't know what they were called.

  So they stood for a moment and watched them as
• 6:07
  they flew off into the distance. Victor and Kasper finished
• 6:14
  their drinks and got back on their scooters and continued
• 6:17
  on their way. They went very fast down twisty winding paths,
• 6:24
  but all the time laughing out loud as the air
• 6:26
  whipped around their faces. Their journey led them to a
• 6:32
  magical place called the Happy Wheels Skate Park. There was
• 6:38
  a bustling place filled with laughter and excitement and lots
• 6:42
  and lots of other animals of all different kinds. The
• 6:46
  skate park was adorned with vibrant graffiti art showcasing a
• 6:50
  rainbow of colors that danced across the walls, and it
• 6:54
  looked wonderful. The air was filled with the rhythmic sounds
• 6:59
  of wheels and the joyous cheers of all the other
• 7:03
  young animals who were also there with the scooters and
• 7:06
  their bikes. Some of them even had rollerblades on, and
• 7:09
  they were whizzing past Victor and Casper. Everyone was having
• 7:13
  so much fun. As Victor and Casper explored the skate park,
• 7:20
  they made new friends. They met Pete the Zebra with
• 7:25
  his bold black and white stripes, and they met Bob
• 7:29
  the anteater with his long snout and soft brown fare
• 7:34
  and together they all laughed and played, sharing stories and smiles. Casper,
• 7:42
  with his nimble and agile nature, zipped around the skate
• 7:45
  park on his scooter, his fluffy tail flying behind him. Victor,
• 7:51
  though a bit slower on his scooter, rolled along with
• 7:54
  a sense of determination, his shell gleaming in the sunlight.

  And they played like this together for quite a while. Soon, though,

  they were all feeling a bit puffed out, what with
• 8:10
  all the dashing about on their scooters. So under the

  shade of tall leafy trees, the friends found a cozy
• 8:19
  spot to rest. The trees provided shelter, the branches swaying
• 8:25
  gently in the warm breeze, and they sat there together,
• 8:31
  enjoying their snacks and drinks while sharing tales of their adventures.

  Kindness and friendship filled the air, creating a magical atmosphere.

  So just for a moment, you just listened to their
• 8:48
  stories and see if you can hear what they are saying.

  A bit you can't if you listen hard enough. Wow,

  could you hear them telling their stories to each other?

  What did they talk about? I'll bet it was lots

  of fun. Now. Casper, being a mere cat, was known

  for his keen observation skills. He admired Victor's armadillo shell,

  which was like a portable home. Victor carried wherever he went.

  Victor in turn admired Casper's energetic and playful nature. He

  was always ready for new challenges and exciting discoveries. But now,

  as the day drews were closed, the friends bid farewell
• 11:36
  to the skatepark, and with joyful hearts, they waved goodbye
• 11:40
  to Pete and Bob, knowing they would meet again on
• 11:44
  future adventures. Victor and Casper scooted back home, their heart
• 11:52
  filled with memories of the fun they had shared. They
• 11:55
  had made new kind friends, just like the two of them,

  and they were very happy. The sun began to set,

  painting the sky with hues of orange, pink, and purple,

  and Victor and Casper returned to their cozy homes, grateful

  for the wonderful day they had experienced and all the

  fun they had. And they were so grateful for their

  new friends. And so as the moon rose high in

  the sky the stars twinkled above like tiny diamonds, Victor

  and Casper drifted off to sleep, dreaming of new adventures, kindness,

  and the endless fun that awaited them in the big
