Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When the Epstein Files were first being released,
• 0:08
Speaker 1: I told you that the three O twos were going
• 0:10
Speaker 1: to be very, very interesting to get a look at. Well,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: in this episode, we're going to take a look at
• 0:16
Speaker 1: a three to two, which is an interview with the
• 0:19
Speaker 1: FBI by somebody claiming that they were abused by Leon
• 0:23
Speaker 1: Black in conjunction with Jeffrey Epstein. So let's dive into
• 0:28
Speaker 1: this report and see what this three O two says.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: FBI Date of entry, nine thirty, twenty twenty one. Redacted
• 0:40
Speaker 1: was interviewed at two ninety Broadway in New York, New York.
• 0:43
Speaker 1: Present for the interview was redacted, Attorney redacted, along with
• 0:47
Speaker 1: ausa redacted, essay redacted, and Detective redacted. After being advised
• 0:53
Speaker 1: of the identity of the interviewing agents and the nature
• 0:56
Speaker 1: of the interview, Reacted provided the following information. Redacted is
• 1:02
Speaker 1: redacted years old and was born and redacted. She came
• 1:05
Speaker 1: to the United States around when she was redacted years
• 1:08
Speaker 1: of age. She was pregnant and had a son in
• 1:11
Speaker 1: the United States when she was redacted years old. Redacted,
• 1:16
Speaker 1: she just finished law and business school she went or redacted.
• 1:20
Speaker 1: She has completed two masters in the last four years.
• 1:23
Speaker 1: Prior to that, she traveled a lot to hide from him.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: She was raped in twenty fourteen. When she first came
• 1:30
Speaker 1: to the United States, she was a model in Los Angeles.
• 1:33
Speaker 1: Then she moved to New York for work. To be
• 1:35
Speaker 1: a model. She worked for Redacted. She was twenty five
• 1:38
Speaker 1: years old when she met Leon Black. At the time,
• 1:41
Speaker 1: she was living in New York. She was single from
• 1:44
Speaker 1: her son's father. From the outside, it looked like her
• 1:47
Speaker 1: life was glamorous. She worked and traveled and met Black
• 1:51
Speaker 1: at it Redacted in two thousand and eight. There was
• 1:54
Speaker 1: about thirty people there. Black approached Redacted and they talked.
• 1:58
Speaker 1: He walked her home the next day. He sent her flowers.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: They met for lunch a few times, and he tells
• 2:05
Speaker 1: Redacted that he wants to help her with work and
• 2:08
Speaker 1: her son's school. When Redacted moved to the United States,
• 2:12
Speaker 1: she did not speak English. At the time, she was
• 2:15
Speaker 1: taking English and acting classes. Black said that he could
• 2:19
Speaker 1: help with the business. Redacted thought that he was genuine
• 2:22
Speaker 1: and didn't think he was trying to take advantage of her.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: She was used to objectification being in the modeling industry,
• 2:29
Speaker 1: Redacted never thought that he would force it if she
• 2:33
Speaker 1: didn't want it. At first, it was not sexual, it
• 2:36
Speaker 1: was professional. He proposed to rent an apartment for Redacted
• 2:40
Speaker 1: and her son to help them. They made a deal
• 2:43
Speaker 1: that Black wasn't allowed in her apartment. He rent them
• 2:47
Speaker 1: an apartment at redacted. It was not a sexual relationship,
• 2:51
Speaker 1: yet he bought her furniture. Black then came in to
• 2:54
Speaker 1: Redacted's apartment to see the furniture. Redacted felt scared and
• 2:58
Speaker 1: he had no boundaries. Redacted says, this is the last
• 3:01
Speaker 1: time he is to come here. Black was very convincing
• 3:06
Speaker 1: that he knew people and he could still help her.
• 3:09
Speaker 1: Redacted and Black would meet and would always talk about work.
• 3:13
Speaker 1: This was once every couple of weeks. At first. Redacted
• 3:17
Speaker 1: soon became more vocal because Black was not helping her
• 3:20
Speaker 1: with work. Then he became more frightening and violent or vindictive.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: First they would talk about work at lunch and who
• 3:28
Speaker 1: he knows, but that he could use his power against
• 3:31
Speaker 1: her if she talked about their relationship, which was sexual
• 3:34
Speaker 1: at the time, Black would bite her. During sexual experiences,
• 3:39
Speaker 1: Redacted would say no and stop. Black would bite her
• 3:43
Speaker 1: harder and harder until Redacted stops. Then he would get
• 3:47
Speaker 1: on top and bite redacted on her private parts. Prior
• 3:50
Speaker 1: to sex. Black is big and tall. He would make
• 3:53
Speaker 1: sudden movements and crack his knuckles. That was scary to redacted.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: He never hit her. The biting prior to and during
• 4:00
Speaker 1: sex was the only thing violent against redacted. Black bit
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Redacted during about half the experiences. Sometimes he helped to
• 4:10
Speaker 1: pay the rent, and sometimes he didn't. Sometimes Redacted would
• 4:13
Speaker 1: tell Black that she didn't want to have sex, and
• 4:16
Speaker 1: then he would transfer money or set up an appointment
• 4:18
Speaker 1: with someone. This happened over ten years. He would make
• 4:22
Speaker 1: sixty thousand dollars transfers. The biggest transfer was two point
• 4:25
Speaker 1: six million. He tells he redacted that he pays people
• 4:28
Speaker 1: to threatn redacted. Redacted leaves the country because she thinks
• 4:32
Speaker 1: she was drugged and raped. Redacted leaves four redacted. Black
• 4:38
Speaker 1: keeps calling her, implying that he's behind this, then tells
• 4:41
Speaker 1: her the money he gave her in twenty fifteen was
• 4:44
Speaker 1: to sponsor her visa in Redacted. Black was giving her
• 4:48
Speaker 1: money since the beginning. Sometimes it was like he did
• 4:51
Speaker 1: something very wrong and he wanted to make up for it.
• 4:54
Speaker 1: Black never said that Redacted had to have sex with
• 4:57
Speaker 1: them to get the money. In two thousand eleven, Redacted.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: In twenty thirteen, Black says he can let her stay
• 5:07
Speaker 1: in this country if she continues to have sex with him.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: Redacted how to student visa and a working visa. Black
• 5:14
Speaker 1: says that he can help her with getting the visa.
• 5:16
Speaker 1: He gives her two school loans four four hundred and
• 5:18
Speaker 1: eighty thousand. Redacted then gives a copy of the loan
• 5:22
Speaker 1: agreement in twenty thirteen. In twenty fourteen, people started randomly
• 5:26
Speaker 1: approaching redacted. Black said that he was paying Jeffrey Epstein
• 5:30
Speaker 1: and Harvey Weinstein to take care of redacted. Black files
• 5:34
Speaker 1: redacted to Palm Beach in two thousand and eight. Redacted
• 5:38
Speaker 1: and Epstein. We're at the Palm Beach house. Redacted says,
• 5:41
Speaker 1: these guys are sex addicts and you have to let
• 5:44
Speaker 1: them do what they want or else they are very powerful.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Redacted introduces herself as redacted. Redacted later learns the name
• 5:52
Speaker 1: to be redacted. Black brings redacted to lunch. They go
• 5:57
Speaker 1: to the airport, and he brings her onto the place
• 6:00
Speaker 1: with a pilot. Black says they're going to meet his
• 6:03
Speaker 1: friend Epstein. Redacted had known that he was a sex
• 6:07
Speaker 1: offender and she was scared. They go right to the house.
• 6:11
Speaker 1: This is a police guard outside the house who says hi,
• 6:14
Speaker 1: Redacted and Epstein are inside. Redacted ass redacted for her email.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Redacted tells redacted that she has to let them have
• 6:22
Speaker 1: sex with her, even if it's a lot of guys. Redacted, redacted,
• 6:26
Speaker 1: Black and Epstein are in the room in front of them.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: Redacted says that they are sex addicts. Redacted says to
• 6:33
Speaker 1: them that with addiction, you tend to need it faster
• 6:36
Speaker 1: and more until it affects your life. Epstein asked redacted
• 6:40
Speaker 1: if she's looking for love. Black was angry when they left,
• 6:44
Speaker 1: and he was force feeding her because she didn't want
• 6:46
Speaker 1: to eat. He was giving her sushi and jung food,
• 6:49
Speaker 1: some sort of punishment. The abuse was progressive. Redacted told
• 6:54
Speaker 1: Black all the time that she did not want to
• 6:57
Speaker 1: have sex with him, and he would get mad. He
• 6:59
Speaker 1: would say, he's powerful, and you don't want to cross him.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Redacted knew he was possibly a billionaire. She heard he
• 7:06
Speaker 1: was powerful. Redacted met Epstein about one to two times. Briefly,
• 7:10
Speaker 1: Black tells were Redacted that he's best friends with Epstein.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: Black implied that Epstein was doing things to Redacted. The
• 7:17
Speaker 1: schools and the police were all under his control. Lots
• 7:20
Speaker 1: of strange people call redacted saying they knew Epstein. Later on,
• 7:25
Speaker 1: Redacted is introduced to Glenn Maxwell, Prince Andrew, and the Dubans.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: Black did not want Redacted to have sex with other
• 7:31
Speaker 1: men until later on. In twenty thirteen, twenty fourteen, Redacted
• 7:37
Speaker 1: graduates Redacted. While at school, she redacted to be not
• 7:42
Speaker 1: be attractive. She was seeing a therapist and unhappy and stressed.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: She had a hard time talking to people. Black would
• 7:48
Speaker 1: take Redacted to a museum around this time and wouldn't
• 7:51
Speaker 1: talk much. There was not much sex happening. Later, he
• 7:55
Speaker 1: tells her if she continues to have sex, he can
• 7:57
Speaker 1: help her stay in the country. Random people would be
• 8:01
Speaker 1: mean to her, and Black would take the credit for it.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: Black would give her Redacted loans and tell her he
• 8:06
Speaker 1: knew that other people that she would go out with
• 8:09
Speaker 1: who were from Epstein's circle. Glenn Dubin's brother took Redacted out.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: Mark Zuckerman took her out. Weinstein shows up at her
• 8:17
Speaker 1: apartment and says that he wants to give her a job.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: Redacted had met him at Redacted prior to this. On
• 8:24
Speaker 1: this occasion, which was around twenty thirteen twenty fourteen, Redacted
• 8:29
Speaker 1: had just come home from a run and he was
• 8:31
Speaker 1: in her apartment. She tells him that she's going to
• 8:34
Speaker 1: shower and he walks into the shower. Redacted kicks him
• 8:38
Speaker 1: out of the shower. Weinstein asked her to be involved
• 8:41
Speaker 1: with his new reality show. He tells her that Black
• 8:44
Speaker 1: owns all of the movie theaters and then he leaves.
• 8:47
Speaker 1: Redacted would come to Redact it on vacation and try
• 8:50
Speaker 1: to hang out with her. For Alan Dershowitz's deposition, it
• 8:54
Speaker 1: was said she gave him a massage on Epstein's plane.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: Redacted felt like they were all trying to frighten her.
• 9:01
Speaker 1: Redacted state, She's not giving guys what they want. She
• 9:04
Speaker 1: felt it's her fault. Redacted was not romantically involved with
• 9:08
Speaker 1: anyone else at the time. She's sure that she had
• 9:11
Speaker 1: sex with someone, but was not in a long term relationship.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: From twenty thirteen on, Black would meet with Redacted or
• 9:19
Speaker 1: reach out to her to say that he was behind
• 9:21
Speaker 1: whatever is happening. Redacted is introduced to Prince Andrew. Black
• 9:26
Speaker 1: implies that he knew what Redacted was wearing, as if
• 9:30
Speaker 1: he was spying on her. They meet occasionally. Redacted tells
• 9:34
Speaker 1: them she does not want to be sexually active with
• 9:36
Speaker 1: them anymore. In two thousand and eight, they flew to
• 9:39
Speaker 1: Epstein and Black says if she tells anyone, people will
• 9:42
Speaker 1: find drugs on her or heroine. He was making jokes
• 9:46
Speaker 1: that they can tamper with evidence and plan drugs. It
• 9:49
Speaker 1: was a threatening conversation. She meets him for dinner once
• 9:53
Speaker 1: and he tells her he feels weird that they're not
• 9:55
Speaker 1: going to be able to have sex. Then he leaves
• 9:58
Speaker 1: Redacted and Redacted feels sick. The next couple of days,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Redacted thought that she was poisoned. She had strange drinks
• 10:06
Speaker 1: with a new person named Michael. Around July fourth, twenty fourteen,
• 10:11
Speaker 1: Black comes to Redacted's old department when she's home and
• 10:14
Speaker 1: not feeling well. He rings the bell. She tells them
• 10:17
Speaker 1: that she would come down, and she opens the door
• 10:20
Speaker 1: and he's already at the door and he walks in.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: Someone let him in downstairs. Redacted tells him that she
• 10:26
Speaker 1: thinks that she has been drugged. And she does not
• 10:29
Speaker 1: want to have sex. He grabs her breast. She tells
• 10:32
Speaker 1: him that she has to lie down. He comes to
• 10:35
Speaker 1: her room and has sex with her. He almost carried
• 10:38
Speaker 1: and pushed her inside the room. Redacted had no energy.
• 10:42
Speaker 1: She sort of collapsed. Black took off his clothes. Redacted
• 10:46
Speaker 1: with sick for days prior. She was perhaps wearing leggings
• 10:49
Speaker 1: and some cotton top, but she's not sure. She is
• 10:53
Speaker 1: sure that he took off her clothes. She told him
• 10:56
Speaker 1: she didn't want to do this. She was upset and
• 10:59
Speaker 1: wasn't really fully present. She couldn't move or do anything.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: She had not eaten. She was on her back and
• 11:07
Speaker 1: he had vaginal sex with her. He was on top
• 11:10
Speaker 1: of her. He finished, gets up and says, now I
• 11:13
Speaker 1: fucked you. He gets dressed in leaves. He removed all
• 11:17
Speaker 1: of his clothes for this. He did not use a
• 11:19
Speaker 1: condom and never used a condom. She told him that
• 11:22
Speaker 1: she thought she was drugged and that she is going
• 11:25
Speaker 1: back to redacted. He sarcastically says that he didn't expect that,
• 11:29
Speaker 1: and then she leaves the country. She gives some of
• 11:32
Speaker 1: her belongings away and puts it in storage. Black still
• 11:36
Speaker 1: calls her. He says watch out for her son while
• 11:39
Speaker 1: she's away. He says that he will be able to
• 11:41
Speaker 1: do things to her while she's away. Black would reach
• 11:44
Speaker 1: out to redact it until she would sign an NDA.
• 11:46
Speaker 1: Redacted did not pay him back for the loans. The
• 11:49
Speaker 1: money that she had when leaving the United States was
• 11:52
Speaker 1: from Black. She signed another loan when she was leaving
• 11:55
Speaker 1: the country, which he made her sign. He was threatening her,
• 11:59
Speaker 1: so she didn't know why he gave her the loan.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: She thinks it's because he was financially in control of
• 12:04
Speaker 1: her life. Redacted still paid even after leaving after the rape.
• 12:09
Speaker 1: When Blavotnick calls redacted and asks how she's feeling, she
• 12:14
Speaker 1: tells him better. Black sends her flowers. Blovotnik invites Redacted
• 12:19
Speaker 1: to a party and redacted. Then, when in redacted, Blavotnik
• 12:23
Speaker 1: talks about the poisoning and it's a good thing to
• 12:25
Speaker 1: stay out of New York and never go back in Redacted,
• 12:29
Speaker 1: Black calls redacted. Redacted meets people from a circle, and
• 12:33
Speaker 1: she moves to redacted. Six months later, people from a
• 12:36
Speaker 1: circle try to talk to her. They first try to
• 12:39
Speaker 1: convince her to talk to Black. Black sends redacted to
• 12:43
Speaker 1: interviews in redacted and redacted. Redacted meets Black and redacted
• 12:48
Speaker 1: after this, and he tells her he pays for her
• 12:51
Speaker 1: to be threatened in her redacted and redacted. He tells
• 12:55
Speaker 1: her that he can stop it if she takes the
• 12:57
Speaker 1: money and signs the NBA. She tells them that she
• 13:00
Speaker 1: doesn't want to pay. One month later, they meet and
• 13:03
Speaker 1: he brings a document from a lawyer. He tells her
• 13:06
Speaker 1: he will put her in prison if she doesn't take
• 13:09
Speaker 1: the money. It was millions. He says that he will
• 13:12
Speaker 1: support her for five years, then says he will support
• 13:15
Speaker 1: her for ten years. He wanted her to meet with
• 13:18
Speaker 1: lawyers to assign the NDA. Redacted was scared. She thinks
• 13:22
Speaker 1: maybe he was recording her. Redacted never said anything about blackmail.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: She had a hard time understanding what he wants. The
• 13:30
Speaker 1: NDA was to help her, and he will do lots
• 13:33
Speaker 1: of terrible things if she didn't take the money. They
• 13:36
Speaker 1: meet and redacted. He tells her to meet a lawyer
• 13:39
Speaker 1: and talk about immigration. He starts yelling at her redacted
• 13:42
Speaker 1: in public and says, I'll put you in prison. I
• 13:44
Speaker 1: work for the FBI. I'll make your life miserable, Redacted
• 13:49
Speaker 1: walks away. He then texts her that he will send
• 13:52
Speaker 1: her money each month to help with her visa, but
• 13:55
Speaker 1: she has to meet with him. She meets him again
• 13:58
Speaker 1: and he brings paper about getting rid of the loan
• 14:01
Speaker 1: and that she can never talk about him directly or implied.
• 14:04
Speaker 1: He promises to give her money. The paper says that
• 14:07
Speaker 1: they had a fight which was resolved. She never gets
• 14:10
Speaker 1: a copy of the document in her Around twenty fifteen
• 14:15
Speaker 1: was the last time that they had talked. After he
• 14:17
Speaker 1: sent her to Ballet. They had texted. Redacted had been
• 14:21
Speaker 1: getting money from him until Redacted. He had been sending
• 14:24
Speaker 1: her one hundred grand every month. Redacted had speculated a
• 14:28
Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring because he was friends with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 14:32
Speaker 1: One of his girlfriends is redacted, who started an art
• 14:34
Speaker 1: gallery called Redacted. Black wanted them to have threesomes. Around
• 14:38
Speaker 1: two thousand and eight. There was another Redacted girlfriend who
• 14:41
Speaker 1: was introduced to Black by Epstein. Black would brag until
• 14:45
Speaker 1: Redacted that he had other girlfriends. Redacted is not sure
• 14:48
Speaker 1: if he was abusive with them, but she assumed his girlfriend.
• 14:53
Speaker 1: Redacted tells Redacted that she wanted out of this relationship.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: They looked physically and emotionally, stressed on, healthy and worn down.
• 15:02
Speaker 1: Redacted cannot vouch for the other woman being trafficked, but
• 15:05
Speaker 1: she thinks they were. Black would tell Redacted he was
• 15:08
Speaker 1: having sex with them and they were working. Her first
• 15:12
Speaker 1: sexual encounter with them was in his studio and the
• 15:15
Speaker 1: mattress was on the floor. This studio was in the redacted.
• 15:19
Speaker 1: Black would demand that Redacted was loving in text messages
• 15:23
Speaker 1: in which she wasn't, but he was. Redacted was on
• 15:26
Speaker 1: the phone, and it's deleted. She may have some texts,
• 15:30
Speaker 1: but not many because he called her more often. Redacted
• 15:34
Speaker 1: told her she wanted to get out. Redacted met her
• 15:37
Speaker 1: when she was seeing him and Redacted wasn't. It was
• 15:41
Speaker 1: in a nightclub. She said she wanted to date another
• 15:44
Speaker 1: man but couldn't stand the guy she was currently with.
• 15:46
Speaker 1: She did not specifically mention Black, but says it's a
• 15:49
Speaker 1: guy she met through Epstein. Black took Redacted to his
• 15:53
Speaker 1: house in the Hamptons and Bedford. His wife would be around.
• 15:57
Speaker 1: His wife was around with them at dinner. On one occasion.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: Black kept an apartment across the street from his house.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: His wife saw them going in there once he only
• 16:06
Speaker 1: knew of this number for text. He reached out to
• 16:09
Speaker 1: redact it after redacted and asked redacted to call him.
• 16:14
Speaker 1: He asked her what she's doing, and she didn't respond
• 16:16
Speaker 1: to this text. Then Black issued a statement to the
• 16:19
Speaker 1: redacted all right, folks, that's going to do it for
• 16:22
Speaker 1: the three to zero two of the accusations made against
• 16:25
Speaker 1: Leon Black. All the information that goes with this episode
