Sixty high school juniors in Tuscaloosa are stepping into leadership roles this year through the second annual Leaders to Legends program — a powerhouse initiative designed to turn young minds into community changemakers. Selected after a competitive process, participants will dive into six intensive sessions focused on communication, collaboration, and personal growth, all while working side-by-side with local leaders.
