Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. About a year ago, when the Epstein matter
• 0:07
Speaker 1: was first coming back into play, Thomas Massey said that
• 0:11
Speaker 1: he was going to read names of people that were
• 0:14
Speaker 1: involved in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. And for the past year,
• 0:21
Speaker 1: all we heard from people is when is Thomas Massey
• 0:24
Speaker 1: going to read the names, as if the names weren't
• 0:27
Speaker 1: already known. But yesterday, Thomas Massey fulfilled that promise and
• 0:33
Speaker 1: read some names on the House floor. And I wish
• 0:36
Speaker 1: I could tell you that there were people that he
• 0:38
Speaker 1: was talking about that we haven't been talking about for years.
• 0:41
Speaker 1: But instead, it's the usual suspects. And of course, now
• 0:45
Speaker 1: that Massey has read the names, the detractors and the
• 0:48
Speaker 1: people who think it's a hoax, they just move the goalposts.
• 0:51
Speaker 1: And no amount of evidence is ever going to be
• 0:53
Speaker 1: good enough. They literally want pictures of this happening. Which
• 0:59
Speaker 1: I find very ironic because at the same time, they're
• 1:03
Speaker 1: blasting people like Candace Owens for doing the same thing.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: But it's okay when they do it, right? When they
• 1:09
Speaker 1: move the goalposts. And if you haven't noticed, that's exactly
• 1:12
Speaker 1: what they're doing. So today we have an article from
• 1:15
Speaker 1: Law Commentary and the headline. Massey names 14 people as
• 1:21
Speaker 1: Epstein co-conspirators. Moves to force a House vote. This article
• 1:25
Speaker 1: was authored by Bridgette Lucky. Representative Thomas Massey, a Kentucky Republican,
• 1:35
Speaker 1: named 14 people on the House floor Monday as Jeffrey
• 1:38
Speaker 1: Epstein co-conspirators, who he said should be investigated and prosecuted.
• 1:43
Speaker 1: He also launched a discharge petition to enforce a House
• 1:46
Speaker 1: vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, too. And I
• 1:50
Speaker 1: would love for that to pass. But remember how difficult
• 1:53
Speaker 1: it was the first time around to get the first
• 1:56
Speaker 1: one to go through? Now we're going to have people
• 1:58
Speaker 1: that are very reticent to get on board. We see
• 2:03
Speaker 1: what happened to the Republicans who backed this the first
• 2:05
Speaker 1: time around. And that was the whole point, right? Make
• 2:08
Speaker 1: an example of them, so moving forward, they didn't have
• 2:11
Speaker 1: to worry about it. And they certainly did that. The
• 2:15
Speaker 1: bill would expand access to federal Epstein records for victims,
• 2:19
Speaker 1: state prosecutors, and members of Congress, and allow new court
• 2:22
Speaker 1: challenges over material the Justice Department has withheld or redacted. Yo,
• 2:28
Speaker 1: you have to be a real stoonod to not want
• 2:31
Speaker 1: that to go through, especially if you have nothing to hide, right?
• 2:34
Speaker 1: If you don't think that there is anything bad that's
• 2:37
Speaker 1: going to come out that's going to affect you, what
• 2:39
Speaker 1: are you so worried about? During his August 31st floor speech, Massey,
• 2:43
Speaker 1: named Jess Daly, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkin,
• 2:48
Speaker 1: Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frederick Fakai, Eduardo, Teodorani, Sean Luke Burnell,
• 2:56
Speaker 1: Daniel Syed, Ramsey L. Coley, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as
• 3:00
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, and Leslie Groff. Well, let me add a
• 3:03
Speaker 1: couple of people to that. Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, Sarah
• 3:08
Speaker 1: Kellan Vickers, Adriana Ross, Darren Indyke, Richard Kahn. Because without
• 3:14
Speaker 1: any of those people, I assure you, none of this
• 3:16
Speaker 1: takes place. And when we're talking about Bill Richardson, or
• 3:21
Speaker 1: George Mitchell, who somehow always get left out of the conversation,
• 3:26
Speaker 1: for whatever reason, I think it's pretty important to point
• 3:29
Speaker 1: out the horrible allegations that were made against them and
• 3:34
Speaker 1: how people just ignored those allegations for years. You know,
• 3:38
Speaker 1: the same people out here nowadays demanding accountability. They wanted
• 3:43
Speaker 1: nothing to do with this story. And when Virginia first
• 3:45
Speaker 1: came out and said that she was assaulted by Bill
• 3:49
Speaker 1: Richardson and George Mitchell, there is a lot of people
• 3:53
Speaker 1: that just wrote it off, including President Biden. considering President
• 3:57
Speaker 1: Biden brought Bill Richardson on to assist with the Brittany
• 4:01
Speaker 1: Griner situation. So why are you going to bring a
• 4:03
Speaker 1: guy that's credibly accused of sexually assaulting Virginia into the administration?
• 4:10
Speaker 1: I'll tell you why. Because they didn't care. For all
• 4:13
Speaker 1: these years, they didn't care. Well, not until they found
• 4:16
Speaker 1: shit politically expedient. Massey said those he named should face
• 4:21
Speaker 1: investigation and possible prosecution over their alleged connections to Epstein's
• 4:25
Speaker 1: criminal network. his statements or allegations by a member of Congress,
• 4:30
Speaker 1: not criminal findings, well, there'd have to be an actual
• 4:32
Speaker 1: robust investigation for there to be criminal findings. And of course,
• 4:37
Speaker 1: that's never occurred. And if that's the starting point for
• 4:40
Speaker 1: the conversation, then people who call this a hoax have
• 4:43
Speaker 1: already lost. And it's not even debatable, really. Look, we're
• 4:48
Speaker 1: not talking about something that might have happened. We're not
• 4:52
Speaker 1: talking about something that could have happened. We're talking about
• 4:55
Speaker 1: something That most assuredly happened. And what we're trying to
• 4:59
Speaker 1: do is fill in those pieces. All of those blank
• 5:02
Speaker 1: spaces need to be filled in. And that's the job,
• 5:06
Speaker 1: I know this is going to sound crazy, of the DOJ.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: But I guess they have better things to do. Several
• 5:12
Speaker 1: of those names have not been charged with an Epstein-related crime,
• 5:16
Speaker 1: and an appearance in Epstein's records or an association with
• 5:19
Speaker 1: him does not establish participation in criminal conduct. No, but
• 5:23
Speaker 1: credible allegations do. And how about all the financial malfeasance?
• 5:28
Speaker 1: We just going to ignore that? How many people are
• 5:30
Speaker 1: rotting in prison right now for that same shit? But
• 5:34
Speaker 1: over here, we should just ignore it? Why? Because it's
• 5:37
Speaker 1: inconvenient to your fucking dumbass political message? Well, if that's
• 5:42
Speaker 1: the case, fuck you and your political message. Thanks for playing.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Some of the names have previously surfaced in federal investigative records.
• 5:53
Speaker 1: A 2019 FBI document released this year identified Wexner as
• 5:57
Speaker 1: a co-conspirator, along with figures including Glenn Maxwell, Brunel, and Groff.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: The document described the evidence concerning Wexner as limited. His
• 6:07
Speaker 1: representatives have said a federal prosecutor told his attorneys in
• 6:12
  Speaker 1: 2019 that he was neither a co-conspirator nor a target.
• 6:17
Speaker 1: He wasn't even spoken to. No investigation into him. Nothing. Nothing.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: Now imagine if he was some mobster. Do you really
• 6:27
Speaker 1: think they wouldn't be looking into how he got his money?
• 6:29
Speaker 1: Who was funneling that dough to him? Where he was
• 6:32
Speaker 1: making all of his business moves? Of course they would.
• 6:35
Speaker 1: That would be the first place they'd start. But when
• 6:38
Speaker 1: it comes to Epstein, they couldn't have a RICO investigation
• 6:41
Speaker 1: because it would lead back to them. Just like I've
• 6:43
Speaker 1: told you since 2019 now. And how do I know? Well,
• 6:48
Speaker 1: I've seen RICO investigations up close. and I've seen just
• 6:51
Speaker 1: how brutal they are. And if anybody ever deserved to
• 6:56
Speaker 1: be hit with Rico, it's most assuredly bitch-ass Jeffrey Epstein. Brunel,
• 7:02
Speaker 1: a French modeling agent, accused of helping procure girls for
• 7:05
Speaker 1: Epstein died in a French jail in 2022 while awaiting
• 7:09
Speaker 1: trial on sexual assault charges. Siad, another modeling industry figure
• 7:13
Speaker 1: whose name appeared in Epstein's records, was found dead near
• 7:16
Speaker 1: Paris in July. And they're still investigating that death, So,
• 7:22
Speaker 1: we don't know all the details there yet. And there's
• 7:24
Speaker 1: people who have said, he might have been poisoned. Now,
• 7:27
Speaker 1: I don't know one way or the other, right? I'm
• 7:29
  Speaker 1: not there. I haven't seen the results. But I don't
• 7:31
Speaker 1: rule anything out. Massey's decision to make the accusation during
• 7:36
Speaker 1: a House floor speech carries separate legal protection. The Constitution
• 7:41
Speaker 1: speech or debate clause broadly shields members of Congress from
• 7:44
Speaker 1: civil or criminal liability. Well, yeah, they have to have
• 7:48
Speaker 1: those protections on the floor so that they can do
• 7:50
Speaker 1: their job, right? And Thomas Massey, reading these names on
• 7:52
Speaker 1: the floor into the record, gives him a little bit
• 7:54
Speaker 1: of protection when it comes to civil proceedings. Massey's speech
• 8:18
Speaker 1: came as he renewed his effort to expand access to
• 8:20
Speaker 1: Epstein's related Justice Department records. He introduced H.R. 9694, the
• 8:26
Speaker 1: Epstein Files Transparency Act II, with Democratic Representatives Ro Khanna
• 8:31
Speaker 1: of California and Teresa Fernandez of New Mexico in July.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: Democratic Senators Jeff Merkley of Oregon and Ben Ray Lujan
• 8:40
Speaker 1: of New Mexico introduced companion legislation in the Senate. The
• 8:45
Speaker 1: proposal would add enforcement provisions to the original Epstein Files
• 8:48
Speaker 1: Transparency Act, which became law in November of 2025. Boy,
• 8:53
Speaker 1: I would love for that to pass. Do I think
• 8:55
  Speaker 1: it's going to? I don't. I just think that the
• 8:58
Speaker 1: message has been sent to the GOP, and I think
• 9:01
Speaker 1: that the message has been received. If you go against
• 9:04
Speaker 1: the president when it comes to this issue, for sure,
• 9:07
Speaker 1: you're going to find yourself on the other end of
• 9:11
Speaker 1: MAGA furor. And that's what ended up happening with Thomas Massey,
• 9:16
Speaker 1: and Marjorie Taylor Greene. And Nancy Mace, honestly. Under the legislation,
• 9:23
Speaker 1: Epstein victims, state attorney generals, district attorneys, other authorized state officials,
• 9:27
Speaker 1: and members of Congress could sue the U.S. Attorney General
• 9:30
Speaker 1: over records they argue were unlawfully withheld, redacted, delayed, concealed,
• 9:35
Speaker 1: or left unpublished. Victims could seek full federal records concerning
• 9:40
Speaker 1: themselves and the harm that they suffered, while identifying information
• 9:44
Speaker 1: about other victims would remain protected. State and local prosecutors
• 9:49
Speaker 1: could seek unredacted records needed for criminal investigations or court proceedings,
• 9:54
Speaker 1: including qualifying classified material under secure procedures. That's how it
• 9:59
Speaker 1: should work. If a state has an issue and thinks
• 10:02
Speaker 1: that a crime has been committed in their state, then
• 10:05
Speaker 1: the federal government should be playing ball. If they have information,
• 10:08
Speaker 1: if they have evidence, why would they not want to
• 10:11
Speaker 1: turn that over? Well, unless they're covering something up. Members
• 10:17
Speaker 1: of Congress could request full, unredacted access to covered records.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: The Attorney General would have seven days to comply with
• 10:24
Speaker 1: a written request. And lawmakers could challenge the department in
• 10:27
Speaker 1: court if it failed to meet the law's requirements. The
• 10:31
Speaker 1: bill would also limit the Justice Department's ability to rely
• 10:34
Speaker 1: on certain legal privileges to withhold records covered by the
• 10:38
Speaker 1: disclosure law. And I think all of that's great. And
• 10:42
Speaker 1: I really hope that it gets over the finish line.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: but I have my doubts. The proposal has drawn support
• 10:50
Speaker 1: from New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torres, whose office is
• 10:53
Speaker 1: investigating matters connected to Epstein's activities in the state. Torres
• 10:58
Speaker 1: has said his office needs access to unredacted federal records
• 11:02
Speaker 1: to complete the investigation. And we know they don't want
• 11:05
Speaker 1: to give them that. God forbid we let anyone know
• 11:08
Speaker 1: what Epstein was up to in New Mexico. Congress passed
• 11:13
Speaker 1: the first Epstein Files Transparency Act in November of 2025,
• 11:17
Speaker 1: after Massey's discharge petition reached the required 218 signatures. The
• 11:22
Speaker 1: House approved the measure, 427 to 1, and President Donald
• 11:26
Speaker 1: Trump signed it into law on November 19th. Yeah, not willingly.
• 11:32
Speaker 1: His hand was forced, and it was literally like the
• 11:35
Speaker 1: first time Congress forced him to do anything. The law
• 11:41
Speaker 1: required the Attorney General to make covered, unclassified Epstein records
• 11:44
Speaker 1: publicly available within 30 days, subject to specified exceptions and
• 11:49
Speaker 1: protections for victims. Massey and other supporters of EFTA II
• 11:54
Speaker 1: accused the Justice Department of withholding millions of Epstein-related records
• 11:59
Speaker 1: and maintaining redactions, they say, violate the original transparency law. Well,
• 12:03
Speaker 1: they do. That's just a fact. And the fact that
• 12:07
Speaker 1: they won't turn these other pages over? is a big,
• 12:10
Speaker 1: big problem. The Justice Department says it complied with the law.
• 12:16
Speaker 1: In January, DOJ said it had published nearly 3.5 million pages,
• 12:20
Speaker 1: more than 2,000 videos, and 180,000 images. It said material
• 12:25
Speaker 1: withheld from the public release included duplicate records, privileged information,
• 12:30
Speaker 1: statutory exceptions, and material unrelated to the Epstein and Ghislaine
• 12:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell cases. Massey's discharge petition needs 218 House signatures before
• 12:41
Speaker 1: supporters can move to force a vote on the Epstein
• 12:44
Speaker 1: Files Transparency Act 2. Alright, so Thomas Massey finally reads
• 12:48
Speaker 1: the names, and then the goalposts get moved again. Is
• 12:51
Speaker 1: anybody shocked? I'm certainly not. And more importantly than the names,
• 12:56
Speaker 1: I think, is the petition. Because if they can get
• 12:59
Speaker 1: this second one over the line, this does everything that
• 13:02
Speaker 1: we've been talking about, as far as having teeth. So, Hopefully,
• 13:07
Speaker 1: they can whip up enough votes to get it passed. So,
• 13:11
Speaker 1: like usual, we'll see what's up. And when we have
• 13:13
Speaker 1: some more information, we'll definitely get it added to the catalog.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
• 13:20
Speaker 1: found in the description box.
