  going on with silver in these countries and what we have to

  expect. It'll put a smile on your face.

  Canada's silver price may not have broken out to an all time
• 1:20
  high, but it's getting very close.

  We have a lot of basement dwellers up in Canada and think
• 1:26
  about this guys. If you look from where we are
• 1:29
  now, let's say around 40 Canadian dollars for one ounce
• 1:33
  of silver. Heck, just a few years back it
• 1:36
  looks like you could buy silver for half that amount, $20 per
• 1:41
  oz. But when we look at this chart,
• 1:43
  what do we see? That old familiar cup and handle
• 1:47
  pattern. Do you see the big cup and then
• 1:50
  the little handle off to the right?
• 1:52
  Well, in Canada they are much, much more close to breaking out
• 1:57
  OK above that top rim of the cup.

  And that could send the silver price in Canadian dollars
• 2:05
  soaring higher and higher. When we look to our friends down
• 2:09
  under, the chart is even more compelling.

  It appears to me that silver has broken out to all time highs, or
• 2:17
  very close to all time highs. One of our fellow basement
• 2:21
  dwellers emailed me the other day saying that at his local
• 2:25
  coin shop, he's not able to pick up a one ounce sovereign coin
• 2:30
  for anything less than 50 Australian dollars per oz.

  But look at that chart. That's a cup and handle that
• 2:38
  appears to have broken out or is precariously close to breaking
• 2:43
  out, which again in conjunction with the Canadian chart, could
• 2:48
  send the silver price much higher.

  The precious metals capital of the world, India.

  All 1.4 billion people have sent the price of silver skyrocketing

  in Indian rupees. Look at that.

  We are definitely in new all time high territory and they
• 3:09
  have a very interesting cup and handle formation on their chart.

  If you look from around 2009 to 2000 18 ish, there's a big cup
• 3:20
  and then a handle up until now that has definitely broken out.

  You can almost also see an inverse head and shoulders
• 3:28
  pattern in their chart. Guys, this is 3 charts, three
• 3:33
  countries, Canada, Australia and India all showing strong, strong
• 3:39
  moves in the silver price. But have we experienced this

  before with a different precious metal?

  But the cup and handle formation alone is regarded as being the

  most powerful, most reliable predictive chart pattern in the

  technical analysis field. Now it gets even more

  interesting if we decide to consider that what we're seeing

  right now in the silver market new all time highs in foreign
• 5:16
  currencies. That's the same thing that

  happened with gold just a few years back.

  Remember all the hoopla everybody was talking about?

  Gold's made all time highs in every currency except the US
• 5:30
  dollar, and gold was hovering around 2000 at the time and no
• 5:34
  one knew if gold would actually breakthrough and make a new all

  time high. Well, do you know how that story

  played out? Yeah, gold made new all time
• 5:44
  highs and the same thing should or definitely could happen in
• 5:51
  the silver market because all these currencies, all we're
• 5:56
  really doing when we compare the silver price amongst the United

  States, amongst India, Canada and Australia to a certain
• 6:06
  degree is comparing the currencies to each other and
• 6:10
  those fluctuate. All this power throughout the
• 6:14
  rest of the world that is pushing the silver price higher
• 6:18
  will eventually bleed through to the United States.

  On top of that, I mean, come on my basement dweller friends, we

  know all the other fundamental compelling reasons supporting

  the silver price. Industrial, right, the solar

  electronic, you know that whole story and the fact that the

  supply of silver coming from the mines is going down.

  It's just a matter of time until while measured in U.S. dollars,

  the silver price also goes the new all time highs on a nominal

  level. That's what, $50 per oz if we

  adjust it right? That 198050 dollar high that we

  had. If we adjust that to today's

  dollars, if we take into account this little thing called

  inflation, which precious metals do always keep up with over the
• 7:12
  long term, then you're talking about a silver price somewhere
• 7:16
  between 150 and $200. Because for thousands of years,
• 7:23
  precious metals, silver, have fought these battles against
• 7:28
  paper money. And guess what?

  They've won every time. So while this battle is going on
• 7:34
  right now between gold, between silver and the US dollar,
• 7:39
  remember, right, precious metals have a perfect track record.

  They've won every time. And on top of that, it's a

  battle that the dollar doesn't really want.

  They wish silver and gold, all the precious metals would just
