What we're seeing right now in the silver market, new all time
• 0:04
highs in foreign currencies. That's the same thing that
• 0:08
happened with gold just a few years back.
• 0:14
All time high prices for silver in Australia, Canada, India.
• 0:21
What is that telling us? In this video, we're going to
• 0:26
make some keen observations about what is going on with the
• 0:31
price of silver in those countries.
• 0:33
But more importantly, we're going to talk about how we've
• 0:38
seen this before with another precious metal and how that
• 0:42
situation played out and what that very well could be telling
• 0:47
us about the price of silver. And you want to hear about the
• 0:51
price of silver because we love precious metals here in the
• 0:55
basement. I want you to come back.
• 0:57
Please subscribe to the channel. Give this video a thumbs up.
• 1:01
  Super chats are super appreciated.
• 1:03
But you're always welcome here in the basement.
• 1:06
You're part of the group. Now let's talk about what's
• 1:08
going on with silver in these countries and what we have to
• 1:13
expect. It'll put a smile on your face.
• 1:16
Canada's silver price may not have broken out to an all time
• 1:20
high, but it's getting very close.
• 1:23
We have a lot of basement dwellers up in Canada and think
• 1:26
about this guys. If you look from where we are
• 1:29
now, let's say around 40 Canadian dollars for one ounce
• 1:33
of silver. Heck, just a few years back it
• 1:36
looks like you could buy silver for half that amount, $20 per
• 1:41
oz. But when we look at this chart,
• 1:43
what do we see? That old familiar cup and handle
• 1:47
pattern. Do you see the big cup and then
• 1:50
the little handle off to the right?
• 1:52
Well, in Canada they are much, much more close to breaking out
• 1:57
OK above that top rim of the cup.
• 2:01
And that could send the silver price in Canadian dollars
• 2:05
soaring higher and higher. When we look to our friends down
• 2:09
under, the chart is even more compelling.
• 2:12
It appears to me that silver has broken out to all time highs, or
• 2:17
very close to all time highs. One of our fellow basement
• 2:21
dwellers emailed me the other day saying that at his local
• 2:25
coin shop, he's not able to pick up a one ounce sovereign coin
• 2:30
for anything less than 50 Australian dollars per oz.
• 2:35
But look at that chart. That's a cup and handle that
• 2:38
appears to have broken out or is precariously close to breaking
• 2:43
out, which again in conjunction with the Canadian chart, could
• 2:48
send the silver price much higher.
• 2:52
The precious metals capital of the world, India.
• 2:56
All 1.4 billion people have sent the price of silver skyrocketing
• 3:02
in Indian rupees. Look at that.
• 3:05
We are definitely in new all time high territory and they
• 3:09
have a very interesting cup and handle formation on their chart.
• 3:14
If you look from around 2009 to 2000 18 ish, there's a big cup
• 3:20
and then a handle up until now that has definitely broken out.
• 3:25
You can almost also see an inverse head and shoulders
• 3:28
pattern in their chart. Guys, this is 3 charts, three
• 3:33
countries, Canada, Australia and India all showing strong, strong
• 3:39
moves in the silver price. But have we experienced this
• 3:44
before with a different precious metal?
• 3:47
Let's talk about that next. I hope you enjoy your visit with
• 3:51
me down here in the basement. But it's not possible without
• 3:54
the support of our sponsors Pimbex Pi MB EX Online Bullion
• 4:00
dealer you can trust. But you need to find that out
• 4:04
for yourself. The other thing you'll find at
• 4:07
Pimbex is ultra competitive pricing on silver, gold,
• 4:11
platinum group metals and a great selection.
• 4:15
Also, let's say thank you to 1st Mining Gold, Canadian gold
• 4:18
developer with two multi million ounce projects in Canada and
• 4:24
Fortuna Mining. They're a gold and silver mining
• 4:27
company with big operations in Latin America and West Africa.
• 4:33
Did you observe something very interesting when we looked at
• 4:36
those three charts? Cup and handle formations,
• 4:41
inverse head and shoulders formations in the price of
• 4:45
silver in three large foreign countries and a silver price
• 4:50
that is either near, at, or above all time highs.
• 4:54
But the cup and handle formation alone is regarded as being the
• 4:58
most powerful, most reliable predictive chart pattern in the
• 5:03
technical analysis field. Now it gets even more
• 5:07
interesting if we decide to consider that what we're seeing
• 5:12
right now in the silver market new all time highs in foreign
• 5:16
currencies. That's the same thing that
• 5:19
happened with gold just a few years back.
• 5:22
Remember all the hoopla everybody was talking about?
• 5:25
Gold's made all time highs in every currency except the US
• 5:30
dollar, and gold was hovering around 2000 at the time and no
• 5:34
one knew if gold would actually breakthrough and make a new all
• 5:38
time high. Well, do you know how that story
• 5:41
played out? Yeah, gold made new all time
• 5:44
highs and the same thing should or definitely could happen in
• 5:51
the silver market because all these currencies, all we're
• 5:56
really doing when we compare the silver price amongst the United
• 6:01
States, amongst India, Canada and Australia to a certain
• 6:06
degree is comparing the currencies to each other and
• 6:10
those fluctuate. All this power throughout the
• 6:14
rest of the world that is pushing the silver price higher
• 6:18
will eventually bleed through to the United States.
• 6:21
On top of that, I mean, come on my basement dweller friends, we
• 6:25
know all the other fundamental compelling reasons supporting
• 6:31
the silver price. Industrial, right, the solar
• 6:35
electronic, you know that whole story and the fact that the
• 6:38
supply of silver coming from the mines is going down.
• 6:43
It's just a matter of time until while measured in U.S. dollars,
• 6:49
the silver price also goes the new all time highs on a nominal
• 6:54
level. That's what, $50 per oz if we
• 6:57
adjust it right? That 198050 dollar high that we
• 7:01
had. If we adjust that to today's
• 7:03
dollars, if we take into account this little thing called
• 7:07
inflation, which precious metals do always keep up with over the
• 7:12
long term, then you're talking about a silver price somewhere
• 7:16
between 150 and $200. Because for thousands of years,
• 7:23
precious metals, silver, have fought these battles against
• 7:28
  paper money. And guess what?
• 7:30
They've won every time. So while this battle is going on
• 7:34
right now between gold, between silver and the US dollar,
• 7:39
remember, right, precious metals have a perfect track record.
• 7:44
They've won every time. And on top of that, it's a
• 7:49
battle that the dollar doesn't really want.
• 7:52
They wish silver and gold, all the precious metals would just
• 7:56
go away. Hey, I don't want you to go
• 7:58
  away. Please watch another video,
• 8:01
subscribe to the channel. I really appreciate you joining
• 8:04
me here in the basement and I'll look forward to seeing you next
• 8:08
  time.
