- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time and no welcome to the naughty but niceam
- 0:18Speaker 2: your He's Rub Shooter and it's Monday, which means our
- 0:20Speaker 2: dear friend Garrett Vogel joins us. Hey, Garrett, are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Oh?
- 0:24Speaker 3: I am back, Rob, And let me tell you I
- 0:27Speaker 3: think we should just stop down just for a second
- 0:29Speaker 3: and say congratulations to you, Rob Shooter. Oh the the
- 0:33Speaker 3: soon to be book released this coming April. Pre order now,
- 0:39Speaker 3: Rob Shooter, yet again jumping into the author world, Rob Shooter,
- 0:42Speaker 3: Thank you, thank you man clapping one man, I can
- 0:46Speaker 3: hear you.
- 0:47Speaker 2: You're clapping too. Yes, I have a book coming gag.
- 0:49Speaker 2: This is the thing where it gets a little wheal grek.
- 0:51Speaker 2: It doesn't come out until April, so we've got plenty
- 0:53Speaker 2: of times. However, if I don't get pre orders, Amazon
- 0:57Speaker 2: sort of dumps me. There's a whole algorithm over there.
- 1:00Speaker 2: So I'm asking people to pre order it today. I
- 1:03Speaker 2: think it's about twenty books, eighteen nineteen books, twenty books
- 1:06Speaker 2: with shipping, and if you pre order it today, you'll
- 1:08Speaker 2: forget about it and then in April you'll get a
- 1:11Speaker 2: lovely surprise. Plus what it does is it tells my publisher,
- 1:15Speaker 2: how many copies to print?
- 1:17Speaker 1: And he's so popular, lad.
- 1:18Speaker 2: He's a very popular boy. And so I want to
- 1:20Speaker 2: make sure if you want a copy, you will be
- 1:23Speaker 2: guaranteed one. You will get one on the launch of
- 1:26Speaker 2: this book in April. So yes, is it a pain
- 1:28Speaker 2: in the bottom to order it now and forget about it,
- 1:31Speaker 2: but then you do get a lovely surprise in April.
- 1:34Speaker 2: So if you can do this, I'm asking as a
- 1:36Speaker 2: big favor, please order it right now, right now. It's
- 1:39Speaker 2: called It's started with a whisper. It's a rob shooter.
- 1:43Speaker 2: You get an Amazon, you type in rob shooter, you'll
- 1:46Speaker 2: see it. It's a beautiful cover, big some lips, big
- 1:49Speaker 2: red lips.
- 1:50Speaker 1: With your lips. That was curious.
- 1:51Speaker 2: They're yours, Garrett, and so thank you, so enjoy it.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Enjoy it once again. Thank you so much, Garrett.
- 1:56Speaker 1: You're the best.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Okay, let's jump into our show. What time is it?
- 1:59Speaker 2: My friends? It is tea time, So big drama over
- 2:02Speaker 2: the pond in Britain. Prince Andrew has been stripped of
- 2:06Speaker 2: his royal titles and now a lot of people are
- 2:08Speaker 2: asking what's going to happen to Sarah Ferguson. Well, She
- 2:11Speaker 2: is livid that she has lost her title, and insiders
- 2:15Speaker 2: tell me if she could, she would lose Andrew too.
- 2:19Speaker 2: So behind the palace gates, Sarah Ferguson is raging. Multiple
- 2:24Speaker 2: insiders are saying that she's so so angry about losing
- 2:28Speaker 2: her title. She is livid. She was the Duchess of York.
- 2:31Speaker 2: She was her royal highness. Now all that is gone.
- 2:35Speaker 2: She's just Sarah Ferguson. She still lives with him, which
- 2:38Speaker 2: is a little sort of strange after thirty years of divorce,
- 2:42Speaker 2: they still live together. That's because he lives in the
- 2:45Speaker 2: Royal Lodge, which is a massive mansion that he lives
- 2:49Speaker 2: in for basically forever, for no money. So she sort
- 2:53Speaker 2: of crashes there life. It's a lovely life. I mean,
- 2:56Speaker 2: he lost the title, but he's not losing the lifestyle
- 2:58Speaker 2: that she'd kick him out of that hats However, they're
- 3:00Speaker 2: not doing that just yet. She lives there, so she
- 3:03Speaker 2: like crashes with her ex for free. She's done it
- 3:05Speaker 2: for years and she's not crashing on the couch. This
- 3:08Speaker 2: is a palace. She's just hold up in a palace.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Now's are you know sofa in their living room?
- 3:15Speaker 2: That's where I'd have to crash up beyond your sofa, Garrett.
- 3:18Speaker 2: And so she's been there for many, many years. She's
- 3:20Speaker 2: not leaving and because of that, she's not gonna leave
- 3:23Speaker 2: him too. So even though they're not married, they're still
- 3:25Speaker 2: live together, they're still best friends. So a lot of
- 3:27Speaker 2: people are saying, when is she going to turn on him?
- 3:29Speaker 2: If the King can turn on him, if William can
- 3:32Speaker 2: turn on him, if the British public can turn on him,
- 3:35Speaker 2: why is Sarah Ferguson still there? While the answer is financial,
- 3:39Speaker 2: My friends, she likes this house. It's a beautiful house,
- 3:43Speaker 2: and so why would she leave this house? It's on
- 3:45Speaker 2: the estate. Where would she go? I mean like, would
- 3:48Speaker 2: she move in? Her parents are no longer with us?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Would she move in with her children? Like? Where would
- 3:52Speaker 2: she go and live? Would you go and rent a flag?
- 3:53Speaker 2: She doesn't really earn any money, she's not really out
- 3:57Speaker 2: there doing anything. It's really ugly now. The thing is
- 4:00Speaker 2: Andrew is, even though he has lost his Duke of
- 4:03Speaker 2: York title and his Royal Highness title, he hasn't really
- 4:08Speaker 2: It takes an Act of Parliament to remove titles, so
- 4:11Speaker 2: he's agreed not to use them. So he won't use
- 4:14Speaker 2: them anymore, but technically they are still there. This is
- 4:18Speaker 2: all going on because of the ugliness, the disgrace about
- 4:22Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein. I'm told Moore is coming. Virginia Geoffrey, who's
- 4:28Speaker 2: one of the accusers, credible accusers here, let me add,
- 4:32Speaker 2: has a book. She's passed away. She committed suicide, but
- 4:35Speaker 2: before she died, she wrote a book. It's coming out
- 4:39Speaker 2: next week. I'm told this book is going to be
- 4:42Speaker 2: devastating for Prince Andrews to the palace. He's trying to
- 4:46Speaker 2: get ahead of it. What do you do, Garrett, If
- 4:48Speaker 2: this was just the job, you'd fire him. But it's
- 4:50Speaker 2: a family business. You can't fire someone from your family.
- 4:54Speaker 1: What do you do?
- 4:56Speaker 3: You treat them like the relative that they are during
- 5:00Speaker 3: the holidays and you just put them in the corner
- 5:02Speaker 3: and no one talks to them, you know, like you
- 5:04Speaker 3: put them in the shelf for the in the witch's
- 5:07Speaker 3: chamber at this point and just say we'll.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Release you during the holidays. You stay there, blah blah blah.
- 5:13Speaker 1: You know.
- 5:14Speaker 3: I mean, it's it's so interesting just to even hear
- 5:17Speaker 3: what like some excerpts that Virginia was asked to go
- 5:21Speaker 3: find dig up some dirt on Epstein so Andrew could
- 5:24Speaker 3: fight back. And like, I mean, it feels like given, yes,
- 5:29Speaker 3: this all happened, but it feels like we're living in
- 5:32Speaker 3: a movie.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, a new movie every week like a
- 5:36Speaker 2: TV movie, and every Monday a new movie. Jobs. I
- 5:38Speaker 2: think it would be better for everybody involved. And I
- 5:41Speaker 2: don't care here about the perpetrators. I only care about
- 5:44Speaker 2: the victims if it all just came out, if they
- 5:47Speaker 2: all just sat down and tried. But they have been trying.
- 5:50Speaker 2: They'd argue they've been trying for thirty years and nobody's
- 5:53Speaker 2: wanted to listen to this. This Epstein case is not
- 5:57Speaker 2: going away because it is so awful, It is so
- 6:00Speaker 2: so mysterious. There are still so many names involved that
- 6:04Speaker 2: we just do not know about yet. We suspect one,
- 6:07Speaker 2: but Andrew Andrew Prince Andrew has become the face of this.
- 6:10Speaker 2: He was friends with Jeffrey Epstein. Now we're finding his wife,
- 6:14Speaker 2: Sarah Ferguson. I used to like her. I know her
- 6:16Speaker 2: a little bit. We actually email each other, if you
- 6:18Speaker 2: can believe that, and so I have a email address
- 6:21Speaker 2: and so I know her. I've been out out and
- 6:24Speaker 2: about in New York with her. She too was friends
- 6:27Speaker 2: with Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, there is new reporting now
- 6:31Speaker 2: that she even took money from Epstein. That's what's going
- 6:34Speaker 2: on here. Now let me explain this quickly, but I
- 6:37Speaker 2: think you'll get it. Being a member of the royal
- 6:39Speaker 2: family is fabulous. You get all these perks I think
- 6:43Speaker 2: in palaces. But you know why, you don't get cash.
- 6:45Speaker 2: There's not a lot of cash. So if you want
- 6:48Speaker 2: to withdraw fifty bucks to buy something, if you want
- 6:52Speaker 2: to withdraw some money to buy some new shoes, there's
- 6:54Speaker 2: no cash there. So you might have diamonds in the
- 6:57Speaker 2: Tower of London, and you might live in a palace,
- 7:00Speaker 2: but you don't have cash. What did Jeffrey Epstein have? Cash?
- 7:03Speaker 1: Cash?
- 7:03Speaker 2: Cash, And so this was a really am That's what
- 7:07Speaker 2: it was born out of. He wanted their celebrity, he
- 7:09Speaker 2: wanted their power, he wanted their their regalness, and what
- 7:13Speaker 2: they wanted from him was cash. When Andrew came to
- 7:16Speaker 2: New York, he didn't stay at the carlysle or one
- 7:19Speaker 2: of those fancy hotels on the Upper East Side, the Mark.
- 7:22Speaker 2: He stayed with Jeffrey Epstein because it was free he
- 7:25Speaker 2: didn't have the cash, and so this is a really
- 7:29Speaker 2: big question about what do we do with these royals?
- 7:32Speaker 2: Do we give them cash or do they behave? What
- 7:35Speaker 2: did we do? It's such a massive thing that's going
- 7:37Speaker 2: to explode. And I'm told William William's the one that's
- 7:40Speaker 2: really behind heading all this up, which brings us to
- 7:42Speaker 2: our pole question of the day. Sarah Ferguson will not
- 7:45Speaker 2: leave Andrew. She would if she could, but she can't
- 7:48Speaker 2: afford it. Our questions, quite simple, is should she leave
- 7:51Speaker 2: at this point? Should she leave? Yes? Or no? Go
- 7:54Speaker 2: vote on our Twitter page at Naughty n Ice rob
- 7:57Speaker 2: Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip. Be sure to check
- 8:00Speaker 2: back time to hear your results. Sake, what are you
- 8:03Speaker 2: working on?
- 8:04Speaker 1: All right?
- 8:05Speaker 3: Well, let's move over to Sophia for Yeah, I love
- 8:09Speaker 3: with the rolling the rs there. You know she used to,
- 8:13Speaker 3: you know, be engaged to well she was married, married
- 8:17Speaker 3: or engaged. Yeah, they were married and you know the
- 8:20Speaker 3: story was that he wanted kids, she didn't want kids anymore.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Uh so they broke up. But uh, I kind kind
- 8:27Speaker 3: of a weird thing where you know, she was asked
- 8:30Speaker 3: about it. She literally laughed when she heard, Uh what
- 8:33Speaker 3: one insider was telling us, and she's she said, good
- 8:36Speaker 3: for him.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I forgot he even existed. I mean, you can make the.
- 8:40Speaker 3: Argument, yes, you you definitely want to, you know, not
- 8:43Speaker 3: think about an X and get over an X, but
- 8:45Speaker 3: just to say he didn't exist, you know, the guy existed.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Just wish him well, wish him well, good luck with him,
- 8:53Speaker 3: you know, like that's such a petty thing to do.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I think he is a petty move. He just got engaged,
- 8:59Speaker 2: so they got too a couple of years ago. He
- 9:01Speaker 2: just got engaged. The news is out and she doesn't
- 9:03Speaker 2: really care about it. I think she's she's moved on.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Some people do. Are you one of those people who
- 9:08Speaker 2: who's on Facebook constantly looking up your exes? Constantly looking
- 9:13Speaker 2: up someone?
- 9:13Speaker 1: But I have friends that do.
- 9:14Speaker 3: I have friends that literally, you know, got dumped in
- 9:17Speaker 3: high school and we're talking about almost thirty years later,
- 9:19Speaker 3: and they know exactly what that person did to the
- 9:22Speaker 3: where they're at in the world right now, thirty years later.
- 9:25Speaker 3: It is sad, and you know she's looking if you
- 9:30Speaker 3: have if you have to say, oh, I didn't.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Even know he existed, you know he existed, you know,
- 9:35Speaker 1: he's engaged. You know what he's looking like.
- 9:38Speaker 2: That's so interesting. You're right, If you're going to be
- 9:39Speaker 2: a little bit petty that it tells me you still care.
- 9:43Speaker 2: If you really don't care, you just roll your eyes,
- 9:46Speaker 2: like if somebody brought up one of my exes to me, Garrett,
- 9:50Speaker 2: I don't care, so I wouldn't even be petty originally. Mean,
- 9:54Speaker 2: I find that the people that I'm a little bit
- 9:56Speaker 2: mean about you're a little bit petty with, are the
- 9:58Speaker 2: ones that I still really do care about.
- 10:01Speaker 1: It.
- 10:01Speaker 2: It doesn't need to be a loved one. It can
- 10:02Speaker 2: be a friend. If I haven't seen a friend in
- 10:04Speaker 2: a while, I really really missed that friendship and not
- 10:08Speaker 2: being close anymore, then I can be a little bit
- 10:10Speaker 2: petty about that. So, Sophia, we see what you're doing.
- 10:13Speaker 2: It must be a bummer. I mean, he is re engaged,
- 10:15Speaker 2: but you did get divorced, and once you divorced, it
- 10:17Speaker 2: is over, and so he's entitled to move on, and
- 10:20Speaker 2: so are you. Okay? Shocking news. Mariah Carey has come
- 10:23Speaker 2: back has not done very well, so she's sold only
- 10:26Speaker 2: about seventy thousand copies in three weeks. It came out
- 10:29Speaker 2: three weeks ago. It was okay, at first, and then
- 10:31Speaker 2: it just fell apart inside as her saying that Mariah
- 10:35Speaker 2: is devastated. She worked really hard on this album and
- 10:38Speaker 2: it might be the lowest selling record of her career.
- 10:41Speaker 2: She's had a long, long career. Now don't worry, because
- 10:44Speaker 2: she's always got that Christmas song. She'll be back in
- 10:46Speaker 2: a few weeks.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Defining right now as we see it again, this.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Is quite surprising. Mariah did the work too. She doesn't
- 10:54Speaker 2: normally do that many interviews, but she did for this album.
- 10:57Speaker 2: It was a passion project and she was in the
- 11:00Speaker 2: you Do I'm Told for almost seven years and then
- 11:02Speaker 2: she put it out and to sell only seventy three weeks. Garret,
- 11:07Speaker 2: that's not good.
- 11:08Speaker 1: But you know what it is too.
- 11:09Speaker 3: I believe you know, Madonna still has gone through this
- 11:13Speaker 3: from time to time. As much as you don't want
- 11:16Speaker 3: to say, you know, everyone could be ageless, There's there's
- 11:20Speaker 3: times where the music just doesn't connect with the current genre.
- 11:23Speaker 1: That's she's trying to talk to.
- 11:25Speaker 3: You know, you don't want to tell Mariah that her
- 11:27Speaker 3: music is older sounding. She feels that she still can
- 11:31Speaker 3: deliver that pop princess that she is. She can be
- 11:34Speaker 3: like Sabrina she can be like, you know, Taylor, you know,
- 11:38Speaker 3: but you don't want to. You know, bon Jovi went
- 11:40Speaker 3: through that same thing too, where bon Jovi didn't want
- 11:42Speaker 3: to realize he was kind of talking to a more
- 11:45Speaker 3: of a forty to fifty year old crowd and not
- 11:47Speaker 3: the twenty year old crowd that he started singing.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Why don't they want to admit that they call them
- 11:52Speaker 2: legacy artists? I was a legacy artist and my audience
- 11:56Speaker 2: was fifty and sixty year old. I wouldn't be embarrassed
- 11:59Speaker 2: about that. I can't appeal to the same people as
- 12:02Speaker 2: Ariana Grandi. Our podcast can't. If Ariana did a podcast,
- 12:05Speaker 2: we'll just have a different audience because we talk about
- 12:07Speaker 2: different things, we look different, everything's just different about us.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Why do they want? Why did they chase this youthful audience?
- 12:14Speaker 3: I think it's exactly that, just you know, that Peter
- 12:17Speaker 3: Pan feeling of growing up and realizing like everyone around
- 12:22Speaker 3: me is growing up, but I'm still stuck in that
- 12:27Speaker 3: time frame where I was probably the most passionate and
- 12:31Speaker 3: successful that I was, And I don't want to look
- 12:33Speaker 3: towards the future. I want to stay in this moment
- 12:35Speaker 3: that gave me sold out stadiums and sold out, sold
- 12:39Speaker 3: out world tours and all that stuff.
- 12:41Speaker 2: We were talking just a minute ago about Facebook and
- 12:43Speaker 2: looking up your excess. I find that people on Facebook
- 12:46Speaker 2: that are still posting pictures from their high school days
- 12:49Speaker 2: haven't moved on. They would be the Mariah Careys of
- 12:52Speaker 2: this situation. They just want to freeze time when they
- 12:56Speaker 2: feel they were their most powerful, the most popular. And
- 12:58Speaker 2: if that was twenty thirty years ago, so be it.
- 13:01Speaker 2: And so I think Mariah's stuck here a little bit
- 13:04Speaker 2: in a time capsule. We love her. She's Mariah, She's
- 13:07Speaker 2: got nothing to prove.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I mean, she's the she she is.
- 13:10Speaker 3: I mean, top top five, you know, singers of Fulton,
- 13:14Speaker 3: Fulton and and let's be honest, at the end of
- 13:16Speaker 3: the day, yes it was a passion project that that
- 13:18Speaker 3: didn't hit. But still come come January one, that paycheck
- 13:23Speaker 3: that's gonna come for the month of December.
- 13:25Speaker 2: She doesn't need to do anything but that Christmas song
- 13:27Speaker 2: every single year, that song of us. Okay, quickly, before
- 13:30Speaker 2: we get a break, we're hearing a little bit about
- 13:32Speaker 2: some trouble in Paradise, Ariana Grande and Ethan later, what's
- 13:36Speaker 2: going on?
- 13:37Speaker 3: So They were supposed to be at the opening of
- 13:40Speaker 3: a rag Time at Lincoln Center, big thing in New
- 13:43Speaker 3: York City. Year a list guests we you know, Hillary Clinton,
- 13:48Speaker 3: but Ethan and Arianna were not there. They were confirmed
- 13:52Speaker 3: to be there, you know, their faces were on that sheet.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Everyone who's expecting, oh my gosh, Wicked right around the corner.
- 13:58Speaker 3: But two of the biggest stars are going to be here,
- 14:01Speaker 3: and then right before you know, the curtain was supposed
- 14:03Speaker 3: to go up, not there, just silence, which is kind
- 14:07Speaker 3: of rude and within its sense, I mean, like you're
- 14:09Speaker 3: supposed to be there, but all the whispers.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Behind the scenes are about the relationship.
- 14:14Speaker 3: And we kind of heard about this that they're on again,
- 14:16Speaker 3: off again, but they're trying to keep it together so
- 14:18Speaker 3: the movie doesn't get any bad press and overshadow. You
- 14:21Speaker 3: know the movie, you know, Wicked two, that's coming out
- 14:23Speaker 3: in literally weeks. So I have a feeling after the
- 14:27Speaker 3: second Wicked comes out, uh maybe maybe after Christmas, you know,
- 14:32Speaker 3: we'll we'll see, we'll hear that they are going separate
- 14:36Speaker 3: ways and maybe even goes back to the white that
- 14:40Speaker 3: he left, who was literally pregnant with their child, Messie.
- 14:43Speaker 2: We Wade about this on our substack that we we
- 14:46Speaker 2: think we are hearing, we are reporting that they are over,
- 14:49Speaker 2: but they're not going to announce it until after the movie.
- 14:52Speaker 2: So after this movie comes out, that's when we'll probably no. Garrett,
- 14:55Speaker 2: You've been on many of these red carpets. So what
- 14:57Speaker 2: happens is the reporters on the carpets get what we
- 15:00Speaker 2: call a tip sheet, and it tips you off about
- 15:02Speaker 2: the celebrities that are coming. And at the top of
- 15:04Speaker 2: this sheet, Wicked's a brilliant musical. It's a revival. I
- 15:08Speaker 2: saw it a few days ago. Fantastic. But Ariana Grandi
- 15:11Speaker 2: turning up to opening night will get you an expanded
- 15:14Speaker 2: press court? Can we say that it will get your
- 15:16Speaker 2: people that you might not otherwise get. I have friends
- 15:18Speaker 2: and my friend Nicky from page six, she was meant
- 15:20Speaker 2: to go to another event, but she switched because she
- 15:22Speaker 2: wanted to get a sound bite with Ariana Grande. And
- 15:25Speaker 2: she can't be she can't be the anyone, and so
- 15:27Speaker 2: to not be there a little bit rude would be
- 15:30Speaker 2: a little bit suspicious. Okay, we're not gonna be rude,
- 15:33Speaker 2: but we're going to take a quick break, and we're
- 15:34Speaker 2: not suspicious because we're coming right back. Welcome back to
- 15:38Speaker 2: the Naughty but Nice Show. Oh, Garrett, I just heard
- 15:42Speaker 2: that Elvis and Danielle on your show gave me a
- 15:45Speaker 2: shout out this morning. I mean telling people to buy
- 15:48Speaker 2: my book.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Those pre orders should be through the roof right now.
- 15:51Speaker 3: I mean, if you are not in front of the
- 15:55Speaker 3: encyclopedia in the Bible right now.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I don't know.
