Transcript
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Ascension Alchemists podcast.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: This is your host, Michael Abramson.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: And today is my solo episode where I'm so excited to speak about what I believe is happening to all of us, if not many men that are evolving to their greatest version.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: And that really speaks to the heart.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: And today, what I really want to dive into is how we can move from the mind to the heart, the awakening of the conscious man.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: Because I know it's been a huge journey in my life, and what I've recognized in working with so many men of the shift of really, really coming from the mind, which sometimes controls our thoughts, our well-being, and our daily lifestyle, to allowing the heart to have a greater state of being.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you really ask yourself a profound question, what could the body not live with?
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we don't want to live without a brain or heart, but the heart is the essential emperor of the body.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: We can live without a mind.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And sometimes when we look at how the mind operates, it almost seems mindless when it's really rooted in a lot of pain.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: So today I'm so excited to welcome this episode, really focusing on the awakening of the conscious of all men, because that's what I've been working with, not only in myself, but many men around the world.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: This October, I'm so excited.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: On the 29th, I'll be doing my next Conscious of All Men's gathering, which I'm delighted to work with men around the world, of really these sacred conversations, these topics that we can dive into.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: And today I just really want to look deeper into what I see is one of the greatest areas that I feel in a man's transformation is moving from the mind to the heart.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Because if you really look at it, many of us men, which I see in myself, operate more from a headspace than a heart space.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: And it's been so interesting to see why this happens.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Even those that are listening, you may even ask yourself, why do I constantly see myself working through all these thoughts, sometimes getting confused, frustrated, upset, and recognizing what is the root area of this area?
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: So, what I like to begin with is why are we so in our head?
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Why is it sometimes we're even can disconnected from our body?
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: I truly see what's happening in our society after 25 years of working in the holistic health and wellness field is that the majority of us are running around with a dysregulated central nervous system.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: It's a huge term, and I'm sure many of you heard this.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: But just to break it down, what does that mean when our central nervous system is not running in alignment or what we may call dysregulation?
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: The first part is to really look at is the central nervous system compromises of the mind and the spine.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Those two pieces control our body.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: But even greater, when you look at a dysregulated central nervous system, you have to look at what are the effects when our central nervous system is out of alignment.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Many times when we're out of alignment, we're running in a fight or flight mode, meaning we're running in a state where we don't feel in control.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Many times we're running in this inconsistent phase where we're just taking each moment from maybe anxiety, stress, worry, fear, and we're just doing the best that we can because that's what the outer world has conditioned us.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Many times when we're in a dysregulated central nervous system, we feel this victim mode or this helpless mode.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: And so what wants to come to the rescue?
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: The mind.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: The mind wants to fix it, it wants to solve it, and it wants to think its way through.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: And if you really look at how many of us were brought up, especially us men, we are fixers, we are thinkers, and we always want to problem solve.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: Even to the point where I've seen in myself, and I've seen within many, is this mind constantly keeps running and actually has a hard time of shutting off because the area of stillness and beingness is actually a lost art.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: You know, when we really look at it, how many times throughout the day do we actually stop and really just place ourselves in a level of stillness, in a moment that we can just receive, listen, versus this constant going and doing, which many times come from even deeper levels of programs or trauma from what many of us have felt is it's not good enough, so we're constantly on the go.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: And when we're constantly on the go, we're constantly having our central nervous system overfeeding our mind.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: It's like a computer that's never turned off.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: And what happens to us?
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: We move into an anxious mood, we move into this area where we're constantly thinking, constantly doing, and that really allows one thing to happen.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: It cuts our connection not only from our body, but from our heart.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Because isn't it true when we make decisions, when we plan our day, when we choose major events in the life, a lot of us come directly from the mind because that's where we've created our personality, that's where our beliefs come from, that's where we've basically run our whole software in our body.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Yet what would happen if one day you could change your life?
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Instead of asking, well, how should I do it?
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: What would happen if you start asking, what is my heart calling me to do?
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: Because there is a huge distinction between the field of how your mind acts versus how your heart acts.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: There's a whole different communication, a whole different vibration of how our mind responds to how our heart responds.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: And right now, if you look at our world today, it is fed on a mind-based reality because of the stimulus that's being projected not only to distract our minds, feed our minds, focus our minds, but if anything, it engages our minds because we're on this literally mental body overload that if we haven't seen it from our media, news, or just everything happening around us, the stimulus of the mind is actually activated more than the heart.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: So today I want to dive into that, especially with the mem.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: That why have we learned to think our way out of feeling?
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Because really the mind is charge of thinking, and the heart is feeling, because the greatest force of this whole universe is divine love, that God's essence, which is in the heart.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: But have you noticed with most men, including myself, we have learned when we come across any area in life, we tend to intellectualize it, or sometimes we choose to work harder or shut down our emotions because the focus becomes how can I move through a situation in a thinking mode to problem solve versus actually feeling it?
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: And what I've understood from this is many times as a man and as a human being, a lot of our emotions that we don't want to feel, the mental body contracts those emotions, closes the heart because it is afraid to feel it, or the pain is too challenging to feel it.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: And so we start to distract ourselves by choosing to say, I'm fine, or choosing to numb ourselves, or choosing to outthink our way versus feeling, because if we actually had to feel it, it may be more challenging to think it.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: So we've developed these programs, we've developed these old beliefs that are ancient old, where we've allowed our mind to drive the steering wheel of our body versus our heart.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: So I asked the question to a lot of men what is the greatest distance that a man can grow and evolve?
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And you know what I've told them is the greatest distance is from the head to the heart.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: Because what happens when we start looking at life and really start moving, deciding, and creating from a heart-centered place versus a mind or egoic nature.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: Now we're not here to throw the mind out.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: The mind is important to do the simple tasks, the tools that we've been learned since a young age.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: So it's important to have the consciousness of the mind.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: What this conversation is really about is understanding that a lot of our energy has been focused so much on that mental body that our heart-centered nature really gets de minimized in how we can choose it on a day-to-day level.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: And it's been so programmed and conditioned, especially from the masculine point of view, because many of us have learned that the heart is a place where it's too sensitive.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: It makes a man weak.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: We shouldn't communicate from it.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: But you know what I've learned?
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: What the heart really is?
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: It's one of the most courageous places to express ourselves.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: For I've told men, it takes such great courage to literally say, I forgive you.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: I love you.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: I need help.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: I was wrong.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: There's a strength in the heart that's so powerful that sometimes the mind avoids and lacking accountability, choosing to find excuses, to defend, and really not allowing the full truth.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Because again, if we look at our mind, there is this major control capitan.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: I call it the ego, the place where our inner child has not graduated from its inner pain.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: And when that inner child controls our circumstances, we really start to see how that it wants to run the show by staying in control.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: And why does that happen?
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: Because somewhere, if the mind doesn't feel, or the egoic nature doesn't feel it's in control, it feels unsafe.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: Because somewhere within us, that inner child has been hurt, or there's been a traumatic moment, so it's just trying for dear life to control the ship.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: And just the other day I was talking to a client, I was saying, isn't it interesting that when we're moving through challenge, conflicts, trigger reactions, that it's actually the inner child making the decision from the trigger than our conscious outer selves that know that it could come from a more calmer place?
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: Because at the end of the day, if you look at it, the mind loves to react, versus the heart wants to fully listen.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: And what I mean by that is, have you ever noticed when someone upsets you, or if you're triggered, or if you're upset, there becomes this automatic response, this reaction, this area that all of our what I would say, most I wouldn't even call it myself, disastrous statements come out after someone hurts us.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: And yet when we just take a pause, which we teach in our emotional mastery course, when a trigger happens and step back from it and really ask ourselves what is coming up for me, and then communicating from a heart-centered place where we feel what we're saying versus what the mind wants to project in the pain that's come out, then comes an easier solution when a trigger happens.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: It's actually one of the most important things to do when we're stressed, anxious, and feel this overwhelmed.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: That when the mind is triggered, it immediately wants to choose to say something.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: And by just taking that first pause, breathing, feeling what's coming up, then we can choose a better way to respond versus react.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: That's why the power of responsibility, the ability to respond, really helps us engage in healthier communication, more from a heart-centered place.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And what's so interesting about the mind is you know, the mind, when it's really busy, when it's moving throughout the day, it's actually closing the heart from its ability to communicate.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: And I've learned that the closed heart, the mind protects us.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: Yet the open heart helps transform us.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: And so it's really important to see how open our heart is, or how closed our heart is.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Because if the mind is constantly thinking and the mind's constantly doing, where does it give the opportunity for the heart to take the lead?
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: And what happens if right now, during one of the greatest, most powerful conscious shifts this humanity has ever felt, is literally now teaching us, directing us, guiding us to move from the mind to the heart.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: In the sacred masculine circles that I lead, it comes from a heart-centered level because I know right now our heart is the emperor.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: When we look at the function of the heart and it contracts, it feeds the body with the nourishment of the blood and oxygen and literally feeds itself first so that it can then empower itself through the body.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: That heart holds the greatest joy, the greatest love, and the greatest power that is so understated in these times that it's really going to be a greater evolution for us to understand, understand the power of our heart and the vibration that is here to emanate.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: Because the one thing that I know as a conscious man is when I'm in my head and I'm constantly thinking, worrying, stressing, I'm out of my heart.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: It's closed.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: Yet when I'm in my heart and I feel the joy, I feel the excitement, I feel that great presence within me, then there's this openness that I'm starting to receive everything around me in a greater velocity.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Have you ever noticed when you're traveling?
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: I've seen this many times where you're just in this light-hearted sense, and you're not thinking, you're not doing, you're not planning, and you're just traveling, and you're allowing the day to unfold, and you're in this joyful, happy place, how the magic and serendipity of life starts to happen because you're in this heartfelt, I almost call it childlike, innocent nature, and you're just allowing each step along the journey guide you to where you're going.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: And those days where my mind didn't have to think or plan or try to decide for me, and I just allowed my heart to guide me, I noticed some of the most incredible, magnificent days open up, meeting phenomenal people, eating some of the most delicious foods, or just being guided in a way where I felt like the joy was allowing me to move behind each step, versus the mind thinking of any fear or worry of what happens if I don't take that right transportation, or what happens if I go down that path.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: So there's a huge distinction that I really feel that there is this field, this field in the heart that we're opening up in our greater accessibility.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: There's this field in the mind that we can see how sometimes it controls and limits us.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Because when you ask yourself, if you look at your life, a lot of the thoughts which come from our beliefs, which are divide, which are created from the programs and conditions we learn from, are literally from a perspective that can be limited.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Because where do we learn our beliefs from?
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Where do we learn our programs and conditions?
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: From our families, from society, which may only see it from a limited perspective because it's only seeing it from these eyes that the brain gives this perception of what reality is.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: But as you know, beyond these visual eyes and this invisible world, non-physical reality, in moments where it's beyond the mind, there's another field.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: And many have spoken about this as in higher dimensions, moving from a 3D mental, reality-based perception to a 5D, to a heart-centered, conscious living, which I call living from your true essence, that level of unconditional love.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And that's where I really want to ask you when you go throughout the day, and you notice maybe you're a little more tense, or you notice yourself being in a state that doesn't feel so good.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: What do you see?
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: What do you feel?
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Are you coming from more the mind, or are you coming more from the heart?
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Because right now, what I see in all of us is an opportunity to shift that in a way that allows us to allow our heart to lead even greater.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: Because you know what I've learned?
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: I've really learned personally as a man that the heart speaks a different language.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: And what do I mean by this?
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna give you an example.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: The mind it may say what makes sense.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: The heart, it may say, what feels aligned.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: The mind may say, What will people think?
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: The heart may say, what is true for me.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: The mind, of course, is gonna say, What can I control?
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: The heart says, What can I surrender?
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: And of course, the mind will say, What do I need to protect?
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Versus the heart, what am I being called to love?
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: A whole different language between both.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: And what happens if right now, for most of us men that are now shifting greater into our heart center, it becomes drawing greater awareness and consciousness of what field we're coming from.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Because all I know right now is we are moving into a time period where many are looking toward a whole new leadership.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: A leadership that is heart-based, heart-centered, because it's coming from what I see the greatest force of the universe, and that is divine love, unconditional love, the essence of what we've been created for.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: It is a transition, it is a movement, and it's not just overnight where we can shift the reality of how we're thinking, creating, and doing from the mind, but literally choosing.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: How we can open our heart, live from the heart, and create from the heart.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: And it takes a strong being to do this.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: It takes the highest level of our awareness because right now, what I'm seeing is to open this heart and to live from this heart and to shift from the mind, we have to be so conscious and accountable for what are the old thoughts of the not good enough, the old programs of feeling like I'm a failure, or I have to produce to feel a certain way, to shift from outdated beliefs that if I don't do this the correct way, I will be judged by someone out in society that's telling me I'm not doing it by their standard, of looking outward for validation or security versus creating from within.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: And what I've learned growing up, and especially in my mastery of health and wellness, is the heart is the emperor.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: It's the king, it's the one to really lead us into our highest level.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: And when you notice when people lead from that power, from that love, there's a greater level of compassion, there's a greater level of kindness, and there's a greater level of authenticity.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: And that's one of the most powerful areas we can look at is when that mind-based egoic reality may not be so transparent because it's only protecting itself from the unhealed pain.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: And as many people know, that if we dive deeper into that unhealed pain, there isn't a false ego that's just giving its version of how it experienced it, and then it directs itself through this egoic nature.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: And that's where we have to really do our inner work to see how we can remove the lens and power of our ego and allow our true nature, our God nature, to come through us.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: And that's where I feel that's where we are heading to, and that's where it starts in the heart.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: Because as we move deeper into the heart, there's a space, there is an infinite power, there is a field that I've noticed that has allowed the opportunity to connect to our higher self, our divine self, God Almighty.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: And imagine right now it becomes your opportunity in these days that may seem so challenging, difficult, and hard to say, how can I move myself out of the mind that may be addicted to the stress, worry, fears around me?
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: And then start shifting into the heart that just wants to surrender, embrace, listen to it.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: When we see the qualities of the heart in the compassion, empathy, caring nature, imagine what happens when we apply that to ourselves and then choose to awaken from that.
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: Imagine right now that you can be two versions.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: There could be a version of many of us that fears, limitations, false beliefs are controlling the narrative.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: Or there can be another version of living through the heart and our true transparency, the truth of what we're here to speak and create and build within this world.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: And all it comes from is moving from the mind to the heart.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: And that's what I see this awakening of the conscious man, of conscious women, of individuals that are arising deeper and deeper.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: And I know for us men, it requires even a greater discipline because being in a masculine body, the mind wants to take the driving wheel.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: And when we haven't met those fears, when we haven't met our insecurities, when we haven't met those inner dwellings that are deep within, the mind does its best to avoid it by staying in busyness, working harder, doing more exercising, and finding every excuse not to meet it.
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: That's why I feel it's so important as us men to really step forward and look at what is within our mind, what's within our ego that's preventing us to move from our heart.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: And where have we closed down our emotions, our ability to feel the sensitivity, so we can open our heart to a greater perspective.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: When we connect, there is a greater capacity when there's a heart-to-heart connection.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: Yes, in the similarities of the mind, when we speak and talk, there's a beautiful nature.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: But if you notice when speaking and your heart feels connected to another, it's like almost inseparable.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: And that's where I feel right now there is this magnificent shift going on where we know there's a greater truth.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: We know we're here of greater purpose.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: And I truly believe it comes from the heart.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: And the journey now is coming from that mind into the heart and recognizing what we're here to do.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: Because I know we have great, incredible gifts that God has given us.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And what happens if it's all it is is raising the vibration and frequency of your heart so that stays above the mind-based fears, stress, and worries that sometimes are just being projected from the external environment.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: Imagine if that heart each day could be loved, that heart could be held in appreciation, that love could be held in compassion by really focusing on self-care, gratitude, forgiveness, and letting go in pain of the heart, allowing yourself just to feel more versus think more.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: And one of the most important areas that I'm recognizing is being more still and open so we can just allow ourselves to receive the signals, the energy of what God, earth, and this world is giving us without being lost sometimes in the stimulation or distractions that are bringing the mind into lower densities.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: So today, I just want to bring that importance and for anyone listening to ask yourself, hmm, if I were to change my life today, this day, how could I shift from thinking less and feeling more by allowing my mind to rest in my heart to feel the great truth that it is, the love that circulates in every moment that connects us to each and everything in our reality.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: It is a journey, and to me, it is a masterhood and a masterpiece, especially for us men, that can really take that time and really take the focus and devotion of living from the heart.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: I know as a sacred masculine leader, we are moving into what I see, more men opening their hearts and connecting into their God-given powers.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: Because the mind has ruled the game for so long, this game of life.
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: And now I feel it's time to really allow ourselves to hand over the reins to the heart and see how that day, that creation, that action can be steered differently.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: Because we know, and what I'm aware of, is this human body lives in its alignment, in peace, in balance, in joy, in love, when it's in complete harmony.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: And in that harmony, the heart brings that.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: When we're out of harmony, in disharmony, that's where we start to see the mind move into its stress, worry, fear.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: Bring the mind back into peace to open the heart in its love.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: Then we start to see the greatest transformations.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: And for those men that are listening, that really want to move into the greatest version of themselves, I personally invite you for the customized personal mentorships and healing programs that I offer to allow the greatest shifts of joy, happiness within yourself, that literally creates the most abundance and prosperity in your life.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: I'm personally seeing it in my own business, I'm seeing it in my relationship, and I'm seeing it in my lifestyle.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: For those that would want to be surrounded by heart-centered men that are here to support one another, respect one another, and just hold that sacred space, then once a month I offer a conscious of all men's online gathering.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: And it's really here to help individuals remember what's inside of them.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: The heart's coming online right now, and now it's time to embrace it and surrender to what has always been with us.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: Because if you really look at it, the heart is beating every single day.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: The question becomes: are you following that beat?
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: Are you leading by that beat?
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: And are you allowing that beat to build that greatest version of yourself?
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: Because when we move from that mind to our heart, we're going to see our greatest dreams, our greatest wishes, and our greatest destiny be fulfilled.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: And it just starts with one step, one breath, and one beat at a time.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: So, once again, I want to thank you all for joining on this special episode of moving from the mind to the heart and the awakening of the conscious man and how we're here to really help thrive and bring this world into what I see the greatest version and supporting the rise of the sacred feminine, the rise of the sacred masculine into our highest alignment for the greatest good of all.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: Once again, thank you for joining and wishing you all a most beautiful, blessed day.
