- 0:30Speaker 2: You know, if you haven't seen my other videos, definitely
- 0:33Speaker 2: watching because that way, you know, you could bookmark this
- 0:36Speaker 2: or come back to it down the road, you know.
- 0:39Speaker 2: But the first things that we spoke about was, you know,
- 0:41Speaker 2: building your business profile up correctly. And I'm just going
- 0:43Speaker 2: to reiterate that a little bit is building your business
- 0:46Speaker 2: credit profile correctly. So a lot of people watching this.
- 0:50Speaker 2: If you do not have an EI in or a
- 0:52Speaker 2: tax tax id or an actual business, it's very simple
- 0:57Speaker 2: to do it right. So interstate of New Jersey in
- 1:00Speaker 2: New York, and I know that we have a lot
- 1:01Speaker 2: of other people that are in other states. I'm gonna
- 1:04Speaker 2: show you guys, you know, I'm gonna share my screen
- 1:06Speaker 2: and show you guys, like if you do not have
- 1:08Speaker 2: an LLC and actual, let's see in the chat, I
- 1:10Speaker 2: guess the first person is say that they do not
- 1:11Speaker 2: have an LLC. Let me know what state you're in,
- 1:14Speaker 2: and I'll show you how easy it is to create
- 1:17Speaker 2: a business in your state.
- 1:18Speaker 3: So new York.
- 1:20Speaker 2: So I'm gonna see all right, so New York. So
- 1:22Speaker 2: New York is actually kind of tricky. I'm gonna I'm
- 1:24Speaker 2: gonna just do what I said I was gonna do.
- 1:26Speaker 2: I so I said, New York is the first one.
- 1:28Speaker 2: So let's go ahead, right, So all you actually did
- 1:31Speaker 2: I do that last time? You know, if I shared
- 1:32Speaker 2: my screen and here here all you guys gotta do right,
- 1:36Speaker 2: So let me go ahead and share it right quick
- 1:38Speaker 2: when you go to Google, guys, so you can go
- 1:41Speaker 2: ahead and create you know, I'm just using LLC because
- 1:44Speaker 2: it's a very basic term, limited liability corporation. So create
- 1:48Speaker 2: LLC in New York, right, and literally, guys, remember always
- 1:54Speaker 2: do this skip the first three. There's always ads. So
- 1:58Speaker 2: it'll say literally there ad ad ad, and then right
- 2:00Speaker 2: here to say forming in the LLC in New York. Okay,
- 2:03Speaker 2: and you just follow the prompts on how to create
- 2:06Speaker 2: the LLC in New York.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Right.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Everything is everything that you really need is in your
- 2:11Speaker 2: fingertips in Google. Create an LLC in New Jersey. Member,
- 2:14Speaker 2: skip the ads, boom, stay to New Jersey and make
- 2:17Speaker 2: sure that it's the dot gov, dot US, dot Treasury,
- 2:20Speaker 2: dot whatever the case is. And you can literally create
- 2:23Speaker 2: the LLC online. Our clients do it all the time.
- 2:27Speaker 2: They literally we teach them how to.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Just Google it.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Right, Florida, Create a LLC in Florida, right, skip the ad,
- 2:34Speaker 2: Skip the ad Florida. You know, make sure it has
- 2:37Speaker 2: something like with the Florida website. You know this one
- 2:40Speaker 2: says some biz dot org and file or correct Florida
- 2:44Speaker 2: LLC like right there. So guys, just to make sure
- 2:46Speaker 2: ladies that if it's not something that you want to
- 2:49Speaker 2: pay somebody to do, and I'm gonna I'm gonna take
- 2:52Speaker 2: a little bit of time in this LLC market right quick,
- 2:54Speaker 2: just so you guys can kind of understand my thought
- 2:56Speaker 2: process on it. And I hope you guys understand this.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I made a post the other day about homework in
- 3:00Speaker 2: twenty twenty two on Instagram.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Right, I put homework for I put.
- 3:06Speaker 2: The first thing is make sure your credit is above
- 3:09Speaker 2: seven twenty five, which obviously that's a no bringer you
- 3:12Speaker 2: want your credit over seven hundred. But I said, you
- 3:14Speaker 2: know what, seven twenty five is a good sweet spot
- 3:16Speaker 2: and obviously you can aim to go higher number. The
- 3:19Speaker 2: second thing is open an LLC asap and a lot.
- 3:22Speaker 2: You know, there were a few comments my mindset, guys
- 3:25Speaker 2: in twenty twenty two. I don't have time for negativity.
- 3:27Speaker 2: The minute somebody posts something negative on my page, I
- 3:29Speaker 2: deleted and block them before the old credit due wuld
- 3:32Speaker 2: entertain it? Oh you know, you talk about and just
- 3:34Speaker 2: go on a on a battle with them on Instagram
- 3:37Speaker 2: and now I just remove it. Right, I feel, and
- 3:40Speaker 2: as I said one, I'm not an accountant, I'm not
- 3:42Speaker 2: an attorney.
- 3:44Speaker 3: I'm the credit dude.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I do credit and I help people, you know, reach
- 3:48Speaker 2: their greatness through credit. Right, I feel that every individual
- 3:51Speaker 2: should have an LLC in their life. Right, others we could,
- 3:55Speaker 2: you know, it could be like a versus. We can
- 3:56Speaker 2: rant and we can talk about it, whatever the case is.
- 3:59Speaker 2: I feel like when you have an LLC, you walk
- 4:01Speaker 2: a little bit differently, you talk a little bit differently.
- 4:03Speaker 2: You can make different moves that you wouldn't be able
- 4:04Speaker 2: to do without an LLC. So I feel that every
- 4:07Speaker 2: single person in twenty twenty two should create an LLC
- 4:10Speaker 2: for themselves with their family. And if you don't have
- 4:13Speaker 2: a business, that's okay. Name it whatever it is that
- 4:16Speaker 2: you want your last name. You know, Rodriguez Consulting, Rodriguez Management,
- 4:22Speaker 2: you know, you know EYL Management, whatever the case is, right,
- 4:25Speaker 2: have a very broad LLC name because there's a lot
- 4:28Speaker 2: that can come out of it.
- 4:30Speaker 3: But if you don't have.
- 4:31Speaker 2: An LLC, and if you don't have a business, then
- 4:34Speaker 2: how can you start even start to make business moves?
- 4:37Speaker 3: A lot of people wait, a lot of people.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Oh you know, well, I don't have a business, so
- 4:41Speaker 2: let me go ahead and not do it.
- 4:43Speaker 3: All.
- 4:43Speaker 2: My credit's not great, so let me not start a business.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Oh I don't know anyone that has a business, so
- 4:48Speaker 2: I'm not gonna get in a different room.
- 4:50Speaker 3: The good thing is EYL.
- 4:51Speaker 2: You guys all know how you guys, you guys can
- 4:53Speaker 2: actually get together and two of you can.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Start a business.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Oh you know what, two of you guys. Two of
- 4:58Speaker 2: you guys want to do a vending machine business. But
- 5:00Speaker 2: you guys don't have the money. It's X amount of dollars.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Boom.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Now you can both collaborate getting the LLC together, split
- 5:06Speaker 2: the cost.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Boom. Now you guys are partners.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Right, Oh, you want to buy a truck for you
- 5:10Speaker 2: guys can get together, going to LLC together, start.
- 5:12Speaker 3: A trucking company together.
- 5:14Speaker 2: And that's the thing is the power in this room
- 5:16Speaker 2: is where if you don't have an LLC and you
- 5:19Speaker 2: know somebody else that doesn't have an LLC, partner together.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Obviously they very careful because obviously, you know, friendships could.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Obviously be destroyed with LLCs. But having a.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Business will definitely allow you to do certain things. And
- 5:31Speaker 2: what I mean by that is, now you get an LLC,
- 5:34Speaker 2: you get your EI in. And the first question that
- 5:37Speaker 2: I get asked, so guys, this is what I really
- 5:40Speaker 2: want you to know. I know Miss Business spoke about
- 5:42Speaker 2: it yesterday, is about getting a virtual office. Right, I
- 5:45Speaker 2: don't have a business, So what's the point of me
- 5:47Speaker 2: getting a virtual office?
- 5:48Speaker 1: Yet?
- 5:49Speaker 3: Get your virtual.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Office and then open up your LLC with the address
- 5:52Speaker 2: that you got the virtual office with.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Right.
- 5:55Speaker 2: So a lot of people say, oh, I'm going to
- 5:57Speaker 2: use my home address to open up the LLC, get
- 5:59Speaker 2: their red office, then change the office on my LLC
- 6:02Speaker 2: document to the so much back and forth, get the
- 6:05Speaker 2: Regius office first, or get the regious guys. For those
- 6:09Speaker 2: of you guys, it's a virtual office, right, you have opus,
- 6:12Speaker 2: you have virtual office with Regis. I do not suggest
- 6:16Speaker 2: getting a virtual mailbox. I do not suggest getting a
- 6:18Speaker 2: peo box. As you guys all know my previous classes,
- 6:22Speaker 2: it increases the risk of your business. If you're saying
- 6:26Speaker 2: that you're gonna be a consulting company or a restaurant
- 6:29Speaker 2: or a trucking company and you're gonna bring in three,
- 6:31Speaker 2: four or five hundred thousand dollars a year, but you
- 6:33Speaker 2: have a virtual office or a peo box or a ups,
- 6:36Speaker 2: it's gonna call some red flags, right, trust me, it's
- 6:39Speaker 2: gonna happen. Invest the money in a virtual office like Regis.
- 6:43Speaker 2: So that way when they google your address, just like
- 6:45Speaker 2: Miss Business said, it is going to be, it's gonna
- 6:49Speaker 2: look very big, you know what I mean, You're gonna
- 6:51Speaker 2: look bigger than what you are, the same way she
- 6:53Speaker 2: says she had an office. I think it was like
- 6:55Speaker 2: on fifth, fifth Avenue or whatever the case is. I
- 6:58Speaker 2: have a virtual office with Regis and I'm on Wall Street.
- 7:01Speaker 2: I have a virtual office guys in Puerto Rico. I
- 7:03Speaker 2: have a virtual office in Miami and Texas, Los Angeles,
- 7:07Speaker 2: and that's summer six.
- 7:09Speaker 3: So I have six virtual offices for God Credit.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Right to give you guys a little bit of a
- 7:13Speaker 2: secret here, God Credit will be in twenty five locations
- 7:17Speaker 2: this year. Okay in the United States, Do you guys
- 7:21Speaker 2: really think that God Credit is gonna spend money on
- 7:24Speaker 2: twenty five offices. No, I'm gonna have twenty five virtual
- 7:29Speaker 2: offices in twenty five different states. But it's gonna have
- 7:33Speaker 2: twenty five locations. So you see the difference where if
- 7:35Speaker 2: you are, you could be a small mom and pop
- 7:38Speaker 2: company but cover a very large audience and cover a
- 7:42Speaker 2: very large demographic. With the virtual office, you don't have
- 7:46Speaker 2: to spend twenty two thousand dollars.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Think about it.
- 7:48Speaker 2: In New York, New Jersey, you want to get an
- 7:51Speaker 2: office for your company, It's gonna cost you two three
- 7:53Speaker 2: thousand dollars a month.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Okay, it's very very expensive.
- 7:58Speaker 2: But get the virtual office first and then register your company.
- 8:02Speaker 2: You want to know how to register your tax ID literally,
- 8:04Speaker 2: just go on the I R S website, create E
- 8:06Speaker 2: I N and it's free, doesn't cost you anything. Now,
- 8:10Speaker 2: if you guys, don't have the time, if you don't
- 8:12Speaker 2: want to do it, then were by all means, contact
- 8:15Speaker 2: an attorney, contact the CPA and and and have them
- 8:19Speaker 2: create your LLC. But you could do it for yourself, guys,
- 8:22Speaker 2: at no cost. How long should we wait to apply
- 8:25Speaker 2: for business credit cards? If you open up your LLC today,
- 8:29Speaker 2: If you have an LLC today, start today or tomorrow,
- 8:33Speaker 2: all right, use your personal credit to leverage the you know,
- 8:36Speaker 2: the American Express, the Chase and the Credit Union credit cards,
- 8:39Speaker 2: and then start building your business credit up with net
- 8:42Speaker 2: thirties and gas cards, which is going to be my
- 8:44Speaker 2: next topic for today. Okay, if you do if you
- 8:47Speaker 2: have a business, okay, if you have a business business,
- 8:52Speaker 2: you have a tax ID, you actually have a business. Okay,
- 8:56Speaker 2: this is the next thing you gotta do. All right,
- 9:00Speaker 2: If you have not registered with Dunn and Bradstreet, Okay,
- 9:03Speaker 2: I know I've talked about this in previous classes before. Okay,
- 9:06Speaker 2: this is what you're gonna do right this right here, guys, is.
- 9:11Speaker 4: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 11:05Speaker 4: It was the new game day scratches from the California

- 11:09Speaker 2: Everything.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Those games sent the team's energy through the roof.

- 11:13Speaker 5: made the difference on the field.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Hey, little play makes your day, and today it made
- 11:17Speaker 4: the game.
- 11:18Speaker 3: That's all for now, Coach, one more question.
- 11:21Speaker 5: Play the new Los Angeles Chargers, San Francisco forty nine

- 11:34Speaker 2: gonna try to brainwash you to say that you need it. Okay,
- 11:36Speaker 2: d n B, you're gonna go to the let the
- 11:38Speaker 2: three initials, guys, D the letter D, the letter N,
- 11:42Speaker 2: the letter B dot com. Okay, d n B dot Com,
- 11:48Speaker 2: all right, I'm gonna put this in the chat d
- 11:51Speaker 2: n B dot com Okay, and then all you're gonna
- 11:55Speaker 2: do is do this is gonna go to Dun's number.
- 11:58Speaker 2: You're gonna go ahead and get a DUNEZ number. You're
- 12:00Speaker 2: gonna go ahead and member, I have a US based business,
- 12:04Speaker 2: so I'm gonna go ahead and put my I'm gonna
- 12:06Speaker 2: go ahead and put clean Slight Credit Solutions in there, right,
- 12:09Speaker 2: go ahead and put your business in there, and see
- 12:12Speaker 2: if you have a guns number or not.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Okay, when you.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Hit search, boom, I have a dune number already, meaning
- 12:18Speaker 2: your if your business has a Dune number, it's gonna
- 12:21Speaker 2: come up, right, And all you gotta do is if
- 12:23Speaker 2: you edit company information, create a profile and you're done right,
- 12:28Speaker 2: or if your business does not come up, all you
- 12:31Speaker 2: gotta do, guys, is put get a new Dune number.
- 12:33Speaker 2: It's free. Look free if you are not if you
- 12:39Speaker 2: have not done this, stop trying to build business credit.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Okay. You have to build your Dune number. You have
- 12:46Speaker 3: to get it, okay.
- 12:47Speaker 2: And when you build your when you create your Dun's number,
- 12:50Speaker 2: they're gonna ask you for a copy of your LLC
- 12:53Speaker 2: document and a copy of your EI in document that.
- 12:56Speaker 3: You gotta upload. Right. So now I go to get started.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Okay, And here's a thing, guys is gonna ask you
- 13:01Speaker 2: create first name, last name email. All right, let me
- 13:03Speaker 2: just show you what the guys look like I'm gonna do.
- 13:05Speaker 2: I'm gonna create a fake one, all right. Let's go
- 13:07Speaker 2: ahead and hear. I'm gonna go to register right.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Uh.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Temporary password has been emailed, so let me get that
- 13:14Speaker 2: pass with right quick.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I'm telling you, guys, a.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Lot of people will like you saw the other The
- 13:19Speaker 2: other way was a thousand I'm saving you, guys, number one,
- 13:21Speaker 2: one thousand dollars from doing this with dun and Bradstree's website.
- 13:25Speaker 3: You saw that they aid the charge. It's free. It's
- 13:27Speaker 3: either three hundred dollars or one thousand dollars.
- 13:30Speaker 2: If you try to do any of those options gonna
- 13:31Speaker 2: try to upset you to the thousand dollars and or
- 13:33Speaker 2: there's gonna be somebody out there that's gonna try to
- 13:36Speaker 2: charge you money to do this. It's free, doesn't cost anything.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Okay when you go in there, sometimes the pastor just
- 13:44Speaker 2: takes mad long and I apologize.
- 13:48Speaker 3: But guys, creating a d a Dune's number. So with
- 13:52Speaker 3: dun and Bradstreet, they are.
- 13:53Speaker 2: The pretty much the biggest business credit reporting agency, Okay,
- 14:00Speaker 2: through done in Bradstreet, they give you what's called a
- 14:03Speaker 2: Dun's number. Du n s Okay, with a Don's number
- 14:08Speaker 2: is what you buy a lot of the times a
- 14:11Speaker 2: car with. So one of the misconceptions that I get
- 14:14Speaker 2: every single fucking time, and I'm sorry for cursing, is
- 14:18Speaker 2: there's no way that you can build there's no way
- 14:20Speaker 2: you can buy a car without using your personal credit
- 14:25Speaker 2: to get it, or your business has to be three
- 14:29Speaker 2: or four years old in order for you to get
- 14:31Speaker 2: a car strictly under business credit.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Okay, it's not true, guys. Okay, I have a lot
- 14:39Speaker 3: of clients that.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Have businesses that are not even a year old that
- 14:45Speaker 2: they build their business credit and they get cars into
- 14:48Speaker 2: their business Okay, So I just got the password email
- 14:52Speaker 2: to me, so let me go ahead and put that in.
- 14:54Speaker 2: All right, So I just got the password email to.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Me, right, so E right, U A D two all right, it's.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Gonna ask you to change the password. I don't know
- 15:08Speaker 2: why it's giving me a problem. Let me see if
- 15:10Speaker 2: I can get it up here. Sorry, guys. Uh, this
- 15:14Speaker 2: is one of the questions guys that we actually get
- 15:16Speaker 2: asked a lot is creating a Dune number. And like
- 15:20Speaker 2: I said, guys, it's free, doesn't uh doesn't cost you
- 15:24Speaker 2: anything to do.
- 15:25Speaker 3: It, right? Update?
- 15:27Speaker 2: Watch So now, when I go in here, right and
- 15:29Speaker 2: I create you know, you put your legal business name,
- 15:32Speaker 2: year started, employee account, business description, company website, business phone number,
- 15:37Speaker 2: business email, you put your business location, You put your
- 15:41Speaker 2: linked in your Twitter Facebook, which is something they're asking
- 15:43Speaker 2: for now. And it says attached at least two legal
- 15:46Speaker 2: documents with the business name and address. You choose the file,
- 15:49Speaker 2: you upload it, E I N your tax I D done.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Very simple, it's it's it's it's literally that simple for

- 17:54Speaker 2: your personal credit, somebody just said here they even used it.
- 17:56Speaker 2: It's like it's not something that's like Bank of America
- 17:59Speaker 2: is not gonna call you and say, hey, you have
- 18:01Speaker 2: a car on your personal credit, do you want to
- 18:02Speaker 2: refinance it to your business. They gonna tell you that
- 18:05Speaker 2: it's up to us to make those moves, and it's
- 18:07Speaker 2: up to us to take catching on those things.
- 18:09Speaker 3: So you can literally open up an LLC today, guys,

- 18:13Speaker 2: EI in, get your business bank account, get your done
- 18:16Speaker 2: and Bradstreet set up, get your nap dot com, build
- 18:18Speaker 2: a little business credit. And even without building any business credit,
- 18:22Speaker 2: you could refinance your car from your personal credit from
- 18:25Speaker 2: Bank of America and slap it on your business credit report.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And then now it's off. And then now you have
- 18:31Speaker 2: a three hundred, four hundred and five hundred and six
- 18:33Speaker 2: seventy hundred card payment off of your personal credit. Now
- 18:36Speaker 2: it's on your business credit. And what do you think
- 18:38Speaker 2: that car is doing? That car is building your business credit.

- 19:39Speaker 2: or five cars with Chrysler Capital, four or five cars
- 19:42Speaker 2: with GM, get four cars with Bank of America. You
- 19:45Speaker 2: tell me you don't have a business. Create one with Turo,
- 19:47Speaker 2: Create one with renting cars out. Create one with buying
- 19:49Speaker 2: a car, renting it out to your front. That doesn't
- 19:52Speaker 2: that can't afford it, or whatever doesn't. The down payment
- 19:54Speaker 2: the car payment's five hundred dollars rented the amount a
- 19:57Speaker 2: month for six fifty. Now you just made one fifty
