If you're not familiar with Easton, he was one of the best high school runners of his era. He ran PRs of 4:05.67 (Mile) and 8:58 (2-Mile at altitude). As a sophomore in high school, he placed 22nd at NXN and returned his junior year to place fifth behind legends like Nico Young and Cole Hocker.
