- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: When I decided I was done practicing law because I
- 1:02Speaker 3: actually felt limited by it. I felt very limited by
- 1:05Speaker 3: practicing law. I wanted to help my clients in more ways,
- 1:08Speaker 3: and my business was growing faster than some of my clients,
- 1:11Speaker 3: my law practice clients. And they'd be like, how are
- 1:12Speaker 3: you getting all these lives? How are you making this money?
- 1:14Speaker 3: And I'm like, let me tell you. And then a friend,
- 1:16Speaker 3: another friend pulled me aside shout out to our friends
- 1:19Speaker 3: who check us. She was like, listen, you need to
- 1:21Speaker 3: be charging for all that free business advice you've given.
- 1:23Speaker 3: They paying for contracts, Okay, they ain't paying for all
- 1:25Speaker 3: that business advice. And so I started doing that and
- 1:29Speaker 3: that's how I got into coaching, and then I used
- 1:32Speaker 3: that same thing to build Hello seven. I just built
- 1:34Speaker 3: what I wanted to see, and you know, use my
- 1:37Speaker 3: authentic self right as the brand.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Right, that is the brand you right, you your vibe.
- 1:43Speaker 3: And I think we think we need to do something
- 1:45Speaker 3: extra or we need to be something else. No, No,
- 1:48Speaker 3: your uniqueness is actually what attracts people to you. That's
- 1:51Speaker 3: that's what makes the brand you know, interesting and lasting.
- 1:56Speaker 4: If you try to be somebody else, it's going to
- 1:58Speaker 4: be whack.
- 1:58Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:58Speaker 3: If you be the best version of your There's only
- 2:00Speaker 3: one of you, right, Only I can do Rachel Rogers
- 2:04Speaker 3: right to the best of my ability. And so the
- 2:07Speaker 3: more I do that and the more I bring that
- 2:08Speaker 3: to what I do, the more people are attracted. So
- 2:11Speaker 3: to me, like the special sauce is literally you your personality.
- 2:15Speaker 3: I think our actual personalities are the basis of our brands.
- 2:18Speaker 6: I want to just say something about that because that's
- 2:20Speaker 6: extremely important. Yes, really get comfortable with yourself and embrace
- 2:24Speaker 6: yourself because a lot of times when people are looking
- 2:27Speaker 6: for marketing campaigns, they're trying to become something else, yes,
- 2:31Speaker 6: and they're looking to mimic somebody else's success.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 2:34Speaker 6: Following with that is that you're always going to be
- 2:37Speaker 6: following somebody else.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Yes, and somebody else is all going to be doing it.
- 2:40Speaker 6: Better, right, and it's never going to come off. Because
- 2:43Speaker 6: I used to be a financial advisor. Yes, So you know,
- 2:45Speaker 6: starting as a financial advisor, I was the only black
- 2:49Speaker 6: person in the whole entire office, and you know, have
- 2:52Speaker 6: a New York accent, and I listen to rap music
- 2:54Speaker 6: and you kind of feel a little intimidated, yes, But
- 2:58Speaker 6: then you realize that there's a lot of people who
- 3:02Speaker 6: could relate to me, yes, that can't relate to the
- 3:04Speaker 6: other guys exactly that people. So what you want to
- 3:11Speaker 6: look at as a handicap is actually a superpower exactly right,
- 3:14Speaker 6: So you really have to embrace that. And that's what
- 3:16Speaker 6: we have done, were on your leisure, Like you know,
- 3:18Speaker 6: we kind of embrace who we are and that has
- 3:24Speaker 6: opened the door to millions of people worldwide that was left.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Out of the conversation exactly right.
- 3:28Speaker 6: But if we were running from that and we tried
- 3:30Speaker 6: to just fit in the mole of what CNBC will
- 3:34Speaker 6: look like, exactly, you would have never been able to
- 3:36Speaker 6: be as successful as we.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Are now exactly.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Like y'all have created a movement, right, and it all
- 3:40Speaker 3: starts with what do we want? Because we are so
- 3:43Speaker 3: like everybody here is somebody who is from a historically
- 3:49Speaker 3: systemically excluded community, and so that is actually an advantage
- 3:54Speaker 3: to us because we are unrepresented in a lot of
- 3:57Speaker 3: ways in so many spaces, like in finance literacy, right,
- 4:01Speaker 3: and so if we just bring our sauce and how
- 4:04Speaker 3: we do our thing to that whatever that expertise is,
- 4:07Speaker 3: this is why you have an explosion with earn your leisure, right.
- 4:10Speaker 2: And we've seen it.
- 4:11Speaker 5: I mean we've seen it obviously in hip hop as
- 4:13Speaker 5: an export. But now what we're doing is having education
- 4:17Speaker 5: and financial literacy be the greatest export that we can have. Yes,
- 4:20Speaker 5: we'll go back for a second, and you touched on
- 4:26Speaker 5: it really briefly, but it's vitally important because you said
- 4:30Speaker 5: before you made that change from practicing law, you had
- 4:33Speaker 5: the conversation with your husband.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Yes, and he married entrepreneurs in here.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Okay, right at home.
- 4:43Speaker 5: But talk about that because I mean those type of
- 4:46Speaker 5: conversations can't always be easy, right if your partner is
- 4:50Speaker 5: not supportive, if they're not aligned.
- 4:52Speaker 2: With the vision that you have. Talk about that.
- 4:54Speaker 5: How did that go? And you know how supportive and
- 4:58Speaker 5: how aligned was it or did you have to do
- 5:00Speaker 5: some convincing?
- 5:01Speaker 4: Yes?
- 5:02Speaker 3: No, he was very supportive from day one. And also
- 5:06Speaker 3: he's an entrepreneur as well, so he was He was like, Okay,
- 5:11Speaker 3: you don't want to get a job.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Cool.
- 5:13Speaker 3: You spend all this money on school. I literally funded
- 5:17Speaker 3: our lives while you were in school. I got to
- 5:22Speaker 3: give up my Range Drover. Okay, I'm gonna give up
- 5:24Speaker 3: my Range Rover. Now I'm driving a Nissan Ultima. I'm

- 8:20Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Forwards, what is this? And this man loves cars? Okay,
- 8:29Speaker 4: just had a flashback. He just had a flashback. Literally,
- 8:32Speaker 4: he's gonna have nightmares tonight driving that Nissan Ultimate Way
- 8:36Speaker 4: one hundred thousand miles on it. Okay.
- 8:38Speaker 3: He was like, I'm pushing this, okay, because we got
- 8:40Speaker 3: a dream.
- 8:43Speaker 4: So he was supportive for a while. Yes, definitely he
- 8:50Speaker 4: had I have a dream bumper.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Siccret that's right.
- 8:52Speaker 4: And let me tell you something.
- 8:54Speaker 3: This None of this would be happening if it were
- 8:57Speaker 3: for that man right there, okay. So so he was
- 9:04Speaker 3: very supportive and he was like, okay, let's do it.
- 9:07Speaker 3: And also too, I think your partner responds to your
- 9:09Speaker 3: energy when you're showing up with I'm taking this seriously.
- 9:14Speaker 3: I'm making it happen. I understand that we got bills
- 9:16Speaker 3: to pay, right, and I'm not afraid to go ask
- 9:19Speaker 3: for the sale and be and follow up with the
- 9:21Speaker 3: client be like, yes, you need to pay this invoice. No,
- 9:23Speaker 3: you cannot have an extension, right because he's he was
- 9:27Speaker 3: staying home with our kids, because I as soon as
- 9:30Speaker 3: I started a business, literally six months into it, I
- 9:32Speaker 3: was pregnant with my daughter, and then I got pregnant
- 9:35Speaker 3: again immediately. I remember when I announced that my son, Jackson,
- 9:38Speaker 3: I was pregnant with my son, and they were like, again, already,
- 9:43Speaker 3: what did you do in you know, I'm like, not
- 9:45Speaker 3: family planning, obviously, And so we decided he was going
- 9:51Speaker 3: to stay.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Home with the kids and that I would just keep
- 9:54Speaker 4: building this business. But after a while he was like,
- 9:58Speaker 4: I'm not liking this.
- 10:00Speaker 3: I feel like I don't know what money's coming in.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I don't know when I'm gonna be able to pay
- 10:03Speaker 3: these bills. I'm feeling very stressed. You got all these employees.
- 10:07Speaker 3: They get paid first, we get paid last, and it's
- 10:09Speaker 3: not that much left over. And so after a while
- 10:12Speaker 3: he was like, yeah, no, I'm not feeling this. You
- 10:14Speaker 3: might need to go get a job or something. I
- 10:17Speaker 3: was supported for a while, but you're gonna have to
- 10:19Speaker 3: turn it up a notch or or we gotta figure
- 10:21Speaker 3: something out, you know, and because the whole time too,
- 10:23Speaker 3: he'd be like, I'm going to get a job, and
- 10:25Speaker 3: I talk him out of it.
- 10:26Speaker 4: I'm like, no, no, no, I'm right there. I'm on
- 10:28Speaker 4: the cusp it's coming. How many times did I say
- 10:32Speaker 4: that to you? And then it was like a year later,
- 10:35Speaker 4: we still on that cusp where we gonna tip over
- 10:40Speaker 4: because this is taking a minute, okay seriously.
- 10:44Speaker 3: So yes, he definitely had moments where he started to
- 10:47Speaker 3: have doubts. And here's the thing that I I the
- 10:50Speaker 3: advice that I have for couples and for people in
- 10:53Speaker 3: relationships where they have a vision for something and sometimes
- 10:57Speaker 3: your partner doesn't see it. One you need to be serious,
- 11:00Speaker 3: like take it seriously. They need to see you putting
- 11:03Speaker 3: in work, taking it seriously, because that's what helps them
- 11:06Speaker 3: to trust and believe. They don't have the same vision.
- 11:09Speaker 3: They can't see what you see. They're betting on you, right,
- 11:12Speaker 3: and your choices absolutely affect every aspect of their life,
- 11:15Speaker 3: including what car they get to drive, right, and whether
- 11:18Speaker 3: their bills are paid on time, Like we had times
- 11:21Speaker 3: where we paid the whole team and then we'd have
- 11:24Speaker 3: to go under the There was a desk in our kitchen,
- 11:27Speaker 3: we get the big five gallon bottle that you put
- 11:29Speaker 3: your coins in all the time.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Take that thing that to Coinstarre.
- 11:33Speaker 3: At the grocery store, turn it over, and that's how
- 11:35Speaker 3: we bought groceries for our family that week, because we
- 11:38Speaker 3: pay everybody and not ourselves.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Okay, and listen, shout out to this one.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Because my sister always has a savings account and I'd
- 11:44Speaker 3: be like, that was my personal line of credit. I'd
- 11:48Speaker 3: be like, Angela, I'm about to miss payroll again, and
- 11:51Speaker 3: she'd be like okay. I'm like, I'll pay you back
- 11:53Speaker 3: in three weeks. She's like okay again, and she would
- 11:57Speaker 3: let me borrow money. I make payroll, then I gotta
- 12:00Speaker 3: make it back. Then I gotta pay her back. So
- 12:03Speaker 3: now it's still not getting paid.
- 12:05Speaker 4: So the people don't tell these stories.
- 12:07Speaker 3: This is what I'm talking about when I say you
- 12:10Speaker 3: have to be relentless, and you also like.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Convincing your partner.
- 12:14Speaker 3: That's part of the journey, and also too sometimes they're
- 12:17Speaker 3: not going to be convinced, so you just believe for
- 12:18Speaker 3: the both of you. That's what you have to do.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Believe and take action for the both of you. Like
- 12:23Speaker 3: I always talk to my partner. I'm always, you know,
- 12:28Speaker 3: letting him know what we're doing and how I'm trying
- 12:30Speaker 3: to make things happen. And I don't ask for permission.
- 12:33Speaker 3: I just go and do it. I just believe for
- 12:36Speaker 3: both of us. Sometimes I see the vision and he don't,
- 12:39Speaker 3: and I gotta believe for the both of us. Sometimes
- 12:41Speaker 3: that's what you have to do when you're in a partnership.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I'm gonna try that when I get home, both of us.
- 12:53Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
