- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice, shoga alone. Welcome to the Naughty Bud Night Show.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shooter. It is Tuesday, which means
- 0:22Speaker 1: only one thing around here on a Tuesday, A dear
- 0:24Speaker 1: friend ms D joins us, Hey, Mr D, are you there?
- 0:27Speaker 1: I am? How are you this morning? Mr Shooter? Fantastic?
- 0:31Speaker 1: Where in the world is Miss D? You're traveling still?
- 0:33Speaker 1: What city? Where are you? I'm back in New York
- 0:36Speaker 1: City for a couple of weeks, so we'll definitely have
- 0:39Speaker 1: to do cart tails. But I won't be here for long,
- 0:42Speaker 1: so catch me before I leave. I will are you
- 0:45Speaker 1: here Friday? Let's have a drinking poo on Friday? Of
- 0:47Speaker 1: course for you anything date my friend Bottino. So yesterday MD,
- 0:51Speaker 1: I started to record my book. I have a new
- 0:54Speaker 1: book coming out in September. They asked me if I
- 0:57Speaker 1: wanted to do an audio version and had to audition
- 1:01Speaker 1: to do my own book. I swear they wouldn't. They
- 1:02Speaker 1: didn't want to use me unless I auditions. Are your
- 1:04Speaker 1: audition for it? I got the gig, and yesterday I
- 1:07Speaker 1: had to go to a recording studio right by you,
- 1:09Speaker 1: Misty in Midtown and started recording my book. I know
- 1:13Speaker 1: excited I was a little bit scared. I felt like
- 1:15Speaker 1: Mariah Kerry. I've never been inside like a professional, professional
- 1:19Speaker 1: recording studio, so I felt like Mariah Kerry. I fear
- 1:24Speaker 1: I sounded like Mrs Doubtfire. I don't know. I just
- 1:27Speaker 1: I don't know. I know because I don't want to
- 1:32Speaker 1: be inauthentic, like I want to be me. I know
- 1:34Speaker 1: I have a very strange voice, but at the same time,
- 1:37Speaker 1: you want to appeal to so many different people. I
- 1:40Speaker 1: don't want to put people off with my silly voice.
- 1:42Speaker 1: But in the end, I decided to just be me
- 1:45Speaker 1: and if it works, fingers cross, it works. If it doesn't,
- 1:48Speaker 1: I gave it my best shot. I'm going to be
- 1:50Speaker 1: back up there finishing today. I'll call you afterwards. Misty, Hey,
- 1:53Speaker 1: what time is it? My friends? It is Big Exclusive
- 1:59Speaker 1: and the Tampa the show. Alex Rodriguez is still obsessed
- 2:03Speaker 1: with Jennifer Lopez. So yesterday all these rumors blew up
- 2:07Speaker 1: that Alex was dating this NFL broadcaster. Her name is
- 2:11Speaker 1: Melanie Collins, very beautiful, But that is not true, my
- 2:15Speaker 1: sources tell me, because he's still obsessed with j Lower
- 2:19Speaker 1: sources tell me the following quote. Alex is the most
- 2:22Speaker 1: competitive person you will ever meet. His ego was bruised
- 2:26Speaker 1: when Jennifer dumped him. However, when she got back together
- 2:30Speaker 1: with Ben, Alex's ego was destroyed. There is no way
- 2:36Speaker 1: we're going to see Alex dating again until he finds himself.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Get this, an A List actress with an Oscar. So
- 2:44Speaker 1: Jennifer moved on to Ben, who has an Oscar. He's
- 2:48Speaker 1: a List. So what they're saying is Alex is so competitive,
- 2:52Speaker 1: he's not going to end up dating somebody on TV.
- 2:55Speaker 1: He's gonna want what Jen has, which is an A
- 2:59Speaker 1: List Oscar winner. It's ridiculous, but it's also true. What
- 3:04Speaker 1: do you think, mister, Oh my goodness, I was just
- 3:06Speaker 1: having this conversation with a friend saying there's no way
- 3:10Speaker 1: Alex can up Jennifer Lopez. She's dating Ben Affleck, he's
- 3:14Speaker 1: gone an Oscar, And so of course our reporting supports
- 3:18Speaker 1: all of that. It's always hard to see your ex
- 3:21Speaker 1: move on, right, and then when it's somebody is so
- 3:24Speaker 1: shiny and bright, it's difficult. But Alex, I think you
- 3:28Speaker 1: just need to find somebody that you actually care about.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Maybe this is the problem in the first place, you
- 3:33Speaker 1: wanted to be with somebody with a certain status instead
- 3:36Speaker 1: of somebody you enjoyed having time with. I don't know,
- 3:38Speaker 1: but it seems kind of crazy. Go on and find
- 3:43Speaker 1: true love. That's what I want for you. Yes, yes,
- 3:46Speaker 1: you stop worrying about impressing j Lo. Stop worrying about
- 3:49Speaker 1: trying to up Jennifer. Just do you, Alex. Until you
- 3:53Speaker 1: just do you, you're never gonna be happy and you're
- 3:56Speaker 1: never going to find love. To get this too, So
- 3:58Speaker 1: Alex now has left alike on social media on Linda
- 4:03Speaker 1: Lopez's birthday celebration for Jennifer. So, Linda Lopez put a
- 4:07Speaker 1: beautiful birthday tribute up to her sister turned fifty two.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Hey Jennifer, you look amazing. Alex liked it. I know
- 4:18Speaker 1: it's a nice thing to do, but it just adds
- 4:21Speaker 1: to all our reporting that he is obsessed with her.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Sources tell me the following Get this. So j Lo
- 4:28Speaker 1: planned to celebrate her birthday her fifty second birthday, in
- 4:32Speaker 1: the French Riviera Centralia. Now. She originally planned to go
- 4:37Speaker 1: there on her birthday with her fiance Alex, but they split,
- 4:42Speaker 1: so Jennifer didn't cancel the trip. She wanted to go
- 4:45Speaker 1: to santra Pe, so she took Ben instead. However, Alex
- 4:50Speaker 1: is now in santra Pe too, So in all the
- 4:52Speaker 1: places of the world is a large world we live in.
- 4:56Speaker 1: They're both in santra Pe. Shouldn't one of them have
- 5:00Speaker 1: just canceled? I know there's cancelation fees mystery. I get it.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I've had to cancel trips before, and I was furious
- 5:07Speaker 1: my cancelation fee on my airline. But we have a
- 5:10Speaker 1: lot of money. Shouldn't he just have canceled that both
- 5:14Speaker 1: in Satrape if he wants to win j Lo back.
- 5:17Speaker 1: He is not following any of the rules. You're supposed
- 5:20Speaker 1: to not right on their social media, not go where
- 5:22Speaker 1: they're supposed to go. You're supposed to let them have
- 5:25Speaker 1: time to realize that they miss you. So Alex, you
- 5:28Speaker 1: could have got anywhere else in the world. And a
- 5:31Speaker 1: lot of airlines are canceling those cancelation fees, so you
- 5:34Speaker 1: cannot use that as an excuse. I love more worries
- 5:37Speaker 1: about the cancelation fee for people who were hundreds of
- 5:41Speaker 1: millions of dollars. I'll pay your fee. What is it?
- 5:43Speaker 1: A hundred dollars cancelation fee? Alex, get over it. It's
- 5:46Speaker 1: not a good look, which brings us to our pole
- 5:48Speaker 1: question of the day. Alex is still obsessed with Jennifer Lopez?
- 5:53Speaker 1: Is it time for him to move on? Now? I
- 5:56Speaker 1: think I know the answer. Let me give you the
- 5:58Speaker 1: other point of view. Oh, do you fight to win
- 6:00Speaker 1: her back? He loves her? He's obsessed with that? I
- 6:03Speaker 1: think that's more true. I'm not sure if this is
- 6:05Speaker 1: love or obsession? But what do you think? Should he
- 6:08Speaker 1: move on? Is it time to move on? Go vote
- 6:10Speaker 1: on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or our
- 6:13Speaker 1: Facebook page is Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment
- 6:16Speaker 1: there and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 6:19Speaker 1: your results. Miss what are you working on? Pink has
- 6:22Speaker 1: offered to pay the fines for a woman's beachball handball team.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Let me break this down. She is offering her support
- 6:31Speaker 1: to the Norwegian female beach handball team in their battle
- 6:36Speaker 1: against wearing bikini bottoms during games. So she took to
- 6:39Speaker 1: Twitter to announce that she'd be willing to pay any
- 6:42Speaker 1: of the disciplinary in fines for the ten member team
- 6:46Speaker 1: would incur for refusing to wear bikini bottoms in competition.
- 6:50Speaker 1: She wrote on Twitter, I'm very proud of the Norwegian
- 6:53Speaker 1: female beach handball team for protesting the very sexist rules
- 6:58Speaker 1: about their uniforms. The European Handball federations should be fined
- 7:02Speaker 1: for sexism. Good on you, ladies. I'll be happy to
- 7:06Speaker 1: pay those fines. You guys, keep it up now they
- 7:09Speaker 1: want to wear shorts instead of bikini bottoms. The Norwegian
- 7:13Speaker 1: Handbook Federation announced their support for the team, but the
- 7:16Speaker 1: European Handball Federation took a different position. According to a
- 7:21Speaker 1: statement from the e HF on July nineteen, the Disciplinary
- 7:25Speaker 1: Commission imposed the fine of around a hundred and seventy
- 7:29Speaker 1: five dollars on the squad due to their improper clothing.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, what do you think they've been fined
- 7:36Speaker 1: because it's actually a rule. I'm not saying I agree
- 7:39Speaker 1: with this rule, but I looked it up. There is
- 7:41Speaker 1: a rule on the books about the size of the
- 7:45Speaker 1: bikini bottoms that they wear. It's literally a rule about
- 7:49Speaker 1: centimeters and they're very very short. And the ladies are
- 7:52Speaker 1: fighting back saying we don't want to do this anymore.
- 7:54Speaker 1: We want to wear shorts like the men. To also,
- 7:56Speaker 1: my notice, two female gymnasts don't want to wear revealing
- 8:00Speaker 1: outfits anymore, and a lot of them are from ring Up.
- 8:03Speaker 1: We've got to change these rules. It is not right.
- 8:06Speaker 1: We can't sexualize sports. And let's face it, the Olympics
- 8:11Speaker 1: they're also fantastic. Their bodies are just in the peak
- 8:15Speaker 1: of life. They're gonna look sexy and anything mistake, they
- 8:18Speaker 1: really do. I was watching the boys last night doing
- 8:21Speaker 1: those vaults and bars and all the gymnastic moves de Layne. Oh,
- 8:25Speaker 1: it's so delicious, and they're all covered up. They're not
- 8:28Speaker 1: wearing little timpy, tiny little bikini bottoms. So I say,
- 8:31Speaker 1: we have to change the rules. Pink, you are a hero.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Moving along, Sarah Ferguson is talking about the cool nicknames
- 8:38Speaker 1: that she's been called over the years. So Sarah married
- 8:42Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, one of Queen Elizabeth's sons, and said, it's
- 8:45Speaker 1: been difficult to escape the public scrutiny, no matter how
- 8:49Speaker 1: hurtful it is. She said the following to Town and
- 8:51Speaker 1: Country quote, when they say you're the Duchess of pork Out,
- 8:57Speaker 1: or they call you frumpy fergy Out, you start believing it. Wow,
- 9:03Speaker 1: that's true, Misty. If enough people keep calling you names,
- 9:07Speaker 1: you start to believe it. That's why we don't call
- 9:09Speaker 1: names on this show. Just don't do names. I don't
- 9:13Speaker 1: like it. We don't do it. And it might feel funny,
- 9:16Speaker 1: it's not. It's cruel. She went on to say to
- 9:19Speaker 1: that the press pitted her against Princess Diana. Diana was
- 9:23Speaker 1: portrayed as the saint, this is what Fergie says, and
- 9:26Speaker 1: she was portrayed as the sinner. She also went on
- 9:29Speaker 1: to say that her bad headlines, the bad press she
- 9:33Speaker 1: got was just overwhelming. Now it should be noted Sarah
- 9:37Speaker 1: did do some very very dodgy things. She was caught
- 9:41Speaker 1: promising a reporter that she would give access to Prince
- 9:45Speaker 1: Andrew if he gave her seven hundred thousand dollars. Not good, Sarah,
- 9:49Speaker 1: So you didn't help yourself here. However, I'm not condoning
- 9:52Speaker 1: name calling. I think it's outrageous. Sarah also added to
- 9:56Speaker 1: that she thinks she wasn't invited to Prince William and
- 10:00Speaker 1: Hate Middleton's wedding because she didn't feel worthy enough to
- 10:05Speaker 1: go out. This is really really sad stuff. What do
- 10:10Speaker 1: you think about the name calling? This stay you never
- 10:12Speaker 1: call people names. I do not call people names, and
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think that Fergie and Megan need to sit down
- 10:18Speaker 1: and sip some tea. This is what Megan has been
- 10:21Speaker 1: saying all the time, reading all these horrible things, mean
- 10:25Speaker 1: things about yourself in the paper. It's damaging. And now
- 10:28Speaker 1: we have Fergie coming out and saying the same thing.
- 10:31Speaker 1: You can report on things that are happening that our facts,
- 10:35Speaker 1: but just making assumptions about people and calling them names
- 10:39Speaker 1: because of it, it's just not right. We're all human.
- 10:42Speaker 1: It's going to affect us and being a part of
- 10:45Speaker 1: the royal family. We know joining the royal family is
- 10:48Speaker 1: hardened up, but then to have to read this stuff
- 10:50Speaker 1: about yourself and why do they keep pitting the women
- 10:53Speaker 1: against each other? It sells papers, but it doesn't make
- 10:57Speaker 1: people feel good. Stop it solutely mistive. Moving along, what's
- 11:02Speaker 1: going on with Billy Eilish. She's talking about to about
- 11:06Speaker 1: people's comments about her. Absolutely, these two stories are so related.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So she says she will spiral out if she reads
- 11:14Speaker 1: her social media. So, despite her massive success, she's still
- 11:18Speaker 1: a teenage girl, and just like most kids her age,
- 11:22Speaker 1: she struggles to navigate mean comments left on her social
- 11:26Speaker 1: media page. So she told The l A Times that
- 11:29Speaker 1: she's recently stopped reading her Instagram page altogether because otherwise
- 11:35Speaker 1: I would spiral out. And stuff is as mean as
- 11:39Speaker 1: the F word on social media. We know this. There
- 11:42Speaker 1: are some people like my brother who can get a
- 11:45Speaker 1: text from someone doesn't like and he deletes it immediately
- 11:48Speaker 1: without even reading it. I can't do that. She said
- 11:52Speaker 1: that if Satan himself sent her attack, she'd be like,
- 11:56Speaker 1: what's in that text? I need to check it out now.
- 12:00Speaker 1: She also went to say, because she's grown up with
- 12:03Speaker 1: the Internet, she also agrees a lot of the times
- 12:07Speaker 1: with what people write that sounds so incredibly dangerous. It
- 12:12Speaker 1: could be very unhealthy. And of course she's been in
- 12:15Speaker 1: the public eye since she was only fifteen years old,
- 12:18Speaker 1: so she's been dealing with this. I think she's made
- 12:20Speaker 1: a very smart choice. What do you think, Rob, Yeah,
- 12:22Speaker 1: it's so tricky, isn't it. I know you very well, Misty,
- 12:25Speaker 1: and if you get a nasty tweet or somebody comes
- 12:28Speaker 1: at you, it upsets you for not a day, for weeks,
- 12:30Speaker 1: you still think about stuff from years ago. I remember
- 12:32Speaker 1: an incident when you're on the Wendy william Show and
- 12:34Speaker 1: you mispronounced the word and somebody came after you, and
- 12:37Speaker 1: you still talk about it occasionally. It's hireful. I'm pretty
- 12:40Speaker 1: good at it. My arm is up. I'm quite defended,
- 12:43Speaker 1: so when you come at me on Twitter or Facebook,
- 12:46Speaker 1: I don't really mind that much. I'm like Phineus her brother.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I can hit the lete. However, my achilles heel are
- 12:53Speaker 1: the comments for this podcast, and I think it's because
- 12:56Speaker 1: I really care about this I don't care about Twitter.
- 12:58Speaker 1: I really care about this show. I love doing this show,
- 13:01Speaker 1: and I love this little naughty community we've all created together.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I know the listeners, I know who's who, who's listening
- 13:08Speaker 1: friends of the show, and so I really do read
- 13:11Speaker 1: those comments, and they hurt my feelings. They also make
- 13:14Speaker 1: me feel really good. Now I try to not read them,
- 13:17Speaker 1: but I think that's so responsible, because feedback is good.
- 13:21Speaker 1: There's been several comments that have made me adapt the show.
- 13:25Speaker 1: There really has constructive, really smart comments. The ones that
- 13:30Speaker 1: I can skim over really really quickly are just the
- 13:32Speaker 1: ones that call me names or say I have a
- 13:34Speaker 1: big nose, or they hate the show. But I do
- 13:36Speaker 1: sort of see them. Mry. I'm good at reading fast,
- 13:39Speaker 1: but I do see them. What about you, Well, first
- 13:42Speaker 1: of all, if you hate the show, why are you listening? Okay, look,
- 13:47Speaker 1: we are fans here. We want to have fun. We're
- 13:50Speaker 1: not putting anybody down, So it would be really nice
- 13:53Speaker 1: if people can be supportive. I think that's the best
- 13:56Speaker 1: thing to do. Why are we always trying to tear
- 13:59Speaker 1: people down you and say, look, I didn't love this
- 14:02Speaker 1: part of the story, or I didn't you know. This
- 14:04Speaker 1: kind of upset me. But there's no reason to insult
- 14:07Speaker 1: the person who's delivering it. So I think so too.
- 14:11Speaker 1: But it's so much easier to leave a mean comment
- 14:13Speaker 1: than a nice one. I actually try to leave nice comments.
- 14:16Speaker 1: I really do. So if somebody does a great job,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I say so now, because I'd be the first to
- 14:21Speaker 1: complain if the service was bad. So now I'm trying
- 14:23Speaker 1: to be that guy who also says stuff, speaks out
- 14:28Speaker 1: when something is just delicious. A few of the podcasts
- 14:30Speaker 1: that I listened to myself. Now that I'm walking each day,
- 14:33Speaker 1: I've started to listen to a lot of podcasts. I
- 14:36Speaker 1: always leave a really really nice comment, like a five
- 14:39Speaker 1: star comments if I enjoy the show. So if I
- 14:41Speaker 1: don't enjoy it, I don't believe a comment, but I
- 14:43Speaker 1: turn it off. I know it is interesting. Hey, before
- 14:45Speaker 1: we get a break, just think Timer Lake has responded
- 14:47Speaker 1: for not texting Lance Bass back. So Lan said he's
- 14:51Speaker 1: been trying to get in touch with just that, just
- 14:53Speaker 1: it hasn't been returning his tags. They just did saw
- 14:57Speaker 1: this and he said, once those babies show up, your
- 15:02Speaker 1: unavailability will make sense to bro. So what he's saying is,
- 15:07Speaker 1: now that he's got all these kids in his life,
- 15:09Speaker 1: you're kinda busy. You've gotta adapt. My friend Piano had
- 15:11Speaker 1: a baby and now that's her life. We used to
- 15:14Speaker 1: text each other all the time. We still do, but
- 15:17Speaker 1: not quite as much now because she has another focus
- 15:19Speaker 1: in her life. Lance Bass is getting little babies. I
- 15:22Speaker 1: think he's having twins virus sur later on this year.
- 15:26Speaker 1: So Justin says, wouldn't you have those babies lads, you'll
- 15:29Speaker 1: understand not texting friends back quite as quickly. Land still
- 15:33Speaker 1: respond saying to Share, Hey, we're gonna take a quick
- 15:36Speaker 1: bread and where it will be right back, welcome back
- 15:42Speaker 1: show and rough shoo him with that dear friend. Mr. Hey, missy,
- 15:44Speaker 1: let's get to the poles. Jennifer low Hairs shared a
- 15:49Speaker 1: steamy kiss with then a fleg Is it too much
- 15:52Speaker 1: p d A or not enough? Wow said too much.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I don't agree with the majority here I normally do.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Oh I love it. Maybe none of my friends, like
- 16:04Speaker 1: I've got those annoying friends that always touch and kissing
- 16:06Speaker 1: restaurants and oh it's just too much. But when it
- 16:09Speaker 1: comes to j Lo and then oh I want to
- 16:11Speaker 1: see kissy, kissy kissie, where are you? Oh? Well, of course,
- 16:15Speaker 1: I mean this is a very very strategic p d
- 16:19Speaker 1: A move. You know what they do, and we talked
- 16:21Speaker 1: about that yesterday of the show. They know what they're doing.
- 16:24Speaker 1: They didn't do it for us not to see it.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's pol page had naughty
- 16:29Speaker 1: Nice rob a facebook page is naughty gossip and be
- 16:32Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow for your results. And now
- 16:36Speaker 1: it's time for a nice, nice well. Miss Lilibett has
- 16:43Speaker 1: officially been added to the royal line of succession. Now
- 16:47Speaker 1: this is seven weeks after she was born. Of course,
- 16:51Speaker 1: this is Prince Harry Megan's little girl. So the official
- 16:54Speaker 1: Royal UK website was updated to show Lilibet as eighth
- 16:59Speaker 1: in line to the British throne. Eight. That's pretty good.
- 17:02Speaker 1: This is one place behind her big brother Archie. Now.
- 17:06Speaker 1: The legal basis for the line of succession dates back
- 17:08Speaker 1: to the seventeenth century and the reign of William the Third,
- 17:12Speaker 1: also known as William the Orange. Little history lesson here.
- 17:16Speaker 1: It was most recently amended it in two thousand and
- 17:19Speaker 1: thirteen to end the system of male primogeniture, which means
- 17:26Speaker 1: that automatically placed a male heirs above their sisters in
- 17:30Speaker 1: the line of succession, So that's over. At the same time,
- 17:33Speaker 1: the amendment also removed a historic rule that a royal
- 17:37Speaker 1: could not keep their position on the list if they
- 17:40Speaker 1: married a Roman Catholic. Does I have to do with
- 17:43Speaker 1: King Henry the Eighth? It does? It does? It does?
- 17:45Speaker 1: And leaving the church he started the Church of England.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I love your history. Lesson here. Ye have finally added
- 17:50Speaker 1: to the line of succession yesterday. This was the naughtiest
- 17:53Speaker 1: of the day because they hadn't added. He's put her
- 17:56Speaker 1: on the website giving the word press update your internet nection,
- 18:00Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth getting yourself in that word press add her
- 18:03Speaker 1: into the list one day after the naughty but nation,
- 18:07Speaker 1: are you listening to this podcast? Okay? Now? Not if
- 18:12Speaker 1: the order Kyle Richards was rushed to hospital. So a
- 18:16Speaker 1: scary situation when she accidentally walked into a hive of
- 18:20Speaker 1: bees on her property. The fifty two year old is
- 18:23Speaker 1: allergic to their venom. Security cameras captured the whole thing.
- 18:27Speaker 1: She jumped in her swimming pool and was pulling the
- 18:29Speaker 1: bees and the stingers out of her hair. It was
- 18:32Speaker 1: really really dramatic. She's gonna be okay, but she's in hospital.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Now we're sending you are best and now it's time
- 18:38Speaker 1: for a moment of rob you. Thank you. The only
- 18:42Speaker 1: way to crush the nasty voices is by going after
- 18:46Speaker 1: your dreams. No matter what those voices are telling you,
- 18:50Speaker 1: taking action and believing in yourself are the best way
- 18:54Speaker 1: is to prove all those nasty, cruel voices that they
- 18:56Speaker 1: are wrong. Stop calling yourself and there's names and turn
- 19:02Speaker 1: up the volume of kindness. Enough with the names. Yeah,
- 19:07Speaker 1: we've spent so much time kind of calling ourselves names
- 19:10Speaker 1: and putting ourselves down. And as my mother once said,
- 19:14Speaker 1: it has to start with you. You gotta look in
- 19:16Speaker 1: the mirror and tell yourself that you're beautiful and tell
- 19:20Speaker 1: because nobody else is going to do it for you.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I guess. RuPaul says that too, But it's so important
- 19:26Speaker 1: just to remember be kind to yourself first and then
- 19:29Speaker 1: allows you to be kind to others. And that's how
- 19:31Speaker 1: we can change this world. Super simple. And amen. The
- 19:35Speaker 1: next time you call yourself a name, it's going to
- 19:38Speaker 1: be today. Stop think of the Naughty but Night Show.
- 19:41Speaker 1: The next time it's going to happen, you're about to
- 19:43Speaker 1: say something really mean to yourself. I almost did it yesterday.
- 19:47Speaker 1: So I've never recorded a book before. I just haven't
- 19:49Speaker 1: done it. I was a little sort of unsure. I
- 19:52Speaker 1: was not in my my my element. I felt awkward,
- 19:55Speaker 1: and I sat down in this recording booth. They closed
- 19:58Speaker 1: the door and I had that little moment when that
- 20:00Speaker 1: nasty little voice in my head told me I shouldn't
- 20:03Speaker 1: be doing this. I wasn't worthy of this. What gave
- 20:05Speaker 1: me the right to have a book on tape? And
- 20:07Speaker 1: I stopped it. I said shut up, and then I
- 20:10Speaker 1: did a great job. Today you're going to call yourself
- 20:13Speaker 1: a name, stop yourself and think of the Naughty but
- 20:17Speaker 1: Nice Show. Hey, that's it for today. Thank you so
- 20:19Speaker 1: much listening to the not a Nice Share with ram

- 20:45Speaker 1: Let's put it like that. That's one thing that's not
- 20:47Speaker 1: going to happen. But if you want to add other elements,
- 20:49Speaker 1: let me know them. And remember, if you're going to
- 20:52Speaker 1: be naughty, nay, it's starting, but iced with ro
