Glasgow’s transforming into Gotham City again for “The Batman: Part Two,” with fake snow, holiday lights, and a full-on Bat-look set on Bothwell Street. Filming kicks off this month, bringing street closures and SWAT vehicles to Newton and North Streets as fans swarm for glimpses of the Batmobile or Robert Pattinson.
