- 0:58Speaker 2: rolls into the studio and not only has he got
- 1:00Speaker 2: a new shirt on, he's got a new haircut.
- 1:03Speaker 4: The old one too. You're doing this a lot lately, Jason.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Well, you know I like to change it up. Fellers.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yeah, fresh out of Rodney, Wayne there. Yeah, fresh from
- 1:14Speaker 4: Helen Stein's or Frank Casey suit higher or something.
- 1:16Speaker 2: But you are looking good man, Yeah, thank you, man,
- 1:18Speaker 2: thank you.
- 1:20Speaker 3: I'm just wondering, actually, Kisy, is that what you're wearing
- 1:22Speaker 3: to the theater tonight? Because you turned up in your
- 1:25Speaker 3: tracksuit pants to might come dine with me whilst Mogie
- 1:29Speaker 3: was beautifully dressed in a suit. You're not running the
- 1:32Speaker 3: track suits tonight, are you.
- 1:33Speaker 4: They're not track suit pants, they're track pants. Yes, yeah,
- 1:36Speaker 4: I'm wearing this. Why can't I wear this to the theater?
- 1:38Speaker 4: Is it that pretentious of a place you can't wear
- 1:41Speaker 4: your normal clothes?
- 1:41Speaker 3: Well, we'll get into this a little bit later on
- 1:43Speaker 3: in the show.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Sort of education needs to happen here. I'm afraid. I
- 1:47Speaker 2: also just.
- 1:47Speaker 4: People for people that don't know. I'm going to watch
- 1:49Speaker 4: Jase's wife and a play tonight.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Yes he is. He is, Me and my wife and
- 1:54Speaker 2: Pugs and his partner as well.
- 1:55Speaker 3: I had a few chats with my wife about that
- 1:57Speaker 3: today too. She had some interesting fool we'll get into.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Friday about my reviewers. No, no, not at all, hate Mogi.
- 2:04Speaker 5: What is coming up on the show, what's happening on
- 2:10Speaker 5: the big show with old Mogi.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Well, as you know, we're off to Magic Round again
- 2:15Speaker 2: third year, lucky few hours and there'll be a couple
- 2:18Speaker 2: of opportunities for the audience out there to be able
- 2:20Speaker 2: to get into the drawer. All you have to do
- 2:23Speaker 2: is call eight hundred Hodaki when you hear that cue
- 2:25Speaker 2: to call. We're also got the Throbber. It's a Friday,
- 2:27Speaker 2: It's a Throbber coming up next. We are going to
- 2:29Speaker 2: have some theater chat because Kezy is uneducated. Oh boy,
- 2:33Speaker 2: sure this is going to be full on.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Here's Metallica.
- 2:38Speaker 1: The Darchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarky.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Cold Play there on the radio Hodaki Big Show, This
- 2:47Speaker 3: beautiful Friday auftern and by the way, fraud out shyday.
- 2:50Speaker 3: If you've got any froud outs three four eight three let.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Us know now those are shout outs. By the way, Keezy.
- 2:57Speaker 3: And Pugs and their partners are going to see my
- 2:58Speaker 3: wife's play tonight. Mogi, you might at some stage further
- 3:01Speaker 3: down the line.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I definitely will, but I've just I've got a little
- 3:05Speaker 2: bit of work.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Yeah, I understand, mate, I understand, And I'm a little
- 3:09Speaker 3: bit concerned about Kezy, particularly going to this play because,
- 3:14Speaker 3: as you know, Mogi, the theater is a different place,
- 3:17Speaker 3: it's a different environment. It's a more sort of hallowed ground.
- 3:21Speaker 3: And the first point I want to make to you, Keazy,
- 3:23Speaker 3: you're not at the pub.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Okay, you can't sit.
- 3:26Speaker 3: There, you know, down in bears and repin ass like
- 3:30Speaker 3: you do at the pub.
- 3:31Speaker 4: All right, hang on, First of all, I do not
- 3:34Speaker 4: repairs at the pub, and it's sitting outside on the
- 3:36Speaker 4: lenas so I can't have beers.
- 3:39Speaker 3: No, you can't have beers.
- 3:40Speaker 2: How many beers are so many beers responsibly all of them?
- 3:42Speaker 2: Of course?
- 3:43Speaker 3: Well you can have wine as well. They've got a
- 3:44Speaker 3: whole full fully stopped barb there, and that's my concern
- 3:48Speaker 3: as well as that Old Kezy starts.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Hitting the red wines. Well that's right. Well, you know
- 3:53Speaker 2: you're getting it on the Hamer. You get it. You
- 3:55Speaker 2: start getting a bit full of yourself. You're getting a
- 3:57Speaker 2: few ideas about the play that's in front of you,
- 3:59Speaker 2: because you're a game yourself as something of a thespian. Yes,
- 4:02Speaker 2: and all of a sudden from the peanut gallery comes
- 4:05Speaker 2: a few few remarks from Old Kezy. Hell's a peanut gallery?
- 4:09Speaker 2: Is that a place. It's the cheap seats, are am
- 4:13Speaker 2: I the.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Cheap seats because they were bloody experial cheap seats, are they?
- 4:16Speaker 2: Yeah? Well in the Peanut Gallery is where the great
- 4:19Speaker 2: unwashed would watch your play from. Yeah.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Well, this is my concern, you know, is that there's
- 4:25Speaker 3: a very there's a big emotional, poignant scene. There's a
- 4:28Speaker 3: bit of silence there and yeah, then you hear Kezy
- 4:32Speaker 3: ripping ass and go get out and Padson he's probably
- 4:37Speaker 3: hooking in somewhere, you know. I mean, my wife's got
- 4:41Speaker 3: some real concerns and she voiced those to me today.
- 4:44Speaker 3: What she say she said things like now, she genuinely
- 4:47Speaker 3: said to me, are you worried the fellas are going
- 4:50Speaker 3: to hate it?
- 4:51Speaker 6: Well?
- 4:51Speaker 4: This is the thing, right, because you're either into theater
- 4:54Speaker 4: and watching plays or you're not.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Traditionally, I am not. The last one I watched Tim
- 4:58Speaker 2: Bey Fear was when I was in high school.
- 5:00Speaker 4: That was a long time ago now, and I like
- 5:03Speaker 4: a lot of stuff now that I didn't like back
- 5:04Speaker 4: in the day. So I'm thinking I've matured. I'm in
- 5:07Speaker 4: my thirties now, perhaps I will enjoy the theater.
- 5:10Speaker 2: You should, well, I mean you should you know your TV,
- 5:15Speaker 2: you're screening your film. Tastes of have matured beyond I'm
- 5:18Speaker 2: assuming the water Boy and Happy Gilmore classics. I still
- 5:23Speaker 2: love The Lion King. But yeah, you're right, because now
- 5:25Speaker 2: I watch like location, location, location, and Grand Design. Yeah. True.
- 5:29Speaker 2: So if I mixed going to the theater and so
- 5:30Speaker 2: I can have beers, how many beers can I have?
- 5:32Speaker 2: As you want? As many as you want?
- 5:34Speaker 3: Keysy for grand go there can I just make the
- 5:37Speaker 3: point I had a ginger beer before the show?
- 5:40Speaker 2: How much?
- 5:40Speaker 3: How much was it? Five bucks?
- 5:43Speaker 2: I think?
- 5:45Speaker 3: And seriously, the last twenty minutes of the first half,
- 5:49Speaker 3: I was literally clutching the Genitalia. I was so desperate
- 5:53Speaker 3: to pass first half.
- 5:55Speaker 2: So is the halftime? Yeah, there's an interval. It's called
- 5:57Speaker 2: an intermission or an interval there, and that allows you
- 5:59Speaker 2: to go out and get some more pers in you.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right, Okay, And what's the vibe on like,
- 6:03Speaker 4: so let's just say, hypothetically speaking, Jays, I'm not enjoying it, Yes,
- 6:08Speaker 4: like I'm hating it.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Oh you can bail, I can bail. Can I just
- 6:11Speaker 2: get up and walk out?
- 6:12Speaker 3: Oh? You might need to do that in the intermission
- 6:15Speaker 3: rather than in the middle of the play.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Right, Okay, you will need to have an excuse prepare
- 6:19Speaker 2: because when you're on stage, you can tell where the
- 6:21Speaker 2: seats are emptied out. Yes, because I know you've gone correct.
- 6:25Speaker 2: It's not a big theater.
- 6:26Speaker 3: I think it's seats about eighty, right, So she will,
- 6:29Speaker 3: especially with your massive snoles and you know you and
- 6:35Speaker 3: you better not get those out or you'll be thrown out.
- 6:38Speaker 3: But this is the thing, you know. It may very
- 6:41Speaker 3: well be that you go I hate this, yeah, and
- 6:43Speaker 3: you leave at the interval, But then you're going to
- 6:46Speaker 3: have to deal with my wife.
- 6:47Speaker 2: You'll come dine with this. It's not even an option.
- 6:50Speaker 2: You have to stick around with you like or not.
- 6:52Speaker 2: The only problem is going to be where you get
- 6:55Speaker 2: too many drinks and you and then you pass out. Right,
- 6:58Speaker 2: But then technically I'm sticking around still from there at
- 7:02Speaker 2: the end of it, you have to also stick around.
- 7:04Speaker 2: So this is true, right, Jase. After the play, you're
- 7:07Speaker 2: a friend of one of the people in the places,
- 7:08Speaker 2: you have to stick around until they come out there.
- 7:10Speaker 2: So they'll go backstage, they'll get changed, they'll have a
- 7:14Speaker 2: chat for about thirty or forty minutes and debrief with
- 7:17Speaker 2: the director about how it's gone, and then after that
- 7:20Speaker 2: they'll come out the front of house and that's when
- 7:22Speaker 2: you have a chit chat to them and tell them
- 7:23Speaker 2: how great they've been. I have to do that.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you have to do that, and they do.
- 7:27Speaker 2: It was loudly, Pugs.
- 7:29Speaker 3: It was like a fifty minute debrief, yeah, with the director.
- 7:33Speaker 3: But yeah, my chief concern is that, you know, the
- 7:36Speaker 3: play ins, the lights come up, Keysy's passed down the
- 7:40Speaker 3: seat and Pug stands hooking in to someone on the
- 7:43Speaker 3: side there, probably his partner partner, you know. And it's like,
- 7:47Speaker 3: as long as.
- 7:48Speaker 4: She's not concerned about me reviewing it on the show,
- 7:50Speaker 4: because I'm like you, Jason, it has to be pretty
- 7:53Speaker 4: bad for me to not give it a ten out
- 7:54Speaker 4: of ten.
- 8:00Speaker 2: It should be totally fine. They would have to be
- 8:01Speaker 2: really bad to even get a nine. So it'll be fine.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I'm looking forward to it.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Okay, It's Temple Pilots.
- 8:13Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Is indeed audio swave there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show.
- 8:23Speaker 2: This glorious Friday afternoon.
- 8:25Speaker 3: The time is for twenty eight and I believe we've
- 8:27Speaker 3: got some froud outs there.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Kizy, that's right.
- 8:29Speaker 4: It's fraud out shy Day otherwise known as shout Out
- 8:31Speaker 4: Friday texts three four eight three If you'd like a
- 8:34Speaker 4: shout out and you can win fifty bucks cash thanks
- 8:36Speaker 4: to toledos. How about this one? Feelers shout out Franklin Cork.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Mad dog lawyer. What No, I don't get it either.
- 8:47Speaker 4: Frad out to my manager rocking up the Savo with
- 8:49Speaker 4: five boxes of alcohol responsibly From Jess Backbone, dear nice.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I'm glad there's a jay for it. The manager purchased
- 8:55Speaker 2: the responsible bomb. Yes you don't want to buy ther
- 8:58Speaker 2: responsible ones?
- 8:59Speaker 4: Huge right up to Darren Justin, Billy, Vinnie and Hayden
- 9:02Speaker 4: at Dixon Mayas and Interiors and Christ it's doing God's work.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Cheers Yeah Backbone, Yeah, I think I pronounced that properly.
- 9:14Speaker 2: And this one's nice from Jewlry. Can I get a
- 9:15Speaker 2: big freight up to my wife Rachel. She's just giving
- 9:17Speaker 2: birth to my son and she's doing epic jobs. I
- 9:20Speaker 2: want to shout out me old mate Pat Pat He
- 9:24Speaker 2: heard that I was having some issues with a trading
- 9:28Speaker 2: at her office, and so he came to the rescue.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Hit me up in my DMS and he came into
- 9:33Speaker 2: the office today Pat Pat they call him Pat. He
- 9:36Speaker 2: shatting the hat pat they call Yeah, why's that? I
- 9:39Speaker 2: don't know? Because he's shotting the hat once? That was it? Yeah,
- 9:42Speaker 2: that's right, he said that. Anyway, he came in today.
- 9:45Speaker 2: He's sort of had a whole bunch of handyman stuff.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Also turns out he's an audio engineer, so he's helping
- 9:49Speaker 2: us with the podcast studio there Kezy, you'll be wrapped
- 9:51Speaker 2: brother and just a general all round backbone and is
- 9:56Speaker 2: having a kid. Found out he's having a kid. Great stuff, man,
- 10:01Speaker 2: they never had a kid before. You mentioned like getting
- 10:05Speaker 2: to that age and having never had a kid. Can
- 10:08Speaker 2: I that's younger than me?
- 10:10Speaker 3: Can I do a froud out as well?
- 10:14Speaker 4: What do you mean a couple on the way? You
- 10:15Speaker 4: can't do this into cases? Having two kids?
- 10:18Speaker 2: Twins? Can I do a frout out as well? Twins? Yeah?
- 10:22Speaker 2: What's up? You've always wanted to?
- 10:23Speaker 3: I want to do a froud out to the woman
- 10:26Speaker 3: who stopped me on the street today and said, oh, hoy,
- 10:32Speaker 3: ady J is that you and I went, yeah, that's me,
- 10:35Speaker 3: and she went, you know what, you're even better looking.
- 10:39Speaker 2: In real life than on video. And I went, oh,
- 10:42Speaker 2: what a very sweet thing for you to say.
- 10:45Speaker 3: So whatever your name was, shout out, shout out to you,
- 10:50Speaker 3: because it really made my day.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Fellows, you don't have to get there, do you. I
- 10:55Speaker 2: don't you know? And then when when she went out
- 11:00Speaker 2: of her way to say that, because you're saying to you,
- 11:04Speaker 2: she did go out of her way because she was
- 11:06Speaker 2: cleaning windscreens at the intersection and it was busy. She
- 11:11Speaker 2: came all the way over to you to say that. Absolutely, man,
- 11:15Speaker 2: so fred up to you yet.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Jason, stop doing content around people saying you're hot? All right, it's.
- 11:24Speaker 3: You, fellas know me. I just wanted to acknowledge her
- 11:28Speaker 3: courage in terms of coming forward and just saying something
- 11:34Speaker 3: nice to another human being. It doesn't matter that she's
- 11:37Speaker 3: saying it about me specifically. It's just that she went
- 11:41Speaker 3: out of her way to say a nice thing to
- 11:44Speaker 3: me on this Did you say something nice to her?
- 11:47Speaker 3: And I said, you're not looking too bad to yourself,
- 11:50Speaker 3: young lady patronizing.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Did you give any money? Well, I don't carry cash, Keezy, Well,
- 12:00Speaker 2: there was good fellas. That's good from you. Jay.
- 12:02Speaker 4: If anyone else wants any froud outs on three four
- 12:04Speaker 4: oh three, ticks through, or if anyone wants to text
- 12:06Speaker 4: in a brag about people telling them that they look hot,
- 12:08Speaker 4: I guess ticks through as well.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Yeah. Sure.
- 12:12Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Tune in on Radio Hocky.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Indeed, Pearl Jam there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show
- 12:22Speaker 3: this Friday afternoon.
- 12:23Speaker 2: The time is four forty one. Fellas. You'll be well
- 12:25Speaker 2: aware that I ride to work every day on my
- 12:29Speaker 2: healing ten speed Pushbake. Don't they call you pushbike Mogi?
- 12:32Speaker 2: They do. The adventures are push bike and I love it,
- 12:40Speaker 2: especially on days right today, nice and cool in the morning,
- 12:45Speaker 2: beautiful sunny day, and I ride down along the water
- 12:50Speaker 2: underneath the Auckland Harbor Bridge. Nice. There's a nice little
- 12:54Speaker 2: site cycle away there.
- 12:55Speaker 4: It's beautiful, Chris, are you kidding me? Yeah, Michael oid, Yeah.
- 12:58Speaker 2: It's unbelievable. Drive along there, or ride I guess you're
- 13:05Speaker 2: riding along the marina. So there's a whole bunch of
- 13:07Speaker 2: parked boats. They call them parked boats, super yachts and stuff.
- 13:11Speaker 2: You can check at the prices. Well, no, they're smaller
- 13:13Speaker 2: than that. I'm not familiar. But then you can see
- 13:17Speaker 2: the cityscape in the background across the water. It's bloody beautiful.
- 13:21Speaker 2: It's a great way to start the day. And so
- 13:23Speaker 2: I do that each day. And then today I went
- 13:25Speaker 2: to leave from my office to come here to do
- 13:28Speaker 2: this radio show that we do here, and lo and behold,
- 13:30Speaker 2: if I haven't got a flat tire on the back wheel. No,
- 13:34Speaker 2: Now you might not know this, Jase, but it's very
- 13:39Speaker 2: difficult to change the back wheel on a ten speed
- 13:44Speaker 2: because there's all the gears and stuff to bag around with.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Well, when I heard about this, my first thought was,
- 13:51Speaker 3: who in the big show could actually fix that tire?
- 13:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it wouldn't be me. No, Well, I changed. I
- 13:59Speaker 2: used to change in quite a lot when we were kids,
- 14:01Speaker 2: because you're always getting a puncture when you're a kid.
- 14:03Speaker 2: But when you're a kid, you've also got all the
- 14:05Speaker 2: time in the world to change the puncture because you've
- 14:06Speaker 2: got nothing else on. Yes, so just go and change it.
- 14:09Speaker 2: But I've got too much on. You've got a little
- 14:11Speaker 2: bit of work to do, man, a little bit of
- 14:12Speaker 2: work on. So I just took the bike and I
- 14:14Speaker 2: just threw it on the road. It's quite good where
- 14:17Speaker 2: I work in the city. You can just chuck all
- 14:19Speaker 2: your rubbish out on the street and then somebody picks
- 14:21Speaker 2: it up. I don't know who. So I just took
- 14:24Speaker 2: the bike and I just have to on the road
- 14:27Speaker 2: sort of half on the road, half on the footpath.
- 14:29Speaker 2: And now I need a new bike. So if anyone's
- 14:30Speaker 2: got a bike out there that I can buy, Yes, Yeah,
- 14:33Speaker 2: so you just thought you just get rid of the bike.
- 14:35Speaker 2: I don't have time to change the tire, and I
- 14:40Speaker 2: know what's going to happen. I know what's going to happen.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I'll start changing the tire and I'll be effing and
- 14:45Speaker 2: jeffin and there goes my mood. Yes, so I would
- 14:48Speaker 2: rather just chuck the bike on the road and be
- 14:49Speaker 2: done with it and go get a new bike.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Let the council sort it out, you know what I mean. Right,
- 14:54Speaker 3: they'll probably pick it up and sell it for you,
- 14:56Speaker 3: like they did your car the other day.
- 14:58Speaker 2: That's right. You probably just take it to a bike shop,
- 15:00Speaker 2: get a bike person to come to you to fix it.
- 15:01Speaker 3: How are you going to get it to that? You
- 15:03Speaker 3: got to put it in the get your car into town.
- 15:05Speaker 3: You had to put your buddy bike in the cab
- 15:08Speaker 3: and drive to the bike.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Bike person, Come to my bike mechanic is such a thing? Well,
- 15:16Speaker 2: the issue, actually, the real issue here is that Moggie
- 15:19Speaker 2: can't take it to the bike shop because if he
- 15:21Speaker 2: was to put it in the back of his teeter.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Is this antita that's currently broken down on the side
- 15:26Speaker 2: of the ride outside of her house has been sold
- 15:29Speaker 2: by the council. Yes, he's a small loss.
- 15:32Speaker 4: You can't put it on his tweel aqua hatchback because
- 15:34Speaker 4: that is now gone burger. So a stop take of
- 15:37Speaker 4: what you've got at the moment is you've got this
- 15:39Speaker 4: antita which is broken, Yes, an acho which has been
- 15:42Speaker 4: taken by the council.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Well, to be fear now, it's not that you're making
- 15:45Speaker 2: it sound like I'm having a bad run of luck.
- 15:47Speaker 2: I've got an accountant that is going us for an accountant.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I've got a mechanic who's going to fix the teat
- 15:52Speaker 2: who's going to put a brand new, brand new, second
- 15:54Speaker 2: hand motor in it for two and a half k okay. Unfortunately,
- 16:00Speaker 2: yesterday there was a fire in central Auckland. My mechanics
- 16:03Speaker 2: burnt to the ground. Was that the mechanic you were
- 16:05Speaker 2: going to take you? That was that was the guy
- 16:07Speaker 2: that was going to do it for me. So I
- 16:08Speaker 2: just have to wait for them to rebuild that mechanic
- 16:11Speaker 2: and then I'll be able to go and get my take.
- 16:13Speaker 3: It's not parked on the side of the road.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Is it parked on the side of the road outside
- 16:17Speaker 2: my house? Yeah?
- 16:18Speaker 4: So, so how are you gonna because your bike's gone,
- 16:22Speaker 4: both your cars are gone.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Yeah. My wife's got a very nice cat. She's got
- 16:26Speaker 2: a brand new cut's got a brand new case. Yeah yeah, wow,
- 16:30Speaker 2: So how are you gonna get to work from now on?
- 16:31Speaker 2: I just I guess I just walk. What has come to? Man?
- 16:40Speaker 2: You work your whole life and now you have to
- 16:41Speaker 2: walk around walk into work.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Yeah. And I'm just a bit worried about your body
- 16:45Speaker 3: holding up in this scenario, you know.
- 16:47Speaker 2: What I mean? My shoes or bugger? Yeah, yeah, you
- 16:50Speaker 2: know what, I'll trip over on my laces, fall down
- 16:53Speaker 2: some stairs. Hopefully you gotta be a bike keysy man,
- 16:56Speaker 2: and you can I borrow your truck is day away
- 16:58Speaker 2: from my car. I find the wildier brothers stay away
- 17:01Speaker 2: from me in general, I think Michael Here's News.
- 17:05Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarky
- 17:09Speaker 1: Silver Chair.
- 17:10Speaker 3: There on the Radio Hodarky Big Show this Friday afternoon.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Let's talk a bit of TV.
- 17:17Speaker 3: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Yes, I had the people over for dinner last night,
- 17:26Speaker 2: so I didn't watch any TV true story. Well, I
- 17:35Speaker 2: didn't drink, so that knocks off the potential for an
- 17:38Speaker 2: extra two buzzies, three, three buzzies, three and a half buzzies. Yeah,
- 17:44Speaker 2: it was good, so.
- 17:45Speaker 3: I would have been five and a half buzzies if
- 17:47Speaker 3: he had been steamed.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Yeah. I wouldn't have been good today, but at the
- 17:50Speaker 2: time would have been great. Guy. Yes, I hear what
- 17:52Speaker 2: you're saying, Mogie.
- 17:54Speaker 3: I watched a new show on Netflix last night called
- 17:57Speaker 3: Hunters Hunters.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Is it a reality show? No?
- 18:02Speaker 3: A troubled young Jewish man bent on revenge is taken
- 18:06Speaker 3: in by a secret group of Nazi hunters fighting a
- 18:11Speaker 3: clandestine war, and it's basically it's got al Pacino as
- 18:17Speaker 3: one of the main characters. Really, and a young fellow
- 18:20Speaker 3: what's his name? I can't remember, a good looking fellow
- 18:23Speaker 3: though but basically, yeah, I think it's new. I don't know,
- 18:30Speaker 3: maybe not, maybe it's new to me. And so there's
- 18:34Speaker 3: all these Nazis who after the war have managed to
- 18:38Speaker 3: sort of infiltrate themselves into society without sort of ever
- 18:43Speaker 3: being found out. Yeah, kind of thing, and denying their
- 18:46Speaker 3: Nazism in the past, and this there's a sort of
- 18:49Speaker 3: secret group that comes together to sort of hunt them down.
- 18:52Speaker 3: I'm going to say it was actually very entertaining.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Because I know that they were like the people in
- 18:59Speaker 4: Argentine in America.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, okay.
- 19:04Speaker 3: But it's a pretty good series. It's pretty entertaining it.
- 19:07Speaker 3: There's some your wife wouldn't like it, casey, there's some
- 19:10Speaker 3: pretty full on violence in it. Yeah, but visually quite
- 19:14Speaker 3: interesting and it's pretty good acting.
- 19:16Speaker 2: So I'll give it a solid three and a half busies.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Good stuff.
- 19:20Speaker 3: It's called What Hunters Netflix.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Yes, three and a half busies.
- 19:24Speaker 4: I watched an interesting crime doco last night about an
- 19:27Speaker 4: entire family in India who were unfortunately, and when I
- 19:30Speaker 4: say entire family, eleven people living in this apartment building together, yes,
- 19:34Speaker 4: and they all were murdered based on a true story,
- 19:39Speaker 4: and they couldn't find the killer.
- 19:42Speaker 2: What allegedly, I'd better not say it, just move on, okay.
- 19:49Speaker 4: But interestingly, and this is once again based on a
- 19:51Speaker 4: true story, it turned out that the youngest son of
- 19:55Speaker 4: the old lady that lived there was all of her.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Offspring through jerseys.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Her younger son, no, but he had this personality disorder.
- 20:05Speaker 4: And the former patriarch of the entire family, the grandfather,
- 20:09Speaker 4: he had passed away years earlier, and then this youngest
- 20:12Speaker 4: member of the family had started having dreams and stuff
- 20:16Speaker 4: that he was getting messages from the patriarch of the
- 20:18Speaker 4: family writing them down and telling the family what to
- 20:20Speaker 4: do and as, and they kept following the instructions and
- 20:23Speaker 4: it keep being really successful for the family. They made
- 20:25Speaker 4: lots of money there.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Said businesses. They followed it to a tee for ten
- 20:29Speaker 2: years until he was told in a dream to do
- 20:33Speaker 2: And this this one hundred percent happened. It was told
- 20:36Speaker 2: in a dream to pretty much the whole family, Yeah,
- 20:39Speaker 2: to off themselves and then the grandfather would show up. Yes, yeah,
- 20:44Speaker 2: it was but like he said, the grandfather would show up,
- 20:48Speaker 2: he'd help them down and that'll be Yeah. It was
- 20:50Speaker 2: like outrageous, and it was one hundred percent based on
- 20:52Speaker 2: a true story, and I was left scarred. Yeah, insane, right,
- 20:55Speaker 2: it was like crazy, I've seen that, have you? Yes?
- 20:59Speaker 2: I have.
- 21:00Speaker 3: I won't go into the details of it because it's
- 21:02Speaker 3: pretty bread, it's pretty grim, it's pretty grid.
- 21:04Speaker 4: But when they figured out and pieced together and they
- 21:06Speaker 4: found these journals that this guy had been keeping, it
- 21:08Speaker 4: was like, holy.
- 21:09Speaker 2: Cow, you didn't watch Out with your wife? Did you
- 21:12Speaker 2: watch that alone? Am I be able to help you
- 21:13Speaker 2: with your investments? Jason? That guy?
- 21:15Speaker 3: Yeah, actually try and get in touch.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Yeah he's dead. Yeah, but you can come through my dreams? No, no, yeah,
- 21:22Speaker 2: they can visit Jason's dream and Jason's dream.
- 21:25Speaker 3: In my dreams. Yeah, I mean I prefer my erotic dreams.
- 21:28Speaker 3: But if it's good investment advice, I'd be keen.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Well one, not both.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Now listen, well exactly make it a PAS.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Coming up after five, of course, the Friday Throbber.

- 22:13Speaker 2: when you get it right.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I hope your Friday is going off by the word,

- 33:21Speaker 2: magie you a serious, Yeah, totally. I mean there's Bugler
- 33:24Speaker 2: League for sure, one hundred percent. But also you know,
- 33:27Speaker 2: this is the third time, and I've been there before
- 33:29Speaker 2: in my life, but this will be the third time
- 33:30Speaker 2: I've got to see something as opposed to the inside
- 33:33Speaker 2: of an uber, the inside of the Caxton Street, the
- 33:35Speaker 2: inside of the BUCKBA League Stadium. What about the breakfast
- 33:38Speaker 2: place where we get mints on toastes menton toasts that
- 33:40Speaker 2: as well. Yeah that's good mints on toast to be
- 33:42Speaker 2: fair again, Yeah, I think so. See, in my head,
- 33:45Speaker 2: I was just like, yeah, same exact trip for the
- 33:47Speaker 2: third time. Yeah, I'm going to mix it up. There's
- 33:49Speaker 2: some lovely walks, beautiful.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Some beautiful galleries.
- 33:54Speaker 4: I will walk from the Uber to the Caxton Hotel
- 33:57Speaker 4: and then I will walk to Suncourt, Yeah, and then
- 33:59Speaker 4: I will stagger home.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Yeah. That's good for you man. Guys, it's South keezy,
- 34:04Speaker 2: that's good. Look, it's all good Man, you're a young film. Yeah. Yeah,
- 34:07Speaker 2: full of beans and wind, pretty mean a full of
- 34:11Speaker 2: beans and wind. Sorry. Who is your favorite il again?
- 34:15Speaker 2: Jason Mitchell Moses? Yeah, God damn it got him. Got
- 34:18Speaker 2: You're good.
- 34:19Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio.
- 34:23Speaker 3: Hodarky's indeed Navana there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show.
- 34:26Speaker 3: This gorgeous Friday afternoon. Now there's a bit of sporting
- 34:29Speaker 3: action over the weekend, of course at T twenty tonight
- 34:32Speaker 3: New Zealand versus South Africa, and a bit of rugby
- 34:35Speaker 3: action as well. With that in mind, we've got acc
- 34:38Speaker 3: head g Lane in the studio with us and Mike
- 34:41Speaker 3: before we get into that, and I'd like to ask
- 34:44Speaker 3: a very important question. Have you moved the chips? There's
- 34:49Speaker 3: a rumor floating around said, no, they've moved the chip.
- 34:52Speaker 7: You know what.
- 34:52Speaker 8: We moved them temporarily, but they still went missing, and
- 34:58Speaker 8: so we've moved them back again, right okay, But we
- 35:01Speaker 8: just haven't got many snacker chany's left. That's that's the
- 35:04Speaker 8: that's the truth of the matter is people like yourself, Jason's,
- 35:08Speaker 8: just come and help yourself to what can only be
- 35:10Speaker 8: described as a product.
- 35:12Speaker 9: For listeners whip every packet chip you eat? You taking
- 35:15Speaker 9: away from a listener.
- 35:16Speaker 2: That's so funny because I've I've never heard you because
- 35:19Speaker 2: I listened. I'm a huge listener of the Agenda podcast. Obviously,
- 35:22Speaker 2: I've never heard you talk about giving away snacker che is.
- 35:25Speaker 2: I've never seen a giveaway snake ch scholarship texts chip
- 35:28Speaker 2: to three two three?
- 35:29Speaker 3: Is that right?
- 35:29Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 35:30Speaker 9: The snack tingy sports got a bag of chips?
- 35:32Speaker 3: Bullshit?
- 35:34Speaker 9: You get four boxes of chips, actually only two now, because.
- 35:38Speaker 3: You say before we get into the sporting chat. I
- 35:43Speaker 3: am massively unfairly maligned by this. These two here and
- 35:47Speaker 3: Patson and Study. They're like Jesus can do a few snacks,
- 35:52Speaker 3: and they put.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Pressure on me to steal for them.
- 35:56Speaker 3: Then I steal a packet and Mogi two fists them.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Look, once they've been stolen, there's not much I can
- 36:03Speaker 2: do about it. I'm just going to wonder in here
- 36:04Speaker 2: with the chips. I wait them. But as I've promised
- 36:06Speaker 2: you before late I said I would never saw chips
- 36:08Speaker 2: from you again, and I have stuck to that promise
- 36:10Speaker 2: that he has. I know Jase too well.
- 36:13Speaker 9: I've known Jason a very long time he can't help himself.
- 36:16Speaker 8: It's like a crack at it, like he just he
- 36:18Speaker 8: does desperate, desperate things when he's desperate.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Sometimes I just need salty goodness.
- 36:23Speaker 2: And why don't you just get your phone out and
- 36:26Speaker 2: text Chip right now to three two three six.
- 36:29Speaker 8: Yeah, tix Chip to three two three six, and you
- 36:31Speaker 8: could win the snack is Cheney Sports scholarship.
- 36:33Speaker 9: We're binge watching.
- 36:34Speaker 2: Sport is a sport, don't you know who I am?
- 36:36Speaker 3: Man?
- 36:37Speaker 2: What do you get? You get two boxes of chips,
- 36:38Speaker 2: which is about your weekly allowance.
- 36:40Speaker 9: We'll turn out to your house.
- 36:41Speaker 8: We'll give you some some other but some peace of
- 36:43Speaker 8: maybe some export ultra as well. We'll throw in there,
- 36:45Speaker 8: maybe some merchandise.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Yeah, and then why I save it anyway? Now listen,
- 36:51Speaker 2: what do you want to start with the rugby? Well,
- 36:54Speaker 2: people are loving the rugby rugby?
- 36:56Speaker 9: What's the awkward middle section of the season, isn't it?
- 36:58Speaker 9: It's wrapped around six god?
- 37:01Speaker 2: Rugby? People loving rugby?
- 37:03Speaker 9: Man, Well, it's getting you know what, it's getting better.
- 37:06Speaker 8: I know that league have kind of come in. They
- 37:08Speaker 8: have come in with their big shiny new thing and
- 37:11Speaker 8: they've taken a little bit.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Of the I just don't people chatting code.
- 37:15Speaker 9: Yeah, only when the all blacks come out of Yeah.
- 37:17Speaker 2: I think so this is the problem.
- 37:19Speaker 8: Though, This is a problem because you need to be
- 37:22Speaker 8: chatting about super rugby. I think there's more chatted about MPC.
- 37:25Speaker 2: I love an MPC. I was talking about this down
- 37:27Speaker 2: in the Ceptic of Foods.
- 37:27Speaker 3: This well.
- 37:28Speaker 2: I think they need to go back to MPC because
- 37:30Speaker 2: people are tribal about it. They care about it.
- 37:32Speaker 9: Yeah, I know, but I don't know how to and
- 37:34Speaker 9: do that one. We can't solve New Zealand rugby right
- 37:36Speaker 9: here right now.
- 37:37Speaker 4: But I was gonna say, do you reckon like having
- 37:39Speaker 4: the acc like on sky or something could help the
- 37:42Speaker 4: more casual fans.
- 37:43Speaker 8: Yeah, younger casual fans and now we want to drink
- 37:45Speaker 8: some beers and watch a bit of sport.
- 37:47Speaker 2: That would work.
- 37:48Speaker 8: But tonight is the Highland is hosting the Hurricanes now
- 37:52Speaker 8: and there's a good time because I know what the
- 37:56Speaker 8: Highlanders have done. They've got a section of the crowd
- 37:57Speaker 8: which they give students tickets and they come down. They
- 38:00Speaker 8: get absolutely rad assed, had a good time.
- 38:02Speaker 2: They had a few couches, they have a DJ. There's
- 38:04Speaker 2: the girls look sensational. The guys look terrible.
- 38:08Speaker 8: All the parents are up in Auckland can spot their
- 38:10Speaker 8: young medicines, and the young Sophia is down there and
- 38:13Speaker 8: go some old create and creeps on them. But it's
- 38:18Speaker 8: a good time the zoo down there, So that's going
- 38:20Speaker 8: to be an interesting game. Highlanders do perform better down
- 38:23Speaker 8: there at su steam a lunchbox. Hurricaneso top of the
- 38:25Speaker 8: table with a game in hand.
- 38:26Speaker 2: They're looking pretty heavily.
- 38:28Speaker 4: Yes, that game is also live on radio Hurdarchy right
- 38:30Speaker 4: here at iHeartRadio. It's seven tonight. Who's commentating that one?
- 38:34Speaker 4: It says here Matt Ward, Isaac.
- 38:35Speaker 8: Isaac, Sally Saider and Matt Ward on that one, because
- 38:38Speaker 8: exactly the same time we've got black Caps versus South Africa.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Yeah, what's the score on that?
- 38:41Speaker 9: Yeah, well all start yeah, one, all yeah, one, all
- 38:44Speaker 9: on that one. But I think New zeal To discovered
- 38:46Speaker 9: that this Africans are actually a bit rubbish.
- 38:49Speaker 2: This would be one of the greatest series of all time.
- 38:52Speaker 9: It could go down in history.
- 38:53Speaker 8: Yeah, but I think they've just learned a little bit
- 38:57Speaker 8: that this isn't quite the Indian pictures. And he had
- 39:00Speaker 8: four days between the final and that first game of
- 39:02Speaker 8: that series. Du it was a ridiculous turnaround. So they
- 39:05Speaker 8: had a bit of a hiccup in that first game,
- 39:06Speaker 8: but I think in the second game there at Sneddon
- 39:08Speaker 8: Park they showed their true culus. I think they'll hump
- 39:10Speaker 8: them again tonight. So that's on iHeart Radio as well.
- 39:12Speaker 8: So there's two iHeart Radio.
- 39:14Speaker 9: Channels ranked tonight, ACC one a CC two ACC one as.
- 39:17Speaker 2: The cricket, two has the rugby and the rugby is
- 39:19Speaker 2: also on Radio Head right here Live and three and
- 39:22Speaker 2: then plus tomorrow.
- 39:23Speaker 3: And I use our studio. Are you if you want
- 39:25Speaker 3: to use our studio yours? Don't get yourself a buddy
- 39:28Speaker 3: box here.
- 39:29Speaker 9: I think we're in credit. We could use the studio
- 39:32Speaker 9: for two years.
- 39:33Speaker 2: You can literally do whatever you want to hear.
- 39:34Speaker 4: It's fine tomorrow night as well at seven one pacifica
- 39:37Speaker 4: taking on the Crusaders, also on Hodarky and iHeart Radio.
- 39:40Speaker 2: That's right, that's right, thanks Laine.
- 39:42Speaker 9: You want some chippies, yes, please get stuffed.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Do you like Tom Petty?
- 39:46Speaker 9: Love Tom Petty more than chips?
- 39:48Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Come on the Darchy Big Show week days from four
- 39:53Speaker 1: on Radio hod Iking.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Red Chilli Pepper's there on the radio Holdaggy Big shows
- 40:02Speaker 3: this Friday afternoon.
- 40:04Speaker 2: Oh bug Son's having a few beusies.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Before the show tonight.
- 40:07Speaker 2: I'm a bit worried about him before the play that
- 40:09Speaker 2: we're going to. Yeah, yeah, well fair enough. It's his
- 40:12Speaker 2: last of work. He's heading to Vietnam on the weekend.
- 40:14Speaker 4: Actually, he's probably get meant to have a bit of
- 40:16Speaker 4: a yarn about which souvenirs and stuff we want. Oh yeah,
- 40:19Speaker 4: we should do that after six. I mean, it's just yeah,
- 40:25Speaker 4: it is. Also we might have a chat to Jerry
- 40:27Speaker 4: who's over byron Bay there with Mania on the wellness retreat,
- 40:32Speaker 4: which if you're on their Instagram, it looks like that
- 40:33Speaker 4: Smashing purs So that's good.
- 40:35Speaker 2: They're loving it. They're asolutely loving it. Also, we're just
- 40:39Speaker 2: I'm loath to bring this up, but Keesy was banging
- 40:41Speaker 2: on about it in the break. There's been some late
- 40:44Speaker 2: changes to the Wahs. Just as a little heads up there.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Ed and Pompey's wife or girlfriend I don't know, doesn't
- 40:51Speaker 2: has had a has had a baby and it's his
- 40:55Speaker 2: so he's taking the weekend off. I don't know what
- 40:57Speaker 2: Manlicka Hala Sema is going into the sea enters and
- 41:01Speaker 2: Mitch Barnett is back. Baby, he's on the bench.
- 41:06Speaker 3: All it does actually because he's a very valuable player
- 41:10Speaker 3: to us. And it's like, well, if he's in a
- 41:12Speaker 3: play on the bench, why don't you just start with him.
- 41:14Speaker 4: Well, because he's just come back from an ac L
- 41:16Speaker 4: injury and they need to work him back and he's
- 41:17Speaker 4: in the middle.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Like it's literally the worst. That's the worst thing about
- 41:22Speaker 2: rugby league.
- 41:23Speaker 3: If he's running onto a rugby league field, then he
- 41:26Speaker 3: does it from the start, please, from the start.
- 41:29Speaker 2: You can't do it from the start the start. Can't
- 41:33Speaker 2: do it from the start.
- 41:34Speaker 3: What's the difference between him getting injured in the twentieth
- 41:37Speaker 3: minute when he comes on and the first minute when
- 41:40Speaker 3: he comes in.
- 41:40Speaker 2: I wait till everyone's a bit tired through the middle.
- 41:42Speaker 2: There you put old Mitch Barnett. I'll get some more,
- 41:44Speaker 2: you know, get some bloody go forward a little bit easier,
- 41:47Speaker 2: up the gaps there and back into full context stuff
- 41:50Speaker 2: for the first time and over nine months.
- 41:52Speaker 3: I mean, well, if someone needs to be eased back
- 41:57Speaker 3: and then he has no.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Right, holy as you beckon, you can try powe plenny
- 42:04Speaker 2: more coming.
- 42:05Speaker 7: After six.
- 42:08Speaker 1: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keezy.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ikey.
- 42:14Speaker 3: Welcome back your massive bank bones. Hope your Fridays really
- 42:18Speaker 3: going off. You're listening to the Big Show, by the way,
- 42:20Speaker 3: brought to you by Toledo's.
- 42:22Speaker 4: Rehydrate the right way with Toledo's Natural and literally like
- 42:25Speaker 4: drink real ingredients and natural colors.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Drinking down now you're drinking yours. Just the sound of
- 42:35Speaker 2: the weakest.
- 42:36Speaker 4: Now yours is definitely the weakest because you're just saying
- 42:38Speaker 4: the same one over and over again.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Where's me and mogiare mixing it up. We're really doing
- 42:42Speaker 2: a great drill. Keezy high five man.
- 42:45Speaker 3: You're mixing it up like I used to in the
- 42:47Speaker 3: Pooh Plant in Australia with my stick breaking up the
- 42:52Speaker 3: logs here with my stick. That's all you guys are doing.
- 42:55Speaker 3: You're just breaking up floaters, old log breaker. But as
- 42:59Speaker 3: mine as just clean ass. It's sharp, it's to the
- 43:03Speaker 3: point and people are loving it.
- 43:05Speaker 4: Fresh Choice Supermarket. You can get the nationwideos New Worlds
- 43:09Speaker 4: and packing Saves across the country too. They're rolling the
- 43:11Speaker 4: maud it's a new business. Yeah, family owned and operated
- 43:14Speaker 4: natural aditalide drinks. You go for a round your place
- 43:16Speaker 4: in sport having toledos, you'll feel good.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Give it to the kids.
- 43:19Speaker 3: Yeah, good stuff for mate. Hey, fellas, what are you
- 43:22Speaker 3: eating tonight? My wife's doing your play. Of course, Kezy
- 43:25Speaker 3: and Pugs are going to it. I might have to
- 43:27Speaker 3: do the spicy dumplings home alone.
- 43:29Speaker 2: Spicy dumplings. Yeah, I think I'm a bit worried about you. Man,
- 43:33Speaker 2: are you You're a shocking bast with the dumpling? Well,
- 43:36Speaker 2: you're missus there. She's doing a play each evening, and
- 43:39Speaker 2: you've sort of seen this as a as a ticket
- 43:41Speaker 2: for you to get takeaways every night of the week.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Cook yourself some dinner. Man, what's going on?
- 43:46Speaker 3: I'm actually on that note. I made myself a begett
- 43:50Speaker 3: last night. I had to beget and then I sliced
- 43:53Speaker 3: it in half. Then I got some cheese and some
- 43:56Speaker 3: some beautiful salami. Put it in the air fry for
- 44:00Speaker 3: about four minutes.
- 44:02Speaker 2: I'm picturing like an air fro with this giant beget
- 44:04Speaker 2: hanging out of it. No, it's baste, beautiful, it's crunching in.
- 44:08Speaker 3: I've got my lettuce, I've got my avocado, I got
- 44:10Speaker 3: my tomato, I've got my onion, I got my mayonnaise,
- 44:13Speaker 3: I got my mustard.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Squashed it all together, beautiful fellows.
- 44:17Speaker 4: And then you ordered a pizza, and then I got
- 44:19Speaker 4: a pizza after I'm eating whatever is at the food
- 44:22Speaker 4: court near the theater where your wife's player is. Yeah,
- 44:26Speaker 4: hopefully I'm gon get something ultra spicy and then just
- 44:28Speaker 4: spend the.
- 44:28Speaker 2: Whole year just needing to shit yourself. Whoa, whoa, I
- 44:33Speaker 2: was gonna say, enjoying the play? What I was going
- 44:35Speaker 2: to say?
- 44:35Speaker 4: Yeah, what are you doing tonight? Make you dinner while
- 44:38Speaker 4: I'm probably gonna have a bath when I get home.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Man, I don't know about dinner. Yeah, bath for dinner.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Have you ever eaten dinner in the bath? I've never
- 44:45Speaker 2: done that. No, I haven't eaten dinner. Maybe I'll have
- 44:47Speaker 2: a nice soup that would be actually really enjoyablecause I've
- 44:50Speaker 2: got a bath, run a bath, and I've done this before.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Get your laptop, put something on the lap, and then
- 44:55Speaker 2: put on a chair beside the bar. Yeah, I put
- 44:57Speaker 2: it on the toilet lid. I closed the toilet. Man,
- 45:00Speaker 2: the old can.
- 45:01Speaker 3: I couldn't think genuinely of anything worse than eating in
- 45:04Speaker 3: a bath. I'm not a big fan of baths anyway,
- 45:07Speaker 3: in terms of sitting in these hot, bloody in your
- 45:10Speaker 3: own felth.
- 45:11Speaker 2: Yeah, and the idea of chewing on something and what
- 45:15Speaker 2: about the bath with me and you were riding, bitch,
- 45:18Speaker 2: now you're talking what it's going to the stone day?
- 45:24Speaker 2: You can't ride to the.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Bath for the Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on
- 45:29Speaker 1: Radio hod.
- 45:30Speaker 3: Arkis indeed food fighters there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show.
- 45:33Speaker 2: This is a beautiful Friday evening.
- 45:35Speaker 3: The time is thirteen minutes past six and Pugs is
- 45:37Speaker 3: in the studio.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Ooh it's Pugs.
- 45:44Speaker 5: Fellers. Oh hello, jacket on man Ah no, it's not
- 45:47Speaker 5: new thank you.
- 45:49Speaker 7: Though.
- 45:50Speaker 4: This is Pugs's final day Feelers. Once this hour finishes,
- 45:55Speaker 4: he is officially on holiday.
- 45:56Speaker 2: For three weeks. You go to Vietnam.
- 45:59Speaker 5: Man, you must be fizz I am foaming at the mouth.
- 46:01Speaker 2: Yeah good, I'm really excited.
- 46:03Speaker 3: It feels to me like you've already been on holiday
- 46:05Speaker 3: the last couple of hours, with the amount of Percy
- 46:08Speaker 3: have sunk.
- 46:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 46:09Speaker 5: Yeah, that one beer over two hours is really getting
- 46:12Speaker 5: to me.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Don't like to is out the gate.
- 46:22Speaker 4: But anyway, Pugs. The reason we've got you in here
- 46:26Speaker 4: is because you are going to Vietnam. You're going to
- 46:28Speaker 4: be coming back through Judy Free. Yes, and we were
- 46:32Speaker 4: just figuring whenever someone goes through Judy Judy Free, it's
- 46:35Speaker 4: kind of a big show. Tradition will always just send
- 46:37Speaker 4: a bit of a list three of just stuff to grab,
- 46:39Speaker 4: not a lot.
- 46:39Speaker 5: Is that any tradition here? Yes, you went to Vietnam
- 46:43Speaker 5: and you guys went to Europe, but we didn't do
- 46:44Speaker 5: it then?
- 46:44Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah we did, Yes, we did. Did you got memories? Actually?
- 46:50Speaker 2: I think you ignored the message so you didn't get
- 46:52Speaker 2: in on it.
- 46:54Speaker 5: The message sorry guy, Yeah yeah, it read.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Scene by you. Yeah, but the US no response. Yeah,
- 47:01Speaker 2: I'm surprised. Do you know what that is?
- 47:03Speaker 4: You were so to be honest, I don't want anything
- 47:06Speaker 4: Judy Free, Judy Freewise feelers good. I'm actually all stocked
- 47:12Speaker 4: up on that stuff. The only thing I'd like Pugs,
- 47:14Speaker 4: and it is cheap, which is great, is I've always
- 47:18Speaker 4: wanted to taste a real Vietnamese fur the noodle soup dish.
- 47:23Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a bowl of soup, bowl of soup.
- 47:26Speaker 2: Do you reckon? You could like on the way to
- 47:28Speaker 2: the airport. On the way out, do you reckon?
- 47:29Speaker 4: You could stop at one of the street vendors and
- 47:31Speaker 4: just get like a tup of air container and just
- 47:32Speaker 4: fill it up with the soup and stuff, but keep
- 47:34Speaker 4: the noodle separate and another container.
- 47:36Speaker 2: Is that okay? Yeah, I'll pay for it.
- 47:38Speaker 3: Oh, I'll pay for okay.
- 47:40Speaker 5: But then yeah, I'll just maybe i'll double container it
- 47:43Speaker 5: or something.
- 47:43Speaker 2: Whatever you need to do. Yeah, that's fine. I don't
- 47:46Speaker 2: get down the admin of how it's going to I
- 47:47Speaker 2: just I'll give you the money and then yeah, because
- 47:50Speaker 2: that would just be so great.
- 47:51Speaker 5: Yeah, you give me the money, man, that's great.
- 47:54Speaker 2: I'm not going to give you any money. Can you
- 47:55Speaker 2: get me five five packs of fifty grand back because
- 48:00Speaker 2: I'm going to get back on it. What's becky tobacco? Yeah?
- 48:03Speaker 5: Yeah, Are you going to give me the money?
- 48:04Speaker 2: No? Then no? Right? What does give you some money? Oh? Yeah,
- 48:10Speaker 2: give you some money?
- 48:11Speaker 7: Man.
- 48:12Speaker 2: So if you could pick that up for me and
- 48:13Speaker 2: then I'll give you some money.
- 48:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I'll grab that for you, man.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Probably fan of the Vietnamese delicacy. It's a delicacy might
- 48:20Speaker 2: be hard to get your hands on. You just got
- 48:21Speaker 2: to ask in the right places. Just bring me back
- 48:23Speaker 2: an assload of heroin. Now when you say an ass load,
- 48:31Speaker 2: your loaded out loaded mine to the broom right like
- 48:39Speaker 2: like him, bring it back into New Zealand an ass.
- 48:41Speaker 5: Load old mule pugs. Are you going to give me
- 48:44Speaker 5: the money for that?
- 48:45Speaker 2: Yeah? Oh then sweet, yeah, I can do that, actually
- 48:47Speaker 2: do if you could fit the barn me up there
- 48:49Speaker 2: as well.
- 48:52Speaker 1: The hold Akee Big Show with Mike and Key tune
- 48:55Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio hold Cibo.
- 48:58Speaker 3: There on the Radio Narky Big Show this Friday evening
- 49:02Speaker 3: twenty four minutes past six o'clock and fellas, do you
- 49:05Speaker 3: mind if we have a bit of shoe chat?
- 49:07Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 49:08Speaker 2: Sure, yes, please Are you waiting for the shoe chat sting? Yes,
- 49:13Speaker 2: shoe chats on the Darky Big Show. I've got I've
- 49:21Speaker 2: got a mental I've got a bit of.
- 49:28Speaker 3: What a bit of a mental block going on now.
- 49:30Speaker 3: I want to buy a of a period a pair
- 49:33Speaker 3: of boots for winter now because I need a pier.
- 49:40Speaker 2: Bots are expensive. This is my issue. They are made
- 49:43Speaker 2: for walking though. This is and I am doing a
- 49:46Speaker 2: lot of that.
- 49:47Speaker 3: My big issue is I simply cannot bring myself to
- 49:51Speaker 3: spend three or four hundred dollars on a pair.
- 49:53Speaker 2: Of boots, So what's the problem. So the problem is
- 49:57Speaker 2: I know because you've said this to me, My life
- 50:00Speaker 2: says it to me.
- 50:01Speaker 3: Yeah, they're good quality, they'll last you for ages. But
- 50:04Speaker 3: I can't seem to get over the mental hurdle of
- 50:08Speaker 3: spending that amount of money on.
- 50:09Speaker 2: A pair of boots, Jace. So just buy some cheap ones.
- 50:13Speaker 2: Oh okay, no, no, Jace. How much of the shoes
- 50:17Speaker 2: you are currently wearing, the sketches you've got on, how
- 50:19Speaker 2: much were they are they wearing? Sketches or slazengers today?
- 50:22Speaker 2: Skeitch sketches one hundred bucks?
- 50:24Speaker 3: They are hundred bucks, bloody, comfortable, good looking ship.
- 50:27Speaker 2: These are the ones that give you an electric shock
- 50:29Speaker 2: every time you walk out the door. I mean, that's
- 50:30Speaker 2: got to be worth how much is it worth? Five
- 50:32Speaker 2: hundred bucks? You love that?
- 50:33Speaker 3: That may be the case.
- 50:34Speaker 4: I saw those shoes for sale, Yes, they were half
- 50:38Speaker 4: priced in the window of a clearance seat. It must
- 50:40Speaker 4: have been a sketcher shop. I have no idea, so
- 50:42Speaker 4: I know that they're cheap. You wear slazenger shoes too,
- 50:45Speaker 4: which were forty dollars each. That's twenty dollars.
- 50:48Speaker 2: Per shoe, including the lasers, including free lacers included, which
- 50:51Speaker 2: is a great deal. Sketches don't have lasers, slazengers. The
- 50:56Speaker 2: sketches are slip ons, which is just great. It is great.
- 51:01Speaker 2: It was in a hurry. Yeah, for a man with
- 51:03Speaker 2: places to be and stuff to do, and they're bloody
- 51:06Speaker 2: comfortable to walk in. That's great.
- 51:08Speaker 4: But I think you need to hear this, Jase. You
- 51:12Speaker 4: are loaded, you are rolling in it. Treat yourself, girl,
- 51:18Speaker 4: go out there and splash some cash around. Men, what's
- 51:20Speaker 4: the point having dog squad money if you're not going
- 51:22Speaker 4: to buy boots?
- 51:24Speaker 2: Can I ask you a question?
- 51:25Speaker 3: Jiz hill Men, I'm trying to remember where I got
- 51:33Speaker 3: them from. They were from Trade Me, Trade Me, and
- 51:37Speaker 3: they were brand new. Oh yeah, thity back. I know
- 51:40Speaker 3: you haven't been done. Hey, what is the most you've
- 51:43Speaker 3: ever been on footwear? I think, honestly, honestly, about one
- 51:48Speaker 3: eighty yeah, one eighty.
- 51:51Speaker 2: What's the most you've ever spent making shit? Probably six hundred?
- 51:55Speaker 2: Oh my god, boots you see that's dress boots. The
- 52:00Speaker 2: dress their dress boots. And to be honest with you,
- 52:02Speaker 2: I didn't want to, but I was back against the
- 52:04Speaker 2: wall wedding that day, my boots were left on set.
- 52:07Speaker 2: I'd forgot I'm taking them to seat as part of
- 52:09Speaker 2: a costume. I could not find them, so I was
- 52:11Speaker 2: backs against the wall. But they will last me until
- 52:13Speaker 2: the day I die. One hundred percent.
- 52:15Speaker 3: I did buy some really nice boots in Adelaide, actually
- 52:18Speaker 3: for fifteen bucks.
- 52:20Speaker 2: When were you in Adelaide for a little while back?
- 52:24Speaker 3: I saw a pair of Keys's floaters new Balance. Yes,
- 52:28Speaker 3: and my wife said you should get a pair, just
- 52:30Speaker 3: a Ryle Kezier. But they were nine hundred and eighty dollars.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Here we go. Can I just say, if there's you've
- 52:37Speaker 2: got to get some boots out there, you've got to
- 52:38Speaker 2: treat yourself. Okay, Okay, I'm going to do it this weekend.
- 52:42Speaker 2: Just do it and treat yourself and see the difference.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Plus and the good thing for you is you can
- 52:47Speaker 2: get like a standard hype boot and it's like a
- 52:49Speaker 2: knee high on you because you'll be like Woody from
- 52:55Speaker 2: Toy Story, pull the string on your back. There there's
- 53:00Speaker 2: a snake in my boots. I'm wearing my pleasantes. Thanks plow.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Treat yourself. What did Jay you deserve? The man White
- 53:11Speaker 2: Strike for.
- 53:12Speaker 1: The Harkey Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hods.
- 53:16Speaker 2: Indeed, guns O.
- 53:20Speaker 3: Roses there on the Radio Hodarkey Big Show. There's glorious
- 53:24Speaker 3: Friday afternoon. Now you're probably aware of the fact that
- 53:28Speaker 3: the Breakfast fellows Jerry and Manaia have bugged off to
- 53:32Speaker 3: Byron Bay, supposedly on a health retreat and inverted commas.
- 53:39Speaker 3: But from the pictures I've seen thus far, a number
- 53:43Speaker 3: of beverages seem to be being consumed. We've got Jerry
- 53:46Speaker 3: Wells on the line now, Jerry, how's it all going
- 53:49Speaker 3: over there?
- 53:50Speaker 2: Mate? How's the weather? Jo says?
- 53:52Speaker 6: I speak to you now. I look out over the
- 53:55Speaker 6: main street of Byron Bay, Lawson Street, at the Balcony Bar.
- 53:59Speaker 6: We've just we've just set ourselves down here at Balcony
- 54:03Speaker 6: Bar and ordered myself a barrow Monday the Special, the
- 54:09Speaker 6: Fish Special, the Bear of Monday.
- 54:11Speaker 2: Jason, you're nice. I love a bar of Munday.
- 54:14Speaker 6: It's beautiful, twenty six degrees, the sun shining and and
- 54:19Speaker 6: tell you what the people are really and they seem
- 54:23Speaker 6: to be enjoying themselves. Whatever is happening in New Zealand
- 54:26Speaker 6: at the moment, whatever it is. I believe it's sunny
- 54:28Speaker 6: at the moment in New Zealand.
- 54:29Speaker 2: Beautiful.
- 54:29Speaker 6: It's lovely here as well.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Oh that's great mate. I've got a bit of a
- 54:35Speaker 2: mole in your group there. And he tells me you
- 54:36Speaker 2: guys are all pissed off your head.
- 54:40Speaker 6: Well, you know, I tried to force min My thing was,
- 54:43Speaker 6: as soon as we get on the ground, I said
- 54:44Speaker 6: we need to immediately get ourselves into a breath workshop.
- 54:48Speaker 6: And I just said, we need to start wellness immediately
- 54:51Speaker 6: when we're mania a very keen to retox. I was
- 54:55Speaker 6: so keener to detox. So look I'm battling. It's minor
- 54:58Speaker 6: at the stage. She's very keen on the on the
- 55:01Speaker 6: drinking part of it. I'm more keen on just relaxing
- 55:04Speaker 6: and using this weekend to to dial back some years.
- 55:09Speaker 2: Hey, Jerry CAZy here man, hope you're well, you know CAZy, Yeah,
- 55:14Speaker 2: that's my only question. I've got one for you man.
- 55:17Speaker 2: You know, Australia is known for having some incredible native wildlife.
- 55:22Speaker 2: The locals are pretty easy on the eye. Your eyes
- 55:25Speaker 2: on stalks, men, have you got got them behind some
- 55:28Speaker 2: some dark sunglasses?
- 55:30Speaker 6: Look, we did have a little wander through. Before we
- 55:33Speaker 6: got into the balcony bar, we had a little wander
- 55:35Speaker 6: past the beach and let's just say, look, it's a
- 55:40Speaker 6: it's a beautiful environment, doesn't that Everything? Everything's good. It's
- 55:44Speaker 6: great when you look at the sea. It's great when
- 55:47Speaker 6: you look back. And the great thing is, I feel
- 55:50Speaker 6: like everybody in Austadia. It's it's like everybody's just a
- 55:54Speaker 6: wee bit tighter, just a bit tighter over here, a
- 55:59Speaker 6: little bit, a little bit shinier and a little bit tiny.
- 56:01Speaker 6: You'd love it.
- 56:02Speaker 3: So can I get this straight, Jarry? It sounds to
- 56:05Speaker 3: me like your sucking peasant perving. That's pretty much all
- 56:08Speaker 3: that seems to be going on at the moment.
- 56:11Speaker 6: Mate, At this stage, that is all we've done. However,
- 56:14Speaker 6: we've only been on the ground for a couple of
- 56:16Speaker 6: hours and later this I'm hitting the message table. Oh yeah,
- 56:21Speaker 6: I think well Man's hitting the piss again. But I'm
- 56:24Speaker 6: hitting the message table and I'm just going to try
- 56:26Speaker 6: and get some knots, try and move some toxins around
- 56:29Speaker 6: the system, and then and then tomorrow, I believe we're
- 56:33Speaker 6: after mullum bimby what happens there, I think you just
- 56:38Speaker 6: get wasted the link.
- 56:42Speaker 2: Yeah, tough times, man, tough times. Are you all Jerry
- 56:46Speaker 2: fans with that?
- 56:46Speaker 3: Mate?
- 56:47Speaker 2: You take care and you know, don't.
- 56:48Speaker 6: Go too hard, but thinking of you guys could be here.

- 57:18Speaker 3: show down and dust it for your Friday night and
- 57:21Speaker 3: for the week. What's the podcast outro clip today? Keysy,
- 57:26Speaker 3: I can always tell you what I said, but you
- 57:27Speaker 3: guys telling the piss out of point j Well, I always.
- 57:30Speaker 2: Wonder how he chooses them, because old Pugson out there
- 57:33Speaker 2: in studio b picks them. In fact, he might be
- 57:36Speaker 2: able to tell us, now, pug Son, how do you
- 57:38Speaker 2: choose what's your method brother of choosing the podcast clip
- 57:43Speaker 2: that we play at the end of each day's radio show.
- 57:46Speaker 5: Just usually if it's angled towards Jace looking silly, that's
- 57:50Speaker 5: sort of that's literally what he just predicted.
- 57:53Speaker 2: And what's funny about that is Pugs was not in
- 57:55Speaker 2: the studio when said this, no exactly, so he's just
- 57:58Speaker 2: walked back in. We've sprung it on him.
- 58:00Speaker 4: Todays podcast Clippers is entitled Jason's New Ship, saying that
- 58:08Speaker 4: that has like, not new obviously, but recent second hand pictures.
- 58:13Speaker 2: Shown off again, look at me, it's few the idea.
- 58:20Speaker 2: And what's funny about it is after yesterday talking about it,
- 58:22Speaker 2: he's decided, right, I'm not going to get passed off
- 58:27Speaker 2: with your guys. Stupidity, absolutely stupidity. I agree. All you
- 58:33Speaker 2: have to do is just is that a new ship?
- 58:34Speaker 10: Like, come on, man, it's funny, isn't it just one
- 58:40Speaker 10: of the old time great you want to make j
- 58:44Speaker 10: Annoy just asked that's a new ship.
- 58:46Speaker 2: He's weary so much now, no o ogie.
- 58:57Speaker 3: Obviously you're going home and having a nice hot bar.
- 59:00Speaker 2: I think I will. Man, I've got to I've got
- 59:02Speaker 2: a bread thorn book to get through. I've got another
- 59:04Speaker 2: book to get through. I probably won't read either of them,
- 59:06Speaker 2: and I just want to get to bed real early,
- 59:08Speaker 2: and I'm hoping having a bath will relax me enough
- 59:10Speaker 2: that I can sleep past three a m. Yes, that's
- 59:13Speaker 2: my dream. Good you have a little sleepy tea in
- 59:16Speaker 2: the bath man sweepee tea. I haven't been having my
- 59:18Speaker 2: sweepy tea. You're absolutely right, Keezy, I've been off the
- 59:20Speaker 2: sweepy tea. I'm going to get back on them. I
- 59:22Speaker 2: wonder this is not les. Yeah.
- 59:25Speaker 4: I wonder if you put like a handful of those
- 59:27Speaker 4: tea bags in the bath with you. Yeah, I wonder
- 59:29Speaker 4: if you'd like soak it in through your skin.
- 59:31Speaker 2: Yeah. Maybe, why don't your shelves some you guys baths
- 59:38Speaker 2: some tea bags.
- 59:40Speaker 3: Just check them up there, shelve the tea bag and
- 59:43Speaker 3: just leave them hanging out, pluck them out in the morning.
- 59:47Speaker 2: Hey, now, Kezy, behave yourself to please. I will one
- 59:53Speaker 2: behave myself. Jase. I'm actually very excited. I've never been
- 59:55Speaker 2: to a play, not for a long time in amateur production,
- 59:58Speaker 2: so I am very mirror amateur. Apparently. What I'm looking
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: forward to is Kezy and Pakson going to the play
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: this evening and then Kezy dropping, hence bagging the play
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: right across the weekend until he actually gets an opportunity
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: to review it on Monday. Yeah, he will not be
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: able to resist that.
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: The issue that you've got here, Jayson, is the play
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: involves just your wife, not you. Yes, and if it
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: just involved your wife for come down with me, rather
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: than the things you were doing, it would have been
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: a ten.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Out of ten. Yeah, exactly. So your wife she's fine,
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: she's got nothing to worry about. Actor, she's a very
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: good host. Well you don't know that, Okay, I wouldn't know. Yeah,
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: you're right.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Enjoy that, Keezy. I'm going to go home, get myself
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: some spicy dumplings, get on your mate, watch some footy,
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: watch some footy, maybe even lie down on the couch.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: Get my fatos out right.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: Have you got any tea bags in the pantry. I
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: got a good idea for you.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: Hey, listen us yet, make sure you check out the Instagram.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: Make sure you check out the podcast until Monday.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Say you La,
