- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Oh, hey there.
- 0:01SPEAKER_02: I'm Carly, Human Design Medium, and your guide for this podcast.
- 0:06SPEAKER_02: This is Human Design IRL, where we talk to my favorite women in the world about how their human design shows up in their real lives.
- 0:14SPEAKER_02: So you have actual examples as you're learning about how your design might show up in yours.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: Here's a clip from today's episode.
- 0:22SPEAKER_02: I always tell T Lines is when you get that urge to be homey and to just sort of retreat and do something just for you, or to, you know, it's usually creative.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: Don't that is something leading you.
- 0:34SPEAKER_02: It's sort of up-leveling, is what Spirit is saying.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah, because I definitely have that.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Because you'll be afraid to stop doing too, but you're not stopping.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: You're just retreating a little bit.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Well, it's actually part of the cycle, right?
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Wouldn't it be like to be replenish and to get creative and then go up, deduce, and then yeah, but you can't do one without the other.
- 0:54SPEAKER_02: Before we start the episode, I want to remind you that we talk about specific channels, gates, incarnation crosses, all the stuff in every episode.
- 1:01SPEAKER_02: So if you want to grab your chart, now is the time, or head to my website, humandesignmedium.com backslash design.
- 1:06SPEAKER_02: There's a free calculator on there.
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: You're welcome to use.
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: All right, here we go.
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: Hi, I'm Carly Arbuckle, Human Design Medium, and this is the Human Design IRL Podcast.
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: Welcome back.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: Today I am with one of my nearest and dearest, Miss Sarah Walton, who is an incredible business coach and mentor.
- 1:26SPEAKER_02: She's an abundance expert.
- 1:28SPEAKER_02: She's helped me with my money woes.
- 1:31SPEAKER_02: She is an incredible, life-changing human, and I adore her.
- 1:36SPEAKER_02: And Sarah, what like say hey to the people and tell them and introduce who you are and what makes you your manifesting generator.
- 1:45SPEAKER_02: So we're gonna talk about that.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: Five two manifesting generators.
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: So what lights you up?
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: Well, conversations like this light me up for sure.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: I'm back at you.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: I you know I just love you to pieces.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: You're one of my favorite people to talk to on planet Earth ever.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: I love it so much.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Um, gosh, what else can I tell you?
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think you covered it, but I love, I love, you know, sort of transforming the way that women allow themselves to appear on planet Earth.
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: I think that might be the best way for me to word it.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: And that our understanding of how powerful we are in our bodies, yes, we make the invisible visible, literally, as we grow humans, but also that we do that with wealth in a way that has been shut down systematically our entire lives.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: And so anything I can do to bring women back home to themselves, to the true power that we actually have.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: And it's such a gentle, exquisite, gorgeous, beautiful, quiet power.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: And it's one that can scare others from time to time.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: And so being really connected to that is what I'm here to help women do.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:57SPEAKER_02: So say more about that because I what is just occurring to me in hearing that, because so much of the work that I did with you was around receiving and around, I think I would love if you talk about the relationship and the sort of correlation or the dependency of like we talk about stepping into our power a lot as women.
- 3:22SPEAKER_02: We don't talk about stepping into wealth as as positively, but you are saying if one and hearing is they go they go hand in hand.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: They are the same thing.
- 3:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: Say more about that because I think that that's really important for people to hear.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, what we want to understand, and I mean this with all of my heart.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: So people, it's so interesting.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: I've been on a couple podcasts lately, and I never said this, but people are like, she's a wealth consciousness expert.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, where the hell did that come from?
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: I mean, I love it.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: That's kind of cool.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: Well, I have been diving into kind of owning that that name.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: And that means I've got to really dive into what wealth is.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: What is consciousness?
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: What is awareness?
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: And so I've been deeply studying these things and really, you know, practicing on myself in my own life and understanding, you know, I've got to eat my own dog food, right?
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: It's a great title, but I don't get to just go out there and claim it.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: I've got to actually own it and be it and understand it and play in the nuances of it.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: And what I am understanding on levels I've never understood before is how unbelievably wealthy we are in every moment.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: And part of that understanding is living in the truth that there is no time.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: These go hand in hand.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: So if there is no time, and there is only now, are we not wealthy right now?
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: Do we not have water coming out of a faucet?
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: If we need to go to the bathroom, make it up, go to the bathroom.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: We're sheltered.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: We have clothes.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: We have people around us who love us.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: We have access to each other in different states right now.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Somebody's going to be able to listen to this six months from now, six years from now, and we don't even have to be there, but it's there now.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: The wealth that we live in is extraordinary.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: And we are wealthy beyond our wildest imagination.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: And we've bought into the illusion that we're not.
- 5:17SPEAKER_02: Or the, yeah, the the control piece, but people will project things onto you.
- 5:22SPEAKER_02: And it's it is really, I mean, it's yours to be.
- 5:24SPEAKER_02: It all it also kind of is yours to claim.
- 5:27SPEAKER_02: I mean, Taylor Swift has the same beginning number, and you see how she's gone through very various iterations of herself.
- 5:34SPEAKER_02: And people are mad when she's not who they want her to be, right?
- 5:39SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 5:39SPEAKER_02: That's the signature of a five-line, but you also have the ability to lead a ton of people because people look to you as a leader.
- 5:47SPEAKER_02: And I think that's why it's so important that you talk about these things.
- 5:50SPEAKER_02: And you also are a credible leader because you're walking the walk of these things.
- 5:54SPEAKER_02: And it's powerful you're stepping into your power and wealth because you're you're being authentic to who you are.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: That's the whole point of human design, right?
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: Is that what's going to bring you alignment and ease?
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: I have one question about that because I it comes up, I think, in my clients a lot when it like this nature, this notion of like, well, what, well, right, I need the practical right now.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: So it's great that I have this right now.
- 6:19SPEAKER_02: What if I don't have it the next moment?
- 6:20SPEAKER_02: You know, I have money right now and I have debt.
- 6:26SPEAKER_02: So how do I know that I will, how do I live in this mindset that I will have more money when I don't know, you know, especially as an entrepreneur, what's going to happen.
- 6:38SPEAKER_02: And how do I trust that?
- 6:40SPEAKER_02: I guess is like, do you have what's what's your thought on that, I guess, and an inspiration for the people who are listening?
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think what we want to understand is the only time that we can affect anything, you know, I'm gonna keep coming back to this because it's true, it's very difficult for our brains to accept.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: But the only time we can affect anything is right now.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: So if you are infusing this moment with fear and doubt, that's what you're going to get back.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: Now, this isn't pretend, right?
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: You don't go, oh, I'm just a band, right?
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: This I'm not being fake.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: Like that's not what I'm saying.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: In this moment, right now, yeah.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: This is science.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: This is not even woo-woo.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: They made it woo-woo so we wouldn't grasp it, but it's actually science, right?
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: So if we were to turn on a radio right now, yeah, what would what would happen?
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: It would you turn into like a station or something.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: And if we don't like that, we what we adjust the dial and we change it to a different one, right?
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: Where where's that sound right now?
- 7:50SPEAKER_03: In the airwaves.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: Just in the eat, it's out there, right?
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: How do we get it to make sound?
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: We tune into it.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: Bam.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: Science.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: It is science.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: So when you are in this moment infusing your waves, your brain waves, your energy waves, the ether width, the radio station called, oh shit, I'm never gonna have enough money.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: What do you think you're gonna hear?
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: It's literally like that.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: It's like the most important thing we can do, especially if we're worried about like, oh my God, is all this money going to disappear?
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: You start finding yourself going down that spiral is to come into your body as quickly as you can.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: My favorite tactic is to wiggle toes, tap your fingers on your desk, rub your hands on top of your legs.
- 8:35SPEAKER_01: It is the most important thing you can do because that's actually real.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: And it is the only thing that's real.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: And the only way you can affect how much money you have next week is by how you decide to infuse your world right now.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: You don't have, you don't, you have no power in next week.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: Next week doesn't exist.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: The only thing that exists is right now.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: So if you can bring yourself into your body right now and start infusing yourself with the wealth that is already here, right?
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: When you start really doing this, it's like when you're standing in the dark and someone puts on night vision goggles.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden, everything that was already there, you can see.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: There was a path here, there was a desk there, there was a bush there.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: It was all there.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: You just couldn't see it.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: Just like the sound waves are all there, we're just not tuned into them.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: It's the exact same experience, and it really is scientific.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: It is not woo-woo.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: So when you can get yourself to understand, I am so wealthy, I have never not had everything I need.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to stay in this space right now, in my body, which is the only thing that's real right now, is this moment in my body and the energy I'm going to infuse my life with right now, which is the only moment I have control over.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: What can I do right now?
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: Then you start playing and come through because you've just tuned into the right radio station called I'm Wealthy, and bam, it goes, Oh, yeah, you are here.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: Call George from accounting from your third job five years ago, like whatever, right?
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: It starts coming through because you tune the dial.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: That's literally what we do.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: You tune the dial to I'm wealthy, you tune the dial to opportunity's freaking everywhere.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: You tune the dial to I'm the luckiest person I know.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: And that's what you start to hear.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: And it's not magical thinking, it's scientific.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: And when we when we train ourselves to consistently tap into that, that's where all the ideas, that's where all the inspiration, that's where all the next actions come from.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: And because there is no time, you can collapse how quickly the wealth arrives.
- 10:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's and it's so interesting.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: It's so well, I understand why human design resonates so much with you because that what you're saying basically is give your mind your reality and then tune into your body to listen.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: And human what human design does is it helps you understand what is your frequency, what is your free, what is yours, what to listen to.
- 11:03SPEAKER_02: So you're not tuning, you're not grabbing things from other people because your intuition is what's going to lead you to your power, to your therefore wealth, right?
- 11:15SPEAKER_02: And what you're saying basically is to tune into ground where you are.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 11:22SPEAKER_02: That totally makes sense to me.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: And that is, by the way, that's the only time and space there's ever an answer.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: We, I mean, we like to try to pretend like we can control next week.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: We can't, there's it doesn't exist.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: And that is the illusion, right?
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: That is the illusion, is if I ruminate today and make myself miserable right now, which is the only time I have access to, then it will get fixed.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: And it's like, actually, no, you're just giving away your life, right?
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: Because the only life you have is the life you have in this moment.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: And so, what do you want to give it to?
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: I mean, and I think I wonder if this is a defined head or ajna thing.
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: I mean, you and I both have this pressure to think.
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: And it's in a in a defined, it's what's called a defined head, meaning you have uh consistent pressure to think and a consistent pressure to analyze.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: So we've also all got always got a lot going on in our head.
- 13:15SPEAKER_02: But something I tell people all the time is when you are when you're preparing for like, and there's a setting intentions can be set in the now.
- 13:26SPEAKER_02: They can also switch.
- 13:27SPEAKER_02: You know, it's not it's not critical, I think, that you keep the same vision.
- 13:31SPEAKER_02: It's critically that you make a vision and then follow your intuition, see where it leads you.
- 13:36SPEAKER_02: But you're making that in the moment, right?
- 13:39SPEAKER_02: But your brain can only see what it has known.
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: It can, I mean, what our brains are really good for, first of all, our brains are for other people, not for us, as it, you know, from human design perspective.
- 13:50SPEAKER_02: They're incredible processors.
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: They are meant to get information and like process it.
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: We are meant to be led.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: We can't, it's like an echo chamber up there if we are.
- 14:03SPEAKER_02: It's like I always say it's like Google, Googling, Google if we're all up there, you know, trying to solve our own issues because we have no one, we need each other as human beings.
- 14:11SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 14:12SPEAKER_02: That's the beautiful thing about it.
- 14:13SPEAKER_02: But your brain can only see these patterns and the things that you've noticed.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: So it's so limiting too.
- 14:21SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 14:22SPEAKER_02: And, you know, I think it's it's hard to have faith in that eventuality.
- 14:28SPEAKER_02: And it's why you have a spiritual practice.
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: That's why you keep continuing to prove to yourself that you can trust yourself.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: That's the work that I do.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: My mission is to help women trust themselves.
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: So I see myself as a spiritual gateway to understanding yourself on a soul level.
- 14:43SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: And then sitting in that power.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:46SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 14:47SPEAKER_02: And then then you can do the thing like sign up for Sarah Walton, invest in yourself.
- 14:55SPEAKER_02: Sign up for Nicole Pope and for Jess Carvin and for all the other incredible women that I know who are doing this work.
- 15:03SPEAKER_02: Because it takes courage to do that.
- 15:05SPEAKER_02: It does.
- 15:06SPEAKER_02: But it starts with knowing yourself, it starts with recognizing who you are.
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: And then you stop looking outside of yourself for who you are.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, I just hope my shoulders drop.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: Like, yes, that is good.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: That's the magic.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: That's the magic.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: When you stop that, I think too, when it comes to wealth, yeah, everybody thinks wealth is outside of them.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: If I have this house, then I'm wealthy.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no.
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: Remember the radio dial.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: You are wealth.
- 15:35SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: You have 60,000 miles of blood vessels in your body.
- 15:40unknown: Right.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: You're digesting food.
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: I think the body is doing something like a trillion different activities at once.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: All the time.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: While we're like complaining about traffic, you know, I know.
- 15:50SPEAKER_02: What a machine.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: I mean, wealth is internal.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: And what happens is when we understand, like you just said, when we know ourselves, when we realize it's all in us, at that point, that is when the world can respond and resonate and bring you in your radio frequency.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: And the reason people are so unhappy or they feel so exhausted or they've learned not to trust that is they've been told they don't have it inside.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: They have to earn it.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: They have to go get it.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: They have to fight for it.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: They have to slog through shit to find that is not where it is.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: It's already here.
- 16:24SPEAKER_02: Well, and that's the big paradigm shift that's happening, I think, in 2027.
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: And I know that there's an astrological name for it.
- 16:31SPEAKER_02: It's like there's tons of different names for the same thing.
- 16:33SPEAKER_02: From human design perspective, we're switching into a different incarnation cross after I think 400 years.
- 16:39SPEAKER_02: And it's going from really being a part of a community, being part of collective, putting the like the systems first so that we survive into what a and going internal.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: So what you're saying is total it totally makes sense.
- 16:57SPEAKER_02: It's it's two different things or two different ways to look at evolving humanity.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: We needed to develop these systems so that we can progress, so we can move forward, so that we can have the industrial revolution, so that we can have, you know, all of the things that we, all of the technology and things that we enjoy that have helped us move.
- 17:14SPEAKER_02: And now we're moving into this space where that's crumbling.
- 17:20SPEAKER_02: And not just be freak anybody out.
- 17:22SPEAKER_02: I don't, you know, it's it took 400 years to get here.
- 17:24SPEAKER_02: So listen, like, you know, but it's it is very aligned to where we are going to be to start to think about, okay, you know, from a human design perspective, I always say it's like a puzzle piece.
- 17:40SPEAKER_02: So your your centers, your open centers, the white centers on your chart are like grooves and the colored in are like nubs.
- 17:47SPEAKER_02: And other people plug in because what they do, other people don't tell you about you, they reflect you.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: And then you you get tell that story.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: I see.
- 17:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's so so when you're talking about what other people see as wealthy, that's their that's them.
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: They will reflect to you what you see as wealthy.
- 18:09SPEAKER_02: And the whole point is personal inner revolution.
- 18:12SPEAKER_02: So we as a collective can be our puzzle piece and stop pretending that we're all friggin' squares.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: And plug gorgeous.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 18:22SPEAKER_02: I I mean, and I I want to talk about there are certain parts of your chart.
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: So, what what the the entire purpose of this is to talk about different aspects that are really prevalent in your chart, you know, and of course, spirit will come in and tell me when you need, and you can ask questions whenever you'd like.
- 18:39SPEAKER_02: But so that people understand how this looks in real life.
- 18:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:43SPEAKER_02: Because I think one of the biggest things that turns people off about human design, which is such an incredible tool, is all of the layers, dude.
- 18:53SPEAKER_02: I mean, there are so many layers and includes so many.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: It's basically, I see it like almost like a baklava of different, you know, ancestral wisdom, right?
- 19:04SPEAKER_02: It is, it is so I layered is the word, man.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: It was so complicated.
- 19:09SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 19:10SPEAKER_02: And when you say you see the one picture, once you get, you know, the layers of, you know, and they're showing me Adobe design right now.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: Like you have you cannot see the full picture without all of it.
- 19:22SPEAKER_02: But knowing, but you can only like like edit diff, like you, you have to be on the right layer to be focused on the right things, you know.
- 19:29SPEAKER_02: But it's all one picture.
- 19:31SPEAKER_02: So what we're doing is just peeling it apart, okay, and helping people recognize themselves through people who are living this experience.
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 19:41SPEAKER_02: So I I me too.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited from about it.
- 19:43SPEAKER_02: And you know, when I actually got this idea, speaking of sitting in the now, I I just recently ended my subbing long-term, 48 days of long-term subbing.
- 19:52SPEAKER_02: God bless teachers for real.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: Like teachers, especially middle school teachers.
- 19:57SPEAKER_02: I was sipping champagne and then all of a sudden it was like, oh, there we go.
- 20:02SPEAKER_02: And it was right after I had uh journaled, I was just telling you this like, remember, even though this feels safe, this is not your job, this is not your career, you are burnt out, you are not a generator, you are not, you know, here to create, to do.
- 20:20SPEAKER_02: You are here to advise, you are here to be a counselor, you are here to think a lot, you know.
- 20:26SPEAKER_02: But the amount, just even standing on my feet nine to five, eight, like eight to four, whatever, you know, it was it was rough.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: And actually, I had a great lunch break too.
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: You ready for this?
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: 1111 to 123.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: Stop it.
- 20:39SPEAKER_02: Did you die?
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: You're like, of course, that's my lunch break.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, that's hilarious.
- 20:43SPEAKER_02: And it was like, and you don't have lunch breaks like that when you're a sub.
- 20:45SPEAKER_02: Like that's not a thing.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: But that was my, isn't that wild?
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: So I was able to do it and I felt a lot of purpose in it.
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: But anyway, so I digress.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: But the first thing I want to talk about, and it's a channel that I admire so much, and it's called it's a definite signature of a manifesting generator.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: The this is a channel that connects your sacral center, which is where you know your battery as a generator is, and your manifestation center, your throat, where things come and change based on speech.
- 21:16SPEAKER_02: And this is called the channel of charisma.
- 21:18SPEAKER_02: Someone must have told you about this, yes?
- 21:21SPEAKER_02: I don't think so.
- 21:22SPEAKER_02: The channel of charisma?
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: I don't think I've girl, yeah.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: And I can actually let me share this with you.
- 21:27SPEAKER_02: It's so sincere.
- 21:28SPEAKER_02: It's so these people, I and I know several of them because I my people are incredible.
- 21:35SPEAKER_02: That's why.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: But this channel, you see, it's from the 34 to the 20.
- 21:40SPEAKER_02: And what's interesting about this too is that this is a channel that can be seen, or these two gates can be manifested in very different various different ways.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: You've got the 34 that connect to this 10, you know, from to your G center, so you're a sacral connecting to your identity.
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: You can have your spleen, the 57, connect to your 10.
- 21:59SPEAKER_02: So your instincts connect to your identity.
- 22:01SPEAKER_02: And you can have your throat can connect to your spleen, to your G center, or to your sacral.
- 22:07SPEAKER_02: So these two gates manifest in very different ways, depending on who you are for you, for the channel of charisma.
- 22:15SPEAKER_02: You are a doer, you need to be busy, right?
- 22:19SPEAKER_02: So you and you need, but it needs to be something that you're passionate about.
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: So the temptation would be, you know, that you need to do because you've just got this energy in your body, you know, and then it can you'll end up mad and frustrated if you, you know.
- 22:33SPEAKER_02: So actually, let's just talk about that first.
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: How does that gate 34 show up for you?
- 22:37SPEAKER_02: That need, let me read it as a projector.
- 22:40SPEAKER_02: You know, I've got a spreadsheet, of course.
- 22:42SPEAKER_02: Several different definitions of uh several different iterations of of what each of these mean.
- 22:49SPEAKER_02: And I'll read, you know, maybe one of them or two of them to you.
- 22:52SPEAKER_02: So the 34, so that's the Asha.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: It's pure sacral power, power of the great, the gate of power.
- 23:05SPEAKER_02: So it's in the individual circus circuit, which means it's about you.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: So displaying and celebrating your uniqueness in the world, it's meant to move you forward.
- 23:14SPEAKER_02: So, in terms of your, you know, career, your business, whatever.
- 23:18SPEAKER_02: And then where it helps others is where you talk about it and you can inspire them.
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: So it's this drive within you.
- 23:24SPEAKER_02: So can you talk about the need to have that internal drive?
- 23:29SPEAKER_02: And also if there are times that you've acted based on logic rather than what your gut wanted you to do because you felt that need to move.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: I mean, uh, things are always better when I listen to my instincts, always, every time.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: Like it has never failed me ever, ever, ever.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: Kind of going back to your faith question earlier.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: Like, how do you trust that?
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: And it's like, well, track records help.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: If you need logical, if you need logical, you know, like scorekeeping, I intuition wins every freaking time.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: But yes, where I acted out of, I'm gonna say pressure and performance.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: These are all coming from your head and your my your mind.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, not my heart or my instinct.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: It was fear, really.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: I mean, if we're gonna distill it down to its simplest form, it was fear, but it was pressure and anxiety and force.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: And I've come to understand what a soul debt that created for me.
- 24:28SPEAKER_01: Interesting.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: And it was the first 10 years of my business.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: I felt such pressure from so many places, but you know, inside my marriage, from other people who knew me in the industry as a tech guru, like all there was so much pressure to do it right that I ended up building my business on top of a sold debt because I wasn't listening to me.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: I was looking, just like I said about wealth, I was looking outside of myself for the wealth when the wealth of knowledge was already there.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: And it wasn't until I stopped doing that and I built a course based on me, based on my instincts, based on my experience.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: Like you said, our brains are not here for us, right?
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: They're here to share.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: And so I took all that learning and all of that soul debt and understanding what I had done to myself, the box I had put myself in, and got myself out of it, right?
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: And that's that course I created out of that, the coaching that came from that, that's when everything changed financially.
- 25:25SPEAKER_02: Which we know is power.
- 25:26SPEAKER_02: I mean, I just want to flag something too, because I think you said it really beautifully when you're about your design.
- 25:32SPEAKER_02: You said it's coming from pressure, which your head is a pressure center, anxiety, which is where your ajna is processing things, and force, which is where your sacral center is.
- 25:44SPEAKER_02: So you are combining those three things rather than using the one thing, you are a you are not an emotional manifesting generator.
- 25:52SPEAKER_02: You are just a pure manifesting generator, which means your intuition is in your gut.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: So you know that, and you know that gut, yes, gut no.
- 26:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 26:06SPEAKER_02: And you know when it's not a gut, yes.
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: I think that's the biggest pressure generators, especially, you know, just the amount of you've got ways of thinking that, you know, and the pressure to think.
- 26:17SPEAKER_02: And that's gonna drive you to really second guess yourself.
- 26:21SPEAKER_02: This is what Spirit was saying too.
- 26:22SPEAKER_02: Like, but then you've got people with open centers there that really take in any source of, you know, that are at any different time, taking in any different source of inspiration and trying to figure out what's theirs and what's not and what they're supposed to do.
- 26:36SPEAKER_02: Like that's confusing too.
- 26:38SPEAKER_02: So this head and ajna center, and it's confusing, by the way, because you give really great advice.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: You have really great ideas.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: I give really great advice.
- 26:47SPEAKER_02: I have wonderful ideas, but they are not for me.
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: And so logically, it would follow if I know what to do, if I'm giving people advice that I need, then I can give myself advice.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: But that's not how it works.
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: That's not how it works.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: I was just gonna say, if only, right?
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: If only.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: So it's the same.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: My point is it's a sane human thing.
- 27:08SPEAKER_02: It's a human thing.
- 27:09SPEAKER_02: It makes logical sense.
- 27:12SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 27:12SPEAKER_02: What we're talking about here is pulling it down into your gut, your instinct is how you're calling it, you know, to act.
- 27:21SPEAKER_02: And you you're talking about this need to move, this need to be busy, this need to use this intense force of sacral power.
- 27:29SPEAKER_02: Because as, and also by the way, as a generator, you don't have you have four centers defined, you know.
- 27:35SPEAKER_02: So this is not a whole ton of consistent energy that you've got, but you've got this big effing channel that is powering you to do, and then it comes up here to the 20.
- 27:48SPEAKER_02: So we've talked about this 34.
- 27:50SPEAKER_02: Now let's go into this gate 20 here, and I'll read a couple definitions for you.
- 27:55SPEAKER_02: So you have the ability to be present in the current moment and transform the awareness of the now.
- 28:00SPEAKER_02: How about that into the right actions and words at the appropriate time to survive as yourself and influence the people around you?
- 28:09SPEAKER_02: So this is also the gate I've heard of the politician.
- 28:12SPEAKER_02: A lot of politicians have this because they're able to, in the now, act from their knowing, speak about it, and influence people.
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
- 28:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:22SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, and this is a huge gift of yours.
- 28:27SPEAKER_02: That's the other thing that I think is powerful in human design is to really validate.
- 28:31SPEAKER_02: You knew you were good at this.
- 28:33SPEAKER_02: Like you just said it.
- 28:34SPEAKER_02: Like you it came from your power, and you, you know, and when it was about you and when it was about something you loved and you were really passionate about, that's when you influence people.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's true.
- 28:46SPEAKER_01: It's true.
- 28:47SPEAKER_01: And I I've always had it.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: I just, it's so funny when things come naturally, don't we just assume everybody has it?
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: Isn't that hilarious?
- 28:53SPEAKER_01: You're like, well, but it's easy.
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: Doesn't everybody just do this?
- 28:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but it's been something I've always done is I can read a room in two seconds and give the room what it needs.
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:04SPEAKER_02: And actually what's popped into my mind there too is, you know, you have this two line, this is which is what other people would recognize about you more than what you would.
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: And it's called the hermit.
- 29:13SPEAKER_02: So you there, what that really means, it's also called the natural, which is why it got flagged when you were talking about that.
- 29:20SPEAKER_02: So um, the hermit is that you have periods of your life where you will want to withdraw and be creative.
- 29:27SPEAKER_02: And that is critical to humankind because what you create, then you come out and you share.
- 29:33SPEAKER_02: And especially as a five line, you're going to talk about it.
- 29:36SPEAKER_02: People will see you as a leader using it.
- 29:39SPEAKER_02: Um so it's important that you follow that.
- 29:42SPEAKER_02: But it also is called the natural because this line is known for being just naturally good at things and doesn't know until people point it out.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: Oh, interesting.
- 29:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've definitely have, yeah.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's interesting, right?
- 29:55SPEAKER_01: It's like it really is.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: I didn't know that about the two.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:59SPEAKER_02: So and my daughters are both are both twos.
- 30:01SPEAKER_02: And so it's interesting because we talk about not needing external validation, but in some ways, you rely on others to tell you what you're good at.
- 30:12SPEAKER_01: That's interesting.
- 30:13SPEAKER_01: I probably do.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: I just did what needs to be said, and then I listen for what comes back.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 30:18SPEAKER_02: So there we're so in the in the highest of all sense, you are getting a reflection of what you're good at.
- 30:24SPEAKER_02: And that doesn't mean that you have to do that.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: It just means that you know, like, oh, this thing that I have is actually a talent that most people don't just get the way that I do.
- 30:37SPEAKER_02: So you know, I think what I always tell two lines is like there when you get that urge to be homey and to just sort of retreat and do something just for you, or to, you know, it's usually creative.
- 30:49SPEAKER_02: Don't that is something leading you.
- 30:51SPEAKER_02: It's sort of up-leveling, is what spirit is saying.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah, because I definitely have that.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: Because you'll be afraid to stop doing too, but you're not stopping, you're just retreating a little bit.
- 31:02SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: Well, it's actually part of the cycle, right?
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: Wouldn't it be like to be replenish and to get creative and then go out, deduce, and then yeah, but you can't do one without the other.
- 31:10SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 31:11unknown: Right.
- 31:11SPEAKER_02: For you, especially, you need these periods of you know, solitude, of ability to just go in and process.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: Cool.
- 31:20SPEAKER_02: And so in the in human design, they often leap refer to lines as like a house.
- 31:24SPEAKER_02: So they're stacked.
- 31:25SPEAKER_02: So one, two, three, four, five, six.
- 31:27SPEAKER_02: And so the second line is in like the the first floor of the house.
- 31:32SPEAKER_02: And the way that they the imagery that I got when I was learning about the two line is like you you do the things on the first, you get things done, but then also you when you the retreating in particular is like you shutting the curtains for a minute so that you can like retreat and then you come out and you share it.
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: That's how it feels.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: That's a great description because I've actually felt that way before.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 31:57SPEAKER_02: So give an example.
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: Give an example.
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: Just I need to recharge my batteries sometimes, right?
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: And I think I can go in, oddly enough, I can go in like six-month cycles with this.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: Six months retreating, six months out, six months retreating, six months out.
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: And so it's not always six months, but it's I'm kind of looking back.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: I'm like, yeah, that's about right.
- 32:16SPEAKER_01: And it's really when I'm learning or experiencing and starting to integrate what I've been what I'm learning and what I'm understanding and what's happening in my life.
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: When I really go in to integrate that, I'll go quiet.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: And as a business coach, it's hilarious because you know, we all of us business coaches are always like, remember consistency is your number one best friend, right?
- 32:39SPEAKER_01: And I don't do that.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: I it that's one of the reasons I always tell people, hey, you got to find your own rhythm, you've got to follow it.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: And that's actually how the business becomes successful.
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: And it's worked, I want to say every single time I come out of one of those periods, I have another huge lift in in revenue that sustains.
- 32:55SPEAKER_01: And then I retreat, and then there's another lift in revenue that sustains.
- 32:58SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, but I do have to pull back in and actually, you know, like I always say as a joke, but I got to eat my own dog food and make sure I'm really like in there, in it, understanding what I'm teaching.
- 33:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 33:12SPEAKER_02: Well, that's a really evolved five-line, because people will project onto you what they want to see in you.
- 33:17SPEAKER_02: So you could just leave, people will believe you is the is, but you're really as having integrity.
- 33:24SPEAKER_02: And that's actually the other channel we're going to talk about is up in your head from your head to your to your ajna.
- 33:31SPEAKER_02: But having that groundedness within the five line, I think, is uh in a very evolved, what will you call it, realized version of it, in that you are not like people can see what they want to see in you, but you want to be sure of what you see in you.
- 33:51SPEAKER_02: And you know what I mean?
- 33:52SPEAKER_02: I like that.
- 33:53SPEAKER_02: And in that way, yeah, their criticism when you are not who they want you to be.
- 33:59SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 34:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it doesn't hurt.
- 34:01SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: Cause I know.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: And I think that's always been really important to me that I know I can stand on my own two feet and be like, yeah, that's great you have that opinion.
- 34:11SPEAKER_01: I'll be over here.
- 34:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:15SPEAKER_02: Well, I can imagine it's hard, especially you look at someone like Taylor Swift, and like as a teenager, you know, God, like people being upset with you.
- 34:25SPEAKER_02: And you know, she's a projector, so she wants to feel seen too.
- 34:28SPEAKER_02: Like, God, ouch, right?
- 34:30SPEAKER_02: Like, ouch, if you know, if if you I'm sorry, I didn't know that you were depending on me to be this country singer.
- 34:37SPEAKER_02: I just really like music, you know.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: I got, you know, just for a sec, because you know we're both such big fangirls, but yeah, we are the way she is able to stay composed and stay true to herself in the face of that is so damn inspiring.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: Like, I cannot believe her composure.
- 34:57SPEAKER_02: It is I don't think she was always like that.
- 34:59SPEAKER_02: Incredible.
- 35:01SPEAKER_02: I mean, she she had that period where she like retreated and was really hurt and you know, was she had to be a teenager in front of everybody, you know, and I think she's evolved into a very evolved form of that because out of necessity.
- 35:14SPEAKER_02: And also she's got this one line, which means she's gathered a ton of information over the years and is, you know, I don't have her chart in front of me, but I'm sure there's, you know, key components that would talk about self-assuredness.
- 35:26SPEAKER_02: Um, but that is an evolved five line.
- 35:28SPEAKER_02: So, you know, if you are a five-line wondering who you are and feeling very unseen and feeling like no one understands you, then I think perhaps the wisdom here is for you to go in and you understand you first.
- 35:42SPEAKER_01: It's gorgeous.
- 35:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I love that.
- 35:45SPEAKER_02: I love that and that one makes you feel more seen because though then when you are truly living in yourself, you know, one of the hardest things is some people, especially when you've got some manifestor energy in you, manifestor auras are seen as what's called, they call it repelling.
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: This is so silly to me.
- 36:01SPEAKER_02: And I think it's intimidating.
- 36:03SPEAKER_02: I see them as sort of batteries.
- 36:05SPEAKER_02: Like, so you're either a positive or a negative, but you're very fierce either way.
- 36:10SPEAKER_02: So, and then you meet other positives and they'll suck onto you very easily.
- 36:15SPEAKER_02: I see.
- 36:15SPEAKER_02: And then, but if you meet other negatives, it's gonna feel like like who, what did I say?
- 36:20SPEAKER_02: What did I do?
- 36:21SPEAKER_02: Like, I didn't even, and it's just your aura.
- 36:23SPEAKER_02: The reason for that, and this is part of your chart.
- 36:26SPEAKER_02: I mean, you've got a generator aura because you are gener primarily a generator type, but you've got this flavor of this presence that people are either attracted to or repelled by.
- 36:37SPEAKER_02: And the whole reason for that is people like get on the train or get away.
- 36:41SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 36:42unknown: Yeah.
- 36:42SPEAKER_02: And that's very hard to, I would imagine, as a kid, like be like, oh, they're not for me.
- 36:50SPEAKER_02: You know, this is all in my best interest.
- 36:53SPEAKER_02: And I did not feel that way, no.
- 36:55SPEAKER_02: God, can you imagine like in middle school?
- 36:57SPEAKER_02: Not good, like if people just didn't like you, it was like just so you felt that.
- 37:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I did.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: I mean, I tended to have like I was the first female student body president in my little middle school.
- 37:09SPEAKER_01: Thank you very much.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: I know I was very proud of that, but most people really liked me.
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: Like I felt that way, but the ones who didn't, in my view, for no reason, I was so baffled.
- 37:22SPEAKER_01: I was like, but well how huh?
- 37:25unknown: Yeah.
- 37:26SPEAKER_02: But I you got this, yeah.
- 37:28SPEAKER_02: Ooh, they hated me.
- 37:29SPEAKER_02: Well, you've got this generator energy, right, which is magnetic.
- 37:33SPEAKER_02: So that's when people say to like magnetic magnetism or you know, whatever, generators are like the sun.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: I always say manifesting generators are kind of like the light that flits off the water because they're in so many different places, but attracting, attracting your eye, attracting your attention.
- 37:49SPEAKER_02: That's why your strategy is to respond to what comes your way rather than to, and you would have more temptation than most because you've got this manifestor energy to initiate or to get things started, but really in your Seiko response.
- 38:01SPEAKER_02: I mean, have you had that experience where you have tried to initiate something out of nowhere versus something that you saw something and then responded to a need?
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: I think I've done both.
- 38:14SPEAKER_01: But now that you're having me think about it, it is usually out of something I've noticed.
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 38:20SPEAKER_01: So, for example, I am, I'm gonna have like eight entrepreneurs at my house in the middle of July in person because I felt like we needed each other for no reason.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 38:33SPEAKER_01: It was like, yeah, I think we need to be together in real life, just like your podcast, Carly.
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: It's like IRL, please.
- 38:38SPEAKER_01: We need to Yeah, right, right.
- 38:40SPEAKER_01: And so yeah, there are people flying in from all over the country because I just want to brainstorm with them for a day.
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: What?
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: Hey, now who does that?
- 38:47SPEAKER_01: But it was it was a combo, right?
- 38:49SPEAKER_01: Like I initiated something in that I was like, I want to be with people, but as I was talking to others, it was like, oh dear God, I want I'm like, all right, that's it.
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: Just come over.
- 39:00SPEAKER_01: Forget it.
- 39:00SPEAKER_01: So it was like this, it's a little bit of both.
- 39:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 39:03SPEAKER_02: And yeah, the the strategy that I at least I put in my coloring book is to initiate and inform.
- 39:08SPEAKER_02: So, or to no, that's sorry, that's manifestors initiating and inform to to respond and then to inform is manifesting generators.
- 39:19SPEAKER_02: So you're responding to the need and then you're telling people about it.
- 39:22SPEAKER_02: Manifesting generators are there is a new flavor to what you do when you are creating.
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: You are meant to actually keep humanity moving forward by pushing the boundaries.
- 39:33SPEAKER_02: So, you know, where you you will read the directions, you are here to create, you are here to find what you love, and then you will throw them out the window.
- 39:44SPEAKER_02: And or say, I wonder if I could push it there.
- 39:47SPEAKER_02: You'll take the same instructions and push it forward.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: And then, you know, I was thinking about this yesterday.
- 39:55SPEAKER_02: I was trying to come up with some sort of metaphor because I was thinking about how is some people get confused between projectors, which is to wait for the invitation, and uh generators, which is to respond.
- 40:05SPEAKER_02: And I think with the same instructions, projectors would read it and then find a more efficient way to write them.
- 40:15SPEAKER_02: You are more changing them.
- 40:18SPEAKER_02: Interesting.
- 40:19SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 40:19SPEAKER_02: Does that make sense?
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 40:21SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think you're describing what happened in my business, right?
- 40:23SPEAKER_01: I played by the I read the rules, right?
- 40:26SPEAKER_01: I built everything the way you're quote unquote supposed to, but it was the the sole debt was so huge.
- 40:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah that I couldn't move it.
- 40:34SPEAKER_01: And so I threw that out.
- 40:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 40:36SPEAKER_01: You're here to keep us moving forward.
- 40:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 40:38SPEAKER_02: You're here as manifesting generators, you're here to help us keep things, help us not get stagnant.
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: Not to, as a projector for me, not to make things more efficient and not realize there are other things to add.
- 40:53SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 40:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 40:55SPEAKER_02: So you you've got that little bit of a that's why you have that little bit of a manifest or push.
- 40:59SPEAKER_02: It's like a yes and energy.
- 41:00SPEAKER_02: Yes, very much so.
- 41:02SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 41:02SPEAKER_02: I want to bring up this last channel.
- 41:04SPEAKER_02: Do you have a second to I do?
- 41:07SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 41:07SPEAKER_02: So we're gonna talk about this.
- 41:09SPEAKER_02: You asked in your, I have a little questionnaire before I send this.
- 41:14SPEAKER_02: And we were talking and you said something about things always just come like coaching just comes through my mouth.
- 41:21SPEAKER_02: And I was sort of reading about how where that might be in your chart and asking Spirit about it.
- 41:28SPEAKER_02: And, you know, there's a level of channeling there.
- 41:31SPEAKER_02: I think there's a lot of different ways to say the same thing, you know, but from a human design perspective, you've got this 6124, and we're gonna talk about each of these gates and then how they work together.
- 41:43SPEAKER_02: So this 61 is about it sort of pulls in inspiration, like divine truths, the pressure to know.
- 41:57SPEAKER_02: So let me read this first.
- 41:58SPEAKER_02: So to explore, reflect upon, or mentally dive into the unknown.
- 42:02SPEAKER_02: So it gives you the ability to inspire others with your inner truth and new insights and perspective when they are revealed to you.
- 42:10SPEAKER_02: So you get this sort of dropped in, oh they call it sort of like I've read it as sort of raw gems, which then go down into your tumbler of your ajna and process and then become shiny.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: I've read it as bolts of inspiration, which is sort of how manifestors work, honestly.
- 42:30SPEAKER_02: And so let's talk about you get these.
- 42:34SPEAKER_02: So that's one re way I think that channel works for you.
- 42:38SPEAKER_02: Shadow side is needing to control the mental process, letting pressure turn into mental anxiety.
- 42:45SPEAKER_02: It's the gate of mystery in traditional human design.
- 42:47SPEAKER_02: So the awareness underlying, it's the pressure to know, to unravel the mystery and to inspire it with unique moments of absolute recognition, which leads to self-acceptance.
- 42:57SPEAKER_02: How does this resonate with you?
- 42:59SPEAKER_02: I think we can hear some of it as you already talked, but yeah, you can come to mind.
- 43:06SPEAKER_01: I do think, well, again, going back to how I launched my business right 17 years ago, is that that idea I had to solve it right away.
- 43:14SPEAKER_01: And I felt that pressure to solve that I didn't experience.
- 43:18SPEAKER_01: And I think once I let myself experience, that's when it got good.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 43:23SPEAKER_01: I mean, I absolutely see that.
- 43:24SPEAKER_01: And I do, it does feel that way sometimes.
- 43:27SPEAKER_01: It just drops in on I'm like, where the hell did that come from?
- 43:29SPEAKER_01: Like I'm literally like I'm coaching somebody, and I'm like, I have no idea where that just came from, but they're like, oh, that's just what I needed to hear.
- 43:35SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, awesome.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: Great.
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: Like I don't know where it came from.
- 43:39SPEAKER_01: I take no credit, but great.
- 43:40SPEAKER_01: I'm really glad it was helpful, you know.
- 43:42SPEAKER_01: And there is a lot of that in my coaching that's very instinctual that way.
- 43:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 43:46SPEAKER_02: I mean, I it just it's interesting that idea that it drops in.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: I think the other thing that I read about this is to just as when I'm preparing for this, is like, you know, it's it's a projected channel, this channel, which means it's a projector-y channel.
- 44:03SPEAKER_02: And you're also five-line, which is also projected.
- 44:06SPEAKER_02: So what it requires is an invitation.
- 44:08SPEAKER_02: So this knowledge that you share with people, have you ever shared truth with people when they weren't ready to hear them or when they you weren't ready to hear of an authority?
- 44:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm sure I have.
- 44:19SPEAKER_01: Um, I can't think of a specific moment, but I think one of the things I love about a coaching relationship is the permission is granted.
- 44:29SPEAKER_01: And I see that right at the very beginning.
- 44:31SPEAKER_01: I'm like, well, I'm gonna tell you what I, you know, what and there is that okay with you?
- 44:35SPEAKER_01: Yes, right.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: So that invitation's always there.
- 44:38SPEAKER_01: And I've learned actually as a parent, I've learned to do this with my daughters a lot better of just, you know, do you want to hear this?
- 44:45SPEAKER_01: You know, do you want to know about this or do you just want to be mad?
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: You know, and sometimes, you know, especially my youngest is hilarious.
- 44:52SPEAKER_01: She'll be like, I just want to be mad.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: And then she's a manifester.
- 44:56SPEAKER_01: She's a manifester, by the way.
- 44:57SPEAKER_01: So I bet when she she She's out of alignment.
- 45:00SPEAKER_01: She's angry.
- 45:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 45:01SPEAKER_01: She is.
- 45:02SPEAKER_01: She's like, I just want to be mad.
- 45:02SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, let me know when you're ready.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: And then she'll come back half an hour later, be like, all right, tell me what I need to know.
- 45:07SPEAKER_01: It's like so cute.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: But I think I've gotten better at that as a parent.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: And I try, I really actively try to ask.
- 45:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 45:16SPEAKER_02: That's and I think in business too, I always talk about in terms of ideas as a projector, you know, having these insights, or and for you, it would be like having these things drop in that you want to share in the middle of a meeting.
- 45:28SPEAKER_02: And if people don't ask for it or recognize that you are capable of giving them, the most frustrating thing is when three days later they come back with the same thing.
- 45:39SPEAKER_02: And they act like it's their idea.
- 45:40SPEAKER_02: And you're like, dude, I saw this.
- 45:45SPEAKER_02: When was it right?
- 45:46SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 45:47SPEAKER_01: Oh, I've actually said that out loud in meetings.
- 45:49SPEAKER_01: Actually, I'm like, yeah, I thought that was a good idea when I said it 20 minutes ago.
- 45:52SPEAKER_01: I've literally said that to people because I get so annoyed.
- 45:55SPEAKER_02: And so it's the idea is to save your energy by waiting by not giving it if people haven't invited your you've put yourself into a position where people invite you.
- 46:04SPEAKER_02: And so I think that that's perfect for your for your energy.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: But I wonder that didn't work so well in corporate America for me.
- 46:10SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 46:11SPEAKER_02: This makes sense.
- 46:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:12SPEAKER_02: It's and so if you are in corporate, if you did have this channel and you're in corporate America, the idea is like, wait, wait until someone recognizes your worth, wait until they have asked, really asked, not just, you know, from projectors, as you know, for me, I'd have people be like, what should I do with this relationship?
- 46:29SPEAKER_02: And like they don't really mean it.
- 46:31SPEAKER_02: They don't really want to ask.
- 46:32SPEAKER_02: They just don't talk about it.
- 46:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:33SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 46:34SPEAKER_02: And so, you know, it really requires real recognition.
- 46:37SPEAKER_02: Like, hi, I've hired you as my coach, help me out.
- 46:39SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 46:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's much better now.
- 46:42SPEAKER_02: It works much better now.
- 46:44SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 46:44SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 46:44SPEAKER_02: And then we we've that goes into your 24, which is this is what this is where you solve the problem.
- 46:52SPEAKER_02: So this is where you it processes through your ajna.
- 46:57SPEAKER_02: So let me just read a couple so you can.
- 47:00SPEAKER_02: So gate of rationalization, the natural and spontaneous process of transformation and renewal.
- 47:06SPEAKER_02: So the function is to take unique inspiration of the 61 and turn it into a rational concept.
- 47:11SPEAKER_02: This is where I think that advice comes through.
- 47:15SPEAKER_02: So you take it, you tumble it around in your beautiful tumbler, and then it comes out as advice.
- 47:22SPEAKER_02: And so maybe you are like call it channeling, call it divine, call it, you know, ideas popping into your head, like things that just come into your head.
- 47:31SPEAKER_02: But then you're really making something of them that can be useful because you've got a point of view about it.
- 47:37SPEAKER_02: You know, have you ever gotten a raw idea about like the meaning of life or some sort of big concept and then had to sit with it, sort of chew on it before you've shared it?
- 47:47SPEAKER_02: Or maybe that's just a fast process if you're just getting this and sharing it right away.
- 47:52SPEAKER_02: I don't have that.
- 47:53SPEAKER_01: It is pretty fast, but it's just it's it's yeah, and I don't mean fast like instantaneous, but a couple days.
- 48:00unknown: Yeah.
- 48:01SPEAKER_01: Kind of sit with something and think about it.
- 48:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 48:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 48:04SPEAKER_02: Your brain is always going.
- 48:05SPEAKER_02: Your brain, Sarah Walton, especially when you have this pressure to explore the meaning of life shit.
- 48:12SPEAKER_02: Like that's that's a constant, you know.
- 48:15SPEAKER_02: I always say Ashna's gonna Ashna in the middle of the night, you know, and it's just gonna what are these things?
- 48:20SPEAKER_02: Like why I have to figure out the why of uh and meaning of everything.
- 48:24SPEAKER_02: That's why the power of the present moment is effective for people like you and me with defined head and ashna.
- 48:30SPEAKER_02: That's why meditation is so powerful.
- 48:32SPEAKER_02: And it's it's hard, but when you can really be in the moment and center yourself and get, you know, you're probably very sensitive to to noise or to like you like being in silence or having the right music or having like to put it in, you know, your get your brain in a place to where it can really stop, you know, the train racket.
- 48:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's very powerful.
- 48:58SPEAKER_02: Get into your body, as you were saying, get into your sacral center, feel into your true intuition.
- 49:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: I think, I mean, I think that's why I'm such a fan of meditating.
- 49:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I I need it, I know I need it, but I think you know that again, it reminds me, just like we were saying at the very beginning, of how wealthy I am, right?
- 49:21SPEAKER_01: To be alive, to have this rich oxygen all the time, to be able to be silent, to be able to be still on a Tuesday at noon, like that is wealth.
- 49:30SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 49:30SPEAKER_01: So that stillness helps my brain stop.
- 49:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 49:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 49:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 49:35SPEAKER_02: I wonder if people without definition in their head in Ajna have an easier or harder time with meditation.
- 49:44SPEAKER_02: I mean, there are a subset of women who I work with who are, I can't meditate, I can't do it, it's not for me.
- 49:51SPEAKER_02: I've tried it, I suck at it, I'm not gonna do it.
- 49:55SPEAKER_02: You know, maybe there's different types of meditation, but for us, it's just a very powerful mental stillness that really is the work that then turns our focus inward into your beautiful channel of charisma.
- 50:10SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 50:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it changes everything for me.
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 50:15SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 50:16SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 50:16SPEAKER_02: Amazing.
- 50:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 50:18SPEAKER_02: I mean, the other thing that I flagged that I just love and we'll briefly touch on, then I'll see if you have any questions.
- 50:24SPEAKER_02: Do you know that your environment, about your environment?
- 50:27SPEAKER_02: No?
- 50:28SPEAKER_02: Your ideal environment.
- 50:29SPEAKER_02: I thought you'd find this fun because you and I have the same one.
- 50:31SPEAKER_02: And I actually want some advice for you about this.
- 50:35SPEAKER_02: So our environment is called kitchens.
- 50:39unknown: Okay.
- 50:40SPEAKER_02: And I think you're probably a wet kitchens too.
- 50:43SPEAKER_02: There's wet and dry kitchens, but we're just going to talk about kitchens.
- 50:45SPEAKER_02: But we got it.
- 50:46SPEAKER_02: So cool.
- 50:47SPEAKER_02: This is about brain function and creativity.
- 50:49SPEAKER_02: And like we are at our best when we are in an environment where things are being created, that things are happening, you know, that we can interact with people and it's sort of like there's inspiration happening.
- 51:01SPEAKER_02: We can get our hands in it.
- 51:02SPEAKER_02: I found myself sitting in my kitchen, but I struggle when there is no one in my house.
- 51:08SPEAKER_02: And I like the the fact that you're bringing people to you so that they could be in your kitchen is just so kitchen's environment for me.
- 51:17SPEAKER_02: But how do you find that?
- 51:19SPEAKER_02: Does that resonate with you?
- 51:21SPEAKER_02: 100%.
- 51:22SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 51:23SPEAKER_01: And how do you find that when you work from home?
- 51:25SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 51:26SPEAKER_01: Well, so I have my morning rituals, right?
- 51:28SPEAKER_01: So I read a little bit every morning.
- 51:30SPEAKER_01: I do morning page journaling.
- 51:32SPEAKER_01: And that is always in the kitchen with a cup of coffee.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: And I love my kitchen because it's east facing, which is so funny.
- 51:38SPEAKER_01: My whole life, I was always like, I need an east-facing kitchen because I need the morning sunlight.
- 51:42SPEAKER_01: Ridiculous.
- 51:43SPEAKER_01: But there I am.
- 51:44SPEAKER_01: I have this beautiful bay window in my kitchen that faces east.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: And every morning I sit there, and that is my creative come back to myself time.
- 51:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 51:54SPEAKER_02: I mean, do you find, yeah?
- 51:55SPEAKER_02: So you and I are also, so we're the we're both wet kitchens, which what is a wet kitchen?
- 52:00SPEAKER_01: That sounds a little humid.
- 52:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: Anyway.
- 52:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I it's supposed to be humid.
- 52:10SPEAKER_02: And this is not like a demand.
- 52:12SPEAKER_02: So I'll, you know, human design should be expansive, not restrictive.
- 52:15SPEAKER_02: This does not mean you need to go and find a humidifier and put it in your kitchen.
- 52:18SPEAKER_02: It just means, and and kitchens, honestly, the idea of kitchens, I go to Panera a couple days a week, just so that I can be around that creative energy.
- 52:26SPEAKER_02: And I would bet, you know, in terms of maybe interacting with your clients that you feel like you're creating more.
- 52:32SPEAKER_02: It's that kitchen talk.
- 52:34SPEAKER_02: It's that sort of, you know, being in the middle of things and feeling like you're part of it.
- 52:40SPEAKER_02: Even if I'm not talking to people at Panera, it's lots of people are working, lots of people are getting things.
- 52:45SPEAKER_02: So I find myself more able to focus and be, you know, especially on my projector steps on my you know, perspective and stuff like that.
- 52:53SPEAKER_02: Like I write my emails from a Panera usually or somewhere where there's other people that I feel sort of that bustly environment.
- 53:01SPEAKER_02: So that's all me projecting that onto you, because you're a five-line, of course.
- 53:05SPEAKER_02: But do you think that because you do you have one kid in your house, right?
- 53:09SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 53:10unknown: Yep.
- 53:10SPEAKER_02: And but she's not around all the time.
- 53:12SPEAKER_01: No, I mean, she'll she'll be in school, all that track, dance, all those things.
- 53:17SPEAKER_01: But you're having me remember one of my best campaigns after I'd realized I'd built my business on a soul dead and I was gonna do it the way I wanted, was I launched the holiday business blueprint, which was something I came up with of like, how can you plan for the holidays as a business owner?
- 53:33SPEAKER_01: So, what days do you want to take off?
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: What are your campaigns gonna look like?
- 53:36SPEAKER_01: How are you gonna advertise?
- 53:38SPEAKER_01: And I wrote the email sequence in a Starbucks with a pumpkin spice latte, right?
- 53:42SPEAKER_01: And it was like the best sequence I've ever written.
- 53:45SPEAKER_01: Like I still look at it, I'm like, damn, that was good.
- 53:47SPEAKER_01: And I it's interesting.
- 53:49SPEAKER_01: I think that is the only time I've gone to a Starbucks to write and boom.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: So I'm really grateful you just said that because it looks like I'm heading back there.
- 53:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, maybe experiment.
- 53:59SPEAKER_02: Let me know.
- 54:00SPEAKER_02: Let me know what ends.
- 54:01SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 54:02SPEAKER_02: I find that I like because I like working from home, but I think that there's certain parts, especially when I need my brain to function, or to think, yeah.
- 54:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's really helpful just to get up.
- 54:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 54:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 54:13SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love that.
- 54:15SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 54:15SPEAKER_01: I forgot about that.
- 54:16SPEAKER_02: That's so good.
