  Speaker 4: of changes in my life, and then all of a sudden,

  Speaker 4: like now it's like tours are happening and music's happening,

  Speaker 4: all this crazy stuff, and I'm like, whoa, you met

  Speaker 4: me at the craziest time. But he's like so supportive

  Speaker 4: and like it's so great to have around when like crazy,

  Speaker 4: I feel like it's happening in my life. But no,

  Speaker 4: he's great.

  Speaker 2: Doesn't it always happen like that, like the time that

  Speaker 2: you don't expect, like the time that you probably were like, Okay,

  Speaker 2: this is all about me. I'm releasing music, I'm gonna

  Speaker 2: go on a tour. You're like, yeah, this is a

  Speaker 2: this is my moment, and now you have somebody to

  Speaker 3: Me too. It's my morning routine, A little coffee and

  Speaker 3: like the Today Show in the.

  Speaker 4: Background hotel, like you can't get better the same. So anyway,

  Speaker 4: we also have like a Today Show in Nashville, and

  Speaker 4: I my TV was on mute, and I was like

  Speaker 4: bringing Charlie's something in the other room, like a snack
• 3:48
  Speaker 4: or something. And it was like at two o'clock in
• 3:50
  Speaker 4: the afternoon, and I like walked by. I was like, man,
• 3:53
  Speaker 4: that whoever that is on that TV show being interviewed
• 3:56
  Speaker 4: is handsome. And he was like talking about his business,
• 4:04
  Speaker 4: like being interviewed about his business on then his local
• 4:06
  Speaker 4: national business, yes, And and then like I walked back
• 4:14
  Speaker 4: through the TV and I was like, I got to
• 4:15
  Speaker 4: remember his name. He's like too handsome. So then I like,
• 4:18
  Speaker 4: you know, obviously like looked up his business.
• 4:20
  Speaker 3: But it wasn't for like.

  Speaker 4: A week, but I was like, oh gosh, I'd like
• 4:24
  Speaker 4: this is so stupid, Like he can't be obsessed with
• 4:26
  Speaker 4: some guy I saw on TV. That's so ridiculous.

  Speaker 3: You're talking to the wrong person.

  Speaker 4: You of course, I'm like, not again, you know, And

  Speaker 4: then I found him on it. I found his business,

  Speaker 4: and I found his Instagram and he had pictures of

  Speaker 4: kids on his Instagram and and it ended up being
• 4:48
  Speaker 4: which I found out was his niece and nephew. But
• 4:50
  Speaker 4: I was like, man, I was like, that's like he
• 4:53
  Speaker 4: loves kids obviously, and so I followed him and then
• 4:58
  Speaker 4: like very drunk one night followed, and then like three
• 5:02
  Speaker 4: days later, he liked this old video of Charlie from
• 5:05
  Speaker 4: like two years ago, and I was like, this guy's
• 5:07
  Speaker 4: like deep dive.

  Speaker 3: In and I was like gosh, yes, and.

  Speaker 4: So then like another week passifying I was out with
• 5:13
  Speaker 4: my girlfriends, I was like, I have a crush on
• 5:14
  Speaker 4: this guy on Instagram, but like I haven't talked to
• 5:16
  Speaker 4: him yet. They're like, Okay, by the end of this night,
• 5:18
  Speaker 4: you're gonna say something. So then yeah, I had like
• 5:22
  Speaker 4: I think I liked something of his that night, and
• 5:24
  Speaker 4: then I just slid into his DMS and said, Eloela,
• 5:28
  Speaker 4: are we just going to keep liking each other's stuff?
• 5:30
  Speaker 4: And then he said he said, I want to be
• 5:33
  Speaker 4: very like you followed me first or something, and I
• 5:36
  Speaker 4: was like true and he was like I'm old school.

  Speaker 4: I would love to call you, and I was like okay,
• 5:41
  Speaker 4: and then yeah, our first date was like like I
• 5:46
  Speaker 4: remember I called my mom and I was like, I
• 5:48
  Speaker 4: don't know what's gonna happen with this man? But I

  Speaker 4: will measure up every first date to what that was
• 5:54
  Speaker 4: like from now on, because it was just like unbelievable.

  Speaker 3: Oh my god, that's so special. Yeah he was married before.

  Speaker 4: No, he's been engaged, but no kids, no kids.

  Speaker 3: Okay, this is good stuff. I'm really had, all right,

  Speaker 2: Oh are you writing songs about him? Is he inspiring music?

  Speaker 4: You know what I haven't. I've been to like preoccupy

  Speaker 4: with all the other stuff. But yes, I want to

  Speaker 4: write one about him, but I'm not quite sure what

  Speaker 2: Okay, Well, your music is so good. If you guys

  Speaker 2: inspired you to finally put out music after being like

  Speaker 2: the singer girl from the show for a while.

  Speaker 4: I mean, honestly, you know, when I was going through

  Speaker 4: all this divorced stuff. I remember I was actually talking
• 7:05
  Speaker 4: to Paul, our agent, and he was like, well, what
• 7:07
  Speaker 4: makes you happy? And I was like, like singing in
• 7:09
  Speaker 4: music and he was like, so do it and I
• 7:11
  Speaker 4: was like okay, And so he actually found me some
• 7:16
  Speaker 4: writers to write with and a producer and who This
• 7:21
  Speaker 4: guy ended up becoming like one of my greatest friends now.
• 7:24
  Speaker 4: But really it was just like I was trying to
• 7:26
  Speaker 4: like find myself again. I feel like I got lost
• 7:29
  Speaker 4: in a marriage and I got you know, kind of
• 7:33
  Speaker 4: lost in motherhood, which is very easy to do and
• 7:36
  Speaker 4: with both of those things, but then coming out of it,
• 7:39
  Speaker 4: like I was just like who am I and what
• 7:42
  Speaker 4: do I want to even say to the world? And
• 7:44
  Speaker 4: I was like, well, the thing I've always said is
• 7:46
  Speaker 4: through music. So it kind of just started with me
• 7:49
  Speaker 4: trying to like find myself again. And then I really
• 7:51
  Speaker 4: just wanted to write like fun songs that I would
• 7:54
  Speaker 4: enjoy singing and then like that girls could drink too
• 7:57
  Speaker 4: on a boat, you know. I was like, I just
• 7:58
  Speaker 4: want to do something really fun, and so I feel
• 8:01
  Speaker 4: like I feel like that's what I accomplished, even though
• 8:05
  Speaker 4: my whole EP isn't out yet. The next song is
• 8:07
  Speaker 4: really fun that's going to come out.

  Speaker 2: But so they're all singles right now and eventually they'll
• 8:12
  Speaker 2: be compiled into an EP. Yes, and you you mentioned

  Speaker 2: you know your past relationship a bit. Where do you

  Speaker 2: stand with with Evan right now? Are you guys like
• 8:23
  Speaker 2: in just like you consider yourself like friendly co parents?

  Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean we don't have to talk that much

  Speaker 4: because or we don't talk. It's not like we're co

  Speaker 4: parents that like talk just to catch up with each other,

  Speaker 4: right right, there's a purpose to talk, you know. But yeah,

  Speaker 4: So we're getting it done. We're doing it. Our kids

  Speaker 2: Okay, that's good, very wonderful. So you are on tour now,

  Speaker 2: or you're about to embark on a tour, you've already

  Speaker 2: done the You've opened for Nick Carter.

  Speaker 4: Yes, So Nick Carter invited me to his first to
• 9:09
  Speaker 4: a show in Nashville, but then also invited me on
• 9:12
  Speaker 4: the rest of his tour.

  Speaker 2: Like did it just work out so well in Nashville

  Speaker 2: that he was like, let's just continue this.

  Speaker 3: Before so.

  Speaker 4: Again, Paul, here's Paul again.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, Paul has been very supportive of this

  Speaker 2: whole the whole music and touring thing, which I love.

  Speaker 4: Well they're so nice. But so anyway, he was they

  Speaker 4: thought I was a mom and all these things. Then

  Speaker 4: I'm like the same age group as you know, Factory

  Speaker 4: Boy fans, and yeah, they're like wait a second, like

  Speaker 4: we would love to have her like continue with us.

  Speaker 4: And so with then like it was Paul saying, hey,

  Speaker 4: do you want to sing with Nick Carter at the

  Speaker 4: National Show? And I was like, what are you talking about? Absolutely,

  Speaker 4: and then like twenty minutes later, I was like, hey

  Speaker 4: do you want to go on tour with him?

  Speaker 3: And I was like, what are you doing?

  Speaker 4: So fast? So, I mean, it all happens so quickly,

  Speaker 4: and now our first show is November ninth in Ohio.

  Speaker 4: So it we're like me and the girl is going

  Speaker 4: with me to play guitar? Is actually my nant? Well

  Speaker 4: she used to be my nanny, but then my kids

  Speaker 4: went to school. But she's an artist in town, so

  Speaker 4: she's going with me as my guitarist and kind of

  Speaker 4: like duo partners sort of on this whole love It.

  Speaker 2: and we would make fun of the other band until

  Speaker 3: And I'm telling you, this is sixth grade.

  Speaker 2: She goes, Ashley, I feel like the battles are cutting

  Speaker 2: into our friendship and I think we need to stop them.

  Speaker 3: And I was like, oh my god, this baby.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, but like also secretly, like I would listen to

  Speaker 2: the Backstree Boys album like almost as much, and I

  Speaker 2: blew my friend's ear drum out out of Backstreet Boys

  Speaker 2: concert from screams, like literally juice came out of it.

  Speaker 2: So oh god, it's okay, it's fine. So it was

  Speaker 2: just like a lot of pent up energy or love

  Speaker 2: towards Backstreet obviously that I was just like hiding.
