H-E-B is pulling dozens of products off shelves over a potential salmonella outbreak tied to jalapeño peppers imported from Sinaloa, Mexico — affecting everything from pico de gallo and stuffed poppers to guacamole and shrimp cocktail, plus over 35 prepared foods and even deli items like cheese spreads.
