- 0:00Speaker 1: My name is Selina Myers, but if you know me
- 0:01Speaker 1: from the depths of the internet, you might know me
- 0:04Speaker 1: as Selina Spooky Boo. I have been into spooky stuff
- 0:14Speaker 1: for literal years. My very first childhood memory is seeing ghosts,
- 0:18Speaker 1: so it's been a long time. I used to have
- 0:20Speaker 1: a podcast called The Haunted Estate, but I thought, hey,
- 0:22Speaker 1: this would be way more fun as a show. So,
- 0:25Speaker 1: welcome to The Haunted Estate with Selina Spooky Boo.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Hi, I'm Adam Myers, and my wife's Selena, and I
- 0:37Speaker 2: must meditate a lot to protect myself on the ridiculous
- 0:41Speaker 2: journey she wants to drag me along on.
- 0:43Speaker 3: My name's Oli, and I'm Selena's dad. Raising her at
- 0:46Speaker 3: times could be a little weird.
- 0:48Speaker 4: Hello, I'm Joel, I'm Selena's little brother.
- 0:50Speaker 5: I'm Joe, Adam's longtime friend of 35 years plus.
- 0:55Speaker 6: So I'm Paige, I'm the co-lead investigator of Paranormal XP,
- 0:58Speaker 6: and I'm also a photographer and cinematographer.
- 1:00Speaker 7: I'm Jay, and I am a videographer, director, editor, and
- 1:04Speaker 7: I've known Selena for five years now, gone on many
- 1:08Speaker 7: adventures with her, done all the spooky things, and it's always.
- 1:11Speaker 1: A fun time. The cool part about turning this into
- 1:13Speaker 1: a show is that I get to bring my husband,
- 1:15Speaker 1: and when I met my husband, He was the biggest
- 1:17Speaker 1: skeptic that I have literally ever met.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Right, Adam? Was.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Was. Was because he spent, you know, any time with
- 1:25Speaker 1: me at all. And when you know me, things get
- 1:27Speaker 1: real weird really fast.
- 1:29Speaker 2: When Selena and I met, I was a skeptic, very
- 1:31Speaker 2: much so. That is not the case anymore. We've been
- 1:34Speaker 2: together for, you know, pushing on 20 years. But I
- 1:38Speaker 2: just am a firm believer. And we're going to call
- 1:41Speaker 2: them ghosts. But, like, I'm not claiming to know what
- 1:44Speaker 2: they are. There's something we're communicating with that's not sitting
- 1:48Speaker 2: here beside us most of the time.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I get really jealous of people when they say that
- 1:51Speaker 1: they don't believe in ghosts or paranormal or that they
- 1:53Speaker 1: just straight up don't believe me. You don't know what
- 1:55Speaker 1: it's like to drive down the street and ask your husband,
- 1:57Speaker 1: do you see the guy in the trench coat? And
- 1:59Speaker 1: him go, yeah, I see the guy in the trench coat.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I gotta confirm things aren't ghosts sometimes.
- 2:03Speaker 2: The amount of shit that has gone down in the
- 2:05Speaker 2: last 17 years with this woman, I swear, it's becoming
- 2:10Speaker 2: a little much. It's made me a believer. I used
- 2:13Speaker 2: to just watch sports and barbecue. I was a simple guy.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Now she's got me ghost hunting at a barbecue joint.
- 2:19Speaker 1: People on the internet get really divided, and I've seen
- 2:21Speaker 1: tons of comments where they're like, Selena Spooky Boo, fake psychic. Well, yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I'm not one. I have no idea what it is
- 2:27Speaker 1: that I do. I definitely have some kind of clairvoyant abilities,
- 2:31Speaker 1: but I 100% don't get to control it. And that's crazy, unpredictable,
- 2:36Speaker 1: sometimes kind of funny, and sometimes... Literally terrifying.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Selena does not read her hate comments, but I do.
- 2:44Speaker 5: And I don't like them.
- 2:45Speaker 3: So this shit is real.
- 2:46Speaker 2: In the beginning, it was a little shaky for her.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I even remember at times in the past, earlier in
- 2:51Speaker 2: our relationship, like I got into meditation a little bit
- 2:53Speaker 2: and she did not want to do that with me
- 2:56Speaker 2: because that opened this up more for her. And I
- 2:58Speaker 2: remember times and stretches of times when she literally... asked
- 3:03Speaker 2: the universe for this just to not be a thing
- 3:05Speaker 2: and she shut it off for a while.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Believe it or not, I think Adam has been coming
- 3:09Speaker 1: into a bit of a gift on his own. He's
- 3:11Speaker 1: been a part of some of my ghost videos and
- 3:13Speaker 1: he has brought things through that blew my mind. So
- 3:17Speaker 1: I want to throw him in the middle of some
- 3:19Speaker 1: of mildly and the most haunted places in the world.
- 3:23Speaker 8: Oh, great.
- 3:23Speaker 4: So we grew up in a standalone home, normal home,
- 3:26Speaker 4: two parents.
- 3:27Speaker 8: Our mom was sick.
- 3:28Speaker 4: She had MS. And there was always weird things going on.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Our mom was kind of a hippie, kind of not.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Like in our dining room where we'd eat nice meals,
- 3:35Speaker 4: we had witch's balls hanging on the windows, which when
- 3:37Speaker 4: you were a kid and that's all you knew, it
- 3:39Speaker 4: was normal to have witch's balls. But other people would
- 3:41Speaker 4: come over and think it was weird. And funny enough, actually,
- 3:44Speaker 4: one PSW that my mom had because she has MS
- 3:46Speaker 4: that would come and visit freaked out because my mom
- 3:48Speaker 4: had tarot cards out.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Paranormal things started with Selena at a very young age,
- 3:53Speaker 3: but it didn't help that we raised her in a
- 3:55Speaker 3: haunted house.
- 3:56Speaker 4: It's almost like Selena always knew things before they would happen.
- 3:59Speaker 4: And it became a norm because she could, like, it
- 4:02Speaker 4: was as if she could foresee the future. But at
- 4:04Speaker 4: the time, I didn't think like that. I could see
- 4:06Speaker 4: it looking back now.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Growing up, things were really weird for me because I
- 4:10Speaker 1: saw and heard things that other people didn't. When I
- 4:12Speaker 1: was super little, I knew about people and situations that
- 4:15Speaker 1: had happened within my family that first I didn't know about,
- 4:18Speaker 1: but also I didn't attend. I was talking about people
- 4:21Speaker 1: who had died long before I was even born.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Selena also, a skill she has is like reading the
- 4:25Speaker 4: room and reading people. She could like meet someone and
- 4:28Speaker 4: almost immediately say, not know everything about them, but read
- 4:31Speaker 4: what's going on, how they're feeling. I don't know if
- 4:33Speaker 4: that comes from experience or trauma or other spirits, but
- 4:36Speaker 4: she's definitely got that mastered.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Growing up, life was really weird seeing things the way
- 4:40Speaker 1: that I saw them. I even got sent home from
- 4:42Speaker 1: school for approaching kids and telling them weird things. I
- 4:46Speaker 1: remember being in class and a woman had come up
- 4:48Speaker 1: to me and she just pointed at this one girl
- 4:51Speaker 1: and had said something and I went up to that
- 4:52Speaker 1: girl and I told her it and she was so scared.
- 4:55Speaker 1: But for me, it just all felt so natural, like
- 4:57Speaker 1: seeing people. To this day, I still see things and
- 5:00Speaker 1: hear things, but it works a lot better when I
- 5:02Speaker 1: tap in. So these investigations are going to run a
- 5:04Speaker 1: certain way. I want to meet the people who own
- 5:06Speaker 1: these locations. I want to talk to them. Then I
- 5:08Speaker 1: want to do a traditional ghost hunt with equipment to
- 5:11Speaker 1: confirm the things that they're saying. Then at the end,
- 5:14Speaker 1: I want to go under. I want to connect with
- 5:16Speaker 1: the spirits, I want to connect with the energy of
- 5:18Speaker 1: the place, and see what I can pull out to
- 5:20Speaker 1: further validate what's been going on. I'm excited for you
- 5:23Speaker 1: guys to come along with us. So, welcome to the
- 5:26Speaker 1: Hot Toasters.
- 5:27Speaker 2: The best way I can describe my wife is she's.
- 5:31Speaker 8: Like a lighthouse for the dead.
- 5:33Speaker 1: My parents have lots of stories of me growing up,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and honestly, by the time I hit puberty, things had
- 5:37Speaker 1: chilled out quite a lot.
- 5:39Speaker 4: When Selena was young, she said she was talking to
- 5:41Speaker 4: people in the wall.
- 5:42Speaker 3: When Selena was a toddler, Things escalated. When she was
- 5:45Speaker 3: in her bedroom, we had the door closed for her
- 5:48Speaker 3: to sleep. We could hear her talking. I went in
- 5:50Speaker 3: and said, Selena, who are you talking to?
- 5:52Speaker 1: And she said, I'm.
- 5:53Speaker 8: Talking to the little girl.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I said, what little girl?
- 5:56Speaker 2: And she said, the people in the wall.
- 5:58Speaker 4: And that even guys at work later on closed the door.
- 6:01Speaker 8: Like, I don't want to deal with that. Kind of
- 6:03Speaker 8: freaked me out. I think I backed out of the room.
- 6:05Speaker 8: I said, fine.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Also, like a weird thing that would occur, Selina would
- 6:09Speaker 4: get upset and get in arguments with my dad. And
- 6:11Speaker 4: then that evening or the next day, weird things would occur.
- 6:14Speaker 4: In our dining room, the room that had the witch's
- 6:16Speaker 4: balls hanging in the window, there was like a table
- 6:18Speaker 4: with four chairs and all the chairs were balanced on
- 6:21Speaker 4: their two legs around.
- 6:22Speaker 2: This one freaked me out the most. I was sleeping,
- 6:24Speaker 2: got up to go to the bathroom. Selina was in
- 6:26Speaker 2: the hallway. She looks at me as I'm walking to
- 6:28Speaker 2: the bathroom, says, can you hear him?
- 6:30Speaker 8: Hear what?
- 6:31Speaker 2: There was a man apparently crying in the basement. I
- 6:34Speaker 2: could not hear anything. Freaked out. The thing is, no
- 6:37Speaker 2: matter where we've lived, spirits have seemed to pass through.
- 6:39Speaker 2: It's just a thing for Selena, I guess.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Towards the end of my teens, I got really involved
- 6:43Speaker 1: in the paranormal community again, and I got myself into
- 6:46Speaker 1: some spookity sensitivities. Danger stone, danger, danger. So I kind
- 6:52Speaker 1: of jumped out of the paranormal world and that's when
- 6:54Speaker 1: I had started the podcast, The Haunted Estate. But then
- 6:57Speaker 1: social media happened and I thought, hey, I'm going to
- 6:59Speaker 1: go back to ghost hunting just like I did as
- 7:00Speaker 1: a teenager. And you guys have loved the videos that
- 7:02Speaker 1: I've been in and put out over the years.
- 7:05Speaker 7: Looking a little nervous there.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm good, I'm good, it's cool.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I got good vibes, I got good vibes, and I'm
- 7:08Speaker 1: gonna be completely honest, right between my.
- 7:10Speaker 9: Boobs, I just have holy water.
- 7:11Speaker 1: This is where I feel swampy, like I'm walking through
- 7:13Speaker 1: something hard.
- 7:14Speaker 9: And then the next thing I know, you were on
- 7:17Speaker 9: the ground in front of me. I don't really know.
- 7:18Speaker 1: What was in the middle. But I thought, hey, it's
- 7:20Speaker 1: time for me to venture out on my own with
- 7:23Speaker 1: my husband, because he goes everywhere I do, because I
- 7:25Speaker 1: love him and we're best friends for life. I just
- 7:27Speaker 1: think it's gonna be really fun to take Adam to
- 7:29Speaker 1: these places and kind of see what he experiences. I
- 7:33Speaker 1: also am going to places that I have never gone
- 7:35Speaker 1: to before.
- 7:36Speaker 2: One of the things that piques my interest the most
- 7:37Speaker 2: about Selena is she'll have a dream, or someone will
- 7:40Speaker 2: come to her, they'll give her these tidbits of information,
- 7:42Speaker 2: and then a month later, bam, that's where that person
- 7:45Speaker 2: was found, or that's how that thing happened. It's just
- 7:48Speaker 2: answers that we don't know at the time are answers.
- 7:50Speaker 5: It's insane. We had a missing person in our community.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Our community set up a local search party. Selena knew
- 7:56Speaker 5: I was going, and she had a dream of a
- 7:59Speaker 5: couple spots of where he might be. We circled a
- 8:04Speaker 5: couple spots on the map, I brought the map to
- 8:06Speaker 5: the search party and they basically said they searched both
- 8:10Speaker 5: those areas and they found nothing. But we went anyways
- 8:15Speaker 5: and he was found right in the spot where Selena
- 8:19Speaker 5: had the spot circled on the map. And then the
- 8:21Speaker 5: second spot she had circled were some articles on... personal
- 8:27Speaker 5: articles of the man.
- 8:29Speaker 4: I was a very little boy, but my mom had
- 8:30Speaker 4: always told a story that one day when she was
- 8:33Speaker 4: getting Selene and I ready for school, that she saw
- 8:35Speaker 4: a little girl under the table. And this sparked my
- 8:37Speaker 4: mom to contact the Oxford Historical Society.
- 8:40Speaker 3: And it was discovered that there was a house here
- 8:43Speaker 3: and they had a daughter that died in the late
- 8:45Speaker 3: 1800s named Mary, who died of scarlet fever.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Fast forward later on, Selena's imaginary friend was named Mary.
- 8:53Speaker 4: The same one I assumed that my dad said that
- 8:56Speaker 4: Selena was talking to the people in the wall was
- 8:57Speaker 4: probably Mary, who my mom saw.
- 8:59Speaker 7: Once upon a time, Selena and I, we were ghost hunting,
- 9:02Speaker 7: and then we're at a prison, and there, we were,
- 9:06Speaker 7: something was just not right in this place, and we
- 9:09Speaker 7: were like, she asked me, she was like, oh, like,
- 9:11Speaker 7: do you, like, should we leave?
- 9:12Speaker 8: Like, do you feel okay?
- 9:13Speaker 7: I'm like, yeah, I mean. And as we were leaving,
- 9:16Speaker 7: we then, like, you could see it, Someone just straight
- 9:19Speaker 7: up pulls Selena's hair and we just dart it out
- 9:23Speaker 7: of this underground prison area thing in Virginia or something
- 9:28Speaker 7: like that.
- 9:28Speaker 8: And we just ran out and just all screaming. I'll
- 9:32Speaker 8: never forget that.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I am a little concerned about running into something dark.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I mean, I've seen dark things in the past, not
- 9:37Speaker 2: even from the other side, just in this life with
- 9:41Speaker 2: some of the things I've gone through. And I worry
- 9:42Speaker 2: about Selena in this journey. But I think we're in
- 9:46Speaker 2: a place where we're ready and understand the consequences.
- 9:50Speaker 6: I've been investigating for around eight years now, so I'd
- 9:52Speaker 6: like to think I have a lot of experience in this.
- 9:54Speaker 6: But I know when I'm with Selena, shit hits the fan.
- 9:57Speaker 6: So this is going to be something else.
- 10:00Speaker 10: Awesome.
- 10:01Speaker 8: Heard about these houses.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Pumped.
- 10:04Speaker 3: These paranormal activities or situations that happened, it's happened to me.
- 10:08Speaker 3: It's happened to my wife. So Selena being our daughter
- 10:12Speaker 3: really didn't have a chance. I think maybe we passed
- 10:14Speaker 3: it on to her.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I'm really excited to do this series because when people
- 10:18Speaker 1: see me online, they see this like really zany, fun,
- 10:21Speaker 1: crazy part of me, which is really interesting. But I
- 10:23Speaker 1: think what people don't understand is there's also this really severe,
- 10:27Speaker 1: super sensitive, deep version of me as well.
- 10:31Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Sometimes I split them up between Selena Spooky Boo and
- 10:34Speaker 1: Selena Meyers. And I feel like you're really gonna see
- 10:36Speaker 1: how both of those two people kind of blend together
- 10:38Speaker 1: for these series. Cause the truth is they're both me.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I just think it's gonna be really cool to see
- 10:42Speaker 1: both halves of me play together because sometimes I'm afraid
- 10:45Speaker 1: to put down that crazy zany part of myself to
- 10:47Speaker 1: really tap into the things that I see and experience.
- 10:50Speaker 1: But I think it's gonna be really cool to go
- 10:51Speaker 1: to these locations, not only get to know, see, and
- 10:54Speaker 1: feel what's going on here, but also to get to
- 10:57Speaker 1: know and see and feel more of my abilities. A
- 11:01Speaker 1: lot of the time I'm really afraid to tap into
- 11:02Speaker 1: the things that I see, but if it means that
- 11:04Speaker 1: we get to help a spirit maybe pass on or,
- 11:06Speaker 1: you know, get some answers for the owners, that's really.
- 11:10Speaker 2: But let me tell you something, bud. If these demons
- 11:14Speaker 2: have a problem with my wife, there's going to be issues.
- 11:17Speaker 8: I'm going to take them out.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Today, we are going to the Lancaster Smokehouse, a barbecue
- 11:21Speaker 1: place in Kitchener, Ontario. Now, everyone says it's haunted, but
- 11:24Speaker 1: I don't think they know too, too much about who, what, when, where,
- 11:27Speaker 1: and why. So we get to find that out. Also,
- 11:29Speaker 1: it doesn't seem too, too crazy scary, which is great
- 11:32Speaker 1: for Adam. I don't want to freak him out. We
- 11:33Speaker 1: can't brisket.
- 11:34Speaker 10: Ah, ah.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Adam, I need your meat.
- 12:04Speaker 8: Tonight, we're at the Lancaster Smokehouse.
- 12:07Speaker 1: My name's Garrett.
- 12:08Speaker 11: I'm a manager here at the Lancaster Smokehouse. Started as
- 12:11Speaker 11: a server and supervisor, but now I'm general manager. So
- 12:13Speaker 11: I've had quite a bit of connections to this place
- 12:15Speaker 11: for quite a long time.
- 12:17Speaker 12: My name is Brittany Grande. I'm one of the owners
- 12:19Speaker 12: here at the Lancaster Smokehouse. I've been here since 2011.
- 12:23Speaker 12: And I came in here at the young age of 18.
- 12:25Speaker 12: That's when I first had my experiences with the ghost.
- 12:29Speaker 11: This building itself has been here since 1840. So there's
- 12:32Speaker 11: a lot of history with it being a focal point
- 12:34Speaker 11: here in Bridgeport. So I think over the years, this
- 12:37Speaker 11: is definitely a place that has collected some spirits over
- 12:42Speaker 11: the years. We've had many, many stories from staff members
- 12:44Speaker 11: that have worked in the past. up until now with
- 12:46Speaker 11: their own experiences?
- 12:48Speaker 12: So my spookiest experience is when I first started out
- 12:51Speaker 12: and I was a closing manager. We used to be
- 12:53Speaker 12: here pretty late at night. So I'd be here till
- 12:54Speaker 12: like two, three in the morning sometimes by myself. I
- 12:57Speaker 12: was pretty young. And when I'd have to take the
- 13:00Speaker 12: till upstairs to the loft area where we'd keep it
- 13:02Speaker 12: near the office, the one time I was running up
- 13:04Speaker 12: and I would always run up the stairs and then
- 13:06Speaker 12: run back down because you could just tell that somebody
- 13:09Speaker 12: was there with you.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And the one time when I was running up there.
- 13:11Speaker 12: The door slammed behind me really hard and it spooked
- 13:13Speaker 12: me pretty bad. Ever since then, I've been pretty cautious.
- 13:16Speaker 11: So there's an employee that worked in the business prior
- 13:19Speaker 11: to us, the Lancaster Tavern. She would rehear many, many
- 13:22Speaker 11: leads by herself super late. She has been in the
- 13:25Speaker 11: building where she's picked up the phone receiver and heard
- 13:28Speaker 11: demonic voices speaking when there's no one else around, like
- 13:31Speaker 11: not even like English language or anything like that. So
- 13:37Speaker 11: this was built as a railway hotel.
- 13:39Speaker 12: The founder, his name was Gottlieb Bitzer, and he was
- 13:41Speaker 12: originally a vinegar manufacturer. and he decided to open the
- 13:46Speaker 12: hotel here. He was here for several years. His son
- 13:48Speaker 12: worked here. He actually ended up being the mayor of
- 13:51Speaker 12: Preston after, but the original founder of the building himself, I.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Feel like he could be the ghost.
- 13:57Speaker 11: Back in 1840, there was a railroad right beside us
- 14:00Speaker 11: here that fed the, actually it was called the Grand
- 14:02Speaker 11: Trunk Railway, and that went to the mill that was
- 14:05Speaker 11: across the street from us. It went across this little
- 14:07Speaker 11: bridge just to the mill, and we're parked there at night,
- 14:09Speaker 11: and the conductor and the workers would come and stay here, actually.
- 14:14Speaker 11: And then it would just go behind us and that
- 14:15Speaker 11: would connect us then to what was then called Berlin,
- 14:18Speaker 11: which is now Kitchener.
- 14:19Speaker 12: Apparently Gottlieb Bitzer died. We found this actually at the library.
- 14:23Speaker 12: He died of senile decay over a seven month period.
- 14:26Speaker 12: And we're not sure exactly where he was when this happened, but.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I have a theory it's him.
- 14:30Speaker 2: This area wasn't always Bridgeport.
- 14:32Speaker 11: This area of the river was called Lancaster, and the
- 14:34Speaker 11: other side of the river was founded first.
- 14:36Speaker 1: That was Glasgow.
- 14:36Speaker 11: It became a village in 1856, so that's when the
- 14:40Speaker 11: first business license for this location was established, since that
- 14:44Speaker 11: was the creating of the town. So actually, the business
- 14:46Speaker 11: exists before Bridgeport, but that's why a lot of people
- 14:48Speaker 11: say that we've been here since 1856, because that was
- 14:50Speaker 11: the actual documented time.
- 14:52Speaker 12: When we first opened the restaurant in 2011, we hired
- 14:54Speaker 12: a manager. Her name was Bonnie, and she was actually
- 14:57Speaker 12: a medium She had come from the East Coast and
- 15:00Speaker 12: she had done work for the police there before. When
- 15:02Speaker 12: she first got here, she told us that she knew
- 15:04Speaker 12: that there was a spirit in the building. We were
- 15:06Speaker 12: telling her some of the stories of the past, and
- 15:09Speaker 12: one in particular that stands out to me is that
- 15:11Speaker 12: people's shoes were always getting untied. It was customers, it
- 15:14Speaker 12: was staff members, it was always in the main dining room.
- 15:18Speaker 12: And when she heard this story, she said, oh, it's
- 15:21Speaker 12: the cat ghost. And the cat ghost is untying all
- 15:23Speaker 12: the shoes. And as soon as she told us that
- 15:25Speaker 12: story and we all had a good laugh about it,
- 15:27Speaker 12: It stopped happening and then it never really happened again.
- 15:30Speaker 11: So far my spookiest experience is while I work in
- 15:33Speaker 11: the loft upstairs or hearing footsteps as if someone's approaching
- 15:36Speaker 11: me whenever I'm just focused on my own little thing.
- 15:39Speaker 11: But I just sing and everything's fine.
- 15:43Speaker 1: We are in the main dining room of the Lancaster Smokehouse,
- 15:46Speaker 1: and there hasn't been a lot of reported activity here,
- 15:48Speaker 1: so I think it's the perfect space to open up
- 15:52Speaker 1: a portal.
- 15:53Speaker 8: Open?
- 15:54Speaker 1: Portal. A sweeping radio that can integrate a spirit box
- 15:56Speaker 1: or an ITC software, featuring a speaker with noise reduction
- 16:00Speaker 1: and reverb pedals to enhance potential spirit voices.
- 16:03Speaker 10: Yes, open.
- 16:03Speaker 2: All right.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I think this is the perfect time to open it
- 16:08Speaker 1: up and ask anyone who wants to come through if
- 16:10Speaker 1: they want to communicate by using this device. Adam's going
- 16:13Speaker 1: to have a fun time because this sounds terrifying.
- 16:17Speaker 8: Kind of like it.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I've never used this before and it's scary. Is there
- 16:25Speaker 1: anyone here with us? I have this really cool.
- 16:35Speaker 8: What was that? Can you repeat that?
- 16:42Speaker 2: Okay.
- 16:44Speaker 1: It's terrifying.
- 16:46Speaker 11: So this building doesn't look like it has since the
- 16:49Speaker 11: original founding of it. There has been five fires that
- 16:52Speaker 11: we're aware of over the years. The first one was
- 16:55Speaker 11: in 1902. That was back when it was just a
- 16:57Speaker 11: small 14 bedroom hotel. So that was something that started
- 17:00Speaker 11: upstairs and smoke was seen going out the veranda and
- 17:03Speaker 11: it was stopped before any severe damage was caused, which
- 17:06Speaker 11: is good. But then there was four fires within a
- 17:09Speaker 11: period of time in the 90s. Two were arsons. One
- 17:12Speaker 11: was because of construction, and the other one was because
- 17:14Speaker 11: of a cigarette butt that was smoldering in the cushions
- 17:17Speaker 11: that were on the main level here. So yeah, there's
- 17:19Speaker 11: been a lot of damages over to the building over
- 17:21Speaker 11: the years, a lot of adding on, a lot of reorientating.
- 17:24Speaker 1: So many things have happened here in a lot of time.
- 17:27Speaker 8: What's there for?
- 17:31Speaker 1: I was there for it. Is that what you heard?
- 17:35Speaker 8: It's there for, I was there for you.
- 17:38Speaker 1: What's your name?
- 17:39Speaker 4: Dolphins.
- 17:45Speaker 1: It started as a what?
- 17:48Speaker 8: Can you repeat that?
- 17:53Speaker 1: If you have a name, one of you, can you
- 17:55Speaker 1: tell us your name? Your Majesty?
- 18:02Speaker 8: Not here.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Is there a certain part of this place you want
- 18:06Speaker 1: us to go to?
- 18:08Speaker 10: Downstairs.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Yeah, they've talked a lot about how downstairs is creepy.
- 18:16Speaker 1: What happened down there?
- 18:17Speaker 10: Nothing, oh my God.
- 18:23Speaker 1: That felt weird to me. That set of words, follow
- 18:28Speaker 1: the instructions. I heard follow the instructions. Is there something
- 18:36Speaker 1: negative here?
- 18:36Speaker 10: Me.
- 18:43Speaker 1: What's your name?
- 18:45Speaker 8: Oh, yeah, Francis.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Francis. Oh, yeah, Francis. Francis, did you die here in
- 18:51Speaker 1: a fire?
- 18:52Speaker 10: Proceed with caution.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Proceed with caution. Proceed with caution.
- 18:58Speaker 10: What?
- 18:59Speaker 1: Okay. Why do we need to proceed with caution? Is
- 19:02Speaker 1: Francis bad?
- 19:05Speaker 10: I am. Interesting. Interesting.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 19:11Speaker 1: It's the same girl's voice every time. Carolina. Francis, what
- 19:21Speaker 1: happened to you?
- 19:21Speaker 10: It's her again.
- 19:25Speaker 8: Where was that?
- 19:32Speaker 10: Did you hear that?
- 19:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:34Speaker 8: The sounds.
- 19:35Speaker 1: That was her. So she's over here. Francis, can you
- 19:39Speaker 1: give us one more sound over there?
- 19:43Speaker 10: Okay.
- 19:44Speaker 8: Not any. Not any.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Not any.
- 19:47Speaker 10: Not any. Not any.
- 19:48Speaker 8: Not any.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Okay, it's like someone's walking.
- 19:43Speaker 9: She keeps knocking through.
- 19:45Speaker 8: Can you knock again?
- 19:47Speaker 10: Look at the key.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I just want to come over and go behind the
- 20:15Speaker 1: bar where we heard the sounds and give maybe Francis
- 20:18Speaker 1: an opportunity to make some sounds again, sacrifice myself. This
- 20:23Speaker 1: makes it, this is literally where the cash bar is
- 20:25Speaker 1: right here. So people would spend a lot of time
- 20:28Speaker 1: standing here and ordering drinks and stuff. Okay. Francis or
- 20:34Speaker 1: anyone who made that noise earlier before, Can you make
- 20:39Speaker 1: a noise for us again? Another knock. There's a door,
- 20:55Speaker 1: I wonder if they knocked on the door. Hello?
- 21:13Speaker 10: Okay.
- 21:19Speaker 1: If you're still here, can you make that knocking noise
- 21:23Speaker 1: you did before? I can't see anything back here that
- 21:31Speaker 1: would like full on make that noise. Cause it was
- 21:33Speaker 1: literally like, it was louder than that. And I'm like
- 21:38Speaker 1: hitting that. Oh my gosh. Will you follow us to
- 21:46Speaker 1: the basement? We will be there.
- 21:52Speaker 8: No, we will be careful, or please be careful. It
- 21:55Speaker 8: was we will, but then I heard careful.
- 21:57Speaker 1: We've heard careful twice. Caution and careful.
- 21:59Speaker 8: Caution and careful. Those stairs are.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I don't want you to go down there. The ceilings
- 22:06Speaker 1: are as tall as me. Is there anyone else who
- 22:10Speaker 1: can give us their name that wants to speak?
- 22:13Speaker 10: Heather?
- 22:18Speaker 1: Heather?
- 22:19Speaker 4: I'm not working today.
- 22:21Speaker 10: I'm just listening. Just listening.
- 22:24Speaker 8: Just listening. I'm not working today.
- 22:26Speaker 1: A lot of people have worked here. It's been open forever.
- 22:30Speaker 8: It was a tavern, yeah, in the 1800s.
- 22:33Speaker 1: In the 1800s. So the people who have passed through here,
- 22:35Speaker 1: they've probably worked here for decades.
- 22:36Speaker 8: Yeah, there were the.
- 22:37Speaker 10: Muppets with the Scribblers.
- 22:39Speaker 8: She's out there with the Muppets.
- 22:44Speaker 1: She's up there with the Muppets again.
- 22:46Speaker 8: She's up there with the Muppets.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Well, do they used to do shows here at some point?
- 22:51Speaker 2: Is that people from the basement talking like Francis is
- 22:54Speaker 2: up there with the Muppets? Like, are we all the Muppets?
- 22:59Speaker 2: My light just turned off. It's probably not dead. It
- 23:03Speaker 2: just turned off.
- 23:04Speaker 8: There's no way. The battery was fully charged. Oh, it's dead.
- 23:12Speaker 1: But these are both the same charge.
- 23:15Speaker 8: What's yours at?
- 23:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yours has an hour and 19 minutes left. This
- 23:21Speaker 2: just got drained and turned off.
- 23:25Speaker 8: Okay.
- 23:26Speaker 2: If you want us.
- 23:27Speaker 1: To go to the basement now, Francis, are you down there?
- 23:33Speaker 2: Let's head to the basement.
- 23:36Speaker 10: Okay. Okay.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Welcome to the basement. It is, as they described, terrifying, spooky, cold, murky,
- 23:49Speaker 1: a little demon-esque feeling. Smells delicious, though. It doesn't smell
- 23:54Speaker 1: like a basement. It smells like delicious food. I just
- 23:57Speaker 1: want to find a place that's going to be the best.
- 24:02Speaker 8: You guys want some ribs?
- 24:05Speaker 1: How long have you been down here?
- 24:06Speaker 8: Like 20 minutes. I'm waiting for you.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Adam.
- 24:13Speaker 1: We're gonna hunt ghosts now.
- 24:14Speaker 8: Let's go.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Okay, anyways, back to the tour. Yeah, this is it.
- 24:30Speaker 1: This is the spot. I definitely feel like the basement
- 24:33Speaker 1: has vibes back in this room. Everyone who's gone in
- 24:35Speaker 1: there tonight has said that is the space. We're gonna
- 24:37Speaker 1: be using these two pieces of equipment. We have the
- 24:40Speaker 1: Music Box and the Alice Box. Alice Box, ITC instrumental
- 24:44Speaker 1: transcommunication device that converts environmental energy into spoken words, functioning
- 24:49Speaker 1: as a word generator rather than scanning radio frequencies like
- 24:52Speaker 1: a traditional spirit box. Spirit Box, ITC instrumental transcommunication device
- 24:57Speaker 1: that rapidly scans radio frequencies, creating white noise that spirits
- 25:00Speaker 1: are believed to manipulate to form words or phrases. We
- 25:03Speaker 1: are going to put them all in the area that
- 25:04Speaker 1: we're in and try to talk to, again, what was
- 25:06Speaker 1: maybe making sounds upstairs or maybe something different that lives
- 25:10Speaker 1: in the basement.
- 25:11Speaker 11: What do you think?
- 25:11Speaker 8: Let's do it.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I want to hear the bell go off.
- 25:13Speaker 8: It's creepy.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Are you done with your meat?
- 25:16Speaker 8: I got lots of meat. Not on me.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Okay.
- 25:20Speaker 8: Music box is active.
- 25:22Speaker 1: We also have the Alice box, and this is just
- 25:23Speaker 1: the room where I felt like it had the most... juice,
- 25:27Speaker 1: would you understand?
- 25:27Speaker 2: And cheese. Sauce?
- 25:30Speaker 1: Meat?
- 25:31Speaker 8: The wisdom of the ghosties.
- 25:34Speaker 1: What is the wisdom of the ghosties? I don't know.
- 25:36Speaker 8: It's just sounding cool.
- 25:38Speaker 1: What's your wisdom of ghosts?
- 25:39Speaker 8: My wisdom of ghosts?
- 25:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:41Speaker 8: Then I want to find some. Put that Alice box down.
- 25:43Speaker 5: Okay.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Upstairs, we communicate with a spirit who I think's name
- 25:49Speaker 1: is Francis. And we were cautioned before coming down here,
- 25:53Speaker 1: but also seemed like we were urged to come down here.
- 25:56Speaker 1: If there is a spirit down here, can you give
- 25:59Speaker 1: us a sign? Either walking in front of the music box,
- 26:02Speaker 1: coming through the Alice box, or making a sound within
- 26:05Speaker 1: this room. Everything's so quiet now.
- 26:14Speaker 8: We have these pieces of equipment here. You're welcome to.
- 26:20Speaker 10: East. East.
- 26:22Speaker 9: That could be the direction that they're standing in.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Doctor.
- 26:26Speaker 10: Doctor.
- 26:27Speaker 8: A doctor.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Okay.
- 26:28Speaker 8: So you guys are sitting east. Okay.
- 26:31Speaker 1: We're sitting east right now.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Okay.
- 26:33Speaker 8: Everything's pointed at us. We're east.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Okay, cool.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Yes.
- 26:35Speaker 8: Okay, we're here.
- 26:36Speaker 1: The owners here think it's a really friendly ghost, and
- 26:38Speaker 1: I definitely feel that energy, but it really seems like
- 26:41Speaker 1: there is a woman named Frances.
- 26:46Speaker 10: Rocks.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Rocks.
- 26:48Speaker 8: There's lots of rocks down here. Throat.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Rocks and throat oh okay all right we're definitely somewhere
- 27:00Speaker 1: and things are heating up things are things are a little.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Bit darker and something just walked by the music box
- 27:09Speaker 2: that has been quiet.
- 27:09Speaker 1: The whole time yeah this whole time now.
- 27:11Speaker 2: If you're out there can you make your presence felt
- 27:13Speaker 2: again by use of the music.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Box You can come closer. It's okay. Is it someone
- 27:28Speaker 1: else who'd like to speak to us?
- 27:33Speaker 8: Do I have any rib sauce in my beard? Let
- 27:38Speaker 8: me know.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Serious throat rock moment.
- 27:43Speaker 8: What?
- 27:47Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 27:48Speaker 10: Where? Oh, my God. Where is it?
- 27:51Speaker 8: I don't see any.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Look at me. Look, right there. Okay, oh, Selena.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Selena.
- 27:57Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, you do have something there.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Oh, my God. They like your jokes. Okay, so this,
- 28:04Speaker 1: I wonder if this is somebody else. I'm freaked out,
- 28:07Speaker 1: but in a funny way. It's been a while since
- 28:09Speaker 1: I ghost hunted. Who are you? I was so fucked up.
- 28:18Speaker 8: What?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Stop. Do I have, do I have Ripsaws? The only
- 28:22Speaker 1: one who gets an answer is you. Okay, we can
- 28:25Speaker 1: keep it light. How you feeling?
- 28:28Speaker 2: I mean, they're dead, but they're not dead, right? Like,
- 28:31Speaker 2: they're into humor.
- 28:47Speaker 1: I have something here. Not female though.
- 28:59Speaker 8: Can you make your presence known to Selena?
- 29:01Speaker 1: Who are you? Foreign.
- 29:17Speaker 10: What?
- 29:17Speaker 1: Foreign.
- 29:18Speaker 9: Foreigner.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Foreign.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Foreign thing.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Are you foreign to this world? Were you foreign to
- 29:27Speaker 2: this area when you came here?
- 29:29Speaker 8: This building's.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Been around since the.
- 29:40Speaker 10: 1800s.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Are there secrets under its foundation? Are you under the foundation?
- 29:49Speaker 1: I used to have a young boy. I have a
- 29:54Speaker 1: young boy in this area. I'm very cold. My shoulder
- 29:57Speaker 1: is warm. And not bad. But just... Warm shoulder, young boy.
- 30:02Speaker 8: Anyways, back to the ghosties.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Catherine.
- 30:05Speaker 8: Catherine.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Catherine.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Okay, we got somebody. So you're Joker's cat. Okay, confirmed.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Say hello to your girl.
- 30:15Speaker 8: Hello, Catherine.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Oh, she has a crush on you.
- 30:24Speaker 8: She's on the other side. You're fine. Yes! Oh, she
- 30:31Speaker 8: likes the jokes.
- 30:32Speaker 1: She does like the jokes.
- 30:33Speaker 8: Okay, keep going. I feel bad.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Why do you feel bad? Because you're here. Okay, should
- 30:40Speaker 1: I go?
- 30:41Speaker 2: No, you shouldn't go. I just mean in general. I
- 30:43Speaker 2: would feel bad even if you weren't here. Let me
- 30:44Speaker 2: clear that up. That wasn't... Flora.
- 30:48Speaker 8: Flora?
- 30:51Speaker 2: Men. Aura?
- 30:52Speaker 10: Men?
- 30:53Speaker 8: This man's got aura.
- 30:57Speaker 1: When did you die, Catherine?
- 31:00Speaker 2: It must have been recent if you're talking about men
- 31:02Speaker 2: having aura.
- 31:03Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Okay. Adam has Riz. Do you know
- 31:06Speaker 1: what Riz is? I don't even....
- 31:11Speaker 10: Why?
- 31:12Speaker 2: Like, I've heard it, but I'm too old for Riz.
- 31:15Speaker 1: What is Riz?
- 31:15Speaker 8: I know what Riz is.
- 31:16Speaker 1: What's W Riz?
- 31:17Speaker 8: I don't know what W Riz is.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Do you know what Riz is short for?
- 31:23Speaker 8: No, no idea.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Do any of you?
- 31:26Speaker 8: Riz is just smoothness, isn't it?
- 31:28Speaker 1: It's short for charisma.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Charisma.
- 31:29Speaker 8: Oh, okay.
- 31:30Speaker 10: All right.
- 31:31Speaker 8: It all makes sense now.
- 31:33Speaker 2: See, I don't look deep into these younger generation terms.
- 31:37Speaker 9: Did you guys hear that?
- 31:38Speaker 1: They're shuffling out there. Catherine?
- 31:49Speaker 2: Catherine, you got the Riz. Can you make yourself known? X. X.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Axe.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Axe?
- 32:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:01Speaker 8: Do I smell? You want me to put on some
- 32:03Speaker 8: axe body spray?
- 32:06Speaker 1: Or a men's axe. If you'd like to keep talking,
- 32:15Speaker 1: can you give us one more sign? Or give us
- 32:22Speaker 1: a sign that we should head to the attic.
- 32:29Speaker 4: Fun.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Fun.
- 32:31Speaker 8: It's a good time, isn't it? What was that one?
- 32:35Speaker 8: It's fun. It's fun.
- 32:37Speaker 1: In the attic? Is it fun in the attic?
- 32:40Speaker 8: Or are you having fun?
- 32:42Speaker 1: Can you be more descriptive with us? It's fun up
- 32:47Speaker 1: there because you're going to scare the shit out of us.
- 32:50Speaker 8: Recluse.
- 32:52Speaker 9: Recluse.
- 32:53Speaker 8: I've been a bit of one of those at the time.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Apocalypse.
- 32:55Speaker 8: Oh, God.
- 32:56Speaker 1: So is shit going to hit the fan in the attic?
- 33:00Speaker 10: Oh no!
- 33:01Speaker 2: What?
- 33:02Speaker 8: I think we need to go to the attic.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Do you want to go to the attic?
- 33:06Speaker 2: We need to close this case out.
- 33:07Speaker 8: We gotta figure this out. Wait, isn't he alone in
- 33:09Speaker 8: the attic?
- 33:10Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you're alone in the attic. Where is this
- 33:14Speaker 1: most haunted spot? I say the loft. The most haunted
- 33:17Speaker 1: spot in the building is the loft.
- 33:19Speaker 11: Because people feel spirits down here, I mean myself included,
- 33:23Speaker 11: or in the smokehouse, but upstairs where there used to
- 33:25Speaker 11: be rooms when it was a hotel, I think that's
- 33:27Speaker 11: where some people are still left behind.
- 33:30Speaker 12: And you could ask so many of our staff members
- 33:32Speaker 12: about this. The basement's really spooky and it's weird and
- 33:36Speaker 12: creepy and.
- 33:37Speaker 1: It's got that eerie, like old building feel.
- 33:39Speaker 12: But when you're in the loft, you can just feel
- 33:41Speaker 12: this presence around you and there's so many occurrences. One
- 33:44Speaker 12: in particular, one of our staff members, she's been here
- 33:47Speaker 12: for 40 years. It used to be called the Ocean
- 33:49Speaker 12: Queen upstairs and we had like banquets and stuff going
- 33:51Speaker 12: on up there. She one time was cleaning late at
- 33:54Speaker 12: night by herself and the boat wheel started slamming against
- 34:00Speaker 12: the wall and she called her boss and.
- 34:01Speaker 1: She's like, listen, I just experienced this.
- 34:04Speaker 12: And he's like, do you think it was the ghost?
- 34:06Speaker 12: And she's like, yeah, I got to go. So she
- 34:08Speaker 12: just didn't close down that night and she just dipped
- 34:10Speaker 12: and got out.
- 34:11Speaker 10: All right.
- 34:26Speaker 8: Catherine. Selina sent me up here. All by myself.
- 34:30Speaker 2: I'm going to set up this dead bell and I
- 34:34Speaker 2: need to let you know again, let me know again,
- 34:37Speaker 2: if I have any sauce in my beard. So Catherine,
- 34:47Speaker 2: if you're up here, if there's any other ghosts up here,
- 34:50Speaker 2: anything that wants to reach out, come check out this
- 34:53Speaker 2: dead bell. The fucking coffee meter is haunted, bro. The
- 34:59Speaker 2: coffee maker It's haunted. Coffee maker, coffee meter, same shit, right?
- 35:03Speaker 8: It makes coffee. It's haunted.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Like, they must have it set up or some shit.
- 35:13Speaker 8: I guess maybe it didn't get turned off. It just
- 35:15Speaker 8: keeps hot water. All right, Catherine. Selena's left me up
- 35:26Speaker 8: here alone with you. I've got this bell.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Dead bell, a trigger object that uses vintage bell to
- 35:32Speaker 1: respond to an unseen energy. It rings either when its
- 35:34Speaker 1: EMF sensors detect a fluctuation or when physically touched, providing
- 35:38Speaker 1: both a mechanical and a potential paranormal alert.
- 35:41Speaker 8: You can see it can be rang.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Feel free to manipulate.
- 35:45Speaker 8: Okay, let me finish.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Feel free to manipulate this bell as I ask questions.
- 35:53Speaker 2: I'll ask it in a yes or no format and
- 35:56Speaker 2: you can ring the bell. If you are yes or no,
- 36:00Speaker 2: depending what I ask. So Selena's left me up here alone.
- 36:04Speaker 2: She wants me up here for five minutes. There's supposed
- 36:07Speaker 2: to be a lot going on up here.
- 36:08Speaker 8: We're going to lock.
- 36:10Speaker 2: In and see what happens. Catherine, are you here with
- 36:13Speaker 2: us right now? Catherine, would you like me to make
- 36:23Speaker 2: you a drink of your choice? I'll choose it for
- 36:27Speaker 2: you though because you've only got a bell to communicate through.
- 36:31Speaker 8: Okay.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Let's get you probably water because this is not my establishment.
- 36:38Speaker 2: I don't want to take anything more than water for you.
- 36:47Speaker 2: I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming. Here's a glass of water.
- 36:54Speaker 2: Are you from the 1900s or the 1800s? Ring the
- 36:59Speaker 2: bell if you're from the 1900s.
- 37:03Speaker 8: Okay. That was quick. You're on to it.
- 37:07Speaker 2: Selena's got some questions about a few spirits we've been
- 37:10Speaker 2: in contact with tonight. Wondering if you can help open
- 37:14Speaker 2: this story up for her. Is Francis or Catherine the
- 37:21Speaker 2: proper names for us to be on to tonight?
- 37:27Speaker 8: What's going on over there?
- 37:30Speaker 2: So someone over there or something over there, coffee maker's
- 37:33Speaker 2: going off again for some reason. I don't know if
- 37:36Speaker 2: it's got a mind of its own. It's like banging around.
- 37:45Speaker 2: I don't even know if that was the coffee maker.
- 37:47Speaker 2: It sounded a little louder than that. Selina's going to
- 37:50Speaker 2: be up here soon. So Catherine, maybe we should have
- 37:55Speaker 2: a little conversation before she gets here, you know, Okay,
- 37:58Speaker 2: so you said you were from the 1900s. Were you
- 38:02Speaker 2: here during any of the fires or did you have
- 38:04Speaker 2: anything to do with that? You seem like you like
- 38:08Speaker 2: funny things. Not that that would be funny, but just
- 38:12Speaker 2: trying to gauge. So you were here during one of
- 38:17Speaker 2: the possible fires. Is that what you're saying? Confirm with
- 38:20Speaker 2: one more for me. If you're still here, ring the bell.
- 38:36Speaker 2: Is this Catherine? Or even Francis? Ring it one more
- 38:39Speaker 2: time for me.
- 38:46Speaker 1: So what's going under? What's my home reading? What's this
- 38:50Speaker 1: trance thing that I go into? I am going to
- 38:52Speaker 1: look a little crazy in these episodes because I did
- 38:54Speaker 1: create some glasses that kind of mute the rest of
- 38:56Speaker 1: the world. Because I need to cut off a lot
- 38:58Speaker 1: of what's going on around me to really connect. And
- 39:00Speaker 1: I wear noise-canceling headphones. So when I do this, I
- 39:03Speaker 1: kind of find myself slipping into a transcendental meditation. I
- 39:07Speaker 1: start seeing, hearing, smelling, and tasting things that aren't really
- 39:11Speaker 1: going on. Sometimes what's happening is happening in front of me.
- 39:14Speaker 1: But a lot of the times, the things that I see,
- 39:16Speaker 1: I'm seeing in my head. And there's no filter to this.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Sometimes I'm seeing things that have happened that are absolutely crazy. horrific.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Things that you don't want to talk about and things
- 39:26Speaker 1: you don't want to see. And I won't lie, I
- 39:28Speaker 1: have seen things that stay. with me till this day
- 39:32Speaker 1: memories that I hold for people who aren't even here
- 39:34Speaker 1: anymore sometimes when I watch back videos of me going
- 39:37Speaker 1: under I understand it looks so strange to people and
- 39:40Speaker 1: it feels strange to me too and honestly it takes
- 39:43Speaker 1: a lot out of me it makes me tired it
- 39:45Speaker 1: gives me anxiety but for this series I I just
- 39:50Speaker 1: want to see how deep I can.
- 39:58Speaker 2: Go. All right, we've got Selina here. She's been under
- 40:00Speaker 2: for a few minutes already. She's going to try and
- 40:02Speaker 2: tap into the bones of this place and see what
- 40:04Speaker 2: we have going on. She's got her sensory all cut
- 40:07Speaker 2: out and is channeling in. We've got Paige with an
- 40:10Speaker 2: infinity deck. She's going to start pulling cards to try
- 40:14Speaker 2: and verify things Selina's saying. She's going to shuffle and
- 40:17Speaker 2: pull a few.
- 40:17Speaker 8: Here and there and see what happens. Let's check it out.
- 40:27Speaker 1: The person who comes through most clear for me is Catherine.
- 40:36Speaker 1: And it's funny that she came through to Adam because
- 40:40Speaker 1: as I've sat here while you guys were setting up,
- 40:42Speaker 1: I got a story and I've just been kind of
- 40:44Speaker 1: bouncing back and forth to confirm that it is.
- 40:47Speaker 9: And she's been giving me kind of images. So it's
- 40:50Speaker 9: like memories that aren't mine.
- 40:52Speaker 1: And the way that I see it is that she
- 40:54Speaker 1: was someone who really frequented this barn. I really want
- 40:57Speaker 1: to say this is pre like war. Like this is
- 41:03Speaker 1: like early, early 1900s. She was kind of known as
- 41:08Speaker 1: a floozy. And when I said that in my head
- 41:11Speaker 1: before I kind of heard her do like a, What
- 41:16Speaker 1: I saw is that she did come here and she
- 41:18Speaker 1: was kind of known to the gentlemen, but she didn't
- 41:21Speaker 1: give a shit what people thought about her and who
- 41:24Speaker 1: she was. She was beautiful and she knew that. And
- 41:29Speaker 1: she would come here a lot, but it was an afternoon,
- 41:32Speaker 1: which was strange because I'm seeing this as God's day.
- 41:35Speaker 1: So I would say this is a Sunday and she
- 41:38Speaker 1: wasn't supposed to be drinking and she had been drinking
- 41:41Speaker 1: throughout the day quite a lot. And she was just
- 41:45Speaker 1: married along her way. And she actually, what I have
- 41:49Speaker 1: the impression is, is that she went backwards. So I'm
- 41:52Speaker 1: saying she went backwards and I feel, I feel and
- 41:55Speaker 1: see her, but feel pain in the back of my head.
- 41:58Speaker 1: I see her unconscious, but she did not die here,
- 42:04Speaker 1: which is what I get from that for sure.
- 42:07Speaker 2: What? Okay.
- 42:11Speaker 9: I see someone sent word. Brothers, young men.
- 42:17Speaker 10: Oh, okay.
- 42:18Speaker 9: That makes sense in the basement. Okay.
- 42:21Speaker 1: I see young boys, men, like 11, seven, 13, like
- 42:26Speaker 1: three of them.
- 42:26Speaker 9: I don't know if they're related. Brought her to her home.
- 42:31Speaker 9: She lived with it.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Were you.
- 42:36Speaker 9: Lady of the evening trading payment for.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Favors? It's weird. Because I can see Adam in the
- 42:47Speaker 1: basement sitting where he was sitting.
- 42:49Speaker 9: And I can see her behind him, which was interesting.
- 42:54Speaker 9: Because I didn't feel that down there. Do I have
- 43:05Speaker 9: your story right? Were you tripped on accident? On purpose.
- 43:24Speaker 9: Why do you stay? I just get pictures of her
- 43:28Speaker 9: having a good time. I think it's just a place
- 43:30Speaker 9: like that for her. Francis, are you here?
- 43:51Speaker 10: Katherine.
- 43:53Speaker 1: Katherine gives me the impression that in her afterlife here,
- 44:00Speaker 1: she's kind of perpetually drunk.
- 44:03Speaker 9: But like, have you drunk, Frances?
- 44:12Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 44:14Speaker 9: That was the first time. She said something rather than
- 44:16Speaker 9: see things, really.
- 44:19Speaker 1: And it was, I don't smell like piss.
- 44:25Speaker 9: Francis, would you like to come through?
- 44:26Speaker 2: Shh. Okay.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Thank you. It's not like loud, busy. There's nothing like bad,
- 44:47Speaker 1: which was my thoughts coming into this place. But what
- 44:51Speaker 1: is interesting is Catherine is definitely their forefront spirit. I
- 44:55Speaker 1: didn't see any cat. I saw one man that was
- 44:59Speaker 1: very observant of what was going on, but he wasn't.
- 45:04Speaker 9: I don't think he's an act of haunting.
- 45:05Speaker 1: I think he's just like a residual energy rather than
- 45:08Speaker 1: something that's intelligent.
- 45:12Speaker 9: I think this is a really fun place.
- 45:13Speaker 1: I think this was a really cool place to get
- 45:16Speaker 1: started on this series. But it makes me nervous because
- 45:22Speaker 1: I know it's just gonna get a lot darker from here.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Hey guys, I hope you enjoyed watching this episode of
