- 0:58Speaker 1: the city properly. And when he gets lit super lit,
- 1:02Speaker 1: of course, you know we're gonna bring him the ball alert. Yeah.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I like his music man his music and Florida guy
- 1:06Speaker 1: from Terror. Yeah, yeah, all right, cool, you guys ready
- 1:09Speaker 1: get in the show. Let's do it, Jonathan Major's lawyer said,
- 1:17Speaker 1: And it's a female lawyer. She has texts in which
- 1:19Speaker 1: the alleged victim admits she's to blame and she says
- 1:25Speaker 1: she doesn't want the actor prosecuted. As we reported, Major
- 1:30Speaker 1: was arrested for misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and
- 1:34Speaker 1: harassment after the woman allegedly saw another woman texting him
- 1:38Speaker 1: and tried to sneak a peek at his phone. Yeah,
- 1:42Speaker 1: so these text messages are allegedly saying that his girlfriend
- 1:47Speaker 1: text are saying, you know that it was her fault,
- 1:50Speaker 1: that she was the one assaulting him. Did you did
- 1:53Speaker 1: you see the did y'all actually read the text message? Well,
- 1:57Speaker 1: the text messages that I read online said that obviously
- 2:01Speaker 1: it was some strangulation going on, because how did the
- 2:04Speaker 1: woman pass out? Maybe an anxiety attack? However, you could
- 2:07Speaker 1: be right, I will say an anxiety attack, anxiety tech
- 2:11Speaker 1: to make your best out. Yeah, but dude, put marks
- 2:13Speaker 1: on your on your throat. I don't have marks on
- 2:15Speaker 1: her throat, but I don't see that allegedly the police
- 2:17Speaker 1: said that that she had marks on her. I don't know, man,
- 2:21Speaker 1: that's that sounds like he puts his hands on the
- 2:24Speaker 1: text messages out. That's all I'm gonna say. This is
- 2:27Speaker 1: not good for neither parties. Yeah, because she said that
- 2:30Speaker 1: she's going to tell the police, and YO, don't prosecute him,
- 2:34Speaker 1: don't charge him or whatever whatever. It's gonna affect her coins.
- 2:37Speaker 1: And it's and it's like, man, woman, how did you
- 2:40Speaker 1: pass out? I feel like if he if you felt
- 2:43Speaker 1: like he did something, stand on it because physical violence,
- 2:47Speaker 1: domestic violence is never the answer. So but that's what happened,
- 2:50Speaker 1: Say it happened. Man. This this just seems like another
- 2:53Speaker 1: toxic relationship. It's very um, you know, murky water. Because
- 2:58Speaker 1: you know, when you're dealing with themestic violence and stuff,
- 3:01Speaker 1: people can be you know, easily intimidated. They can be
- 3:04Speaker 1: afraid to come forth or retract their statements because of fear,
- 3:08Speaker 1: which is normal in domestic violence. They retract statements because
- 3:14Speaker 1: then then be in vice with our unt I mean, well,
- 3:20Speaker 1: I know in my family, I've been in situations to
- 3:22Speaker 1: where you know, family members that are supposed to be
- 3:26Speaker 1: partners getting into you know, situations, and they call the
- 3:29Speaker 1: police on each other. The police get that, they're like,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I don't take them to jail. Don't do it. It's
- 3:33Speaker 1: like what you thought the police was gonna come there
- 3:37Speaker 1: and do hang out? You know what I'm saying, Especially
- 3:39Speaker 1: somebody like Jonathan Majors, like this Scott's huge and black,
- 3:44Speaker 1: so and you know she's not too so yeah, allegedly
- 3:48Speaker 1: she's white. So anytime that the police is being called
- 3:52Speaker 1: and they saying that a black male has been you know, aggressive,
- 3:56Speaker 1: you're going to jail. You're going to jail. Speaking about
- 4:01Speaker 1: calling the authorities, the cops were called to Prevey restaurant
- 4:04Speaker 1: in Memphis around eleven thirty pm Wednesday after gunfire erupted
- 4:08Speaker 1: in the parking lot following a confrontation inside the restaurant
- 4:12Speaker 1: that eventually spilled outside. Yo Gotti owns this restaurant. Of course,
- 4:16Speaker 1: he was not in Memphis at the time of the shooting,
- 4:19Speaker 1: and none of his family members are among the victims. However,
- 4:23Speaker 1: two people died and a couple more were injured, and
- 4:26Speaker 1: the assailants or assailants are still on the loose. Man
- 4:31Speaker 1: prayers up to the you know, the the victims and
- 4:35Speaker 1: the family that you know, they got to deal with
- 4:37Speaker 1: something tragic like that, you know, people losing their lives,
- 4:40Speaker 1: and you know, I just don't understand, man, Like, why
- 4:43Speaker 1: did every time we look up on the news is
- 4:46Speaker 1: always this gun violence? Is always somebody being murdered by guns. Yeah,
- 4:52Speaker 1: the sailants are still at large and the police have
- 4:55Speaker 1: not figured out what triggered the initial altercation. So yeah,
- 5:00Speaker 1: it's a lot going on in Memphis, man, it really,
- 5:03Speaker 1: it's always a lot going on in Memphis. One time
- 5:05Speaker 1: for Memphis. On a positive note, shout out to the
- 5:08Speaker 1: DJs that I know I met, I met it for
- 5:10Speaker 1: a couple of people. I just want to every time
- 5:11Speaker 1: I hear about Memphis, it's always something bad, Always something bad.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You don't have something good going on. Glorilla just got
- 5:17Speaker 1: signed with um Tommy Hill figure. Oh that's dope, and
- 5:21Speaker 1: he needed to sign somebody he like black people. Again,
- 5:24Speaker 1: that's dope. I ain't buying it. I mean, I'm not
- 5:26Speaker 1: buying I can't remember the last time I bought Tommy
- 5:28Speaker 1: Hill figure. I don't, I don't. I don't support Tommy
- 5:31Speaker 1: Hill figure. Nah. And he could say that was a
- 5:34Speaker 1: you know, that's what normally happens is all these you know,
- 5:37Speaker 1: brands always like that's not that's a myth. I just
- 5:41Speaker 1: don't like the last name to Hill figure. Okay, Tommy
- 5:47Speaker 1: Hill Figure, last name Nigger Hill Figure. Okay. Tory Lanes
- 5:53Speaker 1: wants a new trial. Guys. According to TMZ, he just
- 5:56Speaker 1: asked the judge to throw out his conviction for shooting
- 6:00Speaker 1: Egg in the Stallion, claiming, among other things, prosecutors tried
- 6:03Speaker 1: to dirty him up with irrelevant evidence. I'm sure he does. Yeah,
- 6:06Speaker 1: I bet you he do want a new trial. Uh,
- 6:08Speaker 1: he's doing everything in his power to Is he in
- 6:11Speaker 1: jail yet? Yes, so he turned himself in. No, when
- 6:15Speaker 1: you lose you Oh so he's sentence. He's in jail. Yeah,
- 6:22Speaker 1: he was out the whole time. As soon as he
- 6:25Speaker 1: lost the case, they put you away. Damn Tory, Well,
- 6:31Speaker 1: hey man, this is you gotta understand. This is for
- 6:33Speaker 1: shooting someone. This isn't like he's doing bank fraud or like,
- 6:37Speaker 1: you know, some blue collar crime where you could go
- 6:41Speaker 1: home and wait to be sentenced. But you know, if
- 6:43Speaker 1: you no more because he was found guilty. So yeah, damn.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I mean, and this is the same guy who sat
- 6:52Speaker 1: down and could have testified, you know, or could have
- 6:54Speaker 1: you know, brown some light. If he wouldn't testified, it
- 6:59Speaker 1: would have been you know, she would have had the
- 7:01Speaker 1: rat emojis all on his post. How you're testifying about
- 7:05Speaker 1: what happening? Cooperating? He would he would have been cooperating. Okay,
- 7:09Speaker 1: Hey man, hey, you know what you might be right?
- 7:12Speaker 1: That's not cooperation. Trying to clear his name. Yeah, he
- 7:14Speaker 1: trying to clear his name is not he didn't He
- 7:16Speaker 1: didn't rob a bank and didn't go testify against somebody. Okay,
- 7:22Speaker 1: because he had You had the friend slash ex girlfriend
- 7:26Speaker 1: Chelsea go up there and say a whole bunch of nothing.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Nobody said the actually what happened, That's what I'm saying.
- 7:31Speaker 1: You wanted him to say exactly what happened, and that
- 7:34Speaker 1: would have been him telling on somebody and putting them
- 7:37Speaker 1: in jail, probably allegedly say I see what you're saying.
- 7:42Speaker 1: But I was taking it as like him going up
- 7:45Speaker 1: to the stand and say, hey, this is what I
- 7:47Speaker 1: didn't do it because I was doing such and such.
- 7:49Speaker 1: That's what I'm where I could have been doing that.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Because such and such was doing that, I couldn't have
- 7:55Speaker 1: done it because then I did this afterwards. Let me
- 7:58Speaker 1: ask you this for are you up? If you were
- 8:00Speaker 1: torying that that instance, you wouldn't have got up and
- 8:03Speaker 1: testified or tried to save your life in any capacity.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I would have never put myself in that situation. But
- 8:09Speaker 1: if you, if you are in that situation, I would
- 8:12Speaker 1: never be in that situation. I'm not answered. I am
- 8:14Speaker 1: not answered. I would never put myself in that situation.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I ain't gonna hang out with nobody. Listen, we'll put
- 8:19Speaker 1: themselves in that said listen, I ain't not wrong with snitching,
- 8:22Speaker 1: ain't not wrong not putting yourself in that situation either.
- 8:24Speaker 1: That is very true. But sometimes people are in very
- 8:27Speaker 1: unfortunate circumstances that places them in those situations, and you
- 8:32Speaker 1: know you gotta go up there and snitch. Man, Damn okay,
- 8:36Speaker 1: you don't want to go to prison, you bet go snitch.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Did you see what Carl Crawford from fifteen o one,
- 8:41Speaker 1: um he welcomes Megan the Stallion home to Houston. Did
- 8:44Speaker 1: you guys see that today? Friday three thirty one, the
- 8:47Speaker 1: Queen of the hotties and the most iconic female artists
- 8:50Speaker 1: of our time. I thought that was Beyonce. Um, we'll
- 8:53Speaker 1: be touching down. We want the entire community of Texas.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I thought they do that for Beyonce to help fifteen
- 8:59Speaker 1: O one the FI Entertainment welcome the Queen of the
- 9:01Speaker 1: High He's making the stallion back to the city of Houston.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And damn, she got some good lawyers. That was pretty cool.
- 9:09Speaker 1: She'll be headlining the ATNT Black Party as part of
- 9:11Speaker 1: an amazing twenty twenty three Ncuba March Maddis the Miami
- 9:15Speaker 1: Hurricanes is in nothing. Um. And this is after he
- 9:19Speaker 1: apologized to her too. That's why I said she must
- 9:22Speaker 1: have some really good lawyers. Then he put at the
- 9:24Speaker 1: bottom warm regards. See called Carl first of all, Carl,
- 9:28Speaker 1: what's up, bit doll? That's my dog. You know what
- 9:29Speaker 1: I'm saying, Car, Carl to home. I'm saying, Carl brought
- 9:32Speaker 1: Megan and staying around mean fly got DC used their
- 9:34Speaker 1: two B team at the very beginning of his career,
- 9:36Speaker 1: her career and were moving around. So yeah, I've actually
- 9:39Speaker 1: seen the beginning of the career. This is a good
- 9:41Speaker 1: smart move by you, sir. I definitely appreciate uh, and
- 9:45Speaker 1: I can congratulate you on taking a big step and
- 9:48Speaker 1: posting this and letting everybody know that you were making
- 9:51Speaker 1: the Stallion are not before each other for her. That's
- 9:56Speaker 1: why I said she got some good lawyers, because as
- 9:58Speaker 1: soon as these lawyers I felt start, you know, smashing
- 10:01Speaker 1: the gas, you know, car like, hey man, let's just
- 10:05Speaker 1: be friends, which I hope that, you know, they eventually
- 10:09Speaker 1: go back. I don't think that they'll ever be friends,
- 10:11Speaker 1: but I think that they can probably be co workers.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Man where I think when when her contract is up,
- 10:20Speaker 1: she gonna be smoked. She's gonna be the first day smoke.
- 10:23Speaker 1: She's gonna be out that time. Depending on how that
- 10:25Speaker 1: contract look, she might bunds a lot of the things.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Yeah she could. Yeah, I think that she still wants
- 10:30Speaker 1: to get away from from that. And why do you
- 10:33Speaker 1: think he's playing nice? Now? It's good for business. She
- 10:36Speaker 1: got some glory. It's good for business. You should be
- 10:41Speaker 1: in the Megan the Stallion business. She's signed to fifteen
- 10:44Speaker 1: on one, is she not? Yeah, she's signed. She signed
- 10:46Speaker 1: to Carl, So through some type of configuration, she's still there.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I wonder how long though, I wonder how long her
- 10:52Speaker 1: contract is. I know we're gonna get the intricate details
- 10:57Speaker 1: of these things need to hit the internet sometimes, but
- 11:00Speaker 1: sometimes they never will because of the high power. Low
- 11:02Speaker 1: I said, we need to get called and come on
- 11:04Speaker 1: to the show called apb out on called Crawford. I
- 11:06Speaker 1: got his number, but you know, hey, man, sometimes these
- 11:09Speaker 1: clips the Instagram matters. So go ahead and clipping this up.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Oct it's a apb out for Call Crawford fifty to one.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Bring your ass on the show Balling Alert Show and
- 11:18Speaker 1: come talk about some things. Yeah, we need to. We
- 11:21Speaker 1: need to. We need to know what's going on, what
- 11:22Speaker 1: type of contract dog anyway, so you know, we can
- 11:24Speaker 1: ask you all the questions that everybody else get ask
- 11:27Speaker 1: we ask you. Okay, So before we get out of
- 11:30Speaker 1: case you missed it. Um, there's this thing going around.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Well it's kind of solidified. Now you can buy a
- 11:36Speaker 1: blue check. Oh I've been I've been saying that for
- 11:40Speaker 1: eleven ninety nine a month. You can verify yourself on Instagram. Man,
- 11:45Speaker 1: Now you're about to have market little cousins and uncles
- 11:48Speaker 1: and aunties getting verified. And first of all, I've already
- 11:52Speaker 1: been seen people verified. It doesn't need to be verified.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And let's be clear man, this blue check, it's supposed
- 11:57Speaker 1: to be for people who are being in personated by
- 12:01Speaker 1: other people, meaning that you're somewhat Uh, that's sure, they do.
- 12:07Speaker 1: They change the color. Now, if you're a celebrity or
- 12:09Speaker 1: if you're a person of stature, you should get like
- 12:10Speaker 1: a purple check and then if you want to buy
- 12:13Speaker 1: when you get a blue one. Twitter does gold checks.
- 12:16Speaker 1: What for businesses, for big businesses, they'll have a gold check.
- 12:19Speaker 1: If you Coca Colation first tomorrow, We're gonna lose our
- 12:27Speaker 1: blue checks on Twitter because April first, Twitter says that
- 12:31Speaker 1: they are no longer giving out free blue checks. You
- 12:34Speaker 1: gotta pay for it, don't matter if you're a celebrity. Joke,
- 12:38Speaker 1: because it's doing the first. I'm eager to see. I'm
- 12:40Speaker 1: eager to see it. I can't wait to see it.
- 12:42Speaker 1: I don't think that they're gonna take it away, but
- 12:44Speaker 1: I do think because Twitter did it first, and um,
- 12:48Speaker 1: where you pay per month for Twitter, it's called Twitter
- 12:51Speaker 1: blue I believe. And then, um, a monetizing man. They
- 12:54Speaker 1: getting this money by any means necessary monetizing. You're right,
- 12:58Speaker 1: Country Wayne, I'm really glad that they're monetizing this blue
- 13:02Speaker 1: check because, uh, for one, Instagram always denied me for
- 13:06Speaker 1: getting my blue check for whatever reason. And this keeps
- 13:11Speaker 1: people because I felt like it was people anyway as
- 13:13Speaker 1: they had a blue check for no reason. And you know,
- 13:17Speaker 1: people with blue checks always just felt like they were
- 13:19Speaker 1: just so special. You know what I'm saying, People like
- 13:22Speaker 1: they just felt like they were just so special because
- 13:24Speaker 1: I would meet people and uh, you know, it'd be
- 13:27Speaker 1: like random independent artists that have blue checks and you're like, bro,
- 13:31Speaker 1: you have you have zero streams like like you you're
- 13:36Speaker 1: not You're not getting impersonated. The verification was supposed to
- 13:40Speaker 1: be for people who are getting impersonated, obviously celebrities, politics,
- 13:45Speaker 1: but it means something though in the social media world.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Feel that's gonna say. I feel like, if you couldn't
- 13:50Speaker 1: afford it, if you're if you want to pay for it,
- 13:53Speaker 1: it's your money, man. It's twel's eleven dollars nine and
- 13:56Speaker 1: I sent per month. Go ahead. I mean, that's that's
- 13:58Speaker 1: better than what they were talking. If it maybe you
- 14:00Speaker 1: can use it to mind help monetize your your situation better.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Who do the celebrities and everybody who has one already
- 14:08Speaker 1: do they have to now pay or do? No? No,
- 14:10Speaker 1: that we woke up and I had a Blue Chat
- 14:13Speaker 1: one time. That was a couple of years ago. Like
- 14:15Speaker 1: I can't remember what year because you lit, but I
- 14:18Speaker 1: just randomly had it. I didn't apply for it. I
- 14:20Speaker 1: didn't even submit, no idea or nothing. I just woke
- 14:23Speaker 1: up one day and I had a blue Chat mart
- 14:25Speaker 1: next to my name. But for the people who are
- 14:29Speaker 1: trying to pay for one, if it helps you create
- 14:32Speaker 1: more money or it helps you monetize, cool, But I
- 14:35Speaker 1: don't think. I think the price point is kind of
- 14:37Speaker 1: high for someone to be like, all right, cool, because
- 14:39Speaker 1: like if you do, I don't think the second month
- 14:44Speaker 1: it's eleven. I mean, if you got a Netflix account,
- 14:47Speaker 1: why not listen? It's twelve dollars. That's cheap. Because people
- 14:51Speaker 1: don't understand all these people is making a side hustle
- 14:54Speaker 1: selling verifications for like twenty five hundred, five thousand and
- 14:58Speaker 1: ten thousand. So people are saying like people are playing
- 15:02Speaker 1: for verifications. The people. That's somebody who I knew, somebody
- 15:05Speaker 1: that was trying to say, bro, i'll pay five bands
- 15:08Speaker 1: that I was like, I don't know who to point
- 15:10Speaker 1: you towards. I don't know people are paying somebody. I
- 15:13Speaker 1: know people that was paying the five thousand, and people
- 15:16Speaker 1: like yo, BT, you should be verify fun time FEEDO.
- 15:19Speaker 1: You're not paying it consistently, you might not even get it.
- 15:22Speaker 1: You pay and might not get it. You're paying and
- 15:26Speaker 1: you might get the climb. But that's what I'm saying.
- 15:30Speaker 1: They will give you money. Yeah, okay, yeah, but think
- 15:33Speaker 1: about it if if you pay five thousand dollars one time,
- 15:36Speaker 1: what is twelve dollars that's well yeah, okay, you know,
- 15:42Speaker 1: think about the price margin for people who are paying
- 15:44Speaker 1: that monthly fee. I mean, if it is working, if
- 15:47Speaker 1: it is gonna work for you and you are going
- 15:48Speaker 1: to monetize from your content, then it's gonna pay for itself.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Like right now, I know one artist um who did
- 15:56Speaker 1: it and they sell shoes. So I was like, okay,
- 16:00Speaker 1: it helps, it's helping them. I mean it just started
- 16:03Speaker 1: a couple of days ago. But you know, we shall see.
- 16:06Speaker 1: There's how much, say paying a year forty four dollars.
- 16:09Speaker 1: That's that's better than five thousand, but that's lower than
- 16:13Speaker 1: a Netflix account because you're paying Netflix fifteen dollars and
- 16:18Speaker 1: hired you know, they probably go go to seventeen dollars.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Shout out my cousin, I use his Netflix account. But
- 16:24Speaker 1: I'm saying, but the extreamet platforms, it's the same, it's
- 16:26Speaker 1: around the same price. I mean, and this is actually
- 16:30Speaker 1: making you money if you do it the right way.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Watching you know, Netflix and all that stuff that's not
- 16:34Speaker 1: really making you know money. I don't understand why people
- 16:37Speaker 1: are so upset about people paying for these verifications because
- 16:42Speaker 1: a lot of people that was already verified paid to
- 16:44Speaker 1: be verified. And we're in a new world, We're in
- 16:47Speaker 1: a new time. Things are different. You know, you have
- 16:51Speaker 1: millionaires who just sit behind a computer and create for
- 16:54Speaker 1: a living. So you know this is the inevitable. Yes, agree,
- 17:00Speaker 1: you can't get mad at you know, someone who created
- 17:03Speaker 1: something that's people are going to spend dollars on like.
- 17:07Speaker 1: And then for the people who may not understand you
- 17:09Speaker 1: probably go on your Instagram or your social media for leisure.
- 17:13Speaker 1: There are a large group of people that go on
- 17:16Speaker 1: Instagram to make money and they monetize off of their
- 17:18Speaker 1: social social media and a blue check can help them
- 17:21Speaker 1: make extra money. Hey, these days in our line of work,
- 17:29Speaker 1: social social media equity is you're following how many followers
- 17:34Speaker 1: you have? If you're verified, it's just good on the
- 17:38Speaker 1: schematics of when your name is on the paper. Oh,
- 17:41Speaker 1: if they're picking somebody for a podcast, they're picking somebody
- 17:45Speaker 1: for such such. They're looking at your analytics, They're looking
- 17:47Speaker 1: at your numbers. That's why you shouldn't buy fake followers.
- 17:49Speaker 1: You shouldn't buy fake engagement. You should try to put
- 17:52Speaker 1: out dope content. When you put out dope content, it
- 17:54Speaker 1: drives people to look at your analytics. And if you
- 17:56Speaker 1: have good analytics, you'll get hired for big things. We'll
- 18:00Speaker 1: be right back with more of the Baller Alert show message.
- 18:06Speaker 1: It is time for baller mail. Ball Alert was popping.
- 18:13Speaker 1: My baby Mama's friends make me, hella uncomfortable. We've been
- 18:17Speaker 1: together for a few years and we have a son together,
- 18:19Speaker 1: but I don't like her friends. They all cheat on
- 18:21Speaker 1: their husbands boyfriend their husbands slash boyfriends. One is married
- 18:25Speaker 1: and cheats like crazy. The other one cheats on her
- 18:28Speaker 1: dude too. My baby mama hangs with them all the time,
- 18:32Speaker 1: which makes me think she will want to do the
- 18:33Speaker 1: same thing. I trust her, but I don't lead y'all opinions.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Please well, I mean he has a valid point. Birds
- 18:41Speaker 1: of a fella, dude flocked together, not calling her a
- 18:46Speaker 1: bird or you know. She may you know, have her
- 18:49Speaker 1: own mind, but you know you are the company you
- 18:52Speaker 1: keep as well, so that's valid too. I do understand
- 18:56Speaker 1: his concern, I can. I can't understand where he's coming from.
- 19:02Speaker 1: I also think that, man, you can't let you know
- 19:04Speaker 1: insecurity ruin your relationship. I feel like a lot of
- 19:08Speaker 1: time us, man, we let our insecurity starts to affect
- 19:12Speaker 1: our relationships. And just because her friends do things doesn't
- 19:17Speaker 1: mean that she's going to be compelled to do it too,
- 19:19Speaker 1: especially if you're dealing with somebody you know that's an adult,
- 19:22Speaker 1: because she could think the same thing about him, like
- 19:24Speaker 1: your friends are like this, so you could potentially be
- 19:27Speaker 1: like this. But what I would say is don't let
- 19:30Speaker 1: your insecurity mess up your relationship. Man. If her friends
- 19:33Speaker 1: want to cheat on their husbands and do whatever they're doing,
- 19:36Speaker 1: then still that was the best answer you've ever given
- 19:40Speaker 1: on you. I'll add to the insecurity thing, have an
- 19:46Speaker 1: open line of communication, you know, so that you can
- 19:52Speaker 1: you don't know what she's thinking even if you know.
- 19:56Speaker 1: But I understand this concern because what if she gets mad?
- 19:58Speaker 1: It's so easy to do wrong. You know, and it's
- 20:02Speaker 1: kind of hard to do right sometimes, but you know,
- 20:04Speaker 1: have an open line of communication so you know, don't
- 20:07Speaker 1: go to bed angry and all that stuff because if
- 20:09Speaker 1: you want pins and needles. Now, if you're all mad
- 20:11Speaker 1: at each other, guys, worry, it's over, hey, big fellas,
- 20:16Speaker 1: it is over. She like hanging out with her home
- 20:20Speaker 1: girls at the head like working at the red Like.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know now. It is a rapping ton. Hey,
- 20:27Speaker 1: can get your goddamn variables together, my boy, that shit hey, yeah,
- 20:32Speaker 1: insecurities at all time high, my guy, and you should said, baby, mama,
- 20:37Speaker 1: is that your lady? Your your wife? You engage you
- 20:40Speaker 1: ain't boy, She's gonna be around them boys. You know
- 20:43Speaker 1: I'm talking about how you know she ain't She know
- 20:46Speaker 1: you're already because you know, you know, the best lies
- 20:49Speaker 1: on the earth is not me. It's the opposite of man.
- 20:53Speaker 1: It is the woman. I'm just letting you know right now.
- 20:57Speaker 1: We do not know how to lie because usually when
- 20:59Speaker 1: we lie, our lady know we lie already. We just
- 21:02Speaker 1: they just waiting and gathering more evidence. Meanwhile, they'd be
- 21:06Speaker 1: cheating for fifteen years and you would never know because
- 21:10Speaker 1: they know how to lie, They know how to fake orgasms,
- 21:12Speaker 1: they know how to do all that shit. I'm just
- 21:14Speaker 1: letting you know, not big fella, as you were riding
- 21:16Speaker 1: me with you with your head in your chest, that
- 21:20Speaker 1: boom boom, boom boom. It's a rap, big fella. If
- 21:23Speaker 1: you are, if you're feeling that way, you feeling secured.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Oh it is over ten, over ten, living single, it's over,
- 21:33Speaker 1: is over ten. It's not over. It's a rat. It's gone.
- 21:37Speaker 1: So don't go through a phone, and not go through
- 21:40Speaker 1: her phone. He said, baby mama, Oh, baby mama, Baby mama,
- 21:45Speaker 1: Me and y'all, y'all might not even stay together even
- 21:49Speaker 1: together baby mama, all you said, yeah, we've been together
- 21:54Speaker 1: for a few years. We have a son together. He
- 21:56Speaker 1: didn't say that was your that's your girlfriend. Said that
- 21:58Speaker 1: was at my yance. Ain't said that was my wife.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Many mama, that's my girl. Man, we know that's his girl.
- 22:05Speaker 1: We know what. He said. They've been to wait, he said,
- 22:08Speaker 1: they've been to game. He said, look, this is the thing.
- 22:11Speaker 1: This is the discernment that men have when we kind
- 22:13Speaker 1: of be like, oh, man, I don't like this. He said,
- 22:16Speaker 1: My baby mama's friends are making me hella uncomfortable. You
- 22:19Speaker 1: know how much it take for man and feel uncomfortable.
- 22:22Speaker 1: We don't be giving a damn by nothing. We like
- 22:24Speaker 1: to play the game. Go to the game, play some hoops.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Goddamn go out, you know, smoke a little, don't talking
- 22:30Speaker 1: about hit. You know, we have a little sexual capee
- 22:33Speaker 1: and got dad kicking you know what said he makes
- 22:35Speaker 1: some good food. We're kicking it. But if a guy,
- 22:38Speaker 1: if a guy said, I'm comfortable nigga, right, all right,
- 22:45Speaker 1: that's enough. We'll be right back. Stay tuned with more
- 22:48Speaker 1: of the baller alerts. Y'all um for today's pep talk. Ferrari.
- 22:54Speaker 1: You have a cool job and if you can explain
- 22:56Speaker 1: it one more time and then you know, for people
- 22:59Speaker 1: out there them some free game. So yeah. I am
- 23:02Speaker 1: the national director of Lifestyle and Mix Show at Warner Records.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I am in charge of some specific markets markets in
- 23:10Speaker 1: the country. UM. I talk to programming directors at radio
- 23:13Speaker 1: stations and also the DJ mixers at the radio stations.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I check in. I give them our priority songs that
- 23:19Speaker 1: we are spending. I asked, you know the hard questions,
- 23:23Speaker 1: that you like the song? Do you not like the song?
- 23:24Speaker 1: You're gonna add it. I get to do things. I
- 23:27Speaker 1: get to plan events, I get to do stuff with
- 23:29Speaker 1: the station, work with the station, work with the record label.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I also do lifestyle for the label. So when artists
- 23:35Speaker 1: is coming in town, I curate a promo run depending
- 23:39Speaker 1: on how many days that they're here, m and I
- 23:42Speaker 1: just provide them with dope content, doing content, surround them around,
- 23:47Speaker 1: surround them around the right people so their career can
- 23:50Speaker 1: continue to flourish. So um BT actually came to one
- 23:54Speaker 1: of the events and you did a really you did
- 23:57Speaker 1: a really great job. Yeah. I love how you know.
- 24:00Speaker 1: You made sure the artist was introduced to all the
- 24:03Speaker 1: DJ's and spoke to all the DJ's and two pictures,
- 24:06Speaker 1: And I think that stuff is really important because you know,
- 24:10Speaker 1: DJ's and hosts like myself, I feel like we don't
- 24:13Speaker 1: really get the credit, um and we don't get introduced
- 24:16Speaker 1: the proper way in the beginning, in the beginning unless
- 24:19Speaker 1: somebody needs something. And that's what I don't. I don't
- 24:23Speaker 1: like that, which is why you don't you rarely go
- 24:26Speaker 1: to things. Yeah, I rory No, I never go through
- 24:29Speaker 1: anything like that because I don't like how the DJ's
- 24:33Speaker 1: are treated. Um and you know, a big shout out
- 24:36Speaker 1: to to Ti Man. Ti. He came, he came U.
- 24:40Speaker 1: He was at my R and B party last night
- 24:42Speaker 1: and he came up and it was a bunch of
- 24:44Speaker 1: DJ's in there because we was doing a black album
- 24:47Speaker 1: released party last night, and Ti came there and he
- 24:50Speaker 1: shook all the DJ hands and he said, Man, I
- 24:53Speaker 1: appreciate y'all. I just wanted to show my appreciation to
- 24:56Speaker 1: you guys and stuff like that. And I think stuff
- 24:59Speaker 1: like that is really a port man because you know,
- 25:01Speaker 1: the DJs are you know, the first line. DJs are
- 25:05Speaker 1: the first line of uh of A. They're the first
- 25:08Speaker 1: line that you're gonna meet. They're the first people to
- 25:10Speaker 1: believe in you outside of your your your day one,
- 25:12Speaker 1: your day ones are gonna believe you. Then the next
- 25:14Speaker 1: person is going to be of the DJ DJ's gonna
- 25:16Speaker 1: take chances on you, and then the next person after
- 25:18Speaker 1: that's gonna get a mixed show DJ. And of course
- 25:20Speaker 1: it goes up to the power power chain after that.
- 25:22Speaker 1: But yeah, I just wanted to um highlight a couple
- 25:26Speaker 1: of things and then my my PEP talk would be
- 25:28Speaker 1: uh to stand on all ten. I think sometimes we
- 25:31Speaker 1: get a little uh nervous when we have to make
- 25:35Speaker 1: uncomfortable decisions. But I like to be uncomfortable. I'm actually
- 25:39Speaker 1: uncomfortable today. I'm uncomfortable every day, and I feel like
- 25:43Speaker 1: that keeps you sharp, It keeps you on point being
- 25:46Speaker 1: uncomfortable because you don't know what's gonna happen. And actually
- 25:49Speaker 1: I just started my job and then, um, you know,
- 25:52Speaker 1: I saw some people get let go, so it happens,
- 25:56Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying in the line of work,
- 25:58Speaker 1: and I'm over here like this person need great job,
- 26:01Speaker 1: but they got let go. So you know, I'm learning
- 26:03Speaker 1: early in the game that you have to put yourself
- 26:06Speaker 1: out there and if you really want something, you gotta
- 26:09Speaker 1: go get it, and you have to be uncomfortable otherwise
- 26:11Speaker 1: you're gonna work for somebody else who followed their dreams.
- 26:15Speaker 1: You're either gonna follow your dream or you're gonna work
- 26:17Speaker 1: for somebody who followed theirs. There is no in between period.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Big Ron
