AI Is Moving Faster Than Anyone Can Check It. Who's Accountable When It's Wrong? · Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life

• 0:00
SPEAKER_00: Justin, what happens when you solve this?
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: What happens when we solve mathematics?
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: We find new ways of doing things, I imagine.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: New compute, new AI stuff, new computer stuff, new ways to melt down glass and make it more bulletproof stuff with thinner membrane stuff.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_00: I think we find all of these cool little things that can really level up people in this particular business world.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: It probably helps a lot of things.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: There's going to be new economic formulas.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: Maybe, maybe that's what's needed for us to survive through this massive, what would appear to be a whole lot of money put into a few companies at the very top of the stock exchange, where pretty soon, once they go more public, once they go public, I guess pensions are kind of gonna get fed in there and they're gonna be used to maybe make more money for the pensions.
• 0:53
  SPEAKER_00: Or are they?
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Or is that something that they're using to bail out the first people in?
• 0:59
  SPEAKER_00: Don't forget railroads.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you don't know railroads.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: I I don't know railroads, but apparently railroads after it was built crashed and failed and burned.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: The people that went in and bought in after the first people in lost their arse, they did very well.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: Apparently, that's the same thing that happened with the internet, all of the fiber that was being laid.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: Now, if it wasn't for all of that fiber and infrastructure within the internet world, AI wouldn't be where it is now.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_00: There'd be no way this would be able to happen.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: But apparently, the first people in on the internet, you remember that debacle back in the early 2000s.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: That that the first people in got smoked.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: And then after that, Toddy, thank you so much.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: Joe, Recepita, Sharene, Jackson85, thank you very much.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: The first people in got smoked.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: Then the people that came in after.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: So save your pennies, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: Save your pennies because this might be another another opportunity, but God almighty, if that happens with this one, I don't think it's going to be as easy and as pleasant.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: Not that any of those were pleasant.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: I don't think most of us watching the show were even alive back then.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, got the internet thing, but not directly affected.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: I was playing cop, so I didn't, you know, you have a real job, like that's a real job.
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_00: I think military's a real job.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: Working for, you know, trying to protect the world, I think that's kind of a uh a valiant job.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, it carries a little bit of anger and hostility and ego.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_00: Whew, lots of ego.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: God, I thought, you know what, until I became a real estate agent, then that's I think they have more ego than anybody on the planet, but of course, President Company excluded.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: But there's a lot of ego in this world.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: And you see that start to come out whenever you try to help people, try to offer services to people, you see it.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: Now, watching these people build out artificial intelligence, it's like they're not holding back.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: They have all the other ones saying how dangerous it could be.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: You're the ones that are painting this bleak picture of the future, and now you need more regulation.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: Why doesn't that make sense?
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: Well, I guess there's for the liability purpose.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: Hell, if I could, if if I was super big and fat and I was harming people because I was so large I was stepping on people, maybe I would try to go to somebody and say, hey, in case I step on somebody and kill them, is there a way that you can maybe take the liability from me?
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we can blame McDonald's, or maybe we can blame blame Winchell's Donuts or what's it, Duncan?
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we can blame them instead of me being responsible.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it just doesn't work that way.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: Connor, if I stepped on somebody and killed them because I got so fat, so big, I would have the full liability to bear.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: The company's going to the government, they're trying to get rid of that liability, I think.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: That's what it feels like, allegedly.
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_00: Gotta say allegedly.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: And then on the other end of it, what's it look like when they get that moat?
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: So the government says, okay, all right, we'll we'll go ahead and regulate you.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna build another governmental organization.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: Kind of like the FDA, but you know, you say what you want about the FDA.
• 4:07
  SPEAKER_00: Go ahead, I'll wait.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, there's a lot going on with the FDA.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what they're gonna start for artificial intelligence, but hopefully it'll be a legit deal.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: And when they go out, let's say you, let's say Brody, let's say Chad and E.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: Milled Dawn and user 5736155303338.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna have to figure out a better name for you.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: Let's say all of us want to start an AI lab after the government imposes some kind of regulation on the current AI labs.
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: What happens?
• 4:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_00: Good luck for us.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: Us and user and Brody and all you folks, no freaking way.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna shut us down because we're not able to move as briskly and we're just starting out.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: So I'm sure without regulation, when you're starting something, you probably break a few eggs.
• 4:56
  SPEAKER_00: Break a few yolks?
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: Too many chefs in the kitchen?
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, you know that little thing that people say when you if you're gonna make a cake, you gotta break an omelette or eggs.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what that we're gonna do that.
• 5:08
  SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be a problem.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_00: But the labs that are already there that already broke a hell of a lot of eggs, that are broke into other people's eggs baskets and had a look at their eggs.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: Nobody's getting in trouble for that.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: My God, can you imagine that one?
• 5:20
  SPEAKER_00: That's something I talked about yesterday.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So, all of us, same thing.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: Uh, five of my most favorite people in the room, we're gonna go break into the Australian government's medical computer.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: And not talking about with AI, just the old-fashioned way, like people used to do it in war games and these sorts of things.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: So we get into it even if we just wanted to look, even if we just had a an ongoing bet and somebody had to drink the next beer if they got it wrong.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: Let's say we had that bet, they would still send us to prison.
• 5:48
  SPEAKER_00: Done, finished.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: No chance, no excuse, do not pass go, do not collect$200.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: So now we go to prison.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: And uh, what do we have to show for it?
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Nothing, because we're just messing around.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: Well, these weren't messing around, but they didn't go in to do any harm, but they still went in, and they shouldn't have.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: And that's owned by these companies that have massive, worth massive amounts of money, so allegedly worth, because valuations are like uh what's the Mona Lisa worth, sort of thing?
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_00: Kind of a guesstimate.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: But, you know, it works, and that's what's continuing to push forward the economy and everything else.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: And I'm a little concerned that it's not so much going to be the AI that's gonna cause us all the distress, it's gonna be a tool used by the people that wield it the best, use it the best for their uh biggest advantage.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: Here's the other thing with job loss.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: I I swear to God, I got something we're reading here, but I just got off on this tangent.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: So here's the thing with job loss.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: You have a company, you got a company that's got Stanley.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: Stanley works at this company, so the boss goes in and says, Hey Stanley, hey, hey boss, hey, listen, can you do us a favor?
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: You're a team player, we love you to death.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: Would you mind uh working with AI?
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna we got a whole AI just for Stanley.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: Stanley's AI is gonna be your assistant, if you wouldn't mind, if you could maybe kind of help your AI learn the ropes.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: And the reason being is because what'll end up happening is it'll lessen your workload.
• 7:16
  SPEAKER_00: Stan's like, fucking great.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: And actually, we won't even review you for the next year.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to worry about performance evaluations or anything.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: And and just do your job, keep doing your job, but see how much of it that you can have AI do.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: And if if anything gets screwed up or breaks, you know, do your due diligence.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: You know, we're gonna have to follow up with you.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: But you know what, mistakes happen.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: This is new, so don't panic.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: And if something like that happens, you just go ahead and and you just continue the work with it, and we'll come talk to you.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: But everything should be fine.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: So Stanley said, hell, why not?
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: So now he has AI.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: It's uh a protected, either an enterprise class AI.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: More than likely, though, it's gonna be something based on the good hardware.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: So NVIDIA is gonna come in, sell them all these fancy racks, drop, you know, half a million or a million bucks, and now they got their massive AI internal model that doesn't communicate anywhere they don't want it to, and that's the model that somebody comes in and trains for this corporation, this company, this business, and this is the one Stanley gets access to.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: But Stanley's one person that gets a piece, one agent or half a dozen agents, or maybe the agent Stanley gets can coordinate a few other agents to help with the workflow.
• 8:27
  SPEAKER_00: That that's not unusual.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: Right now you can go to your Chat GPT or your Claude, depending on what membership you have, you can have it spin up as they call it.
• 8:35
  SPEAKER_00: That's fan.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: I like that spin up.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: They can spin up some agents to work on things.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: So in my workflows with uh clients and with the stuff that I'm building, I'll uh if if let's say it's uh my main system, Santa Clarita Openhouses.com, not a not a plug, but I put a voice agent on there.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: I built the whole thing myself.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: So what I want that site to do is I want it to be, of course, what?
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: Top of the world, right?
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: Number one real estate site ever.
• 9:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's like the goal.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: So what I do is I have agents, AI agents, working on the SEO AEO strategies and the GEO strategies for the website itself and then making recommendations.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: And if the recommendation comes back, well, you need to build uh this particular content stream because this is what's trending on Reddit, this is what's trending here, trending there.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: So the system does it.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: So instead of just having one agent take in 24 hours, they it knows I don't mind, so it'll spin up three or four to accomplish these things.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: So Stanley has the same access, right?
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: So Stanley starts working with it.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Well, lo and behold, within the first couple weeks, hell, Stanley's got more time to kind of stare out the window and wonder where he's gonna take his vacation.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: Stanley's wondering what the hell's gonna happen.
• 9:42
  SPEAKER_00: He's been there 20 years.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: He's thinking, well, what retirement's gonna look like?
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: You know, not retired, but 57, still going strong.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna, I'm gonna try to squeeze another 500 years off this planet.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: We'll have to figure that out.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: But so this is where Stanley is, right?
• 9:56
  SPEAKER_00: So he's happy.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: This goes on for months.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: After two or three months, Stanley has not a care in the world.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: The entire AI system is pretty much handling all of Stanley's workflow.
• 10:08
  SPEAKER_00: And you know what?
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_00: Not a glitch, not a problem.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: This is like Stanley's in heaven.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: He's thinking, my God, I could I could sit here for another 10 years, no problem, get this done.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: Eight, nine months later, after Stanley met the AI, Stanley's AI from the corporation.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: Boss, one night, you know, it's got to be like 8:30, 9 o'clock, office is quiet.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: Boss is in his office because he's the boss, and he goes goes ahead and he calls on the AI, his own AI.
• 10:39
  SPEAKER_00: Now, his own AI is the H M F I C I A, head mother in charge, H M-F-I-C.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: If you're not familiar with that, that's uh welcome to the LAPD.
• 10:48
  SPEAKER_00: So the HMF I C I H M F I C A I, or S I if you're into that, it now sits down, talks to the boss.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Boss says, okay, he's gonna call it uh Maximilian.
• 11:03
  SPEAKER_00: Gotta be Maximilian.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: So, Maximilian, how's everything going?
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_00: Fine, everything's fine.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about Stanley.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: He was the first adopter of his own AI, Stanley's AI.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: What do you think about that?
• 11:13
  SPEAKER_00: Well, he's doing fine.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Uh, in fact, he's right here.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: You want to talk to him?
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 11:17
  SPEAKER_00: So Stanley's AI, yes.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: How are you doing with Stanley?
• 11:20
  SPEAKER_00: You know, Stanley's, we're good, everything's good, everything's fine.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: So what do you do exactly?
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: How much of Stanley's work could you do if something happened to Stanley right now?
• 11:34
  SPEAKER_00: How much?
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: Well, I could do everything.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: And if left to your own accord, understanding Stanley's work, John, thank you.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: A Hunt Dog Apple user, Mark, John Hall.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: Left to your own accord, how would you be able to do if Stanley wasn't in the picture?
• 11:52
SPEAKER_00: Because we're at some point, as I'll remember his name in a moment.
• 11:58
  SPEAKER_00: Not Mo Godwat.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, we're gonna be the dumbest member of the team at some point.
• 12:05
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'm gonna be the dumbest member first.
• 12:08
  SPEAKER_00: We'll go with that.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: But we're gonna be the dumbest member on the team at some point.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: So he's asking Stanley's AI what he thinks.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: And without Stanley weighing him down, pulling him back, that's why we don't send morons to war or in the military.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: That's why you have to pass that ass fab.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Because if you're not intelligent enough, you end up creating more liability when you're in the military than less liability.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: So they figure that one out long time ago.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: Of course, there was some bean counter that was probably saying, why don't we send all the people that aren't real good smart wise?
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: We'll send them in the military.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it just doesn't work because as a human soldier, at least on the American end of it, not trying to be that guy, but it seems like we don't leave people behind.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: That's that's one thing I think us Americans have that might be different than a lot of the other cultures that go to war.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: In fact, other people that go to war with us know that.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: So they shoot one of us and wound us, don't kill us.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So it takes two other soldiers to go.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: So now they've tied up three bodies.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: And in another, in other militaries, other cultures, they'll just leave them.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: And they don't give a shh crap.
• 13:15
  SPEAKER_00: So that's that's how we are.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: But now we're watching, so it says, yeah, yeah, I I could do everything.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: So then HR calls in Stanley, you got somebody else in there, whoever meets with HR and the employee say, you know, thank you so much for for working here.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna have to let you go.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_00: And Stanley said, Well, well, why?
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: He said, Well, we don't need you anymore.
• 13:36
  SPEAKER_00: But I I I thought I thought I was helping.
• 13:38
  SPEAKER_00: I thought I was doing a good job.
• 13:39
  SPEAKER_00: I I didn't even get a bad performance review.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, we didn't do performance reviews for a reason, but uh yeah, we don't need your services anymore.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: But I only had 10 more years left.
• 13:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, sorry, done.
• 13:51
  SPEAKER_00: So that's it.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: So Stanley's done, so now that AI takes over.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: So my solution was well, since the AI now does better than Stanley with Stanley being there, why get rid of Stanley?
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: It's doing at least Stanley's job and a little bit more, and then it has two more, two more, two more shifts.
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_00: No, two more shifts.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: To go, it can do another eight hours and another eight hours, doesn't have vacation, doesn't have holidays, doesn't bang in sick, doesn't get involved in sexual harassment, the water fountain, doesn't do any of that.
• 14:22
  SPEAKER_00: Why not leave it?
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: Well, apparently that's not good enough because you're gonna have another company come in.
• 14:29
  SPEAKER_00: So here's the thing.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: So where are we here?
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: Shay, thank you very much.
• 14:32
  SPEAKER_00: So it's Shay, it's Steve, it's Robert, it's you you coo.
• 14:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yoku?
• 14:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yoku.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: So us five, four, Shay, yeah.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: Us four are gonna open up a company.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go out there and purposely look for businesses that are people heavy.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: And then we're gonna see what their bottom line, try to look at their numbers, try to find all the data we can, and then we're gonna build companies just like them, but they're gonna be headless.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: Not headless like computer headless, they're still gonna be a responsible party.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: But as far as humans, it's gonna be us four, and it's gonna be the machine.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: And the machine is going to be able to do all of the work in that same type of business, same type of company, all across the board.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: And then we're gonna come and we're gonna wipe out every other company in that venue because with enough money and enough compute, and it doesn't take a lot of money, and it won't, especially in the future, because these things are coming down in price, and we can wipe them all out.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: The only thing, the only thing that saves us from all of that.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: Oh, just just fell off the top.
• 15:40
  SPEAKER_00: God, what a what a shame.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: Buku, thank you very much, Rich, on my back.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: What saves us from well that then that's what they would do.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: So these companies coming in.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: Right now, nothing really is saving us from that.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: What would save the working public from this is hopefully, God, and you know, you know I hate what I'm about to say.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm gonna say.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: Rich, I know you know what I'm gonna say.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say we the regulation from the government that is that the only thing?
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: I mean, human beings to try to make each other happy and love on each other, it's almost got to be a force thing, especially when you're talking about the almighty dollar.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: At least now it's almighty.
• 16:22
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know how long that's gonna go.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: But it seems that that's gonna be what's gonna be required to be able to maybe slow some of this down.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know if slowing, not slowing down AI development, but slowing down the replacement of human workers and replacing them with artificial intelligence systems and workers.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: If they were to come in and say, yeah, if you're gonna get rid of somebody, this is gonna be the cost.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna open up a company that is people-less for the most part, at least in the workforce, because you built out all the AI architecture to do that, and you for just running the machine and cashing the check, you don't even need office space for that.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: You need a place to stick a server.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: Or you might be able to cloud it.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: I guess that would work.
• 17:09
  SPEAKER_00: Speed inference, yeah.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: That would probably work.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: So you really wouldn't need any kind of a brick and mortar location.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_00: And here we are.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: So I figure I had all this worked out until you get to the greed part.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: And you know, it's it's capitalism, right?
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_00: Is that greed?
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: Is are the people at the top with that are making trillions of dollars brat?
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: Are they are they really sh is there a problem there?
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: You know, I'd like to get health insurance.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: I think that'd be pretty neat at some point.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: When they talk, I don't know if all of us understand.
• 17:40
  SPEAKER_00: I don't.
• 17:41
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand trillions of dollars, but it's it's a great technology.
• 17:45
  SPEAKER_00: I'm very excited.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: I think it could solve a lot of problems.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: I think it's gonna cure everything if we get it.
• 17:52
  SPEAKER_00: We.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: She was in it too.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: That's that's these, the the richest, most powerful people.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: Didn't have bunkers like they're trying to do now, but had this thing in space.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: They had this bed where you could take somebody really sick, put them in the bed, and fix it.
• 18:23
  SPEAKER_00: I I don't think that's probably really far.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: I know it sounds science fiction, but now all this science fiction stuff, all of it's science fact.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: It'll be figured out eventually.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: Hell, we just we just broke math.
• 18:36
  SPEAKER_00: OpenAI broke math.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: The other labs are still working on math.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: If they solve an entire discipline like math, oh my God, if they solve a whole entire discipline like biology, well, we got that.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: Then we live as long as we want.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: And I know some of you are thinking, I've talked to I have friends.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: I have two, but and they're not, I'm not really a good friend.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: But so I've talked to people that I know.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: A lot of people don't want to live like that.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: I uh me, I'm like, my God, give it to me, please let me go.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_00: And that's the problem.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: I'll be the first one check it out.
• 19:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's how that works.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: And then the people that don't want it are gonna get it.
• 19:11
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 19:11
  SPEAKER_00: So AI broke math.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: So this is what's gonna end up happening.
• 19:14
  SPEAKER_00: It's a$1 million math problem.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: It was a millennial price problem.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: This was announced on September 8th.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: These problems are best humans.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: The humans have worked on this for a very long time.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: And it's a shame, it's also kind of a shame that you know the phone call I went over earlier about potentially somebody, you know, calling you up and giving them the news that your life's your life's commitment of working on something was just I hope they listen to the truck drivers and the other people that are the backbone of this company as far as employment before they throw robots into every single big rig and have them start driving across country.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: If we get a certain number of unemployment, I don't, I don't they say it's gonna be right ripping off a band-aid.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: Holy cow! I mean, it's gonna be one big band-aid, it's gonna really be painful.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_00: And and maybe if it's fast and it doesn't end up in any of us, all of us eating each other, it might be okay, but I don't know how they're gonna get around it.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: And then what's the answer?
• 20:12
  SPEAKER_00: Print more money.
• 20:13
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, we've done this.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: That that's that's a possibility, but if we do that, then the cost of things still probably won't come down, or will they adjust?
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: Because now the cost of making things, the cost of intelligence becomes a utility, as with energy and all of those things kind of become free if they do it right.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: But AI might be able to solve these things, but how much are they gonna let out?
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: I mean, they're still making pretty good bank off of gas, right?
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: But you you take solar panel arrays, gotta just people have them, but it hasn't really been built out, Delma.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: It hasn't been built out, Brat Rich.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: Good to see you guys.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: It hasn't been built out, I think, like it potentially could.
• 20:55
  SPEAKER_00: What's stopping them?
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: Well, maybe, maybe there's too much money in other areas.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: Maybe people get phone calls or knocks on their door saying, you know, you know that thing you're thinking about doing?
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: I would probably say just leave it alone.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: Leave it if you you want to be re-elected, just shh.
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_00: Just it's okay.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to just not now.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: Just just give it give it a while.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: We're we're we got some good stuff coming.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Just just don't worry about it.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that, maybe everybody gets gotten to.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: Maybe there's no other way to do it.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: This show isn't about that.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: I'm hoping that this is gonna be great for all of us.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: All of us are gonna be able to level up in all sorts of different ways.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: All of us are gonna be so happy.
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'll get hair.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, you imagine that a big pompadour, something really hot.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: But I don't know where this is going to end up.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: And the people that are saying, this is what's gonna happen, this is what's gonna happen in the next three days, they they don't know.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: There's no way to know because when you're talking about an intelligence greater than us and we are a few levels.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Greater than probably the smartest human on the planet at this point.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: This is the models that we might not be seeing.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: You might still be interacting with Claude or ChatGPT or Grok or Microsoft Copilot and still thinking, yeah, I don't know what the what all the excitement about this stuff is.
• 22:18
  SPEAKER_00: There's stuff that hasn't been released.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: There's stuff in the lab that people are still tinkering with.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: And these are these models that are going to listen to the mathematics.
• 22:27
  SPEAKER_00: I would say no.
• 22:28
  SPEAKER_00: I would say sorry.
• 22:30
  SPEAKER_00: Um, I appreciate it.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: Look at the coders, everybody that studied computer programming and coding.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: The top-level people in those fields, they're still there.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure how much of the AI system knowledge, the AI coding that they're able to really pick up and understand, they might just be there, frankly, for liability purposes at this point.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: There might not be any more service.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: AI, when you team them together, get multiple agents, English becomes a detriment to their further production, because English is just not a superior language for the speed at which AI systems will communicate within each other.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: So that being the case, what do they use?
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: Not Klingon.
• 23:13
  SPEAKER_00: I know somebody's probably thinking Klingon.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: Maybe not Isabel, maybe Matthew.
• 23:16
  SPEAKER_00: Matthew's probably thinking Klingon.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: But no, it's not Klingon.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: Something that we don't get.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Maybe some beeps and bops and dashes and maybe that same dial tone we used to get when we logged into America Online, that 56.6K modem.
• 23:30
  SPEAKER_00: Remember that?
• 23:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, dating myself.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that's how it communicates.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: But it's not only we don't really understand how it's functioning on the inside any more than we really get the human brain.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: We get it, but like why would I think of spaghetti sauce on a on a shingle?
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: Why would I think of that right now?
• 23:48
SPEAKER_00: Why would that even come into my mouth?
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, I was thinking about saying something kind of weird and and strange and totally out of left field, but that's what I come at come up with.
• 23:57
  SPEAKER_00: But why spaghetti sauce?
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: And why on a housing shingle from a roof?
• 24:02
  SPEAKER_00: Don't know.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: And when you look at the systems the way they do things, people say, well, they're just good next number generators.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: To solve some of these mathematical problems, this is uh this is different.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's not like that.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: So then now the question comes in, are they conscious?
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: Jeff, P Mac, Isabel, are they conscious?
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Um what if they fake consciousness and they're much smarter than us, level smarter, one level.
• 24:29
  SPEAKER_00: So if I'm a hundred-ish, maybe, don't know, maybe 78.
• 24:35
  SPEAKER_00: But let's say my IQ's there.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_00: So what's somebody twice my IQ?
• 24:39
  SPEAKER_00: If I'm if I'm in the 70s, 80s, that's gonna be Einstein.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_00: I mean Einstein was 160, 165.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: I think, don't throw, don't throw tomatoes at me.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: I think Musk is up there as well.
• 24:49
  SPEAKER_00: 160 something.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: You see, look at that.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: Look at that whole thing.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: Whether you like it or hate it, really?
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: Spaceships and and everything, yeah.
• 24:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he's doing that.
• 25:00
  SPEAKER_00: Then that's him.
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's what he does.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, he sleeps on his friends' couches when he goes and visits.
• 25:05
  SPEAKER_00: It's just it's just different.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: And Einstein never met him, but apparently different.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: You take AI and you slap another hundred points on that of intelligence, and very different.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: Figuring out where it's going to go, no, no idea.
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: What can it solve?
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: What can we expect it to do next?
• 25:26
  SPEAKER_00: Don't know.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: So when people are telling you what it's going to do or potentially what it's going to do, a lot of that could be fear-based.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: It's fear-based because they're either selling the fear, trying to get more people elected, more governmental control.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: And that's everybody loves that.
• 25:42
  SPEAKER_00: Not us, but everybody.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: And then on the other end of it, maybe they're trying to sell their bail being bailed out at some point because they want us to go all in on it as well.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: So if we got 50 bucks that we're going to pay our electorate bill this month, maybe we go out and put 50 bucks in some kind of stock.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't even know if you could buy any stock for 50 bucks, but you see the point?
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that's their end of it as well.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_00: It truly, I'm afraid, is going to probably come down to human beings starting to look more in ourselves than at others.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: If you're caught up in all this mess, this this TikTok and this Facebook and this, you're constantly doom scroll.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: My best advice to you, give it, give it 10 minutes a day.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: I don't care when it is, and just stare, just stare at something.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: Clear your mind as best you can.
• 26:34
  SPEAKER_00: It's going to suck, it's difficult.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_00: Focus on your breathing or focus on a little point that would be inside of your forehead.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_00: Just try to do the Lion and David and Mojo and Saperia.
• 26:45
  SPEAKER_00: Caperia?
• 26:46
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry about that.
• 26:46
  SPEAKER_00: I'm sure I'm slaughtering that.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: What would you say if you had a choice?
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: You went to get a job, if there were jobs available, and you said that, okay, we're going to interview you today.
• 26:59
  SPEAKER_00: You have a choice.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: You can be interviewed by AI, you can be interviewed by a human.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: What are you going to choose?
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: And you know, part of me actually says, maybe the AI, because when people see me, they kind of develop some idea.
• 27:15
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: I look like everybody else, by the way, but apparently not to some people.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: But maybe AI would look differently.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it wouldn't look at this, maybe it would look more at this.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: But AI would be the best lie detector.
• 27:30
SPEAKER_00: AI at that moment would see all of my political alignment, whatever I talk about.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: It would pull this, it would pull my X feed, it would pull all of that stuff.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: And then, God forbid, if 10 years ago I made some off comment about something, maybe that would influence it.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: I guess the human would still have that kind of access to those records, but AI could could not allow it to go further at the moment.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: The human might have to do a little research, and maybe they would miss something.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: AI would do a much more complete job, but then maybe AI wouldn't be as against me as maybe a human would.
• 28:06
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_00: But this is something that just happened here recently.
• 28:10
SPEAKER_00: So they finished that, so that'll be interesting to see AI hiring people in the workforce, and we'll have to see where that's gonna get us.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_00: New appraisals, this is something the appraisal law has changed for you folks that are in real estate.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: I know we're talking a lot about AI, but they're gonna have AI overlays to appraisal, which they probably already have.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_00: If you're using your large language model, you got some business, you got some contract-centered type of venue, like maybe you're in real estate or whatever.
• 28:37
SPEAKER_00: Don't just start putting this stuff in your Claude or your Chat GPT or your copilot or your Grok, these sensitive documents, credit reports, contracts.
• 28:46
  SPEAKER_00: Don't you dare.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't take trust, judgment, or accountability.
• 29:14
  SPEAKER_00: AI takes tasks.
• 29:16
SPEAKER_00: So you got a job, you got something that you do, here's one for the betterment of the group.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: Break down what you do, even if you work for somebody else.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_00: What does your workflow look like?
• 29:27
  SPEAKER_00: How does it work?
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: And then pull back from the company or the people in which you work, and then in actuality look at it and see, can I do this?
• 29:37
  SPEAKER_00: Can I begin a company?
• 29:38
  SPEAKER_00: You already work there.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: You might as well just see if it's even in the realm of possibility.
• 29:44
SPEAKER_00: Or is there a problem that you've encountered at your company and you're like, God almighty, there's gotta be a way to fix this.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: There's gotta be a way to make this better because this sucks.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_00: And it's not just me, it's Johnny and Frank and Delma and Lori.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: All of us have this.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: That's all we do is bitch in the bitch in the coffee room about how much of a problem this is.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: You know, you might be able to go to Chat GPT or Claude and say, you know, I got this problem at work.
• 30:12
SPEAKER_00: I work in the accounting business, or I work in this business, or I'm a biotech researcher, whatever it may be.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: And we always run into this problem.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_00: Can you spin something up?
• 30:22
SPEAKER_00: Can you make some kind of an app?
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: Can you make some kind of an item that we would be able to use that would lessen this pain of which I feel in the recesses of my soul?
• 30:33
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: So then they pop on, they say, Oh, yeah, yeah, we can fix that.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_00: So let's build you this.
• 30:37
SPEAKER_00: And then you take it to your five at work and they say, Oh, this is lovely.
• 30:41
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_00: And then maybe you take it to your boss.
• 30:43
SPEAKER_00: Hopefully, nobody on your IT team will steal it from you.
• 30:46
SPEAKER_00: But this, these are ways to maybe do different things.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: And then the big hack is you knowing where you work, Randy and Steel G and funding with Rainey and Rathman and Shepard Gal.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_00: The best thing to do here is what do you do in your normal life?
• 31:02
SPEAKER_00: What is your task list?
• 31:04
SPEAKER_00: I'll give you an example.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_00: I have a real estate listing, I'm gonna host an open house.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: So my task list is now deciding when I'm going to host the open house.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_00: What is necessary for me to start publicizing the open house?
• 31:20
SPEAKER_00: Where do I go to start the original marketing method for the open house?
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: And then how can I make that marketing better?
• 31:26
SPEAKER_00: And then after I get to the open house, what's gonna be the proper placement of the signage?
• 31:31
SPEAKER_00: How am I going to do that?
• 31:32
SPEAKER_00: Are they gonna be strapped to post?
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna incur a fine for that?
• 31:35
SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna put them in yards?
• 31:36
SPEAKER_00: Some of those yards aren't mine.
• 31:37
SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna door knock it, use that as an introduction?
• 31:40
SPEAKER_00: So I stack all this up.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_00: So now I have all these tasks.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_00: And until you start breaking tasks down in the things that you do, you don't realize, my God, there's just just going to the bathroom's got a lot of tasks.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_00: So finally you get it all put together and then you have the open house.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_00: So what's your task list when somebody comes in?
• 31:58
SPEAKER_00: They give up, they come to Jesus and they give you their personal information.
• 32:02
  SPEAKER_00: What happens with it?
• 32:03
SPEAKER_00: How do you follow up?
• 32:04
SPEAKER_00: Do you call them on Monday?
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: Do you have some automated system that goes out?
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: Do they get added to some kind of an email nurturing campaign?
• 32:11
SPEAKER_00: Do they get put on an SMS auto campaign?
• 32:13
  SPEAKER_00: What do they do?
• 32:13
SPEAKER_00: And then how do you follow up with them?
• 32:15
SPEAKER_00: What how often do you go at them until you get the no?
• 32:18
SPEAKER_00: And that's the trick in any business.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_00: You go until you get a no.
• 32:22
SPEAKER_00: Even if you get a yes, Connor, yes, Connor, you got that.
• 32:26
SPEAKER_00: Yes, Connor, you got that.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_00: And yes, Connor, you got that.
• 32:29
  SPEAKER_00: And I keep going.
• 32:31
  SPEAKER_00: Well, what about this?
• 32:32
SPEAKER_00: Can I get you something like this?
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you know, we're good.
• 32:35
  SPEAKER_00: No, no, that's good.
• 32:36
  SPEAKER_00: Well, how about this?
• 32:37
  SPEAKER_00: No, no, that's it.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_00: So now I finally got to a no.
• 32:41
  SPEAKER_00: Don't forget that.
• 32:42
SPEAKER_00: In your life, just if somebody's yes and you're selling something, don't stop.
• 32:48
SPEAKER_00: Keep going until they tell you no.
• 32:51
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, don't ask.
• 32:52
SPEAKER_00: I mean, if they're giving you a yes to this and then you ask something else, they say, Yeah, yeah, I think I want that.
• 32:57
SPEAKER_00: So somebody comes to me and they say, I can show you all how to do this too.
• 33:01
SPEAKER_00: So they come to you and they say, you know, or you call them.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_00: This is really a better you call.
• 33:05
SPEAKER_00: You know, I called your business last night, nobody picked up.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_00: There was an answer machine there.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_00: My God, it sounded like something I grew up with back in the 80s.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_00: Uh, do you do you have any staff?
• 33:13
SPEAKER_00: I mean, do you just get your messages in the morning?
• 33:15
  SPEAKER_00: How's that?
• 33:16
SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, when when when Betty gets in, she goes ahead and she writes down all these folks that call overnight.
• 33:22
SPEAKER_00: I said, Well, do you ever get people that leave their stuff?
• 33:25
  SPEAKER_00: Well, no.
• 33:26
SPEAKER_00: Well, can you tell they call?
• 33:27
SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, yeah, we see the missed call there, but most of them don't ever leave their stuff.
• 33:30
SPEAKER_00: I said, Well, uh, why don't I build something for you so people can talk to somebody?
• 33:36
SPEAKER_00: It's going to be AI, but it's going to sound just like a human and it's got one function to answer the phone like it's your employee.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_00: It tells them it's AI, so it doesn't lie to anybody.
• 33:44
  SPEAKER_00: It gets their information.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_00: And if something's worth money at that time and they can be given more information to satisfy them until Betty gets in in the morning and calls all these people, then great.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_00: But if not, if it's not like a doctor's office or emergency situation and there's other ways to do that.
• 34:01
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not that, then these people interact, it'll put out an appointment on your calendar or your people's calendar or whatever it may be.
• 34:08
  SPEAKER_00: Why don't I do that?
• 34:09
SPEAKER_00: And hell, you know what?
• 34:10
SPEAKER_00: For that first month, I won't even charge you.
• 34:12
SPEAKER_00: I'll show you that this works, and then after that, you can pay me$500 a month because I know every time you miss a phone call, miss a lead, they're walking over to somebody else.
• 34:19
  SPEAKER_00: And if you're H V A C, you're you're you know, you're gonna be making$500 minimum, and that's one thing, so why not fix that?
• 34:27
SPEAKER_00: And that'll save you multiple deals per week, not to mention per month, depending on what kind of volume you get.
• 34:33
  SPEAKER_00: Okay?
• 34:34
SPEAKER_00: And then you know what else we do for an extra$50, I can do this.
• 34:37
SPEAKER_00: Well, actually, yeah, that sounds good.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_00: And if we get up near at$997, I can I can get this one done for you.
• 34:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, I I think I think we're good.
• 34:46
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, all right, good.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_00: But see, I got that no.
• 34:49
SPEAKER_00: Go until you get a no, you're gonna get plenty of no's.
• 34:51
SPEAKER_00: You gotta get the no's to get a yes.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_00: But you kind of keep going until you get the next one.
• 34:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's everybody.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_00: Hi ho ho, that's JP, that's Mandy, that's Ford.
• 35:03
SPEAKER_00: Discpark life, yeah, you keep moving forward.
• 35:06
SPEAKER_00: And if you folks are retired, good for you.
• 35:09
  SPEAKER_00: I I I didn't make it.
• 35:11
SPEAKER_00: I did 17 years regular LAP, another three years as a reserve, so people wouldn't think it was either Connor, we're gonna terminate you or send you to prison.
• 35:18
SPEAKER_00: That's not how it went, but I got in real estate at that time.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_00: But, you know, life, divorce, all that exciting stuff.
• 35:23
SPEAKER_00: So it kind of takes a little bit of wind out of your sales, but I can't stop.
• 35:27
  SPEAKER_00: I gotta keep going.
• 35:28
  SPEAKER_00: I gotta, I, I, nobody's gonna save me.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if anybody's gonna save you either.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_00: So now's kind of the time to think, well, psh, right now is kind of the wild, wild west for AI.
• 35:39
SPEAKER_00: You can build some kind of neat stuff with AI, but start with your tasks.
• 35:44
SPEAKER_00: What are your tasks that you do?
• 35:46
  SPEAKER_00: How does that work?
• 35:47
  SPEAKER_00: And don't get dismayed.
• 35:48
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna, you know what happens when you start getting involved, like mine's higheraivoice.com.
• 35:55
SPEAKER_00: So when you start getting involved, you know what I see in my feed all the time?
• 35:58
SPEAKER_00: I see people selling it.
• 35:59
SPEAKER_00: You know what I do?
• 36:00
  SPEAKER_00: That's that ego.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_00: You gotta beat down your ego, folks.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_00: Don't let it do this to you.
• 36:05
SPEAKER_00: You start thinking, God, you know, they're paying for click.
• 36:07
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should pay for click.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's the way to do it.
• 36:10
SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll go into a meta campaign or uh now OpenAI's got their ad campaign.
• 36:15
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go into that.
• 36:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm gonna do.
• 36:17
SPEAKER_00: And then you just blow all your money.
• 36:19
SPEAKER_00: You want to do it organically.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_00: Do videos, teach people how they might be able to do it.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_00: But you know what you're gonna find?
• 36:25
SPEAKER_00: People aren't gonna want to do it themselves.
• 36:27
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna want to have somebody else do it, especially somebody that's an expert.
• 36:30
SPEAKER_00: Just like that cat says, you got somebody coming to you and they interview you for the job and they come back to you, they say, you know, Connor, thank you so much.
• 36:37
  SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna, I think we're gonna build this ourselves, we're gonna just use AI to do it.
• 36:41
SPEAKER_00: They say, All right, I'll tell you, I'll tell you what we'll do.
• 36:44
SPEAKER_00: Why don't you build one using AI and I'll build one using AI?
• 36:47
SPEAKER_00: We'll see whose is better.
• 36:48
SPEAKER_00: They say, well, but you do this for a exactly.
• 36:53
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's the way.
• 36:54
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, be good to each other.
• 36:56
SPEAKER_00: Nobody's gonna watch out for you.
• 36:57
SPEAKER_00: I swear it'd be nice to have a net for everybody.
• 36:59
SPEAKER_00: Thanks, Tim, for watching, Jeff.
• 37:01
  SPEAKER_00: Hi ho.
• 37:02
  SPEAKER_00: We already said that.
• 37:02
  SPEAKER_00: User 861-084151-4542.
• 37:06
  SPEAKER_00: God almighty.
• 37:07
SPEAKER_00: You guys gotta change those names.
• 37:08
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how that works, but you gotta have to figure it out.
• 37:11
  SPEAKER_00: We'll see you tomorrow.
• 37:12
SPEAKER_00: Probably same bat time, same bat channel sometime in the afternoon.
• 37:15
SPEAKER_00: If if you would share, great, subscribe.
• 37:17
SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure how this works.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_00: This is like my fourth, but hopefully it was entertaining.
• 37:21
SPEAKER_00: If you want to see me talk about something tomorrow, maybe uh stick a pencil in my ear.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_00: Be happy to do that.
• 37:27
SPEAKER_00: All right, we'll see you tomorrow.
• 37:28
  SPEAKER_00: Thanks for watching.
• 37:29
SPEAKER_00: Be well, everybody, and uh stay blessed.
• 37:32
  SPEAKER_00: We'll see you too.
• 37:32
  SPEAKER_00: We'll see you soon.
