Weight loss drug use driving protein demand
The number of New Zealanders using weight loss drugs, also known as GLP-1s, has tripled in the 11 months since they became available. With that increase, there is a rise in demand for quality protein. Weight loss specialist Dr Lara Courtenay spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss about what she is seeing in her clinic.
