A Sacramento man with a violent history is behind bars after trying to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex — only to be arrested by deputies instead. Lloyd Cecil Gary Junior, 41, allegedly asked the teen to turn off her phone’s tracking and brought alcohol and weed to the meet-up, even smashing his phone in a bid to erase evidence.
