- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Okay, happy Friday. We made it to Friday. Thank you
- 0:05Speaker 2: for starting yours with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:07Speaker 3: It was a long week. This hon is Friday, all right.
- 0:11Speaker 3: So lots of fun stuff happening in Nashville right now.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Pontoon Saloon is launching a new sister company. It's called
- 0:17Speaker 3: Nashville Water Taxi. This is really cool. So not only
- 0:21Speaker 3: is this gonna be a new way for you to
- 0:22Speaker 3: get on the Cumberland and like explore, but they're starting
- 0:25Speaker 3: a game day water taxi service that's gonna transport Titans
- 0:29Speaker 3: fans to Nissan Stadium in about fifteen minutes.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Oh wow, that'd be awesome, right, So.
- 0:34Speaker 3: You just meet them at Lock one Marina, you get
- 0:36Speaker 3: on the boat, and you can get to Nissan Stadium
- 0:38Speaker 3: in fifteen minutes. It's gonna help you with traffic. You're
- 0:40Speaker 3: gonna help you with all the hectic mayhem over there.
- 0:43Speaker 3: The new Endeavor starts in September and the round trip
- 0:45Speaker 3: cruise is twenty dollars per person, not including parking. And
- 0:48Speaker 3: I think you could also tailgate there too.
- 0:51Speaker 4: I was ge like on the boat, like before.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Getting on the boat, I think that they're like they
- 0:55Speaker 3: were like bring grills and stuff like that, so I
- 0:56Speaker 3: think you could actually tailgate. I'm gonna double check on that,
- 0:58Speaker 3: but I'm pretty sure that you can actually have some
- 1:00Speaker 3: fun there. And Coca Cola and Oreo they're launching a
- 1:04Speaker 3: new collaboration. This is so strapd.
- 1:06Speaker 4: What's going on in the world. What are all these
- 1:08Speaker 4: companies doing?
- 1:09Speaker 3: So, Coca Cola and Oreo are launching Oreo flavored Coca
- 1:12Speaker 3: Cola Zero soda and Coca Cola flavored Oreo Sandwich cookies.
- 1:18Speaker 3: So the cookies have Coca Cola syrup in them, like
- 1:21Speaker 3: in the actual cookie part, not the cream, but in
- 1:23Speaker 3: the cookie part. And they also popping candies, so it's
- 1:26Speaker 3: supposed to taste like fizz like a soda with every bite,
- 1:30Speaker 3: they say, and then Coca Cola Zero is gonna have
- 1:32Speaker 3: hints of Oreo flavor. If I was gonna try one
- 1:35Speaker 3: over the other, I think I try the cookie because
- 1:37Speaker 3: the cookie sounds a little more fun. But they're gonna
- 1:39Speaker 3: be available September ninth for purchase. If you want to
- 1:41Speaker 3: try them out, let me know how the fizz feels
- 1:43Speaker 3: in your mouth. Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 1:45Speaker 3: Things you need to do, weird.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Sentence, The River, Ricky Zach and man in the Morning.
- 1:51Speaker 3: It was new music, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars with
- 1:54Speaker 3: the die with a smile on one O seven five
- 1:56Speaker 3: the River. Two of them together, Well taste Gaga before
- 2:00Speaker 3: we get our album. I love to hear it.

- 2:52Speaker 1: Oh?
- 2:53Speaker 3: That sounds so lovely.
- 2:55Speaker 6: They're so cute.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, my daughter's in second grade, and uh yeah, I
- 2:59Speaker 2: mean I see the I don't want to say anything
- 3:01Speaker 2: bad about kids, but I see, you know, the kids
- 3:02Speaker 2: in like fourth grade, fifth grade starts to turn a
- 3:05Speaker 2: little bit.
- 3:06Speaker 4: They get sassy. Yeah sometime I do. Second grade's still good.

- 3:28Speaker 4: Rebecca.
- 3:28Speaker 3: We appreciate you for everything you do as a teacher,
- 3:30Speaker 3: and thank you so much for listening to us. I
- 3:32Speaker 3: want to seven five the river.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Are you gonna tell the kids in your class that
- 3:36Speaker 4: you won?
- 3:37Speaker 6: Oh?
- 3:37Speaker 1: Absolutely good.
- 3:38Speaker 3: They're gonna think you're so cool.
- 3:40Speaker 4: I love that.
- 3:42Speaker 7: That's my dream.
- 3:44Speaker 6: Enough for a second.
- 3:45Speaker 8: Yeah, all right, hang out so we get the infok Okay,
- 3:48Speaker 8: thank you.
- 3:48Speaker 3: It's funny she said that because every time Mollie compliments me,
- 3:51Speaker 3: I'm like high praise. Molly said something nice about me.
- 3:56Speaker 3: Kevin's daughter thinks I'm cool.
- 3:57Speaker 4: That is high praise. She's not very quick with the compliment.
- 4:00Speaker 2: And when she told you she liked your outfit at
- 4:02Speaker 2: River on the rooftop, that moment, Oh my god.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on.
- 4:11Speaker 8: All right.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Lots of stuff going on in Nashville this weekend. Per usual,
- 4:14Speaker 3: Zach has plenty to tell us. One being my favorite
- 4:17Speaker 3: event every year that I'm gonna miss this here.
- 4:19Speaker 4: I'm so sorry.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I know.
- 4:21Speaker 5: Ricky's favorite day of the entire year is Swayzy Day.
- 4:24Speaker 5: It's Patrick Swayzey Day. It's at a bar in the Nations.
- 4:27Speaker 5: It's called the Centennial and it's a three and you
- 4:30Speaker 5: just go and they have a bunch of prizes and
- 4:31Speaker 5: merch and they play Patrick Swayzey movies on all of
- 4:34Speaker 5: the TVs throughout the bar and we just sit there
- 4:37Speaker 5: for hours and just watch all of the different movies.
- 4:40Speaker 2: So great, can I ask you guys real quick said
- 4:42Speaker 2: and then we'll get back to this list here.
- 4:43Speaker 4: But favorite Patrick Swayzy movie Ricky go oh God.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Everybody always says point Break, but I think that's a
- 4:47Speaker 3: terrible movie. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not gonna lie
- 4:50Speaker 3: to you. Roadhouse probably, Zach.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Do you have one? I couldn't name one. Okay, I'm
- 4:55Speaker 4: gonna go with Ghost because I love ghosts Kay a
- 4:57Speaker 4: really good choice.
- 4:58Speaker 9: Well.
- 4:58Speaker 5: Also, if you really like movie, This weekend is the
- 5:00Speaker 5: twenty twenty fourth Sunday It's Film Festival Short Film Tour.
- 5:04Speaker 9: So it's happening at the Bellcourt Theater.
- 5:06Speaker 5: It starts today and it goes all the way through Thursday,
- 5:09Speaker 5: August twenty second, So next Thursday. It's a very long
- 5:12Speaker 5: thing and apparently it's like one hundred and ten minute
- 5:15Speaker 5: program that consists of seven of the short films curated
- 5:18Speaker 5: from the twenty twenty fourth Festival. Yeah, so if you
- 5:21Speaker 5: want to see highlights of each of the different movies,
- 5:23Speaker 5: it's all put together.
- 5:24Speaker 9: It's really cool.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Old Court's always doing cool stuff.
- 5:26Speaker 9: Yes, I love the bell Court And.
- 5:28Speaker 5: If you want to get your kids out of the
- 5:30Speaker 5: house this weekend, give them something fun to do. The
- 5:32Speaker 5: Wilson County Faerirry, which is now the Tennessee State Fair
- 5:35Speaker 5: actually started yesterday, so it's out in Lebanon and you
- 5:38Speaker 5: can go to the fair and it goes all the
- 5:40Speaker 5: way until August twenty fourth.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Stay away from the fish.
- 5:44Speaker 5: Keaven is very bitter because last time we went to
- 5:46Speaker 5: the fair, tread time we go to the Also, two
- 5:50Speaker 5: more things that I have for you is the Middle
- 5:52Speaker 5: Tennessee Food Truck Festival is happening in Hendersonville this weekend.
- 5:56Speaker 5: So they're gonna have like a bunch of the regent's
- 5:58Speaker 5: best food trucks having a bunch of different cuisines and
- 6:01Speaker 5: you can try a bunch of different foods and some
- 6:04Speaker 5: of the money is benefiting feed Sumner, which is a
- 6:06Speaker 5: nonprofit organization which is helping with providing food assistance to
- 6:12Speaker 5: those in need.
- 6:12Speaker 9: And Sumner Counting love it. It's very cool.
- 6:15Speaker 5: And then the last one if you want to go,
- 6:17Speaker 5: is shopping. One of my favorite words shopping. It's fashion for.
- 6:21Speaker 3: A Fraction's another great events.
- 6:24Speaker 5: Yeah, it's happening tomorrow at the Factory in Franklin.
- 6:26Speaker 9: It's only ten dollars to get in. But here's the thing.
- 6:29Speaker 5: They have like twenty plus different boutiques there and you
- 6:31Speaker 5: get such good deals on all of the clothes there.
- 6:34Speaker 3: I bought a dress that was originally two hundred and
- 6:36Speaker 3: eighty dollars for thirty dollars too.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, yeah crazy the price of admission for sure.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Yeah it's great. Go check it out.
- 6:44Speaker 5: Highly recommend fashion for a fraction at the Factor in
- 6:47Speaker 5: Franklin tomorrow.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Love it Zach, Thank you, buddy, three things.
- 6:51Speaker 4: It is Friday. We are happy. Thank you for starting
- 6:53Speaker 4: your day with us. Ricky's got those three things.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Jordan Child's has spoken out after being stripped of her
- 6:58Speaker 3: Olympic bronze medal. If you were remember, she won bronze
- 7:01Speaker 3: for the floor routine at the Olympics and since then
- 7:03Speaker 3: they have taken it from her and causing a lot
- 7:06Speaker 3: of controversy. This is a huge deal. Everyone's talking about it.
- 7:09Speaker 3: So she took a little hiatus from social media because
- 7:12Speaker 3: she needed to kind of work on herself and her
- 7:13Speaker 3: own mental health, which totally makes sense. But now she's
- 7:16Speaker 3: back and she said, quote, I have no words. This
- 7:19Speaker 3: decision feels unjust and comes as a significant blow, not
- 7:23Speaker 3: just to me, but to everyone who has championed my journey.
- 7:26Speaker 3: She ended her statement by saying that she will take
- 7:27Speaker 3: every effort to ensure justice and in the end she
- 7:30Speaker 3: believes that people in control will do the right thing.
- 7:33Speaker 3: There is a lengthy kind of thing that she had
- 7:36Speaker 3: said her whole statement. I will post that at one
- 7:38Speaker 3: oh seven five of the River in the Instagram stories
- 7:41Speaker 3: if you want to read the whole thing, because it
- 7:42Speaker 3: is truly heartbreaking when you read all of it to
- 7:45Speaker 3: finally hear what she has to say about it. So
- 7:47Speaker 3: hopefully it gets figured out and everybody ends on a
- 7:49Speaker 3: happy note. National Public Libraries Flagship Library is going to
- 7:53Speaker 3: be closed Monday through October, so they're doing preventative maintenance
- 7:59Speaker 3: right now. The main line library is going to be temporary,
- 8:01Speaker 3: temporarily closed to work on things like their AC units
- 8:05Speaker 3: and stuff like that. Obviously keeping everything cool, not just
- 8:08Speaker 3: for the people that are growing to be there, but
- 8:09Speaker 3: also for the books. Yes, to make sure that they
- 8:11Speaker 3: stay intact is very important. And they don't have an
- 8:15Speaker 3: actual date yet of when they will be back up
- 8:17Speaker 3: and running, so you can check their progress on their website.
- 8:20Speaker 3: And during this closure you can go to twenty other branches,
- 8:23Speaker 3: but of note, the Pruit branch is also closed for
- 8:25Speaker 3: maintenance until the fall. So those are the two ones.
- 8:28Speaker 3: The main library and Pruit branch both closed through the
- 8:30Speaker 3: fall for maintenance issues. But like I said, the website
- 8:33Speaker 3: has a list of other places that you can go to.
- 8:35Speaker 3: And these are the top dog breeds of twenty twenty four.
- 8:38Speaker 3: For the seventh consecutive year, the Labrador Retriever is the
- 8:41Speaker 3: number one for the largest dog breeds across the board.
- 8:45Speaker 3: It's for small dogs. It's the miniature poodle. Yes, they
- 8:49Speaker 3: also broke it down by state, so in Tennessee specifically,
- 8:52Speaker 3: the most popular dog breed is also the Labrador Retriever. Okay,
- 8:56Speaker 3: amrick Sanchez And those are the three things you need
- 8:57Speaker 3: to know.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Thank you so much. Ricky.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Back into the music with chap bullone right after good
- 9:02Speaker 2: Luck Babe, Zack's Facts. Everybody loves Zack's facts. We're all
- 9:05Speaker 2: gonna learn something together.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Next one of seven five the.
- 9:08Speaker 1: River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 9:12Speaker 4: On one o seven five the River, Zach hit us
- 9:15Speaker 4: with a fact.
- 9:15Speaker 3: It's Zack's fax. On one of seven five the River.
- 9:17Speaker 5: This is probably one of my favorite facts of all time.
- 9:20Speaker 5: But did you guys know that Dolly Parton She competed
- 9:24Speaker 5: in a Dolly Parton looked like contests and lost. Wait
- 9:27Speaker 5: what it was Back in twenty twenty three, she went
- 9:29Speaker 5: to a bar in La and she competed in a
- 9:31Speaker 5: dolly parton looked like contests just to seat and she
- 9:34Speaker 5: got beat by a drag queen.
- 9:35Speaker 4: And that is amazing.
- 9:36Speaker 2: You think people there knew it was her or like
- 9:39Speaker 2: she just kind of blended in with all the other dollies.
- 9:41Speaker 9: She just blended in.
- 9:42Speaker 5: She didn't tell anybody that it was her, And it
- 9:44Speaker 5: was based on the audience like applause, and she got
- 9:47Speaker 5: the least amount of applause.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Absolutely, I love that so much.
- 9:51Speaker 9: And that's your fact of the day because you know
- 9:52Speaker 9: she was.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Like, you look amazing.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on one five.
- 10:00Speaker 2: The river, Rickey Soundchez is having a crisis and she
- 10:03Speaker 2: needs your help.
- 10:04Speaker 4: It's one O seven to five the river.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Can anyone tell me what formal summer attire means for
- 10:09Speaker 3: a wedding?
- 10:10Speaker 4: Formal summer These invitations come for these weddings and.
- 10:14Speaker 3: They're so confusing. I don't understand what they're trying to.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Convey formal summer attires because like, I.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Know what black tie is, super fancy I know what
- 10:22Speaker 3: casual is the complete opposite of that. What the heck
- 10:25Speaker 3: is formal summer attire? Because when you think summer, think
- 10:28Speaker 3: flowy dresses. When you think formal, you think long dresses.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Is it a long float? I'm very confused.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Yeah, people need to put like a little like explanation
- 10:36Speaker 2: of what these things mean.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Blurb to it what it means.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 10:43Speaker 2: If maybe you know more about fashion than we do,
- 10:45Speaker 2: help me. If you're in the wedding industry, what was
- 10:48Speaker 2: it again? Say the words again, formal summer attire? Okay,
- 10:51Speaker 2: six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine seven. Somebody please,
- 10:54Speaker 2: because I got nothing to help.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 10:59Speaker 3: On the river Sarah in Nashville, can you explain to
- 11:03Speaker 3: me what formal summer attire means for a wedding.
- 11:08Speaker 6: It is kind of an odd description, but personally, if
- 11:10Speaker 6: I were to put it that way, I would imagine
- 11:13Speaker 6: like the you know that's like satin dresses and everyone's
- 11:16Speaker 6: wearing that are kind of feted as a top. Yeah,
- 11:19Speaker 6: at the legs. I would assume that would be something
- 11:21Speaker 6: like that, like a formal dress. But that's for summer.
- 11:25Speaker 6: Maybe some of the wedding's outside.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Okay, so something a little looser, a little more like
- 11:30Speaker 3: like not so form fitting and tight, but like looser,
- 11:33Speaker 3: so it kind of has the summer feel but still fancy.
- 11:36Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Sure, yeah, I have no business entering this conversation, but
- 11:41Speaker 2: I would think satin that sounds too heavy for summer
- 11:44Speaker 2: is satin?
- 11:44Speaker 4: Summary?
- 11:46Speaker 3: Satin is not great when it comes to sweat. I
- 11:49Speaker 3: will say that, but it is like the hot ticket
- 11:52Speaker 3: item right now. Sarah's not wrong, It's like what's in
- 11:54Speaker 3: in this moment, everybody wants to wear satin?
- 11:56Speaker 6: Yeah, or like maybe I mean, silk is similar, and
- 11:59Speaker 6: I feel like it'd be a lot cooler.
- 12:01Speaker 3: True, Okay, it's silk silk.
- 12:04Speaker 4: Oh, yes, I've heard of silk.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Have you, Kevin, you don't seem very convinced, Sarah, thank
- 12:10Speaker 3: you so much, because I think I'm slowly getting a
- 12:12Speaker 3: vibe here.
- 12:12Speaker 6: Okay, cool. Yeah, I mean I would say it's just
- 12:15Speaker 6: kind of like the fashion and everyone's like going out
- 12:17Speaker 6: on a state nights, you know.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Okay, yes, I like it. I like it.
- 12:21Speaker 2: I think people just need to put more than just
- 12:23Speaker 2: like the little you know, the three word explanation of.
- 12:25Speaker 4: What to wear, because then they're just going the you know,
- 12:27Speaker 4: the bride and groom. They're just gonna get texts and
- 12:29Speaker 4: people calling him saying like, what does this mean? What
- 12:31Speaker 4: are you saying up front?
- 12:34Speaker 6: Please?
- 12:36Speaker 1: Yes?
- 12:36Speaker 3: Oh, images would be so smart.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Yeah, Sarah, thank you, you're smart.
- 12:43Speaker 8: You too.
- 12:44Speaker 4: We'll get one more opinion here on this, Heidi in Nashville.
- 12:47Speaker 4: What do you think Ricky should.
- 12:48Speaker 6: Do for a man?
- 12:50Speaker 7: It would be He's like, they don't want to be
- 12:53Speaker 7: wearing a dark color like a regular formal attire. That's
- 12:56Speaker 7: probably why they summer.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Attired, Okay, where.
- 13:00Speaker 7: Lighter like summary looking colors, but they still want you
- 13:04Speaker 7: to be very upscale and dressy.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Oh and I see here you're stylist, Heidi.
- 13:10Speaker 7: Yes, I do custom mens okay, so.
- 13:12Speaker 3: You know what you're talking about. This is going to
- 13:13Speaker 3: be so helpful for my fiance because he was panicking
- 13:17Speaker 3: last night literally in his closet, like, I don't know
- 13:20Speaker 3: what this means, what am I supposed to do looking
- 13:22Speaker 3: at the things he has, and he's like and many
- 13:24Speaker 3: worries that he's going to be underdressed, which nobody wants
- 13:27Speaker 3: to be underdressed for a wedding. So this makes a
- 13:29Speaker 3: lot of sense.
- 13:31Speaker 7: So he would be like in like a linen like
- 13:33Speaker 7: khaki colored suit, okay, lighter colored suits, and then he
- 13:38Speaker 7: would be in like a longer or a midi dress.
- 13:42Speaker 7: That's like I said, a summary color or a plural
- 13:44Speaker 7: or something like that.
- 13:45Speaker 3: I think I can work with this.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Helpful, very helpful. Thank you, Heidi. We appreciate your expert opinion.
- 13:50Speaker 7: You're welcome, Have a great day, eat love.
- 13:53Speaker 2: We shouldn't say the wedding's tomorrow, I mean, do you
- 13:55Speaker 2: feel ready?
- 13:56Speaker 3: I kind of do. I think I have the perfect
- 13:58Speaker 3: dress in mind in my closet. Actually, after talking it through,
- 14:01Speaker 3: I think I'm set.
- 14:02Speaker 4: Well, thank you guys for the calls that that was
- 14:04Speaker 4: very helpful. You give you so much better. You'll help
- 14:06Speaker 4: AJ two. We're all good here.
- 14:07Speaker 3: That one i'm a little worried about. I'm set. I
- 14:10Speaker 3: going up in a way.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 14:14Speaker 2: On the river, Billie Eilish, it's one o seven to

- 17:07Speaker 3: Arrests have been made in the Matthew Perry case dealing
- 17:10Speaker 3: with his passing that happened back in October. Five people
- 17:13Speaker 3: have been arrested and charged in connection to his passing,
- 17:15Speaker 3: including his personal assistant and two doctors. Hopefully this leads
- 17:20Speaker 3: to justice for Matthew Perry and all of his loved ones.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Through all of this, obviously, details are so unfolding. We
- 17:27Speaker 3: are getting a very, very famous sandwich shop here in Nashville.
- 17:31Speaker 3: I am so excited about this. I'm gonna try not
- 17:34Speaker 3: to butcher this name all in Tico Viano.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Sounded good to me.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Okay, great, They're going to open in the South Gulches
- 17:40Speaker 3: Prima Tower. It's one of the most famous shops in
- 17:43Speaker 3: Italy and possibly like the entire world, so the fact
- 17:46Speaker 3: that they're coming here is huge. They've been expanding as
- 17:49Speaker 3: of recently to places like New York, City, Los Angeles,
- 17:52Speaker 3: Las Vegas, and we don't have a specific date when
- 17:54Speaker 3: they're going to open here just yet, but I can
- 17:57Speaker 3: tell you if you see the videos and pictures of
- 17:59Speaker 3: these sandwiches.
- 18:00Speaker 4: We were just watching videos and oh boy.
- 18:02Speaker 3: My mouth is watering.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:03Speaker 3: The fact that I can even still speak without like
- 18:06Speaker 3: it's crazy. I'm gonna post a video on one oh
- 18:08Speaker 3: seven five the River's Instagram account in the stories so
- 18:11Speaker 3: you can see what I'm talking about. You want to
- 18:13Speaker 3: keep an eye on when this is opening, and I
- 18:15Speaker 3: will keep you updated obviously of when it's opening, because
- 18:17Speaker 3: I'll be in line waiting for that.
- 18:20Speaker 4: And there will be a line. There will be a line.
- 18:22Speaker 3: There's absolutely going to be a Ligne. Dolly Parton has
- 18:25Speaker 3: announced her Dolly Beauty makeup line. So she announced on
- 18:28Speaker 3: her Instagram that she's launching her own cosmetics brand. It's
- 18:31Speaker 3: called Dolly Beauty and they're gonna start off with a
- 18:34Speaker 3: line of lipsticks. So the collection is called Heaven's Kiss
- 18:37Speaker 3: and it has four different shades that are named after
- 18:40Speaker 3: her famous songs. So there will be a Joline Red,
- 18:44Speaker 3: which totally makes sense. The lipsticks go for twenty dollars each.
- 18:47Speaker 3: They're gonna be available August twenty second, and eventually she
- 18:49Speaker 3: plans to expand the brand to include eyeshadow and complexion
- 18:53Speaker 3: products and all sorts of stuff, which totally just makes
- 18:56Speaker 3: sense for Dolly, like she's known for her glam.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Hasn't done this all right?
- 19:01Speaker 3: Right, Like why is it taking?
- 19:02Speaker 4: This makes sense?
- 19:03Speaker 3: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 19:05Speaker 3: need to know.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky getting back into the music with Sabrina
- 19:08Speaker 2: Carpenter and a little over an hour, we're gonna call
- 19:10Speaker 2: somebody it might be you and hopefully give away some
- 19:13Speaker 2: Sabrina Carpenter tickets. Make sure you're signed up on our
- 19:15Speaker 2: website one o seven five The River dot com and
- 19:17Speaker 2: read all the instructions on what you gotta do.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Ye Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Daily Devil tap on one oh seven five of the
- 19:28Speaker 3: River is uh back to school vibes but with a
- 19:31Speaker 3: little tinge of like emotion because it's first day of
- 19:35Speaker 3: high school vibes.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Yeah, this video, Ricky, to show me the video. It's
- 19:38Speaker 2: very wholesome, that's the.
- 19:39Speaker 4: Word I'll use.
- 19:40Speaker 3: Sweets And that's twenty seven million views right now, and
- 19:43Speaker 3: it's not gonna sound like a lot, but it's adorable.
- 19:46Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm gonna cry.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Cry. I'm gonna cry. I remember retire supporting few.
- 19:53Speaker 4: Sides that, Okay, that's pretty high. You'll make it all right, Seeya,
- 19:57Speaker 4: we love you. Cry cry?
- 20:05Speaker 1: Is that.
- 20:07Speaker 2: So the student is riding away on a bike and
- 20:10Speaker 2: the parents his students crying very and then the conversation
- 20:14Speaker 2: around the bike tires.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Oh yeah, because it's like first day of high school.
- 20:17Speaker 3: Everyone's like, oh, I'm emotional. And then he looks back
- 20:20Speaker 3: and he's like, oh, Dan, I pumped up my tires
- 20:22Speaker 3: to like forty PSI. So it's like you're still a kid,
- 20:24Speaker 3: you know, like you're still got that kid vibe no
- 20:27Speaker 3: matter what.
- 20:27Speaker 4: It's very cute.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I'm gonna post it at one of seven five of
- 20:30Speaker 3: The River's Instagram page and the stories. It is adorable and,
- 20:32Speaker 3: like I said, twenty seven million views.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Ricky Zach and Manno in the Morning on the River posts.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Malone and Morgan Wallen had some help on one oh
- 20:43Speaker 3: seven five The River. His full albums finally out. Yes,
- 20:45Speaker 3: Today's Day, so many collabs on that one. It's so good.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Take a listen. Kevin Struggling though we need to help Kevin.
- 20:52Speaker 2: You guys are honestly making me feel so much worse
- 20:54Speaker 2: about it. I didn't know that anybody even noticed my
- 20:56Speaker 2: thumbs up habit. But you guys are really making it
- 20:59Speaker 2: sound like you've been very aware.
- 21:01Speaker 9: So who called you out?
- 21:02Speaker 8: Like?
- 21:02Speaker 4: No but insecure about it? Me? I just noticed. It's
- 21:05Speaker 4: like getting worse.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I just am constantly giving thumbs up to everybody all
- 21:08Speaker 2: the time.
- 21:09Speaker 4: I don't know why, and I want to stop.
- 21:10Speaker 3: It's such a dad vibe. It is. So you're trying
- 21:12Speaker 3: to break a bad habit is where we're at right now.
- 21:15Speaker 4: So its a really good idea. First, Oh, you have
- 21:17Speaker 4: a good idea.
- 21:18Speaker 9: We should duck tap his thumbs down.
- 21:20Speaker 3: That is not on this list of to help breaking
- 21:23Speaker 3: a bad habit.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Bad idea. I don't mind try it. I'll try anything.
- 21:26Speaker 3: How you didn't do anything, I mean, just like just.
- 21:30Speaker 4: Four fingers are still free.
- 21:31Speaker 3: More logical ways to break a bad habit. You identify
- 21:35Speaker 3: your triggers, which seem to be everything.
- 21:38Speaker 4: Being alive.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Seems to be everything. Analyze the habit, so consider when, where,
- 21:45Speaker 3: and why you often engage in that habit, which again
- 21:48Speaker 3: is just life. Be mindful what you are. You're realizing
- 21:51Speaker 3: that you're doing it.
- 21:52Speaker 4: So that's a good step in the direction.
- 21:53Speaker 5: You always say the first step to recovery is admitting
- 21:56Speaker 5: you have a problem.
- 21:57Speaker 3: You should reward yourself when you don't thumbs up.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Oh yes, okay, what's an example of a roll.
- 22:04Speaker 9: It's going to be walking around patting himself on the back.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Just another gesture. No, So when you want a thumbs
- 22:11Speaker 3: up and you don't give.
- 22:12Speaker 4: Yourself a little treats, we'll treat.
- 22:14Speaker 3: You deserve a little treats every time.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Walk around with a pocketful of skittles or something.
- 22:17Speaker 3: There you go, there you go. Be kind to yourself
- 22:20Speaker 3: is another way to help break a habit.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Well, that's just good advice.
- 22:23Speaker 3: So just be nice, give yourself grace because okay. And
- 22:28Speaker 3: change your environment is another one, which.
- 22:30Speaker 4: It looks like you gotta quit. It's everywhere I go.
- 22:33Speaker 4: I can't. That's not that's off the table.
- 22:36Speaker 3: A few ways to help break a habit.
- 22:37Speaker 2: I've had TV jobs over the years, and I cannot
- 22:40Speaker 2: tell you, guys how many meetings I've had about my
- 22:42Speaker 2: body language, and like I just I cannot stop using
- 22:45Speaker 2: my hands when I talk.
- 22:46Speaker 4: And it's an.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Issue literally using his hands right now.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I don't know how to stop, but I will take
- 22:51Speaker 2: your list there under advisement and I'll try.
- 22:53Speaker 9: I think the best one is duct tape.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I really think as long as your reward yourself, you
- 22:58Speaker 3: train your brain.
- 22:59Speaker 4: Okay, all right, I'm gonna try it. I'm bringing in
- 23:01Speaker 4: little treats for myself from.
- 23:02Speaker 5: Now to call you out every time you do it.
- 23:05Speaker 5: That would help, Okay, keep you accountable.
- 23:07Speaker 3: He's saying that now, but he's gonna get so sad
- 23:09Speaker 3: every time.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

- 24:08Speaker 2: We're gonna do this again next week, and your name
- 24:10Speaker 2: is going back into the running.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Okay, okay, so there's still hope for you, Tamika.
- 24:14Speaker 3: I promise, and now you know what to do next time.
- 24:16Speaker 3: So what do you do next time? If we do
- 24:18Speaker 3: call you?
