- 1:22Speaker 3: had a child.
- 1:22Speaker 5: I didn't even know she was pregnant.
- 1:25Speaker 2: It was on the Hey you hit it, well baby,
- 1:28Speaker 2: nice work snapped right back.
- 1:30Speaker 3: I know. Well, little Kane was born with a broken leg.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Oh no, blind.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Suckers twisted. She got some glasses on that, No big deal.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Good morning everybody. We are live right here for the
- 1:44Speaker 2: Raising Canes Studio. And guess what we all walked walked
- 1:50Speaker 2: in today? We all walked in as Elsie Tigers and
- 1:54Speaker 2: winners on the hardwood.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Did they win?
- 1:58Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:58Speaker 2: They did six points, one hundred and six points. Ever
- 2:01Speaker 2: heard of triple digit's? Maybe normally take the game.
- 2:07Speaker 5: Basketball.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I know, I gotta stop watching baseball and I gotta
- 2:11Speaker 2: keep watching.
- 2:12Speaker 5: The last three games of this season.
- 2:15Speaker 4: You know, you watch the SEC tournament, but they weren't.
- 2:17Speaker 4: They were on the table win the tournament during the
- 2:19Speaker 4: big dams they're in. So we need you. Stranger things
- 2:23Speaker 4: that happened in the sport. LSU men's basketball whips.
- 2:28Speaker 5: Oh miss the old butt whip.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Old butt whip came a whole can that's right right there, Oxford, Mississippi.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Sorry, we're just taking everything from me this year.
- 2:39Speaker 5: Sorry about it?
- 2:39Speaker 3: About it on that game.
- 2:41Speaker 4: What I saw was in Oxford, I was like, you
- 2:43Speaker 4: have to win this game, like can Elo Shoe just
- 2:45Speaker 4: claim steak that we also own Oxford, Mississippi.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Can that's like the second home. Yeah it doesn't matter.
- 2:52Speaker 3: Still their coach Las Shoes come back on the women's
- 2:56Speaker 3: that was in Oxford. No big deal.
- 2:58Speaker 4: You snagged Lane Kiffin. Yeah, this win, Like what do
- 3:01Speaker 4: they have anymore? They're basically the Canada of the SEC. Now,
- 3:05Speaker 4: are you actually good at? I love that comparison so much.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Old miss Is LSU's Canada.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Because you thought, likely, surely we could beat these guys
- 3:19Speaker 3: in men's basketball. They're not good at.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Nope. Oh man, oh man, I love this so much
- 3:26Speaker 2: and everything they are.
- 3:27Speaker 5: LSU's Mike's heart later, Oh.
- 3:30Speaker 2: God, I think I think Jake's gonna love that comparison.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Let's print the shirts. Oh missus LSU's Canada.
- 3:37Speaker 5: That's a good shirt.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I do like that. LSU men's basketball defeats o miss
- 3:43Speaker 2: one six to ninety nine. They didn't even get the
- 3:45Speaker 2: triple diggis.
- 3:47Speaker 5: Oh my god.
- 3:48Speaker 6: Hunt is going to talk about so much basketball on
- 3:50Speaker 6: his show today.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Hell yeah, sometime we've been waiting. Guess what. I watched
- 3:55Speaker 2: my first dribble last night. So you what you're saying
- 3:59Speaker 2: is your one and I'm want to know, Matt, you
- 4:01Speaker 2: gotta lock into the SEC tournament. That's all right, chance
- 4:04Speaker 2: LSU can I tell everybody, just like I said yesterday,
- 4:08Speaker 2: that McNeice is the best baseball team I've seen play
- 4:10Speaker 2: this year. LSU is the best basketball team I've seen
- 4:14Speaker 2: play NBA and college. Best basketball team I've watched play basketball.
- 4:19Speaker 2: That's just the potential. It sounds like it's there. Hey,
- 4:22Speaker 2: the pencil potential is there. I don't know what everybody's
- 4:24Speaker 2: talking about. I will I come into this game. I
- 4:27Speaker 2: stroll into it last night last and I had already
- 4:31Speaker 2: kind of watched her show. It was time for me
- 4:35Speaker 2: to kind of put on the TV with what I wanted.
- 4:37Speaker 2: As I try to doze off to sleep, turn it
- 4:41Speaker 2: on ls She's down by seven.
- 4:43Speaker 5: I would have fell asleep before the game was over.
- 4:45Speaker 4: So they were down when you turn, they were down
- 4:48Speaker 4: by save bags. They come back force overtime like some champions.
- 4:56Speaker 5: He said, sorry, can't talk.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Sorry, Yeah, somebody texted me sometimes I can't talk watching
- 5:02Speaker 2: LSGU basketball right now. Elsie's got This guy's name is
- 5:06Speaker 2: Max McKinnon. Yeah, he's good, really good.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Thirty four points.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Last night, eleven their only piece.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Eleven for twenty four field goals, four to six from
- 5:15Speaker 2: three point. We knocked out three eleven three pointers? Are
- 5:19Speaker 2: we a three point shooting team?
- 5:20Speaker 3: So that's the thing.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Like, if you watch LOSHU basketball, that's kind of what
- 5:24Speaker 4: McKinnon's had to do, especially with DJ Thomas ol Jalen Riedel,
- 5:28Speaker 4: Like that's something been kept in games was Max McKinnon bros.
- 5:32Speaker 4: People outside of him who did not shoot the three.
- 5:34Speaker 4: The fact that he makes four but you make eleven
- 5:36Speaker 4: as a team, Like, yeah.
- 5:37Speaker 3: That's huge.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Let's just do that every game if you could. Yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 2: so what ole miss? Okay, so they've won or they've
- 5:43Speaker 2: lost ten straight? Yeah so what so what it's gotting
- 5:47Speaker 2: a good conference?
- 5:48Speaker 5: Seventeen?
- 5:49Speaker 2: Well so what doesn't matter? Sorry, Canada. Anyway, I was excited.
- 5:58Speaker 2: I watched it. I was into it. I was fired up.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Fist pumping in bed. It's great.
- 6:05Speaker 5: Just laying down. That's so funny. Well, good for.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Them, ye, anyway, there, I just wanted to start that off.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I think they deserved it. They deserved to be the
- 6:16Speaker 2: lead for us this morning. Yeah, it makes probably the
- 6:18Speaker 2: feel like I'm sure they're all listening right now.
- 6:21Speaker 5: Max, that's probably super hype that you're talking about.
- 6:23Speaker 2: No doubt, no doubt, he deserves some flowers. Thirty four points.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I feel like that's a lot in college basketball game, That's.
- 6:30Speaker 3: A lot in any basketball game.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Sure, they played for four quarters and two overtimes. What
- 6:38Speaker 2: how are y'all doing. Let's get a little vibe check
- 6:40Speaker 2: around the room. What's going on? Good Morning's Thursday. We're
- 6:43Speaker 2: on the back half of the week.
- 6:45Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm excited because I come to work tomorrow and
- 6:49Speaker 6: then Saturday I leave to New York. But yes, so
- 6:53Speaker 6: yesterday I get a little sad with straight animals, right,
- 6:58Speaker 6: So I like, I still get I'm still thinking about
- 7:00Speaker 6: this commercial.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Yeah, but I think he's.
- 7:03Speaker 6: Fine because he was a little chunky. I went on
- 7:06Speaker 6: a walk yesterday and I was coming back and there's
- 7:10Speaker 6: a cat. Mind you, I'm not a cat person, like
- 7:14Speaker 6: I am not I'm allergic.
- 7:16Speaker 5: I wouldn't say allergic.
- 7:17Speaker 6: They make me kind of like itchy, but I think
- 7:19Speaker 6: it's because they gross me out, Like I don't think it's.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Like a so you get itchy because of the he
- 7:24Speaker 2: b G b's like a medical allergy.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Cats give her the.
- 7:28Speaker 5: Ache, they give me the egg. And I'm just like but.
- 7:33Speaker 6: Yeah, he rubbed up on my legs and I was
- 7:37Speaker 6: like gross. But then he started meowing and then he
- 7:44Speaker 6: like laid on his back for me to I guess,
- 7:48Speaker 6: to rub his belly.
- 7:50Speaker 5: I don't know if cats do that, but you know
- 7:51Speaker 5: how dogs like.
- 7:53Speaker 3: To rub his belly, not to kick him, right.
- 7:55Speaker 6: So I was like, oh, you're kind of cute, but
- 7:59Speaker 6: also you're gross me out. So I gave him just
- 8:01Speaker 6: like a little I gave him a little pet because
- 8:05Speaker 6: I felt bad. And then he liked me out again,
- 8:08Speaker 6: and I was like oh. And then I started walking
- 8:10Speaker 6: back to my house. He started following me to my house,
- 8:14Speaker 6: and I was like, you want to come in my
- 8:16Speaker 6: house with me, don't you?
- 8:18Speaker 5: And he was meowing. But I had to, like own
- 8:21Speaker 5: a cat.
- 8:24Speaker 6: I've been thinking about him since last night because I
- 8:26Speaker 6: just felt so bad. And then I looked out my
- 8:28Speaker 6: window and he was still out there. But I'm not
- 8:32Speaker 6: gonna have a gross, stray cat in my house.
- 8:34Speaker 2: You started this story by saying I think he's okay,
- 8:37Speaker 2: because he.
- 8:38Speaker 6: Was yeah, yeah, so he's not starving.
- 8:42Speaker 5: I don't think so.
- 8:43Speaker 6: I don't think I left like a starving cat.
- 8:46Speaker 3: He got he got chunky, and I think.
- 8:48Speaker 5: I've seen him around.
- 8:50Speaker 6: I think he's like a neighborhood cat that everybody feeds.
- 8:54Speaker 3: But what's name.
- 8:56Speaker 5: I didn't give him a name.
- 8:57Speaker 6: He was You're going to own that cat if he
- 9:00Speaker 6: comes back around. I can see myself like definitely taking
- 9:04Speaker 6: him to get clean somewhere.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Just despite the itches.
- 9:07Speaker 5: He's gross but also really cute.
- 9:09Speaker 6: He's gross, but well, yeah, because you're gross, because you're
- 9:12Speaker 6: outside and you're a straight cat, that's subjectively gross. I'm
- 9:17Speaker 6: not going to bring that into a house where I live.
- 9:21Speaker 6: But maybe if I clean him up, I.
- 9:24Speaker 5: Can get over it.
- 9:25Speaker 3: She can fix him, I can fix him.
- 9:27Speaker 5: That's that is literally me in one sentence. Look, he's chunky.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Oh that cat's fine.
- 9:37Speaker 5: He's fine.
- 9:38Speaker 3: It looks like it ate another cat, buddy.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Okay, so you hate cats, you think they're gross, but
- 9:45Speaker 2: this one's cute and he was laying on his back.
- 9:47Speaker 3: He's kind of cute enough to take a picture of it.
- 9:50Speaker 6: Yeah, because I had a soft spot for him, because
- 9:52Speaker 6: he obviously liked me.
- 9:54Speaker 3: You couldn't.
- 9:54Speaker 4: You couldn't see that. That's actually her screen savers. It's
- 9:58Speaker 4: getting pretty serious. It's two days away from me a face.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:02Speaker 6: I just have a soft spot for animals that are
- 10:06Speaker 6: out on the streets because I feel bad for them.
- 10:08Speaker 5: If I see a dog, I like leave.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Water out for it. M So, how much food you
- 10:14Speaker 3: leave out for the cat?
- 10:15Speaker 5: I didn't leave any food out there.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Get a little. I don't want him to just shake it.
- 10:20Speaker 3: She'll come right back. Yep.
- 10:21Speaker 4: M uh with cat next door. It clearly belongs to
- 10:25Speaker 4: our neighbors. But my dog has decided that that cat
- 10:29Speaker 4: is his enemy. I can't stand it, hates it, and uh,
- 10:33Speaker 4: I love this cat now because of the same thing.
- 10:36Speaker 4: It came up to me, you know, up against the leg.
- 10:38Speaker 4: So I'm pettent in the driveway the other day.
- 10:40Speaker 3: I look up.
- 10:41Speaker 4: My dog is glaring at me through the windows, sob
- 10:46Speaker 4: how could you do this to me? And he's just
- 10:48Speaker 4: it's it's a it's not a good scene. It's put
- 10:51Speaker 4: some tension on our relationship.
- 10:52Speaker 3: But it's a great cat. So so is it. It's
- 10:55Speaker 3: around every day? Yeah, yeah, like it. I mean it
- 10:57Speaker 3: lives at our neighbor. It's their cat.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Okay, got it. We have a We have an outdoor cat.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I've had an outdoor cat for not the same one,
- 11:06Speaker 2: but for over ten years now. Ever since we moved
- 11:10Speaker 2: to Saint Francisville and then I got an outdoor cat.
- 11:13Speaker 2: We moved back to Baton Rouge. They are the best
- 11:16Speaker 2: thing in the entire world. Do anything like So before
- 11:21Speaker 2: we moved to Baton Rouge, before we get like, we
- 11:23Speaker 2: had like snakes around a property, we had mice in
- 11:26Speaker 2: our house since we got that cat.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 11:29Speaker 5: Absolutely, do you have a cat? Yeah, I didn't even
- 11:32Speaker 5: see it.
- 11:35Speaker 3: The cat was outside sometimes sometimes in the woods.
- 11:38Speaker 5: Oh, he's just like chills out there.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, she'll she'll come in, she'll come in.
- 11:44Speaker 2: She she wants to come in a lot. But we
- 11:45Speaker 2: feed her a little bit outside, don't feed her too much.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Got a hunt, yeah, so I think they call those
- 11:50Speaker 2: types mousers. Oh, she's self shell with those she so
- 11:56Speaker 2: my dogs steal. He's like one hundred and twenty pounds
- 11:59Speaker 2: and he chases her all the time.
- 12:01Speaker 3: But she just stands aground and just face right in
- 12:04Speaker 3: the face.
- 12:05Speaker 5: I respect that.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Hope she doesn't do that to codies.
- 12:09Speaker 6: Maybe she does, you don't know. Yeah, obviously she's holding
- 12:12Speaker 6: her own.
- 12:12Speaker 3: She hold her own.
- 12:14Speaker 5: So I should keep that cat then around.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Yeah for sure, why not?
- 12:19Speaker 6: And just don't bring him inside a little bit him.
- 12:23Speaker 5: Girl, I don't know.
- 12:25Speaker 2: And you don't have to be it's just because you
- 12:27Speaker 2: have a cat doesn't mean you have to be a
- 12:29Speaker 2: crazy cat person, a crazy cat lady.
- 12:32Speaker 5: Yeah, I would never be that. I don't know what
- 12:36Speaker 5: it is.
- 12:37Speaker 2: They say that people that have cats are more intelligent.
- 12:41Speaker 2: I don't think that's true.
- 12:41Speaker 4: I think cats are significantly smarter than all cats are.
- 12:46Speaker 3: But they say the people are the people that own cats. No,
- 12:49Speaker 3: I know, yeah, that's true.
- 12:51Speaker 2: That is not true at all. Dogs are objectively the best.
- 12:57Speaker 2: But I got a little the cat respect cats.
- 13:01Speaker 3: You don't truly own a cat.
- 13:02Speaker 4: They kind of just hang out with you and then
- 13:05Speaker 4: when they feel like leaving their liquor, I'll see they
- 13:06Speaker 4: tolerate you right, like you don't own a cat. Like
- 13:09Speaker 4: people are like, oh, dogs are smart enough to do tricks.
- 13:12Speaker 3: No, no, no, no. Cats are smart enough to realize they
- 13:14Speaker 3: don't have to do tricks.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Mmm.
- 13:16Speaker 3: I like that. I like that. Spin anyway, leave some
- 13:20Speaker 3: food out.
- 13:20Speaker 5: I wonder I might keep the pest away, even.
- 13:25Speaker 3: If it's like just lizards. Yeah, press office, I'll get
- 13:28Speaker 3: those two. Oh they get they get everything, dude.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Yeah, they get birds. You know, sometimes you don't want
- 13:34Speaker 2: to get birds, but they get.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Them, just as long as it doesn't bring it to me.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:40Speaker 2: I did hear that regular, like what would you call
- 13:43Speaker 2: just a regular? Like a tabby cat, a faro cat.
- 13:47Speaker 2: I did read a stat one time.
- 13:48Speaker 5: That the ones are the wild ones, the fair.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Ones are the wild ones. But like the type of
- 13:53Speaker 3: you know.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Well, the tabby's the normal and the gray and white. Yeah,
- 13:56Speaker 2: the normal type of cat you'd see just roam in
- 13:58Speaker 2: the street. Yeah, great cat, orange cat, ye, whatever it is,
- 14:02Speaker 2: black cat maybe whatever. I did read a stat where
- 14:05Speaker 2: those types of cats are the most murderous animal on
- 14:09Speaker 2: planet Earth. And they murder for like no read they
- 14:12Speaker 2: won't even eat it. Like like a stray cat will
- 14:15Speaker 2: kill something like fifteen or twenty living things per day
- 14:20Speaker 2: and they don't even eat them. Want to do it
- 14:23Speaker 2: for sport. Yeah, murderous creature on this planet.
- 14:27Speaker 5: We had a kid, Patrick Bateman of cats.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty much in the animal kingdom.
- 14:33Speaker 4: This was this was our cat. This was even a
- 14:35Speaker 4: stray cat growing up. I got on our front yard
- 14:38Speaker 4: and cat's playing with something. I'm like, what are you doing? Man,
- 14:41Speaker 4: walk up to it. It is like mangoled a squirrel.
- 14:44Speaker 4: This squirrel is about thirty living at this point. Cat's
- 14:49Speaker 4: just looking at I had had to like pull the
- 14:51Speaker 4: cat put it inside. I had to I had to
- 14:52Speaker 4: shoot the squirrel. I'm like, dude, you're not just going
- 14:54Speaker 4: to throw the squirrel up in the air. And he
- 14:56Speaker 4: was just playing with that, and I was like very much,
- 15:01Speaker 4: so we had to take care of that. I'm like, yeah, like, what.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Are you doing. Yeah, I had no intention of eating it.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Last year, I was walking out to take this is
- 15:08Speaker 2: before I started the show, so I always do drop
- 15:10Speaker 2: off in the morning for the kids taking him to school.
- 15:12Speaker 3: We were walking out, you know.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Everybody had everybody had the book Sex, and everybody's like,
- 15:17Speaker 2: you know, in my mind, skipping out and frolicking and
- 15:20Speaker 2: singing songs. And the cat had left the present for
- 15:24Speaker 2: us right outside of the door, towards going towards the carpoard.
- 15:29Speaker 2: And it wasn't the body, it wasn't the head. It
- 15:33Speaker 2: was the face that had been peeled off of a
- 15:36Speaker 2: buddy rabbit with his ears.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Oh my god, I'm sorry.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Where was this sitting on the walkway on the outside
- 15:44Speaker 2: between like our our side door that goes out to
- 15:48Speaker 2: our car, like the carpoard and the cars, like just
- 15:50Speaker 2: sitting there looking straight at up at the door. It's
- 15:52Speaker 2: like it was the little ears were flopping. It was
- 15:54Speaker 2: set there like this trophy. Hey, this is my trophy.
- 15:57Speaker 2: This is a here's a gift or the family.
- 16:02Speaker 5: The kids are screaming.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it wasn't a great situation. Omy. She was four
- 16:08Speaker 3: big Bunny fan.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Oh my god.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Obviously she.
- 16:12Speaker 5: Liked the halftime show.
- 16:15Speaker 2: I don't think she did unless she gave it a
- 16:18Speaker 2: real chance though. Yeah, all right, Well.
- 16:23Speaker 6: She had her dad getting in her head. Really, she
- 16:27Speaker 6: was not unbiased heading into it.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Really good opening segment there, guys, Wander, Congratulations on your
- 16:34Speaker 2: new pet.
- 16:36Speaker 3: It's awesome.
- 16:38Speaker 6: I'm going to New York this weekend. I can't have
- 16:40Speaker 6: pat That's what I just said before.
- 16:42Speaker 5: I keep.
- 16:44Speaker 3: About the Bunny face. Ah wow, Monday.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Yeah, so the Trifi or the whole Foxhill is still
- 16:58Speaker 2: not going to be all the other It's been a while,

- 17:45Speaker 2: It because they're kind of a nuisance. Right Yeah, same

- 17:52Speaker 4: Everybody knows that everybody damn lionfishes.

- 20:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Was it Tuesday where the government exit, Yes.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Was.
- 20:40Speaker 5: Wrecked into the like the trees over there.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:43Speaker 4: Yeah, when that happens, I just randomly go off the
- 20:46Speaker 4: road and the trees. Okay, that happens to me twice
- 20:48Speaker 4: a week.
- 20:51Speaker 3: You know, should make fun of car accidents.
- 20:54Speaker 4: No, I'm not just saying, but no, they would even
- 20:58Speaker 4: let you get off the truck.
- 21:00Speaker 5: I saw. It was like all up in the exit,
- 21:03Speaker 5: like there's literally no.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Way to go. Yeah. I had a good gallavant through
- 21:06Speaker 3: downtown in the dark.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Ooh, that's what I did. I drove pass downtown exit,
- 21:12Speaker 4: came back up. Also, people were just people just dumb
- 21:17Speaker 4: that morning. I don't think I went faster than sixty
- 21:21Speaker 4: five on the interstate that morning.
- 21:24Speaker 3: No, no, no reason. Just a lot of people just
- 21:28Speaker 3: I mean they're.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Really at any time in the morning, even when we
- 21:32Speaker 2: come in, there's still Like I left my house at
- 21:34Speaker 2: five fifty this morning, there was.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Still a pretty decent amount of people headed headed west.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Oh. No, there's there's a good bit. There's a lot something.
- 21:43Speaker 2: There's really I mean, there's really no advantage to going
- 21:47Speaker 2: above sixty five when there's that much traffic, like you
- 21:49Speaker 2: can go fast and kind.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Of weave a little bit, but then you're gonna sixty
- 21:53Speaker 3: sixty five was the passing and speed that morning. Matt
- 21:56Speaker 3: got it. People just not in a hurry, Skinny on
- 22:00Speaker 3: the right. Push it. You're ready to get the show started?

- 23:36Speaker 2: is no joke. I love it and you will too.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Go check them out, go flowivy dot com. All right, Taylor,
- 23:43Speaker 2: you sent over an article that I found intriguing. You
- 23:47Speaker 2: know a lot of people this is like the off
- 23:48Speaker 2: season for football is the season of lists and rankings
- 23:53Speaker 2: and you know, looking for things to talk about, looking
- 23:56Speaker 2: for things to write about. Joel Clatt releases his top
- 24:05Speaker 2: ten college football coaches in the country and I think
- 24:10Speaker 2: this is this a second list that came out this
- 24:12Speaker 2: week of like somebody's top ten college football coaches.
- 24:15Speaker 3: There's there's been more than the too.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Yeah, this is like this is the season for the rankings.
- 24:20Speaker 2: So you know what, why not why not dive into
- 24:23Speaker 2: a little bit? Why not talk about it? So he
- 24:26Speaker 2: Joel Clatt, I don't really do you follow jo Joe
- 24:29Speaker 2: Latt a lot?
- 24:30Speaker 4: Yeah, Joel calls a lot of games. I mean he's
- 24:32Speaker 4: he's he's been around for a long time.
- 24:36Speaker 2: He list his top ten and coming in at number ten,
- 24:43Speaker 2: it's former Ole Miss head coach, current LSU head coach
- 24:47Speaker 2: Lane Train Lane Kiffin.
- 24:50Speaker 3: So I wanted.
- 24:51Speaker 2: To bring this up because I wanted to throw it
- 24:53Speaker 2: to you and just ask your opinion. What do you
- 24:56Speaker 2: feel about the Lane Train sitting there at number ten?
- 25:00Speaker 3: I like it.
- 25:00Speaker 4: I mean Lane Lane has to be in the top ten.
- 25:03Speaker 4: I could argue Lane could be maybe a few spots
- 25:06Speaker 4: higher on this one.
- 25:07Speaker 2: I saw another list earlier this week that it was
- 25:08Speaker 2: like six something like that, six.
- 25:11Speaker 3: To ten, somewhere in that range.
- 25:12Speaker 4: You can't put him top five because he hasn't won
- 25:14Speaker 4: the big one yet, But I mean I'll be honest,
- 25:16Speaker 4: Lane did a lot better at Old Miss than I
- 25:19Speaker 4: thought he would, Like I did not.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Think anybody has ever done. Ole Miss is a place
- 25:23Speaker 3: that you can win a national championship.
- 25:25Speaker 4: Lane didn't either, And I mean he put a team
- 25:27Speaker 4: together that got damn closed. So you got to give
- 25:30Speaker 4: him credit for that. But I mean, look at the
- 25:32Speaker 4: guys on this list ahead of him, Mario Cristoball at nine.
- 25:35Speaker 4: People have a lot of different opinions of him. That
- 25:38Speaker 4: guy played for a national championship this year. That you
- 25:40Speaker 4: got to have him up there.
- 25:41Speaker 2: He played for a national championship in the year before
- 25:43Speaker 2: I had the number one draft pick overall. So despite
- 25:49Speaker 2: like he had one, he's had one gaff as a
- 25:51Speaker 2: head coach, right those blew a leadh at the end?
- 25:56Speaker 3: Bat was it two years ago, three years ago, something
- 25:58Speaker 3: like that? I can't remember what.
- 25:59Speaker 4: Now they have Kyle Whittingham ahead of Lane Kiffin. That
- 26:03Speaker 4: is all based on to me, what could Whittingham do
- 26:08Speaker 4: somewhere that's not Utah, And he's going to get that
- 26:10Speaker 4: opportunity to be in at Michigan. Like I like Whittingham.
- 26:13Speaker 4: I think he's a great football coach. Lane's done a
- 26:17Speaker 4: little bit more because I get it. Lane didn't coach
- 26:19Speaker 4: in the playoff. Lane brought that team to the College
- 26:21Speaker 4: Football Playoffs every win leading up to that game. Lane
- 26:25Speaker 4: Kiffin got them there in the regular season. Kyle Whittingham
- 26:28Speaker 4: didn't do that, but what he did at Utah, he
- 26:31Speaker 4: brought him to New Heights. Like I'm good with him
- 26:33Speaker 4: being there.
- 26:34Speaker 2: I'm fine with him being there, Like I'm fine with
- 26:36Speaker 2: any of these lists, because these lists don't mean anything.
- 26:38Speaker 2: It's people's opinion and they're basing it. It's hard to
- 26:40Speaker 2: compare apples to apples. It's like me and Jacob going
- 26:43Speaker 2: back and comparing who would have won in our high
- 26:45Speaker 2: school days. We would have played each other, right, So
- 26:47Speaker 2: you're making comparison space on a lot of different things
- 26:51Speaker 2: and uneven playing field, certainly, But you do have to
- 26:54Speaker 2: think about this and you have to sit there when
- 26:56Speaker 2: you're when I'm doing these lists, I'm like, who would
- 26:58Speaker 2: I rather coach at university? Would I rather Kyle Whittingham
- 27:02Speaker 2: or would I rather Lane Kiffin? And the answer is
- 27:05Speaker 2: certainly Lane Kiffen always. And so like you can respect
- 27:08Speaker 2: these lists and everything we I think as LSG fans
- 27:11Speaker 2: would put Lane Kiffin certainly a lot higher and above
- 27:14Speaker 2: above these other folks. But when I look at that one,
- 27:18Speaker 2: I know he did so many some great things at Utah.
- 27:22Speaker 2: I know he did. I can see it. I can
- 27:24Speaker 2: see what Utah did before that and see what they
- 27:27Speaker 2: did with it. The fact of the matter is Lane
- 27:30Speaker 2: Kiffen was LSU's first choice, and Kyle Whittingham was probably Michigan's.
- 27:37Speaker 3: Sixth seventh choice. He came out of retirement tech. He
- 27:40Speaker 3: came out of retirement take that job.
- 27:42Speaker 4: And you know, when I look at Lane and the
- 27:44Speaker 4: transfer portal era, if you want to talk about one
- 27:47Speaker 4: field coaching, I don't think there's a very many better
- 27:49Speaker 4: than Kyle Whittingham. But Lane does a better job in
- 27:52Speaker 4: the transfer portal. In an offensive minded college football, now,
- 27:55Speaker 4: Lane's a better offensive mind than Kyle Whittingham. Nobody's want
- 27:59Speaker 4: to argue that either. I just think he should be
- 28:01Speaker 4: above him, But I mean, I'm fine with it. Kilanie
- 28:03Speaker 4: Sataki at BYU is too high. I think Kolonie Sataki
- 28:06Speaker 4: is a good college football coach. I do not think
- 28:09Speaker 4: Klanie Sataki is a top ten college football He's number
- 28:12Speaker 4: eight on this list. He's number eight on that list.
- 28:14Speaker 4: He has been a really good coach at BYU. Like
- 28:16Speaker 4: Klatt says, I want you to consider, only two head
- 28:20Speaker 4: coaches have more wins than Kilanie Sataki since twenty twenty.
- 28:24Speaker 3: That's great, But look at what BYU's done in the
- 28:25Speaker 3: big moments.
- 28:26Speaker 4: And I get it it's BYU, but they had opportunities
- 28:29Speaker 4: to beat Texas Tech last year and couldn't do it.
- 28:31Speaker 4: Two years ago, a lot of people thought they were
- 28:33Speaker 4: going to come out of the Big twelve. It was
- 28:35Speaker 4: in a state upset on Kyle. It was Kenny Dillingham
- 28:38Speaker 4: that took his team to the college football playoffs. So
- 28:40Speaker 4: like Sataki's won a lot of games, he just he
- 28:43Speaker 4: doesn't have that premiere win on his resume.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Maybe, and I get it it's BYU.
- 28:47Speaker 4: But I mean still, you have to be objective and
- 28:50Speaker 4: look at everybody as a whole.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Yeah, you have uh Kilani eight, then you have winning
- 28:59Speaker 2: him at seven, number six, Steve Sarkesian, who I think
- 29:03Speaker 2: we could all agree it's fantastic coach, good with it.
- 29:07Speaker 2: The top five is you know, so all this stuff
- 29:10Speaker 2: is subjective. I get it, so like we're kind of
- 29:13Speaker 2: arguing out a wall here, but on all the lists,
- 29:16Speaker 2: I see Marcus Freeman as a top five head coach
- 29:18Speaker 2: in the country, all of them, and maybe it's just
- 29:24Speaker 2: my Notre Dame hatred that comes out, but like, what
- 29:29Speaker 2: has Marcus Freeman done?
- 29:31Speaker 3: Dude? Deserve like all that.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Like these are opinionated lists from people all over the country,
- 29:36Speaker 2: and in all of them, he's in a top five
- 29:38Speaker 2: that I've seen at least, and I'm just my question is, like, why.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Is he in the top five of all these lists?
- 29:46Speaker 3: Like I don't know, and like.
- 29:49Speaker 4: Look, I get it that did Brian Kelly rub people
- 29:51Speaker 4: the wrong way? You had to move on from I
- 29:53Speaker 4: understand that. My argument when Notre Dame fans would try
- 29:55Speaker 4: to troll La Shoe obviously like all missers doing right,
- 29:58Speaker 4: like you stole their coach.
- 30:00Speaker 3: You want to believe that you guys better.
- 30:02Speaker 4: My question has always been, as of right now, what
- 30:04Speaker 4: has Marcus Freeman done at Notre Dame that Brian Kelly
- 30:06Speaker 4: hasn't Because everybody's going to point out, well, Marcus Freeman
- 30:09Speaker 4: played for a national championship. Yeah, so did Brian Kelly.
- 30:11Speaker 4: Right against Alabama. It didn't go well for either coach.
- 30:14Speaker 4: But what is Marcus Freeman done other than just going
- 30:19Speaker 4: to continue the success. And I think he's a great speaker.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I mean, he's a great leader.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Man. I really like Marcus Freeman.
- 30:26Speaker 2: I'm just saying like, and I can see a couple
- 30:29Speaker 2: of people putting him up there because it's it's this
- 30:31Speaker 2: is of course very opinionated on a lot of different things.
- 30:34Speaker 2: We're not nobody's on an equal playing field. But he's
- 30:37Speaker 2: a head coach at Notre Dame. He they don't play
- 30:41Speaker 2: anybody during the regular season, so he's always going to
- 30:43Speaker 2: have a great record, and he's always in this format,
- 30:46Speaker 2: especially going forward with their little side handshake deal with
- 30:49Speaker 2: the playoff committee, like they're always going to have an
- 30:51Speaker 2: opportunity to make win a couple of games and make
- 30:55Speaker 2: a playoff run. They have enough money to buy good players,
- 31:00Speaker 2: so they're always going to It doesn't matter who the
- 31:02Speaker 2: coach at Notre Dame is, they are going to be successful.
- 31:05Speaker 2: The way that their program is set up now he
- 31:09Speaker 2: can do. He does things to the mic and on
- 31:12Speaker 2: the camera and off the and off the field that
- 31:14Speaker 2: is really enjoyable.
- 31:15Speaker 3: I think he's a good human. I think he's a
- 31:17Speaker 3: good leader.
- 31:18Speaker 2: But it just it just strikes a question like would
- 31:21Speaker 2: you if you were hiring, if you were starting a team,
- 31:25Speaker 2: a college football team. These lists to me come down.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Would I hire him over the people he's in front of?
- 31:31Speaker 2: And I don't know if the answer is yes on that,
- 31:35Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 31:36Speaker 4: I would, I would, I would hire Lane, I would
- 31:38Speaker 4: hire Sark, I would probably hire whitting him over him.
- 31:41Speaker 4: And then I mean, yeah, I kind of view him
- 31:44Speaker 4: in the same mold as crystal Ball. Crystal Ball played
- 31:46Speaker 4: for a Natty this past year. He'son nine.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Mm. All right, well, well we'll come back. We'll give
- 31:58Speaker 2: you the top four to bring him up. Because I
- 32:00Speaker 2: was I wanted to ask that question. I was gonna
- 32:03Speaker 2: break and we'll continue this conversation a little bit more.
- 32:07Speaker 2: This up right here, off bench, off the bench, all right.

- 35:13Speaker 2: going down this joke clatlist of top ten college football coaches.
- 35:18Speaker 2: As what you said, the last segment, the Lane Train
- 35:21Speaker 2: came in at number ten underrated.
- 35:25Speaker 3: I think you should be top six, at the least
- 35:27Speaker 3: top seven.
- 35:29Speaker 2: And we just we went down through number five. We
- 35:32Speaker 2: threw some through some question marks at Marcus Freeman, a
- 35:35Speaker 2: five certainly a very good head coach. We threw some
- 35:40Speaker 2: question marks as just to why we're not saying he
- 35:42Speaker 2: shouldn't be. We're just throwing some throwing some wide as everybody,
- 35:48Speaker 2: everybody and their mamas having at top five. But let's
- 35:53Speaker 2: go through the top four and like, really, these top
- 35:56Speaker 2: four I think of all kind of earned it. And
- 36:01Speaker 2: I think any combination of most of these guys that
- 36:05Speaker 2: any anybody can get behind. Number four Dan Landing at Oregon,
- 36:08Speaker 2: Number three, Kirby Smart Georgia, Number two Ryan Dayehigh State,
- 36:13Speaker 2: and number one, the current reigning Natty champ, Kirk Signetti.
- 36:19Speaker 2: I think we could all agree Kurt Signetti would be
- 36:21Speaker 2: number one on this list.
- 36:23Speaker 3: You can't.
- 36:24Speaker 2: He won the Natty did an incredible fashion, turned the
- 36:27Speaker 2: worst program in the history of college football into a
- 36:30Speaker 2: national championship into having the number one pick this year
- 36:34Speaker 2: and a Heisman winner. Not a huge deal, but an
- 36:37Speaker 2: incredible season by them. Alandra, you kind of brought up somebody,
- 36:41Speaker 2: Yeah that was maybe got snubbed from this list.
- 36:44Speaker 6: I think that Joey McGuire got snubbed from the top
- 36:47Speaker 6: ten list, especially if we're ranking them in like the
- 36:49Speaker 6: current landscape of what college football is like after Cliff
- 36:54Speaker 6: Kingsbury and like Patrick Mahomes and all that, I don't
- 36:56Speaker 6: really feel like Texas Tech has been all that relevant.
- 36:59Speaker 6: And Joe MacGuire comes in, goes to a bowl like
- 37:03Speaker 6: his first season there, has great wins versus Texas Oh,
- 37:06Speaker 6: you won the Big Twelve this past season, won the
- 37:10Speaker 6: recruiting battle for Brandon Soresby versus the portal king Lane Kiffen.
- 37:17Speaker 6: They have a great the general manager, I forget his name,
- 37:22Speaker 6: but they just have like a really good nil plan
- 37:26Speaker 6: and culture that they're building over there. So I feel
- 37:29Speaker 6: like they are constantly like winning recruiting battles, like actually
- 37:33Speaker 6: building a culture at Texas Tech, and again won the
- 37:36Speaker 6: Big Twelve this season, went to the College Football Playoff.
- 37:39Speaker 5: Now did they do well in the playoff?
- 37:42Speaker 6: Not really, but that wasn't really the same Texas Tech
- 37:46Speaker 6: team we had seen the entire season. So I feel
- 37:48Speaker 6: like he at least has an argument to be somewhere
- 37:51Speaker 6: in the top.
- 37:52Speaker 3: Ten, especially for the current Like yeah, you.
- 37:55Speaker 5: Know what I'm saying, Like the current landscape you.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Could really maken for coaches, like in the playoffs. I
- 38:01Speaker 2: find it interesting that on this list there is three
- 38:07Speaker 2: coaches that didn't make the playoff Hockey and Winningham. I
- 38:10Speaker 2: think on field coaching those guys are awesome. They're not
- 38:14Speaker 2: as good in the transfer portal. They're not as good
- 38:16Speaker 2: with their roster turnover year after year. My guess is
- 38:20Speaker 2: they want to see it one more year from McGuire,
- 38:23Speaker 2: see if it's not a flash in the pan.
- 38:25Speaker 4: And like, I'm someone that does not like Joey McGuire
- 38:27Speaker 4: at all, and I'm putting my bias to the side.
- 38:29Speaker 4: Joey McGuire probably should.
- 38:31Speaker 6: Man.
- 38:32Speaker 5: He popped Joey McGuire.
- 38:33Speaker 3: He popped off.
- 38:34Speaker 4: Last year at the Big Twelve media days calling out
- 38:38Speaker 4: the SEC, caught out LSU by name, saying they're scared
- 38:41Speaker 4: to play him, and SEC didn't play out of conference games. Matt,
- 38:44Speaker 4: would you like to see the three out of conference
- 38:46Speaker 4: opponents for Texas Tech next year? Abilene Christian Oregon State
- 38:50Speaker 4: that won one game last year in Sam Houston bang
- 38:53Speaker 4: up job there Texas Tech. But Joey McGuire, he should
- 38:55Speaker 4: be in the top ten. And I think it's the
- 38:57Speaker 4: case of maybe they want to see it one more year,
- 39:00Speaker 4: Like I was at a flash in the fan because you look,
- 39:01Speaker 4: all these other coaches are established, Like even if Signetti
- 39:04Speaker 4: did it two years in a row. Yeah, so like
- 39:06Speaker 4: nobody had Signetti number one last year.
- 39:08Speaker 3: So maybe it's just one.
- 39:10Speaker 4: We're like, it'll be interesting to see going into the
- 39:12Speaker 4: twenty twenty seven season where maguire fall.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I think they're gonna have to start like separating
- 39:18Speaker 2: these lists as well to top ten on field coaches,
- 39:21Speaker 2: top ten overall coaches because transfer portal is such a
- 39:25Speaker 2: huge part of the coaching world. Now we've talked about
- 39:28Speaker 2: how like you know, one of the reasons why Nick
- 39:31Speaker 2: Saban got out, Like coaching has changed. It's not so
- 39:34Speaker 2: much about as obviously, it's not as much about the
- 39:37Speaker 2: x's and o's in the onfield and the development development
- 39:39Speaker 2: of men and character and all this stuff that traditionally,
- 39:44Speaker 2: these old school coaches have been the great ones have
- 39:47Speaker 2: been the best at that. Now it's about how cool
- 39:50Speaker 2: can you be? How good are you are in the
- 39:52Speaker 2: transfer port How good are you a managing salary caps
- 39:56Speaker 2: and going and finding money like that's that's a hard
- 39:59Speaker 2: thing to do, Like and how much time does that
- 40:02Speaker 2: take away from your on field stuff? Is going and
- 40:05Speaker 2: finding money, finding people to donate money to your program.
- 40:08Speaker 3: You gotta do that, and Lane's doing a lot of that.
- 40:11Speaker 5: Like it just that just is what it is.
- 40:13Speaker 6: And on three has Texas Tech ranked number three portal
- 40:17Speaker 6: class in the country, LSU number one Indian or LG
- 40:20Speaker 6: number two, Indiana number one. But I just feel like
- 40:22Speaker 6: there's an argument at least for him to be first
- 40:25Speaker 6: one out if anything. But I think Joey Maguire should
- 40:29Speaker 6: be a top ten coachtaki.
- 40:33Speaker 5: But I also I think he's a good on the
- 40:37Speaker 5: field coach too. I mean, Texas Tech looked.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Really good and for sure absolutely yeah, he's a good
- 40:45Speaker 2: coach all around. And and a lot of these people
- 40:47Speaker 2: are well they had the best transferporters because they had
- 40:49Speaker 2: the most money.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Yeah that is true. Yeah, Well, like look at it.
- 40:53Speaker 2: From a business perspective, if you give any entrepreneur a
- 40:56Speaker 2: bunch of money, not all of them are going to
- 40:58Speaker 2: do well with it. Like you have to be a
- 41:00Speaker 2: good steward of that buddy, you have to work your
- 41:02Speaker 2: tail off. You gotta do like, just because you have
- 41:04Speaker 2: it doesn't mean you're going to use it the right way.
- 41:07Speaker 2: And certainly the best out there in the coaching world
- 41:09Speaker 2: to do it are the ones that can do it
- 41:11Speaker 2: the right way because everybody can go out I mean
- 41:13Speaker 2: there's donors and at every single university, there's somebody that
- 41:17Speaker 2: has been successful from every college out there.
- 41:19Speaker 3: So you got to be able to go find it.
- 41:21Speaker 2: You got to you got to sell the dream, sell
- 41:24Speaker 2: the belief, and then you got to have success on
- 41:27Speaker 2: the field to keep bringing in it.
- 41:28Speaker 3: Certainly he has. So Yeah, I think that.
- 41:30Speaker 2: These lists are gonna have to start being a little
- 41:32Speaker 2: bit more specific about what that actually means, because like
- 41:35Speaker 2: you said, there's some really there's some ones that are
- 41:37Speaker 2: really good on the field, but they just haven't done
- 41:40Speaker 2: anything outside of that. So anyway, it's a list season,
- 41:42Speaker 2: you know, it's less season. We love a list, you know,
- 41:47Speaker 2: tomorrow we could probably talk about somebody else's list, and
- 41:50Speaker 2: we have our list. But I got I do gotta
- 41:52Speaker 2: say I kind of hated on Marcus Freeman. He is
- 41:54Speaker 2: the I would say, the most handsome on this list,
- 41:58Speaker 2: on this list most handsome guy. Now his hairline, we
- 42:02Speaker 2: got to fix that. That husk to drop in two spots.
- 42:05Speaker 2: I think you you drawl on your hair.
- 42:09Speaker 3: It's you can't be top five.
- 42:10Speaker 5: At least it's Marcus and Dan like that's what it is.
- 42:14Speaker 2: Yeah, we're talking about like the Brian Kelly Marcus Freeman
- 42:16Speaker 2: like they were so upset with Brian. Like at least
- 42:19Speaker 2: Brian Kelly didn't draw a hairline, right, he just let
- 42:23Speaker 2: it go.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Just let it go. All right.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Well, that's good stuff. That's the breakdown people need right there.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Stick with us right.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Here, off the bench, Off the bench.
- 42:34Speaker 2: I need to do secis after that one. That was
- 42:36Speaker 2: good stuff. That's two segments on the top ten list
- 42:38Speaker 2: of head coaches. Do sekis, drink do secies. It's the
- 42:45Speaker 2: best darn beer out there. So, if you're going to
- 42:49Speaker 2: a local watering hole, you're going out to night out
- 42:52Speaker 2: with the fellas, maybe the ladies, maybe you're just kind
- 42:57Speaker 2: of stalking up. You're going to your you know, local
- 42:59Speaker 2: grocery store or wherever you like to buy your adult beverages.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Make sure you're grabbing dosecis and whether it's uh, it's
- 43:05Speaker 2: nice green bottles maybe it's the green can make sure
- 43:07Speaker 2: it's got two x's on it. That's what Joseki stands
- 43:11Speaker 2: for in Spanish logo, especially amber, especially Limon salt zero Sheilada,
- 43:18Speaker 2: Limon salt, Michelada, chilada, mango, chialota, pineapple. They got something
- 43:21Speaker 2: for everything. Make sure you uh, if you're staying thirsty,
- 43:25Speaker 2: make sure you're going for dose, do it responsibly, but
- 43:27Speaker 2: make sure when you do it, you're going and doing
- 43:30Speaker 2: it with those secis.
- 43:32Speaker 1: A wise man.
- 43:33Speaker 4: I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing, trying
- 43:37Speaker 4: to living like a blind man.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I'm six Simon, out of sent some feeling and this
- 43:43Speaker 1: is out, you remind. Locked in on LSU football twenty
- 43:47Speaker 1: four to seven, you're listening to off the Bench. Really
- 43:53Speaker 1: this is out, you remind.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Welcome back off the bench. Well, you're closing out our
- 44:06Speaker 2: number one right here.
- 44:08Speaker 3: By the way.
- 44:09Speaker 4: You're welcome to all the listeners out there, because if
- 44:11Speaker 4: you weren't having a good day, y'all are now after
- 44:13Speaker 4: that rejoin?
- 44:15Speaker 3: This song is elite. Yeah, that sounds great. Love me
- 44:18Speaker 3: some parish, y'all.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Some people mentioned in the chat that during our amazing
- 44:26Speaker 2: coverage of this top ten college football coach.
- 44:29Speaker 5: I think this is great stuff.
- 44:30Speaker 2: We didn't even mention the name Kirby Smart, who is
- 44:33Speaker 2: number three on this list.
- 44:34Speaker 3: I would put him, I mentioned, but I think that's
- 44:36Speaker 3: about right.
- 44:37Speaker 5: You would so Fast number one for y'all.
- 44:41Speaker 6: I would Putney at number one for sure, because he
- 44:44Speaker 6: won the Natty, or because of like others everything.
- 44:46Speaker 4: Because of where he did it, how he did fast
- 44:50Speaker 4: he did in nine and two and two years at Indiana.
- 44:53Speaker 4: Are you kidding me? This isn't winning the Natty at
- 44:56Speaker 4: Oregon or Alabama. This is Indiana. First year they went
- 44:58Speaker 4: to the semifinals. They were two quarters in Notre Dame,
- 45:02Speaker 4: who they lost to.
- 45:05Speaker 5: I'm not disagreeing, it's just Kirby's been number one for
- 45:08Speaker 5: so long.
- 45:09Speaker 4: Yeah, I would definitely put him into clad Hadden behind
- 45:13Speaker 4: Ryan Day. Kirby's got an extra Natty he should be too.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not putting him up like when I when
- 45:19Speaker 2: I make lists, I'm not I'm not saying like your
- 45:21Speaker 2: overall body work. I'm saying like my list would always
- 45:24Speaker 2: be right now. And Kirby Smart, you could argue, has
- 45:27Speaker 2: lost his fastball a little bit in this new age.
- 45:30Speaker 4: Last two playoffs, he said. He said, coaching blunders.
- 45:32Speaker 3: At the end of the game.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Yeah, he certainly has in the new age of Nile,
- 45:36Speaker 2: but no one's taken away. You can't unsee anything. I
- 45:38Speaker 2: love Kirby Smart and he should definitely always be in
- 45:40Speaker 2: the top three or four.
- 45:41Speaker 3: Stick with us right here, off the pitch, off the bench,
