- 0:00Speaker 1: Let us know where. Get it close to your mouth.
- 0:07Speaker 1: You know how this works now, wearing fiasco. You see
- 0:12Speaker 1: the wrist. I saw the wrist. The thing is nice.
- 0:16Speaker 1: You're talking into the mic. JP, you got him? Is
- 0:19Speaker 1: that good enough? Test? One two? One two? Foster out
- 0:23Speaker 1: a question for us. I did, uh, well, it was
- 0:26Speaker 1: actually a question for Will, but I'll put you both
- 0:28Speaker 1: on the spot. What's the first letter in or derves Hey,
- 0:32Speaker 1: that's what I was gonna guess too. You're gonna guess
- 0:34Speaker 1: a Okay, hang on, you're right that was a joke.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I'm glad you Yeah. Yeah, very good, very good, very good.
- 0:39Speaker 1: So the real answer, Oh, hang on, uh or E No,
- 0:49Speaker 1: it's an H. I'm pretty sure it's an H. Or.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure it's I think it's also it's not
- 0:58Speaker 1: one word. I'm pretty sure it's like step words. Yeah,
- 1:02Speaker 1: orders or yeah, like H O R maybe D E
- 1:05Speaker 1: dash d E and then uh yeah something I'll tell
- 1:15Speaker 1: you what JPS. You're nervous for a second on the night.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I don't know if it is an age items before
- 1:20Speaker 1: dinner that's uh, appetizers, yeah, starters, starters if you work
- 1:26Speaker 1: Kapa singles. Yeah, yeah, that one starts to a day. Yeah,
- 1:29Speaker 1: I was wondering, I can spell too rare o, Yeah, gorgeous,
- 1:37Speaker 1: it's not gonna block. Well, no, you're perfect, you're great.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Well I got a couple of cameras over here, now, yeah,
- 1:41Speaker 1: Will's got yeah, you got a few. Good.
- 1:43Speaker 2: No, it's got that one standalone boy right there? Which
- 1:47Speaker 2: one over over there?
- 1:48Speaker 1: Yeah that's the way. Yeah. And then if you want
- 1:49Speaker 1: to look directly at a camera, be up on that
- 1:51Speaker 1: one right there.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Awesome public statement. Last time he gets to the part together.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I wasn't on it. You were, you were bringing that up,
- 1:58Speaker 2: but you brought that up lot. We first went knew
- 2:00Speaker 2: what was the thing that came up that was like
- 2:02Speaker 2: a controversial thing with something about a Night's Tale?
- 2:05Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, so he asked me what the what the
- 2:07Speaker 1: top three sports movies were? You're talking and my brain
- 2:12Speaker 1: shut off for a quick second. Yeah. So I had
- 2:14Speaker 1: to just bring it back and think about something that
- 2:16Speaker 1: I could tell a story about, maybe just kind of
- 2:17Speaker 1: like reset the mood and the tempo. Uh. What I
- 2:21Speaker 1: wound up doing was going with A Night's Tale, which
- 2:23Speaker 1: famously does have jousting in it.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Yeah, what do you think it has more than just jousting.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Well you had to hand compas.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Yeah, love making, I'm sure I haven't seen it a
- 2:32Speaker 1: long time sport.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Some good love making to some who's the guy? Who's
- 2:40Speaker 2: the guy in the movie he Pleasure? There's one movie
- 2:43Speaker 2: he does when he's a cowboy. There's some pretty good
- 2:45Speaker 2: scenes in there.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I don't know if I've seen that. Taylor's Tops. Yeah,
- 2:49Speaker 1: it's yeah, three, Yeah, it's romantic movies of all time.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and there's no question, no question. You see the
- 2:55Speaker 2: passion God, bless those God, what's those horses? I don't
- 3:00Speaker 2: know if you had to look it up for us.
- 3:01Speaker 1: We're sports movie? Is your favorite genre? No, I knew
- 3:03Speaker 1: what it was. Sports moviees your favorite genres? Uh? Maybe
- 3:08Speaker 1: not necessarily, not necessarily I like I like action, Yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 1: I think, yeah, what's like your what's like your go
- 3:13Speaker 1: to action boy? Anything with Denzel in it?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Yeah, Denzel over Will Smith as far as yo, yes,
- 3:21Speaker 2: black actor. Oh yeah, yeah, I mean that's the argument
- 3:25Speaker 2: the law.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yeah, no, that was what would you take more? Who
- 3:27Speaker 1: would you even I don't even know if I don't
- 3:29Speaker 1: even know if that's I don't even know if that's
- 3:31Speaker 1: those two are necessarily I think Denzel's definitely on there.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I don't know if I don't know if Will's on there.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Really, I feel like I feel like Will's got better
- 3:39Speaker 2: range than Denzel. Really, I mean think of Denzel's kind
- 3:43Speaker 2: of okay, all right, yeah, every single movie, Yeah, will
- 3:47Speaker 2: he can do?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Are you saying that Denzel Washington plays himself and everyone
- 3:52Speaker 1: but similarly to the Rock and you know guys like
- 3:55Speaker 1: that Reynolds exactly, Ryan Reynolds until very recently.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Detective he did, uh Cell Block nine and then there
- 4:06Speaker 2: was one other movie he did.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Park or The Lost World, The Lost, The Lost with
- 4:13Speaker 1: the New.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Yeah, but I think that I think Will Smith has
- 4:18Speaker 2: more range as far as like when you can dip
- 4:20Speaker 2: into he can dip into comedy.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Definitely dips into comedy, but I don't I don't know
- 4:23Speaker 1: if he's dipped into comedy, uh for necessarily Uh like movies.
- 4:31Speaker 1: I mean he was obviously famous in The Fresh Prince right,
- 4:34Speaker 1: but like Shark Tale, it's hilarious. Oh yes, No, Shark Taale,
- 4:37Speaker 1: Shark Tail Suicide Squad's a bit of a com I mean, hitches,
- 4:40Speaker 1: it is a great movie. Yeah, Yeah, I can't see
- 4:44Speaker 1: Denzel doing a rom com. No, it's not his style. Man,
- 4:47Speaker 1: He's no equalizer. He fucking is the equalizer. God, he's
- 4:51Speaker 1: a great man. Who do you prefer? Who? Who do
- 4:53Speaker 1: you got on the list? What do I prefer to watch?
- 4:55Speaker 1: I prefer to watch Denzel.
- 4:56Speaker 2: If I'm saying who has a better maybe has more
- 4:59Speaker 2: of an arsenal as an act, I would probably go
- 5:00Speaker 2: Will Smith Overdeck.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Yeah, he's had a bigger bag.
- 5:03Speaker 2: He's had a bigger Bagzell's got sharper tools.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I mean, look at these, I mean, look at these.
- 5:09Speaker 1: The equalizer, right have you? Did you see Flight? Phenomenal
- 5:13Speaker 1: for an unbelievable movie. Obviously obviously Training Day American Gangster. Absolutely,
- 5:17Speaker 1: I wasn't a big fan of American Gangster. I thought
- 5:20Speaker 1: there was a lot of meat left on the bone
- 5:22Speaker 1: in that movie. I think I was crazy about The
- 5:24Speaker 1: Book of You. I watched it. I watched it twice,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and I was like, I was just a little I
- 5:29Speaker 1: started a little confused, and I stayed a little confused.
- 5:31Speaker 1: That's no, no, not at all. I love Jesus, all right.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Will was saying before it's confirmed in the Catholic faith
- 5:40Speaker 1: that I loved Jesus. Remember the Titans unbelievable, didn't man,
- 5:44Speaker 1: was that one of your top three? No, it was not.
- 5:46Speaker 1: It was not, I mean, could be, should be. I
- 5:49Speaker 1: didn't watch it at an early enough age to where
- 5:51Speaker 1: it had that impact on me.
- 5:53Speaker 2: See I was, I was right at that age, and
- 5:55Speaker 2: it was so overplayed for me that I took it
- 5:57Speaker 2: out of my top three.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Have you seen the movie goon? I've not the most
- 6:02Speaker 1: inspirational sports movie you'll ever watch in your entire life.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I don't know if that's is that true? Are you
- 6:07Speaker 1: You're dead serious? That's a tailor in Taylor's brain? Okay,
- 6:11Speaker 1: that's fine. Love No, I love that. I love that.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I mean Doug the Thug, Glatt, Ross the Boss Ray,
- 6:17Speaker 2: I mean Rocky epic fight at the Dude. That fight
- 6:19Speaker 2: scene with those two at the end of the movie
- 6:21Speaker 2: is way better than any Rocky fight.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Best Rocky movie or probably typical answer?
- 6:29Speaker 3: Well, I think I think uh usually the masses aren't wrong, right,
- 6:31Speaker 3: that is the typical answer. That's like the main stream
- 6:34Speaker 3: the last one answer man, my favorite Rocky movie, It's
- 6:39Speaker 3: hard to beat the original, this story behind it all,
- 6:41Speaker 3: but my favorite to watch is uh three.
- 6:45Speaker 1: That's great. Warrior is a better movie than all of
- 6:47Speaker 1: the Rocky movies? Was that too? Was that?
- 6:52Speaker 2: I mean, I feel like, right, okay, as long as
- 6:55Speaker 2: I made you think, I didn't want to look stupid.
- 6:56Speaker 2: But also, if I'm on a Southwest fight and there's
- 6:58Speaker 2: twenty twenty minutes lips in the flight, I can't we
- 7:00Speaker 2: watch anything else. I'll watch all the rest of the
- 7:03Speaker 2: fight scenes, all the fights in the movie, and then
- 7:06Speaker 2: that last part. Just tap Tommy, I love you God.
- 7:09Speaker 2: It makes you emotionally. And that's an insane take, is it. Yeah,
- 7:13Speaker 2: I'm willing to stand stand on that. I'm willing to
- 7:16Speaker 2: stand on that.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Everyone's different, everyone's I'm a lot different in this corner. No, No,
- 7:21Speaker 1: you're divided on the I'll throw out a crazy bad take,
- 7:27Speaker 1: and I know it's a bad take. But you have
- 7:29Speaker 1: seen all the Creed movies. No, No, I didn't watch
- 7:32Speaker 1: the last one. Son to watch. I didn't see the
- 7:34Speaker 1: third one. I didn't see the third one. I'm pretty
- 7:35Speaker 1: sure it's in the uh in the second one when
- 7:38Speaker 1: he comes back to be Ivan Drago's son, Yeah, right,
- 7:42Speaker 1: he comes. Spoilers if you haven't seen it, fuck you.
- 7:44Speaker 2: I'm getting spoiled right now.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Whatever?
- 7:48Speaker 4: Uh?
- 7:48Speaker 1: I mean, it's fucking it's obvious the whole anyway, that's ridiculous.
- 7:52Speaker 1: As he's as he's coming back, as he's coming back
- 7:56Speaker 1: in the fight and drop strago for the first time,
- 7:59Speaker 1: the Rocky theme starts playing, and right now I'm getting
- 8:04Speaker 1: chills thinking about it. But like that, in the entirety
- 8:07Speaker 1: of the Creed series. When I heard that Rocky theme
- 8:11Speaker 1: playing for Apollo Creed's sun, I was like, holy shit,
- 8:16Speaker 1: this is unbelievable. This is great that it was the
- 8:19Speaker 1: take though you said, this is a terrible take. That's
- 8:21Speaker 1: my favorite moment from that line of movies. I'm and
- 8:24Speaker 1: I was from Creed, are all? It sounds like definitely
- 8:28Speaker 1: from definitely from Creed, But it's only from it being
- 8:32Speaker 1: from Rocky. Okay, if we're going to.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Do unpopular takes as a start of this show, I
- 8:37Speaker 2: am willing to stand ten toes down on this. The
- 8:39Speaker 2: Fast and the Furious series is fucking garbage and I
- 8:42Speaker 2: can't stand it. It's been bad for a long time,
- 8:44Speaker 2: and I'm talking about one all the way through. Brother,
- 8:48Speaker 2: I am not a fan of those movies. I am,
- 8:50Speaker 2: and I'm willing to take the heat on that. Nope,
- 8:54Speaker 2: come on, cuh no, forget Aboutica. That ship is garbage.
- 9:00Speaker 1: That is tough. Anything you got, any anything you anything,
- 9:03Speaker 1: any bad takes you have? I'm sure, Oh, I'm sure,
- 9:06Speaker 1: but I can't think of any right now in this moment.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It seem like conspiracy theory. Guys, there's no way. Yeah, well,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I mean, you know, are you You obviously.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Said he didn't believe in climate change twenty five minutes ago.
- 9:17Speaker 1: What a great guy. He's my favorite. He's my favorite.
- 9:21Speaker 1: He's an unbelievable human being. Uh. Yeah, you're you're a parent?
- 9:25Speaker 1: Are you also a parent? You're wearing the girl that hat?
- 9:28Speaker 1: You a parent? A parent?
- 9:29Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes, I'm your with the two children, beautiful.
- 9:33Speaker 1: That's a guardian, yeah, guardian. Yeah yeah. So uh, I
- 9:38Speaker 1: know it probably hasn't gotten to this point yet for
- 9:40Speaker 1: either of you. But you don't tell your kids the
- 9:42Speaker 1: whole truth, the absolute truth, and nothing but the truth.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I'm sure. I'm sure there's some stuff that you depend
- 9:48Speaker 1: on the subject, you probably leave out at certain points.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not saying like that this is a
- 9:54Speaker 1: black hat and this is a no, but like there
- 9:56Speaker 1: are certain things you probably leave to them to find
- 9:59Speaker 1: out later in life. I'm sure. Yeah, uh, probably more
- 10:01Speaker 1: than your sage Georgia, I mean mine. Yeah, and you
- 10:03Speaker 1: really talk yet, I got what I'm saying of like,
- 10:04Speaker 1: cuss out, That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying.
- 10:06Speaker 1: But a little bit well in terms of in terms
- 10:08Speaker 1: of the government, I'm sure there's I'm sure we're not
- 10:11Speaker 1: being told the absolute truth in all scenarios. There's got
- 10:14Speaker 1: to be some stuff that's Oh, there's some secrets obviously
- 10:17Speaker 1: obviously hidden from us common folk.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Yeah, and I love talking conspiracy theories, but I always
- 10:21Speaker 2: fall back on like, I don't need to know everything.
- 10:24Speaker 1: It's fun to talk about. Hey, JFK wasted.
- 10:26Speaker 2: By the c all the new Landing was fake bah,
- 10:29Speaker 2: while nine eleven was inside job. When you guys everyone's
- 10:32Speaker 2: talking about that stuff. Yeah, at the end of the day, brother,
- 10:34Speaker 2: Like I don't I don't think we should know everything.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we don't need to know it all. No,
- 10:38Speaker 1: I don't need to I don't want to know. I
- 10:39Speaker 1: just don't think it'll do a whole lot. I don't
- 10:40Speaker 1: want to know everything.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Like the most wild ship to happen in the twenties
- 10:45Speaker 2: is they're like, hey, by the way, guys, aliens are real,
- 10:47Speaker 2: and everyone's like, have you seen inflation though?
- 10:49Speaker 1: But yeah, yeah, talk about the stock market. Yeah yeah,
- 10:52Speaker 1: it's just about the value of a dollar. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 10:54Speaker 1: it's nuts. But the aliens. You saw the saw the aliens? Yeah,
- 10:58Speaker 1: I saw the fucking aliens?
- 10:59Speaker 5: Do it?
- 11:00Speaker 1: You saw the what was it? The video is in
- 11:02Speaker 1: Las Vegas? Vegas?
- 11:03Speaker 5: Right?
- 11:03Speaker 3: The police officers, dude, I mean I wish we could.
- 11:07Speaker 3: There could have been they would have gotten that backyard
- 11:10Speaker 3: quick enough. This camera cuts off at certain points. Yeah,
- 11:12Speaker 3: it's weird. That's a weird we go. I'll tell you
- 11:15Speaker 3: what this monitor is is unbelievable. It's a nice brand
- 11:18Speaker 3: new I'm fucking I'm no, it's not brand new. Yeah,
- 11:21Speaker 3: I mean that thing is brand new. We've known about
- 11:24Speaker 3: aliens though for a long time.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it had Yeah, it had to be. Could
- 11:30Speaker 1: have been anything else? Yeah, man, that's a drone show.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Science is based on a true story.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Of all the conspiracy theories, what's your favorite? What's the
- 11:40Speaker 2: craziest the Do you a lizard?
- 11:43Speaker 1: People? Guy? No, I'm not a lizard. People get the
- 11:46Speaker 1: The Denver Airport is a good one. The Denver Airport
- 11:50Speaker 1: is a terrible airport. It's bad. Talk to me, educate
- 11:52Speaker 1: me on the Denver Airport conspiracy. So there's just such
- 11:57Speaker 1: a number of world powers and world leaders I think
- 12:00Speaker 1: that have bought property in or around that specific airport.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I'm talking like, because there is nothing around there. I'm
- 12:09Speaker 1: talking about like I'm talking about like doomsday bunker shit,
- 12:12Speaker 1: Like yeah, like the Queen of England, the prime ministers,
- 12:16Speaker 1: the uh, the different presidents, and then well you have
- 12:20Speaker 1: all that stuff that's on the surface, but that's real
- 12:22Speaker 1: people like you could know that you could look at
- 12:24Speaker 1: like the records that's that's actually happened. But there's uh,
- 12:27Speaker 1: there's murals and paintings on the walls of the airport
- 12:31Speaker 1: as you're walking through that depict like yeah, semi demonic
- 12:35Speaker 1: type things that like satanic worship type stuff. Oh yeah,
- 12:43Speaker 1: there's that weird horse in the front too that people
- 12:45Speaker 1: don't like.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Lily, you'll walk by signs and I'll say like, hey, yeah,
- 12:48Speaker 2: don't talk about the lizard people. It'll just make something
- 12:50Speaker 2: that says, don't talk about lizard people or something like that. Yeah,
- 12:53Speaker 2: you were in the Denver Airport in March.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I think I vaguely now remember when we were on
- 12:58Speaker 3: the car ride and we were somebody mid comment and
- 13:00Speaker 3: money with me like there's nothing out here or somebody and.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Maybe it was was it U J P. Yeah, Yeah,
- 13:09Speaker 1: I don't really think the whole lizard. People think there's
- 13:11Speaker 1: no there's a couple of murals, not like ads. Yeah,
- 13:16Speaker 1: that's a that's an actual ad. They hired that lizard.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Oh and yeah, there's people who own like squares of
- 13:26Speaker 1: squares of land around like just high high ranking people,
- 13:29Speaker 1: the highest ranking people in the world own like small
- 13:31Speaker 1: little squares. So like people have basically theorized that there
- 13:36Speaker 1: are doom state bunkers there. And in the case of yeah,
- 13:41Speaker 1: that's that's one of them, knife on the on the pigeon,
- 13:46Speaker 1: which the pigeon is peace or something like not sure,
- 13:51Speaker 1: but that I mean, that's a fucking terrifying little photo.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Just walk around with your like five year old daughter
- 13:57Speaker 1: and be like no doubt, especially when you're stuck in
- 13:59Speaker 1: the fun brutal security lines there, like figure that ship
- 14:02Speaker 1: out exactly. Yeah, we're just trying to dollars over budget.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Came as a one. Yeah, struggling through a fourteen hour
- 14:11Speaker 1: layover because San Francisco can't take your flight right now. Amen. Anyway, anyway,
- 14:17Speaker 1: I like that. I like I would buy some stock
- 14:20Speaker 1: in that. That's a that's a no, that's a cool one.
- 14:22Speaker 1: We all we all share something in common, by the way, dude,
- 14:25Speaker 1: do we all know what it is? Right?
- 14:27Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 14:27Speaker 1: We're all white. Yeah, well yeah, let's get the obviously. Yeah, no,
- 14:30Speaker 1: we're all white. I was making sure we're all we
- 14:33Speaker 1: all have veniers. Oh yeah, minor minor, yeah, mineor a
- 14:37Speaker 1: little less obvious than yours, and definitely yours. Yeah, they
- 14:42Speaker 1: look good though, they do, know, they really look good.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Why why did done when? Or why when? Uh? Twenty eighteen?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Was this after the after the LSU debacle? Exactly right.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I can't tell that story though, for legal reasons. So
- 14:57Speaker 1: that is a clipping. Hang on, no, hang on no,
- 14:59Speaker 1: I yeah I can't. Regardless, you told a story about
- 15:03Speaker 1: you getting in a fight last time. You're oh no,
- 15:04Speaker 1: that wasn't it. No, that wasn't it. It's a different one.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah. Can you have some glyph notes? You know? Basically, uh,
- 15:14Speaker 1: you know, there was some you know, you know, it
- 15:17Speaker 1: was just there was some stuff that happened that caused
- 15:20Speaker 1: me to you know, per se lose some teeth. It
- 15:25Speaker 1: wasn't a fight, though it was. It was with equipment
- 15:29Speaker 1: and I had to get him, how to get him replaced?
- 15:31Speaker 1: I had. I have a nasty photo of it. Nasty.
- 15:34Speaker 1: You can't talk about it was my lip was my
- 15:36Speaker 1: lip was cut in half? I just I can't do it.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Are we talking about a weight we're talking about in
- 15:42Speaker 3: the weight room?
- 15:43Speaker 1: It could have been could have been there would have
- 15:45Speaker 1: been on the practice field. It could have been in
- 15:47Speaker 1: a rose a bar wire snap came back at you
- 15:49Speaker 1: in the mouth. It could have been something I don't
- 15:51Speaker 1: talk about for legal reasons because the school's involved. Get
- 15:53Speaker 1: that beard? Was this a Fred's thing? Did you get
- 15:57Speaker 1: smacked because the wire broke? No? No, I don't think so.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I don't remember. I don't remember. I don't remember what happened.
- 16:05Speaker 1: I don't remember. But that was That was an interesting time.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I'll talk about it though legal reasons.
- 16:11Speaker 2: While we're on LSU, though, is that not the most
- 16:14Speaker 2: insane town of all time?
- 16:16Speaker 1: When it comes to college sports? And you know we
- 16:20Speaker 1: it's about to get crazier. We're meeting up with I
- 16:23Speaker 1: think we're meeting up with Todd Graves. I think a
- 16:25Speaker 1: little later, and he's just touring the country from Uh,
- 16:29Speaker 1: he's up in Omaha right now, where obviously the LSU
- 16:32Speaker 1: baseball team is trying to buy for a national championship.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Didn't they just lose to the Wait for Us last night?
- 16:38Speaker 1: They did? Yeah? Three to two. Controversial strike zone, Yeah,
- 16:42Speaker 1: cod very controversial strike zone. I've seen it all on Twitter. Yeah,
- 16:47Speaker 1: three to two game I believe scored bottom of the eighth. Interesting,
- 16:50Speaker 1: interesting game. Yeah, Todd Graves, It's an unbelievable, unbelievable time.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Why is it about to get better? Because well, Todd
- 16:57Speaker 1: Graves will be here, the fucking owner of I'm sorry,
- 16:59Speaker 1: Todd grais the owner of Canes chicken fingers, and which
- 17:03Speaker 1: he'll boss.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Out of the waters is number one in the chicken
- 17:06Speaker 2: finger category.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Canes is fucking unbelievable. Every the owner of that ever
- 17:12Speaker 1: since I was a little kid, we do, uh, we'd
- 17:15Speaker 1: tail get all the l Shue games and we'd have
- 17:16Speaker 1: like a bunch of friends over. But we'd do like
- 17:18Speaker 1: a big like twenty five piece or fifty piece like
- 17:22Speaker 1: chicken tender with I mean two little Texas toast boxes
- 17:26Speaker 1: full of their cane sauce. It was just number one right,
- 17:30Speaker 1: I'm sick raising canes chicken fingers.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Of all the chicken fingers, all the chicken food. It's
- 17:36Speaker 2: not even close. Most likely it is not even close.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Like stuff caniact not the slaw for an extra piece
- 17:40Speaker 2: of toast.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Saw extra buttered on both sides, Bob oh, I did
- 17:44Speaker 1: not know that on both streak Ye, both sides extra sauce.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Now when you when you take down the canes, you
- 17:50Speaker 2: funnel out the Texas toast a little bit, put the
- 17:52Speaker 2: piece of chicken in there, and then drizzle it up
- 17:54Speaker 2: like it's a hot dog.
- 17:55Speaker 1: It's a it's a it's a good concept. I just
- 17:57Speaker 1: I don't do it.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Taylor did teach me that last time we were at
- 18:00Speaker 3: it was nice? I mesod it is nice. It's good
- 18:02Speaker 3: anytime you can get like chicken in between some bread,
- 18:04Speaker 3: especially some butter bread like the Texas.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Bob. Yeah, it's gonna go down. It's gonna go down
- 18:10Speaker 1: good either way. Yeah.
- 18:11Speaker 2: When you were at LSU, what was the best bar
- 18:13Speaker 2: your friends? Guy, Mike's Gy, Bogey's Guy.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Uh It's I love this, by the way, this is tremendous.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I started in Bogeese. I was big in Bogey's and
- 18:23Speaker 1: I remember the first time I blacked out. I was
- 18:27Speaker 1: I had three pictures of Vegas bombs. Yeah, and I
- 18:30Speaker 1: was pouring for everyone. And it wasn't after like a
- 18:34Speaker 1: huge game we had, just like beaten Syracuse and uh,
- 18:39Speaker 1: we came home and it was still kind of early
- 18:41Speaker 1: because it was like it was fucking unvolivable. We had
- 18:44Speaker 1: a blast, But I blacked out on Vegas bombs and
- 18:47Speaker 1: I wound up in like the pregame a girl who
- 18:53Speaker 1: hosted a pre game. I ended up in her apartment
- 18:56Speaker 1: on her couch, sleeping, and I woke up the next morning. Uh,
- 19:00Speaker 1: and they didn't know I was there. I woke up
- 19:02Speaker 1: to them screaming because I was on their couch. And
- 19:05Speaker 1: I had no idea how I got there. I had
- 19:07Speaker 1: no idea how I got there. Was I I was shocked?
- 19:11Speaker 1: Are you are you an aggressive drunk? Are you like
- 19:13Speaker 1: do you like look for fights? No? No, but if
- 19:16Speaker 1: they show up, I mean, I who am I to
- 19:18Speaker 1: stop you? I think there's a wasn't there a nice
- 19:21Speaker 1: little story? You're a rookie year on the raiders of
- 19:24Speaker 1: me fighting? Yeah? I think like after you guys were
- 19:27Speaker 1: having brunch, it was like Uh, day after a game,
- 19:30Speaker 1: you guys went out. I think the s the San
- 19:32Speaker 1: Francisco area had a brunch. You might have knocked the
- 19:36Speaker 1: drink out of the guy a gentleman's hand. Nope, that's
- 19:38Speaker 1: not the story. That's not that's not what you're ringing, mixing,
- 19:43Speaker 1: your mixing stories, your mixing stories. What happened? Uh after? Uh?
- 19:50Speaker 1: I wish Alex was here. I think he's Alec would oh,
- 19:52Speaker 1: Alec would sell me down a river in a heartbeat
- 19:54Speaker 1: for a for a piece of cheese. I fucking love
- 19:57Speaker 1: that man. He's getting married too, real soon? Is he?
- 20:00Speaker 1: He is real soon? Man? Anyway, we go uh fuck
- 20:05Speaker 1: it was? It was we go after a Thursday night game.
- 20:08Speaker 1: We go across and Alex is gonna do his his
- 20:10Speaker 1: like rookie dinner, but it's going to be a brunch
- 20:12Speaker 1: with all the running backs. So I get invited and
- 20:15Speaker 1: I had I had a friend in town, and he
- 20:17Speaker 1: brought his girlfriend and we were all just hanging out.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Long story short, I'm rushing us back to the apartment
- 20:24Speaker 1: after I mean an hour and a half, two hours
- 20:27Speaker 1: of Mimosa's with no breakfast. So I'm drunk, but I'm fine,
- 20:31Speaker 1: right I'm fine, but some of the people that we
- 20:34Speaker 1: have with us aren't, you know, they're just not doing
- 20:37Speaker 1: too well and they wind up throwing up all over
- 20:40Speaker 1: the back seat of the uber. No, it's a hundred
- 20:43Speaker 1: dollars cleanup fee. One hundred dollars cleanup fee. But I
- 20:47Speaker 1: was just so worried that this guy was gonna like
- 20:50Speaker 1: say some bad shit about me or do so I
- 20:52Speaker 1: paid him five hundred dollars to just kind of keep
- 20:54Speaker 1: his mouth shut because we got in the car. We
- 20:57Speaker 1: got in the car, I shit, you not. And he goes,
- 21:00Speaker 1: oh my god, alec ingold with the Raiders. It's unbelievable,
- 21:04Speaker 1: and uh, typical raiders man. Yeah, well, so I got
- 21:07Speaker 1: in the car and uh, and this guy was just
- 21:10Speaker 1: he had Raiders like memorabilia, he had stuff, and like
- 21:14Speaker 1: it was so cool. And then like one of our
- 21:16Speaker 1: friends threw up in his uber and it was like,
- 21:18Speaker 1: oh shit. And it was on the weekend of like
- 21:21Speaker 1: a big music fest. I don't know what music fest
- 21:23Speaker 1: is out there, around October, around November October probably sounds right,
- 21:31Speaker 1: But yeah, he was probably gonna make a lot more
- 21:32Speaker 1: money than that one hundred dollars clean up fee. Yeah,
- 21:34Speaker 1: and he wasn't gonna be able to give ubers because
- 21:36Speaker 1: there was just projectile vomit down the passenger seat. Uh,
- 21:41Speaker 1: you know, he was fired up to tell that story.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I hope, So I hope he doesn't hold any hard feeling. Yeah,
- 21:46Speaker 1: he's watching I'm sorry, which story? Am I sorry? Which
- 21:49Speaker 1: story am I missing? With the knocking the drink out
- 21:52Speaker 1: of the dude's hand. So there was a there was
- 21:54Speaker 1: a time we went out and uh, we weren't we
- 21:58Speaker 1: weren't looking for trouble, but we were having fun. And
- 22:02Speaker 1: eventually we started at a bar, walked around to a
- 22:05Speaker 1: couple of different bars, and we ended up in the
- 22:09Speaker 1: same bar that we were in, and those about fifteen
- 22:11Speaker 1: minutes to the last call, we go, h there's probably
- 22:16Speaker 1: like ten fifteen football guys in there, right, And I'm like, okay,
- 22:22Speaker 1: you know, I'm bored. Not many, not many single women
- 22:27Speaker 1: in the bar. I'm gonna just go walk up and
- 22:30Speaker 1: go grab us a drink. And I tell Alec, I
- 22:33Speaker 1: say watch this. I walk up. I'm pushing through like
- 22:37Speaker 1: the most annoying frat bros you could even ever imagine.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Like I'm just I'm just shoving guys out of the way,
- 22:46Speaker 1: just kind of making my way through, almost butterflying through
- 22:49Speaker 1: these guys. And eventually I'm pushing my way past a
- 22:54Speaker 1: guy and he goes, hey, man, there's a fucking line.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm like, no, I'm brother, I'm buy it. What you want?
- 23:01Speaker 1: What kind of drink do you what? He's like, Oh, man,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I'll take a ugh Red Bull vodka. I'm like, all right,
- 23:08Speaker 1: fucking freak. Anyway, I go to the front of the line.
- 23:13Speaker 1: I order one Red Bull vodka specifically for this guy.
- 23:21Speaker 1: I go up. I hand him the Red Bull vodka.
- 23:24Speaker 1: He goes, man, you're awesome, bro cheers, and then I
- 23:29Speaker 1: fucking knock the drink out of his hand as hard
- 23:31Speaker 1: as I could. Oh my god. And then I look
- 23:36Speaker 1: dead in his eyes and I say, do something about it,
- 23:38Speaker 1: and I walk clean. I walked straight over to my
- 23:43Speaker 1: basically twenty one pounds of like pure meef, like beef
- 23:50Speaker 1: and muscle you like three ozer linemen, a D lineman,
- 23:54Speaker 1: a d N, two running backs, a couple of wideouts,
- 23:58Speaker 1: and alec ingold who accounts for three fucking people on
- 24:01Speaker 1: his own. Yeah, he's got a fucking chin of steel.
- 24:04Speaker 1: And uh so we just kind of sit there and
- 24:08Speaker 1: the guy's like, he has no idea what he's doing.
- 24:10Speaker 1: He's like trying to muster the confidence to come over
- 24:12Speaker 1: and say something. And his bro's like, oh, you gotta go,
- 24:15Speaker 1: you gotta defend yourself. And I was like, I was,
- 24:19Speaker 1: oh my god, it was so and he's like, man,
- 24:22Speaker 1: you know what happened? And then the bowser comes over
- 24:24Speaker 1: and he's like, hey, man, we have a problem. I'm like, yeah, dude,
- 24:26Speaker 1: this guy's saying something about me knockingna I'm not going
- 24:30Speaker 1: to drink out of his hand, And so the bowser
- 24:33Speaker 1: kicks them out and he's like and the dudes the
- 24:36Speaker 1: dude's buddy. Granted he was the tallest guy, so I'm like,
- 24:39Speaker 1: maybe this guy had some semblance of fighting in his background,
- 24:42Speaker 1: or he had he had hopefully more conus than his buddy.
- 24:46Speaker 1: But he said we'll be waiting outside. I said, good,
- 24:50Speaker 1: I'm a fucking curb stomp you. We'll see what happens.
- 24:52Speaker 1: And sure enough, five minutes past they have scattered like
- 24:57Speaker 1: fucking roaches when the light turns on. But it was fun,
- 25:01Speaker 1: that's the story he was talking about. Yeah, and I've
- 25:03Speaker 1: grown a lot since then, believe it or not. How
- 25:06Speaker 1: many years ago. Is that Believe it or not, that
- 25:08Speaker 1: was twenty minutes ago. That's why I was late. No,
- 25:11Speaker 1: that was uh, that was twenty nineteen. I believe twenty nineteen.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's a good there's just astute of limitations there. Yeah. Yeah,
- 25:16Speaker 1: that's like, that's the I didn't I didn't do anything wrong.
- 25:19Speaker 1: I bought the drink. I bought the drink. You could
- 25:22Speaker 1: do whatever you want that with that drink once you
- 25:25Speaker 1: bought it. And if you happen to hit privileged thinking,
- 25:27Speaker 1: I'm sure, I'm just trying to help you out. That's
- 25:29Speaker 1: what I've said. That's yeah, that's literally what I'm portraying.
- 25:31Speaker 3: It's pretty And then when the bouncer comes over, toy
- 25:33Speaker 3: we have a problem, like, yeah, these these guys that costs.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Yeah, No, he knew, Yeah, he knew, he knew who
- 25:37Speaker 1: we were, and he had no idea.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Yeah, and he' probably gotten some ship at ls like that.
- 25:41Speaker 2: But l I feel like they're not ever going to
- 25:43Speaker 2: say no. I feel like you gotta be scrappy. You're
- 25:45Speaker 2: gonna be a white dude in the LSU locker room.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Like the Miami Hurricanes of the nineties. Yeah, like
- 25:51Speaker 1: Miami Hurricanes. Right, yeah, when I had when we were
- 25:57Speaker 1: the number two team in the country and we were
- 25:58Speaker 1: like eight and ozer about to go play Alabama in Tuscaloosa,
- 26:01Speaker 1: I was like, Oh, this is college, this is fun,
- 26:04Speaker 1: this is easy. And our locker room was fucking crazy.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Not like we're doing bouncing shit off the walls, but
- 26:11Speaker 1: the guys in the locker room, like the talent that
- 26:12Speaker 1: we had was unbelievable, and these guys at like I
- 26:16Speaker 1: didn't know what college was, so I probably couldn't go
- 26:19Speaker 1: back to recant on like how these guys were leaders
- 26:25Speaker 1: and like actually set a fucking tone. I just thought,
- 26:28Speaker 1: this is, oh, this is what college is like. So
- 26:30Speaker 1: I could have I'm sure I could have learned a
- 26:32Speaker 1: lot more from those guys if I had been fucking
- 26:34Speaker 1: paying attention. But I mean, yeah it was and back
- 26:39Speaker 1: to the bars. I started in Bogue's, blacked out in Bogees,
- 26:41Speaker 1: and then.
- 26:41Speaker 2: A good way to get back you did a good
- 26:43Speaker 2: maneuvering back to bogey Yeah.
- 26:45Speaker 1: That's it's all full circle, man, that's what it's all about. Right, Yeah, yeah,
- 26:49Speaker 1: But Bogey's started and Bogey's went a couple other places.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I was at the house for like probably some time
- 26:54Speaker 1: in my sophomore year. And there was always those times
- 26:58Speaker 1: that I'd see like Ben Simmons just walking in and
- 27:00Speaker 1: just being like tall as fuck and it was just
- 27:04Speaker 1: being himself almost. It was so funny.
- 27:06Speaker 6: Uh.
- 27:07Speaker 1: We all lived in the same complex over at like
- 27:11Speaker 1: it was right off of campus, so we got those
- 27:13Speaker 1: off campus stipends. It was barely off of campus and
- 27:18Speaker 1: the fifth floor of that little new facility it wasn't done,
- 27:23Speaker 1: it was still being constructed. Oh my god, it was abysmal.
- 27:27Speaker 1: It was unbelievable, and like we as students didn't do
- 27:30Speaker 1: a great job of like upkeep and it was oh god,
- 27:35Speaker 1: it was bad. But you know, yeah, yeah, Ben Simmons
- 27:37Speaker 1: was in there, a few other guys were in there,
- 27:43Speaker 1: and I was just I was right in the middle.
- 27:45Speaker 1: I was just bad influence after bad influence. I was
- 27:48Speaker 1: having a fucking ball. Eventually I wound up making it
- 27:53Speaker 1: to Fred's though, who I'm sure you guys know what
- 27:55Speaker 1: Fred's is. At Hope.
- 27:56Speaker 3: We did a live show. There was unbelievable, Yes, unbelievable
- 28:01Speaker 3: that right there, interacting with everybody of Fred's. You realize
- 28:05Speaker 3: you're just in a different you realize you're in a
- 28:07Speaker 3: different I mean l s U or Louisiana in general
- 28:10Speaker 3: is not the United States. It's a third world country. Yeah, compliment,
- 28:14Speaker 3: you know, a mixed I see what you're saying there,
- 28:16Speaker 3: you under saying.
- 28:17Speaker 1: It's just different. It's like Quebec of Canada. You know
- 28:20Speaker 1: what I'm saying.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I guess Quebec of America. They're literally like, oh, you
- 28:23Speaker 2: should have been here last week and we had a
- 28:24Speaker 2: midget wrestling thing, and you're like, you can say that
- 28:27Speaker 2: in the end, we're done here.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Yeah. Wow, Yeah, it's true. No, they do do that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: You certainly can't say either. Yeah, but that's ah, oh fuck,
- 28:37Speaker 1: what a fun time. Fuck, what a fun time. And
- 28:41Speaker 1: it is. It's a fucking blast. Like you'll have like
- 28:44Speaker 1: the frat Dude, the fret boy boxing in the like fact,
- 28:48Speaker 1: they had frat boy boxing in the Spring on like
- 28:50Speaker 1: a Thursday night. I mean, people would come by the
- 28:54Speaker 1: thousands to watch these guys put on the box, put
- 28:58Speaker 1: on the big mits, right you get to the uh.
- 29:02Speaker 1: There were a couple of times where they put on
- 29:03Speaker 1: like have you seen those the big fucking boxing gloves.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Oh my god, you just you just put them on
- 29:10Speaker 1: and you'd let like two girls fight, Yeah, and it
- 29:12Speaker 1: was unbelievable. It was just the most fun that anyone
- 29:15Speaker 1: would have. And then you'd like you'd yeah, sure, you'd
- 29:18Speaker 1: cater it by from fucking canes or from uh, from
- 29:22Speaker 1: whoever was across the street, right, and it was like, oh,
- 29:25Speaker 1: they got the fucking macaroni logs in the back. There's
- 29:28Speaker 1: five hundred macaroni logs with cups of ranch. And they're like,
- 29:31Speaker 1: holy shit, this is gonna be unbelievable night. Everyone knows
- 29:34Speaker 1: what's going on in the town. Just nothing. Yeah, five
- 29:37Speaker 1: Zeta Mew fucking put on. What a great performance these
- 29:40Speaker 1: guys put on for for frat boxing, it was fucking
- 29:42Speaker 1: on bets versus frants or internally the France, I think
- 29:46Speaker 1: it was internally, Yeah, but holy shit, it wouldn't have
- 29:49Speaker 1: been fun if it was not.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Yeah, and they have that crown champion at the end.
- 29:53Speaker 2: You guys get your best guy. We'll get our best guy, right,
- 29:55Speaker 2: the one across the streets saying they got the toughest one.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Exactly how to figure this out?
- 29:59Speaker 1: Yeah, and like the Yeah, the winners re benefits, You
- 30:03Speaker 1: get rewards, and then you're actually looking for some like
- 30:06Speaker 1: fucking thick dudes during rush. Oh man, what a fun time. Yeah,
- 30:10Speaker 1: definitely looking for a thick dude during during rush. They
- 30:14Speaker 1: get you going, see we would are Nebraska's never integrated
- 30:18Speaker 1: with like the frat. Uh what is it called? Yeah,
- 30:21Speaker 1: Greek life. Greek life, Like, yeah, integrate with the Greek
- 30:24Speaker 1: life like that, which does seem fun.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Michigan, Michigan. Michigan's got a strong Greek life. But Michigan
- 30:29Speaker 2: was like they either loved the football team or they
- 30:31Speaker 2: hated the football team.
- 30:32Speaker 3: Like you know, you hear about a party to get
- 30:34Speaker 3: like in the in like the the Illuminati of Michigan.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Yeah, like the secret Society. Yeah, but that wasn't really
- 30:40Speaker 2: a fraternity. I guess it is, but it's not like that. Yeah,
- 30:43Speaker 2: Like Michigan has three different secret societies. It's like Order
- 30:47Speaker 2: of Angel Phoenix, and then there's one more.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I forget what. You don't know where you're going. This
- 30:52Speaker 1: sounds bad.
- 30:53Speaker 2: I got tapped for it one day and it was
- 30:55Speaker 2: like an all Like I got tapped at like nine
- 30:57Speaker 2: pm at night and I didn't get home till five
- 30:58Speaker 2: in the morning, and I had a bad I go
- 31:00Speaker 2: over my head at one point, like it was well calculated.
- 31:04Speaker 2: They said, hey, you're getting tapped for this society. You
- 31:06Speaker 2: either inter you're out. You have to say right now
- 31:08Speaker 2: if you're in. I was like, all right, I'm in,
- 31:09Speaker 2: and then I'm like, okay, walk outside. They leave me,
- 31:12Speaker 2: and then I'm waiting there for three four minutes and
- 31:13Speaker 2: all of a sudden, some guy with the cell phone
- 31:15Speaker 2: walks by. Never see him in my life, and he goes,
- 31:16Speaker 2: it's for you, and I have to now I have
- 31:18Speaker 2: a random cell phone. They're making me go different places
- 31:21Speaker 2: in the university doing specific things. Then I end up
- 31:24Speaker 2: at this one house and they put a bag over
- 31:26Speaker 2: my head and they put this metal music on. They
- 31:28Speaker 2: drive me for twenty thirty minutes. I have no idea
- 31:31Speaker 2: what the actual ideas, but it was a long time.
- 31:33Speaker 2: And they're like forcing me to answer these questions and
- 31:36Speaker 2: not forcing me. They're asking me these questions and I'd
- 31:37Speaker 2: answered them like that wasn't good enough.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Answer it better.
- 31:39Speaker 2: And I'm like trying to figure out what the fuck
- 31:41Speaker 2: these people want from me. And then like you go
- 31:44Speaker 2: through like a hell weekend. It's like get right in
- 31:46Speaker 2: the middle of spring ball, and so I would do
- 31:47Speaker 2: spring ball and then like right at seven pm.
- 31:49Speaker 1: I'd go to wherever I had to go. It was
- 31:51Speaker 1: all like very.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Secret, like you couldn't tell people what you were doing,
- 31:54Speaker 2: Like I couldn't tell my girlfriend.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Like it was a wild, a wild time. Yeah.
- 31:59Speaker 2: The whole idea was taking like the twenty five most
- 32:02Speaker 2: influential people it's influential students at the university and putting
- 32:06Speaker 2: in one room for the betterment at the university. And
- 32:08Speaker 2: there's one hundred percent turnover every single year. There's like
- 32:11Speaker 2: calls and chance you have to do. There's like you
- 32:13Speaker 2: have your name with a jingle behind it, and like
- 32:16Speaker 2: how you present yourself. Like there was rules and a
- 32:18Speaker 2: whole bunch of stuff you had to follow and you
- 32:20Speaker 2: meet secretly like every Monday at ten pm during the
- 32:23Speaker 2: like during the school year.
- 32:25Speaker 1: It was nuts, nuts do it? Yeah, I did the
- 32:28Speaker 1: whole thing. You ever told anyone about that? Like, I
- 32:29Speaker 1: mean I mentioned it on this pot before. I think
- 32:32Speaker 1: I have a whole lot.
- 32:33Speaker 2: It was wild and I could It's I would love
- 32:36Speaker 2: to tell a story, but this is not this podcast.
- 32:38Speaker 1: No, No, it's fine, it's it's uh.
- 32:39Speaker 2: It was cool though, Yeah, because you get to meet
- 32:41Speaker 2: all these different people, people you never come across, you know,
- 32:45Speaker 2: like they like presidents have been in it before and
- 32:48Speaker 2: all that. Like there's a there's a union building in
- 32:53Speaker 2: the middle of campus and there's a tower with like
- 32:55Speaker 2: three like three floors and they're small, and that used
- 32:58Speaker 2: to be for the secret societies and then it became
- 33:00Speaker 2: like a fire fire issue, so they like now they
- 33:02Speaker 2: have the secrets around. There's tunnels in at the University
- 33:05Speaker 2: of Michigan during the Cold War and like no one
- 33:08Speaker 2: knows about.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Was there ever any friction between you and the Secret
- 33:11Speaker 1: Society and where you're like, I want to take this
- 33:12Speaker 1: society down? No, no, no, no, there was there was.
- 33:15Speaker 2: There was a like when when I got in, I
- 33:18Speaker 2: don't know, when you find out who's getting tapped. Like
- 33:20Speaker 2: people had an issue with me being in it because
- 33:23Speaker 2: of the whole thing from my freshman year that the allegations,
- 33:28Speaker 2: you know, I mean I've talked about it before.
- 33:29Speaker 1: I never get it. It's part one. Yeah, there's been
- 33:32Speaker 1: a lot of allocations.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Yeah, but then they didn't want me in and then
- 33:34Speaker 2: I had to like talk to them like hey, this
- 33:36Speaker 2: I tet to explain them the whole situation, how it wasn't true,
- 33:38Speaker 2: and they're like gab. Yeah, but it was cool, man,
- 33:42Speaker 2: that was a cool situation. Like the whole tapping thing
- 33:43Speaker 2: was wild. It was like out of a movie. Yeah,
- 33:45Speaker 2: it was nuts. It's very They don't have anything like
- 33:47Speaker 2: that l S huh, not that I know of. I
- 33:50Speaker 2: don't know if I was that influential.
- 33:51Speaker 3: They just do like fighting and wrestling. They just put
- 33:53Speaker 3: on events with games. It's a fucking cool time, dude.
- 33:58Speaker 3: LSU was one of those schools.
- 33:59Speaker 1: To me, I was like, I would love to fucking
- 34:01Speaker 1: go there.
- 34:01Speaker 2: And it seems like they just live their sports like
- 34:04Speaker 2: they're all about their sports, whether it's football, basketball, whatever.
- 34:07Speaker 1: It'll yeah, no, it'll fucking it'll ruin your day, having
- 34:10Speaker 1: a bad having a bad It'll just ruin your day,
- 34:12Speaker 1: ruin your week. It's all like generally predicated on all right,
- 34:18Speaker 1: what are we doing for our tailgate on Sunday? Right,
- 34:20Speaker 1: Like that's you think about it, That's all you think
- 34:22Speaker 1: about all fucking week.
- 34:23Speaker 2: It's yeah, it's it's sick. It seems it's difficult. Is
- 34:27Speaker 2: it like a difficult school to get through?
- 34:28Speaker 1: No?
- 34:30Speaker 2: Love that love your honesty. I knew the answer, and
- 34:32Speaker 2: I just wanted to hear you say you can make it.
- 34:34Speaker 1: You can make I mean just like just like a
- 34:35Speaker 1: fucking have you guys done an F forty five workout?
- 34:38Speaker 1: Not to give no free shoutouts, but if you guys
- 34:40Speaker 1: got Mark wer shout out Mark Wholberg forty five? No
- 34:44Speaker 1: you're talking about uh no, that was the right thing,
- 34:46Speaker 1: right the workout? Yeah yeah Mark Wahlberg, Okay, yeah, yeah,
- 34:49Speaker 1: So these these workouts it anyway. You don't even we
- 34:54Speaker 1: don't even need to be this deep, but you you
- 34:56Speaker 1: get in what you put in, like if you want
- 34:57Speaker 1: it to be hard, I'm sure it could be hard.
- 34:59Speaker 1: But I just went to a wedding just this past
- 35:02Speaker 1: weekend where the uh, the bride made us all do
- 35:05Speaker 1: an F forty five workout the day before after we
- 35:08Speaker 1: flew in, and I told her I would never forgive her.
- 35:11Speaker 1: It was, oh wow, it was unbelievable. Obviously I was
- 35:14Speaker 1: joking and I got a lot out of it. But
- 35:16Speaker 1: uh when the warm up was like a few a
- 35:21Speaker 1: few minutes of like hig knees and burpees, and I said,
- 35:24Speaker 1: this is like people like, people enjoy this, people like
- 35:28Speaker 1: they actively sign up for this. They want to dude,
- 35:30Speaker 1: they like doing this. I don't know who's weird. It's
- 35:33Speaker 1: different some crosspit type stuff. It sounds crossfitty with the burpees,
- 35:37Speaker 1: a little bit light warm up and just fucking abuse yourself. Yeah,
- 35:40Speaker 1: it was just a light warm up of like, Okay, hey,
- 35:42Speaker 1: we're gonna do ten high knees and you have someone
- 35:44Speaker 1: like that probably shouldn't yeah, be showing you the roads. Yeah,
- 35:49Speaker 1: lean you in the yeah yeah yeah yeah, But that's
- 35:53Speaker 1: just that's just how it is. Your brain just reactivates
- 35:55Speaker 1: to that, like you're a coach, you know more than me.
- 35:58Speaker 1: Yeah thing, yeah, And it's like a football move. And
- 36:00Speaker 1: so I'm just I'm sitting there and they're like, oh no,
- 36:02Speaker 1: it's not bicycle. It's not bicycle abs you want those
- 36:05Speaker 1: to be and then you want to cross over. Just
- 36:07Speaker 1: keep your knees at ninety And I'm like, yes, coach, yes, yeah, dude, yeah,
- 36:14Speaker 1: can we dive in. Yeah you've had quite the off season,
- 36:17Speaker 1: I sure have. Can you walk us through the first
- 36:20Speaker 1: moment you found out that you had cancer? Boy, Uh,
- 36:27Speaker 1: it happened for me obviously in a crazy way that
- 36:33Speaker 1: I've that I've that I've shared with you. But I
- 36:37Speaker 1: was just doing a routine physical New Orleans Saints. It's
- 36:40Speaker 1: early in the morning. I'm just trying to get all
- 36:43Speaker 1: the ship out of the way just so I can
- 36:44Speaker 1: go out breakfast. Right. I'd just flown back in from
- 36:48Speaker 1: uh Cincinnati. I did a physical with them. I did
- 36:50Speaker 1: some meetings, some interviews, just trying to gauge, gauge what
- 36:56Speaker 1: I wanted to do and where I wanted to go.
- 36:58Speaker 1: And a big thing for me was I wanted to
- 37:01Speaker 1: see the facility before I made a decision, just because
- 37:04Speaker 1: I spent a lot of time there. So I'm going
- 37:08Speaker 1: in the morning and I'm going to do my physical.
- 37:10Speaker 1: I got, I got the needle in my arm. I
- 37:11Speaker 1: just given blood. I'd peed in the cup. All I
- 37:14Speaker 1: have to do is like just get touched on a
- 37:16Speaker 1: little bit. I shouldn't have to do any scans and
- 37:18Speaker 1: I'll be good to go. And all of a sudden,
- 37:22Speaker 1: this this guy, his name's doctor John Amos, puts his
- 37:25Speaker 1: hand on me. Feel something weird right up here in
- 37:27Speaker 1: my left clavicle and going through it. I had felt
- 37:34Speaker 1: something up here before, but and I'd known it was
- 37:38Speaker 1: a lymph node. They've they've gotten bigger and they've gotten
- 37:42Speaker 1: smaller from when I've gotten sick so normally, when i'd
- 37:44Speaker 1: feel it or i'd notice it, I'd be like, oh,
- 37:46Speaker 1: I must be getting sick. And going back and thinking
- 37:51Speaker 1: through the times that I had felt it, it should
- 37:56Speaker 1: have been more obvious to me that something was wrong.
- 38:00Speaker 1: So when he felt it, he knew something was wrong,
- 38:02Speaker 1: triggering me to go do a couple of scans. Sit
- 38:07Speaker 1: there just kind of wait. I'm talking with the with
- 38:09Speaker 1: the driver. It's a guy who works with the Saints.
- 38:11Speaker 1: His name's Harry. He's in their scouting department, and he's, uh,
- 38:14Speaker 1: we're just talking about our March Madness brackets, right, and
- 38:17Speaker 1: so I'm like, all right, yeah, yeah, we got we
- 38:18Speaker 1: got this going on. He's like, oh, man, I really
- 38:20Speaker 1: like so and so this year I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 38:22Speaker 1: it's cool. Uh. Basically, John Amos gets back from the
- 38:26Speaker 1: radiologist that's upstairs and he says, Hey, call Mickey Loomis
- 38:30Speaker 1: the GM. He says, call Mickey, tell him breakfast is off,
- 38:32Speaker 1: consider the physical canceled, Like, we have some stuff to do.
- 38:37Speaker 1: And he comes in and assists me down and he's
- 38:40Speaker 1: just kind of got that.
- 38:43Speaker 2: Like, how am I going to deliver this? I have
- 38:44Speaker 2: bad news? When when he felt the lymph node. What
- 38:48Speaker 2: was the doctor's reaction to send you into radiology?
- 38:51Speaker 1: He said, oh, that's interesting, Okay, that's and so he
- 38:54Speaker 1: felt that there and then he felt underneath to try
- 38:57Speaker 1: to feel the other lymph node to see if that
- 38:59Speaker 1: was inflamed kind of in my peck, but it was
- 39:01Speaker 1: it was deeper in there, so he really couldn't feel
- 39:04Speaker 1: it as well. And so he's kind of he's walking
- 39:06Speaker 1: with me and we're kind of we're going to do
- 39:07Speaker 1: the scans, and he's like, he's walking me through symptoms, right,
- 39:11Speaker 1: because initially he feels that and he's like, Okay, that's
- 39:14Speaker 1: that's an inflat that's a highly inflamed live No, that
- 39:16Speaker 1: should not be that big, no matter how that no
- 39:18Speaker 1: matter how sick you are. No, that's just what I'm imagining.
- 39:20Speaker 1: He's thinking. He's not trying to trigger me to be nervous,
- 39:25Speaker 1: and so he's you nervous?
- 39:28Speaker 3: Were you starting to think like, ah, this this happened
- 39:30Speaker 3: several times in my you know.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Because the doctor are he seems like he's not trying
- 39:34Speaker 2: to make it a big deal.
- 39:35Speaker 1: He said, hey, we do to go to a couple
- 39:37Speaker 1: of scans.
- 39:37Speaker 2: My first set would be like, hey, what are the
- 39:38Speaker 2: scans about, Like trying to figure out the answer the question.
- 39:41Speaker 1: We're the reason. We were trying to figure it out
- 39:43Speaker 1: as as we were going, right, because it's a routine
- 39:45Speaker 1: physical He's not supposed to find anything right, He's he's
- 39:49Speaker 1: more looking and he's doing that for me. He's not
- 39:51Speaker 1: really doing that for the team. Yeah, Like he's supposed
- 39:53Speaker 1: to check my joints, my knees, my elbows, my wrists,
- 39:56Speaker 1: my neck. He's supposed to make sure I'm healthy, not
- 39:59Speaker 1: in the form of real like physical health. It's supposed
- 40:03Speaker 1: to be athletics. But it was the first thing he touched,
- 40:07Speaker 1: and from there you could just kind of see he
- 40:09Speaker 1: was a little more frantic, not really as patient, and
- 40:13Speaker 1: he really just started to like kind of get things
- 40:16Speaker 1: into gear. From from there, I'd kind of felt like, yeah,
- 40:21Speaker 1: there was you know, there's probably something going on. Especially
- 40:24Speaker 1: when we started doing tests and he was a little
- 40:26Speaker 1: nervous about it, I'm like, Okay. For me at that point,
- 40:32Speaker 1: I'm like, Okay, this could be really bad cancer. Probably,
- 40:37Speaker 1: this could be this. You thought to yourself, that was
- 40:39Speaker 1: my that was my initial thought. I'm like, you know,
- 40:41Speaker 1: and two, probably two or three weeks before that I
- 40:44Speaker 1: had felt that and said, God, maybe what if that's
- 40:47Speaker 1: just like a tumor in my body? Like what if
- 40:50Speaker 1: that's not that's not supposed to be here. It doesn't
- 40:52Speaker 1: feel like that over here. You know, what if it's uh,
- 40:56Speaker 1: what if it is cancer? You know, I'll probably find
- 41:00Speaker 1: out on my on my free agency visits. And then
- 41:02Speaker 1: that comes up, free agency comes up. I'm stressed out.
- 41:05Speaker 1: I'm not even I'm not thinking about it right. And
- 41:09Speaker 1: then I go through my first physical. Nothing, he doesn't
- 41:11Speaker 1: feel it, nothing happens, he doesn't check. And then the
- 41:15Speaker 1: second guy comes, I'm like, oh, yeah, I did have that.
- 41:17Speaker 1: That's that is weird base Anyway, he comes and sits
- 41:22Speaker 1: down with me, and he says, okay, so let's talk
- 41:27Speaker 1: about you know, Hodgkin's lymphone. I'm like, okay, that's that's
- 41:34Speaker 1: a big word, right, And I'm just kind of just
- 41:37Speaker 1: kind of going through it and trying to figure out,
- 41:41Speaker 1: trying to figure out kind of what he's what he's saying,
- 41:44Speaker 1: or how you know, how how sure he is right,
- 41:47Speaker 1: because obviously you wouldn't bring it up to me if
- 41:49Speaker 1: it wasn't a possibility. And so in a weird way,
- 41:54Speaker 1: the kind of pieces start to fit to the puzzle
- 41:57Speaker 1: and the dots start to connect a little bit, and
- 41:59Speaker 1: I'm like, Okay, that's that's different. That's interesting. It's like,
- 42:03Speaker 1: let's go talk to the radiologist and he'll explain to
- 42:05Speaker 1: you everything that's going on. After about five minutes of
- 42:07Speaker 1: telling me about how curable and treatable Hodgkins is, I'm like, Okay,
- 42:11Speaker 1: that's different, So let's let's go do that. We talked
- 42:14Speaker 1: to the radiologist. I'm still like, I'm at a coin flip.
- 42:17Speaker 1: It could be like a benign cyst of something in
- 42:20Speaker 1: my neck, or it could be cancer. And so we
- 42:22Speaker 1: start talking to the radiologist and he's explaining to me
- 42:24Speaker 1: how it's you know, that's not what it's supposed to
- 42:27Speaker 1: look like. It's uh, you got him here. You've got
- 42:30Speaker 1: a couple of different spots throughout your body that are
- 42:32Speaker 1: a little that kind of light up when we put
- 42:35Speaker 1: this we put this fluid into you into this scan.
- 42:37Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, where's the burden of proof? I remember
- 42:41Speaker 1: asking him and he says, what do you mean. I'm like, well,
- 42:44Speaker 1: do we have to prove that it is or that
- 42:46Speaker 1: it isn't? And I said okay, and he said, well,
- 42:49Speaker 1: we got to prove right now to me looking and feeling,
- 42:52Speaker 1: despite you not having any symptoms, we have to we'd
- 42:56Speaker 1: have to prove that it's not certainly. And I'm like, okay,
- 42:59Speaker 1: two about what percent? He goes upper nineties, ninety seven
- 43:03Speaker 1: percent Hodgkins slimphoma in my brain, and I said ninety
- 43:07Speaker 1: seven that's a lot. And so he said, we'd like
- 43:15Speaker 1: to do a biopsy. We'd like to do it as
- 43:17Speaker 1: fast as we can. If we let you leave this
- 43:19Speaker 1: hospital right now without having anything done, then like you're
- 43:23Speaker 1: susceptible to not knowing anything and it's taking a lot
- 43:26Speaker 1: longer for you to find out. I'm like, fuck, okay,
- 43:29Speaker 1: let's sure, let's do it now. So they give me
- 43:32Speaker 1: some lighter cane, cut me open, I'm still awake, take
- 43:35Speaker 1: some corese samples out, and then the same guy I
- 43:40Speaker 1: was talking about with the March madness bracket, Harry, he
- 43:42Speaker 1: drives me back, and funny enough, I'm in New Orleans.
- 43:48Speaker 1: My mom is ten minutes away from the hospital, and
- 43:52Speaker 1: so I walk in after having called my mom and
- 43:56Speaker 1: telling her all the information right before the biopsy, and
- 43:58Speaker 1: I just break down. Obviously, it's you know, it's it
- 44:04Speaker 1: was nothing that was in my control, and it was
- 44:06Speaker 1: really difficult, and I think a ton of the stress
- 44:09Speaker 1: from the free agency really just kind of melted away,
- 44:13Speaker 1: and I just stopped thinking about that altogether and started
- 44:16Speaker 1: thinking about life in a in a way. And that
- 44:22Speaker 1: was an obviously, like extremely low point, and then I
- 44:26Speaker 1: had to start. I had to try to tell the
- 44:29Speaker 1: people that were important, but also not tell enough people
- 44:32Speaker 1: to where all of a sudden, now it's news that
- 44:35Speaker 1: I haven't let out on my own right. I called
- 44:40Speaker 1: my agent, well, I called my dad, I called my girl,
- 44:43Speaker 1: I called my agent, I called my coaches. I kind
- 44:47Speaker 1: of told them what was going on. The people that
- 44:50Speaker 1: were important to me. I made a courtesy call to
- 44:52Speaker 1: Zach Taylor with Cincinnati because I had seen him the
- 44:56Speaker 1: day before, and I said, hey, thank you for your consideration.
- 45:01Speaker 1: I just I got medical issues going on right now,
- 45:04Speaker 1: and I don't want to hold you guys up from
- 45:07Speaker 1: being the team that you want to be. I don't
- 45:09Speaker 1: know you guys knew that I was considering going with you,
- 45:12Speaker 1: So right now I'm probably I'm probably I'd have no
- 45:16Speaker 1: opportunity to come there and help you to which He
- 45:20Speaker 1: was very gracious and said he would be praying for me,
- 45:23Speaker 1: which I meant a lot to me. From there it
- 45:27Speaker 1: was it was actually all uphill and it was all
- 45:30Speaker 1: pretty good. Sent the tweet out got a lot of
- 45:33Speaker 1: positive feedback, a lot of responses. There was obviously a
- 45:37Speaker 1: lot of crying done and a lot and a lot
- 45:39Speaker 1: to be done. But right as I felt I was,
- 45:44Speaker 1: it was all positive. It was all super positive, and like,
- 45:46Speaker 1: that's how I got to be. That's what I'm gonna do.
- 45:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna beat this. It's gonna be great. You know,
- 45:50Speaker 1: football is on the back burner. We're just gonna We're
- 45:52Speaker 1: just gonna beat cancer. That's what we're gonna do. I
- 45:56Speaker 1: got a call from the doctor that was recommended me
- 46:01Speaker 1: by doctor John Amos. His name is doctor Carter Davis.
- 46:04Speaker 1: He is a he's the uh what is it called,
- 46:09Speaker 1: the oncologist for the He's one of the he's one
- 46:14Speaker 1: of the lead on collegests down in New Orleans at
- 46:15Speaker 1: the UH Benson Medical Center, the Benson Cancer Center on
- 46:18Speaker 1: the fifth floor. Great dude, and a yeah really and
- 46:23Speaker 1: a really good doctor. He calls me, as I as
- 46:27Speaker 1: I feel the way of the world bearing down on
- 46:28Speaker 1: me from every which way, just talking to people and
- 46:33Speaker 1: seeing their experiences. Namely, I remember one guy that I
- 46:37Speaker 1: was talking to It's like, yeah, you know, my relative
- 46:41Speaker 1: of mine went through this. And I'm like, well, you know,
- 46:43Speaker 1: is how bad is the chemo? How bad is the radiation?
- 46:46Speaker 1: You know it's it's bad, but you could push through it.
- 46:49Speaker 1: He goes, no, man, it sucks. Brutal. Ship Now it's
- 46:53Speaker 1: like it's brutal, and I'm like, okay, so I fucking
- 46:59Speaker 1: I want to kill my is the most This is
- 47:02Speaker 1: gut wrenching. But right as I feel it all bearing
- 47:07Speaker 1: down on me and I'm I'm as stressed as I'd
- 47:09Speaker 1: ever been in my life, Carter Davis gives me a
- 47:13Speaker 1: call and says, hey, we just got your We just
- 47:17Speaker 1: got your cell type back from your initial biopsy of
- 47:21Speaker 1: your cancer diagnosis. So this is something I learned, that
- 47:24Speaker 1: everyone's cancer is different because obviously there's a ton of
- 47:28Speaker 1: different types. Right there's breast cancer, there's ovarian cancer, there's leukemias,
- 47:31Speaker 1: there's even Hodgkins ays too, there's Hodgkins and there's non
- 47:34Speaker 1: Hodgkins hot non Hodgkins being in your bone marrow. There's
- 47:38Speaker 1: just so much that you that I didn't know and
- 47:40Speaker 1: that couldn't be learned. And from there there's different cell types,
- 47:44Speaker 1: so I had there's ninety five to ninety seven percent
- 47:50Speaker 1: of patients have lymphocite predominant cell type, which means it's
- 47:55Speaker 1: it's the most researched form of Hodgkins leuphoma. What I
- 48:00Speaker 1: I wound up having was non limph or it was
- 48:03Speaker 1: nodular lymphatic predominant Hodgkins lymphoma, so it was less aggressive,
- 48:08Speaker 1: it was slow moving, and it didn't require chemo radiation
- 48:12Speaker 1: or any of the other life altering things that you'd
- 48:15Speaker 1: have to go through. That's my journeys, so my journey
- 48:20Speaker 1: is different. And when he told me that that was
- 48:22Speaker 1: possibly what I had, tears came to my eyes and
- 48:25Speaker 1: I said, Oh my God, like this is this is
- 48:30Speaker 1: God's active hand waving over me. I was shocked. I
- 48:35Speaker 1: was shook. I'm still shook thinking about it. It gives
- 48:36Speaker 1: me chills and just it makes my heart race. But
- 48:42Speaker 1: there was just such an outpouring of faith and belief
- 48:45Speaker 1: and prayer that had been sent to me. I couldn't
- 48:48Speaker 1: see it any other way. And I did a secondary
- 48:53Speaker 1: biopsy that that you could see right here where they
- 48:57Speaker 1: put me under, took out a ton of that, took
- 49:00Speaker 1: out a ton of that lymph node, and ran a
- 49:03Speaker 1: bunch of tests just to make sure it was what
- 49:06Speaker 1: we thought it was. You were, they were what we thought, Yeah,
- 49:11Speaker 1: whatever anyway, but it was. It wound up being the wound,
- 49:14Speaker 1: just humor in the middle of it. Yeah, they were
- 49:17Speaker 1: who we leave they were, Yeah, but it was it
- 49:20Speaker 1: was n l p h L. And so from there,
- 49:24Speaker 1: I I remember I was, I was watching my my
- 49:28Speaker 1: little cousin's tennis match, he's a tennis player down in
- 49:31Speaker 1: Baton Rouge Lsu and I got that call and it
- 49:34Speaker 1: was the nurse. He's like, hey, it's overwhelmingly positive news.
- 49:38Speaker 1: It's n l p h L, no chemo, no radiation,
- 49:43Speaker 1: and you're gonna be You're going to be back to
- 49:45Speaker 1: what you want to do in a month. We're going
- 49:48Speaker 1: to schedule you a week from now. You'll be back
- 49:49Speaker 1: a month after that. And I said, that's unbelievable, that's
- 49:53Speaker 1: no way, that's honestly the greatest news I might next
- 49:58Speaker 1: to uh, next to an I do from the person
- 50:02Speaker 1: I marry and a it's a boy or it's a girl.
- 50:05Speaker 1: And it's a healthy baby. That'll probably be the best
- 50:09Speaker 1: news I ever received in my life. Unbelievable. So I
- 50:14Speaker 1: went and uh, I did my one, my one transfusion
- 50:18Speaker 1: with this this drug called retuxin mab, and from there
- 50:24Speaker 1: I just got I just the follow the insinuing tuesdays.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I did shots in the stomach of the retux mab
- 50:33Speaker 1: and after that I walked out of that hospital. And
- 50:39Speaker 1: the day after I signed with the Saints. Fuck that
- 50:43Speaker 1: was in wild story. Yeah all loan was that, Uh
- 50:47Speaker 1: when you received the the news that you had yeah,
- 50:50Speaker 1: that you had cancer and then you're telling your family,
- 50:52Speaker 1: your the waterworks is happening. How long is it as
- 50:55Speaker 1: you're finding out like it's uphill from there? Like when
- 50:57Speaker 1: did it start to seem like, Okay, maybe it's not
- 51:01Speaker 1: Maybe it's not going to be as as easy or
- 51:03Speaker 1: as hard. Maybe it's not going to be as hard
- 51:05Speaker 1: as I had imagined when I got that, when I
- 51:08Speaker 1: got that phone call, I got that phone call after
- 51:12Speaker 1: my buddy AJ Cole's wedding. Shout out the boy, AJ
- 51:15Speaker 1: Shout out the boy aj Cole. Unbelievable punter. You would know, yes,
- 51:21Speaker 1: he uh, right after his wedding the way. Yeah, the
- 51:24Speaker 1: waight of the world was bearing down on me. And
- 51:26Speaker 1: then I got that phone call and I said, oh
- 51:27Speaker 1: my god, this is this is incredible. How long was
- 51:30Speaker 1: that news from when you received the for the bad news,
- 51:33Speaker 1: it was probably about it was probably a week and
- 51:36Speaker 1: a half, So you're just in your head, two minds
- 51:40Speaker 1: going everywhere for a Yeah, it was. It was bad.
- 51:45Speaker 1: I mean, there was a lot of support. It was
- 51:50Speaker 1: it was tough, and uh, it's always going to be
- 51:54Speaker 1: something that I do, and I'm going to do it
- 51:56Speaker 1: graciously and humbly. But my experience, I hope, I hope
- 52:01Speaker 1: anyone diagnosed with cancer has my experience. It It did
- 52:07Speaker 1: not affect it did not affect my body. My quality
- 52:09Speaker 1: of life was not changed. I was obviously, I was upset.
- 52:13Speaker 1: I was stressed. It couldn't have happened at a at
- 52:17Speaker 1: a worse time, or it couldn't have happened at a
- 52:18Speaker 1: better time. I mean, you never know, right with just
- 52:22Speaker 1: how the timing works, right. But I didn't have a team,
- 52:25Speaker 1: I didn't have a home, and all of a sudden,
- 52:27Speaker 1: now I have cancer. So I got some I got
- 52:30Speaker 1: some rough shit that I was trying to deal with
- 52:32Speaker 1: and I'm like, this is terrible, and shout out to
- 52:36Speaker 1: the saying shout out to Mickey Loomis, shout out to
- 52:37Speaker 1: the people that said from the day after that they
- 52:41Speaker 1: had the information, they said, we're sticking by you, and
- 52:44Speaker 1: you're a saint to us, no matter what, no matter
- 52:46Speaker 1: if you no matter if you could play tomorrow, if
- 52:49Speaker 1: or if you'll never play again, You'll always be You'll
- 52:52Speaker 1: always have a home here. I said, Oh my god, Yeah,
- 52:55Speaker 1: is that the big reason why you just said a
- 52:56Speaker 1: side with them that that amongst others. I mean, I
- 53:00Speaker 1: didn't I didn't quite realize how important it was for
- 53:02Speaker 1: me to be home. I mean, just having to deal
- 53:07Speaker 1: with everything and trying to find another hospital or just
- 53:10Speaker 1: another place to do the blood work or another another
- 53:15Speaker 1: person I would trust as much as the people that
- 53:17Speaker 1: were already taking care of me that had been that
- 53:19Speaker 1: had been difficult. I'm sure there, I'm sure there are
- 53:21Speaker 1: plenty of wonderful doctors that at the other spots I
- 53:24Speaker 1: was considering. But it really dawned upon me once I
- 53:27Speaker 1: walked into the facility, which was twelve minutes away from
- 53:31Speaker 1: my mom's house, and I said, yeah, this is exactly
- 53:34Speaker 1: where I needed to be right now in this very moment.
- 53:36Speaker 2: Seems like you handled everything gracefully. One thing you said
- 53:39Speaker 2: that you actually called Zach Tailor yourself was at something
- 53:43Speaker 2: you like. You were like, I want to make sure
- 53:45Speaker 2: and call this coach because the next thing I could
- 53:47Speaker 2: easily just say, Hey, do me a favor to your agent.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Call this guy and let him know that this is
- 53:51Speaker 1: going on. It's no secret that you know they're having
- 53:58Speaker 1: a lot of success up in Cincinnati, and it's you
- 54:02Speaker 1: could look at the stats and you could look at
- 54:04Speaker 1: you could look at Joe, you could look at Jamar,
- 54:06Speaker 1: you look at t Higgins, you could look at Joe Mix,
- 54:08Speaker 1: and you could look at their align, their defense, their secondary,
- 54:11Speaker 1: their franchise safeties they don't have anymore. But regardless, you
- 54:16Speaker 1: could you could see on paper and on the field,
- 54:20Speaker 1: on the grass why they're having so much success. Talking
- 54:22Speaker 1: to Zach Taylor, you could tell that all that success
- 54:25Speaker 1: is being managed in an extremely positive way. He just
- 54:29Speaker 1: it seemed like he was doing things in a really
- 54:30Speaker 1: positive light. It was something that I definitely was going
- 54:33Speaker 1: to consider down the line, but it was just it
- 54:38Speaker 1: was a courtesy. I know that he would have extended
- 54:40Speaker 1: to me and I It's just it wasn't in my
- 54:44Speaker 1: place to just lead someone on or just kind of
- 54:48Speaker 1: keep misinformation perpetuating that. Wasn't that just that's not my mo? Yeah.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Yeah, but then well, anybody who has, you know, tough information,
- 54:56Speaker 2: they might want to just focus on themselves and just
- 54:58Speaker 2: have just make their agent do it. Yeah, you reach
- 55:01Speaker 2: out as I could say all that. That's why I
- 55:02Speaker 2: asked that question. It's like, you know, very personable of
- 55:06Speaker 2: you to go and call it another head coach and
- 55:08Speaker 2: say I appreciate, but here's what's going on X, Y
- 55:09Speaker 2: and Z in the middle of dealing with an emotional
- 55:12Speaker 2: battle that you're dealing with.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Yeah. I talked to him the day before. Honestly, Taylor,
- 55:19Speaker 1: it just seemed like he was a guy that I
- 55:20Speaker 1: wanted in my corner with a prayer and I yeah,
- 55:25Speaker 1: I'd stand by that. Yeah. Yeah.
- 55:28Speaker 2: When you look at everything now, going through all that
- 55:30Speaker 2: and being as minimal as it could have possibly been, Like, where,
- 55:34Speaker 2: how has your outlook changed on life before all this
- 55:37Speaker 2: and then after?
- 55:39Speaker 1: Man, I'm gracious, I'm I'm grateful, I'm thankful, and there's
- 55:46Speaker 1: been plenty of times where I thought you know, like
- 55:51Speaker 1: and a lot of the times for me, it's it
- 55:52Speaker 1: was the wrong way. It's the wrong way to do it.
- 55:54Speaker 1: But like, we just did ten ot as. Really we
- 55:58Speaker 1: did nine OTAs and then three mini camp and I
- 56:00Speaker 1: was like there'd been something that there had been a
- 56:03Speaker 1: play that I went back. There's always a play you
- 56:04Speaker 1: went back, right, It's like, fuck God, i mean Cam
- 56:09Speaker 1: Jordan gets off the ball and like, I'm behind the
- 56:12Speaker 1: snap count. It's a quarterback that isn't Derek, which is
- 56:15Speaker 1: crazy that we're back together and we could talk about that,
- 56:17Speaker 1: but yeah, you know, it's the guys who's cadence I
- 56:19Speaker 1: wasn't ready for. And now Cam Jordan's in the backfield
- 56:22Speaker 1: and I'm scrambling. I look like an idiot and I'm like, God,
- 56:25Speaker 1: this fucking sucks. And then I'm kicking myself all day.
- 56:28Speaker 1: I'm down. I'm like, god, I'm fucking pumping weight. I'm
- 56:30Speaker 1: just all I'm thinking about is just being laid off
- 56:32Speaker 1: the ball and I'm like this fucking blows. And then
- 56:36Speaker 1: I'm like it could be a lot worse. Could be
- 56:44Speaker 1: sitting by the river there in the Benson Cancer Center,
- 56:47Speaker 1: just with an ivy in your arm for eight hours
- 56:50Speaker 1: going through going through a tuxamap, going through or something worse,
- 56:54Speaker 1: going through chemo or radiation. Like it's always it's always worse,
- 56:58Speaker 1: And everyone has their own set of problems. Anyone you
- 57:00Speaker 1: walk past, and anyone in this bus has their own
- 57:03Speaker 1: battle that they're fighting right now. But it's just it
- 57:06Speaker 1: gave me a lot of perspective. Yeah, fuck man, this
- 57:09Speaker 1: is uh. I appreciate you sharing all this stuff too.
- 57:12Speaker 1: I can only imagine how hard it was to tell
- 57:14Speaker 1: your parents. Yeah, that was that was difficult. I'm I'm
- 57:21Speaker 1: extremely close with both. I'll spent a lot of time
- 57:24Speaker 1: with my mom and naturally she's a little uh, she's
- 57:30Speaker 1: a little skeptical. Uh she didn't she wouldn't trust medicine
- 57:34Speaker 1: all that much. Uh hell yeah, yeah, uh yeah, a
- 57:38Speaker 1: little bit, a little bit down at a little bit.
- 57:43Speaker 1: So you know, I just I trust the experts, and
- 57:48Speaker 1: those guys seem to know what they were talking about.
- 57:49Speaker 1: They weren't blown smoke out their ass. So initially she
- 57:55Speaker 1: kind of she called me on the phone call right
- 57:57Speaker 1: after I got the news, and then I got home
- 58:00Speaker 1: and I just I just broke down, just hugged her
- 58:03Speaker 1: and broke down. So it was. They were kind of
- 58:09Speaker 1: explaining to me that it could be this, it could
- 58:10Speaker 1: be this, it could be any one of those things,
- 58:14Speaker 1: and I'm like, yeah, like, it's just it's not I
- 58:18Speaker 1: just I know, I know this is what they say
- 58:20Speaker 1: it is. It's it's Hodgkins, and we just gotta there's
- 58:25Speaker 1: a chance it couldn't be. You know, in my brain,
- 58:27Speaker 1: I'm like, we've beaten a lot of odds, right, you know,
- 58:30Speaker 1: the three of us, certainly we beat plenty of odds.
- 58:32Speaker 1: We've gone from you know, grammar school to high school
- 58:36Speaker 1: to college to the pros. We've played, We've had long careers,
- 58:41Speaker 1: and I'm just I'm gonna play as long as I
- 58:42Speaker 1: can and as long as they'll continue to have me.
- 58:45Speaker 1: But in my brain, I'm like, you know, I've beaten
- 58:48Speaker 1: a lot of odds. It it'd be it'd be really
- 58:52Speaker 1: hard to beat these. I have no control over these,
- 58:56Speaker 1: but I remember, and I remember telling fucking Shifter, I'm like,
- 58:59Speaker 1: we've beat a lot of odds. Well, we kicked a
- 59:00Speaker 1: lot of ass too, So whichever one we have to
- 59:03Speaker 1: do this time, that's just what we're gonna do. It's
- 59:05Speaker 1: a great line, yeah, phenomenal line. Yeah. Well, I mean,
- 59:09Speaker 1: I can't imagine.
- 59:10Speaker 2: I can tell your family that's if you had a
- 59:11Speaker 2: similar situation happened with you.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, but not that one. Yeah you were
- 59:15Speaker 1: and was like, yeah, I mean I.
- 59:19Speaker 3: Was out in Buffalo and I had I was going
- 59:21Speaker 3: out for a physical and I had a scan. I
- 59:23Speaker 3: was doing a C spine scan just because of stingers,
- 59:25Speaker 3: like a stinger history, and they're like, oh, let's just
- 59:27Speaker 3: do a C spine scan, just a YadA YadA YadA.
- 59:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 59:30Speaker 3: And I remember watching film with the linebacker coach and
- 59:33Speaker 3: they end up knocking on the door the doctor of
- 59:35Speaker 3: the team doc at the time, and he's like, hey,
- 59:37Speaker 3: can we borrow will for a minute?
- 59:38Speaker 1: We got all this physical stuff back. He's like, when
- 59:40Speaker 1: you get done that, you know, we'll get back into
- 59:41Speaker 1: this cover one, cover three, you know, and like cover one, yeah,
- 59:45Speaker 1: go ahead, yeah, and uh oh right, I'm called for
- 59:50Speaker 1: I remember sitting in the office and they had the
- 59:52Speaker 1: scan up. He's like, you see what this is and
- 59:54Speaker 1: there's like this white mask like in my neck at
- 59:56Speaker 1: the bottom of my brain and he was like, uh,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: it's like, you know, I don't want to speculate. He's like,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: but I don't know what this is. I know it's
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: a cost for concern, and you know we can't clear
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: you right now, and here's what your options are. And
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: then he started talking about like, uh, what are you
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: talking about, like a going to their radiology, getting the scan,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: get in the ink ink like getting or a CT
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: scan right doude putting the color the dye in your
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: brain so that way they could see the coloring and
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: all this stuff. He's like, but I would you know,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: you probably don't want to be in Buffalo. You probably
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: want to be And then that's when I kind of
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: started hitting. I was like, like, do I have like
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: a tumor or something. He's like, honestly, I don't know.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: I'm not an expert, and I don't want to speculate
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: or put anything in your head, but I would advise you, uh,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: probably you probably want to be around your family. So
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: I'm like flying back and Washington takes was taking good
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: care of me at the time. Doctor West. She's like, hey,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: we'll get you right when you land take an uber
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: over to the radiology department. We'll get you an MRI.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: And as I'm walking up, you can hear them say, like,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: you know this where we could be looking at a
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: tomor I think we're gonna have to get this removed
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: and send it into the lab as you know, they're
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: trying to get it out so that way they can
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: they can see or not if it's benign or something
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: that's aggressive. Of course, and he's always here, he's here.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: They get off the phone and he's like, oh, come
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: in here and tell me, And I was like, you know,
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: just tell me what right, Yeah, I feel like I'm
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: an emotional from fucking his story first, and he's like,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: I was like, Yo, just just tell me what you
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: know I'm looking at. If it's if I can't play
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: football and war, I don't care about that. Because he's like, hey, if.
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: We get this removed, we could just put uh, like
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: you know, titanium basically on your fucking brain, on your
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: school You'll be good.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: You'd be good for training camp. I was like, listen, man,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: if I got something, if I got a tumor in
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: my brain, yeah, I don't give a shit if I'm
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to play Oklahoma drill again anymore in training camp.
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: And he's like, we're gonna send this off to He's like,
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: because again, he's just a radiologist. And they're like, the
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: neurosurgeon is gonna see it tomorrow, and so everybody, you know, everybody,
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: all the team docks in Washington. We're sending it off
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: to you know, anybody, like fucking internationally, everybody's to get
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: their eyes on the scan. I'm up all night talking
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: with my boy Trim Murphy about you know what it
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: could be.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: He's researching his own thing. He's fucking you don't want
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: them warm ole cats, like you want to be in
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: the Fox old of course. Yeah, And uh, you know,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I basically get zero sleep that night, and then I
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: wake up the neurostitian calls the next day say, hey, man,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: I know you've been stressed all night. You do not
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: have a tumor. This is, in my opinion, benign. And
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: you've had this in your brain since you were you know,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: since you were a kid. Because I look back at
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: your olden horizon. This is something that the Redskins missed.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: He's like, it is a hard thing to miss, but
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: it is on some of your old c spines. So
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: I'm under the impression that it's been in there since
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: as early as whenever I had my first like either
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: sting or whatever.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: In twenty fourteen. Yeah, so yeah, that was my That
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: was my story with that, which I've told a couple
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: of times on here. But I remember the hardest call
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: being to my dad about it. I don't know why
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: I'm crying so stupid. It's all good. It's just the emotional.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: Ship, man. You get the parents. Stuff evolved and that
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: always tickles something. But that was the hardest call. So
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: that's why I asked that that's that's my story. If
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: let's please, for the love of God, let's move on
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: to something else.
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: Uh so, Denzel Washington, Yeah, I guess no range, Yeah,
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: in that one lock pistol.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, no range, straight ahead. That's always got. It's
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: a wild deal, man. It is. The entire time you're
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: telling that story, I'm like, you know, when you talked
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: about it, I go home, and then that's the moment
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: I break down. I just feel rising up in me.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, I'm thinking, thankful you're asking questions too,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: because I'm like, fuck man, because you're obviously a friend too,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: and I can only imagine how difficult that was just
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: because you actually were receiving bad fucking news, and I
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: can you know, I just remember that moment for myself,
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: and you're just like you almost don't know how to
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: wrap your brain around it at first at first hearing it,
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: and then you're speculating until you get whatever the results are,
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: and you kind of like it didn't necessarily hit me
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: until I was actually trying to get it on my
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: mouth until my dad, because I was like, yo, don't
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: tell mom. Wasn't gonna tell my wife now, but it
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: wasn't gonna tell Charro until I knew like what results
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: actually were. But that's when I realized how, like, yo,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: this is, this could be something real that's going on.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: But uh yeah, man, that's that story is wild. Yeah,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: there's there's just just so much information. I mean when
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: I initially got it, I just kind of went into
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: that just take information for what it is and try
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: not to be emotional right now, Like uh, just really
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: just perked up wide eyed and just kind of like
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: just tried to pierce this guy's eyes with mine and
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: just understand what he's saying, gather as much information and
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: facts as I could, just so that I could relay
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: the information as clearly and accurately as possible. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: that's that's that's kind of the mode that I went into.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: But as soon as all that melts away and you
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: have given all that information, then you become a human
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: being again. Yeah, and especially.
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: When you see the reactions of others too, and just
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: of course as parts of like you know, you know,
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: in a like our line of work and everything else.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: You you try to quickly wrap your arms around it
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: to see it as like am I gonna beat this motherfucker?
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: And you see it kind of as like a challenge
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: type of thing, or like you know, we're gonna then
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: you almost I would assume if it continued down that
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: that uh, that road of it being something like a tumor.
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: It's almost it would almost be harder to see anybody
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: else around the reacting versus of course, because you're trying
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: to explain it. You know, everybody's trying to be there
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: for you. You don't know if you're probably in the
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: mood to talk at times about it.
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, you know it's on everybody's mind. It
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: is me just fucking rest this outfit. That's no, that's
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: exactly right. So it's like it's one thing, one thing
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: that I didn't want to do is go on like
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: a media circus but there could have been some like
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: It's just the thing is, I didn't want to like
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: popularize going on like and just doing a bunch of
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: different interviews for a bunch of different people and just
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: trying to like, I didn't want it to make it
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: seem like I was trying to build my brand through
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: my diagnosis. And I know that's like a crazy thing
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: for me to say, because obviously that's not happening. It's
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: just I already have a bit of a brand and
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, this crazy news jumps and
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: and I'm a free agent, Okay, I get this information out.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: That was just that was a fear that I had
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: initially going in. But talking to people, they've been just
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: so supportive of it. Obviously I talk about it a lot,
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: just because it is so well known that I have
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: now gone through this, even though I don't look or
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: feel any different. Yeah, that was a thing too when
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: that news came out.
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: Obviously everyone that's a viral thing, like it was fucking
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: spreading like wildfire. Yeah, having you on the bus now,
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: it's almost like a part of me was like, you know,
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: I see you sign with the Saints, and I'm like, man,
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: This is fucking awesome that he's you know, whatever's going
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: on with the with the story and everything else. But
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: I'm almost like, you know, like so is Hee like
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: cancer free because you haven't done a whole a lot
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: of talking about not that you should be doing it,
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: but yeah, you do have that up in the air.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Is like, man, he's fucking out there playing right now,
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Like should he be out there in the They didn't
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: care my guy out there? Fuck? Yeah there, Yeah, I mean,
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: holy shit, I have one. I have one last scan.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: I think I think nine days or eight days from now,
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: June twenty ninth, and that will be another uh. I
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: think that'll be another pet scan where they're gonna they
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: they shoot you with radioactive sugar basically, and you go
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: in and you you do it. The sugar basically targets
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: and I could pull up a picture for you, but
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: the sugar targets the parts of your body that are
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: consuming it, right, so like it'll go to your brain,
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: your heart, you'll see you'll see sugar in your bladder.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: But then the other parts that pop up on the scan,
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: those are the parts that are that are eating up
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: the sugar, and those are considered to be cancerous. So
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: for me, I had them here, and I had some.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: I had some here, I'll have that. I'll have one
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: last scan to see how much those have gone down
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: due to the retux mab. And after that, if I
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: go on there and see like a limited amount of
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: black spots, I will in my own head have rung
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: the bell and I would have been done in remission
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: at that point. Yeah, that's nine days. That'll be in
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: nine days. Is there any anticipation for that? You feel
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: pretty confident right now. I feel good about it. Everyone
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: everyone takes to the medicine. Everyone takes to the retux
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: mab in a different way. And I've I've been quoted
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: as calling this a life sentence for myself. I might
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: never have to do it again, but the studies and
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: statistics show that I might have to go do more
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: of this stuff. But at that point, it's again, it's
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: still not it's still not Chemo. It's a drug that
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: I'm now familiar with and my body's familiar with, so
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: it'd be hopefully in my brain. This is just the
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: way that I see it. It'd be like maybe for
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: four more treatments a month long, ten or twelve or
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: fifteen years from now, right, and then maybe do it
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: more after that and more after that, and just once
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: once every year or two years going in and doing
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: a scan and making sure it's not growing. But for me,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: it seems like the NLPHL, that diagnosis of it not
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: being aggressive or growing or really spreading off all that fast,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: that'll always kind of be the thing that I lean
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: back on and say, okay, like, regardless of what it is,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: be okay. That's that's my thought.
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: When you take that medicine, is there a reaction to
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: your body, like, do you feel a certain way?
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: They have to, so they do the trend, they do
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: the the infew or the transfusion, whatever it is. They
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: do that because anything you put in your body, especially
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: something you're not familiar with, you could be allergic to it. Right,
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: You could have a reaction. And there are people there's
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: like it was basically a coin flip, about fifty to
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: fifty of people who have a reaction and some people
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: who don't have a reaction. Now, the reaction doesn't mean
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: it's not working or that you can't have it. It
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: just means that you're introducing it to your body too fast.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: For me, I did not have that reaction. So it went.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: We did thirty minutes at fifty CC's per hour, we
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: did thirty minutes at one hundred CC's per hour, and
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: we just dripped it in until the nine hundred cc
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: bag had dripped all the way out. And I just
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: I mean, you're just sitting there, you're reading a you're
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: reading a book, and or you're looking at your phone,
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: or you're watching a video, and then all of a sudden,
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: the uh, the Benadrille starts. I mean, those words are
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: swimming on the page and you're like, holy fuck, this
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: can't be Bena drill, right, yeah, and then all of
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: a sudden, I'm have a fun deal yeah kind of yeah,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: I mean, unbelievable. You don't want to you don't want
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: to say it too loud, No, no, no, no, I mean
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: I'm just I'm looking. I'm just like, oh my god,
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: this is what this is?
- 1:11:21Speaker 5: Well.
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: I mean I had gone and I had done surgeries before,
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: but like, they'll go in and they'll bring the vials in.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: I remember I did my a cl and I did
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: my a cl in Baton Rouge again, fucking great town.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: And the guy comes in and he's he's explaining, uh
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: what he's about to put into my arm. He's like, Hey,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: this is gonna loosen you up, it's gonna relax you.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: It's basically like a margarita. I'm like, oh fuck yeah,
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: it's it's like five thirty in the morning. I'm like,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: oh fuck yeah. He goes, I was hoping you said that,
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: and so I'm not giving you like a fucking magician.
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: He had he had one violin this hand. He flipped
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: his hand and he had a second fucking violin his head.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: He goes, He goes, I was hoping you say that.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: So I brought two of them. I said, oh my god. Yeah,
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: so he and so he did. I remember the doctors
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: as he's uh put in the uh what anesthesia right,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: as he's put as he's as he's given me the
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: as he's giving me the anesthesia, and he goes, all right,
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: just count backwards from one hundred. He goes, I know
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: what this is. I'm basically drunk. I go, I know
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: what this is. Yeah, and I'm fucking out like a light.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: The doctor woke and when he woke me up, and
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: he and he came and just gave me a recap
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: of it. He's like, God, you're fucking hilarious. If you
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: ever want to grab a drink sometime, here's my card.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: Let me know. Oh you hit him by the doctor.
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: I said, that is fucking hilarious, so funny. Just yeah,
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: it was. It was a It was an interesting time certainly. Man,
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: it is a weird fight when you're going against anesthesia.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: Oh yeah, weird deal. Yeah, some people. Some people try
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: to fight it. They're like, all right, count down from ten.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: You're probably not gonna hit five. Yeah, ah at five,
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: and then you just kind of just like you droop out,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: just like fuck that the skin.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: I've only had surgery like like two three times, and
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: every time, like the fear is like, you know, I'm
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: just a corpse to these people.
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: What if they right? Right?
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: And I literally I remember I got my tonsils out.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: I have my tosses out when I was twenty one,
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: and I literally asked the doctor. I was like, hey,
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: can you get like hard when you're on a anesthesi
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: They're like no.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: I'm like worried about getting like wood, what's that you get?
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: Are you this? Like what's the deal?
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: Like a dream and you wake up in the morning
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: and that sh it's like, you know, it's fucking up there.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's poking. Yeah, absolutely, and it's not much, but
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: it's mine. But also doctors rolling around the morning.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, anytime a doctor is a little more Hey, here
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: you go, buddy.
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Yeah, in the appropriate situation.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: I had a I had a g I bug, like
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: in twenty sixteen. I was like over the twilf like
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: three days straight, like full body cramps, and I went
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: into the hospital. Eventually I was like, gotta get an
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: IV So I like go to the hospital and there
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: are so full that's put me in like the pediatrics area.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: So I was like there's like toy cars and all
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: around kids and legs.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: Doctor walks in, he said, hey, what's the brother, I've
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: been sick. I've been throwing up. I've seen an ivy
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: maybe some like zo frain or something like that, whatever
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: like helps.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: Is zoe FRAIND?
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: What helps with the like, uh, upset stomach nausea? Maybe
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: I don't know what's ever met in? Yeah, yeah, I've
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: seen something. And then uh he's like, yeah, dude, we'll
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: get you no problem, We'll get you in and now
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: he we'll get the IV And I was like, hey,
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: if you have some of that uh that stuff that
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: gets you fucked up too. I mean, I'm not doing
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: anything today. So he's like, you're are you hurt? I
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: was like, I can't be the doctor. The doctor hits me.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: He's like, brother, I got you, leaves, comes back, hits
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: me with it, and I'm like he leaves like ten minutes.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: It comes back and I'm like, hey, dude, I don't
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: really feel it. He gave me another one. He's like,
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: you're a big guy, We'll get you another one. So
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: he fucking fuck. He fucking talks.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: So you're in someone's living room. No, no, okay, yeah,
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: he hooks me up with it with another one. I
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: I can't remember what the medicine was. It's like the
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: main thing they give you break a bone or something
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: like that, but I forget what it is. Anyway, he
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: puts in the ivy. I'm starting to feel it a
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: little bit.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: I'm feeling pretty good, and now it's like the ivy's
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: done it stud for me to leave, dude, no joke.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: I went to stand up. My legs did not fucking work.
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: I stood up and I was like, immediately so fucking high.
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: I'm laughing, like my my my wife had like those
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: little peach rings, little little candies. Yes, but let me
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: get a couple of yes, yes, I get them. I
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: couldn't chew. I started to choke a little bit. They
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: had to pull them out of my mouth. Dude, no joke.
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: They fucking I'm like Stephen Hawking is going out of
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: this hospital, dude, as they're rolling me out of this wheelchair.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: And it was like the best five hours. And I
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: went from hell to live in the dream.
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's I had a.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: H my story of being in the hospital. You guys,
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: that's the cool ones I had shit ripped.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: I have one. I have one about that they put
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: a nerve block. I had a uh basically like a
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: near a sports hernia, but it was it was a
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: weird little injury that I had back in twenty twenty one.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: I had to go get my and I had to
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: go get some shit cleared out, like on my pelvic
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: out area, and they put a nerve block in me. Yeah. Right,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: they put a nerve block in me. And so I'm
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: still like, I wake up from the surgery, I'm still
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: feeling good. They're like this guy, oh my god, God
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: bless him. He's a nineteen year old, like like just nerve,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: just just helping out at the hospital. I don't know
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: what is fucking official. He couldn't have been more than
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: nineteen years old. He's wheeling me out right. He's like
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: if my mom pulls the car around, she's about to
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: drive me back to Vegas from LA And I go
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: to I go to stand up and like, I'm okay,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm all right, I'm fine. I'm uh yeah,
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: this is great. It's fine. And so I go to
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: get into the car. I go lift my leg up right,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: and the nerve block I had shut down my right
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: leg right. So I go and I lift my left
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: leg up to get into the car. I fucking collapse
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: on the pavement like over my like over my body.
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: Fresh out of injury, probably ninety minutes ago. I like
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: collapse over my body. And I'm like, oh my god,
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: I just blew my fucking knee out. I had. There's
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: no way the angle my knee was att just now
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: there's no way, like I mean, fully bent all my weight.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: I'm like, there's no wad and just blow them everything,
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: every capsule it in my right knee. And so I
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: get in the car, and I'm freaking out, like my
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: knie like I don't know if my knece thriving or not.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: I can't fucking feel anything. So, like we get two
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: hours through the four and a half hour driving, I'm like, Mom,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: pull the fucking car over. I need to. I need to.
- 1:17:32Speaker 7: I need to see I need I need you see
- 1:17:34Speaker 7: my leg works. It's like I told you should have
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: trusted them doctors. It's like, yeah, so yeah, I'm like,
- 1:17:39Speaker 7: I'm calling the doctors. I'm like, hey, is fucking is
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: James there is?
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: Was that his name? James? I said, get that motherfucker
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: on the phone. How dare you getting? No? But like
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: I told him, like this is pretty cancer but I'm
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: not maybe who fucking knows up now? And yeah, right,
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: so new guy. My mom's like, I'm not pulling I'm
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: not pulling over now, Kinna just walk out here on
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: the side of the road in the middle of nowhere
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: to figure out whether you fucking your knee is okay.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: Me wound up being perfectly fine. I was like, just
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: apparently I landed on the fucking like on the side
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: of the car, Like I was fine, but I just
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: I was again from those drugs. I was freaking out. Yeah,
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: it's a good time all the time. What are the
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: drugs have you've done? Drugs are bad? Drugs are bad?
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: Yea allegedly, Yeah, if you trust the doctors, which in.
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: My family we have a history, no history of cancer,
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: but we do have a history of mistrusting doctors. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: I guess supposedly, I guess your mom. It sounds like
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: she's a great woman. Yeah. I love that the rogan
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: I love that lady. Ye must Yeah, Jerry Cliff, should
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: we get into our tear talk? I believe we should.
- 1:18:52Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: You are one of the only guests to ever give
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: us to request. I appreciate it. Like what the talk about.
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: You gave read great options, blind sided last time my
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: brain shown my brain shot of nights Tale, a Knight's Tale.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: It's a nominal movie. Manus movie, your Manus movie.
- 1:19:09Speaker 3: And honestly we didn't give probably the sports movie to
- 1:19:11Speaker 3: your talk the moment it deserved anyway, probably probably true.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: I'm ready, which which you have to bring your phones out?
- 1:19:20Speaker 6: Oh yes, I remember. No, it's it's cool. I'm saying
- 1:19:24Speaker 6: it's no school. I do gotta look at one thing. Yeah,
- 1:19:30Speaker 6: that's fine, me, It's fine.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: What's the questions? Do you have a question? Not at
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: the moment, sties, bro, Jamis is Jamis is fucking awesome.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: I love playing with I love God. That's that question
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: you have? Okay, So Foster, one of the more twisted
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: stories from one of your teammates, specifically Jameis Winston, do
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: you have any good Jamis Wister's worries? You know, he's
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: he just kind of made made the news for his uh,
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: for his for his bowfishing antics. Uh. Jamis is an
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: is an unbelievable teammate. I I I haven't even gotten
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: to spend all that much time with him. I really
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: really am looking forward to it. My most my most
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: recent just like queue of of what Jamis was for me.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: We got in the huddle to call, uh take a
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: knee at the end of the game, right and we
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: go and that's that was our situation for the day.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: Was like the first day we're going to We're going
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: to do take a knee. And mind you, I don't
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: really know the formations all that well or the play calls,
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: but like I'm fucking studied. I'm on the script. I
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: like I know everything where it's supposed to be. It's like,
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: are you sure that play? Are you sure we're one
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: in thirty seven bob here? I'm no, I'm pretty sure
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: it's supposed to be like a naked and they're like, anyway,
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: Uh we go, we go to fucking take a knee.
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: The best playing football, right, Hey, let's call I right
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: tight fucking or green right tight taking knee right? Uh.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: Jamis gets in there and I fucking for the life
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: you can't tell you what he said, but it was
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: it was something like it was something like, all right, boys,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: big dub up, let's go get this bitch on three. No.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: So I was like, what the fuck? And so I
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: line I line up and like like we've just taken thee.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: It's not a big fucking deal, right, And so I'm
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: jogging off the field and the one of my tight
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: end buddies, Lucas Crawl, comes up and he's like, what
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: the fuck did he just call? And so I was
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: I was confused. I'm still fucking confused, Jama, I have
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: no idea what you said. Uh. It was just it
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: was so funny though, that he just takes something so
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: small and just he always interjects so much personality and
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: everything that he does. I can't I can't wait to
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: go through a full fucking roller coaster of a season
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: with him. It's gonna be awesome. It just gotta be Uh,
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: it's gotta be cool that you and then DC are
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: back too. It's very cool. It's uh, it's an unbelievable situation. Uh,
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: just walking around and especially just knowing who DC is
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: and his character and and you've gotten a good taste
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: of that too. He's uh, he's a special guy. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: he's a special guy. And having a familiar face in
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: the locker room. It was awesome for me, especially for
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: the first week showing up. Yeah. Yeah, let's dive in. Boys.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: Are you ready? Yeah, you're talking? Are we doing well?
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: What do we choose here? Do we choose the one
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: year wonders in sports? Are we choosing the old iPhone games?
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: I have old iPhone games on my phone. That's that's
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: that's fine. I'm ready for that. I'm ready. I'm ready.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: You have a list. Oh I do get an honorable mention.
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: It's uh, it's an optional. Like when we had Lenny on,
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: he had a Tier three, a Tier two. There was
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: no Tier one. He said no, I don't got a one. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: I get that. No, I get I understand. Yeah, but
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: you guys, you guys like Lennon, Yes, he's unbelievable. He's
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: I mean, from a personality standpoint, he's fucking hilarious and
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: he always has been. But I mean, once you really
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: just kind of get to know him, he's, oh, dude,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: he's so fucking cool. I love Leonard bro. You know,
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: love his accent too, his personality, d just everything bro,
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: And he's uh like, dude, and from like from a
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: very young age, he was slated to be like the guy,
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: right he was gonna he was and he was gonna
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: be it and he was getting in a in a
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: weird way. Yeah, like he was. He was supposed to
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: be it. Uh like when you played, like when you
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: played when you played Saint Og and mind you saying
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: Ogg had a bunch of good players, but when you
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: played Saint like you were playing against Leonard Fournette and
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: like they were gonna do some crazy ship but that motherfucker,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: that motherfucker is gonna have a ball in it. Yeah,
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: it was cool. It was a great. All right, you're talking,
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: so you should go first there, back of the bus
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: have a list. Would you guys like to jump in
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: on this? Okay, freaks, all right? Anyway, Uh, I think
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: I think the number one iPhone game started three, started three,
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: start your honorable mention? Sorry? Sorry, sorry, sorry? Sorry? All right,
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: So my my honorable mention is going to be Jetpack
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: joy Ride. I don't know if any of you are
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: familiar with that, but that's all. That was a fucking
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: tremendous game. It was a really good game. You guys
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: are looking at me like you like, no, I don't
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: know my element, no idea, that's fine. Jet Packed joy Ride.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: For those people who had it, they it was it
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: was a fire game. And uh fuck anyway, Well that
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: that's that's the honorable mention. We'll go, We'll go for me. Uh.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Number three going back was probably it was probably doodle
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: Jump was a tremendous game. It was for me. I
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: I just always had a lot of fun planet. Uh,
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: doodle Jump was probably number three. And I also logged
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: a ton of hours on Words with Friends. That probably
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: that'd probably be that. Probably my number two Words with
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: Friends was fucking awesome. It was a it was a
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: great game. Well no, they got fucking wordle now and
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: a bunch of other different fucking things. Anyway, Uh, number one,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: and there's in my in my opinion, there's no way
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: there could be anything else that was number one. It's
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: gotta be, Uh, Angry Birds, It's got to be. It's
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: gotta be. I understand. Like, it's got a movie leveraged
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: Angry Birds into into different movies. It's got four different
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: it's and it's an unbelievable game, is right, Right from
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: the very beginning, it was an unbelievable.
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: Yeah, it is a great game. I think you know, Yeah,
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: your list.
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: Are you aware that we all go around the room
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: now and say one word how I feel about your list?
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: No, but I'm excited for that. I'd like to do
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: a second honorable mention. I'm really I'm breaking. I had
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: one that I had one that I had remembered that
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: I really wanted that would have replaced words with Friends.
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: But I stand by words with Friends. I stand by it.
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: It's a good it's a great with friends. Down to
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: honorable mention and put this boy up at three. It's
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: a great game. But fucking bro Flappy Bird was so
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: good that they had to fucking that that they had
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: to that they had to shut it down because something
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: happened outside of the realm of the flappy Bird network.
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: But they had to shut it down. That's at least
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: what I heard why they shut it down was the reason. So, well,
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: someone passed away for not someone might have committed suicide.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: Oh no, ship and a flappy Bird in a related
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: to Flappybird. Wow, I don't know. That was something that
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: I heard back in back whenever Flatpybird came out, and
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: I was unaware of Oh, that person might have killed
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: the other person. Yeah, not sure, don't claim to know.
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: I heard this when I was young. Anyway, Please do
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: not quote me. Yeah, okay, so yeah, I go, I
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: go angry birds and I can't have fucking I can't
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: have two different bird games as one and two. Now
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: funk that I'm sticking with words with friends. Uh, doodle
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: Jump at doodle Jump at three was a fucking awesome game.
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: And I know some of the games you guys are
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: gonna say, but I promise they're not that great. And
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: then you don't know some of the games like no, no,
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: I do I know, I do I do? Uh? And
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: then honorable honorable mention was whatever the fuck I said?
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: Thank you appreciate it.
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: Good, thanks, you know, and your last time you were here,
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: the list you guys had will had two football movies.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: You can absolutely have two. No, I'm good, I know.
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: I'm just giving you the out if you want it,
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: Just give it if you want it.
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: Brother, can we do the word now?
- 1:27:52Speaker 8: Yeah, Garrett gamer solid, Stephen's first word, best friends. Oh wow, bird, impeccable,
- 1:28:17Speaker 8: well versed.
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: Petan that means a lot, that means a lot, that
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: means a lot, and you got the friend's t on
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: that means a lot. Then we go. Would you like
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: to go? Yeah, I'm I'll go ahead. Brother.
- 1:28:30Speaker 2: So I wasn't a big iPhone game, guy, I want
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: to get that insurance policy out before I go in.
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: I got the mic boys so I can. Uh.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: My Tier three is gonna go to an o G.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: You're running away from those crazy monkeys the whole time.
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: It's gonna be Temple Run. Temple runs a good one,
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: collecting the coins, moving back and forth your slide and
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: you're jumping and moving all the place, get through the elements.
- 1:28:52Speaker 2: Temple runs a solid fucking game. My Tier two is
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: a game I still play to this day. Well is
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: classic iPhone games.
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: But it's whatever. It's whatever you want. I could almost
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: I know what you're I know what you're gonna say.
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: What am I saying? I'm gonna say, clash clans? No idiot,
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: no fucking dumbfuck. You are a gamer?
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you're a gamer. You're an absolute gamer. Maybe you
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: play Super Smash Brothers and ten four I have you again,
- 1:29:22Speaker 2: I'm okay. I was better on I was better on
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: uh uh, I was better on Melee.
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: All right, m that's here.
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: Two is going to try to be contradictory to everything
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: I've I've said about this sport. But Ultimate Golf it
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: is a game you can play with your friends, play
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: against each other. You go hold a hole.
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: It's fun. There's tournaments. When did that come out twenty like?
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: When did you get into it big?
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: A year ago? Okay, and I'm pretty I'm pretty solid.
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: What did you say now that they were talking about
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: Super stick Man Golf, which is also another which is
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: another good game. Okay, yeah, I never no good, that's no.
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: But I probably invested over five hundred dollars in that
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: game getting better clubs and Ballston like when I'm in, brother,
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: I'm in.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: I get it. No, I get it. I get it now.
- 1:30:11Speaker 2: I'm gonna be honest with you. Five hundreds a loan number.
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: I definitely was going hard, fine, just trying to make myself.
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: Look a little better. Play I play FIFA Ultimate Team. Yeah,
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: I bought a pack. I bought packs since it's been
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: an ugly journey. Yeah. How much money have you put
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: into this FIFA? Not not all that much, as much
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: as on your wrist, hopefully not. Yeah, oh but it's
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: maybe hopefully not. Yeah, ok, yeah, no, I doubt it, hopefully.
- 1:30:37Speaker 2: And my Tier one is going to go to a
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: game called Smurf Village. Me and the boy Jake Ryan
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: Shadow Jake Ryan Uh. We would play this game, and
- 1:30:48Speaker 2: essentially you start off with a plot of land and
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: you can build houses. There's some farming you'd be You
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: take actual time, like if I want to play on
- 1:30:55Speaker 2: watermelons a little legitimately take twelve hours to make, but
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: to get more money that way, and you can obviously
- 1:30:59Speaker 2: acquire more things, so I legit would set timers on
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: my phone like two am to make sure I could
- 1:31:06Speaker 2: harvest my watermelon and put something else out there and
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: hurry back and forth. And I had I had a
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: pretty nice fucking setup out there, very well put together game.
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: I love that game. I love I should probably bring
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: them back. Actually that's my tear right, not listening.
- 1:31:32Speaker 4: Interesting variety, uh unique.
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: We are best friends. Don't say it like that hyphenated
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: financially invested adolescence. You know, I have one. I have one.
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: Uh thick. Sure that was better than expected. My dad
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: went better than than expected from me. So I'll take
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: you boys. Thank you.
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: You guys got a license plate over there with thick
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: on it or something that says thing thick body washing
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: Duke Cannon. Oh nice, Yeah, I was more thinking thick brain. Yeah. No,
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: that was good with friends though, playing things with friends
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: like that where you got no I totally get that,
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: And that's what makes it fun though, Yeah, like you
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: having the timers and you having that like how how
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: long ago was that? That was twenty college twelve, twenty eleven. Yeah,
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: having those like suppressed but kind of burned memories, that's
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: the that's the part of the fun, the old and too.
- 1:32:52Speaker 3: I feel like all those games with timing, Like there's
- 1:32:55Speaker 3: all those games where you gotta wait for something to
- 1:32:57Speaker 3: get hatched or grown or built or whatnot. I feel
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: like a lot of that too, is in like the
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: college years, Like when you're in the training room and
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: you're just bored as fuck.
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: Trying to tap in as much down. You're like, fuck, now,
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: I gotta what can I do next? In the meetings?
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: Stuff done? But yeah, you're at the bar. Yeah, you're
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: at the bar at three a m. You're like, holy fuck,
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: my catalogs. Yeah, I forgot to check out my catalogs.
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: I'm making sure.
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:33:24Speaker 3: My favorite, like time invested game like that was when
- 1:33:27Speaker 3: they came out with like Jurassic Park, like building the
- 1:33:28Speaker 3: Little World.
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: I don't even know that existed, yea, yeah, yeah, but
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: so it's hard because you just get so impatient. But anyways,
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: my honorable mention is gonna go to your one Anger Birds.
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: I feel like that's not necessarily my generation, you know
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: what I mean. I feel like that was kind of
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: a later developed. I wanted to pick a few games that, like,
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: you know, some OG games, Sure you're different. Yeah, My
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: Tier three is gonna be an interesting one, and I
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: would be fascinated. I would be surprised if anybody has
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: heard of this game, because it's only it was only
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: on the iPhone one and you can only jail you
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: had the back break, break your phone. You could get
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: this game and get more levels by jail breaking. Even
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: farther when you got on the you know the websites
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: and shit like that. Shout out to Nick Hallet who
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: always got us the newest levels. But it goes to
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: I Digger.
- 1:34:19Speaker 3: You got to go through all these levels and you're
- 1:34:22Speaker 3: racing against creatures underground. You're trying to build stuff out,
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: you're trying to move objects. Idigger was the first iPhone
- 1:34:30Speaker 3: game we all fell in love with. Shout out North
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: County High School back at North County when we were.
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know what if it's me, yes, sir,
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: they'll be back one day.
- 1:34:44Speaker 3: Tier two is going to go to uh, Kingdom Rush,
- 1:34:49Speaker 3: Kingdom Rush, any type of tower tower defense game, like
- 1:34:53Speaker 3: when being in the training room and everything else. I
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: loved all the tower defense games, but Kingdom Rush was
- 1:34:58Speaker 3: the first one I fell in love with.
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: Like building up you know, all of your armory.
- 1:35:03Speaker 3: Your defense, your fucking you know, your attackers, like getting
- 1:35:07Speaker 3: getting leveling up to three levels, all that stuff. All
- 1:35:09Speaker 3: the tower defense games. I was obsessed with those and
- 1:35:13Speaker 3: my Tier one, My Tier one Fun Run, Fun Run.
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: Back in like two thy twelve eleven thirteen era, fun
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: Run decided lineups in one of my boys' weddings because
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: he couldn't decide how he wanted to labelis John Wickers
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: shout out the boy John Wigger. Oh one.
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: He didn't want to choose out of the four of us,
- 1:35:40Speaker 3: how he's gonna put us in the line, So we
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: all had to play fun Run. Another one the boys
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: wanted a Nebraska game jersey, so I made him play
- 1:35:47Speaker 3: fun Run to see who would get the Nebraska game jersey.
- 1:35:49Speaker 3: But Fun Run in the in the locker room with
- 1:35:53Speaker 3: friends because that was multiplayer where you had these four
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: fucking little what are they even called, like these little critters, bro, Yeah,
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: like a little animals, different color and you're just gruesome though.
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: A little South Park critics like yeah for the Christmas
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: Special and that one, Like you know, you always wanted
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: the boys to tap in into the lobbying, like yo, hey,
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: we're all in all right, let's start this thing up
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: and it would be Fun Runs by number one man.
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: That was a that was a blast back when that
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: was out, it was only like connectivity problems were the
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: only thing that really helped that game back for me.
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: I loved it. I loved I thought it was a
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: fucking blast. Yeah, yeah, we'd play for hours. There's another
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: game too, like in training camp when I would try
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: and kill time in between meetings and everything else. Me
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: and one of my boys, Matt May, we'd sit in
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: like this, uh, in one of like the study hall
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: rooms where nobody could nobody could find us, and uh,
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: there's like this, Uh there's this shark game where you
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: get bigger as you eat. Played that, yeah, yeah, and
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: we were fucking into that game. Man. That should probably
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: you know what, that's gonna be honorable mention taking out
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: angry birds. Oh that's right. I gotta figure out what
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: it's called. But yeah, we played that one.
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: We love playing that too, because you start as a
- 1:37:05Speaker 2: small star, a little and a lot of hazards out there,
- 1:37:10Speaker 2: bigger things when you become like a makele it don,
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: which I think is like the last one, when you
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: figure out how to.
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: Like swim in some of them narrow lanes in your boys,
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: how are you figuring that out? I'm just a little different, nest,
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: a little different. God, you got the look, you got
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: loose thumb, I got the wiggle thumb. Yeah, I don't know. Yeah,
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: that's good. Get it, but uh that's my tiar talk.
- 1:37:28Speaker 5: Yeah, old head thumb, God damn it, boredom vintage.
- 1:37:49Speaker 1: Almost I win saved with Fun Run. Sure was absolutely
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: was saved with Fun Run. That's okay, that's okay. Did
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: you guys play No Way? You guys played Madden Mobile
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: when it first came out, that came out on iOS,
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: Madden Mobile. Yeah, fucking unbelievable game. That was. I guess
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: it just wasn't calling you telling you it was crazy
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: fun for that one year that it came out.
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: Did you ever play the ESPN Linebacker game? You make
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: the app yourself?
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: Was that a really?
- 1:38:22Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: I was gonna say, was that like?
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: Was that?
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: Was that an ever? Dream?
- 1:38:25Speaker 3: But there was a Linebacker game and your boy, I
- 1:38:27Speaker 3: was fucking like a top fifty in.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: The world score at one point one of my Predator game.
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: There's a Predator game out too, that was kind of
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: a one hit one. I think. So I played a
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: uh or my buddy back in college, my old one
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: of my old college roommates was like got up to
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: number four in like n C doualea fourteen online mode.
- 1:38:49Speaker 1: He was fucking unbelievable. Really, he was unconscious. I think
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: I he might have played with A and M. But
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: he had like a custom playbook like OU's playbook or
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: something that year. Yeah, he was. He was unconscious. And
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: like we all bought like Xbox three sixties and we
- 1:39:06Speaker 1: all bought NCAA fourteen and we had like we had
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: twelve guys playing a connected Dynasty mode. And I'm not
- 1:39:14Speaker 1: shooting you. Some of my funnest times like playing video
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: games was with those guys dud one when it was
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: my earlier years of Washington.
- 1:39:22Speaker 3: We had a Madden league, but Madden fifteen was my
- 1:39:26Speaker 3: was the when I was that was my best year
- 1:39:28Speaker 3: of Madden because I'd stopped playing I think after sixteen.
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: But uh, I got as high as two point three
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: percent in the oh yeah, yes, bro online. But we
- 1:39:37Speaker 3: had a league with a lot of us and those
- 1:39:40Speaker 3: were those are some of the best times. Probably the
- 1:39:42Speaker 3: the longest tenured game I played with the squad was
- 1:39:46Speaker 3: also Rainbow six.
- 1:39:47Speaker 1: Rainbow Yeah, yeah, Rainbow six was the good old days.
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: I tried getting the boys on Rainbow six.
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: You did, I think, Uh, I mean you can't beat
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: risk I think that's I.
- 1:39:57Speaker 3: Mean risky is awesome, but there's something about like PUBG.
- 1:40:00Speaker 3: Were you big on PUBG or were you more?
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: Uh? I feel like you're probably a Fortnite guy. I
- 1:40:04Speaker 1: came out, I got Fortnite, and this is gonna sound
- 1:40:07Speaker 1: what a fucking weird flex for me. Uh. I got
- 1:40:10Speaker 1: Fortnite initially before the Battle Royale even was like a
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: big thing, and it was just like the campaign mode.
- 1:40:17Speaker 1: Did you know that fucking Fortnite had a campaign mode before?
- 1:40:21Speaker 1: Like you could get on with three of your buddies
- 1:40:23Speaker 1: and you could you literally built up your fort and
- 1:40:25Speaker 1: you defended it against zombies. It was basically like just
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: a zombie Horde defense like basically a tower defense game.
- 1:40:31Speaker 3: Yeah, those are fun. Remember Call Duty the first zombies
- 1:40:34Speaker 3: that came out.
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: That's the only Call of Duty. I played, Oh Bro
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: crazy crazy with the zombies right.
- 1:40:40Speaker 3: Though that was not around holiday season too, so Thanksgiving Christmas,
- 1:40:43Speaker 3: Like you're just it was real good with the boys, dude,
- 1:40:47Speaker 3: tell the girls you got stuff going on.
- 1:40:49Speaker 1: I remember getting to like do you get to new
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: levels and be like, oh I got the dogs? Yeah, dogs,
- 1:40:53Speaker 1: Oh my god. Yes, you know, all of a sudden,
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: you're getting like you're getting motherfucked and you have no
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: idea from what, Like you're looking for a zombie, but
- 1:41:01Speaker 1: all of a sudden, there's a fucking demon dog. Yeah,
- 1:41:03Speaker 1: so cool, and that's too, Like you would try and
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: search like message boards to figure out like what little
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: oh yeah, yeah, a little easter laid eggs are on
- 1:41:10Speaker 1: each level, hunting down Reddit, trying to figure out what
- 1:41:13Speaker 1: the fuck is going on.
- 1:41:14Speaker 2: Yeah, on video games, I know we've already done.
- 1:41:18Speaker 3: That, but yeah, we could do video games again one day.
- 1:41:20Speaker 3: But I think it's it's fun to take this trip
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: down memory lane right here.
- 1:41:24Speaker 1: It's good. It's a great, it's a great, it's a
- 1:41:26Speaker 1: great topic. Yeah, yeah, you saved it, saved it with
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: fun Run. But it's good though. It's like you don't
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: have to see it. No, when I saw I like,
- 1:41:33Speaker 1: I don't know if anybody out there knows a by digger,
- 1:41:36Speaker 1: but it's the ones you don't, Yeah, it's the ones
- 1:41:37Speaker 1: you don't remember, right, Like someone listening might have that
- 1:41:40Speaker 1: repressed memory, like oh my god. Yeah, if there's an
- 1:41:43Speaker 1: an OG iPhone like the very first generation, like Nick
- 1:41:46Speaker 1: and I would even search on the later iPhones if
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: somebody on a message board had created it somewhere else
- 1:41:51Speaker 1: that we can get it back on. Yeah. It's a
- 1:41:54Speaker 1: fucking blast. Yeah, it's good stuff. Good stuff, boys, it's
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: a good pot. Hey, thank you for and talking about
- 1:42:00Speaker 1: all awesome. Thanks guys. I know you haven't done it
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: much out there, so yeah, I appreciate it. Yeah, man,
- 1:42:05Speaker 1: this was a good opportunity. And you know, obviously coming
- 1:42:08Speaker 1: on and shooting the ship with you guys is it's fun.
- 1:42:11Speaker 1: I always enjoy its good officially meeting you too. Yeah, absolutely,
- 1:42:14Speaker 1: this is nice. You're a handsomer in person. Thank you. Yeah, sure,
- 1:42:18Speaker 1: I appreciate that, No problem, he is a handsome cat.
- 1:42:20Speaker 1: Yeah right, great, I don't want to do it now, subscribe,
- 1:42:26Speaker 1: leave comments, that's what you do. Big hugs, tiny kisses.
- 1:42:30Speaker 1: That was unreal.
