- 0:00Speaker 1: A meditation for Christmas Day. Consider, O, my soul, what
- 0:06Speaker 1: morn is this? Whereon the eternal Lord of all things
- 0:11Speaker 1: made for us poor mortals and our endless bliss, came
- 0:16Speaker 1: down from heaven and in a manger laid the first
- 0:20Speaker 1: rich offerings of our ransom paid. Consider, O, my soul,
- 0:26Speaker 1: what morn is this? Consider what a state of fearful
- 0:31Speaker 1: woe had then been ours? Had he refused this birth
- 0:35Speaker 1: from sin to sin, tossed vainly to and fro Hell's playthings,

- 1:00Speaker 1: sweet child, whose innocent eyes ere all be done, shall
- 1:04Speaker 1: close in mortal pain, that thou, at last Love's kingdom
- 1:08Speaker 1: mayst attain. Consider to what joys he bids thee rise?
- 1:14Speaker 1: Consider all this wonder, O my soul, And in Thine
- 1:17Speaker 1: inmost shrine, make music, sweet yea. Let the world from
- 1:22Speaker 1: furthest pole to pole join in thy praises this dread
- 1:26Speaker 1: birth to greet kneeling to kiss Thy saviour's infant feet.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Consider all this wonder, O, my soul,
