Speaker 1: Hello everybody, welcome back to empower your soul.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: This is going to be an interesting episode for all of you, because I honestly didn't know what to record today and I know there was not an episode released on Monday.
• 0:15
Speaker 1: I'm like and I'm gonna, I'm gonna get into why and I'm gonna get into why.
• 0:20
Speaker 1: And it's not because I don't love all of you, because I do.
• 0:23
Speaker 1: I love and adore every single one of you, but I just I'm finding myself right now in this liminal space and they're purposely making me choose the word liminal space because things for me have been changing significantly within the past month or two, and when I say significantly, I mean my entire world has been upside down.
• 0:51
Speaker 1: It's been a complete 180, and all in a good way, not in a bad way at all, because I'm just finding much like the Akashic Records episode I recorded earlier this year about the predictions of 2025.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: Ironically, I think a lot of that was for me, as well as the community, the larger collective all around us.
• 1:13
Speaker 1: So, and I don't think I'm the only one that's going through this, which is why I wanted to record this podcast episode in particular, and it's just because there has been this immense, immense process of undoing in my personal life In the sense don't worry, I'm not getting divorced, my kids are still here.
• 1:39
Speaker 1: But there's just something about really bringing everything down to its most basic level and assessing is this in alignment with me?
• 1:54
Speaker 1: And so, in order for me to get to this lowest level and assessing whether something is in alignment with me or not, first I have to remove the clutter right.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: So, like there's a whole level that's been happening over the past six weeks.
• 2:07
Speaker 1: They're telling me where I have been removing the energetic clutter that is clouding my ability to to allow this transformation to happen.
• 2:21
Speaker 1: And for those of you that may have heard a bell in the background I'm, I assume it's being picked up by the microphone I have in this video.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: I feel like I should bring it closer, but I'm going to leave it a little closer.
• 2:33
Speaker 1: They're telling me I have this dead bell here and I'm going to leave it in the background of the video.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: If anyone's watching on YouTube and this, this came from my lovely, lovely sandy and the mediumship mastermind, and she has this dead bell that is essentially like a bell, hot bell, but it's totally electronic.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: So you charge it, because all paranormal devices need to be charged, right.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: That's the whole point is it's energy.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: You need energy for it to pick up on the paranormal.
• 3:01
Speaker 1: And, uh, so you charge this little bell and spirit will ding it all day long.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: So I thought it would be really fun to have this dead bell.
• 3:10
Speaker 1: I need to get an affiliate code because it's the coolest thing in the world.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with it, but it will just go off while I'm talking as in like yes.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: So if you hear the bell in the background, I'm hoping that the audio picks it up quite a little bit.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: That's what that spirit weighing in and saying thumbs up.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: So anyway, back to reality is.
• 3:33
Speaker 1: I have been doing this energetic clear out, essentially to help me even get to the point of knowing what's in alignment with me and what's not in alignment with me and what's not in alignment with me, and it's been really interesting because the energetic clear out has been on so many different levels and it's been.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: I'm going to say I am going through this decluttering phase, literal decluttering in my physical space.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: Okay so, my little lake camp.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: I've literally bought all new furniture for it because there is no storage space there and I need things to have a home.
• 4:11
Speaker 1: I can no longer see the physical clutter.
• 4:14
Speaker 1: It causes me stress, it causes me agita, and I'm not normally that person.
• 4:19
Speaker 1: So it's really really strange for me to need things neat and clean.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: My husband likes to call them Nicole piles or mom piles, like that's me.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: I have piles everywhere, but I'm finding I can't even have piles anywhere, because even having the energy of those piles and the energy of the junk in the drawers that hasn't been touched for years and years and years like having things not have a physical space, preferably that is away and I can't see I'm not going to open this closet behind me.
• 4:48
  Speaker 1: It's a freaking mess, right?
• 4:49
Speaker 1: So it's stuff like that, because what I'm realizing is that I'm becoming so much more sensitive to the energy that's around me and it's really impacting me.
• 5:00
Speaker 1: So I know I talked about the collective energy last time, but now it's like down to my physical space.
• 5:06
Speaker 1: It's like it's like these I'm looking around me to see if there's something.
• 5:12
Speaker 1: I've done a pretty good job.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: I mean, I have piles all in front of me.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: You can't see it, but even like I'm gonna say what's something that's around me?
• 5:19
Speaker 1: Okay, here we go, please hold.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: So even I have coasters here, and this coaster is from my cousin's wedding in San Antonio, texas.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: So, like, if you think about the energy of just this tile that they turned this gorgeous blue, green, yellow, white tile, gold colored, that they gave away as party favors for their wedding in San Antonio Texas, I want you to think about, like the energy that comes with this one tile, because the energy with this one tile, so whoever actually made this thing probably in Mexico, I would assume, because it looks very Mexican.
• 5:56
Speaker 1: So somebody had to make this tile, put it together right.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: This tile was likely shipped to somewhere near San Antonio, texas, where they were living and, in addition, like on the back it's stamped with their wedding information.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: So now there's the energy of the stamp that's going into this tile.
• 6:17
Speaker 1: And this tile had to get to the wedding venue.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: So somebody had to deliver it, touch it, put it out and sit it on a table.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: Now, if that's not enough, this tile was around the energy of the 60, 70 people or so that were at this wedding, probably more.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: I had to pick this tile, bring it to my hotel, put it in my luggage, get it on a plane and bring it home.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: Get it on a plane and bring it home.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: So, and I like in my business brain.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: I'm equating it to the process of logistics on what happens when you order something from Amazon.
• 6:59
Speaker 1: And I know there's a lot of robots now.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: But what happens when you order something from Amazon?
• 7:02
Speaker 1: How many people are touching it to create it to, to pack it, to put it on the shelf at the warehouse, to package it once it's been selected, to put it in the box right, to put the tape on it, to put your address sticker on it, to get it into the truck that goes, maybe across a couple of other trucks, a distribution center, for it to get delivered to your.
• 7:21
Speaker 1: So this is what I'm talking about for it to get delivered to your, so that.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: So this is what I'm talking about.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: Like it is this.
• 7:28
Speaker 1: And every time, logistics wise, you process it, it moves location, right.
• 7:36
Speaker 1: It moves, it transforms from a piece to a box, to a bigger box, to a shipping box, to to your mailbox, right.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: Every time it's touched somewhere, logistically, it's money, right.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: So let's equate it to business, shall we?
• 7:47
Speaker 1: Because every time that what you purchase goes through something, it costs money, it costs time, right?
• 7:56
Speaker 1: This is literally the process engineer in me that says every single step, every single handoff, is time and money.
• 8:02
Speaker 1: Likewise, every single step touch is also energy, right, and so all of those energetic fingerprints are all over everything you bring into your home.
• 8:17
Speaker 1: It's all over this tile that I got at my cousin's wedding, right.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: And so if you think about it and look at where you are, I don't care where you, I don't care if you're in a car, I don't care if you're in an office, if you're going for a walk, like, look at all of the things that are around you and can you imagine how much energy touches everything that's around you?
• 8:40
Speaker 1: And that is why I haven't recorded podcasts in a while, because it is a lot.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: So I am literally decluttering all of this energy in my physical space.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: So I'm removing and getting rid of and donating whatever I can.
• 8:56
Speaker 1: I'm going through closets, I'm going through drunk drawers, I'm going through the physical spaces in front of me to try to clear out all of this energetic clutter, right, and so, likewise, I'm not going to go into too much detail, but I'm also doing that emotionally with me and my ancestral lineage, because what I'm really uncovering by removing these layers and I think this is what it is it's like the onion, right?
• 9:24
Speaker 1: Have we all heard the onion thing.
• 9:26
Speaker 1: I don't need to explain it.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: But as you, as you peel back the layers of these, these energetic onions, and you start removing things that are giving you a little frustration, giving you a little bit resistance, now you see something else that causes resistance and then, when you remove that, that cycle continues and continues and continues.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: And so as I start removing these very obvious energetic disruptions to me in my physical space, now I'm starting to get more sensitive to the underlying stuff.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: Right, and I talked and we talked about the somatics class as well as I start to remove the conscious manifestations of my trauma, I'm going to say it that way as I remove those one by one, what comes to the surface is now the unconscious stuff, the stuff I didn't even know existed, the stuff that I thought was my personality, but it was not in fact my personality, it was learned systems from my think about the unraveling of all of this stuff to reset.
• 10:58
  Speaker 1: Because what?
• 11:00
Speaker 1: And it's so easy to learn what you're not.
• 11:02
Speaker 1: Okay, so maybe I'm going to like, maybe that's what this is more about, because it's so easy to pick something up and say that's not aligned to me.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: It's easy to pick up an energy or recognize an energy, and you'll be like, wait, I don't want to be that anymore, and you can actually choose to do something different.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: And that's the stage that I'm really, I've really been in is, every day, throughout the course of six weeks or so, picking up something else and saying is this aligned to me, yes or no?
• 11:28
Speaker 1: And, if not, clearing it, whether it's physical clutter, whether it's energetic clutter, whether it is ancestral clutter.
• 11:37
Speaker 1: And so you know, I've created a lot of rituals over the past month or so that allow me to go through and process these, and I think what is so cool, what is so cool about this work, is that there are so many tools that I have learned doing this work that allows me to heal myself.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: And I know I've talked about the shamanism class and I've talked about how that class is trying to use all these different modalities to teach you.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: And I don't know why I was so upset about that, because the reality is that, having all of these different, well, I was upset about it because of the way they marketed it, because it wasn't true shamanism Ding, where's the bell?
• 12:27
Speaker 1: But how amazing is it to have all these tools that help you process these things right.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: How amazing is it that I can tap into my physical ancestors of my lineage and ask them questions about what's going on?
• 12:41
Speaker 1: I can tap into the Akashic records and get feedback on that right.
• 12:44
Speaker 1: I can use the shamanism to uncover, like the soul journeys and the soul retrievals, to uncover these things that aren't aligned for me, that are maybe unconscious, and bring everything back to fruition.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: And like for me, it's been this really weird journey over the past six weeks where the truth has been unveiled.
• 13:09
Speaker 1: I now know pretty much what I'm supposed to be doing here, right Like.
• 13:17
Speaker 1: I have done the work to remove the ego from my conscious decision making I don't even know what I'm saying right now and choosing things that feel good, that are aligned to me, and getting that transparency into who I am and what I'm here to do has been just like life changing.
• 13:38
Speaker 1: So for me, this process is undoing, which has been so.
• 13:43
Speaker 1: It's been a roller coaster, to be honest with you.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: It's been like an up, a down and up and down, like a huge up, a huge down, and it's been so wonderful in so many different ways, and there have been weeks where I've had to have tissues next to me and there have been weeks where I'm like flying high, so excited about all this energy.
• 14:04
Speaker 1: So it has been really this energetic roller coaster, but it has been so freeing to no longer have chains that I never even knew were there to begin with, never even knew were there to begin with, never even knew.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: But you don't know until you start clearing the clutter out.
• 14:28
Speaker 1: And I know I'm not done yet and I think, as I continue to go on, more and more things will come up.
• 14:36
Speaker 1: But that has been my energetic space for the past six weeks, so it's probably really good.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: I haven't really recorded a podcast in a really long time because energetically it would have been a hot mess and I don't want to put that energy on you.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: But what it is so clear to me is, like how I'm supposed to be here to help all of you do this too.
• 14:56
Speaker 1: I'm here to help you remove these hidden chains and allowing you to really come into alignment, into your best life.
• 15:07
Speaker 1: And, like, I think a really, really good example of how this has impacted me personally is how I wake up in the morning and I'm working through it.
• 15:20
Speaker 1: Not every day is going to be like I'm telling you, but I can tell you that, historically, I have never woken up in a good mood, not ever.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: I will lounge in bed for as long as I can because I do not want to start the day.
• 15:33
Speaker 1: So I, no word of lie, I woke up.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: I wake up in a horrible mood every single day, and it's not that I'm upset or don't want to be here, it's not like that.
• 15:44
Speaker 1: But I just I wake up and I'm just like, oh, why am I here?
• 15:48
Speaker 1: Right, like what's going on?
• 15:49
Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it all over again.
• 15:51
Speaker 1: I got to do it all over again, and so it's, it's the.
• 15:54
Speaker 1: I have to do it all over again, right, every day.
• 15:57
Speaker 1: Not, you know what I mean, it's not like that, but anyone else that wakes up grumpy every day.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: Like, I get my coffee, the energy improves, I can survive.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: But as I've been going through this, when I wake up, I'm not upset anymore, I'm not angry anymore, I'm not tired anymore, tired anymore.
• 16:24
Speaker 1: I'm waking up a lot more neutrally and or positively excited to start the day again, excited that I have another opportunity and chance to chat with all of you and be here.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: Right, and it's not as dramatic as I'm saying, because I tend not to.
• 16:37
Speaker 1: I'm not a drama person, but I think you know where I'm going, where it's.
• 16:44
Speaker 1: It has been my norm my entire life to wake up grumpy.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: My husband even makes fun of it.
• 16:51
Speaker 1: Like I come downstairs my hair is in this messy bun.
• 16:54
Speaker 1: He thinks it's hilarious.
• 16:55
Speaker 1: I like waddle, like a penguin, like he thinks it's the funniest fucking thing in the world that I wake up grumpy every single day.
• 17:01
Speaker 1: And now I'm waking up and I'm cooking my daughter three eggs and toast and I'm doing her hair and I'm braiding her hair and I'm like I'm making space for the things that really matter, and I think that really is the reality of it is removing these hidden chains, removing the energy of things that don't serve you, whether they're in your physical space, whether it's clutter or energetic space, with with emotional, mental, spiritual clutter, and or removing tasks and to-dos that you think you have to do every day, that you don't actually have to do any day, and so when you get to use that expansive space in whatever way feels best for you, but the important part is you can't fill that space with the same habits that created the clutter.
• 18:09
Speaker 1: And so I guess I'm going to challenge all of you today with this podcast is what can you really start to look at in your life that doesn't feel good, that doesn't feel in alignment with who you are?
• 18:25
Speaker 1: And if you feel good, what can you remove from your physical space?
• 18:29
Speaker 1: What drawers can you clear out?
• 18:31
Speaker 1: What clutter can you clear out?
• 18:32
Speaker 1: And I did buy the Secrets of Space Clearing by Denise Lin.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: She's got a bunch of books.
• 18:38
Speaker 1: I know there's a lot of space clearing books but, like, I know how to clear spaces but this was really cool to do, like this deep dive because she talks about feng shui right and which I know nothing about.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: Cool to do, like this deep dive because she talks about feng shui right, which I know nothing about.
• 18:50
Speaker 1: Um, she talks about using not only sage, which I is what I typically use to, like clear my spaces, right, but she talks about using crystals and fire and sound and all these different things and like.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: So I'm really going.
• 19:04
Speaker 1: It's like going backwards in time and going really deep into things that I thought I knew.
• 19:12
Speaker 1: There, I said it, I thought I knew, I thought I knew how to clear my house but then I realized I was just putting a Band-Aid on it by walking room to room, going in closets and putting sage in the corners and Palo Santo, right.
• 19:24
Speaker 1: What was staying there was all the energy of the cluttered closets.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: What was staying there was the energy of you know, all of these things that I didn't clear before they came into my house, right?
• 19:36
Speaker 1: So I'm really really taking a look at how everything around me impacts me and it's freaking awesome Because the more that I look at it, the more that I remove again what no longer is aligned to me, the more I make space for me to be conscious of what is in alignment for me, creating space to bring in more joy, more light, more love into my life.
• 19:59
Speaker 1: So I feel again, this has been a total 180 for me.
• 20:04
Speaker 1: So giddy up everybody.
• 20:06
Speaker 1: I'm not sure what this podcast is going to look like, going forward, but I think that I am going to take some time going back to the basics, because I have been asked to do this and I'm not the only one.
• 20:17
Speaker 1: I've noticed this theme that's coming up in the Mastermind, the Mediumship Mastermind, as well, because I'm noticing other people have been kind of going back to the basics too, and I think it's always a lovely opportunity, because when I started my spiritual journey, I would sprint through everything I like.
• 20:40
Speaker 1: If you followed me back in the day, like the first year that I had my social media account was a couple years ago like I would have read 30 books in a year and I think I did a post about like all of the different books I read in that year.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: And so again, those of you that have taken my class, like, this is the spiritual binging phase that I've been in for about three to four years now.
• 21:01
Speaker 1: And now spirit is asking me to slow down and really refine it and get really, really good at the basics, which I thought I was good at.
• 21:14
Speaker 1: But now I'm learning it at a whole different level and I don't know what this means.
• 21:19
  Speaker 1: So stay tuned.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: Yep, I don't know what that means.
• 21:22
Speaker 1: The bell just ding, dung, dung.
• 21:25
Speaker 1: I don't know what the bell dinged, I don't know how you say that, but it's relearning it from a whole new perspective.
• 21:32
Speaker 1: That I think is going to be very eye opening.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: And again my team is yelling at me.
• 21:42
Speaker 1: Why are you hesitating?
• 21:43
Speaker 1: Because what I don't want it to come out, ego centered, I don't want it to come out.
• 21:48
Speaker 1: But again, you're going to receive it.
• 21:52
Speaker 1: How you're going to receive it, and I have no say in how you're going to receive it, but a lot of how I've been teaching mediumship, even though I put my own spin on it.
• 22:01
Speaker 1: Again, it's it's the way that I was taught, with my own spin, and I think I need to create a whole new foundation.
• 22:07
Speaker 1: I need to create a whole new foundation to all this work, because it's not just about talking to dead people, it's not just about accessing the Akashic records for somebody else.
• 22:18
Speaker 1: This entire spiritual journey and I've said this before is all about you and your energy and your own healing, and people who are not healed should not be healing others.
• 22:28
Speaker 1: And so how do I heal myself in the best way possible?
• 22:33
Speaker 1: And I'm going to give myself a pat on the back I feel like I've been doing a job, good job, with that.
• 22:37
Speaker 1: I have a long way to go, but I've been doing a good job with that.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: But how do I heal myself?
• 22:42
Speaker 1: And how do I teach you to heal yourself so that you can heal others too?
• 22:45
Speaker 1: Because I know that most of the people who get into this work want to heal others.
• 22:49
Speaker 1: But you have to look at your shadows, you have to look at the clutter and you have to remove it in order for you to ascend to the highest energetic level possible.
• 22:59
Speaker 1: And I guess that's where I'm going to end it.
• 23:01
Speaker 1: And the reason why I have been taking this, this little social media podcast break, even though everything has been posted out there which is the wonderfulness of my podcast platform and my social media scheduler is that a lot of the stuff that you have been seeing has been out there for a while and it's been like I dropped everything in like six weeks because spirit needed me to make space to process this.
• 23:27
Speaker 1: So, more to come.
• 23:28
Speaker 1: Everybody, if you have podcast topics, episodes, I'm always interested in it.
• 23:33
Speaker 1: Stay tuned, giddy up, as as this journey continues for me, I will say that I had been focusing previously on trying to get three episodes out a week, and now I'm really going to push this more into.
• 23:49
Speaker 1: I'm going to try to be consistent still, but I might be missing a podcast or two once in a while, and or I'm going to really lean in on the energetic feeling of wanting to make podcasts and when I feel aligned and have the energy to do so, because that's where the magic is, everybody, and I don't want to waste your time if it's not going to be gold.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: So, um, thank you in advance for your love and support on that, and that's, I think, where I'm going to end it.
• 24:19
Speaker 1: I hope you all have an absolutely wonderful, wonderful day and, from my soul to yours, take care.
