Teen Driver’s Fatal Crash and Charges | Eau Claire News
A deadly crash on I-94 in May claimed the life of 68-year-old Duane Zaugg after his SUV was struck by a speeding car driven by 21-year-old Lacey Georgeson. Georgeson, who admitted to drinking “too much” at a Tomah bar, tested with a blood alcohol level of .226 — nearly triple the legal limit.
