[SPEAKER_00]: Good morning friends and enemies in today's video.
• 0:03
[SPEAKER_00]: We are bringing guests on to the channel.
• 0:05
  [SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Jesse Morse.
• 0:06
[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Jesse Morse is a board certified sports medicine physician and we are covering all injuries that are related to fantasy football.
• 0:14
[SPEAKER_00]: This will be one of the most valuable videos that we put out all summer.
• 0:17
[SPEAKER_00]: We talk in a doc about 15 to 20 of the most fantasy relevant injuries happening right now in the summer guys that are coming from injuries guys that were injured last season that might spill over into the season.
• 0:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Whether or not you should be targeting them whether or not the reports and the hearsay that we're here saying about these people are on track with what we should be doing in fantasy.
• 0:36
[SPEAKER_00]: For the OGs, you will remember Dr. Jesse Morris from the channel back in the day for the new G's.
• 0:40
[SPEAKER_00]: You probably know him from Twitter as a very large following there or from the injury experts YouTube channel.
• 0:46
[SPEAKER_00]: If not, make sure you are following his work, all that stuff that we talk about.
• 0:49
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll be linked down below.
• 0:50
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're looking for a specific player, all the timestamps will be down below as well.
• 0:55
[SPEAKER_00]: We get into a little peptide conversation at the end, for any of all that are
• 0:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Following the massive trend in what's going on on the Twitter world and in the doctor world right now Just something I was interested in wanted to talk to him about so we took 15 20 minutes out at the end of the video to get into that stuff If you enjoy the video, make sure you hit the button looks like this subscribe to the channel if you are new and enjoy the interview
• 1:23
  [SPEAKER_00]: It's been a minute.
• 1:24
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it has.
• 1:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Doc, we're going to start at the very top of the list with whom most people still consider to be the very best football player on the planet You had just released a video about him on your channel, which is linked down below for the viewers out there.
• 1:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Mr. Patrick Mahomes He is coming off of a relatively significant knee injury.
• 1:44
[SPEAKER_00]: This was coming off of a season in which he was running a lot It was probably the best rushing to a love his career, and that's what kind of made him
• 1:50
[SPEAKER_00]: his fantasy total rise up the ranks per se, but the torn ACL is something that I think people look at him going into 2026 and it's like we're still a little bit unsure about his weapons group right now.
• 2:01
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like we do kind of need the rushing acumen of of patch up my homes right now.
• 2:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Are we going to get it coming off of this injury?
• 2:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Do we expect him to start on on pop?
• 2:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Do we think we get a full 17 out of him?
• 2:11
[SPEAKER_00]: How limited will he be?
• 2:13
[SPEAKER_00]: And also I think it might be helpful like just from your point of view as someone who's obviously been in this industry for a long time and someone that I look at is insanely progressive relative to a lot of people out there in the industry and just in general, how is your approach to looking at timelines with athletes and their returns changed over the last few years or
• 2:39
[SPEAKER_00]: you and I used to get on these videos often and I had like a nice timetable in my mind of you know how quickly players can get back from a lot of these injuries because a lot of stuff that you had taught me, you know, and it kind of cementated my mind, but I imagine like every industry and we're living in a very progressive, you know, time frame right now where technologies rapidly advancing, how do you as someone who covers this stuff or living like decipher when timeline start to change in your mind?
• 3:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you need to wait for the literature?
• 3:03
  [SPEAKER_00]: Is it
• 3:03
[SPEAKER_00]: hard for you because you're not the one actually like working on these athletes you know yourself personally so you don't really know the treatments are they using peptides are they using this are they using like how are they getting back into shape I guess I'd like to start there before we get into patch my homes yes so I am treating some of the guys that you'll definitely know we might talk about today I won't give any insight.
• 3:21
[SPEAKER_01]: that I learned from them personally are that I contributed to, but in general, we have definitely seen an evolution between PMF and Reddy and peptides, although they're technically illegal during the season anyway.
• 3:36
[SPEAKER_01]: It stem cells, all the different regenerative medicines options.
• 3:40
[SPEAKER_01]: You have guys going on a Germany and you have guys going to Spain and the
• 3:45
[SPEAKER_01]: we don't even know where you have guys promoting down itself.
• 3:47
[SPEAKER_01]: America, Central America for certain central companies and stuff.
• 3:51
[SPEAKER_01]: And we don't even know what really any of them do, right?
• 3:55
[SPEAKER_01]: We can speculate, but we don't really know what they're doing there or even if they went there or let's say tell us that they went there.
• 4:00
[SPEAKER_01]: So they've been very aggressive with trying to get back.
• 4:05
[SPEAKER_01]: The guys still quite aren't proactive.
• 4:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I have a couple guys that are proactive, but that's pretty rare.
• 4:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Most of them were still reactive, meaning they wait for it to break and then they try to fix it as opposed to trying to prevent it from breaking in the first place.
• 4:19
  [SPEAKER_01]: But
• 4:19
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, some of the timelines are still hard and fast.
• 4:21
[SPEAKER_01]: A Jones fracture is still 11 weeks.
• 4:24
  [SPEAKER_01]: And that's a surgical thing.
• 4:25
[SPEAKER_01]: There's something we can do about them.
• 4:27
[SPEAKER_01]: And that any of those modalities that data hasn't moved it up to the point where it's worth the risk coming back at nine weeks or eight weeks or whatever it is like we saw with Jayden read last year.
• 4:36
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, we've seen some guys, I'll give you an example and baseball.
• 4:40
[SPEAKER_01]: We just saw a trick schoolable come back from a significant elbow injury or or at least elbow issue and it's pitching elbow.
• 4:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Normally, it would have been six to eight weeks.
• 4:50
  [SPEAKER_01]: He had many surgery.
• 4:51
[SPEAKER_01]: He was back in like three and a half weeks, four weeks.
• 4:56
  [SPEAKER_01]: And that's 40, 30, 40% improvement.
• 4:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Any pretty much bounce back.
• 5:00
[SPEAKER_01]: within reason to how it was previously.
• 5:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So you're starting to see some advancement that are being very aggressive.
• 5:06
[SPEAKER_01]: My home's who we'll talk about in a sec had surgery the next day, literally the next day.
• 5:12
[SPEAKER_01]: After he tours, they see it on his LCL.
• 5:14
[SPEAKER_01]: So some of these guys are pushing the needle hard.
• 5:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you have guys that are continuing to be able to do it much later in their career.
• 5:21
  [SPEAKER_01]: Look at them, they're a canry.
• 5:22
  [SPEAKER_01]: Like, yep.
• 5:23
  [SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know what he was 32, 33, I don't even know what they're just saying more.
• 5:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't really pay attention to the age so much so anymore as back in the day or like always 28, 29's let a fall to cliff.
• 5:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Now it's like, I don't know, maybe they bought themselves a couple more years.
• 5:38
  [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
• 5:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, my home's probably has many, many years in the tank.
• 5:42
  [SPEAKER_00]: So what's up?
• 5:43
[SPEAKER_00]: About the one we have in front of him here with the fact that he had the surgery immediately afterwards.
• 5:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he tore the ACL.
• 5:51
  [SPEAKER_00]: You said the LCL.
• 5:52
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so I have multi ligaments here.
• 5:54
[SPEAKER_00]: And with that time frame wise, my home is as a dude in my mind.
• 5:58
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, like, he's shooting up week one.
• 6:00
[SPEAKER_00]: He's playing the full game as long as he doesn't get a different injury later on in the season.
• 6:04
[SPEAKER_00]: He just feels like I was probably going to be ready to go.
• 6:06
  [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe
• 6:08
[SPEAKER_00]: What's your point of view on that?
• 6:10
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay.
• 6:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Week one, I'm pretty sure the plan Monday night he gets Denver.
• 6:13
[SPEAKER_01]: So be injured quarterback versus injured quarterback.
• 6:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Big game, technically, if you look, if you circle it per se, my homes is kind of like Brady.
• 6:22
[SPEAKER_01]: He's not getting off the field unless something doesn't allow him to be on the field.
• 6:27
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's just how I see it.
• 6:29
[SPEAKER_01]: He was out in OTAs with a big bulk of bulky bracelet.
• 6:32
[SPEAKER_01]: But that was what four months after his ACL,
• 6:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, so I have no concerns that I'll be ready in week 1, 0.
• 6:42
[SPEAKER_01]: The rushing upside probably gone this year.
• 6:45
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, the issue with the with ACLs is they don't trust it, right?
• 6:51
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's just the issue.
• 6:52
  [SPEAKER_01]: They don't trust it.
• 6:53
[SPEAKER_01]: So they're not going to be as aggressive to take off.
• 6:56
[SPEAKER_01]: or you know, and there is a little bit of hesitation that takes about one year or at least six months for the season to go away.
• 7:03
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not really worried about his throwing it'll take a couple weeks to get the rust off per se.
• 7:08
[SPEAKER_01]: He's got some tools they got out of Kenneth Walker.
• 7:10
  [SPEAKER_01]: I like it.
• 7:11
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll see how her she rises need does have to jail.
• 7:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Grandpa Kelsey still has some left in the tank after he finishes his wedding.
• 7:20
[SPEAKER_01]: More of you will see if he can hold up.
• 7:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Type one for instill there, maybe royals can do a little something, but they're they're receiving course.
• 7:27
  [SPEAKER_01]: Still what it is.
• 7:28
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not significantly better than last year, maybe a healthier, you know, so that's why I'm not super high on him from a fantasy perspective.
• 7:38
[SPEAKER_01]: there's just way too many guys that I think can be much better than hand that are roughly the same price or cheaper.
• 7:45
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, his arm is not really provided much fantasy value for us over the last like a couple of years.
• 7:49
[SPEAKER_00]: He's been a fine low-income QB one if that.
• 7:52
[SPEAKER_00]: The rushing obviously was was the big boost to his game last year and you know, I was thinking of this this theory this morning and it probably has no merit to it, but I do wonder
• 8:03
[SPEAKER_00]: when you're coming back from an ACL tear, there's this almost mental limitation for a lot of players.
• 8:09
[SPEAKER_00]: To me, it makes a lot of sense why like a running back might take a second to get back up to speed because of the lateral agility and shifting is a need.
• 8:17
[SPEAKER_00]: When I think of a quarterback running, like obviously there are the incredibly elusive guys like the Lamars who are who are very shaky.
• 8:23
[SPEAKER_00]: But I think the guys like my homes or herverts are more like kind of scramble out of the pocket a little bit and then straight line run for 15, 20 yards.
• 8:31
[SPEAKER_00]: So I do think maybe there's an element of like the not so shifty runners at quarterback, maybe aren't so limited by the ACL tier.
• 8:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Like everyone's so quick to say like, oh, this guy's going to be so limited mobility wise.
• 8:43
[SPEAKER_00]: And therefore he's probably not going to be able to get out of the pocket and all this stuff.
• 8:46
[SPEAKER_00]: But I do feel like I got like my homes is a lot more straight line than he is moving back and forth.
• 8:51
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think there's any merit to that?
• 8:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I think he'll definitely steal that.
• 8:55
  [SPEAKER_01]: Do that.
• 8:56
[SPEAKER_01]: I think one of the things that's maybe when there was a bigger window for him last year.
• 9:01
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he was he seemed to be more aggressive taking off than previous years.
• 9:06
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's where he might be a little hesitant.
• 9:08
[SPEAKER_01]: He might be like, and but if there's like a big gap and he's got 10 15 yards.
• 9:12
  [SPEAKER_01]: He's in dog.
• 9:13
[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to go and he's going to get that.
• 9:14
[SPEAKER_01]: That's just who he is.
• 9:15
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of them, but it's like he's not going to be elusive and, you know, doing a lot more where he's shaking people like I just don't think that's going to happen.
• 9:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, a lot of that felt similar to like Justin Herbert last year where it was like these guys are like the dogs on their team and because my homies is dealing with were these her rushy rice is spended Kelsey's old.
• 9:33
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like his rushing went up because he realized like that's how I have to win games I don't have a running game like I have to be the one to take off.
• 9:38
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't even think they necessarily want to and Herbert was the same last year.
• 9:41
[SPEAKER_00]: We ran for almost 500 yards second in the NFL last year because he had no time in the pocket.
• 9:45
[SPEAKER_00]: He's like I got to make every play myself.
• 9:47
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to be Lamar Jackson, but it's kind of like the role that I have to play for.
• 9:51
  [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
• 9:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and each week you'll feel a little bit better.
• 9:54
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of these guys were like a sleeve, but they were one more of the big bulky brace like the like the like the line and do it.
• 10:00
  [SPEAKER_01]: They're just not comfortable.
• 10:01
[SPEAKER_01]: They're not comfortable at all.
• 10:02
[SPEAKER_01]: They'll see how adds a little bit of a complicated component to it because that's the poster lateral corner, which is where you rotate.
• 10:08
  [SPEAKER_01]: But...
• 10:09
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, Bobby Strupp is his trainer.
• 10:11
[SPEAKER_01]: He's got to push him already.
• 10:12
[SPEAKER_01]: He's been pushing him hard.
• 10:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not really worried about my homes from a health perspective.
• 10:17
[SPEAKER_01]: The only time he ever missed an NFL game is when he had that the teller dislocation, remember like five years ago or what have seven years ago, whatever was.
• 10:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was that fluke thing, I think his lineman hit on or something and his knee popped out that he kept up down.
• 10:29
[SPEAKER_01]: And if he could have went back and played, he would have, but he just couldn't.
• 10:33
[SPEAKER_01]: And you're thinking he missed two games, like, which is insane.
• 10:36
[SPEAKER_01]: But like, that was it.
• 10:37
[SPEAKER_01]: The guy played through high ankles and like everything.
• 10:39
[SPEAKER_01]: He just, he doesn't miss.
• 10:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, he didn't have a choice here, but in my opinion, he's he'll play.
• 10:45
[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to give it as all.
• 10:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Is he going to have some issues?
• 10:47
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 10:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that just comes with a third toy.
• 10:49
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay.
• 10:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you touched on another quarterback that, you know, you said that they might be two injured guys playing against each other in a week one, the other side of the ball.
• 10:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Bonix, unfortunately, didn't break there.
• 11:00
[SPEAKER_00]: No pun intended in the playoffs there.
• 11:02
[SPEAKER_00]: I really think Denver probably could have taken the sewer ball home.
• 11:05
[SPEAKER_00]: If not, just put up a real good fight against Seattle there.
• 11:07
[SPEAKER_00]: you know, the broken ankle from most of what I've heard training camp reports seem very optimistic Sean Payton sounds very optimistic.
• 11:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you in that camp as well?
• 11:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Is there anything from the doctor's POV that we might actually because he is someone who is really mobile.
• 11:19
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I think that he's like a natural athlete that likes to run the ball.
• 11:23
[SPEAKER_00]: I think Sean Payton likes to give him the room to run the ball.
• 11:25
[SPEAKER_00]: So he's someone that I'm like, okay, if his mobility is limited, I might pull back on the fantasy stock in him because I don't know that he can get it done to be
• 11:35
[SPEAKER_01]: So here's the issue with Nix.
• 11:37
[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a crazy history of injuries to this ankle.
• 11:41
[SPEAKER_01]: That's part of the reason why.
• 11:43
[SPEAKER_01]: And some of the commentary that's come out since, basically saying it was only a matter of time before this guy injured again.
• 11:49
[SPEAKER_01]: That's not exactly the timing was unfortunate.
• 11:52
[SPEAKER_01]: My patrons took advantage, although they didn't, right, didn't deserve it, per se, but it is where it is, we'll take it.
• 11:58
  [SPEAKER_01]: They address the fracture.
• 12:00
[SPEAKER_01]: He's got to have some issues in the long run.
• 12:02
  [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think that's early on,
• 12:05
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I think they reinforce the hell out of it.
• 12:07
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, her surgeon, he knows him by first name.
• 12:09
[SPEAKER_01]: He's already stood surgery on him three or four times at least So realistically, I think that was the same doc Dr. Waldrup same one that did burrow But in general, I'm not overly worried about his ankle I think he'll be fine.
• 12:22
[SPEAKER_01]: He gets a new toy in water, which I think is it would be cool
• 12:26
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, he's got a revamped, you know, similar offensive line, similar receiving core potentially better running back core basically the same.
• 12:36
[SPEAKER_01]: So I, I don't really have any reason to knock him.
• 12:39
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he might have a little bit of issues, but he's had plenty of time.
• 12:43
  [SPEAKER_01]: He will be fine.
• 12:45
[SPEAKER_01]: He's already dealt with this multiple times before.
• 12:48
  [SPEAKER_01]: I think it'll be okay.
• 12:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not overly worried about this.
• 12:50
[SPEAKER_01]: The timing of it was just unfortunate for when it happened.
• 12:53
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, if I happened in, I don't know, like week 15 or something, I think he probably would have played most of the playoffs without much of a problem, but it did it in, you know.
• 13:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's move on to probably the final quarterback on this list who suffered, I think.
• 13:08
[SPEAKER_00]: the most severe injury and that's Daniel Jones out there in Indianapolis, torn Achilles after, you know, a phenomenal start to the season.
• 13:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously the cults just, you know, fell off the tracks after that, but they invested into them.
• 13:20
  [SPEAKER_00]: They're bringing him back.
• 13:21
[SPEAKER_00]: If they can get a semblance of what they had last year on offense, they're going to be a team that could, you know, compete for the playoffs and, you know, you never know if they can step up on defense, run the ball through Jonathan Taylor well, like, could make some noise.
• 13:33
[SPEAKER_00]: Daniel Jones, though, another dude who's extremely mobile, very, very good athlete.
• 13:37
[SPEAKER_00]: The torn Achilles has been something over the last decade, seemed like it was a game changer.
• 13:42
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how many quarterbacks we've necessarily seen have this injury that weren't like Aaron Rodgers Kirk causes.
• 13:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, they were already old, so adding this injury onto their resume feels like, of course, it's going to kind of derail the rest of their career, Daniel Jones is still a young.
• 13:57
[SPEAKER_00]: We've seen it with running backs.
• 14:02
[SPEAKER_00]: As anything changed with torn Achilles, are they still like as poorly looked upon as they were just like three, four, five years ago and what do you think about with Daniel Jones like his recovery for this particular season?
• 14:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's not many quarterbacks ever in the NFL starting quarterbacks that have suffered a torn Achilles.
• 14:22
[SPEAKER_01]: I think if I remember correctly there's six and we're going back to freaking marina.
• 14:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, word, this isn't recent data.
• 14:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there's just not a lot of them.
• 14:30
  [SPEAKER_01]: It's not a common injury.
• 14:32
[SPEAKER_01]: We've happened to had a weird spell of four in the past like three years or whatever.
• 14:37
[SPEAKER_01]: But in general, this is a very rare injury.
• 14:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, you had Aaron Rogers.
• 14:42
[SPEAKER_01]: But he wasn't running a whole lot and, you know, for the most part he actually did pretty good with with that although you could definitely see an issue.
• 14:49
  [SPEAKER_01]: Kirk has struggled more.
• 14:50
[SPEAKER_01]: The difference is Kirk's was on his right side on his power side and that obviously impacted his throwing ability and other things.
• 14:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Then you had to show him Blossom who's kind of his own little thing that he actually re-tore it, I believe down here Miami, and had to have another surgery and obviously he hasn't returned so we can't really use him.
• 15:09
[SPEAKER_01]: And even that says he's his own case.
• 15:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 15:12
  [SPEAKER_01]: So I
• 15:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Jones is a unique situation in that regard because he is a mobile guy.
• 15:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I remember he did have his ACL tear.
• 15:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I believe he was on the opposite needs.
• 15:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Several years ago, there is a connection there.
• 15:23
[SPEAKER_01]: We also saw that with JK Dolphins.
• 15:25
[SPEAKER_01]: And in general, I think there is a slight concern for lack of explosiveness.
• 15:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not because he doesn't want to run.
• 15:33
[SPEAKER_01]: It's because that Achilles is not
• 15:35
[SPEAKER_01]: white ready to be as explosive as it was.
• 15:39
[SPEAKER_01]: I like to think of it as an elastic band and it's just that white ready to be super elasticy like it used to be.
• 15:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's part of the reason why the the right-back struggle so much.
• 15:48
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, the only exception to the rule really for running backs is Ben JK Dobbets.
• 15:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Every other running back is having a killy stare he's never been the same.
• 15:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Because they're trying to cut they're trying to be explosive not saying Jen Kendall Jones is gonna do that per se They obviously invested a lot of money in him.
• 16:05
[SPEAKER_01]: So they obviously feel that this isn't gonna Significantly interrupt him, but I think it's gonna prevent him from to be as elusive as he would probably normally want to be and as a result Yes, he's gonna be able to move, but he's not gonna want to go off
• 16:20
[SPEAKER_01]: like he used to when he was younger, at least in the first half of the season.
• 16:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think they're going to give them all the JT more.
• 16:26
[SPEAKER_01]: I think they're going to use Downs a lot more with Pitman gone.
• 16:29
[SPEAKER_01]: I think they're going to obviously use Dallas Pierce, even though he has his foot injury, and I think they're going to use Warren a ton.
• 16:35
[SPEAKER_01]: I think they're going to throw, he'll be elusive, but he's not going to have as much mobility in as much rushing guards as he has in the past, and which is going to significantly hurt his value.
• 16:48
[SPEAKER_00]: That's really the story here I think is like less, you know, is Daniel Jones going to be a great fantasy quarterback.
• 16:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Because he was, you know, he was a cool quarterback too in Superflex, Lee's last year or whatever, but it's this surrounding pieces that are kind of exciting with JT having the big year.
• 17:00
[SPEAKER_00]: Josh downs is now hopefully primed to get a bigger role with Michael Pippin at a town out of pierce dealing with his own injury there.
• 17:06
[SPEAKER_00]: So like, you're kind of seeing it from a fantasy lens of like, I'm not overly concerned about the weapons around Daniel Jones receiving the opportunities and targets
• 17:18
  [SPEAKER_00]: He was.
• 17:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, the only thing is I just don't expect him to rush much, but he's never been like the past couple years.
• 17:25
[SPEAKER_01]: He's never been a big rush or anyway.
• 17:27
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 17:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that significantly declines since they see out, which is not surprising.
• 17:32
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and I don't think I, without looking at the numbers, I can't say he bumps back significantly and was running a ton.
• 17:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe he had to do it to get out of situations, but they've always had a pretty good offensive line.
• 17:41
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, you know,
• 17:43
  [SPEAKER_01]: I think he's fine.
• 17:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I think the projections are going to be fine for strong.
• 17:47
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I'd be very hesitant with rushing.
• 17:50
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, I wouldn't target him for really a rushing to be anymore.
• 17:53
[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to be more of a low end, a chronic QB2 with maybe Spike Weeks if they have some big plays and big passes.
• 18:00
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's because of his playmakers, not really because of him.
• 18:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, yeah, let's move on to to said playmakers and this is the weird way to put it I guess talking about injuries, but the more exciting position players that I feel like, you know, have this this upside that can really change the season for us and we had a lot of young running back start to emerge last year, but go down with these incredibly serious injuries.
• 18:21
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a lot of optimism around these players right now despite coming off of these really, really severe injuries.
• 18:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And this is, this is actually one aspect that I'm having a little bit of trouble with, because I've always been someone who's like, all right, this is the history we have of these injuries.
• 18:36
[SPEAKER_00]: This is the timeline that the doctors that I trust lay out for these specific players, I'm gonna, I'm gonna lean that way.
• 18:43
[SPEAKER_00]: But I also think there's, you know, every injury is its own injury.
• 18:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And some players who progress really, really well can outdo the odds.
• 18:49
[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe some of the times, we have just small sample sizes for specific injuries.
• 18:53
  [SPEAKER_00]: And things can happen.
• 18:54
[SPEAKER_00]: So with that being said, I'm leaning into guys like Camp Scadabo.
• 18:58
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm thinking about Quanchan Judkins.
• 18:59
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking at the Jonathan Brookses of the world.
• 19:02
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there's a lot of really high upside running backs on this list coming back from severe injuries.
• 19:06
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think if you get them right, you get them at a crazy value if they can play to 90% of the level.
• 19:13
[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to be good picks for fantasy, but if they can hold up, they can hold up is really the question that comes down to you.
• 19:18
[SPEAKER_00]: So you have CamScat about who had the very, very severe injury, obviously, that ankle fracture where he had to have a emergency, same day surgery and he was taking over the workhorse.
• 19:27
[SPEAKER_00]: He was bell-counting every sense of the word, all the goal line carries, all the carries in general, like targets out the ass, him and Jackson and Dart just had that chemistry, the do have a new coaching staff coming in, so maybe there's a little bit more of a split, but it seemed like Cam was going to be the guy.
• 19:38
  [SPEAKER_00]: He has the injury.
• 19:39
[SPEAKER_00]: everything out of camp there, you know, from the back flip videos, which I don't know how, you know, if that's like a big deal for for his actual injury, but it's better than not seeing it, I guess.
• 19:48
[SPEAKER_00]: But they're saying he's going to be full go for the start of training camp.
• 19:52
[SPEAKER_00]: One, I guess, do you believe that, too?
• 19:54
[SPEAKER_00]: This is obviously an injury where we've seen poor performance in terms of coming back from an injury like this.
• 19:59
[SPEAKER_00]: So are you someone that's pessimistic?
• 20:02
  [SPEAKER_00]: Are you optimistic
• 20:09
[SPEAKER_01]: So, I think Scadabo and Juddkins have very similar injuries.
• 20:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Scadabo is probably a little bit worse.
• 20:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it popped through the skin, which is part of the reason why he had to have a immediate surgery.
• 20:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Juddkins had a little bit more ligament damage.
• 20:24
[SPEAKER_01]: We only know so much, so we can't really say.
• 20:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I just feel like this injury can be significant.
• 20:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And it can really derail for the first year.
• 20:34
[SPEAKER_01]: We saw that with what Mark Andrews.
• 20:37
[SPEAKER_01]: I think we saw that with I think it was E.T.
• 20:41
[SPEAKER_01]: And or somebody like that that had a flookie ankle injury that was really bad.
• 20:44
[SPEAKER_01]: But I just get the impression that Scott was going to be good to go.
• 20:47
  [SPEAKER_01]: I like,
• 20:49
  [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, there's just, it's just that got failing.
• 20:52
  [SPEAKER_01]: I can't really explain it.
• 20:54
[SPEAKER_00]: I agree with you as someone who's obviously not, not a dot.
• 20:56
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just like we've only heard good news at a camp.
• 20:59
[SPEAKER_00]: And like normally it's like, listen, we take it with a grain of salt.
• 21:02
[SPEAKER_00]: But at some point, it does feel like we'd hear something off.
• 21:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Something like he doesn't look like him, his old self.
• 21:09
[SPEAKER_00]: He's, you know, he's resting on the sidelines for the next two practices or something like that.
• 21:14
[SPEAKER_00]: There's, it feels like there's been zero hesitation on him.
• 21:16
  [SPEAKER_01]: here.
• 21:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll give you a slight flip and to give you an idea of why I agree with you.
• 21:24
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll think of all of the social media commentary and the setbacks and the issues with
• 21:37
  [SPEAKER_01]: No.
• 21:38
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's the same team.
• 21:39
[SPEAKER_00]: So you're getting like a sample size of what this team does with injuries and what they say to the press and how the coach reacts to it and you're getting it's like, all good.
• 21:46
  [SPEAKER_00]: It's got to bow.
• 21:47
  [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing.
• 21:47
[SPEAKER_00]: You go to it neighbors.
• 21:48
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 21:49
  [SPEAKER_01]: It will probably time.
• 21:51
  [SPEAKER_01]: This is certainly, eventually.
• 21:51
  [SPEAKER_01]: But like.
• 21:53
[SPEAKER_01]: If it was bad, it should be relatively obvious.
• 21:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like we haven't heard as much glowing about Juckins for what it's worth or been having.
• 22:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe I don't think it has really been a whole lot, but just fine.
• 22:06
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's gonna be exactly like he was early last season, probably not, but he's just another one of those dogs where he's just like, he's just gonna will his way into friggin' into, like, I don't know how that was gonna happen, but it's gonna happen.
• 22:19
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, with the way the offense is designed, I think right now, I think there's a good chance they're going to get a lot of give him a lot of volume or at least important volume maybe not a lot of volume and maybe he works through some stuff for the first couple of weeks couple months a month or so, but the talent was there he was literally on the verge of like frigging exploding last season and it was just an unfortunate crazy injury.
• 22:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I think you got lucky.
• 22:45
[SPEAKER_01]: I think you got lucky.
• 22:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe in the long run, you know, I've talked to several players in the past and one of his teammates right now, who's had bad ankle injuries and they were like, I'm never been the same after the injury.
• 22:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I can play, I can ball, but I just, I can tell like, I've never been the same player since that injury.
• 23:03
[SPEAKER_01]: That can happen, but a lot of these guys that just flip the script and just keep focus and keep pushing it.
• 23:09
[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's got to grow as young enough, we're not super young, but as young enough, I think, you know, I'll buy them this year.
• 23:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I take them as an RB1, but I definitely would take them as an RB2 of a strong flex.
• 23:19
[SPEAKER_01]: And you could have some monster weeks.
• 23:21
  [SPEAKER_01]: No question.
• 23:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I mean, that's the thing with Skabo is like you're getting him in round four round five easily as an RB2 right now because when the injury occurred, we have people like yourself who have dealt with this type of injury and you say, hey, this is the typical timeline for a return table, this is a very serious injury like unlikely to be 100% by week one or whatever and that kind of imprints into most people's minds that remember the severity of the injury from last year.
• 23:44
[SPEAKER_00]: without keeping like close tabs on how the return is going right now.
• 23:48
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why getting these guys right so important.
• 23:51
[SPEAKER_00]: We brought up Junkins, we might as well go to him similar injury, maybe not a severe in terms of breaking this end contact.
• 23:57
[SPEAKER_00]: You said possibly more ligaments involved.
• 23:59
[SPEAKER_00]: From what I'm hearing, I got it.
• 24:00
  [SPEAKER_00]: Juggins is camp too.
• 24:01
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not as like glowing and glaring, but participation has been near full from everything I've read.
• 24:07
[SPEAKER_00]: So it seems okay, his injury happened very late.
• 24:10
[SPEAKER_00]: In the season two, I believe it was like week, I don't know, 15, 16 ish in the range.
• 24:15
[SPEAKER_00]: So he's obviously got a month and a half less to recover.
• 24:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Then Scatabo, what would be the typical timeline for recovery on the injury to Juggins for something like this?
• 24:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I think both start week one.
• 24:29
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Jenkins is probably going to be a little bit more sluggish early on since he doesn't have that time frame and, you know, talent wise, he's Jenkins probably has more talent than Skettable, right?
• 24:42
  [SPEAKER_01]: I think from a talent perspective.
• 24:44
[SPEAKER_01]: He's always, I mean, yes, he's had his label issues and whatever the hell he's all had.
• 24:48
[SPEAKER_01]: But short of his injuries, like he's talented, the dude's no, he's up, he's good at what he does.
• 24:53
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not as optimistic about him as I am a scatterboat, but I think that I wouldn't completely fade him.
• 25:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I would probably say he's going to probably scuffle for a couple of weeks until he gets his legs underneath him.
• 25:07
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'll probably take all or maybe we see a little bit
• 25:13
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and we don't know what the hell's going on with that quarterback situation, a fan and is a monster, but, you know, we don't know what's going on with the right receivers as a bunch of them there.
• 25:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So the offense is a little bit of a hot mess, per se.
• 25:25
  [SPEAKER_01]: No surprise.
• 25:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So I have some hesitation overall just saying, okay, I don't know how much this offense is going to function, and if you're the primary running back in a bad offense.
• 25:35
[SPEAKER_01]: probably for the cost is probably not where I'm going.
• 25:38
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you add off coming back off at fairly decent injury, at which increases this risk for another injury.
• 25:45
[SPEAKER_01]: It may be enough for me to fade them.
• 25:46
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't, hey, his injury, and I'm not like super concerned about him, but there's enough red flags for me to be like, yeah, you know, I'll choose someone else over him on the clock.
• 25:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, easy to love the player and possible to love the situation that he's in.
• 26:01
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's, you know, really the overall takeaway from Judkins.
• 26:04
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we can keep going down the list here.
• 26:06
[SPEAKER_00]: A guy that I love coming out of the University of Texas, Jonathan Brooks has had one of the words, you know, runouts for a player back to back ACL tears here.
• 26:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, it's not how you want to start a career.
• 26:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Things have sounded pretty good out of camp, but again, it's, we're not
• 26:23
[SPEAKER_00]: that close to the situation.
• 26:24
[SPEAKER_00]: This is an incredible like uphill battle that he's facing.
• 26:28
[SPEAKER_00]: They have obviously kept them around.
• 26:29
[SPEAKER_00]: They use a second round pick on him despite him on his way off of an ACL tear.
• 26:33
[SPEAKER_00]: So they obviously had a lot of confidence in him and there's not a ton of running backs with success coming off of multiple ACL tears.
• 26:39
  [SPEAKER_00]: I tweeted something out.
• 26:40
  [SPEAKER_00]: That was, you know,
• 26:41
[SPEAKER_00]: kind of a joke, but real, you know, last week about Frank Gore, how he towards ACL twice in college and went on to become one of the most durable backs of all time.
• 26:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Jonathan Brooks does it get to a point with the multiple injuries where where you simply can't be the same running back that you were beforehand.
• 26:56
  [SPEAKER_00]: Brooks was explosive.
• 26:57
[SPEAKER_00]: I looked at him as someone who is kind of like Aaron Jones where he's got these intangibles where it's like the vision, the balance, the the contact balance, like he has so many positives going for him.
• 27:08
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that like the breakaway speed was ever anything that I was like, oh, this is what's going to set Jonathan Brooks apart.
• 27:15
[SPEAKER_00]: And I still love his price at like the 10th 11th, 12th round, only competing with you, but maybe you could tell me otherwise.
• 27:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So I was actually a big fan of him last year, obviously didn't work out.
• 27:26
  [SPEAKER_01]: He got injured.
• 27:28
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was the first game or second game when he came back.
• 27:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe got 8 or 10 carries total, which just is unfortunate.
• 27:35
[SPEAKER_01]: And he ended up just, that was it.
• 27:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And then he had their go back to the drawing board and do it all over again.
• 27:41
  [SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually, I like his potential.
• 27:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I tweeted something about him earlier in the offseason.
• 27:47
[SPEAKER_01]: I remember exactly what it was.
• 27:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I remember the response though.
• 27:52
  [SPEAKER_01]: I get a DM from him.
• 27:53
  [SPEAKER_00]: Really.
• 27:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and so many words he basically said don't count me out You don't know me.
• 28:01
  [SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember the tweet.
• 28:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to look at the DM, but that was the from my understanding And I memory of it.
• 28:05
[SPEAKER_01]: That's basically what it said which I'm like I was it knocking you I'm just telling you the data and I'm just telling you with the injury was like, you know?
• 28:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm pretty sure he trained on my buddy, Reefe, who's really good at rehabbing these crazy knee injuries.
• 28:18
[SPEAKER_01]: He had digs last year.
• 28:19
  [SPEAKER_01]: He had to jump.
• 28:20
[SPEAKER_01]: And Judd can's last year.
• 28:21
[SPEAKER_01]: He had rice last year in C.D.
• 28:24
  [SPEAKER_01]: Lamb.
• 28:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And he has all these complicated injury guys and he's done a good job with them.
• 28:28
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not overly worried about Brooks.
• 28:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I think the price is beautiful.
• 28:33
[SPEAKER_01]: The talent has been there.
• 28:34
[SPEAKER_01]: If I remember correctly, he was supposed to where he took over after
• 28:40
[SPEAKER_01]: at Texas, which is a ridiculous statement.
• 28:43
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so the talent was there.
• 28:44
[SPEAKER_01]: He was the top running back in that class.
• 28:47
[SPEAKER_01]: That class wasn't the best in terms of running back.
• 28:49
[SPEAKER_01]: So that doesn't say a whole lot, but at least it says more than, you know, he was a scrub in the fifth, sixth round or something.
• 28:56
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so I think that realistically, if you're buying a guy that's at this range, I don't think you're gonna find much of a higher upside guy.
• 29:04
  [SPEAKER_01]: Right.
• 29:04
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, am I deterred by the WACL?
• 29:08
[SPEAKER_01]: not really, I'd be more concerned if I was the other knee, actually.
• 29:12
[SPEAKER_01]: This tells me that graph failed, unfortunately, or something failed in the knee that allowed the graph to retire.
• 29:18
[SPEAKER_01]: That's basically what this tells me, which is just unfortunate.
• 29:21
[SPEAKER_01]: But usually these are the ones that they reinforce to the T, like they're broken real putting these bad boys back together, because like we can't do this again, like with we need to make sure.
• 29:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And while the rehab sucks, he's already done it.
• 29:34
[SPEAKER_01]: He already knew what to do.
• 29:35
[SPEAKER_01]: He just had to do it again.
• 29:36
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so I'm hoping a good thanks for him and I I'd love to see him take over.
• 29:43
[SPEAKER_01]: We saw what we go doweled in last year kind of out of the blue or unexpected anyway.
• 29:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Why can't it be Brooks in the same offense this year with maybe a couple more weapons?
• 29:52
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I love Brooks.
• 29:53
[SPEAKER_00]: I hope he gets every chance to succeed.
• 29:55
[SPEAKER_00]: He's definitely better player than Chew Behobert.
• 29:57
[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, great back coming out of college.
• 29:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Like not as strong class, but absolutely worthy of a second round paper regardless of what class he was in.
• 30:03
  [SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I'll choose a guy.
• 30:04
[SPEAKER_00]: I will be targeting for sure.
• 30:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Guy, I'm a little iffy on right now.
• 30:09
[SPEAKER_00]: And not necessarily even for the injury, but Bucky Irvings is a dude who you can't really tell the story of Bucky Irving from last year without talking about the injuries from what I understand he had the foot injury that was like more of the short term concern he had a shoulder injury kind of on top of that that happened over the same time frame and that's what ended up being the problem down the stretch room like he was able to turn via the foot was a little shaky down the stretch and I think it hurt his receiving numbers a little bit because of it regardless he had
• 30:35
[SPEAKER_00]: surgery in the off season and Twitter kind of was set of flame by their coach coming out and say, oh, it would be back sometime and like, you know, summer fall, whatever.
• 30:44
[SPEAKER_00]: To me, that was always just like coach peak.
• 30:45
[SPEAKER_00]: When a coach comes out, it's like, yeah, we want to get this guy 35 to 40 touches a game.
• 30:49
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like coaches don't really don't know what they're talking about when they say things.
• 30:51
[SPEAKER_00]: They just like, you know, say things and it's whatever to them.
• 30:54
[SPEAKER_00]: And then two seconds later, Bucky was like at OTAs from what I understand he'll likely be like non-contact pretty
• 31:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I still remember his breakout, I guess you'd call it in 24.
• 31:10
[SPEAKER_01]: All of a friggin' they knew, right?
• 31:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And then we kind of got all crazy excited about him last year and that was it.
• 31:16
[SPEAKER_01]: The injury started to pile up and there was this kind of a hazy nest.
• 31:20
[SPEAKER_01]: We didn't know what the hell was going on.
• 31:22
  [SPEAKER_01]: Is he injured?
• 31:23
  [SPEAKER_01]: Is it frail?
• 31:23
  [SPEAKER_01]: Is it serious?
• 31:25
  [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, now he's got a shoulder.
• 31:26
  [SPEAKER_01]: Is there some...
• 31:27
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a logical component to a like there was a lot of moving parts to this story.
• 31:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Long story short, he, for my understanding, he had to show the repair, likely a label repair.
• 31:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, same as RJ Harvey, the timeframe was obviously a little bit different.
• 31:41
[SPEAKER_01]: These usually take about six months to allow full contact, at least in this sport, which is why he's not full go yet.
• 31:47
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not really worried about it.
• 31:49
[SPEAKER_01]: But I also think that Hanme and Kenna's game were a lot of overlapping traits.
• 31:54
[SPEAKER_01]: So like, oh, they're not completely situation.
• 31:56
[SPEAKER_00]: They're like his opportunity ceiling.
• 31:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it would be a good player for them.
• 31:59
[SPEAKER_00]: But between Kenna and Will catching pass is like, they could have, they could have resigned Rashad White for $2 million and said they wanted to pay Kenneth Gainwell, $14 million.
• 32:07
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like clearly they had a plan for Gainwell to be that guy.
• 32:10
[SPEAKER_00]: And then Sean Tucker takes a lot of the goal line work there, too.
• 32:13
[SPEAKER_00]: So, oh well, Bucky will be good.
• 32:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't think anyone's going to look back and be like,
• 32:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna fade on, you know, I'd like to tell it but the situation, the other thing that that money tells me is they can't trust them.
• 32:24
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what that tells me, and which isn't surprising, right?
• 32:27
[SPEAKER_01]: He's already had his fan, he's not the biggest guy, right?
• 32:29
[SPEAKER_01]: He's not like frickin' derkenery or somebody that's massive.
• 32:32
[SPEAKER_01]: We, you know, so unfortunately, they're probably going to pull them off in terms of volume.
• 32:38
[SPEAKER_01]: They're probably going to give them more of the Rashad White role, like I said, we'll call it, which is probably now what you want, if game world is healthy, and especially if talk yourself because then you're in this ugly, dreaded monster and really no one is getting you enough points to be happy with a start.
• 32:54
[SPEAKER_00]: yeah i mean that's that's the downside of uh uh you know bookies like a fun story being a fourth round breakout but when you're a fourth round player it's like teams are quick to move on if you're not what what if you don't for me lately type of league so we'll sign a guy we're dressing a guy and before you know you're kind of a cautionary tale hopefully doesn't happen to bookies he's gonna be good on early downs i think for the most part but yeah it's a sticky situation there
• 33:15
[SPEAKER_00]: As is in Seattle, they've got a lot of players in that back field, the one we want to focus on is Zack Sharbinay, had the very, very late season, torn ACL, they ended up drafting jedarian price in the first round, so the capital kind of tells you where their mind is at.
• 33:28
[SPEAKER_00]: I think this could get really messy.
• 33:30
[SPEAKER_00]: The ACL tier seems like something that's not like overly concerning.
• 33:35
[SPEAKER_00]: just from a very general holistic standpoint for a guy like Sharbanay who's just like a bruiser is gonna get in there and pound his way.
• 33:41
[SPEAKER_00]: It's more like Sharbanay will probably be back, you know, maybe he's on the public, maybe he's back week six, week eight, whatever.
• 33:47
[SPEAKER_00]: When he gets back, he probably has a role there.
• 33:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Any concern, just in general, is that Sharbanay's like return time tables, it was a relatively clean ACL tears as far as I know.
• 33:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, um, from what we know, he actually took a month before he had a surgery.
• 34:01
  [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
• 34:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So he didn't have surgery to like late February.
• 34:05
[SPEAKER_01]: And nine months to late February.
• 34:07
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's basically Thanksgiving.
• 34:09
  [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
• 34:09
[SPEAKER_01]: That's very late into the season.
• 34:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 34:12
[SPEAKER_01]: most running backs with an ACL tear or not coming back in six months.
• 34:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Like the Adrian Peterson's are freaks and that's very rare.
• 34:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Even if he comes back at week six to eight, I just think you have to fade him this year.
• 34:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I just, I mean, I don't know what his ADP is right now, but he's very fun.
• 34:29
[SPEAKER_00]: It's less like, do I want sharpening?
• 34:31
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's more like, do I avoid the Seattle backfield?
• 34:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Because sharpening eventually comes back like, you know, they're a fantasy.
• 34:38
  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's a week ten or whatever.
• 34:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't think homebody is a whole lot of anything.
• 34:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's just a journeyman per se.
• 34:47
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not overly excited about or worried about him.
• 34:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I think price or print style we screw up his name is talented.
• 34:53
[SPEAKER_01]: I think there's no question about it.
• 34:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if he's big enough to be able to handle the volume that people are coping that he can do.
• 34:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I would say, as sharp as that could be 100 and any point in 236.
• 35:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I can promise you that.
• 35:04
[SPEAKER_01]: If he's relevant, it's probably not going to be until the last four games in the season.
• 35:10
[SPEAKER_01]: So, like, do you draft a trade for the first 12 games, or pull focusing on the first 12 games already?
• 35:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you draft in case that sharpening is going to come back for the last four?
• 35:20
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like, that's kind of the way I look at it.
• 35:22
[SPEAKER_01]: And this was such a late ACL tear that, I mean, I have no reason to face your journey as a result of sharps.
• 35:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Sharves in my opinion is pretty much an afterthought.
• 35:33
[SPEAKER_01]: This entire season may be a wash for him.
• 35:35
  [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
• 35:36
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, one more running back.
• 35:37
[SPEAKER_00]: I wanted to cover JK Dobbins of Denver.
• 35:41
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, just prenatally, her obviously was it was playing really well for Denver.
• 35:45
[SPEAKER_00]: It was clear that Sean Peyton preferred him significantly.
• 35:48
[SPEAKER_00]: It's an early downrunner over.
• 35:49
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
• 35:49
[SPEAKER_00]: over Harvey, over all the guys that in that backfield.
• 35:52
[SPEAKER_00]: And then despite getting injured again last year, they went out and extended him and gave him more money this off season.
• 35:58
[SPEAKER_00]: They went out and drafted Jonah Coleman.
• 36:00
[SPEAKER_00]: I believe it was a fourth round pick.
• 36:01
[SPEAKER_00]: So they do have some more competition there.
• 36:03
[SPEAKER_00]: But I do feel like if Dobbins is good to go for week one, he's probably the guy there until he can't hold up.
• 36:09
[SPEAKER_00]: What is the status on JK Dobbins right now in his availability for week one?
• 36:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Without trying to, I guess, predict what happens later in the season.
• 36:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just say, I felt bad for dominance.
• 36:21
[SPEAKER_01]: He's had the craziest combination of injuries.
• 36:24
[SPEAKER_01]: I swear he went from an ACL tear to a setback, which is actually the same exact thing that happened with neighbors to an Achilles tear, came back from that looked really good, which is crazy.
• 36:36
  [SPEAKER_01]: That doesn't happen.
• 36:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Then he has a Liz Frank, which is a mid-foot fracture, essentially, and it was on a flookie play where his foot was down and the defender literally rolled and his foot was under, under, doing his body.
• 36:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it was just that you couldn't, I can't get to break.
• 36:52
[SPEAKER_01]: I just fell bad for him.
• 36:54
[SPEAKER_01]: So, dude, that being said, I'm not overly worried about this.
• 36:59
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, this is more bone than ligament likely.
• 37:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I obviously we don't have specifics, but I mean, he's that he's fair share of injuries I pretty much he's done everything to the front ankle you could do at this point and and you know, they went way out of their way because I forgot who it was Dallas or somebody wanted dobbins.
• 37:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I've never seen a report and they gave him like a
• 37:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was Jack.
• 37:21
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, all of it's not me.
• 37:23
  [SPEAKER_01]: Jack, it was somebody.
• 37:24
  [SPEAKER_01]: I remember it's somebody.
• 37:25
[SPEAKER_01]: And, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and,
• 37:39
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I don't know how much they gave them.
• 37:41
[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, as long as we're sure, I'm not overly worried.
• 37:43
[SPEAKER_01]: RJ, if every had a central to same injury at Bucky Irving with a shoulder dislocation really late in the season, somewhere in the playoffs.
• 37:51
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why he hasn't been back.
• 37:53
[SPEAKER_01]: And then Coleman, I actually like Coleman.
• 37:54
  [SPEAKER_01]: I actually think Coleman's pretty good.
• 37:56
[SPEAKER_01]: So we'll have to see how that plays out.
• 37:57
[SPEAKER_01]: But I agree, I think Dobbins is kind of a sneaky play.
• 38:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely a late, kind of a late, maybe sleep rest.
• 38:04
[SPEAKER_01]: The problem is I'm holding my breath every damn week while he's on the field.
• 38:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just almost waiting for him to break up my cake.
• 38:11
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna ride this well as hot, but I'm expecting it to cool off and break, and then you're gonna have to have a plan beat.
• 38:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunately, that's how I feel at him at this point.
• 38:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I think that's how Sean Peyton probably feels to, like, they gave him the money, but then they did also say, hey, we're gonna draft Sean a Coleman because if J.K. Dobbins goes down again, which Sean possibility, like we don't wanna try RJ Harvey out there for 18 to 20 calories again, cause we saw that worked out.
• 38:34
  [SPEAKER_00]: last year.
• 38:34
[SPEAKER_00]: So they got the three item monster.
• 38:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I think they want to go through Dobbins.
• 38:36
  [SPEAKER_00]: I agree though.
• 38:37
[SPEAKER_00]: He's not going to be someone I'm targeting in fantasy dress unless he falls down to the point of like the way that people talk about him when it comes to injuries wrapped fucking 12.
• 38:44
[SPEAKER_00]: They're 14 to that range or way.
• 38:46
[SPEAKER_01]: It may be like a best ball guy where he's like he has these crazy explosive weeks.
• 38:49
[SPEAKER_01]: But then, you know, you don't have to worry about him.
• 38:52
[SPEAKER_01]: If he's not available, you just your lineup fills itself up.
• 38:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let's move over to the water see for position where there I think some players to actually be concerned about.
• 39:00
[SPEAKER_00]: We had brought up a few of them already.
• 39:02
[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll just kind of get started on that conversation while camp's got a bow looks good as teammate Malik neighbors anything but that coming back from very early season injury.
• 39:11
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was week three if I want to say week three week four in that range.
• 39:15
[SPEAKER_00]: The ACL tear on top of.
• 39:17
  [SPEAKER_00]: other things.
• 39:18
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's no, you know, it's no secret at this point that the recovery has been not great for him.
• 39:23
[SPEAKER_00]: So he's dropped down pretty significantly in fancy drafts.
• 39:25
[SPEAKER_00]: I think at the beginning of like spring when basketball draft just opened up, he was top 15, top 20 pick.
• 39:30
[SPEAKER_00]: He's now dropped down to like third round and probably encroaching on the fourth round.
• 39:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think which is the echo chamber of Twitter and the availability of information from people like yourself kind of dictating how this injury rehab is going.
• 39:42
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll end up being a fourth round pick.
• 39:44
  [SPEAKER_00]: I think
• 39:47
[SPEAKER_00]: What can you tell us about this rehab?
• 39:49
[SPEAKER_00]: The initial injury was multi ligament.
• 39:51
[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm not mistaken, he had to have some sort of secondary surgery later on in the summer.
• 39:57
[SPEAKER_00]: It feels like a mess.
• 39:58
[SPEAKER_01]: So after this video has he, he's going to implement more.
• 40:04
[SPEAKER_01]: So stupid talented, no questions, has nothing to do with talent.
• 40:09
  [SPEAKER_01]: This is 100% injury.
• 40:10
[SPEAKER_01]: So he had a significant ACL tier, but even more importantly, a bad municipal tier.
• 40:16
[SPEAKER_01]: So the bad municipal tier caused him to have to have a, and this has been confirmed twice now, a repair.
• 40:23
[SPEAKER_01]: The problem with the repair is literally their stuturing the
• 40:28
[SPEAKER_01]: is that your six eight weeks before you can put weight on that lick.
• 40:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Like you can't do nothing because if you do, you retire those suitors and that's it, you have to go back to the OR.
• 40:38
  [SPEAKER_01]: So these ridiculously extends.
• 40:41
[SPEAKER_01]: So this is, you know, how most ACLs, they say oh nine nine months, this is closer to 12.
• 40:46
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a, this is a 12 month or so best case scenario we're glad more to it in a minute.
• 40:52
[SPEAKER_01]: He was coming back in October, late October.
• 40:54
[SPEAKER_01]: That would be best case scenario.
• 40:56
[SPEAKER_00]: But that's because not because so like he had the injury week three week four and then.
• 41:02
[SPEAKER_01]: The nature of the injury caused the significant delay time line.
• 41:06
[SPEAKER_01]: But then, because of the complications with the repair, likely with the repair, he had what we call a cyclops lesion, which is essentially a massive ball of scar tissue in the middle of his knee.
• 41:19
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what he was training when my body reached down here in South Florida.
• 41:22
[SPEAKER_01]: He did not look good from what I was told, not because he didn't try, but because the
• 41:27
[SPEAKER_01]: And then going back to the surgeon, I forgot if LL trashed it or if Cooper did it ended up having to go in and remove the scarcation, which is exactly what J.K. Doment had a couple years ago, actually.
• 41:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And then that obviously set him back a month or whatever ended up setting him back.
• 41:42
[SPEAKER_01]: And as a result, now he's going to have to come back even later.
• 41:45
  [SPEAKER_01]: So.
• 41:46
[SPEAKER_01]: This is one of those situations where I think the giant saw the writing on the wall, they're like, we know he's talented our monies already invested in him, but we are going to need someone to catch the ball.
• 41:57
[SPEAKER_01]: That's where they went to go OBJ.
• 41:59
[SPEAKER_00]: That's when they got juju.
• 42:00
[SPEAKER_00]: That's when they got perios.
• 42:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Not because they're equivalent to him, but because they need someone to kiss the ball while he's not there.
• 42:06
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, they're kind of coming off the street.
• 42:09
  [SPEAKER_01]: It's late and I came off.
• 42:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: I think I was a courage, or hip.
• 42:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I forgot what it was specifically, but like there was plenty of injuries there.
• 42:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you know, they have it was it likely I think they they signed so like they have like this Hodgepodge group of guys, but they they have some talent there, but there's some question marks in multiple areas So in my opinion, I don't think neighbors will be at all healthy in 2026.
• 42:34
  [SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't even consider him until 2027
• 42:36
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not because I love the player, it's just, it's the situation, the severity of the injury, a setback is just already happened and potentially inevitable.
• 42:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just don't think they're willing to risk the franchise player or one of the two I guess you'd say for a month or something along those lines.
• 42:53
[SPEAKER_01]: So if he comes back before week six, I'll be really impressed.
• 42:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so you'd be fair to say you'd be shocked if he doesn't start on the pub.
• 43:00
  [SPEAKER_00]: The fourth.
• 43:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I will be very shocked if he's not he doesn't start on the pub.
• 43:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Unless something's dramatically changed over the last six weeks.
• 43:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Right now most of the guys are on vacation.
• 43:09
[SPEAKER_01]: They're this is kind of their quiet time.
• 43:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe he's grinding.
• 43:12
[SPEAKER_01]: But we don't really hear a whole lot until usually the last week of July or first week of August.
• 43:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And then by that time, there's not a whole lot of time to ramp up before they go.
• 43:22
  [SPEAKER_01]: So like the
• 43:22
[SPEAKER_01]: that that's the tricky part of the year they have a whole lot of time right now to make up for that setback and you know it was just it was a hard injury it wasn't a tank delendry if it wasn't a time re-challendry but it was bad to the point where I think his 26 seasons going to be unfortunate it's just I just think he's going to struggle early on the season maybe you can translate it in the year but at this point you're paying for his name.
• 43:45
[SPEAKER_01]: more soldiers, Cala, and it's a little dirty early on.
• 43:48
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so buyer beware.
• 43:50
[SPEAKER_00]: When we talk about paying for the name, the talent, the season per se, that would be outpairs over in the indie.
• 43:57
  [SPEAKER_00]: They signed him.
• 43:58
[SPEAKER_00]: They aimed him to, you know, to a fat extension.
• 44:01
  [SPEAKER_00]: I think he progresses a player.
• 44:02
[SPEAKER_00]: I think he became a much, much more significant part of that offense.
• 44:06
  [SPEAKER_00]: And became a more full-scope receiver.
• 44:08
[SPEAKER_00]: And it made them comfortable letting go of,
• 44:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Michael Pittman because of that.
• 44:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately, he's dealing with this ankle injury that's sideline him for a bit, but it feels like it's kind of at least the tone behind his recovery is a little bit more ominous than I think people had originally planned for it to be.
• 44:26
[SPEAKER_00]: And now it seems like he's not a lock to be ready for week one.
• 44:29
  [SPEAKER_00]: possibly a pub candidate.
• 44:31
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems like there's probably a lot more concern around him than there is Daniel Jones at this point.
• 44:35
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's talked to me about Alec Pierce, a guy who I think was like, look, that has maybe a mid 20s wide receiver going to the year because he could have taken that step into the alpha role here in Indy.
• 44:43
[SPEAKER_00]: But now the, you know, the injury is kind of spiked folks.
• 44:47
[SPEAKER_01]: So this one is kind of funky.
• 44:49
[SPEAKER_01]: So the timeline for this, I think, played a significant role and you'll just tell him, I mean, by when I say that in a sec.
• 44:55
[SPEAKER_01]: This sounds like something he's been dealing with, but they try to conserve it at a role, likely stem cells or PRP if I didn't do it, so I can't speak to it, but it did work.
• 45:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, what is that mean?
• 45:06
[SPEAKER_01]: It's probably an OCD lesion, which is basically a mini fracture or a piece of bone that basically breaks off.
• 45:12
[SPEAKER_01]: or something in the foot and ankle area that was not stable to the point where they're like, hey, we have to do this now.
• 45:18
[SPEAKER_01]: If not, it's going to value and it may end your season before it starts.
• 45:23
[SPEAKER_01]: So here's the issue that I have with this.
• 45:25
[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't do the surgery until after he got recited.
• 45:28
[SPEAKER_01]: So my question is, if the Colts could do this again,
• 45:33
[SPEAKER_01]: with they have given him the same amount of money, or they have recind him, knowing what they now know.
• 45:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And obviously we don't know the answer.
• 45:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Why is that a big deal?
• 45:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Because my suspicion is maybe he was leading on.
• 45:47
  [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, this isn't a big deal.
• 45:48
  [SPEAKER_01]: I need a bag.
• 45:49
  [SPEAKER_01]: I'm getting a bag.
• 45:49
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to say here, I want a lot of money, which you did.
• 45:52
[SPEAKER_01]: And then they're like, oh, I need to have surgeon.
• 45:53
  [SPEAKER_01]: They're like, oh, like,
• 45:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Because this has the potential to start him on pop.
• 45:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, we don't know specifics, so I can't give you exacts.
• 46:02
[SPEAKER_01]: But for my understanding of this, this could very well start him on pop.
• 46:07
[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing that I need people to realize is that with the Achilles' tear of Daniel Jones, and in Pierce being predominantly a deep ball guy or a gold ball guy, I guess we'll call it.
• 46:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if the angle is going to have that same velocity and energy to be able to hit that.
• 46:23
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's a couple moving parts here that we need to consider.
• 46:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Downs is going to eat across the middle, water is going to eat across the middle.
• 46:32
  [SPEAKER_01]: Pippants not there.
• 46:34
[SPEAKER_01]: And if pierces it there now, things are changing a little bit, right?
• 46:38
[SPEAKER_01]: They don't have to pitment to take away that second solid safety where pierce can do whatever the hell he wants on the bad guy.
• 46:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Now pierce is going to have to compete with the good guy.
• 46:48
  [SPEAKER_01]: Right.
• 46:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So I just drafted them in in scoffish, but only because the long distance scores are freaking crazy.
• 46:55
  [SPEAKER_01]: The bonuses are crazy.
• 46:56
[SPEAKER_01]: So it made sense in that week.
• 46:57
[SPEAKER_01]: But in a regular league, I have zero interest in Alec Pierce.
• 47:01
[SPEAKER_01]: And less things dramatically change over the next six weeks where we're like, Oh, yeah, he's good.
• 47:04
[SPEAKER_01]: We used five for week one.
• 47:06
[SPEAKER_01]: And even then I have some concerns.
• 47:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, it sounds like between DJ, between out Pierce, like, the way that they work together, it feels like is the worst case scenario for all the injuries kind of going on with the Minneapolis offense, you know?
• 47:18
[SPEAKER_00]: So, very pessimistic there as well.
• 47:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Rochie Rice, weird situation, obviously, got the knee scope, went to jail for a month, had to do rehab while in jail.
• 47:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Apparently he had some contact with Kansas City and some of the trainers and maybe some special treatment inside.
• 47:35
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't know how true it is, don't know if we're ever going to get real clarification or actual sources or whatever on that entire situation in terms of the actual like injury or scope or whatever he went through is that something that ends up lingering for a while if he got subpar rehab if it was 75, 80% of what he should have been doing.
• 47:54
[SPEAKER_01]: It might set him back a little bit, but I'm not overly worried.
• 47:56
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was a funnier story than actually concerning.
• 47:59
[SPEAKER_01]: He should still be the alpha.
• 48:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Their his game is a little bit different than a true alpha.
• 48:06
  [SPEAKER_01]: He's not J.S.
• 48:07
  [SPEAKER_01]: and he's not Chase.
• 48:08
[SPEAKER_01]: He's not, you know, AJ Brown.
• 48:10
  [SPEAKER_01]: He's not a full classic alpha.
• 48:12
[SPEAKER_01]: He just he's kind of like, uh,
• 48:15
[SPEAKER_01]: almost like a Cooper Cup kind of reminds me of like he kind of plays that Cooper was force fed in and Evan I don't think is that he's going to be force fed so that's where one of the things you have to be into consideration but that's my hesitation for him so I have significant concerns about this entire situation okay but that that's more from like you're not sold on him being a like a number one alpha talent rather than the actual injury kind of
• 48:44
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a couple other like small ones I wanted to get your opinion on.
• 48:47
[SPEAKER_00]: There was Roman Dunes that you came out and said some weird things about his foot is that more just like player speak whatever and something you can kind of push aside and say like probably still the same talented receiver is it's more about can Caleb deliver from the ball is he going to be a feature part of that offense does the weird foot exchange or quotes from him matter and then secondly you know we talked about Jonathan Brooks I think like tank del is probably worth talking about a guy who's
• 49:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Most of the years removed from football, but was so explosive the last time we saw him, it's a messy group out there and Houston now that they've invested into, obviously, Nico, but Jason Higgins, Jalen, and at Best Tanktell, you know, maybe the two, maybe the three, maybe the four, maybe he's playing 40% of the snaps this year.
• 49:25
[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of weird, but do you have confidence that Tanktell can kind of get back to the person he was, now that he's had such a long recovery?
• 49:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the issue of tank tells injury, especially explosive, you know, high twitch players, never the same after a knee dislocation.
• 49:40
[SPEAKER_01]: That just never the same.
• 49:41
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's what happened to RG3.
• 49:44
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what happened to Tyree Hill.
• 49:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's why neither of them will ever be the same player.
• 49:48
[SPEAKER_01]: And if Tyree didn't know probably a ton of money and make one and make money, I just think he would hang it up and maybe he might not have a choice.
• 49:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Tank obviously grinded, I just don't think he'll ever be that same player, which is super set because he had massive talent.
• 50:01
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, he was kind of like Devontos Smith.
• 50:03
[SPEAKER_01]: He was an undersized guy, right?
• 50:05
[SPEAKER_01]: He was never going to be a huge physical alpha, but he was good at what he did.
• 50:09
[SPEAKER_01]: But he had a significant entry.
• 50:11
[SPEAKER_01]: And now he's third or fourth or maybe even 50 if you consider that tight end on the pecking order.
• 50:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, short of an injury, short of Noel, not doing well.
• 50:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I like Higgins, I think Higgins is talented.
• 50:23
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think, short of that, like, I just don't think realistically he's going to be able to break out, to push it.
• 50:30
[SPEAKER_00]: The other player you asked about, who was it, um, Rome?
• 50:33
  [SPEAKER_00]: What is Rome?
• 50:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so Rome had a funky foot injury that they call this stress fracture in the more in the midfoot than the forefoot.
• 50:43
[SPEAKER_01]: This derailed him to an extent allowed Luther and to an extent, of course, a novel to kind of break out or at least allow them to get more love.
• 50:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, DJ Moore is now in Buffalo, so we, you know, were expecting Rome to have a potentially important season.
• 50:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's my concern with this.
• 51:01
[SPEAKER_01]: The way they describe this is like, hey, this isn't resolved.
• 51:05
[SPEAKER_01]: This is something I have to learn to play with.
• 51:07
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, I get a message or response when I tweeted about it, really a month ago or so, none other than Alan Robinson, the former great, and he basically said, I don't know if he has any insight, obviously he's connected.
• 51:21
[SPEAKER_01]: And so many words he said, I had something very similar to this, and I was never the same player.
• 51:25
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think he said, I had it in year nine, and I think he retired in 10, like the next year, like he,
• 51:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't want to use that influence, what happened in Rome, but foot injuries can be tough.
• 51:35
[SPEAKER_01]: These can be, because this is the middle of the arch of the foot, which is kind of like the arch of a bridge.
• 51:40
[SPEAKER_01]: So, in this bag, I don't get the impression that everyone comes back from these and smashes if they have surgery, but if he didn't require surgery, or wasn't bad enough to have surgery, you know, let's just say, I'm much higher on Luther burning in close to the level than I am, Roman to say.
• 51:56
  [SPEAKER_01]: It has nothing.
• 51:57
[SPEAKER_01]: If this wasn't without the injury, I think Rome is a smash.
• 52:00
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm that concerned about this injury.
• 52:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I hope I'm wrong, but I definitely have some hesitation here.
• 52:06
  [SPEAKER_01]: And it's unfortunate.
• 52:07
  [SPEAKER_01]: It really is.
• 52:08
[SPEAKER_01]: And there's a possibility he's never the player who was supposed to be because of this injury.
• 52:12
  [SPEAKER_01]: I hope I'm wrong.
• 52:14
  [SPEAKER_01]: But
• 52:14
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's unfortunate.
• 52:16
[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll move on to tight ends and kind of wrap the the player portion of this video up for now We have a couple guys coming off of serious injuries that are some of the top tight ends in the league right now And I think could be make a break players for the 2026 season and I'll throw all three of them at you initially There's three that I have that are you know tight ends five through ten in that range We have Sam Laporta who was shut down from the back injury last year
• 52:39
[SPEAKER_00]: From everything I've read, he should be pretty good to go for a week one, and I'm not like overly concerned.
• 52:44
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think despite, you know, saying like, oh, it's a back injury.
• 52:47
[SPEAKER_00]: It feels bad, but haven't heard much negative talk towards him.
• 52:50
  [SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
• 52:52
  [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I don't get the impression this.
• 52:54
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was unfortunate.
• 52:55
[SPEAKER_01]: The time he goes and I deal, and then these can be very frustrating in the, in the, in the, in the heat of the moment, but if they address it all off season, I, I don't, I don't really have any reason to be concerned.
• 53:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, um, then we can move right on to George Kittle who is coming off the torn Achilles late in the season much older player warrior obviously and I expect him to be out there this year.
• 53:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Whether it's week one or after the pup opens up in week five hearing, seeing possibly conflicting things, the reports sound good.
• 53:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Like he feels like he's in a good spot.
• 53:26
[SPEAKER_00]: They believe he's going to be ready for week one.
• 53:27
[SPEAKER_00]: The week one game, I believe they're in Australia.
• 53:29
[SPEAKER_00]: So like maybe that's not realistic to bring him over there.
• 53:32
[SPEAKER_00]: open up in week one, so maybe it's week two, whatever.
• 53:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Great, that's, you know, that's not a conversation here, but with George Kiddles Achilles, like the timeline feels very fast for someone that's old obviously, but what you're hearing out of camp is that swaying you at all, like what's your feel on the overall situation with Kiddles?
• 53:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So, this sounds like if you have to tear your Achilles, this is where you want to tear it.
• 53:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Traditionally, it gets torn in what we call the water shed area, which is kind of the lower part just above the heel, like two, three inches above it.
• 54:01
[SPEAKER_01]: This sounds which is weird.
• 54:04
[SPEAKER_01]: This sounds really high, almost at the calf.
• 54:07
[SPEAKER_01]: So it rarely ever tears there.
• 54:09
[SPEAKER_01]: So again, I can't really explain why he tore it there.
• 54:12
[SPEAKER_01]: But if that's what they're saying, I don't really have any reason why they would say, hey, it's up there when it's not, it's just not common.
• 54:18
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's really an anomaly.
• 54:19
[SPEAKER_01]: With that being said, I saw the video from him last week or whatever week it was with T.E.U.
• 54:24
  [SPEAKER_01]: He's not explosive.
• 54:26
[SPEAKER_01]: He's really not going to be explosive for probably six, seven months if he ever gets it back.
• 54:30
  [SPEAKER_01]: He's still shifting.
• 54:31
[SPEAKER_01]: He's still great at blocking.
• 54:33
[SPEAKER_01]: He's still going to move the needle.
• 54:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Tong is going to play a bigger role than we give it credit for.
• 54:38
  [SPEAKER_01]: I agree with you.
• 54:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe the Australia games is probably not the smartest turnaround between that crazy timeline.
• 54:43
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 54:43
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he'll be right early in the season whether it's one two or three whatever the semantics are.
• 54:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I think you'll see a step back from Hamland fortunately.
• 54:51
[SPEAKER_01]: He's never been a super deep speed demon.
• 54:53
[SPEAKER_01]: He's always been kind of shifty and just really good at what he does.
• 54:56
[SPEAKER_01]: This is just enough to pull him back to make this frustrating for him.
• 54:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not a fading him per se, but I think Feli guys are reaching for him because of his name.
• 55:04
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
• 55:05
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's definitely not one of the guys that I'm targeting this year.
• 55:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the injury, I still believe this whole crazy thing with all of the energy fields and everything.
• 55:17
[SPEAKER_01]: So in general, I think that just adds to it and in general, you know, I think there's other guys in that range that are a better option for him roughly around the same price that you know that I probably I would say I'm fading with pride only because I don't know if we can
• 55:33
[SPEAKER_01]: expect that much garbage time and if back ends up starting, I don't know what we're going to look like there.
• 55:37
  [SPEAKER_01]: I love borrowers.
• 55:38
[SPEAKER_01]: You're just going to have to pay out the ass to get them.
• 55:40
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so I think it's more of a love-land war and kind of that middle-grouping, and maybe I'd probably go goddard over over kiddo.
• 55:49
[SPEAKER_01]: So that I'm kind of in the fade range.
• 55:52
[SPEAKER_01]: He's helping for many years.
• 55:54
[SPEAKER_01]: I just have a concerns about the Achilles.
• 55:56
[SPEAKER_01]: I have concerns about the timelines and some of the other stuff.
• 55:58
[SPEAKER_01]: I just don't think he's going to pay his value this year.
• 56:02
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
• 56:02
  [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
• 56:03
  [SPEAKER_00]: Um, make sense.
• 56:04
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's probably accurate when you're starting to get into like the tight end 10 range and you're looking at guys like Donald King K. You're like, okay, maybe there's like some give or take like, you know, the vendors will live in the red zone, maybe kidook and have an eight nine touchdown season, whatever, won't have the same explosiveness, but there was a guy coming on last year that felt like he was the next version of George kiddo and that was Tucker craft out in Green Bay, then he suffered the tornado and I believe he had a meniscus tear on top of that.
• 56:31
  [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not incorrect.
• 56:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, he was on pace to kind of just go crazy last year, turn into like the number one target in Green Bay.
• 56:38
[SPEAKER_00]: He is a guy who really, really benefits from his ability to make plays with the ball on his hands as well.
• 56:45
  [SPEAKER_00]: It's serious injury, I think, because it's the multi-terre.
• 56:48
[SPEAKER_00]: It does sound, again, like recovery reports are leaning in the more,
• 56:53
  [SPEAKER_00]: optimistic path.
• 56:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you do share that energy?
• 56:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you have concerns about Tucker Craft?
• 56:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Where are you out with them?
• 56:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Convenient timing, I released his article this morning doing a deep dive on ACL terrors in receiving tight ends.
• 57:08
[SPEAKER_01]: What is the data show?
• 57:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll give you the cliff notes.
• 57:10
[SPEAKER_01]: There have been two tight ends that have been really good coming back from ACL tear in their first season back.
• 57:19
[SPEAKER_01]: The ultimate classic grunk who finishes the tight end one.
• 57:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Then we saw Brandon Pettagru, if you were dating ourselves here, if you remember that name.
• 57:28
[SPEAKER_01]: And the last one was, I think it was Hunter Henry.
• 57:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he had that flookie one at like OTA or something, so it wasn't like a normal one.
• 57:36
[SPEAKER_01]: What is the important thing to understand about those three?
• 57:39
[SPEAKER_01]: They were all between 24 and 25.
• 57:42
  [SPEAKER_01]: Tuckercraft is 25.
• 57:44
[SPEAKER_01]: So the only thing going against craft is that Green Bay is notoriously conservative with their medical.
• 57:51
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
• 57:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Short of that saying hey, he's not gonna start on the pop on the season.
• 57:56
[SPEAKER_01]: He'll probably start in the in the in the preseason on the pop But if they say he's ready for week one He's a go.
• 58:02
  [SPEAKER_01]: I have no concerns.
• 58:03
[SPEAKER_01]: He could smash and he could be a great by a lot I don't think he's gonna be too low, but I'm not overly worried about this
• 58:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And I agree with you.
• 58:11
[SPEAKER_01]: He could have smashed last year and it was just an unfortunate injury and is what it is.
• 58:15
  [SPEAKER_00]: All right.
• 58:15
  [SPEAKER_00]: Sorry.
• 58:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Connection disconnected for a second.
• 58:18
[SPEAKER_00]: We have a beautiful new background for doc over there.
• 58:20
[SPEAKER_00]: But let's get back into what we were talking about.
• 58:22
  [SPEAKER_00]: It was Tucker Kraft.
• 58:22
[SPEAKER_00]: You said they are notoriously slow for getting guys back.
• 58:25
[SPEAKER_00]: But you do feel good if they do give them clearance.
• 58:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he has a potential to smash this year.
• 58:31
[SPEAKER_01]: It dubs his obviously in New England.
• 58:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Wicks is obviously in Filly.
• 58:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Watson just got a big bag.
• 58:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Reed should be healthy office foot.
• 58:39
[SPEAKER_01]: We don't know what the hell's going on with Josh Jacobs.
• 58:41
[SPEAKER_01]: But short of that, I think Tucker practice gonna be the go-to guy.
• 58:44
[SPEAKER_01]: As long as they don't have any concerns about starting him in a week one, I think he's a go.
• 58:49
[SPEAKER_01]: He might have a couple weeks where it takes a couple weeks to get acclimated and to get all rust off.
• 58:54
[SPEAKER_01]: But the talent is there.
• 58:56
[SPEAKER_01]: The timing is not awful and the age is perfect.
• 58:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So he may be the exception to the rule right.
• 59:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, he's having an ACL tear.
• 59:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I avoid him this year.
• 59:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Similar to stuff on Diggs last year.
• 59:06
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's one of the guys that you should potentially target because certain things line up appropriately.
• 59:13
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that because he's going a little bit lower than actually probably significantly lower.
• 59:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Like you have, you have almost the guys that are like on the Tucker craft trajectory.
• 59:21
[SPEAKER_00]: They had the Tucker craft years basically with Tyler Warren and Colson Lovelin and Harold Fan and this new group of young guys and now it's like, oh, it makes Tucker craft look like old and I don't really want him on my team anymore.
• 59:32
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
• 59:33
  [SPEAKER_00]: Young exploding guys.
• 59:34
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's like Tucker craft's almost the same age as some of these guys.
• 59:37
[SPEAKER_00]: And if you feel like he's about, you could probably get them three to four rounds later
• 59:41
[SPEAKER_00]: certainly coals in Lovelin right now, but probably weren't probably fanning and I agree.
• 59:45
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's the upside to be the number one passing guy in that offense and you don't have that often with tight ends.
• 59:50
[SPEAKER_01]: And the other thing about this is maybe you're picking back on with someone that potentially could start strong, like a concave or someone like that where you're like, hey, if crap is going to struggle for a couple of weeks, I know he's going to be great in October, November, December when I really need him, but maybe I have someone else just in case early on and then, you know, when when crap is showing that he's ready and he's healthy, then he just takes over and you're good.
• 1:00:18
  [SPEAKER_01]: I think that's a potential strategy.
• 1:00:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, I wouldn't graph them in the first or second or third round.
• 1:00:23
  [SPEAKER_01]: I think that's probably a little too aggressive.
• 1:00:25
[SPEAKER_01]: But after that, depending on the settings, I think it's fair game.
• 1:00:28
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, you heard it here.
• 1:00:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Talk of craft, value, and mid rounds.
• 1:00:32
[SPEAKER_00]: We have asked all we can ask about fantasy football players.
• 1:00:35
[SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to go for that.
• 1:00:36
[SPEAKER_00]: But now we get into the fun part of the conversation that is peptides.
• 1:00:39
[SPEAKER_00]: They are taking the world by storm.
• 1:00:41
  [SPEAKER_00]: It's AI, your peptides.
• 1:00:43
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're not in one, you're in the other.
• 1:00:44
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're not in the other, you're back in one.
• 1:00:47
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to approach this part of the conversation.
• 1:00:49
[SPEAKER_00]: You're someone who's obviously very, you know, peptide forward have been in the weeds, understanding this stuff and advocating for peptides.
• 1:00:57
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to have this conversation for more of like the every man point of view.
• 1:01:01
[SPEAKER_00]: People who aren't as in tune with what's going on with peptides as you might be.
• 1:01:05
  [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm.
• 1:01:06
[SPEAKER_00]: I would say I know a little bit more than the average person, but not so much that I can actually apply it to my everyday life.
• 1:01:12
[SPEAKER_00]: The only one I'm like super familiar with is obviously, you know, ozampic in the GOP ones, which a lot of people are losing a ton of weight on, but from my understanding, and those are very easily accessible from what I know.
• 1:01:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Like if you're using some of those, you know, those male health apps, whether it's like keeps or Roman or whatever, you can basically get it through those just by like purchasing a member of it, which is,
• 1:01:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I won't say crazy or not, because I actually don't know, I don't know the underlying science or data behind all these things, so I don't know if it's dangerous or not, but there are some new peptides that have come out recently that I'm trying to understand more of like, is it something I should be looking into?
• 1:01:48
[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're probably harder to access than obviously like JLP ones, but where would you say the average person should
• 1:01:55
[SPEAKER_00]: start looking into peptides if they're maybe trying to improve their overall health, are there ones like GLP ones obviously helping you lose a lot of weight, are there ones that are like that but for like gaining muscle, where do you think that the conversation starts here?
• 1:02:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the spiel log gift to my patients so that you get an idea of what we're looking at.
• 1:02:13
[SPEAKER_01]: First of all, what is my knowledge level of peptides?
• 1:02:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm about 90% done with that peptide certification course that is initially built for physicians on a medical school grade level.
• 1:02:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I have 500 physicians already signed up.
• 1:02:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I have probably several thousand that have potential to join if not more.
• 1:02:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I've been prescribing since 2020, I've been taking since the same amount of time, and I am deep in the weeds and peptides.
• 1:02:38
[SPEAKER_01]: I am connected to leisure slature, a bunch of other things.
• 1:02:41
[SPEAKER_01]: So like, I am, it's the deepest impact that you can be.
• 1:02:46
  [SPEAKER_01]: But what are they?
• 1:02:47
[SPEAKER_01]: They're natural proteins in the body.
• 1:02:50
  [SPEAKER_01]: Keep it simple.
• 1:02:51
  [SPEAKER_01]: They are messengers.
• 1:02:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Go here and do this.
• 1:02:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Go here and do that.
• 1:02:55
  [SPEAKER_01]: Insulin is a peptide.
• 1:02:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Oxytocin, that hormone that raises when you hug someone, is a peptide.
• 1:03:01
[SPEAKER_01]: They're all just signals and messengers go here and do this, right?
• 1:03:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Back in the 80s, there was a very cool peptide that they said, oh, the has potential loses crazy amount of weight.
• 1:03:12
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they is really strong on it.
• 1:03:14
  [SPEAKER_01]: There's no questions.
• 1:03:15
[SPEAKER_01]: The caveat is you have to inject it and we don't think that people are going to inject it.
• 1:03:20
[SPEAKER_01]: So the company at the time Pfizer.
• 1:03:22
[SPEAKER_01]: said, no, we're going to let it go on the shelf.
• 1:03:25
[SPEAKER_01]: 15 years later, another drug company picked it up, that became a Zempic.
• 1:03:29
  [SPEAKER_01]: A Zempic is a peptide.
• 1:03:30
[SPEAKER_01]: We've been using it for many years, before it became available in 2017.
• 1:03:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, if you go back, peptides were initially discovered in the 1800s, and early 1920s was when they identified it in so much eventually, just basically became a peptide.
• 1:03:42
[SPEAKER_01]: The important thing to understand about peptides is that they are not full genetic or hormone sequencing and that they're not like testosterone where you inject it or you take it and your body stops making it, that doesn't happen.
• 1:03:57
[SPEAKER_01]: There is, those were we called known negative feedback loops.
• 1:04:01
[SPEAKER_01]: So you can take it on say Monday and the body's like, oh, I got more today.
• 1:04:05
[SPEAKER_01]: And then the next day, it's like, oh, okay, I don't have as much that's fine.
• 1:04:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm still making my normal.
• 1:04:10
[SPEAKER_01]: So it doesn't really mess with it.
• 1:04:12
[SPEAKER_01]: There's over 300,000 peptides in the body.
• 1:04:15
[SPEAKER_01]: They're frigging everywhere and they do everything.
• 1:04:17
[SPEAKER_01]: There are certain ones that do 5 or 10 things.
• 1:04:21
[SPEAKER_01]: You may have heard of PPC 157 by now.
• 1:04:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Very relatively famous one discovered in the 1990s in Croatia from the stomach acid.
• 1:04:28
[SPEAKER_01]: It is a super healer.
• 1:04:29
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people will mix with something called TB500, which is what they call the Wolverine Protocol.
• 1:04:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, how do we know that BPC works?
• 1:04:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, let's just say it is banned by every professional organization by the Olympics, by the military, by pretty much everybody.
• 1:04:45
[SPEAKER_01]: It works even if we don't have $200 million worth of data to prove it.
• 1:04:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunately, a lot of these are already readily accessible, and the great market, as we call it.
• 1:04:54
[SPEAKER_01]: And Big Pharma is not going to patent a lot of these, because they're, and so therefore, they're not going to spend the money, and you're not going to get a lot of those beautiful studies that you're going to give to GLPs.
• 1:05:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Now there's about 10 to 12 categories that we use in 4 that GOP is one category.
• 1:05:07
[SPEAKER_01]: The cool thing about them is that they're not really just a new medicine because they're natural in the body.
• 1:05:13
[SPEAKER_01]: They're just attaching to a receptor and doing a job.
• 1:05:16
[SPEAKER_01]: So unlike something made in the lab that does one thing that also has 20 side effects.
• 1:05:21
[SPEAKER_01]: And a normal dose, these just do what they're supposed to do, and that's it.
• 1:05:25
  [SPEAKER_01]: And then they're done.
• 1:05:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So we have ones for sexual dysfunction.
• 1:05:28
[SPEAKER_01]: We have ones for optimizing immune system.
• 1:05:31
[SPEAKER_01]: We have ones for losing weight.
• 1:05:32
[SPEAKER_01]: That's probably your GLPs, but there's other ones.
• 1:05:34
[SPEAKER_01]: We have ones for injuries like PPC.
• 1:05:36
[SPEAKER_01]: We have ones to reset them at a country, which I use a lot.
• 1:05:39
[SPEAKER_01]: So in general, these are really cool tools.
• 1:05:42
[SPEAKER_01]: They're a tool in your tool belt, right?
• 1:05:45
[SPEAKER_01]: They're used for a short period of time to fix something, to address something and ideally you rotate off.
• 1:05:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, in terms of sizing, in terms of how to get him in your body, peptides are triton between two amino acids and 50 amino acids.
• 1:05:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Anything between two and ten traditionally can be done orally because the body can handle it.
• 1:06:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Once you get above ten, the stomach acid usually beat up that size and you know acid then never gets to delivery, that's why they're traditionally injectable.
• 1:06:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunately, they're usually a tiny little insulin syringe, but they do a good job at what they're supposed to do.
• 1:06:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Nowadays, there's not many physicians that are prescribing them, that have training in them.
• 1:06:20
[SPEAKER_01]: That's part of what I'm trying to do and educate so that we kind of elevate the whole whole universe.
• 1:06:25
[SPEAKER_01]: You use, you hear companies like Roe in super power, or superhuman.
• 1:06:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You have other bigger companies that are starting to really embrace this, hymns and hers, and some of the other ones.
• 1:06:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Late July, we're going to have a huge
• 1:06:40
[SPEAKER_01]: meeting in D.C. that is basically going to rule whether or not these are going to be available in the fall and so many words.
• 1:06:46
[SPEAKER_01]: So it'll be, it remains to be seen if many of these are going to be available again.
• 1:06:50
[SPEAKER_01]: They were banned by the FDA in September of 2023, really for no good reason at all.
• 1:06:56
[SPEAKER_01]: So now we're working on getting them back, but long story short isn't an option.
• 1:07:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it is an option for many people are they covered by insurance unfortunately not yes the GLP's are but short of that the other ones are are the crazy expensive no 100 bucks 150 bucks 200 bucks something like that.
• 1:07:12
[SPEAKER_01]: They're not crazy and they're used for certain sense.
• 1:07:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I have plenty of patients around the country to an extent around the world.
• 1:07:19
  [SPEAKER_01]: I analyzed their labs.
• 1:07:20
[SPEAKER_01]: I talked to them, see exactly what they want to do to analyze and then I will coordinate getting them for a mystical grade peptides or even ones that are custom made for them.
• 1:07:30
  [SPEAKER_01]: Ship to their door.
• 1:07:31
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's one of the things that I do for my patients.
• 1:07:34
[SPEAKER_01]: There are places that also do that locally.
• 1:07:36
[SPEAKER_01]: In my opinion, this is the beginning of personalized medicine.
• 1:07:40
[SPEAKER_01]: if you want to take health in your hands with some guidance obviously you have the ability to do that without having to rely on all the doctor wants to order this med or whatever.
• 1:07:50
[SPEAKER_01]: The future is very bright and you have the ability to optimize your health for relatively inexpensive much more so and within the evolution of AI as you as you have alluded to they're only going to be more
• 1:08:09
[SPEAKER_01]: make one with an AI algorithm that would have taken 10 years.
• 1:08:12
[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to make it in 24 hours.
• 1:08:15
[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be crazy.
• 1:08:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So the next five years is going to be absolutely bananas when it comes to peptides.
• 1:08:20
[SPEAKER_01]: If everything goes according to plan.
• 1:08:21
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the long short of it.
• 1:08:24
  [SPEAKER_00]: Very excited.
• 1:08:25
[SPEAKER_00]: So you said that the majority of them were banned by the FDA.
• 1:08:29
[SPEAKER_00]: You feel like for no good reason.
• 1:08:30
[SPEAKER_00]: What was the reason they gave?
• 1:08:31
  [SPEAKER_00]: There's no safety data.
• 1:08:32
[SPEAKER_00]: So they need to study it more before they feel comfortable giving it to people.
• 1:08:37
[SPEAKER_01]: So they say the problem is so without getting too political at the end of the day, FDA is run by big pharma.
• 1:08:44
[SPEAKER_01]: So they're the main contributor and pretty much wouldn't want to pay 78% of their bills.
• 1:08:49
[SPEAKER_01]: So, the problem with most of the peptides is that they're not patented.
• 1:08:53
[SPEAKER_01]: So, Big Farmer can't really make a money off them, which is why they're common at targeting the GLPs, right, to try the next monster.
• 1:09:00
[SPEAKER_01]: With that being said, they're not going to spend $50,000,000 on a study for BPC, when it's pretty much cheap and relatively available now.
• 1:09:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, they're just never going to be able to recruit their money.
• 1:09:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Most of these studies take five to ten years.
• 1:09:14
[SPEAKER_01]: And unfortunately, because these are natural in the body, they have a lower incidence of risk, in my opinion, then a med that's just randomly created to fix a problem, but does 12 other things?
• 1:09:27
[SPEAKER_01]: It can't, do you have to be careful with them?
• 1:09:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, of course, insulin is a peptide.
• 1:09:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to be careful with them.
• 1:09:32
[SPEAKER_01]: But at the same time, if you understand what they can do and you understand their potential, it's no brain.
• 1:09:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so let's say for someone like myself, right?
• 1:09:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Like someone who's in general good shape, I'm not looking to like lose weight, so I don't need to be on like GOP, you want anything like that.
• 1:09:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Would there be, let's say I want it to like gain muscles, there's something that's like TRT or, you know, something down that route that would make sense or is there more of like a general holistic health one that that I should be looking at and how would I go about getting access to that?
• 1:10:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so a good question.
• 1:10:04
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to take off it to this because I got a patient, but in general, what I usually do is I look at labs and I say, hey, what is your goals?
• 1:10:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll look at where you're at.
• 1:10:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: Is your insulin high?
• 1:10:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Is your blood sugar as high?
• 1:10:14
  [SPEAKER_01]: Is your inflammation high?
• 1:10:15
[SPEAKER_01]: How is your growth hormone level?
• 1:10:17
[SPEAKER_01]: If your growth hormone is sitting at 110 to 130 and we wanted at 190 to 210, and you don't have a history of cancer, growth hormone's a credit rock makes sense.
• 1:10:26
  [SPEAKER_01]: right C.J.C.
• 1:10:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Epimoral and Tessimoral and Epimoral and you have to understand one to take it.
• 1:10:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to understand what labs to check, you have to understand contraindications.
• 1:10:34
[SPEAKER_01]: But in general, a lot of the times you can mix and match these to optimize your overall health without having to start testosterone, without having to start something that may compromise your ability to be fertile or other things.
• 1:10:45
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why when you have people playing doctor, you have to be a little bit careful because you may be trying to achieve one thing, but you may end up with a couple other things.
• 1:10:55
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why I usually say, hey, find someone that knows what they're doing that has done this a fair amount of time that has access to quality peptides and let them build a plan for you and then just do what you can do or chip away at it, you know, okay.
• 1:11:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so you are obviously one of those doctors that would qualify as someone that could.
• 1:11:14
[SPEAKER_00]: help someone with a plan.
• 1:11:15
[SPEAKER_00]: So we will leave the people here.
• 1:11:17
  [SPEAKER_00]: We've been on for a while.
• 1:11:19
[SPEAKER_00]: We've covered every major fantasy football injury.
• 1:11:20
[SPEAKER_00]: We've talked a little peptides for the people.
• 1:11:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Morris, you know, we've already linked your YouTube channel down below.
• 1:11:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Is there anything else that you want to direct people towards whether it's in person, whether the doctors out there physicians, the the stages yours?
• 1:11:33
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so a couple different things.
• 1:11:35
[SPEAKER_01]: From medicine wise, I'm predominantly on Twitter.
• 1:11:38
[SPEAKER_01]: That's my main thing for peptide patients, most of them just call my office, at the osteopathic center in Miami.
• 1:11:47
[SPEAKER_01]: In terms of peptide certification and education and course, that company we called Stack, it'll be probably available in a couple of weeks from now.
• 1:11:55
[SPEAKER_01]: and from an overall goal, my goal is to just educate and to try to optimize and have a subset channel that a lot of people like that 90% of it is free and then in terms of fantasy stuff that's my other half half of my brain.
• 1:12:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Doing constant content, we just started today, the injury experts, a brand new website.
• 1:12:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I did something crazy and went back to 2017 and had one
• 1:12:22
[SPEAKER_01]: go every single week in the injury report and add every single injury from 2017 to this year for every position.
• 1:12:29
[SPEAKER_01]: And we're going to basically create this crazy injury database and then I'm going to use Claude and AI to go Pam on it.
• 1:12:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll go from there.
• 1:12:38
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm working on that.
• 1:12:39
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's some cool stuff coming.
• 1:12:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I have the injury draft guy coming out, tons of injury content coming out.
• 1:12:43
[SPEAKER_01]: So we've got a bunch of stuff coming out over the next six weeks between peptides and injuries.
• 1:12:49
  [SPEAKER_00]: I feel crazy.
• 1:12:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Crazy times we're living in.
• 1:12:51
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for taking the time out of your peptide filled day to enlighten the people out here.
• 1:12:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Morris always a pleasure.
• 1:12:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, as always, all the things that he mentioned, link down below, go subscribe to the YouTube and something I followed throughout the year.
• 1:13:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Very, very closely in fantasy season, of course.
• 1:13:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Twitter below, websites below, all the good stuff below, and we will see you on the next episode.
