Is your tendency to “go along to get along” a survival instinct? Maybe your frustration with the status quo as a show of creativity and leadership. Turning this outward, that teammate or employee who can’t seem to get with the program might have some ideas worth listening to. A better story to tell yourself is non-conformity creates change and lord knows there are things that need to be changed.
