• 0:01
Speaker 1: Well, come in is verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Ferguson with you and Senator it's nice to be back
• 0:06
Speaker 1: with you. As we've got several big stories of chat about.
• 0:09
Speaker 1: One of them includes free speech and a total assault
• 0:14
Speaker 1: on anything that looks like free speech coming out of
• 0:16
Speaker 1: the European Union. Now they're going after X the platform
• 0:21
Speaker 1: as well in a shocking move.
• 0:23
Speaker 2: Yeah. No, it really is a very dismaying development the
• 0:26
Speaker 2: past week, which is the European Union find X and
• 0:29
Speaker 2: find elon Musk one hundred and forty million dollars for
• 0:33
Speaker 2: failing to comply with what they call transparency. And what
• 0:37
Speaker 2: that means is they want X. They want X to
• 0:40
Speaker 2: be censoring people. They want X to be silencing people
• 0:42
Speaker 2: who are speaking. We're gonna break that down because that
• 0:45
Speaker 2: is a real threat to free speech in the United States. Secondly,
• 0:49
Speaker 2: there was a big gathering and Cutter and Tucker Carlson,
• 0:53
Speaker 2: We've talked about him a lot on this podcast. He
• 0:55
Speaker 2: flew to Cutter, he interviewed the Prime Minister of Cutter
• 0:59
Speaker 2: and it was an opportunity. Cutter is behind a lot
• 1:02
Speaker 2: of bad things in the United States. They're funding a
• 1:04
Speaker 2: lot of bad things in the United States. It was
• 1:06
Speaker 2: an opportunity for Tucker to really call him to account
• 1:09
Speaker 2: all of that in today's podcast.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: Operation Overlord the D Day Beaches. You and I share
• 1:15

Speaker 1: your airfare. You're going to stand at General Patton's grave

• 2:01
Speaker 1: dial pound two fifty say the keyword Conservative Tours. You'll
• 2:06
Speaker 1: have the option to receive a one time auto dialed
• 2:09
Speaker 1: text message from my Heartmedia. All right, so, Sata, I
• 2:12
Speaker 1: really want to just take a moment and break down
• 2:14
Speaker 1: for people so they understand what's happening in Europe. And
• 2:18
Speaker 1: the reason why you should care if you're listening to
• 2:21
Speaker 1: this or watching this show in the US is Europe
• 2:26
Speaker 1: can have a major influence on the US. Number one,
• 2:29
Speaker 1: but two, it gives crazies on the left in this
• 2:31
Speaker 1: country real ideas and they can say, look, this is
• 2:35
Speaker 1: what Europe is doing. This is what Europe has done.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: And now we're saying Europe not only target free speech.
• 2:41
Speaker 1: And we've witnessed people getting arrested for what they've written
• 2:44
Speaker 1: online that was on a thread against a person, Wasn't
• 2:47
Speaker 1: a thread against sufficient, wasn't something like that. We're talking
• 2:50
Speaker 1: about free speech here is disappearing. But now they're also
• 2:54
Speaker 1: targeting the platforms that allow for people in their country
• 2:58
Speaker 1: to actually say what they do believe or what's on
• 3:01
Speaker 1: their mind. And that is even I think more scary.
• 3:03
Speaker 2: Well, we've talked about that. The single most important step
• 3:07
Speaker 2: for free speech in our lifetimes was Elon Musk's buying Twitter.
• 3:12
Speaker 2: Twitter was actively censoring conservative views, it was promoting left
• 3:16
Speaker 2: wing views. Elon came in. He spent nearly fifty billion
• 3:19
Speaker 2: dollars to buy Twitter, and it transformed it because he
• 3:22
Speaker 2: created a free speech oasis. It is now the public square.
• 3:27
Speaker 2: And I will say, with that exaggeration, I don't know
• 3:29
Speaker 2: that Donald Trump wins in twenty twenty four if Elon
• 3:33
Speaker 2: Musk had'n bought Twitter. Because the corporate media so utterly corrupt,
• 3:38
Speaker 2: they were pushing the Democrat talking points, they were silencing
• 3:41
Speaker 2: any point to the contrary, and Twitter being open and
• 3:45
Speaker 2: allowing free speech gave an opportunity to actually drive the facts.
• 3:49
Speaker 2: So when the Democrats would say the border is secure,
• 3:53
Speaker 2: Twitter would light them up because you'd actually get the
• 3:55
Speaker 2: facts that twelve million people were invading at the border,
• 3:58
Speaker 2: and people understood. Now, the EU, the European Union, is
• 4:02
Speaker 2: trying to go after Twitter and they want Twitter to
• 4:04
Speaker 2: actively censor their content. Doing that would really hurt free
• 4:09
Speaker 2: speech in America. Let me read from the New York Times,
• 4:11
Speaker 2: not a place I often read from, and here's their story.
• 4:14
Speaker 2: Elon Musk's X hit with one hundred and forty million
• 4:17
Speaker 2: dollars fine. In Europe, the case over online transparency has
• 4:21
Speaker 2: become a point of contention between the European Union and
• 4:24
Speaker 2: the Trump administration. The European Union find X the social
• 4:28
Speaker 2: media company owned by Elon Musk one hundred and forty
• 4:31
Speaker 2: million dollars on Friday for violating one of the bloc's
• 4:34
Speaker 2: major laws targeting the technology industry. The case has been
• 4:38
Speaker 2: seen as a test of European officials' willingness to aggressively
• 4:43
Speaker 2: regulate tech companies at the risk of antagonizing the Trump administration.
• 4:49
Speaker 2: X is the first company that's no surprise, the first
• 4:52
Speaker 2: company to be fined on the European Union's Digital Services Act,
• 4:57
Speaker 2: a sweeping law intended to force law large internet companies
• 5:01
Speaker 2: to protect their platforms against manipulation and illicit content. The
• 5:05
Speaker 2: Trump administration has criticized the policy as an attack on
• 5:08
Speaker 2: free speech and American tech firms. Regulators in Brussels said
• 5:13
Speaker 2: the penalty against x was not about free speech, but
• 5:16
Speaker 2: about the company's lack of controls to prevent the platform
• 5:18
Speaker 2: from being abused. That includes x x's deceptive design that
• 5:24
Speaker 2: allowed users to mislead others about their identities, opaque advertising practices,
• 5:30
Speaker 2: and refusal to provide independent researchers with access to public data.
• 5:34
Speaker 2: Look at the end of the day, and one of
• 5:36
Speaker 2: the things x has done recently is they've started displaying
• 5:39
Speaker 2: on users what country they're coming from. That is really transparency.
• 5:44
Speaker 2: I'm all for more transparency. And I've arged elon like
• 5:48
Speaker 2: we are saying in American debate, a lot of X
• 5:53
Speaker 2: users from foreign countries, for the Middle East, who are
• 5:56
Speaker 2: pushing anti Semitic content, who are pushing anti American content,
• 5:59
Speaker 2: who are pushing anti free enterprise and anti capitalist content.
• 6:02
Speaker 2: And they're from the Middle East, they're from China, they're
• 6:05
Speaker 2: from Asia. And that transparency, like identifying foreign actors, that's valuable.
• 6:10
Speaker 2: But that's not what the European Union is doing. And listen,
• 6:12
Speaker 2: they want you know, they say it's about misinformation, but
• 6:16
Speaker 2: understand what the European Union wants is they want views
• 6:21
Speaker 2: they don't like censored. And so I'll tell you I've
• 6:24
Speaker 2: called on President Trump this should not stand that the
• 6:27
Speaker 2: European Union will not reverse this fine. I've called on
• 6:31
Speaker 2: the President to sanction the European Union to use our
• 6:35
Speaker 2: economic leverage. We're not going to let Europe force their
• 6:39
Speaker 2: censorship on the United States of America. I think this
• 6:41
Speaker 2: is a really important testing moment for the Trump administration.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: You know, I got an interesting briefing on this earlier
• 6:48
Speaker 1: today from a legal group that's freedom of speech that
• 6:52
Speaker 1: reached out in the EU and they said, Ben, what
• 6:55
Speaker 1: we are witnessing right now is trying to in esse
• 7:00
Speaker 1: force companies to pull out and to just say, hey,
• 7:04
Speaker 1: we would rather have no free speech, and this is
• 7:06
Speaker 1: what we'll do to get to a financial point where
• 7:09
Speaker 1: X would have to make a financial decision. The fines
• 7:13
Speaker 1: keep racking up on them, finally they just say, hey,
• 7:16
Speaker 1: we're not going to do business there. They actually believe
• 7:19
Speaker 1: that this could even be the governments in multiple countries
• 7:24
Speaker 1: now saying we don't want free speech platforms. If we
• 7:28
Speaker 1: find you in that platform, you'll just say fine, we'll
• 7:31
Speaker 1: shut it off to your part of the world.
• 7:32
Speaker 2: Yeah, and understand this in the context of Back in
• 7:36
Speaker 2: August of twenty twenty four, the EU sent a letter
• 7:41
Speaker 2: to Elon Musk demanding that Elon Musk censored Donald Trump. So,
• 7:46
Speaker 2: if you think this is about transparency, it's not. Let
• 7:49
Speaker 2: me read you some of that letters. So this is
• 7:51
Speaker 2: August twelfth, twenty twenty four. Dear mister Musk. I'm writing
• 7:55
Speaker 2: you the context of recent events in the United Kingdom
• 7:57
Speaker 2: in relation to the planned broadcast on your platform X
• 8:01
Speaker 2: of live conversation between a US presidential candidate yourself, which
• 8:05
Speaker 2: will also be accessible to users in the EU. I
• 8:08
Speaker 2: understand that you're currently doing a stress test of the platform.
• 8:12
Speaker 2: In this context, I am compelled to remind you of
• 8:14
Speaker 2: the due diligence obligation set out in the Digital Services
• 8:18
Speaker 2: Act as outlined in my previous letter. As the individual
• 8:22
Speaker 2: entity ultimately controlling a platform with over three hundred million
• 8:26
Speaker 2: users worldwide, of which one third is in the EU,
• 8:30
Speaker 2: that has been designated as a very large online platform,
• 8:34
Speaker 2: you have the legal obligation to ensure x's compliance with
• 8:38
Speaker 2: EU law and in particular the DSA and the EU.
• 8:42
Speaker 2: This notably means ensuring on the one hand that freedom
• 8:46
Speaker 2: of expression and of information, including media freedom and pluralism
• 8:50
Speaker 2: are effectively protected. That sounds good, but here's the other part.
• 8:53
Speaker 2: And on the other hand, that all proportionate and effective
• 8:58
Speaker 2: mitigation measures are put in place regarding the amplification of
• 9:02
Speaker 2: harmful content in connection with relevant events, including live streaming,
• 9:07
Speaker 2: which if unaddressed, might increase the risk profile of X
• 9:13
Speaker 2: and generate detrimental effects on civil discourse and public security.
• 9:18
Speaker 2: This is important against the background of recent examples of
• 9:21
Speaker 2: public unrest brought about by the amplification of content that
• 9:24
Speaker 2: promotes hatred, disorder, incitement to violence, or certain instances of disinformation.
• 9:30
Speaker 2: It also implies one informing EU judicial and administrative authorities
• 9:35
Speaker 2: without undula delay on the measures taking to address their
• 9:40
Speaker 2: orders against content considered illegal according to national and or
• 9:45
Speaker 2: EU law, and two taking timely, diligent, non arbitrary and
• 9:51
Speaker 2: objective action against receipt of notices by users concerning certain
• 9:56
Speaker 2: illegal content. Three informing users concerning the measures to ti
• 10:00
Speaker 2: taken upon receipt of the relevant notice, and four publicly
• 10:04
Speaker 2: reporting about content moderation measures. In this respect, I note
• 10:09
Speaker 2: that the DSA obligations apply without exception or discrimination to
• 10:13
Speaker 2: the moderation of the whole user community and the content
• 10:17
Speaker 2: of X, including yourself as a user with over one
• 10:20
Speaker 2: hundred and ninety million followers, which is accessible to EU
• 10:24
Speaker 2: users and should be fulfilled in line with the risk
• 10:26
Speaker 2: based approach of the DSA, which requires greater due diligence
• 10:31
Speaker 2: in case of a foreseeable increase of the risk profile.
• 10:35
Speaker 2: As you know, formal proceedings are already ongoing against X
• 10:38
Speaker 2: under the DSA, notably in areas linked to the dissemination
• 10:42
Speaker 2: of illegal content and the effectiveness of the measures taken
• 10:46
Speaker 2: to combat disinformation. As the relevant content is accessible to
• 10:50
Speaker 2: EU users and being amplified also in our jurisdiction, we
• 10:54
Speaker 2: cannot exclude possible spillovers in the EU. Therefore, we are
• 10:59
Speaker 2: monitor the potential risks in the EU associated with the
• 11:02
Speaker 2: dissemination of content that may incite violence, hate and racism
• 11:07
Speaker 2: in conjunction with major political or societal events around the world,
• 11:11
Speaker 2: including debates and interviews in the context of elections. Let
• 11:14
Speaker 2: me clarify that any negative effect of illegal content on
• 11:18
Speaker 2: X and the EU, which could be attributed to the
• 11:21
Speaker 2: ineffectiveness of the way that X applies the relevant provisions
• 11:26
Speaker 2: of the DSA, may also be relevant in the context
• 11:29
Speaker 2: of ongoing proceedings and of the overall assessment of x's
• 11:32
Speaker 2: compliance with EU law. This is in line with what
• 11:35
Speaker 2: has already been done in the recent past, for example,
• 11:38
Speaker 2: in relation to the repercussions and amplification of terrorist content
• 11:43
Speaker 2: that incites violence, hate and racism in the EU, such
• 11:47
Speaker 2: as the content of the recent riots in the United Kingdom.
• 11:51
Speaker 2: I urge you to promptly ensure the effectiveness of your
• 11:54
Speaker 2: systems and report measures taken to my team yours sincerely,
• 11:57
Speaker 2: Tiy Breton. Look, that was literally in August of twenty
• 12:03
Speaker 2: four the EU was telling X, you're about to interview
• 12:07
Speaker 2: Donald Trump. He's running for president, he was going to
• 12:09
Speaker 2: be elected president just a few months after that, and
• 12:12
Speaker 2: we want you to silence what he says. If he
• 12:15
Speaker 2: talks about the open border, if he talks about murderers
• 12:19
Speaker 2: and rapists and gang bangers, terrorists coming across the southern border,
• 12:23
Speaker 2: we want you to censor that because you know what,
• 12:26
Speaker 2: it may make the terrorist and illegal immigrants in Europe
• 12:30
Speaker 2: unhappy if they hear that Donald Trump opposes that.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: It is Look, it also sounds like they were hoping
• 12:36
Speaker 1: that they would basically say, we're just going to not
• 12:38
Speaker 1: even take the risk, just cancel the whole interview with
• 12:40
  Speaker 1: Donald Trump.
• 12:41
Speaker 2: Silence Trump, is what they're saying.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: Silence Trump, don't do the interview. Then you don't have
• 12:45
Speaker 1: to worry about any of these issues with us that
• 12:47
Speaker 1: we're writing you about right now. That is an unbelievable
• 12:51
Speaker 1: amount of pressure coming from the EU to try to
• 12:54
Speaker 1: say to Twitter you want to do or ex you
• 12:56
Speaker 1: want to do business here, you better play by the
• 12:59
Speaker 1: rules that we're giving you, and we're telling you don't
• 13:03
Speaker 1: interview the leading candidate for the presidency and the Republican
• 13:06
  Speaker 1: Party and listen.
• 13:08
Speaker 2: Europe does not have the tradition of the First Amendment
• 13:11
Speaker 2: of the United States. The First Amendment protects free speech.
• 13:13
Speaker 2: We have a robust free speech culture. Europe has far less.
• 13:17
Speaker 2: They are willing to regulate free speech. But what they're
• 13:21
Speaker 2: trying to do here is silence free speech in America.
• 13:25
Speaker 2: They're trying to find American companies and by the way,
• 13:27
Speaker 2: under Joe Biden, the Biden administration was going to the
• 13:30
Speaker 2: European Union saying, will you find American companies to force
• 13:35
Speaker 2: them to rein in their content. This is something that
• 13:38
Speaker 2: the Biden administration encouraged. And I got to tell you,
• 13:42
Speaker 2: I believe that the Trump administration is going to stop this.
• 13:46
Speaker 2: I will be shocked if Elon Musk pays this fine.
• 13:49
Speaker 2: I am publicly calling on the Trump administration to impose
• 13:53
Speaker 2: sanctions on the EU, and sanctions that are of order
• 13:56
  Speaker 2: of mag.
• 13:57
Speaker 1: When you talk about sanctions on EU, give exams impulse
• 14:00
Speaker 1: for everybody that's listening or watching, Look, could look.
• 14:04
Speaker 2: Look a five percent tariffs and all goods from the EU.
• 14:07
Speaker 2: I mean that would by the way, that would run
• 14:09
Speaker 2: into the billions of dollars, and suddenly Europe would have
• 14:12
Speaker 2: a choice, do we want to spend billions of dollars
• 14:15
Speaker 2: in order to find X one hundred and forty million dollars.
• 14:18
Speaker 2: I don't know if they would or not. I think
• 14:20
Speaker 2: they'd reverse. So I'll tell you today I met with
• 14:23
Speaker 2: the Foreign Minister of Latvia. And so often foreign heads
• 14:28
Speaker 2: of state, foreign ministers come to DC, they come meet
• 14:30
Speaker 2: with me, and the Foreign Minister of Latvia. I like
• 14:33
Speaker 2: her sheet. She's a nice woman and we've met before.
• 14:36
Speaker 2: And one of the things that we were talking about
• 14:38
Speaker 2: the challenges in Europe. We were talking about increasing energy
• 14:42
Speaker 2: exports from the United States, from Texas to Europe. All
• 14:45
Speaker 2: of that's important. But I told her, I said, minister,
• 14:48
Speaker 2: I want you to hear something. Americans are really, really
• 14:52
Speaker 2: deeply pissed off that the European Union is trying to
• 14:55
Speaker 2: find X for allowing free speech. Yeah, And I told her,
• 15:00
Speaker 2: I said, you need to take back to the EU.
• 15:02
Speaker 2: I believe the Trump administration will sanction Europe if you
• 15:07
Speaker 2: continue this. And I said further, I said, look, there
• 15:09
Speaker 2: are voices within the Trump administration that are arguing for
• 15:13
Speaker 2: America disengaging for Europe. Arguing for essentially an isolation is
• 15:18
Speaker 2: foreign policy that says we don't care what Europe does.
• 15:21
Speaker 2: You guys, go on your own way. It's not our
• 15:23
Speaker 2: problem now. As you know, I disagree with that. I
• 15:26
Speaker 2: think Europe we have many of our oldest alliances in
• 15:29
Speaker 2: the world. I think being a good friend to our allies,
• 15:32
Speaker 2: being a strong and formidable enemy to our enemies is
• 15:36
Speaker 2: really important. So I don't want to write Europe off.
• 15:38
Speaker 2: But I told the Latvian Foreign minister today, I said, listen,
• 15:41
Speaker 2: when the EU does things like finds x for allowing
• 15:45
Speaker 2: free speech, you end up making my position much harder
• 15:49
Speaker 2: because you fuel the folks in the Trump administration that say,
• 15:54
Speaker 2: screw Europe, let's withdraw altogether, because those guys they hate us.
• 15:59
  Speaker 2: I don't think you're hates US, but I do think
• 16:01
Speaker 2: they have a different free speech tradition than they do,
• 16:05
Speaker 2: and in my view, we should not allow the EU
• 16:09
Speaker 2: to impose their government censorship perspective on America. I think
• 16:15
Speaker 2: we had to press back really, really vigorously on this.
• 16:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, I couldn't agree with you more on that one.
• 16:21
Speaker 1: It also brings up another very interesting conversation and it
• 16:25
Speaker 1: deals with what happened in Katar with Tuger Carlson. Before
• 16:29
Speaker 1: we get to that, I want you to just pause
• 16:31
Speaker 1: what you're doing for the next sixty seconds, and I
• 16:33
Speaker 1: want you to imagine Lucy, a seven year old. Her
• 16:37
Speaker 1: stomach often aches with hunger, her small hands instead of
• 16:40
Speaker 1: holding crayons now only the struggle of survival on dusty streets.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: School is a distant dream, medical care forgotten hope. Lucy's
• 16:51
Speaker 1: potential is overshadowed, her future is dim. But what if
• 16:54
Speaker 1: someone stepped in? What if there was a way to
• 16:57
Speaker 1: ignite hope for children just like Lucy? There is, and
• 17:00
Speaker 1: that is with Compassion International Partners and the local churches
• 17:05
Speaker 1: that provide children holistic support more than just food. They
• 17:09
Speaker 1: receive critical medical care, life changing education, vital skills training,
• 17:15
Speaker 1: and spiritual development, all in Jesus's name, and you can
• 17:19
Speaker 1: empower a child just like Lucy to break free from poverty.
• 17:24
Speaker 1: I want you to do what I've done and sponsor

Speaker 1: a child today. You can visit Compassion dot com. That's
• 17:31
Speaker 1: Compassion dot com sinator. We've talked a lot about influence,
• 17:35
Speaker 1: foreign influence, and there is a lot of people that
• 17:39
  Speaker 1: are like I don't understand why it's a big deal
• 17:40
Speaker 1: that a bunch of Americans that are conservative influencers are
• 17:44
Speaker 1: running to countries like Qatar, taking trips over there that
• 17:48
Speaker 1: are being paid for by them, and putting up what
• 17:51
Speaker 1: I would describe as propaganda on social media on behalf
• 17:54
Speaker 1: of Katar. But people that see they're like, what's the
• 17:57
Speaker 1: big deal? Tucker Carlson shows up speaks this Doha forum.
• 18:01
Speaker 1: Why is that a big deal? Why should I care?
• 18:04
Speaker 1: I want you to explain before we get to Tucker,
• 18:08
Speaker 1: what Katar has been doing to influence America, so people
• 18:12
Speaker 1: understand who we're dealing with and why you might want
• 18:15
Speaker 1: to ask the question why would you be going there?
• 18:19
Speaker 1: I forget Tucker's name. There are a lot of concerns
• 18:22
Speaker 1: I know that have been taking these types of trips recently.
• 18:24
Speaker 1: They're trying to buy influence in the conservative movement, and
• 18:28
Speaker 1: it's frustrating me because I don't think people understand the
• 18:31
Speaker 1: threat that Qatar is to this country at all.
• 18:35
Speaker 2: Look, Qatar is not our friend. Qatar is spending hundreds
• 18:40
Speaker 2: of millions of dollars lobbying the United States government. They
• 18:43
Speaker 2: are spending millions of dollars funding bots you look at
• 18:47
Speaker 2: the anti Submitic content, you look at the anti American
• 18:49
Speaker 2: content that is online, Qatar is funding it. By the way,
• 18:53
Speaker 2: you look at the anti Semitic protests on college campuses,
• 18:55
Speaker 2: Qatar is funding that that they are profoundly hostile to
• 19:00
Speaker 2: American I will tell you there was a conference this
• 19:02
Speaker 2: past week in Doha, which is in Qatar, had a
• 19:05
Speaker 2: number of Americans go. They're the most prominent of which
• 19:07
Speaker 2: was Tucker Carlson. And I want to tell you. Look,
• 19:11
Speaker 2: I sent a tweet so Tucker Carlson was going to
• 19:13
Speaker 2: interview the Prime Minister of Qatar, and listen. I have
• 19:17
Speaker 2: been very vocal that I think Tucker Carlson has become
• 19:20
Speaker 2: the most dangerous demagogue in America. I think he's doing
• 19:23
Speaker 2: enormous damage. But I try to give him an opportunity.
• 19:26
Speaker 2: So here's what I tweeted before his interview. I said
• 19:28
Speaker 2: the following. For years, Tucker Carlson has been accused of
• 19:33
Speaker 2: being on the payroll of Qatar. For years, he has
• 19:37
Speaker 2: denied it. This is now a beautiful opportunity for him
• 19:42
Speaker 2: to try to clear his name. Tomorrow, Tucker is interviewing
• 19:45
Speaker 2: the Prime Minister of Qatar in Doha, Tucker knows how
• 19:49
Speaker 2: to ask tough questions. Here are a few he should ask.
• 19:53
Speaker 2: Number one, Al Jazeera is a mouthpiece for anti Americanism,
• 19:57
Speaker 2: anti Semitism, and Jahadis terrorists. Why does Cutter pour countless
• 20:03
Speaker 2: tens of millions into supporting it? Number two? Why does
• 20:07
Speaker 2: Cutter back the Muslim Brotherhood? A group designated as a
• 20:10
Speaker 2: terrorist organization by several of Cutter's neighbors, and which President
• 20:14
Speaker 2: Trump is also moving to designate. Number three? Hamas planned
• 20:18
Speaker 2: the October seventh atrocities while Cutter hosted hamas leadership. This
• 20:25
Speaker 2: included the kidnapping and murder of dozens of Americans. Even
• 20:29
Speaker 2: the Biden administration wanted Cutter to expel Hamas after hostage
• 20:34
Speaker 2: talks collapsed. Why did Cutter keep hosting hamas leadership?
• 20:39
Speaker 1: Let's just pause it for one second as you were
• 20:41
Speaker 1: tweeting this out, because I don't think we'll understand they
• 20:44
Speaker 1: were actively hosting these terrorists.
• 20:49
Speaker 2: The leaders of AMASA live in Cutter. They live in
• 20:51
Speaker 2: opulent mansions, They live like billionaires while they are murdering
• 20:56
Speaker 2: not just Israelis, but Americans, while they are raping not
• 20:59
Speaker 2: just Israeli's but Americans and Cutter is embracing them and
• 21:03
Speaker 2: they're like like movie stars living and Cutter by the way.
• 21:07
Speaker 2: Number four, Speaking of which, on October seventh, twenty twenty three,
• 21:13
Speaker 2: Cutter issued a statement saying Israel alone was responsible for
• 21:18
Speaker 2: the violence. Then in September of twenty twenty four, Cutter's
• 21:22
Speaker 2: amir said Israel was responsible for the war expanding to Lebanon.
• 21:27
Speaker 2: Is that still Cutter's position? Number five? Cutter is the
• 21:32
Speaker 2: only Gulf country that still maintains male guardianship and travel
• 21:38
Speaker 2: restrictions for women. When do you intend to join the
• 21:42
Speaker 2: civilized world? So if you actually believe women have rights,
• 21:45
Speaker 2: that ain't the case, And Cutter thiks numbers do.
• 21:47
Speaker 1: You mean by that real fast so that people understand
• 21:50
Speaker 1: the context of it, of what you because it made
• 21:53
Speaker 1: just sound like, okay, what does that even mean for women?
• 21:55
Speaker 1: What is life like there? Explain how that's so far
• 21:58
Speaker 1: back in the Stone Ages?
• 21:59
Speaker 2: Look, the rights of women are severely livered limited and Cutter.
• 22:03
Speaker 2: Males are treated as the decision makers. They have control
• 22:07
Speaker 2: over their wives, they have control over their daughters, and
• 22:10
Speaker 2: the rights of women are severely diminished and Cutter, so
• 22:14
Speaker 2: that's an obvious question to ask of like why don't
• 22:16
Speaker 2: you believe women have any rights? Number six, how much
• 22:21
Speaker 2: is Cutter paying to fund anti Semitic protests on US
• 22:26
Speaker 2: college campuses? Understand, we saw protests all over America. Cutter
• 22:30
Speaker 2: was spending millions of dollars to fund that. And simple
• 22:33
Speaker 2: question why? Number seven, how much is Cutter paying to
• 22:37
Speaker 2: spy on US government officials and why? And to be clear,
• 22:40
Speaker 2: there were multiple news stories Cutter hired spies to spy
• 22:44
Speaker 2: on me because they viewed me as the US government
• 22:49
Speaker 2: official most skeptical and antagonistic of Cutters, so they're actively
• 22:53
Speaker 2: spying on me. And number eight, finally, how much exactly
• 23:00
Speaker 2: are you paying conservative influencers to come to this conference
• 23:03
Speaker 2: and participate? Now, if Tucker had asked those questions, it
• 23:08
Speaker 2: would have been a big deal, like he could actually
• 23:10
Speaker 2: he had the Prime Minister every one of those questions
• 23:13
Speaker 2: they don't have a good answer to. But he didn't
• 23:16
Speaker 2: ask those questions. He didn't ask any difficult questions. He
• 23:19
Speaker 2: did the same thing he did when he interviewed Putin,
• 23:22
Speaker 2: which is he embraced him and kissed his rear. End
• 23:25
Speaker 2: He did the same thing when he interviewed the president
• 23:28
Speaker 2: of Iran. Which is he embraced him and kissed his rear.
• 23:31
Speaker 2: End Tucker has a pattern. If you're an enemy of
• 23:34
Speaker 2: America who wants to murder Americans, he will not ask
• 23:37
Speaker 2: you a single hostile question. I want you to listen
• 23:40
Speaker 2: to this exchange. This is a snippet of the back
• 23:43
Speaker 2: and forth between Tucker and the Prime Minister of Cutter.
• 23:47
Speaker 3: So last question, I've been personally not to make it
• 23:51
Speaker 3: about me, but I have been criticized as being a
• 23:53
Speaker 3: tool of Katar, and I just want to say what
• 23:57
Speaker 3: you already know, which is I've never taken anything from
• 23:59
Speaker 3: your country and don't plan to. I am, however, tomorrow,
• 24:03
Speaker 3: buying a place in Quitar because I am paying a
• 24:06
Speaker 3: HI check in Doha Yah. And I'm doing that because
• 24:09
Speaker 3: I like the city. I think it's beautiful, but also
• 24:12
Speaker 3: to make a statement that I'm an American and a
• 24:14
Speaker 3: free man and I'll be wherever I want to be,
• 24:17
Speaker 3: which I think is important. But that does kind of
• 24:20
Speaker 3: leave us in a place where I have not taken
• 24:24
Speaker 3: any money from Qatar. I have instead given money to Quitar,
• 24:29
Speaker 3: and I wonder if you feel that that means I've
• 24:31
Speaker 3: bought you and you will now spew my prop again.
• 24:34
Speaker 4: Thank you just asking me. Whatever you want me to
• 24:36
Speaker 4: do for you, I will do it. But look, Tucker, Unfortunately,
• 24:42
Speaker 4: as I told you that there are a lot of
• 24:45
Speaker 4: players putting a lot of efforts to sabotage the relationship
• 24:50
Speaker 4: between Katara and the United States and to try to
• 24:53
Speaker 4: demonize anyone who will come to this country. Our efforts
• 24:59
Speaker 4: when we are lobby or doing you know, our outreach
• 25:04
Speaker 4: in the United States is to make sure that this
• 25:07
Speaker 4: relationship is safeguarded and the relationship for us is mutually beneficial.
• 25:13
Speaker 4: We are not getting it from the United States, it's
• 25:17
Speaker 4: we are Instead, we are buying from the United States.
• 25:20
Speaker 4: We are partnering with them. We are investing in the
• 25:23
Speaker 4: United States, United States investing and Cutter, and this relationship
• 25:27
Speaker 4: has been always a two ways relationship. And we pay
• 25:31
Speaker 4: all these amounts for lobbying only to protect and to
• 25:35
Speaker 4: safeguard this relationship. If we we are not like being
• 25:40
Speaker 4: attacked and under a lot of like this information campaign
• 25:43
Speaker 4: that's been unfortunately funded by other players who doesn't want
• 25:48
Speaker 4: to see a US Cutter relationship flourish. We wouldn't. We
• 25:55
Speaker 4: would spend this money for better things, you know, to
• 25:59
Speaker 4: do with that relationship.
• 26:01
Speaker 1: I mean, you look at that question Center and it's
• 26:03
Speaker 1: one of those that just you scratch your head because
• 26:07
Speaker 1: there's just part of this You're like, wait, what did
• 26:09
Speaker 1: I just witness? What did I just watch? There? Like
• 26:14
Speaker 1: how is this real? And the idea of like I'm
• 26:17
Speaker 1: buying a place have never taken anything. I just like
• 26:19
Speaker 1: it here it shows I'm a free man. Didn't ask
• 26:22
Speaker 1: any questions, not a single tough question of a man
• 26:26
Speaker 1: that is allowing terrorists to sit in his country and
• 26:28
Speaker 1: to orchestrate more tears texts and have killed Americans.
• 26:31
Speaker 2: So understand this government that is hosting Hamas, that is
• 26:35
Speaker 2: celebrating Hamas, that is funding anti American propaganda and anti
• 26:39
Speaker 2: Israel propaganda and anti Semitic propaganda. He's the Prime Minister,
• 26:44
Speaker 2: says to Tucker, ask me whatever you want, We will
• 26:46
Speaker 2: do anything you want. He also says to Tucker, we
• 26:49
Speaker 2: are spending vast amounts and lobbying. Understand, Cutter spends hundreds
• 26:54
Speaker 2: of millions of dollars lobbying the United States government, the
• 26:57
Speaker 2: United States Congress. By the way, Tucker is obsessed with
• 27:00
Speaker 2: because he's decided that Jews are the source of all
• 27:02
Speaker 2: evil in the world. And Cutter pays two to three
• 27:07
Speaker 2: times as much as APAK does in lobbying. Do you
• 27:10
Speaker 2: know who APAC is. Apack are Americans that it is
• 27:14
Speaker 2: not the government of Israel. APAK are Americans who want
• 27:18
Speaker 2: American Israel to have a close relationship, and so American citizens,
• 27:22
Speaker 2: many of whom happen to be Jewish, although not all
• 27:24
Speaker 2: of them, who support a lot of actually Christian evangelicals
• 27:27
Speaker 2: also who support a strong relationship between the United States
• 27:30
Speaker 2: and Israel. They do write checks, but they write checks
• 27:34
Speaker 2: that that are on order of magnitude anywhere from a
• 27:37
Speaker 2: third to a half what Cutter, the foreign government writes
• 27:40
Speaker 2: they spend hundreds of millions of dollars lobbying our government.
• 27:44
Speaker 2: And I got to say, Tucker, Tucker claims to be America. First,
• 27:49
Speaker 2: he is literally buying a home in Cutter Cutter who
• 27:54
Speaker 2: is actively funding anti American propaganda, anti Semitic propaganda. And
• 28:00
Speaker 2: by the way, Tucker says, oh, I've never taken a
• 28:02
Speaker 2: penny from you. By the way, you know, I don't
• 28:04
Speaker 2: know what kind of sweetheart real estate deal he's getting,
• 28:06
Speaker 2: But who the heck what American? Let me ask you, Ben,
• 28:10
Speaker 2: you know a lot of people do you know any
• 28:12
Speaker 2: other American who wants to buy a home and cut
• 28:15
  Speaker 2: her No.
• 28:17
Speaker 1: In fact, I've known a lot of international people. I've
• 28:19
Speaker 1: never heard of anybody going, yeah, I'm head, never to
• 28:20
Speaker 1: cut her to go buy a home, not like, not
• 28:23
Speaker 1: one time, No one. And I know people outside the US,
• 28:26
Speaker 1: they've never said that.
• 28:28
Speaker 2: Look, and I think there's a reason for it, which
• 28:31
Speaker 2: is that I don't know why. I've had conversations about
• 28:34
Speaker 2: why Tucker has decided by the way, Tucker is actively
• 28:38
Speaker 2: attacking President Trump's foreign policy. He is furious that President
• 28:42
Speaker 2: Trump decided to bomb the Iranian nuclear facilities, and even
• 28:46
Speaker 2: more mad that that bombing was incredibly successful. It was
• 28:51
Speaker 2: the single most important foreign policy and national security decision
• 28:55
Speaker 2: that President Trump has made in the second term. And Tucker, I.
• 28:58
Speaker 1: Think start War three. I'm pretty sure that's what they
• 29:01
Speaker 1: said was going to happen. Isn't that right? It was
• 29:02
Speaker 1: going to start World War three?
• 29:04
Speaker 2: So let's be clear, it's not they. Tucker predicted if
• 29:07
Speaker 2: Trump bombed Duran. Yes, he said it would cause World
• 29:11
Speaker 2: War three. Number one, he said thousands of Americans would die.
• 29:15
Speaker 2: Number two, and he said America would lose, Iran would
• 29:19
Speaker 2: beat US. In World War Three. Now, every one of
• 29:22
Speaker 2: those predictions was laughably absurdly wrong. And yet Tucker is
• 29:29
Speaker 2: now buying a home and cut her and saying, Hey,
• 29:32
Speaker 2: you crazy theocratic Islamist America, hating radicals, you're my people.
• 29:40
Speaker 2: That is really, really, really dangerous.
• 29:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, the questions that we just asked there, I really
• 29:45
Speaker 1: hope that all of you will share those on social media.
• 29:49
Speaker 1: Share the episode on social media, share the video we
• 29:52
Speaker 1: put up on Facebook. We put it up on and Ben.
• 29:54
Speaker 2: Let me ask you a question, Let me ask a questions.
• 29:57
Speaker 2: Why do you think Tucker didn't ask a single one
• 30:00
Speaker 2: of the questions I suggested? I sent eight, and they
• 30:03
Speaker 2: were not They were not ridiculous questions. They were actually questioned.
• 30:06
Speaker 2: If you are in fact America first, and you're interviewing
• 30:10
Speaker 2: the leader of this country, that that that that is
• 30:12
Speaker 2: funding things that are profoundly anti American, anybody would ask
• 30:18
Speaker 2: if you and I were interviewing them, we would ask
• 30:20
Speaker 2: those questions. Why do you think Tucker didn't.
• 30:23
Speaker 1: I think it's the same reason why he gave a
• 30:25
Speaker 1: powderpuff interview with Vladimir Putin. I think it's the same
• 30:28
Speaker 1: reason why he was sitting down with the head of Iran.
• 30:31
Speaker 1: It is because when he goes there, he knows the
• 30:34
Speaker 1: role he's playing, which is a propagandist for those countries.
• 30:39
Speaker 2: I wish that were not the case, but but I
• 30:41
Speaker 2: can't argue against that. He does not ask a single
• 30:45
Speaker 2: question defending America. Instead, he just embraces leaders that that
• 30:50
Speaker 2: that that are doing enormous damage to Americans, and and
• 30:54
Speaker 2: and and and that, by the way, is I think
• 30:56
Speaker 2: significantly undermining President Trump as well.
• 30:59
Speaker 1: I want to take him and just talk to you
• 31:00
Speaker 1: real quick about an incredible opportunity for you to continue
• 31:04
Speaker 1: to expand your mind and learn, no matter what your
• 31:08
Speaker 1: age is. Senator Cruz and I were at the memorial
• 31:11
Speaker 1: service for Charlie Kirk, and one of the people that
• 31:13
Speaker 1: spoke was the president of Hillsdale College, and he talked
• 31:16
Speaker 1: about meeting with Charlie early on and how he said,
• 31:19
Speaker 1: you're going to have to work hard, you're going to
• 31:22
Speaker 1: have to suffer, and you're going to have to continue
• 31:25
Speaker 1: to learn when he was so young, and he talked
• 31:28
Speaker 1: about all of the classes that Charlie ended up taking
• 31:32
Speaker 1: at Hillsdale. I immediately said, I want the listeners of
• 31:36
Speaker 1: this show to be able to have the same opportunity
• 31:39
Speaker 1: to do that. There are amazing classes history, economics, the
• 31:43
Speaker 1: great works of literature, the meaning of the US Constitution.
• 31:46
Speaker 1: And if you didn't say these things in school, or
• 31:48
Speaker 1: maybe you did, but you were like, you know, just
• 31:50
Speaker 1: trying to check the box and make the grade when
• 31:52
Speaker 1: you're twenty. Now is a great time for you to
• 31:54
Speaker 1: go back and learn so much more. Hillsdale College is

• 32:17
Speaker 1: rise and fall of the Roman Republic, or the history
• 32:19
Speaker 1: of the ancient Christian Church. With his College's free online courses.
• 32:24
Speaker 1: Now I'm also looking at the Constitution one on one.

Speaker 1: and explore the design, the purpose of the Constitution, the
