Speaker 1: Not a light bill.
• 0:01
Speaker 2: I thought he was a great senator, but he made
• 0:03
Speaker 2: the political decision he tried to. He voted to impeach
• 0:06
Speaker 2: pros Trump, which would have ruined his political life. He
• 0:09
Speaker 2: could never run for office again. Mass Season on the
• 0:13
Speaker 2: ballot Tuesday. He votes against Trump all the time. What's
• 0:15
Speaker 2: the headline? Trump strong? Those who try to destroy Trump politically,
• 0:20
Speaker 2: stand in the way of his gender are gonna lose.
• 0:23
Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:26
Speaker 4: Good Monday morning. Nice to have you with us on
• 0:28
Speaker 4: the forty seven Morning Updated. We've got two major stories
• 0:31
Speaker 4: for you. First up, Kamala Harris declaring war on the
• 0:36
Speaker 4: foundations of this country. She wants to go after the
• 0:40
Speaker 4: Supreme Court, our Constitution, and even the Bill of Rights,
• 0:44
Speaker 4: and she says, you're just elect Democrats. They're gonna change
• 0:48
Speaker 4: this whole country fundamentally. Also, you may be shocked to
• 0:53
Speaker 4: find out than in a county very close to Washington,
• 0:56
Speaker 4: d C. More than fifty percent of all the murders
• 1:00
Speaker 4: this year have been done at the hands of illegal immigrants.
• 1:04
Speaker 4: How did we even get to that point. We'll break
• 1:06
Speaker 4: it down for you, but first let me tell you
• 1:08
Speaker 4: about Patriot Mobile. America is entering the two hundred and
• 1:12
Speaker 4: fiftieth year, and the direction of this country is being
• 1:15
Speaker 4: decided right now in our culture and our economy, and
• 1:18
Speaker 4: who we choose to support matters more than ever. Most
• 1:22
Speaker 4: wireless companies don't care who you are or what you believe.
• 1:27
Speaker 4: They just want your money. Patriot Mobile they're different. For
• 1:30
Speaker 4: more than twelve years, they've stood with Americans who believe
• 1:33
Speaker 4: freedom is worth defending, funding the Christian Conservative movement when
• 1:38
Speaker 4: others stay silent. That's what they do. So here's the deal.
• 1:42
Speaker 4: You don't have to give up quality or service when
• 1:44
Speaker 4: you switch to Patriot Mobile. They deliver premium priority access
• 1:49
Speaker 4: on all three major US networks, so you'll get the

Speaker 4: as a hassle, It isn't anymore in twenty twenty. You
• 2:00
Speaker 4: keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade, and their
• 2:04
Speaker 4: one hundred percent US based support team can activate you
• 2:07
Speaker 4: in minutes still paying off a device. Patriot Mobile even
• 2:11
Speaker 4: offers a contract buyout. This is a defining year. We
• 2:15
Speaker 4: must work together to save our country. So go to
• 2:19
Speaker 4: Patriotmobile dot com, slash ben forty seven or call ninety

• 2:27
Speaker 4: BEN forty seven you'll get a free month of service.
• 2:30
Speaker 4: That's Patriotmobile dot com. Slash ben forty seven or nine
• 2:35
Speaker 4: seven to Patriot and switch today. It's a forty seven
• 2:39
Speaker 4: morning update and it starts right now.
• 2:41
  Speaker 3: Story number one.
• 2:43
Speaker 4: Democrats, if you listen carefully, will always tell you exactly
• 2:48
Speaker 4: what their plan is now. In the olden days, Barack
• 2:51
Speaker 4: Obama didn't actually tell you he was a socialist. He
• 2:54
Speaker 4: just said that we wanted hope and change, and he
• 2:57
Speaker 4: would dress it up in a different way. Bill Clinton,
• 2:59
Speaker 4: for example, didn't tell you that he wanted there to
• 3:02
Speaker 4: be massive expansion of government. Instead, he said that we
• 3:05
Speaker 4: needed to make government smaller but also take care of
• 3:09
Speaker 4: the poor. Translation, a massive increase in the number of
• 3:12
Speaker 4: people on food stamps and government aid. But in twenty
• 3:16
Speaker 4: twenty six, the Democratic Party is no longer holding back
• 3:20
Speaker 4: how much disdain they have for the government of the
• 3:24
Speaker 4: United States of America, which oddly enough, they are a
• 3:26
Speaker 4: part of. They don't like that the government has checks
• 3:29
Speaker 4: and balances. They don't like that the government has different
• 3:33
Speaker 4: branches in it that they cannot control. That actually keeps
• 3:37
Speaker 4: other individuals in our government in check. In other words,
• 3:41
Speaker 4: they don't like it when they're told no. And so
• 3:45
Speaker 4: when they are told no, they now are saying what
• 3:48
Speaker 4: they really believe out loud that when they don't get
• 3:52
Speaker 4: their way, they want to destroy and completely alter and
• 3:55
Speaker 4: change the United States of America's government. That would also
• 3:59
Speaker 4: mean that you would get rid of our constitution, you
• 4:03
Speaker 4: would get rid of our Bill of Rights, you would
• 4:05
Speaker 4: get rid of anything that actually stands in their way
• 4:08
Speaker 4: of power. Now, Kamala Harris is dressing it up, saying
• 4:12
Speaker 4: it a little bit differently, saying that we need to
• 4:14
Speaker 4: have big and bold conversations and have these strategy thinking sessions.
• 4:20
Speaker 4: But I want you to listen to what she actually said.
• 4:22
Speaker 4: Now this was put out online, and I want you
• 4:25
Speaker 4: to listen to Kamala Harris talk about destroying our government
• 4:29
Speaker 4: all because Donald Trump and other conservatives have been elected
• 4:34
Speaker 4: and they don't like it.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: Say, look, this is a moment where there are no
• 4:38
Speaker 1: bad ideas, no bad idea brainstorm is what I'd like
• 4:41
Speaker 1: to call it. And in that no bad ideas brainstorm,
• 4:45
Speaker 1: we talk about what we need to do and think
• 4:48
Speaker 1: about doing around the electoral College. We talk about the
• 4:52
Speaker 1: idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: We invite a conversation about multi members districts. We talk
• 5:02
Speaker 1: about what look that if we win the Senate, which
• 5:05
Speaker 1: we should and we will, then the Senate Judiciary Committee
• 5:09
Speaker 1: should have rules that they put in place so when
• 5:12
Speaker 1: these people come before as nominees to the Supreme Court
• 5:16
Speaker 1: and lie, that they are held to account and consequence,
• 5:21
Speaker 1: not just that somebody goes on cable news and says
• 5:23
Speaker 1: they lie, but that there are rules in place to
• 5:26
Speaker 1: actually penalize people for lying to a Senate Judiciary committee.
• 5:31
Speaker 4: Now let's just pause there. Let's go through the list
• 5:34
Speaker 4: of people that we know have lied to Congress. Guy
• 5:37
Speaker 4: by the name of Anthony Fauci, former FBI director, James Comy,
• 5:41
Speaker 4: former CIA director John Brennan, the list, James Clapper, The
• 5:45
Speaker 4: list goes on and on of individuals that have lied
• 5:49
Speaker 4: before Congress. Now, they have not been held accountable for
• 5:52
Speaker 4: their lies, whether it's dealing with COVID, whether it's Majorcist
• 5:56
Speaker 4: lying to Congress saying the border is secure when he
• 5:59
Speaker 4: knew that there were millions of people coming across the
• 6:02
Speaker 4: border illegally. The number of people that Kamala Harris in
• 6:06
Speaker 4: her party that have lied to Congress, the Steele dossier,
• 6:09
Speaker 4: Russian collusion, the impeachment of Donald Trump one and two.
• 6:14
Speaker 4: Adam Schiff is a great example. These are all individuals
• 6:19
Speaker 4: that have gone before Congress and that have lied before that.
• 6:23
Speaker 4: She says, we need to be held accountable. But to
• 6:25
Speaker 4: be clear, she's not saying they need to be held accountable.
• 6:27
Speaker 4: She's saying, we want to accuse any Republican that disagree
• 6:32
Speaker 4: with that comes before Congress of lying to Congress, and
• 6:34
Speaker 4: then we can silence them. There was also something else
• 6:37
Speaker 4: she said that was very interesting. She said, we need
• 6:39
Speaker 4: to talk about the electoral college translation, get rid of it.
• 6:42
Speaker 4: Why because she wants the presidency to be picked by California,
• 6:47
Speaker 4: by la by New York, by Chicago. She doesn't want
• 6:51
Speaker 4: states like North Dakota, South Dakota, or many of the
• 6:54
Speaker 4: Southern states like Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina to
• 6:58
Speaker 4: have power. She certainly does in which states like Iowa
• 7:01
Speaker 4: New Hampshire to have any power who the President of
• 7:04
Speaker 4: the United States of America actually is. She wants to
• 7:08
Speaker 4: change it all so that liberal cities will control who
• 7:12
Speaker 4: the president is every presidential election cycle. She wants the
• 7:17
Speaker 4: presidency to come down to where if you're a Democrat,
• 7:20
Speaker 4: you only really have to campaign in five or six cities,
• 7:23
Speaker 4: not even states, just five or six cities in America
• 7:27
Speaker 4: because the population is soedents there you can just win
• 7:29
Speaker 4: election by getting the majority of those people to vote
• 7:32
Speaker 4: for you. She wants to have the majority of the
• 7:35
Speaker 4: country befly over country. But she's not done there. And
• 7:38
Speaker 4: this is again all because Donald Trump was elected president
• 7:42
Speaker 4: and she hates the majority of American voters in this
• 7:44
Speaker 4: last election. Keep listening to her radical ideas.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: That we agree that it is right to have ethics
• 7:52
Speaker 1: rules for Supreme Court justices, and let's put those in place.
• 7:57
Speaker 1: Let's talk about statehood for Puerto Rico d These are
• 8:01
Speaker 1: the things I think that we've got to do. We've
• 8:03
Speaker 1: got to neutralize these red states from cheating, including blue
• 8:09
Speaker 1: states expanding their maps, and all of this I think is, Look,
• 8:14
Speaker 1: we gotta fight fire with fire. These folks are playing
• 8:17
Speaker 1: to win. We gotta play to win.
• 8:18
Speaker 4: We've got to fight fire with fire. We have to
• 8:21
Speaker 4: play to win. Now. These are the words of an
• 8:24
Speaker 4: individual who knows that President Trump has had multiple assassination
• 8:28
Speaker 4: attempts against him. She doesn't care. She wants to incite
• 8:31
Speaker 4: that type of anger and violence. But you also notice
• 8:34
Speaker 4: what she said about she wants her to be two
• 8:36
Speaker 4: senators from Washington, d C. And two senators from Puerto
• 8:39
Speaker 4: Rico because she believes it easily and based on the makeup,
• 8:44
Speaker 4: Washington d C. Would immediately elect two Democratic centers, and
• 8:48
Speaker 4: she believes that Puerto Rico they could probably do a
• 8:50
Speaker 4: very good job there and get at least maybe one,
• 8:53
Speaker 4: if not two of those sinners to go for the
• 8:55
Speaker 4: Democrats as well. And she very well may be right.
• 8:58
Speaker 4: But you notice what she's talking about here, it's about
• 9:01
Speaker 4: stacking the deck. And by the way, you notice she
• 9:04
Speaker 4: mentioned in there she would like to redo how we
• 9:07
Speaker 4: do the Supreme Court. Why would she want to redo
• 9:11
Speaker 4: how we do the Supreme Court. It's a very simple answer.
• 9:16
Speaker 4: She wants to redo the Supreme Court. Every time they
• 9:19
Speaker 4: give her a ruling that she doesn't like, she wants
• 9:21
Speaker 4: to go after and attack those Supreme Court justice and
• 9:24
Speaker 4: maybe get them kicked off the court. And if that
• 9:26
Speaker 4: is not enough, then she wants to pack the court.
• 9:29
Speaker 4: And every time she needs to make it bigger, then
• 9:32
Speaker 4: they would just make it bigger. And every time that
• 9:36
Speaker 4: the Supreme Court needs to get even bigger to give
• 9:39
Speaker 4: them what they want, they just want it to get
• 9:41
Speaker 4: bigger again. So no longer would it be nine. It
• 9:44
Speaker 4: could be fifteen, and it can be twenty one, then
• 9:45
Speaker 4: it can be twenty nine, then it can be thirty five.
• 9:48
Speaker 4: Where would it stop. As long as they have power,
• 9:51
Speaker 4: that's all they really want is more of the power.
• 9:55
Speaker 4: So this is the Democratic Party. They're saying it out loud.
• 9:59
Speaker 4: Believe them when they tell you this is what they believe.
• 10:05
Speaker 4: Believe them when they tell you that they want to
• 10:08
Speaker 4: destroy this country, because Kamala Harris just laid out their
• 10:11
  Speaker 4: entire game plan.
• 10:13
Speaker 3: Now story number two.
• 10:14
Speaker 4: According to statements tied to the Department of Homeland Security,
• 10:18
Speaker 4: illegal aliens are responsible for roughly half I'm gonna say again,
• 10:23
Speaker 4: roughly half of all the murders this year in Fairfax County, Virginia.
• 10:29
Speaker 4: Now that is one of the wealthiest and most politically
• 10:32
Speaker 4: powerful counties in America. It's in essence, a suburb of Washington,
• 10:37
Speaker 4: d C. We're not talking about some struggling border town
• 10:40
Speaker 4: overwhelmed overnight by cartel violence. We're talking about Fairfax County,
• 10:45
Speaker 4: an affluent liberal county in Virginia that neighbors Washington, d C.
• 10:51
Speaker 4: This is home to federal contractors, intelligence officials, lawyers, diplomats,
• 10:56
Speaker 4: tech executives, and some of the highest medium household incomes
• 11:00
Speaker 4: in all of the United States of America. This is
• 11:03
Speaker 4: the affluent northern Virginia suburb. This is the backyard of
• 11:08
Speaker 4: our federal government itself. And now this country has become
• 11:11
Speaker 4: the center of a bigger problem for Democrats, and that
• 11:16
Speaker 4: is how did they even get to this point. You've
• 11:18
Speaker 4: got a major, growing national firestorm over legal immigration, over
• 11:23
Speaker 4: violent crime, over sanctuary city and sanctuary policies, and whether
• 11:27
Speaker 4: political leaders are deliberately ignoring repeated warnings until innocent Americans
• 11:32
Speaker 4: end up dead. Now, the controversy exploded after the Department
• 11:36
Speaker 4: of Owned Security officials told the truths They highlighted murder
• 11:40
Speaker 4: cases involving illegal immigrants in Fairfax County during a heated
• 11:44
Speaker 4: house hearing this week. And that is when the new
• 11:47
Speaker 4: head of the Department of Owned Security, Mark Wayne Mullen,
• 11:50
Speaker 4: came out to tell the American people exactly what's going on.
• 11:54
Speaker 5: Roughly fifty percent of the murders in Fairfax Virginia. The
• 11:58
Speaker 5: purpose are illegal should even be in the country. To
• 12:00
Speaker 5: the US, we have, you know, politicians that want to
• 12:03
Speaker 5: protect the criminals. President Trump is still protecting all our neighborhoods.
• 12:07
Speaker 4: You listen to him saying that they're they're protecting all neighborhoods.
• 12:11
Speaker 4: How is it even possible that you can have fifty
• 12:14
Speaker 4: percent of murders in Fairfax County, nowhere close to the border,
• 12:19
Speaker 4: happen and be killed Americans be killed by illegal immigrants now,
• 12:23
Speaker 4: according to DHS link figures cited during the debate, not
• 12:27
Speaker 4: only is that one of the biggest problems, but they
• 12:29
Speaker 4: also say in some cases, officials reference it being even higher,
• 12:33
Speaker 4: as as seventy five percent of the murders in Fairfax
• 12:36
Speaker 4: County so far this year. Those numbers are being debated,
• 12:40
Speaker 4: of course politically now, regardless of where you stand on
• 12:44
Speaker 4: this issue, the individual cases now drawing national attention are horrifying.
• 12:49
Speaker 4: One of the most shocking involved in an a legal
• 12:51
Speaker 4: immigrant from Sierra Leone who was accused of brutally murdering
• 12:54
Speaker 4: a forty one year old seventy mentor at a Fairfax
• 12:58
Speaker 4: County bus stop earlier this year. The details should infuriate everyone.
• 13:03
Speaker 4: According to the reports, the girl had been or the man,
• 13:06
Speaker 4: I should say, the illegal immigrant had been arrested roughly
• 13:09
Speaker 4: thirty times before the murder. Let me say that again,
• 13:13
Speaker 4: thirty times, thirty encounters with the justice system with law
• 13:17
Speaker 4: enforcement charges ranging from assault to wounding and other violent allegations.
• 13:24
Speaker 4: And yet somehow that illegal immigrant remained on the streets
• 13:27
Speaker 4: because the sanctuary city policies in Virginia. Federal immigration authorities
• 13:31
Speaker 4: had reportedly logged detainers against him earlier in the year.
• 13:36
Speaker 4: Police repeatedly warned prosecutors that he was a major dangerous
• 13:40
Speaker 4: society and still, according to the reporting, he was not
• 13:44
Speaker 4: removed from the country and allowed back on the streets.
• 13:47
Speaker 4: Then came the deadly stabbing that shocked the community, and
• 13:50
Speaker 4: many Americans are asking the very simple question, how does
• 13:53
Speaker 4: someone get arrested thirty times and remain free in the
• 13:56
Speaker 4: United States of America even if you're not an illegal immigrant?
• 14:00
Speaker 4: Question is now the center of this massive political and
• 14:02
Speaker 4: legal battle that's unfolding in northern Virginia. Now Fairfax County
• 14:06
Speaker 4: Commonwealth Attorney is a progressive prosecutor backed you guessed it
• 14:11
Speaker 4: by George Soros and the left wing criminal justice reform movements.
• 14:15
Speaker 4: He's now under federal investigation by the Department of Justice
• 14:19
Speaker 4: over allegations that his office may have been giving preferential
• 14:23
Speaker 4: treatment deliberately to illegal immigrant defendants. In other words, the
• 14:28
Speaker 4: system was going harder on American citizens and looking the
• 14:31
Speaker 4: other way when they caught in illegal In one case,
• 14:34
Speaker 4: in particular, two illegal immigrant defendants accused in Fairfax County
• 14:39
Speaker 4: of murder, they received plea agreements that resulted only five
• 14:43
Speaker 4: years behind bars, despite facing much deeper potential sentences. The
• 14:47
Speaker 4: Department of Home Insecurity blasted the deal publicly calling it
• 14:50
Speaker 4: an insane sweetheart plea deal. Now the language from DHS
• 14:54
Speaker 4: lit up conservatives on Capitol Hill, as it should have.
• 14:57
Speaker 4: Critics say, these policies are creating a exactly the kind
• 15:00
Speaker 4: of environment where repeat offenders believe there are no consequences
• 15:04
Speaker 4: even if you're rested thirty times. So here we are
• 15:08
Speaker 4: roughly fifty percent of murders in Fairfax County, Virginia are
• 15:12
Speaker 4: by people that are illegal, that shouldn't even be in
• 15:15
Speaker 4: this country in the first place. Trump administration making it
• 15:19
Speaker 4: clear they're not backing down on this and expect more
• 15:24
  Speaker 4: justice to come.
