Transcript
- 0:00I had a fascinating conversation with, We'll call him Mr. T
- 0:04today. He was educated in economics at
- 0:07one of the top universities in the whole wide world.
- 0:12He talked to me about a silver price which knocked my socks
- 0:16off. You think the 50K silver price
- 0:19in the thumbnail? Well, let me tell you the actual
- 0:22price that he mentioned, right? The back, all the all the money,
- 0:26all the derivatives in the world with silver is absolutely
- 0:31stunning. Hey, I appreciate you being here
- 0:33with me today. It's a big deal when you join me
- 0:36in the basement. This is a little experiment on a
- 0:39new platform where I can share screens with you and also
- 0:44eventually have live guests. Join me here in the basement.
- 0:48Can everybody see me and hear me?
- 0:50No crackling. Coffee.
- 0:53OK. If you guys can.
- 0:54OK. Thank you, Jake.
- 0:56Thanks, guys. I feel like I'm flying an
- 0:58airplane for the first time. I'm just being honest with you,
- 1:00but this is interesting. Let's pull this up, see if I can
- 1:04do this. All right.
- 1:06There we go. Can you guys see that?
- 1:08That is Exter's Pyramid. All right, let's talk about this
- 1:13because if you had the conversation that I had earlier,
- 1:18it was absolutely stunning. OK.
- 1:21When we look at Extras Pyramid, this one, right, gold and silver
- 1:26are the base of all money. Who was Exter?
- 1:29John Exter was worked for the New York Federal Reserve.
- 1:33He just died in the year 2006. He was a big proponent of silver
- 1:37and gold as real money. But the key here, as you look at
- 1:41that on the screen because you can do that now, is to realize
- 1:46that everything at the top, OK, everything at the at the above.
- 1:50Gold and silver, gold and silver are the base of the entire
- 1:55monetary system. Base money, bank money,
- 1:58government bonds, corporate bonds, non monetary commodities,
- 2:02derivatives, even crypto currencies guys, all of it.
- 2:06I want you to think about something.
- 2:08Everything above silver and gold is based on confidence, right?
- 2:14Everything above silver and gold is synthetic, not real
- 2:19Keynesian. I learned that this morning,
- 2:22right? Keynesian economics verse,
- 2:25Austrian economics. Keynesian are the ones who like
- 2:28to create all the debt. The the fractional reserve
- 2:32banking system where you give your bank $100 and they create
- 2:37another $90.00 in loans and then they create another.
- 2:41You know they only reserve 10%. Everything above silver and gold
- 2:45is make believe synthetic. Sometimes we like to call it
- 2:49Unicorn fart dust, but whatever we want to call it, it's all
- 2:53fake, OK? And when you add it all together
- 2:57and you look at and people like Rafi Farber, Lynette Zhang, VIX,
- 3:02Weir have done calculations, right, The gentleman I talked to
- 3:06this morning, Mr. T All right, I'm going to let him remain
- 3:09anonymous. He calculated silver, believe it
- 3:12or not, at $217,000 per oz. All right, and let's let's,
- 3:20let's put that in perspective. That's an outrageous, crazy
- 3:23number for us to hear, right? We talk about $60.00 silver and
- 3:27we get ourselves in trouble. But that's if you take the value
- 3:30of all that, elect all that electronic, all that make
- 3:33believe all that debt and divide it by the known amount of silver
- 3:38above the ground. Now think about this as well,
- 3:41because I think it's important that we realize, we remember
- 3:44that we don't need the entire system, that entire system,
- 3:48right? All that make believe resting on
- 3:51that core of silver and gold, right?
- 3:54We don't need that whole thing to fall apart.
- 3:57Even if there's a slight movement in that direction that
- 4:00could move a ton of money into the precious metal sector,
- 4:05right? And we talk about that all the
- 4:07time. There's so much government debt,
- 4:10there's so much corporate debt, there's so much household debt
- 4:13that even just and all of that is based on all that, all that
- 4:18that's resting on silver and gold.
- 4:19It's all based on counterparty risk.
- 4:23It's based on confidence. Now maybe let's just put a
- 4:27couple things together here. Maybe.
- 4:28Does that explain why like what we like to say that the Federal
- 4:32Reserve has become less of a bank and more of a public
- 4:36relations firm? Doesn't that make sense?
- 4:39Because they have to continue to instill that confidence in all
- 4:44of that? Make believe that's above it.
- 4:46What's real interesting about this particular extras pyramid
- 4:51chart is at the very top. It has crypto currencies listed
- 4:55now because that's a new and somebody brought up the point
- 4:57I'm not anti crypto. I'm not saying anything bad
- 5:01about a crypto or Bitcoin or anything else.
- 5:03However, it's interesting to think that did did the powers
- 5:08that be create crypto, create Bitcoin as a diversion away from
- 5:14gold and silver? Was that the icing on top?
- 5:17And this person that pointed that out to me also brought up
- 5:21the idea that possibly that's why we don't know where crypto
- 5:25really came from, because we don't really know where crypto
- 5:28came from. We don't know who invented
- 5:29Bitcoin. I think there's some ideas,
- 5:32Satoshi, whatever. None the less, when we look at
- 5:35this, it's absolutely crazy. And again, this, I almost held
- 5:39it up, that chart on your screen, that was developed by
- 5:43someone who worked at the New York Federal Reserve, John
- 5:47Exter. And he only died like, what, 18
- 5:51years ago in 2006. Make sure I didn't miss anything
- 5:54on there. Not really.
- 5:56No. I mean, my friend, my new
- 5:59friend, Mr. T, very smart guy, one of the top universities in
- 6:04the world, OK, he brought up a very interesting point.
- 6:09Think about this. He said you can ignore reality.
- 6:13OK, But you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring
- 6:18reality. We talked about billions.
- 6:21He also brought this up. And I'm going to give him
- 6:23credit. Mr. I'm calling him Mr. T for
- 6:25now until he allows me to divulge more information about
- 6:28him. But we were talking about these
- 6:30trillions. I mean this.
- 6:32That's trillions and trillions of dollars.
- 6:34What you're looking at on your screen.
- 6:36All that and it's all make believe.
- 6:39OK? Trillions and trillions.
- 6:40The government debt alone is 34 trillion.
- 6:44OK, A trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,000, OK, a billion, he
- 6:50said. Just to put it into perspective,
- 6:52a billion seconds ago, a billion seconds ago it was 1959.
- 6:59So we're dealing with some crazy big numbers, which explains to
- 7:03us why, if all that were to collapse, right, if we went back
- 7:07to a pure, I guess you would say Austrian system.
- 7:10Everything went back to gold and silver.
- 7:12Yeah, we could see $50,000 silver, $60,000 silver.
- 7:16I don't know particular what the numbers are that people like
- 7:18Rafi Barber have thrown out there.
- 7:21Lynette Zhang, Bix, we're. I respect all of them and I
- 7:24don't want to put words in their mouth, but it makes sense.
- 7:27But I want to. I want to throw out the idea
- 7:29that it doesn't even necessarily take the whole system falling
- 7:34apart for a lot of money, a lot of flow to go back into the
- 7:40precious metals. Just a little, a little bit of
- 7:42that, a little bit of loss of confidence.
- 7:46And remember, basement dwellers, the first, the three letters and
- 7:49confidence are con, which might explain why our Federal Reserve
- 7:55has become more of a public relations firm than an actual
- 7:59bank. Let's hit on a couple other
- 8:01things that are going on right now.
- 8:02Big, big deals. A lot of people are talking
- 8:05about the dollar. OK.
- 8:06The dollars, you know, going up, going down, whatever the case
- 8:09may be. The DXY index as it as it
- 8:13relates to this. Let me see if I can get back to
- 8:15being on the full screen. There you go.
- 8:18I know you were. I know.
- 8:19I'm. I'm sorry.
- 8:20I have to torture you now. I'm back on the full screen,
- 8:23guys. As we think about this extras
- 8:25pyramid, we think about this loss of confidence.
- 8:27The Dxy index means nothing, The dollar strength that you hear so
- 8:32much from all of the mainstream media because again, that is
- 8:36just comparing the dollar to a bunch of other credit
- 8:40currencies. What we're concerned about is
- 8:42real value. Half of that extras pyramid
- 8:45could collapse. OK.
- 8:49And and and the euro and the yen and the dollar could all fall in
- 8:54value simultaneously and the DXY index could remain roughly where
- 8:59it is right now. People say, well, the dollar is
- 9:01still strong, the dollar is, you know, whatever.
- 9:03What we're really concerned about is real, real value.
- 9:07OK, I got to show you this one one more time.
- 9:11This was yesterday. Don't forget we're dealing with
- 9:14this guy's the Gold Cup and handle as that extras pyramid
- 9:19starts to starts then run into some problems.
- 9:23OK and and Mr. T said this morning he said there's he
- 9:27thinks there's a war between Austrian and Keynesian economics
- 9:31and while I kind of knew what both of them stood for again
- 9:34Keynesian is fractional reserve banking.
- 9:38Keynesian is Dexter's pyramid. All this a make believe that
- 9:44derivatives built upon this small base.
- 9:46The Austrian School of Economics is more based on the solid base
- 9:51of real money. That's the way he explained it
- 9:53to me and that there's a war going on right now.
- 9:56And I and he said, does that make sense to him?
- 9:57Like, yeah, it feels like it, right?
- 9:59We know we won't go down that path, but what's going on with
- 10:04the with the bricks, right? OK, I know you're dying for me
- 10:07to say the bricks, the fastest guy who can say all ten of the
- 10:10BRICS countries on the Internet, Brazil, Russia, India, China,
- 10:13South Africa, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ethiopia and the
- 10:17United Arab Emirates. Yes, there is a war between real
- 10:22money and fake money. And you know, in the end, if
- 10:26history is any guide for us, who is going to win?
- 10:30And that is when, as we look at the cup and handle, that one's
- 10:34in gold, right? Right, 2011, $2000, two thousand
- 10:39$22,000 We broke. Above we broke and as we talked
- 10:45about earlier this morning, 14 weeks right, we've closed above
- 10:49$2000. November the 1st Monthly close
- 10:53above $2000 in the Hey snake bite.
- 10:58This is my new experiment. It's going to get better.
- 11:01I'm going to have more pictures and we're going to be able to
- 11:03have people on here live, right? Because look, look, watch.
- 11:09Did that work? No, I don't think that worked
- 11:11anyway. I'll be able to have people on
- 11:14as guests. People like Pat Holland, people
- 11:16like, you know, President Joe Biden, maybe even Jerome Powell
- 11:21himself will join me for a live stream.
- 11:25Look, these are my favorite charts.
- 11:28I pulled them up. So I wanted to talk about them
- 11:29today briefly here. Next time I'll have all these
- 11:35loaded in. OK, there's your friend.
- 11:38Guys, that's the silver to gold ratio.
- 11:42All right, This is, this is, this is where we are right now,
- 11:48around 90. As you can see, we've barely
- 11:50ever been above that. I think this chart is over.
- 11:54Yeah. 50 years, OK, We're barely ever.
- 11:58Have we been above 90? OK, this is about the average
- 12:0260, right. So when gold continues upward
- 12:07and as that silver to gold ratio comes back just to the average
- 12:12that it's been silver price through the moon.
- 12:16What else? Right.
- 12:17So yeah, is the Keynesian. I'm sorry, the John extras
- 12:21pyramid. We don't need the whole pyramid
- 12:23to collapse. We just need a couple of the
- 12:25bricks to fall out of the pyramid.
- 12:28Wasn't that funny? Bricks.
- 12:29Couple of the bricks get it, fall out of the pyramid and
- 12:33that's going to start a a movement of money down to the
- 12:37bottom. The smart people will do it
- 12:39first, right? We've already been there.
- 12:41We already got on the silver and gold lifeboat, but the smart
- 12:44money will get there 1st. And it's just going to take a
- 12:48little bit because as we've talked about ad nauseam,
- 12:51especially when it comes to silver, gold's going to take
- 12:54off, silver's going to lag. The silver market is so tiny.
- 12:58I mean, really, you can buy a whole year of mine production in
- 13:03the entire world, the entire year's mine production for $24
- 13:07billion. That's nothing.
- 13:10That's like here. Oh, here, let me pull it back
- 13:13up. How do I do that?
- 13:16I don't want to remove it. Hold on.
- 13:22Remove. No.
- 13:25Oh, here. I press that full screen.
- 13:29Oh, there we go. Hey, now you don't have to look
- 13:31at me. It's your lucky day.
- 13:34I can scratch my nose all I want.
- 13:35I think none the less, it's only going to take a little bit of
- 13:39movement out of that. A little bit of of loss of
- 13:42confidence in government bonds and banks, in derivatives, in
- 13:47crypto, right, For that little bit of movement to get bled into
- 13:51what is a tiny, absolute, tiny silver market.
- 13:56Let's try this one. There we go.
- 13:58Hey, how do you like that? Hey, wait a minute.
- 14:01My sponsor's not going to like that.
- 14:04Let's pull this one back up real quickly.
- 14:06Let me say oh boy, here we go. Thank you to channel sponsor
- 14:10Pinbex. If you want to get your hands on
- 14:12some of that gold or silver that's at the bottom of that
- 14:15pyramid, do yourself a favor. When you're looking online for
- 14:19precious metals, check out Pinbex.
- 14:21I did it myself. At your recommendation.
- 14:24I think Pinbex is best, and you will too.
- 14:27So please check them out. Learn for yourself and you'll
- 14:30see they check all the boxes. Best prices, best service and
- 14:34great selection as well. And of course, thank you to
- 14:36Fortuna Silver for for sponsoring Bronze Basement
- 14:41making this possible. You can learn more about them at
- 14:44fortunasilver.com and 1st Mining Gold Gold Developer with two 5
- 14:50million oz projects in Canada and a lot more.
- 14:53You can learn more about them at firstmininggold.com.
- 14:58So as all that happens, let's go back to the pyramid.
- 15:01Let's see here. How's that one work?
- 15:03Yeah, that works. Good.
- 15:06Well, I may never end this live stream.
- 15:08I'm and you know what? You thank you for being here.
- 15:11Thanks for putting up with me being late on this live stream
- 15:14again. This is a new platform I'm
- 15:16trying out called Stream Yard. Let me know how you like it.
- 15:19Send me an e-mail or maybe leave it.
- 15:21Susie can tell me what what came through in the in the in the
- 15:26chat, if you like my ability to pull it up.
- 15:29If you if you'd like me to have people like Pat Holland, maybe
- 15:32Andy Schechtman, who knows that would want to join me in one of
- 15:36the live streams. That way you don't have to
- 15:38listen to me talk for 30 minutes straight.
- 15:40We can have some some other guests as well.
- 15:43But as those bricks fall out, those bricks get it fall out of
- 15:49Exter's inverted pyramid and that money falls down to the
- 15:55bottom, to silver and gold, right?
- 15:57And people, look, we don't want it to happen, but we're dealing
- 16:01with reality here, OK? We're, we're patriotic
- 16:04Americans. We didn't 'cause this issue,
- 16:07people. We could see really accelerated
- 16:10cost or I'm sorry, prices and silver, one of my favorite
- 16:14charge right here. You're going to get to see it in
- 16:16a second. The silver price per oz in
- 16:19Venezuelan Bolivar went from 36 all the way up to 10,000 in four
- 16:29months. Wait a minute, Went from 36,
- 16:31That'd be like silver going from 36 U.S. dollars to 10,000 U.S.
- 16:37dollars. That happened in Venezuela in a
- 16:39four month period and actually most of it.
- 16:43See if I can get the screen back on.
- 16:45I'm getting the hang of it. I'm going to land this plane.
- 16:48Thank you, basement dwellers. Most of that increase happened
- 16:55in like a one month period from here to here, OK.
- 17:00That's what happens when you have gross mismanagement of
- 17:05monetary and fiscal policies. That's what you can look forward
- 17:10to. So thank you guys for joining me
- 17:15today on this experimental live stream.
- 17:17I promise it'll get better. I'm still probably going to use
- 17:19the old method for a while until I get more comfortable with
- 17:22this. There will not be a live stream
- 17:25tomorrow. I have to have a a little series
- 17:27of medical tests done, but I will put a video out tomorrow at
- 17:31Tonka Truck Video. I'll give you a little teaser on
- 17:34that one, but my hope is that I'll be back on Tuesday to to be
- 17:39back with you again. Thank you for being here.
- 17:41Thank you for the Super chat. Thank you to the moderators.
- 17:45I see it's a little different here.
- 17:47I see Annie Oakley. I see Susie.
- 17:49I think I saw Jake. So thank you guys for being part
- 17:52of this. And we can look forward to some
- 17:55fun guests. You know, I think it'll be cool
- 17:57to be live with some different people.
- 18:00And if you have any ideas, send me an e-mail.
- 18:03Or send an e-mail to whoever, you know, Joe Biden or Jerome
- 18:08Powell or Andy Scheckman. Say, hey, you should get on one
- 18:10of Ron's live streams, but have them shut up for a few seconds
- 18:14so we can listen to you. I'd be happy to reach out to
- 18:17anybody, but thank you. OK.
- 18:20It's a big deal. You're here.
- 18:21It'd be an interesting week ahead.
- 18:23Can we. Let's ask a question.
- 18:25It's been a while. Will next Sunday, will the price
- 18:30of gold for the 15th straight week close above 2000?
- 18:35If you think it will, type 2000 in the chat.
- 18:41Oh, the world's greatest mods. Oh, yeah, You know what?
- 18:45Thank you. Yeah, they are the world's
- 18:47greatest mods. Right.
- 18:48We've had a wonderful team of people come through here.
- 18:51Ricky's House of crap. Thank you, Ricky.
- 18:53I'll do my best. I just got to show up.
- 18:55So, hey, we got some 2000s from Annie Oakley.
- 18:59All right, cowboy. Billy Holter.
- 19:01Yeah. You know, that's funny.
- 19:03I love Bill Holter. And I think it was Bill Holter
- 19:06was the first guy that that I heard say.
- 19:09I mean, come on, man, are they kidding us about this Silver
- 19:13situation, right? The, the, the, the deficits,
- 19:16the, the demand for Silver over the last two years has way
- 19:21outweighed any supply, way outweighed where is it coming
- 19:25from right. And that like people like Jeff
- 19:27Christian say, oh there's all this silver above ground
- 19:30secondary supply. No man, it all came out of the
- 19:33COMEX and the LBMA and the SLVETF.
- 19:37I'm telling you guys that's only, that's they can only plug
- 19:41it for so long, right. It's like, it's almost like like
- 19:44if you got a job and you're making 100 KA year and let's say
- 19:48you saved up 40,000 in the bank and you lose your job, Well, for
- 19:53the, you know, nine months or so, you can plug that lost
- 19:56income with your bank account, but then your Sol, right?
- 20:00I mean, I guess they can, they can only borrow fake silver from
- 20:05the COMEX for so long. That's just the way it.
- 20:08That's just the way it works, you know.
- 20:12Anyway. Bill.
- 20:14Bill Holter's then coming to the basement.
- 20:16Yeah. All right.
- 20:17That sounds good. We need Bill Holter.
- 20:19All right, guys. I'm going to sign off if I can
- 20:22figure out how to do that. I really appreciate you putting
- 20:26up with me. Hopefully, you could see that
- 20:29pyramid that I put up there and didn't see me scratching my
- 20:31nose. Have a great rest of your day.
- 20:33You're the best. Absolute best.
- 20:36OK. The best group of people that I
- 20:39could have ever asked for to meet in my life.
- 20:40So thank you. All right.
- 20:42And I'll see you soon.
