- 0:20Speaker 3: Present by Draft Kings sports book and official sports betting
- 0:22Speaker 3: partner of the NFL. Download the DraftKings app and use

- 0:30Speaker 2: He's got to be from LSU. It's so dumb.
- 0:34Speaker 4: I like him.
- 0:34Speaker 3: I'm a big fan, even as a host. I just
- 0:38Speaker 3: this is not LSU time for me.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Soon. Yeah.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Former LSU running back NFL fullback Jacob Hester. He now
- 0:44Speaker 3: co hosts his own radio show for Serious XM and
- 0:47Speaker 3: ESPN Radio. We'll talk about that he was on the
- 0:48Speaker 3: two thousand and seven national championship team at LSU, and
- 0:52Speaker 3: then I don't know, he's white and man.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Play fullback in the NFL. That's crazy. So but we'll
- 0:58Speaker 2: talk about college football and little bit with him.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Uh, that's what's up. You know what a night Saturday.
- 1:04Speaker 3: It was for a bunch of reasons. The Arkansas game
- 1:07Speaker 3: is tough. I just want to get out of system
- 1:08Speaker 3: and just say there's tough with loss by three, and
- 1:10Speaker 3: it's made me sick. But do you guys know your guarantees,
- 1:13Speaker 3: your problem your locks of the week?
- 1:14Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:15Speaker 2: Let me get my Yeah you know I have mine, Kevin,
- 1:18Speaker 2: go ahead.
- 1:19Speaker 6: Mine was Washington minus twenty one? How they do They
- 1:21Speaker 6: won by twenty seven?
- 1:23Speaker 2: So you're good?
- 1:23Speaker 3: We good?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Okay, So no money owed there? Mine?
- 1:27Speaker 6: Yours was Arkansas plus seventeen and a half.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Uh oh no, I won? Oh plus seventeen and a half. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:33Speaker 2: yeah good.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I haven't missed a guarantee yet. Okay, okay, hey you relax.
- 1:37Speaker 3: We've been doing this for two weeks.
- 1:38Speaker 6: Hey, what was yours?
- 1:39Speaker 2: Mine? What was Jacksonville? Right? Jacksonville?
- 1:42Speaker 6: No, you had Titans?
- 1:43Speaker 2: Oh it's even worse. Oh god, those gether are both terrible? Yeah?
- 1:47Speaker 2: What do I owe? Ten bucks?
- 1:48Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:49Speaker 2: Keep it on fire?
- 1:50Speaker 6: What was reads Reads minus six and a half? Miami easy?
- 1:53Speaker 2: Oh man? Oh my god.
- 1:55Speaker 3: They have to running back score like forty or fifty
- 1:56Speaker 3: points in fantasy between a chain and most is crazy.
- 2:00Speaker 3: That's the lack of the year. Okay, So Eddie is
- 2:04Speaker 3: the only one who host ten bucks this week? Bucks,
- 2:06Speaker 3: I'm hey, I'm a hundred.
- 2:10Speaker 2: There you are.
- 2:11Speaker 3: We lost it sucked. I did bet one thousand dollars
- 2:13Speaker 3: on them to cover though. Oh dude, that was just
- 2:16Speaker 3: last minute for you. Now did that? How did that happen?
- 2:19Speaker 3: I told you guys, that's free money, but I don't
- 2:22Speaker 3: ever listen to that word pretty smiles.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I'm just talking about my own selfie.
- 2:27Speaker 6: But you were so confident that it was just.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Like No, I just I knew I thought we could
- 2:31Speaker 3: win the game. I even said that I think we
- 2:34Speaker 3: can win the game much less cover than seventeen points,
- 2:37Speaker 3: and it was my guarantee, and so I went up.
- 2:40Speaker 3: And I hate betting even if we're getting points, because
- 2:42Speaker 3: I don't like to win a bet than lose the game.
- 2:44Speaker 2: But it is a consolation makes you feel a little better.
- 2:49Speaker 2: It's terrible.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I would trade I tell you what, I would trade
- 2:51Speaker 3: the game for the money, of course, for the thousand dollars.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Wow, I think any true would do.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Would you take a thousand dollars easy, Dallas Cowboys. They
- 3:02Speaker 3: can keep the loss, but you have to take a
- 3:03Speaker 3: thousand as an ugly game, buddy, they keep the loss
- 3:06Speaker 3: and you take the thousand bucks, or they get to
- 3:08Speaker 3: win and you just stay where you are.
- 3:09Speaker 5: No, give me the money because they're going to lose. Anyway,
- 3:11Speaker 5: I have nothing to do with them when they're losing.
- 3:13Speaker 2: No, that's not the point of the game. But if
- 3:15Speaker 2: I'm going to be real about it, we're not being
- 3:16Speaker 2: real because it's not a real thing. Oh it's not. If
- 3:18Speaker 2: this is not real scenario, give me a real thousand dollars. Oh,
- 3:20Speaker 2: and I'm I don't get to pick. No, I'd rather
- 3:23Speaker 2: than win.
- 3:24Speaker 3: You would give up a thousand bucks for them to win.
- 3:26Speaker 5: I mean, honestly, the thousand would be great, but the
- 3:29Speaker 5: joy I get when the Cowboys win it's.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Worth a thousand bucks. It's the whole week. I don't believe.
- 3:34Speaker 6: I don't believe them. Not a regular season game. Really, No,
- 3:37Speaker 6: I don't believe.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't believe you either, But why should I
- 3:39Speaker 2: believe me?
- 3:39Speaker 3: Then?
- 3:40Speaker 2: Yeah? Why do you do it?
- 3:41Speaker 3: Because I just know I'd give a thousand bucks. I
- 3:43Speaker 3: give that money up in a heartbeat to have that
- 3:45Speaker 3: win is terrible, dude. A loss will ruin your day,
- 3:48Speaker 3: like ruin your week, your team. What if your team
- 3:52Speaker 3: loses if NFL, If NFL is your first love, Though,
- 3:55Speaker 3: it's okay to lose a game occasionally, all you just
- 3:56Speaker 3: getting playfu against against Arizona.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Oh, that's terrible. They lost to Dan Arizona's trying to
- 4:00Speaker 2: tank the year and they I.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Don't think they're trying to tank the year. I'm convinced
- 4:03Speaker 3: that the players and the coaches aren't right. That's correct, right,
- 4:06Speaker 3: It's it's like Major League movie, yes, where the owners
- 4:10Speaker 3: are so pissed off about this right now? Yes, I agree,
- 4:14Speaker 3: but I think you would take the thousand bucks because
- 4:17Speaker 3: regulas don't ask me the question.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Then we can and then we can make fun of
- 4:20Speaker 2: your head.
- 4:21Speaker 3: We can do both, I think, just because regular games
- 4:24Speaker 3: don't matter as much in the NFL. They matter a lot,
- 4:26Speaker 3: but they don't matter as much.
- 4:28Speaker 2: I just know how I feel after a win, and
- 4:30Speaker 2: I'll take it.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Okay, I'll give you a thousand bucks right now. That
- 4:33Speaker 3: maybe that made me feel better, just kidding.
- 4:35Speaker 6: They lose to the Patriots this week, are you guys next?
- 4:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that's gonna be a tough game.
- 4:40Speaker 6: We got to bet something, right dude.
- 4:42Speaker 3: You now lost to the it's freaking Cardinals, so you
- 4:45Speaker 3: can lose anybody.
- 4:46Speaker 5: I know, I know, but but I mean our offensive
- 4:48Speaker 5: line was beat up. We had three missing o linemen.
- 4:52Speaker 5: I mean obviously digs out, so they bullied that corner.
- 4:55Speaker 2: For sure. It's okay. We just gotta figure that it's
- 4:57Speaker 2: being out forever. Sucks.
- 4:58Speaker 5: It does, it does us, and we've got to figure out.
- 5:01Speaker 5: The Cowboys have to figure out how to score in
- 5:02Speaker 5: the red zone. Dicks, we got to figure it out.
- 5:04Speaker 3: It's been four days because we were in Vegas and
- 5:06Speaker 3: we have it's a Tuesday when the show comes out.
- 5:08Speaker 3: The Dick's thing sucks for you, guys. I felt really
- 5:10Speaker 3: bad for you.
- 5:11Speaker 5: We were flying, we were in the air, and I think,
- 5:15Speaker 5: did you find out?
- 5:15Speaker 2: As soon as we landed?
- 5:17Speaker 5: And then he texted me the picture because we didn't
- 5:18Speaker 5: sit together, the picture of what of the schefter's report.
- 5:22Speaker 6: Like the breaking news breaking flying.
- 5:24Speaker 3: There we're find in Vegas. Yeah, I saw it, and
- 5:27Speaker 3: it just sucks.
- 5:30Speaker 2: He's so good, you know, the Cowboys always have something
- 5:34Speaker 2: go wrong. I mean it's everyone, every team. Yeah, but
- 5:38Speaker 2: he's superstar. He is. We definitely needed him for sure.
- 5:41Speaker 2: He's superstar.
- 5:42Speaker 3: And then let's see what were the other big notes
- 5:45Speaker 3: NFL before we get into Jacob Pester in just a second.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Obviously Chubb didn't play.
- 5:50Speaker 5: But they're saying that it's not a season ending. Well, no,
- 5:53Speaker 5: career now career ending. I mean yeah, I mean yeah.
- 5:56Speaker 2: I says he's an hot dropped on him.
- 5:59Speaker 3: No career, My god, I gotta go back. Biggest surprise
- 6:02Speaker 3: NFL wise, except for the Cowboys and Cardinals seventy seventy
- 6:06Speaker 3: to whatever. They're Broncos, the Broncos. Who cares seventy freaking points.
- 6:10Speaker 3: That's why old Kevin.
- 6:13Speaker 6: For me to be the Texans smoking the Jags in Jacksonville.
- 6:16Speaker 3: That was gonna be mine too. That was Eddie and
- 6:19Speaker 3: I's team in the eliminator. That was so they're done
- 6:22Speaker 3: in the eliminator. I still have two teams left because
- 6:25Speaker 3: I took balt I bought six teams. I don't want
- 6:27Speaker 3: to mention it because it's confusing, but I have I
- 6:29Speaker 3: took Baltimore and Kansas City as my two other ones,
- 6:32Speaker 3: so I have two left. But I think it wiped
- 6:36Speaker 3: out most of the league with the Cowboys losing, the
- 6:38Speaker 3: Jags losing. Yeah, who else lost? It was an underdog
- 6:43Speaker 3: or it was that. Those are two big ones.
- 6:45Speaker 6: Those are Oh, the Colts speating the Ravens. Yeah, that's
- 6:48Speaker 6: a big one.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Wait Baltimore, Yeah, Rayvens lost hold on in overtime. I'm
- 6:52Speaker 2: you're right. So I thought you had another team that
- 6:54Speaker 2: you were talking. Maybe I did. Maybe I'm I'm mixed
- 6:56Speaker 2: up here. Oh no, what if I only have I
- 6:59Speaker 2: didn't look in the week. It was a week. It
- 7:01Speaker 2: was a weird week. Yeah, you just the NFL in
- 7:05Speaker 2: most weeks you do.
- 7:06Speaker 3: But I'll reach you and he have my betting stats
- 7:08Speaker 3: for the week, and Kevin does all my analytics.
- 7:11Speaker 2: I give him my phone. I got a job. Well.
- 7:14Speaker 3: I also wanted to be like transparent that I'm not
- 7:17Speaker 3: lying right, No, And I appreciate it eventually if I
- 7:19Speaker 3: want to.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Do one and that's fine.
- 7:20Speaker 3: People to know that Kevin gets on my phone and
- 7:23Speaker 3: goes through it and then sends me all the information.
- 7:26Speaker 3: But what I'm gonna do first, though, is just smiles accountant.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Yes, checking those smiles. One smile thing. Oh that's a frown.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Oh well, no, there were there were a lot of frowns,
- 7:37Speaker 2: a lot of frowns there. I picked Seattle on Kansas
- 7:39Speaker 2: City with my winners.
- 7:40Speaker 6: Okay, so Seattle good.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I lost Baltimore, Jacksonville, Jacksonville, EDDI.
- 7:45Speaker 5: And I Jacksonville remind me too.
- 7:48Speaker 3: I want to talk about my almost Oh my god,
- 7:51Speaker 3: I gotta talk about that, do it now?
- 7:54Speaker 2: I mean, Kevin, that show that showed to you, and.
- 7:56Speaker 6: You didn't show me what you told me about.
- 7:57Speaker 5: So the thing is, like, I knew we were going
- 7:59Speaker 5: to Vegas, and so almost anytime we travel, I'm like, oh,
- 8:03Speaker 5: I got to put my bets in before we travel
- 8:04Speaker 5: because I never know if I can bet in that
- 8:05Speaker 5: state or not or whatever.
- 8:06Speaker 2: So I put a nine game parlay real quick.
- 8:09Speaker 5: It was the quickest I've ever put a parlay at
- 8:11Speaker 5: the airport here in Nashville for college football. Nine games.
- 8:15Speaker 5: Boom hit him. Bet'm bet, I'm bet, I'm ben, I'm
- 8:17Speaker 5: benam Boom. Let's go see what happens Saturday comes around.
- 8:20Speaker 2: How much do you put on there?
- 8:21Speaker 5: I put two dollars and ninety four cents to win
- 8:25Speaker 5: a thousand and like fifty or something.
- 8:28Speaker 3: And so out in the nine games, how many games
- 8:30Speaker 3: do you think you probably hit?
- 8:32Speaker 2: Oh? I know what I hit.
- 8:33Speaker 5: I hit eight out of the nine games, and the
- 8:37Speaker 5: one I missed was Colorado plus twenty one.
- 8:40Speaker 3: And it was crazy because it was the first game.
- 8:43Speaker 3: It was the first game of the day, so so
- 8:45Speaker 3: it kind of kills it.
- 8:46Speaker 2: So it kind of killed the whole thing.
- 8:47Speaker 5: But I went back and I was like, I wonder
- 8:49Speaker 5: if I hit those last three games because I stopped
- 8:51Speaker 5: watching in the night games.
- 8:52Speaker 2: I go back.
- 8:52Speaker 5: Sure enough, I hit Texas, I hit Penn State, and
- 8:55Speaker 5: I hit what was the last one, Miami.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Maybe it just hits you like you're just get more
- 9:00Speaker 3: frustrated instead of excited. If it had been the last
- 9:03Speaker 3: game of the day that had been awesome, you have
- 9:04Speaker 3: to you have to decide if you're going to settle
- 9:06Speaker 3: up or there's.
- 9:07Speaker 2: No cash out, right. So that was brutal Man's that sucks.
- 9:11Speaker 2: At least it was the first one. I don't I
- 9:13Speaker 2: mean that better or worse? Better?
- 9:15Speaker 3: Yeah, because you don't get it all day worried about it.
- 9:17Speaker 3: You just happen to look back at it and go,
- 9:19Speaker 3: oh man, not okay, okay, one more okay.
- 9:24Speaker 2: That feeling's crazy though, when it's the last one or
- 9:26Speaker 2: the last two games, you're like, oh my gosh, I
- 9:27Speaker 2: have a chance at one thousand dollars. Okay. Here are
- 9:30Speaker 2: my betting stats this weekend. NC DOUBLEA.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Total wagered one thousand, five hundred and sixty one dollars
- 9:40Speaker 3: paid one thousand, three hundred and eighty five dollars total
- 9:45Speaker 3: negative one seventy six. My Arkansas bet saved my butt
- 9:49Speaker 3: or I lost it all at a bad week at
- 9:51Speaker 3: a bad week college NFL wagered one thousand, three hundred
- 9:55Speaker 3: and seventy five dollars.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Crazy, dude, No.
- 10:00Speaker 6: That's my favorite part about the auditing. Yeah, I'm like, wow, oh, okay.
- 10:04Speaker 2: I'll do mine after yours wager four dollars paid plus
- 10:12Speaker 2: one eighty three.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Okay, so I was plus eighty three NFL minus won
- 10:16Speaker 3: seventy six in c double a ten bucks, seven bucks
- 10:20Speaker 3: for the weekend at a boy, I'm not a loss
- 10:22Speaker 3: plus seven dollars now. Season total wagered eight thousand, four
- 10:28Speaker 3: hundred and seventy four dollars unbelievable weeks.
- 10:35Speaker 2: I can give you that number. That's wrong with you?
- 10:42Speaker 2: What's wrong with you? That's crazy, dude. Would I'd get divorced?
- 10:46Speaker 2: I would have got divorced five times. Might spend that
- 10:49Speaker 2: kind of money?
- 10:51Speaker 3: So season total sixty five combined bets wagered eight thousand,
- 10:55Speaker 3: four hundred and seventy four dollars. Winnings plus four to
- 10:58Speaker 3: forty five.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Okay, looking up.
- 11:02Speaker 3: If you want to know, because I had Kevin break
- 11:04Speaker 3: it down even more because usually I feel so confident
- 11:06Speaker 3: in college and just NFL is like just throwing those
- 11:09Speaker 3: darts at those balloons at the fair and you're like,
- 11:11Speaker 3: I don't know, is it going to hit one? Maybe NCAA.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Over the year so far, I'm down five to eighty
- 11:16Speaker 3: one NFL. I'm up one thy thirty nine. Wow, but
- 11:20Speaker 3: I'm up four hundred and forty five dollars on the
- 11:22Speaker 3: season total wagered eight thousand, four or seventy four dollars
- 11:25Speaker 3: sixty five combined bets.
- 11:27Speaker 6: So many bets.
- 11:31Speaker 2: That's crazy, dude, That's that's pretty cool.
- 11:33Speaker 5: You have Kevin doing that, Like it's cool because I
- 11:35Speaker 5: don't think a lot of people know that. Like I
- 11:37Speaker 5: go down my list of like bets, I probably placed
- 11:39Speaker 5: that many bets. It's like way less money, but it's
- 11:42Speaker 5: all relative, sure, but yeah, like mine's probably placed five
- 11:46Speaker 5: hundred bets this weekend.
- 11:47Speaker 3: I just am only doing it for transparency reasons because
- 11:51Speaker 3: I hate when people are like bet this, bet that,
- 11:53Speaker 3: bet that, and then either they don't bet it or
- 11:56Speaker 3: they only talk about their their win. I mean, I
- 11:58Speaker 3: can show you all my losses and it, but that's boring.
- 12:00Speaker 3: But I just want to kind of tell you where
- 12:01Speaker 3: I sit. I like it, so, yeah, all right. Twenty
- 12:05Speaker 3: five Whistles presented by Draft Kings Sports Book, an official
- 12:07Speaker 3: sports betting partner of the NFL. Download the DraftKings app
- 12:10Speaker 3: used the code Bobby sports to get in on the action.
- 12:13Speaker 3: For example, we did not win our parlay this last week.
- 12:15Speaker 2: No, we didn't. Western Kentucky. We hit that because they
- 12:19Speaker 2: lost by three. Did they go over time? I don't
- 12:23Speaker 2: think so.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Oklahoma I bet that one by itself too, that lost
- 12:28Speaker 3: by half point. I mean they won the game twenty
- 12:30Speaker 3: to six through fourteen and a half. Yeah, I film
- 12:33Speaker 3: my freaking remote to the TV. And then Florida minus
- 12:36Speaker 3: twenty eight versus Charlotte who didn'tve not had a football team,
- 12:38Speaker 3: and they didn't beat on that bad twenty two to seven.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Oh man, Yeah, so it wasn't It wasn't our best work.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I like to apologize. That's okay.
- 12:45Speaker 6: I mean that Oklahoma was so close the Florida ones.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Come on, ye, I felt pretty good. I didn't pinky
- 12:51Speaker 2: promise that one. I felt pretty good about that one.
- 12:52Speaker 3: If you want to take the twenty five whistles parlay,
- 12:54Speaker 3: because I'm feel good about next week, I'm already got out,
- 12:56Speaker 3: already got a line up. Yeah, feeling pretty good. You

- 13:28Speaker 3: Jacob Hester, Jacob, Hey, what's going on? Hey man, it's
- 13:31Speaker 3: tough to talk to somebody. I'm gona be honest with you.
- 13:32Speaker 3: I'm just gonna be honest with you. Like been a fan,
- 13:36Speaker 3: well sort of but mostly when you're a pro. But
- 13:39Speaker 3: it's a tough talk to LSU guy after this weekend. Man, Hey,
- 13:42Speaker 3: I didn't even wear ls show. Wore North Dakota State
- 13:45Speaker 3: just for you.
- 13:45Speaker 7: I didn't want to rub it in so like I
- 13:47Speaker 7: wore a North Dakota State sweatshirt just so I didn't
- 13:50Speaker 7: rub it in.
- 13:50Speaker 2: I appreciate it, and you know what you could. Let's
- 13:53Speaker 2: just we're here, let's just talk about it for a second.
- 13:55Speaker 2: That's a great game. Not gonna lie about it.
- 13:57Speaker 3: I don't know why we didn't let you guys score
- 13:59Speaker 3: at the end of the game and take a shot
- 14:00Speaker 3: at it at the end.
- 14:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:02Speaker 2: What do you think about this year's LSU program.
- 14:04Speaker 7: I don't know, Just like I don't know about any
- 14:06Speaker 7: of college football. I'm not sure exactly what's going on.
- 14:10Speaker 7: You have the Mississippi State like from two weeks ago,
- 14:12Speaker 7: you're like, Okay, they're back in it, and then you
- 14:14Speaker 7: have this week where they're at home and they let
- 14:16Speaker 7: Arkansas in the game time and time again.
- 14:18Speaker 3: So yeah, you guys are going through Obviously, you had
- 14:23Speaker 3: a new coach. He's his second years this year, and
- 14:25Speaker 3: when you guys lost to Florida State last year at
- 14:27Speaker 3: the beginning of the year and everybody's melting down a
- 14:30Speaker 3: little bit, like.
- 14:31Speaker 2: This sucks is over.
- 14:33Speaker 3: You felt that switch halfway through the year with LSU,
- 14:35Speaker 3: where now it's like we're a national championship team, and
- 14:37Speaker 3: so do you feel like this is a year next year, Like,
- 14:41Speaker 3: how long does it take to build a program down there?
- 14:43Speaker 3: Do you guys feel like it needs to be one
- 14:45Speaker 3: or two years immediate now because you are a power
- 14:47Speaker 3: in the SEC.
- 14:47Speaker 7: Yeah, it has to be immediate at a place like LSU.
- 14:50Speaker 7: I mean, when you look at the last three head coaches,
- 14:52Speaker 7: they've all won national championships and whatever. Nick Saban unlocked
- 14:55Speaker 7: in the early two thousands, and now it's like, okay,
- 14:58Speaker 7: you see what it can be. LSU has had some
- 15:01Speaker 7: ups and downs, but since the early two thousands, they've
- 15:03Speaker 7: been one of the standards of college football, second most
- 15:06Speaker 7: national championships to Alabama, and so like, you don't have
- 15:10Speaker 7: a grace period as the LSU had football coach, and
- 15:14Speaker 7: Brian Kelly certainly overachieved a year ago taking over the
- 15:17Speaker 7: roster that he did, but then all he did and
- 15:19Speaker 7: you know, this was heighten the expectation and so now
- 15:22Speaker 7: like just getting to Atlanta and the SEC championship game
- 15:25Speaker 7: is like the bare minimum, it feels like because you've
- 15:29Speaker 7: had so many coaches win national championships and so that's
- 15:31Speaker 7: why the expectation I think was so high this year
- 15:34Speaker 7: for LSU. It's because okay, well that was nice what
- 15:36Speaker 7: you did a year ago, but now I need you
- 15:39Speaker 7: to be back into the championship conversation.
- 15:41Speaker 3: My last question about LSU but having Brian Kelly as
- 15:43Speaker 3: your coach because we had Bobby Petrino for a while,
- 15:45Speaker 3: and Bobby Petrino he won games, but he was not
- 15:47Speaker 3: a very likable person. And I mean he didn't try
- 15:49Speaker 3: to convince you to like him. He just was going
- 15:51Speaker 3: to go out and win games.
- 15:52Speaker 2: I feel like Brian Kelly is a bit the same
- 15:54Speaker 2: where if you don't have him on your team, you
- 15:56Speaker 2: don't really like him. He didn't seem like a super
- 15:58Speaker 2: likable guy.
- 15:59Speaker 3: From tenthous feet up in the air, how do you
- 16:02Speaker 3: feel about Brian Kelly?
- 16:03Speaker 2: You have you spent any time with him as a dude?
- 16:05Speaker 7: Has there ever been like a Notre Dame coach that
- 16:08Speaker 7: anybody's liked that wasn't a Notre Dame fan, you know
- 16:11Speaker 7: what I mean? And so like, Brian Kelly's the Notre
- 16:13Speaker 7: Dame coach for a long time, the winningest coach in
- 16:15Speaker 7: that program's history. And I'll be honest with you, like
- 16:18Speaker 7: I just thought I wouldn't like him because nobody likes
- 16:21Speaker 7: the Notre Dame coach now Marcus Freeman's probably changed some
- 16:24Speaker 7: of that, but getting to know him and I have
- 16:25Speaker 7: had a chance to spend some time with him, and
- 16:28Speaker 7: I think you're getting a different version of what I
- 16:30Speaker 7: thought he was at Notre Dame. And I do think
- 16:33Speaker 7: he's the right guy to lead Lshuess program. I mean
- 16:35Speaker 7: his track record and then Lashoes track record, like we
- 16:38Speaker 7: just talked about, they feel like they're the perfect duo
- 16:40Speaker 7: of the perfect marriage. And make no mistake about it,
- 16:43Speaker 7: you are married together. I mean with his contract and
- 16:46Speaker 7: some of the numbers of his contract, you're going to
- 16:48Speaker 7: be together for like nine more years at minimum, and
- 16:51Speaker 7: so like it has to work. It's one of those
- 16:53Speaker 7: situations and it's going in the right direction. But again
- 16:56Speaker 7: it's like, Okay, every time you get excited about the team,
- 17:00Speaker 7: then you had a performance like you had on Saturday,
- 17:02Speaker 7: and look, you're always going to take a win. And Bobby,
- 17:04Speaker 7: you know, the LSU Arkansas series, just like I do,
- 17:07Speaker 7: records be damned, like it doesn't really matter. I know
- 17:10Speaker 7: for me, like the year we won a national championship,
- 17:12Speaker 7: we lost Arkansas in triple overtime. It's just that kind
- 17:15Speaker 7: of series, and so you'll always take a win certainly
- 17:18Speaker 7: in the SEC, but you'd like to see LSU just
- 17:21Speaker 7: continue to rise and not rise and install and then
- 17:24Speaker 7: rise again.
- 17:25Speaker 3: We talked about and you mentioned unfair or fair expectations.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Now let's move that over to Colorado. As we saw
- 17:31Speaker 3: them get real, I mean boat raced by Oregon this week.
- 17:34Speaker 3: I think we all thought they would lose their best
- 17:37Speaker 3: players not playing Oregon's also just really freaking.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Good, I mean a little bit. All that success early
- 17:44Speaker 2: has created a whole new group of haters for Dion Sanders, Like,
- 17:48Speaker 2: what's a success for Colorado this year?
- 17:50Speaker 7: I think getting to a Bowl game would be a
- 17:52Speaker 7: massive success. I mean, Bobby, they were a team that
- 17:54Speaker 7: won a singular game a year ago. They were bad,
- 17:57Speaker 7: I mean, they were epically bad. And then you and
- 18:00Speaker 7: you win a game against the TCU, and then you
- 18:02Speaker 7: beat in Nebraska, and then you beat a rival.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Like.
- 18:05Speaker 7: They've got three wins, right, it's triple what they had
- 18:08Speaker 7: just a year ago. And if they get to a
- 18:11Speaker 7: seven and five record, that has to be a massive
- 18:13Speaker 7: success considering everything that you did on this roster, which
- 18:17Speaker 7: is basically a brand new team, and then where they
- 18:19Speaker 7: were a year ago. The buy in is there, Like
- 18:22Speaker 7: the cheapest ticket to get into the Colorado State game
- 18:24Speaker 7: was like four hundred and seventeen bucks to get into
- 18:27Speaker 7: a PAC twelve versus Mountain West game. Right, So the
- 18:30Speaker 7: buzz is there. We saw game Day. They've got every star,
- 18:33Speaker 7: They've got Lil Wayne, They've got the Rock. The Rock
- 18:35Speaker 7: played for Miami. Why are you at Colorado? Doesn't matter?
- 18:38Speaker 7: He's there, right, And so they're doing a lot of
- 18:41Speaker 7: good things for that program right now. And I think
- 18:44Speaker 7: that the expectation got blown out of the water because
- 18:47Speaker 7: of where they started, how they started going against a
- 18:49Speaker 7: team in TCU that played for a national championship. But
- 18:52Speaker 7: you have to be a realistic viewer, and I think
- 18:55Speaker 7: realistically they have a chance to make a Bowl game,
- 18:57Speaker 7: which is a really nice season considering where you or
- 19:00Speaker 7: a year ago.
- 19:00Speaker 2: And I would say the same thing.
- 19:02Speaker 3: But I think now, if they don't win nine or
- 19:05Speaker 3: ten games, you're gonna have a lot of uneducated people
- 19:07Speaker 3: hating very loudly, going I told you so, but you
- 19:11Speaker 3: told us what.
- 19:12Speaker 2: You just don't like Deon Sanders.
- 19:14Speaker 3: I mean that's how I feel that that expectation has
- 19:17Speaker 3: been so unfairly said over there.
- 19:18Speaker 7: That makes no sense to me, like, why do you
- 19:20Speaker 7: not like somebody because they're doing it differently?
- 19:23Speaker 4: Like that just does not make sense to me.
- 19:25Speaker 7: Like, he has got a way that he wants to
- 19:26Speaker 7: build this program and you had to hit reset. When
- 19:30Speaker 7: you watch that team a year ago, they were never
- 19:33Speaker 7: going to be competitive and it's a harsh reality. But
- 19:35Speaker 7: he had to go in there hit reset. He brought
- 19:37Speaker 7: in better players. They're only going to continue now if
- 19:39Speaker 7: he stays there for three or four years. I think
- 19:41Speaker 7: they really truly can build something there. But that's the
- 19:44Speaker 7: way that he had to do it in his eyes.
- 19:46Speaker 7: It's like when you look at that and then you
- 19:48Speaker 7: look at like Saya Dabosweeney at Clemson, Well he doesn't
- 19:51Speaker 7: take players through the transfer portal.
- 19:53Speaker 4: He doesn't like nil. Well, how's that working out for them?
- 19:56Speaker 4: Right now?
- 19:56Speaker 7: Clemson is two and two and Clemson is one of
- 19:58Speaker 7: the pillars of college football over the last decade? Are
- 20:01Speaker 7: they being left behind right now? Feels like they're at
- 20:03Speaker 7: the train station. The train's moving and they're staying right
- 20:06Speaker 7: there on the platform and everybody else is kind of
- 20:09Speaker 7: on that ride going to the future of college football.
- 20:12Speaker 7: And so like there's a couple of different ways you
- 20:14Speaker 7: can do it, but don't hate on someone, hate on
- 20:16Speaker 7: a coach, hate on a team because they're doing it
- 20:19Speaker 7: differently than you've seen it done before.
- 20:21Speaker 4: College football is changing. I mean we're on a path
- 20:23Speaker 4: like we've never seen before.
- 20:25Speaker 7: Twenty twenty four is going to be completely different than
- 20:28Speaker 7: anything we've ever seen in college football.
- 20:30Speaker 4: So yes, you have to do a different way.
- 20:32Speaker 7: Don't hate on somebody because they're not doing it the
- 20:34Speaker 7: way you like it or the way it's been done before.
- 20:36Speaker 3: You're talking about the relationship that you have with a
- 20:39Speaker 3: head coach for X amount of years when you pay
- 20:41Speaker 3: them a bunch of money.
- 20:42Speaker 2: I think about Jimbo Fisher and I think, I mean.
- 20:44Speaker 3: That Miami game that Miami A and M game was not,
- 20:47Speaker 3: but A and M just always seems to let A
- 20:50Speaker 3: and M fans down, I feel. But Jimbo Fisher, when
- 20:53Speaker 3: is it going to get to the point where they
- 20:54Speaker 3: feel like they can actually buy that contract out? And
- 20:57Speaker 3: is that a school Like if you were Dion Sanders
- 21:00Speaker 3: would just love to go to Texas A and.
- 21:01Speaker 7: M right, I mean, doesn't Dionne in the SEC like
- 21:04Speaker 7: the place like Florida A and M just feeling incredibly
- 21:07Speaker 7: scary to the rest of the SEC fan bases.
- 21:10Speaker 4: And look, I love Jimbo Fisher.
- 21:11Speaker 7: Jimbo Fisher was my offensive coordinator for three years at LSU.
- 21:14Speaker 7: Like I'm able to sit here and do shows like
- 21:16Speaker 7: this because Jimbo Fisher trusted me to play running back,
- 21:19Speaker 7: and so it does pay me to see them continue
- 21:21Speaker 7: to have games like they had against Miami. But Bobby,
- 21:24Speaker 7: the wild thing is, I cannot tell you. If my
- 21:26Speaker 7: life depended on why can A and m not be successful?
- 21:29Speaker 7: I could not give you an answer. I'd be six
- 21:31Speaker 7: feet under and I'd be having dirt thrown on top
- 21:33Speaker 7: of me because I don't know why they're not good.
- 21:36Speaker 7: They haven't won a national championship since nineteen thirty nine.
- 21:39Speaker 7: Elvis Presley was in diapers the last time they won
- 21:42Speaker 7: a national championship. They haven't won a conference championship since
- 21:46Speaker 7: nineteen ninety eight. They've only won one, I believe in
- 21:50Speaker 7: that ninety eight since ninety four, like one conference championship
- 21:54Speaker 7: since nineteen ninety four. Look, oil's not new, and they've
- 21:57Speaker 7: got all the oil money, they have, all the resource,
- 22:00Speaker 7: they have, all the buy in, the desire, the stadium,
- 22:02Speaker 7: the state of Texas, to recruit to the big national
- 22:05Speaker 7: championship winning coach. But I cannot tell you why they
- 22:08Speaker 7: can't be successful. It blows my mind. They have everything
- 22:12Speaker 7: that you possibly need to be great and one national
- 22:16Speaker 7: championship since nineteen thirty nine, one conference championship in a
- 22:20Speaker 7: couple of decades. That to me, it just doesn't make sense.
- 22:23Speaker 7: And I do not have an answer for you.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Well, and also, you know he's won a national championship
- 22:27Speaker 3: at a what we will say, lesser school, but at
- 22:28Speaker 3: a well we'll say a conference that isn't as difficult
- 22:32Speaker 3: with it.
- 22:33Speaker 4: Way more resources at A and M yes than Florida State.
- 22:35Speaker 2: With you said that, go, I just I don't want
- 22:37Speaker 2: to get beat dev so I'll let you say that.
- 22:38Speaker 3: So, well, what's happening here with the dynamic with Patrino
- 22:41Speaker 3: as the offensive coordinator but Jimbo Fisher as the head coach,
- 22:44Speaker 3: And you know, Jimbo is saying I'm gonna call the
- 22:46Speaker 3: plays but Patrino like that's his strength, Like what what
- 22:49Speaker 3: do you think is the dynamic over there?
- 22:50Speaker 7: So far?
- 22:51Speaker 4: So so far, it's it's been okay.
- 22:54Speaker 7: And I know in the off season we were kind
- 22:56Speaker 7: of wanting and a lot of people were hoping we'd
- 22:58Speaker 7: see an MMA fight breakout on the sideline between those
- 23:01Speaker 7: two huge personalities. But the offense has actually been really good.
- 23:05Speaker 7: The game they lost against Miami, that was because the
- 23:08Speaker 7: defense didn't show up there. I mean, you just watched
- 23:10Speaker 7: this last game against Auburn. Like Texas A and M
- 23:12Speaker 7: is moving the ball, they're scoring points. They're actually catching
- 23:15Speaker 7: up to today's offenses in college football, and so so
- 23:19Speaker 7: far that's actually worked out pretty well. The question I
- 23:21Speaker 7: had was Bobby Petrino in Missouri State, they were like
- 23:24Speaker 7: fifty fifth I think in total offense at the FCS level.
- 23:28Speaker 7: I didn't really know if his schemes were going to
- 23:30Speaker 7: work in today's college football. But whatever they've done to
- 23:32Speaker 7: blend it together, that part of it has actually worked.
- 23:36Speaker 7: And so we'll see if Texas A and M. They've
- 23:38Speaker 7: got really the thick of their SEC schedule coming up,
- 23:41Speaker 7: they got to play Alabama, they got to play Tennessee
- 23:43Speaker 7: South Carolina. We'll find out more about the Aggies. But
- 23:46Speaker 7: again they've already got that loss. They've still got Alabama,
- 23:48Speaker 7: they've still got Tennessee LSU still left on their schedule,
- 23:52Speaker 7: Old miss and so I don't know why they can't
- 23:55Speaker 7: put it all together. It feels like at least once
- 23:57Speaker 7: they would, but it hasn't happened yet.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Insulted in my face. They play Arkansas next week and
- 24:02Speaker 3: he never once mention them. You know, so I'll just
- 24:04Speaker 3: accept the insult. Yeah, you got us twice, You got
- 24:06Speaker 3: me twice in like three days. Jacob Alabama. They play
- 24:10Speaker 3: a Southern Florida and it doesn't look great. They play
- 24:14Speaker 3: a good Old they win, by the way, but they
- 24:15Speaker 3: play a good Old Miss tam team and it looks
- 24:17Speaker 3: pretty good. What is your take on Alabama where they
- 24:20Speaker 3: are in twenty twenty three.
- 24:22Speaker 7: I think Alabama is good with a chance to be great,
- 24:25Speaker 7: but not be elite. I think when you look at
- 24:28Speaker 7: who they have, they've got some players up front. Defensive
- 24:31Speaker 7: line is really really good. Offensive line big question marks.
- 24:36Speaker 7: Playmakers on the outside. As far as receivers, big question marks.
- 24:39Speaker 7: They're still figuring out who the quarterback is. Jaylen Milroe
- 24:42Speaker 7: had nice moments against Old Miss, but he also had
- 24:44Speaker 7: a moment where he goes an interception in a coverage
- 24:47Speaker 7: that you can just not throw that football like that
- 24:49Speaker 7: is a scheme in which he should know he's played
- 24:52Speaker 7: enough football to know that, and so still inconsistency at
- 24:55Speaker 7: the quarterback position, and Alabama's gonna win their games. But
- 24:58Speaker 7: I do not think this is a championship Alabama team.
- 25:01Speaker 7: And I know every time we say that, they prove
- 25:03Speaker 7: us wrong. I mean, you can even go back to
- 25:05Speaker 7: the stats. The last time Nick Saban had a double
- 25:08Speaker 7: digit home loss was two thousand and three while he
- 25:10Speaker 7: was a head coach at LSU. Well, they went and
- 25:12Speaker 7: won a national title that year at LSU. Last time
- 25:15Speaker 7: they weren't ranking the top ten in the AP twenty fifteen,
- 25:18Speaker 7: they went and won a national championship that year. So
- 25:20Speaker 7: they've proven us wrong time and time again. But Bobby,
- 25:23Speaker 7: this roster doesn't look like a national championship roster. I
- 25:27Speaker 7: think again, they can win ten games, they can go
- 25:29Speaker 7: to a New Year six Bowl game, but they still
- 25:31Speaker 7: have games on their schedule that they've got to go
- 25:33Speaker 7: out there and it's going to be similar talent and
- 25:36Speaker 7: can they make the place to win When you look
- 25:38Speaker 7: at some of the quarterback matchups down the road, like
- 25:41Speaker 7: when they play LSU. LSU Jayden Daniels had a really
- 25:43Speaker 7: good game in that matchup a year ago. Is your
- 25:46Speaker 7: quarterback going to be able to make the plays to
- 25:48Speaker 7: win a game like that. So it's not it feels
- 25:50Speaker 7: disrespectful because Alabama is the standard of college football. But
- 25:54Speaker 7: right now they can be a good team, possibly great,
- 25:57Speaker 7: but I do not see an elite roster right now.
- 26:00Speaker 3: How do you feel physically after playing, obviously at the
- 26:03Speaker 3: highest level in college one national championship, played in the NFL
- 26:06Speaker 3: for those years, do you have nagging injuries or because
- 26:09Speaker 3: you probably still could have played when you quit, right
- 26:12Speaker 3: or did you get out because you didn't want to
- 26:13Speaker 3: have that happen in your whole life?
- 26:14Speaker 7: Well, yeah, it's a great question. And so I was
- 26:17Speaker 7: six years in the NFL playing the fullback position, and
- 26:20Speaker 7: I played running back at LSU. But hey, you get
- 26:22Speaker 7: drafted to the NFL, you do exactly what they want
- 26:24Speaker 7: you to do, so you can have a career there.
- 26:26Speaker 7: And it was something there was a lot of collisions,
- 26:29Speaker 7: and so, yeah, you deal with some stuff and some
- 26:31Speaker 7: of it's unfortunate. And I was actually so I was
- 26:35Speaker 7: going into year number seven. I just finished up. I
- 26:38Speaker 7: had four and a half years in San Diego, a
- 26:40Speaker 7: year and a half with Denver, and then the hometown
- 26:42Speaker 7: Saints call and I grew up a huge Saints fan.
- 26:45Speaker 7: Bobby Abert shout out to the Cajun Cannon, and I
- 26:48Speaker 7: was like, Okay, if there's any team I'm going to
- 26:50Speaker 7: try to keep playing, it's going to be the Saints.
- 26:52Speaker 7: But I had this moment and I moved my family.
- 26:55Speaker 7: So I now have five kids, but I had three
- 26:57Speaker 7: at the time, and we're moving across the country, moving
- 27:00Speaker 7: from California to Colorado back to Louisiana. And then you
- 27:03Speaker 7: get this call to go play for the New Orleans Saints.
- 27:05Speaker 7: And I had this moment, Bobby, it's hard to when
- 27:08Speaker 7: they called me to give me the contract to go
- 27:11Speaker 7: to training camp, I had this feeling in my gut
- 27:13Speaker 7: that was not a good feeling. It wasn't like an
- 27:15Speaker 7: excited feeling. It was like, hey, Bud, you were done.
- 27:18Speaker 7: And if you're not fully into the NFL, if you're
- 27:20Speaker 7: not one hundred percent in, you don't need to be
- 27:22Speaker 7: out there because you're not going to farewell. And so
- 27:25Speaker 7: I had that moment of hey, go ahead, and I
- 27:27Speaker 7: already had some media things lined up. It's like, this
- 27:31Speaker 7: is time to start your next career. And so, yeah,
- 27:33Speaker 7: I deal with stuff every single day as far as injuries.
- 27:36Speaker 7: But I think I got out at the right time
- 27:37Speaker 7: because if I'd have played one more year, I really don't.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Know where my body would have been.
- 27:41Speaker 7: And again, I didn't want to move my family yet
- 27:43Speaker 7: again for a third time in three years.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Last question I have for you here, but whenever you
- 27:48Speaker 3: stop playing football and you've been celebrated for that your
- 27:51Speaker 3: entire life youth to NFL, like, did you have a
- 27:55Speaker 3: brief period where you're like, I don't even know who
- 27:57Speaker 3: I am right now because I've only done this one thing.
- 28:00Speaker 7: Absolutely and again, like I already knew that I wanted
- 28:04Speaker 7: to get into sports media. I had done some radio
- 28:06Speaker 7: while I was playing in San Diego, and I even.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Kind of had a path to what I wanted to do.
- 28:11Speaker 7: But you do feel lost, And I feel so bad
- 28:13Speaker 7: for my NFL brethren that have no path, they don't
- 28:15Speaker 7: know what they want to do. I mean, it's every
- 28:19Speaker 7: every piece of you has to be fully bought in
- 28:21Speaker 7: to being an NFL player in high school and college,
- 28:24Speaker 7: and certainly once you get to the NFL and it
- 28:27Speaker 7: is your entire life, it consumes you because if it doesn't,
- 28:29Speaker 7: you're not going to make it. And then all of
- 28:31Speaker 7: a sudden one day they tell you, hey, you're done.
- 28:33Speaker 7: You're not gonna be able to play anymore. And you
- 28:35Speaker 7: created this competitive nature that you have, and that's really
- 28:38Speaker 7: the thing that you try to find. Where do I
- 28:40Speaker 7: put this? How am I competitive in everyday life? Because
- 28:43Speaker 7: I've always competed every single day of my life to
- 28:46Speaker 7: keep my job, to be the best at my job.
- 28:48Speaker 4: And I still this to this day.
- 28:49Speaker 7: I've been retired for like eight years, and I want
- 28:52Speaker 7: to be competitive in something. You tried to do it
- 28:54Speaker 7: in your job, and you can to some extent, But
- 28:56Speaker 7: it's like, do I need to go play like co
- 28:58Speaker 7: Ed over thirty soft Farers because I really need to
- 29:01Speaker 7: get this competitive nature out.
- 29:02Speaker 4: That's probably the hardest part is where do I place that?
- 29:06Speaker 7: And again, like you said, I've done this every day
- 29:08Speaker 7: of my life to get ready for this point. It's
- 29:10Speaker 7: all I've really ever done. It's an elite skill set,
- 29:12Speaker 7: But now what do I do? And I wish the
- 29:15Speaker 7: NFLPA It's a whole different conversation, but I wish they
- 29:17Speaker 7: did a little bit more to help players out once
- 29:20Speaker 7: they're done playing.
- 29:21Speaker 3: I'm a big fan of you guys, you and T
- 29:23Speaker 3: Bow both, so let me say this, and we mentioned
- 29:24Speaker 3: before you came on. But you guys host off Campus
- 29:27Speaker 3: on ESPN Radio and Serious XM. You can watch them
- 29:29Speaker 3: seven to ten am Central Time on YouTube one oh
- 29:31Speaker 3: four or five ESPN. But Tibaw doesn't know who I am,
- 29:34Speaker 3: doesn't know I exist, but tell him I say hello, ocay,
- 29:36Speaker 3: I listen to you guys. You guys are awesome. T
- 29:38Speaker 3: Bob's funniest crap as well, and so just you guys
- 29:41Speaker 3: keep at it. I it was just unfortunate it had
- 29:43Speaker 3: to be after the LSU game because I came into
- 29:45Speaker 3: this interview not liking you as much as I usually do.
- 29:47Speaker 2: But it is what it is, and we'll move on
- 29:49Speaker 2: in next week.
- 29:50Speaker 7: Hey Bobby, if it makes you feel better. I threw
- 29:52Speaker 7: all my trash talk to our guy, Justin Moore. He's
- 29:55Speaker 7: the Arkansas guy. They got all of the trash talk,
- 29:57Speaker 7: and so I saved it for him. I didn't give
- 29:59Speaker 7: any t Thank you again. I even wore a different
- 30:01Speaker 7: college what shirt just for you today.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Thank you. Great to talk to you. A big fan,
- 30:05Speaker 2: help see soon, appreciate it you as well. See later.

- 30:56Speaker 2: It is times to play his name.
- 31:04Speaker 3: For those watching right now, we are multi multitasking. I'm
- 31:08Speaker 3: eating lunch, I'm having a makeup put on me because
- 31:11Speaker 3: I'm about to go do an interview with Dolly.
- 31:13Speaker 2: We're doing the sports show.
- 31:15Speaker 3: So if you're watching this on the feed right now,
- 31:19Speaker 3: I apologize all right, entertaining.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Kevin, You're up number one.
- 31:24Speaker 6: Okay. I know that the loss on Saturday to Oregon,
- 31:27Speaker 6: But I was saying about Dean Sanders being a head
- 31:29Speaker 6: coach former player, and if you think of somebody else
- 31:31Speaker 6: I can come in there change a program NFL or college.
- 31:34Speaker 6: Who do you think could do that and what program
- 31:36Speaker 6: would it be with?
- 31:37Speaker 3: I mean, part of the Dion effect is he's so outspoken,
- 31:41Speaker 3: so not everybody has to be as outspoken. But part
- 31:44Speaker 3: of the reason that he's so has always been successful.
- 31:46Speaker 3: One is that he can back it up. It is
- 31:47Speaker 3: obviously one of the best ever, but that he tells
- 31:50Speaker 3: like he's a scene himself. And they're also going to
- 31:55Speaker 3: lose more games, so you know, I don't think there
- 31:58Speaker 3: should be any guilt about them oozing. But I think
- 32:01Speaker 3: Peyton Manning is somebody that would come into like a
- 32:03Speaker 3: Tennessee Oh that'd be cool and just demand so much
- 32:06Speaker 3: respecting people would want to play for him. I mean
- 32:07Speaker 3: that's what Dion does, right, demands respect through his way,
- 32:10Speaker 3: like being one of the greatest of all time and
- 32:12Speaker 3: being like.
- 32:12Speaker 2: A Super Players coach.
- 32:14Speaker 3: But I think Peyton Manning, I don't know if he'd
- 32:15Speaker 3: be a Super Players coach or not, but I think
- 32:16Speaker 3: Peyton Manning would come in and be somebody that people
- 32:19Speaker 3: would listen to you right away. And he's so cerebral
- 32:21Speaker 3: as opposed to someone like a Tom Brady who's a
- 32:24Speaker 3: big winner.
- 32:24Speaker 2: But I don't know that he'd be a good coach
- 32:26Speaker 2: because I don't think. I don't think of Tom Brady
- 32:28Speaker 2: is like an x as an O's guy.
- 32:30Speaker 3: I think a Peyton Manning is. He's an offensive coordinator.
- 32:32Speaker 3: He's his own offensive coordinator. He's like obsessed with film
- 32:35Speaker 3: and tape.
- 32:37Speaker 6: I think, yeah, what if Brady had that. I'm definitely
- 32:41Speaker 6: a friend he got offended.
- 32:43Speaker 2: We don't know that side of Brady though. You know,
- 32:45Speaker 2: like I've never heard him.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Talk football, and I've never heard him talk thank you, Lauren.
- 32:50Speaker 3: I've never heard him talk or people talk about how
- 32:53Speaker 3: obsessed he is with football granularly. It's always he trains,
- 32:59Speaker 3: he already works out, he motivates his guys.
- 33:01Speaker 2: He kisses his son on the lips.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Okay, But Peyton Manning is that guy who is notebook
- 33:07Speaker 3: after notebook obsessed with film because.
- 33:09Speaker 5: We've seen him and his brother like just talk football
- 33:12Speaker 5: and dissect.
- 33:13Speaker 3: It, and we've heard people talk about them in that way,
- 33:16Speaker 3: and you have to be obsessed to be at a highlight.
- 33:18Speaker 3: But I would say Peyton Manning way more than Brady.
- 33:20Speaker 2: What Like, we didn't know Romo was so like knowledgeable.
- 33:23Speaker 5: I mean, I knew he was like a good decent quarterback,
- 33:26Speaker 5: but until he was in the booth, that's when we're like, Wow,
- 33:29Speaker 5: this guy really knows football.
- 33:31Speaker 6: Yeah, Brady will be there next year, so maybe we'll
- 33:33Speaker 6: find out. This is not a Brady defense.
- 33:35Speaker 2: I know.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I'm just saying, God, dang, all right, what else ask
- 33:39Speaker 3: me a question?
- 33:40Speaker 2: Hates my answer? God?
- 33:42Speaker 6: After a low scoring battle in South Bend the other night,
- 33:45Speaker 6: did you leave the Notre Dame Ohio State game thinking
- 33:47Speaker 6: like these are two really good teams or two average
- 33:49Speaker 6: teams just kind of going at it.
- 33:50Speaker 3: I always feel like Notre Dame is an average team
- 33:52Speaker 3: and they always get the benefit of the doubt if
- 33:54Speaker 3: they're playing other average teams that both teams are great
- 33:56Speaker 3: because everybody just wants Notre Dame to be good. But
- 33:59Speaker 3: I and I always feel like Ohio States Alps. I
- 34:02Speaker 3: always fel like they're really good even if they're not.
- 34:05Speaker 3: Give them the benefit of the doubt because they have
- 34:06Speaker 3: been really good over the years. But when I was
- 34:08Speaker 3: watching the game, I thought they were both fine and
- 34:10Speaker 3: sometimes superpowered match Superpower and equals and zero Row. Yeah,
- 34:14Speaker 3: but I didn't feel like this was Iron Man versus
- 34:17Speaker 3: Captain America. I felt like it was more like ant Man,
- 34:21Speaker 3: oh versus who's a flash se.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Yeah, like one of the other b ones, like still good,
- 34:27Speaker 2: you can probably still save a life, blue beetle. Yeah,
- 34:30Speaker 2: but it ain't one of the mains, you know. Yeah,
- 34:34Speaker 2: they're both good teams.
- 34:35Speaker 3: Do I think either one of them will win the
- 34:38Speaker 3: national championships? The show think Ohio State possibly, I don't.
- 34:40Speaker 3: I don't think Notre Dame will, though after watching them
- 34:43Speaker 3: three games so far this year, they're a lot better
- 34:45Speaker 3: than I say they were. I mean, when Brian Kelly
- 34:48Speaker 3: was the coach, they got to the playoff, but generally
- 34:52Speaker 3: they don't. They kind they're like the cowboys, whoa, whoa, WHOA,
- 34:55Speaker 3: what does that mean? All due respect America's team? Okay,
- 34:58Speaker 3: fair enough, all right?
- 34:59Speaker 6: Next going to the NFL after starting zero and three
- 35:02Speaker 6: and taking a seventy to twenty beat down in Miami
- 35:04Speaker 6: on Sunday. Do you think Sean Payton's regretting taking that
- 35:07Speaker 6: job in Denver?
- 35:09Speaker 3: I would have said no last week, and I don't
- 35:12Speaker 3: know if he's regretting it. Maybe he regrets that he
- 35:15Speaker 3: can't forge more of a relationship with his quarterback because
- 35:18Speaker 3: I don't feel like they're on the same page at all,
- 35:20Speaker 3: him and Russell Wilson. I don't feel like again, I
- 35:23Speaker 3: could see Russell Wilson getting benched even being owed all
- 35:27Speaker 3: that money. So I don't know if he regrets it,
- 35:31Speaker 3: but I think he probably regrets saying that the last
- 35:33Speaker 3: coaching job before him was the worst coaching job of
- 35:35Speaker 3: all time.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Yikes hmm.
- 35:38Speaker 3: I think that's probably something he wish he wouldn't have said.
- 35:39Speaker 3: But Shanay's always one a guy who says it.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Right or wrong.
- 35:42Speaker 3: He just says it, and you gotta respect that. That's
- 35:45Speaker 3: seventy to twenty. That was a bad one man, and
- 35:47Speaker 3: that Posty scored eight touchdowns between moster and a chain.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Yeah in fantasy some happy people. I had eight tan
- 35:53Speaker 2: on my bench. That's right. But I'm sure a lot
- 35:57Speaker 2: of people.
- 35:57Speaker 3: Yeah, but I had him on my rosterverybody trying to
- 36:00Speaker 3: pickhim up now, but already I have a Yeah, he
- 36:02Speaker 3: had fifty two points on the bench.
- 36:04Speaker 6: That's rough.
- 36:05Speaker 2: That's rough, all right?
- 36:05Speaker 6: Last one here justin fields, all time low in Chicago.
- 36:09Speaker 6: Do you think he'll make it through the season as
- 36:10Speaker 6: a starter.
- 36:13Speaker 3: I'm so shocked at how bad they are, especially because
- 36:17Speaker 3: they got a lot better midway through the end part
- 36:21Speaker 3: of last year, and they're supposed to be a like
- 36:24Speaker 3: their head coach, Eberfless is a defensive coach. Their defense sucks.
- 36:31Speaker 3: But also justin fields last year, the big breakthrough was
- 36:34Speaker 3: whenever he just started running on purpose, because he would,
- 36:38Speaker 3: they would say, well, he can't stand in the pocket
- 36:39Speaker 3: one two, Then he runs. Finally, they started designing a
- 36:42Speaker 3: lot of run plays for him and that helped them
- 36:46Speaker 3: and they started to win more and we saw the
- 36:48Speaker 3: Bears win some games at the end of last year.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Is this just happening again? Because now he has more
- 36:54Speaker 3: weapons around him too. He's got a number one receiver.
- 36:58Speaker 3: I have to still think that the Bears are gonna
- 37:00Speaker 3: win some games. I don't know how because they look awful, bad,
- 37:05Speaker 3: like they look like the worst team in the NFL.
- 37:08Speaker 3: But I just saw the same team basically last year
- 37:10Speaker 3: win a bunch of games. So I'm still gonna stick
- 37:15Speaker 3: with them and say they're going to be a five
- 37:16Speaker 3: hundred team.
- 37:18Speaker 2: That's tough. It's tough, m hm.
- 37:20Speaker 5: And they're gonna keep Feels as their starter the whole season.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I agree with that.
- 37:24Speaker 3: I mean, if they were to lose with if they're
- 37:28Speaker 3: getting close towards the end, Fields is their starter, they
- 37:31Speaker 3: have a chance the number one, number two pick.
- 37:33Speaker 2: I have no doubt Fields. Well, I have doubt.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Fields probably have some sort of mystery injury or they'll
- 37:38Speaker 3: take them out of something so they can keep losing
- 37:40Speaker 3: and get that pick and then trade Fields.
- 37:42Speaker 6: Game of the Week this week versus Broncos.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Who's watching that one? We all will, I guess I'll entertainment.
- 37:51Speaker 2: We'll watch it. We love any football. But god, Okay,
- 37:55Speaker 2: that's the title tittle, And.
- 38:06Speaker 3: I do want to bring this up before we end
- 38:07Speaker 3: the show. We went to Las Vegas. All four of
- 38:09Speaker 3: us were playing craps together. Mike he make some money boys. Well,
- 38:12Speaker 3: Mike d could have stayed, but he wanted to get
- 38:14Speaker 3: back and have a line.
- 38:15Speaker 2: He was a smart guy. Yeah, he's a smart one.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Our episode with UNLV is up, so you can watch that.
- 38:21Speaker 3: But we had a little chance. Let's make some money.
- 38:23Speaker 2: The boys.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Let's make some money boys. Let's make some money boys.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Let's make some money boys. So we go to the
- 38:31Speaker 1: crafts table and I've been working. We'll meet you guys
- 38:34Speaker 1: at the crash table. And Eddie was not playing but standing.
- 38:37Speaker 1: At first it was a packed table.
- 38:39Speaker 3: And really for me, I just wedged my way in there.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Yeah he did, but I think there were four of us.
- 38:43Speaker 3: So I'm gonna sit out for a little bit. And
- 38:45Speaker 3: Kevin and Reed had never played craps before, so I said, okay,
- 38:49Speaker 3: I want to. This is the fundamental way to play craps.
- 38:51Speaker 3: We're just going to show you the very first thing.
- 38:53Speaker 3: You roll the dice, that's your point. You try to
- 38:55Speaker 3: hit the point. That's how you went. But if you're
- 38:58Speaker 3: all seven or let to win. So we started slell
- 39:01Speaker 3: a lot of butts. Well, the first thing you got
- 39:03Speaker 3: to know, though, is what that point is right right?
- 39:06Speaker 4: Like?
- 39:06Speaker 2: What that so like I too landed. Oh yeah, we
- 39:08Speaker 2: didn't tell you about that. Yeah, that when you lose,
- 39:10Speaker 2: you lose.
- 39:12Speaker 3: So we're playing, and we played I don't know, ten
- 39:17Speaker 3: fifteen minutes, and I felt like you guys were starting
- 39:19Speaker 3: to get the hang of it a little bit, although
- 39:20Speaker 3: also felt like Reid had a little bit to drink,
- 39:22Speaker 3: was just throwing money out.
- 39:23Speaker 2: He did even care if I get lost her lot.
- 39:25Speaker 2: He was just here's money. And so.
- 39:29Speaker 3: We have our chips, and this lady who's never played
- 39:33Speaker 3: Crafts before, gets the dice. She's wearing a Burberry sweatshirt
- 39:37Speaker 3: and she starts to throw, and she threw for forty
- 39:39Speaker 3: one minutes on one roll. And I didn't want to
- 39:42Speaker 3: say it while we were playing, because you never want
- 39:44Speaker 3: to comment on somebody's throwing hot you believe in the jinks,
- 39:48Speaker 3: it's just that, I fully there's no reason to mess
- 39:52Speaker 3: with it, even if I don't believe in it.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Am I gonna screw with it? No? You believe in
- 39:54Speaker 2: it though, Nope, sure don't. But I'm not gonna screw
- 39:56Speaker 2: with it. She threw for forty one minutes, and Eddie
- 39:59Speaker 2: said back, I can never got intil she was done,
- 40:01Speaker 2: Like he let such a hot roll.
- 40:03Speaker 6: Yeah, oh yeah, you were in.
- 40:04Speaker 2: Uh, I missed all of her role.
- 40:06Speaker 3: So Reid and Kevin and myself were doing pretty good
- 40:11Speaker 3: when it's some money and Reid's going, this is the
- 40:13Speaker 3: easiest game ever.
- 40:14Speaker 6: Oh boy, oh my god.
- 40:15Speaker 2: He never played before, but he's like, this is the
- 40:16Speaker 2: easiest game we ever played. How do we not play
- 40:18Speaker 2: this more? All you do is win?
- 40:20Speaker 6: Yes, yea.
- 40:21Speaker 2: And what I wanted to say was that was such
- 40:24Speaker 2: a rare treat to have someone roll that long in
- 40:28Speaker 2: that strong, and it wasn't just her, there were a
- 40:30Speaker 2: few roles. It never left the side of that table
- 40:32Speaker 2: until we left that Guys, if I go to Veggas
- 40:35Speaker 2: ten times, that might happen once. And that was your
- 40:37Speaker 2: intro in.
- 40:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 40:39Speaker 2: And so between Reid going why don't we play more
- 40:44Speaker 2: of this? It's all you do is win. This is
- 40:47Speaker 2: the easiest game ever, then Eddie not getting in until
- 40:50Speaker 2: seventy percent of the winning was done, and Kevin running
- 40:56Speaker 2: fullback for me because I'm trying to play the game. Listen.
- 41:00Speaker 3: I love meeting people listening to the show, but I'm
- 41:02Speaker 3: literally put throwing money out there and some dude, I
- 41:04Speaker 3: don't know if he's drunk or not. It keeps trying
- 41:06Speaker 3: to come around the table and take a picture, like
- 41:08Speaker 3: they don't want picture at the table anyway, Vegas doesn't
- 41:10Speaker 3: want you to take picture at the table.
- 41:11Speaker 2: You can step back. But we're in the middle of this.
- 41:13Speaker 2: One's only for forty minutes.
- 41:14Speaker 3: He's like, hey, I want to get a picture, and
- 41:17Speaker 3: Kevin's blocking for me and blocking for me, and I'm thowing.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I'm and I'm like when the role ends, happy too.
- 41:25Speaker 3: But I didn't say, and she rolled for forty one minutes.
- 41:27Speaker 3: I never took a pictures of that.
- 41:29Speaker 2: I think he left eventually.
- 41:31Speaker 3: But it was a really fun night. We made a
- 41:34Speaker 3: bunch of money and is a good trip.
- 41:39Speaker 2: We made some money. Boys.
- 41:40Speaker 3: I hated the Arkansas loss, butt other than that, Like
- 41:43Speaker 3: read how much did you make on that?
- 41:46Speaker 2: Just that session?
- 41:47Speaker 8: Just that session, I put down two hundred dollars and
- 41:50Speaker 8: I left with like seven forty. So you know, so easy, guys.
- 41:57Speaker 2: That it does seem easy through.
- 41:59Speaker 5: That, you know, we all went our own ways and
- 42:01Speaker 5: we said like, good night, we're going to bed bones
- 42:02Speaker 5: and I went up the elevator.
- 42:03Speaker 2: We're going to bed right these two went back to
- 42:05Speaker 2: the table.
- 42:05Speaker 3: Guys, gambled more. Yeah, okay, let me come back to that. Yes, Eddie,
- 42:08Speaker 3: how much did you make?
- 42:09Speaker 5: I doubled my mom, I put two hundred down. I
- 42:11Speaker 5: think I walked out of there with one hundred and
- 42:13Speaker 5: fifteen and sixty, like thirty fifty ors, So yeah, yeah, totally.
- 42:16Speaker 6: Yeah, Kevin, at that table, I made to eighty.
- 42:19Speaker 2: And what did you start with?
- 42:20Speaker 6: So I started the weekend four hundred, No, not the weekend,
- 42:22Speaker 6: just the table, just one twenty I believe something like that.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Over one twenty and you left with three eighty right,
- 42:29Speaker 2: good good, yahd role Did that save your weekend?
- 42:32Speaker 6: Yes? I went from losing three hundred dollars to breaking even.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Basically, did that save your weekend?
- 42:37Speaker 8: Oh yeah, I ended up being up like three or
- 42:40Speaker 8: four hundred dollars, so not counting your reimbursement.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Kevin told me you'd lost some money, and
- 42:47Speaker 3: so I just gave it.
- 42:48Speaker 6: That's very record time. What this guy lost money? Record time?
- 42:53Speaker 2: I heard us a quick one fifty.
- 42:55Speaker 4: It was a quick one.
- 42:56Speaker 6: I was four minutes, four minutes.
- 42:57Speaker 3: And Redo was grinding working the whole time too, on
- 43:00Speaker 3: the way he was, and I was like, hey, look,
- 43:02Speaker 3: you guys do have to learn your lesson in gambling.
- 43:04Speaker 3: But yeah, so I give him a hundred and fifty
- 43:05Speaker 3: bucks to recoup his gambling.
- 43:08Speaker 8: But yeah, I'm the worst when it comes to like
- 43:11Speaker 8: knowing if I have like ten minutes to gamble. I
- 43:12Speaker 8: didn't know if I was going to get to do anymore.
- 43:14Speaker 8: So then I'm just like, you're rush gambling. Yeah, rush,
- 43:16Speaker 8: that's basically yeah, that's what it was.
- 43:18Speaker 2: What were you playing?
- 43:19Speaker 6: Really?
- 43:20Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I can't. Yeah.
- 43:23Speaker 3: I started with five hundred and I left with nineteen seventy.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Jez Jesus, that's unbelievable. Yeah, almost two thousand.
- 43:33Speaker 6: Imagine if you want anything on my roles.
- 43:35Speaker 3: There's only one person the whole time that crapped out immediately.
- 43:38Speaker 2: It was Kevin. Yeah.
- 43:39Speaker 3: I was like, you know what, I'm loading up. We're
- 43:41Speaker 3: going kick off, Kevin, I'm loading up. I felt crapped out.
- 43:44Speaker 6: Yeah, because you feel great? Oh yeah yeah.
- 43:47Speaker 2: I was like, I just four hundred bucks one roll
- 43:48Speaker 2: right there, dude.
- 43:49Speaker 3: But it was a lot of fun, and that was
- 43:52Speaker 3: not how it usually happens, guys.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Just so you know, yes, I remember that I had.
- 43:57Speaker 8: A dream that night, no joke, I'm not even lying.
- 44:00Speaker 8: I had a dream that night that I was at
- 44:02Speaker 8: the table.
- 44:02Speaker 4: I was at the crabs table.
- 44:03Speaker 8: You know, everybody's chanting my.
- 44:05Speaker 2: Name, re you dreamed that, I dreamed that. What on
- 44:08Speaker 2: Earth Motion? He's hooked? So did what did you do
- 44:13Speaker 2: when you went back and gambled after we just did
- 44:17Speaker 2: one more, one more round?
- 44:19Speaker 6: I think you won another like fifty bucks, didn't you? Yeah?
- 44:21Speaker 2: Yeah, it was more. It was more at first and then.
- 44:26Speaker 5: It all starts with one more, one more, but it
- 44:28Speaker 5: was fifty bucks more.
- 44:29Speaker 2: Yeah. So hey, the week of our guarantees for this week?
- 44:31Speaker 2: Because I read I read wasn't on in the studio earlier.
- 44:34Speaker 2: So have we done our the recap?
- 44:36Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 44:36Speaker 2: Yeah, no, we did the recap, But have we done
- 44:38Speaker 2: our ours for this week?
- 44:39Speaker 6: Not for the coming week?
- 44:39Speaker 3: And we should do that real quick. That we've tried
- 44:41Speaker 3: to end the show for like twenty minutes, but we
- 44:43Speaker 3: should do that. So oh man, so read, did you
- 44:47Speaker 3: hit yours last week?
- 44:48Speaker 2: I did? Okay, you hit yours? I hit what we
- 44:49Speaker 2: talked about that. Okay, do you guys have your guarantees
- 44:52Speaker 2: this week? Let me pull mine up.
- 44:54Speaker 3: That means you just gonna pull up thet I know,
- 44:56Speaker 3: I just got I just got to make sure.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Okay, well, I'm gonna I'll go first. Good, mine's a
- 45:01Speaker 2: little something called Arkansas. Again. The fact that you guys
- 45:04Speaker 2: are all dead. I told you last.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Week that the LSU game was just easy. Smiles count
- 45:09Speaker 3: counter smiles. Yeah, so I'm going My mine is Arkansas
- 45:15Speaker 3: plus six and a half. And it says Arkansas at home,
- 45:19Speaker 3: but they're not really. It's a Texas A and M.
- 45:21Speaker 3: It's the Dallas game in Jerry's world, so it's not
- 45:24Speaker 3: really a home game. They're just considered the home team.
- 45:27Speaker 3: But Arkansas plus six and a half, that's it. I done, Kevin.
- 45:34Speaker 6: I'm gonna go with Georgia at Auburn minus fourteen and
- 45:38Speaker 6: a half.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Wow, that's all I know.
- 45:43Speaker 6: That's how I'm like. Really because Auburn, I mean Auburn
- 45:45Speaker 6: three and one, but they're not good.
- 45:48Speaker 2: Eddie, look, I think I believe, Oh my god, I believe.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Are you going?
- 45:53Speaker 5: I believe the Razorbacks. Oh okay, they're easy. Let me finish.
- 45:58Speaker 5: The Razorbacks are going to warm up that stadium for
- 46:01Speaker 5: the Dallas Cowboys.
- 46:04Speaker 2: Patriots.
- 46:05Speaker 5: And I have a theory. Guys, we knew we were
- 46:08Speaker 5: going to lose that game. Because this next one was
- 46:10Speaker 5: gonna be really important. We're gonna have New England in
- 46:14Speaker 5: Jerry's world. They're going to kill the Patriots. They're at
- 46:17Speaker 5: seven right now. Take them Dallas Cowboys minus seven. That'll
- 46:21Speaker 5: give you some smile.
- 46:22Speaker 3: But seven points is a lot in the NFL, unless
- 46:25Speaker 3: you're the Dolphins or.
- 46:26Speaker 2: The Cowboys versus the Patriots.
- 46:27Speaker 6: They almost beat the Dolphins.
- 46:29Speaker 4: Reid, I'm gonna go Colts minus two.
- 46:34Speaker 3: Read always picks like a weird team, but but he
- 46:37Speaker 3: hits them.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Have you I've hit one the last one? Okay, so
- 46:42Speaker 2: what so what is it? Red Colts minus yeah? Playing
- 46:47Speaker 2: in Indianapolis versus the Rams.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, he goes, Yeah, how much time we got?
- 46:54Speaker 2: How much you need? I got?
- 46:55Speaker 5: I got a funny story for for listeners. I want
- 46:57Speaker 5: to know more about Reid. So we were on the
- 47:00Speaker 5: way to the airport and we were talking about road
- 47:03Speaker 5: rage for some reason involved whatever, and Read comes up
- 47:05Speaker 5: with the best story to really explain what kind of
- 47:08Speaker 5: person this guy is. He said, one time, one time,
- 47:11Speaker 5: this guy cut me off, and.
- 47:13Speaker 2: He said to me, he said, and I rolled down
- 47:16Speaker 2: the window and I yelled, be patient, man, and.
- 47:20Speaker 5: The guy like sped up got behind me, followed me
- 47:23Speaker 5: for like five minutes.
- 47:24Speaker 2: Everywhere I went.
- 47:25Speaker 5: I'm like, oh my gosh, Oh my gosh, he's gonna
- 47:27Speaker 5: kill me. Finally, we were at a stop sign. The
- 47:29Speaker 5: guy got out of his truck said what did you say?
- 47:31Speaker 5: He said, I said, be patient? Man, No you didn't.
- 47:35Speaker 5: You told me bad words. And he's like, no, man,
- 47:37Speaker 5: I swear I said be patient. And the guy goes, oh, okay,
- 47:42Speaker 5: got back to this truck and left, And I'm like,
- 47:44Speaker 5: who says who rolls the window down upset and says
- 47:48Speaker 5: be patient?
- 47:49Speaker 2: Man. It's there when a guy walks up to your
- 47:51Speaker 2: truck asking what you said. Yeah, that's a true story,
- 47:54Speaker 2: though I love it. I went home and told my wife.
- 47:57Speaker 2: I'm like, she's like, what's read like. I'm like, let
- 47:59Speaker 2: me tell you innocent. Yes, gambling it it's sweet. But
- 48:06Speaker 2: anytime we hear about you gambling you win. You don't
- 48:08Speaker 2: do it a lot.
- 48:09Speaker 6: That's true.
- 48:10Speaker 3: But the time that he got on and bet college
- 48:12Speaker 3: basketball and went ape Crap and just won every game.
- 48:17Speaker 2: That's why you love him.
- 48:18Speaker 3: Maybe it's you, bro, Maybe you're just such a good
- 48:20Speaker 3: kind spirit that it just follows you.
- 48:22Speaker 2: Maybe it is Maybe just be patient, be patient man.
- 48:26Speaker 3: All right, you guys follow us at twenty five whistles.
- 48:30Speaker 3: Matt Ryan is not going to leave ESPN and go
- 48:31Speaker 3: take the Jets job. By the way, he says he
- 48:33Speaker 3: has no interest. So if they lose again bad, they're
- 48:36Speaker 3: gonna help you the jeeves. Yeah, it's the NFL. They
- 48:41Speaker 3: might win by thirty. So we'll see you guys next week.
- 48:44Speaker 3: Thank you very much, Thanks to DraftKings. Thanks to you
- 48:46Speaker 3: guys and Friday.
- 48:49Speaker 2: Friday hit the whistle button mine. Yeah, there we go.
- 48:56Speaker 2: That's the whistle. Nobody has their wist. There we go.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Thank you by everybody.
