- 1:19Speaker 4: the great radio stations from one coast to another.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Welcome aboard.
- 1:23Speaker 4: I have a very special guest and over the last
- 1:27Speaker 4: twenty five years of me doing radio, I've built I
- 1:30Speaker 4: think a great relationship with some friends at the Heritage Foundation.
- 1:33Speaker 4: And this gentleman has been on with me a number
- 1:34Speaker 4: of times in the past. He's as smart as it gets.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Hans von Spakowski is joining us from that Heritage Foundation. So, Hans,
- 1:43Speaker 4: good afternoon, Thanks for waiting around. I appreciate it. I
- 1:45Speaker 4: appreciate you coming on.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Well, thanks for having me.
- 1:49Speaker 4: So, I know I want to cover two if you
- 1:51Speaker 4: want ow mine, we can cover two topics in the
- 1:53Speaker 4: time that we have. And I know there was a
- 1:56Speaker 4: piece in Fox News which You've been on all these
- 1:58Speaker 4: major networks talking about this, and of course you can
- 2:01Speaker 4: get followed on the X and other locations.
- 2:04Speaker 1: It's a great follow But Arctic Frost, if you don't.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Mind, I mean maybe some people out there who don't
- 2:10Speaker 4: know exactly what this is all about, can you give
- 2:12Speaker 4: the abridged version of what Arctic Frost is.
- 2:17Speaker 6: The Merritt Garland Justice Department during the Biden administration, approved
- 2:23Speaker 6: this huge criminal investigation. It was run by Special Counsel
- 2:28Speaker 6: Jack Smith, same guy that you know, of course, went
- 2:31Speaker 6: after Donald Trump and in essence, anyone who was associated
- 2:36Speaker 6: with Donald Trump. Any conservatives who had voiced opposition to
- 2:42Speaker 6: Biden policies and campaign and who raised questions about the
- 2:49Speaker 6: outcome of the twenty twenty election became the subject of
- 2:52Speaker 6: this huge criminal investigation. It was, frankly one of the
- 2:58Speaker 6: most outrageous abuses government power I've ever seen. What's been
- 3:03Speaker 6: happening recently is cash Betel at the FBI has been
- 3:07Speaker 6: turning over all these documents they've found there to the
- 3:11Speaker 6: US Senator of course from Iowa, Chuck Grassley, and he's
- 3:15Speaker 6: been making this public and to get folks an idea
- 3:19Speaker 6: how big this was. They issued literally almost hundreds hundreds
- 3:25Speaker 6: of subpoenas to seize the banking records, for example, of
- 3:32Speaker 6: all these conservative organizations and individuals, when they had absolutely
- 3:37Speaker 6: no basis for doing that. They even seize the phone
- 3:41Speaker 6: records of nine members of the US Senate and a
- 3:46Speaker 6: member of the US House, which is an unbelievable attack
- 3:50Speaker 6: on Congress. And the very fact that because they raised
- 3:55Speaker 6: questions about the twenty twenty election and they were being
- 4:01Speaker 6: investigated for that. Let me lee make one final thing
- 4:05Speaker 6: about this. People need to understand all of this was
- 4:10Speaker 6: First Amendment protected activity. There is nothing criminal about raising
- 4:15Speaker 6: questions about the outcome of election.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Even if you're totally wrong, it doesn't matter, right, it
- 4:21Speaker 5: doesn't matter whether you're right or wrong. It's First Amendment
- 4:24Speaker 5: protected activity. This is much worse than Watergate.
- 4:29Speaker 4: So what's the criminality of it? How do they justify
- 4:33Speaker 4: doing this? What crime?
- 4:34Speaker 1: What were they looking for?
- 4:37Speaker 5: They tried to claim that Remember.
- 4:41Speaker 6: Jack Smith filed a criminal case against Donald Trump in
- 4:47Speaker 6: the federal courts in Washington.
- 4:49Speaker 3: D c.
- 4:50Speaker 6: And he tried to claim that this violated He ad
- 4:54Speaker 6: violated federal fraud statues, criminal fraud statues because they tried
- 5:01Speaker 6: to defraud the United States of the outcome of the
- 5:05Speaker 6: twenty twenty election. I mean, it was a bogus, bogus
- 5:11Speaker 6: claim from the start, and certainly they had no basis
- 5:15Speaker 6: for even expanding I mean, didn't have a basis for
- 5:17Speaker 6: it against Trump, right, They certainly had no basis.
- 5:21Speaker 5: Against all these other organizations.
- 5:24Speaker 6: This was targeting the political enemies of the Biden administration.
- 5:30Speaker 7: But in order to do these investigations and get these
- 5:33Speaker 7: these taps, these information, don't they have to present that
- 5:37Speaker 7: to somebody who has to sign off on that would
- 5:39Speaker 7: I would think, well.
- 5:41Speaker 5: Yeah, good point.
- 5:42Speaker 6: In fact, for example, the judge who approved the subpoenas
- 5:47Speaker 6: secret subpoenas of.
- 5:49Speaker 5: The phone records the US Senators was our old.
- 5:52Speaker 6: Friend, Judge Bosberg of the d C Circuit, who's been
- 5:56Speaker 6: involved in so many things. He, by the way, blatantly
- 6:01Speaker 6: violated federal law. There is a federal statute that protects
- 6:07Speaker 6: US Senate communications and in fact says that if there's
- 6:10Speaker 6: some kind of of a subpoena or other lawful process
- 6:16Speaker 6: issued to get their records, they have to be notified.
- 6:22Speaker 6: And it specifically says no court, no judge, can override
- 6:27Speaker 6: that statute and keep it secret. And yet that's exactly
- 6:30Speaker 6: what Boseburg did. That's exactly what Jack Smith did, violating
- 6:35Speaker 6: that federal statute.
- 6:37Speaker 1: So where does this end up ONNS? Where does it go? Well,
- 6:41Speaker 1: I tell you.
- 6:42Speaker 6: Part of the problem here with a lot of this is,
- 6:45Speaker 6: you know, the statute limitations is five years under most
- 6:48Speaker 6: federal statutes, and we're pretty.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Much past that. But what has to happen is I
- 6:54Speaker 5: think two things.
- 6:54Speaker 6: First of all, listen to everybody out there, including you,
- 6:57Speaker 6: by the way, everybody should check the lists that the
- 7:03Speaker 6: Senator has put out of the people whose records were
- 7:06Speaker 6: secretly sees. And if you see your name on a list,
- 7:10Speaker 6: you see it or your organization on the list, you
- 7:13Speaker 6: need to immediately file a Freedom of Information Act request
- 7:17Speaker 6: with the FBI the DOJ to demand copies of whatever documents,
- 7:22Speaker 6: whatever files they got from you. And then once you've
- 7:26Speaker 6: gotten that, take a look and see whether you believe
- 7:29Speaker 6: you've got a civil rights lawsuit that you can file
- 7:33Speaker 6: against the FBIDJ and people like Jack Smith. The other
- 7:38Speaker 6: thing that needs to happen is continued disclosure of this
- 7:42Speaker 6: so we can get the names of every single federal
- 7:46Speaker 6: employee who was involved in this at the FBI and
- 7:50Speaker 6: the Justice Department to ensure that they no longer work there,
- 7:55Speaker 6: because none of them can be trusted to ever be
- 7:57Speaker 6: in a government position.
- 7:59Speaker 4: I tell you say that about you know, me being
- 8:01Speaker 4: on a list or someone else who might be in
- 8:03Speaker 4: this media on a list, or you might be on
- 8:06Speaker 4: a list. I was just going to ask you, I mean,
- 8:08Speaker 4: Heritage Foundation has to be public Enemy number one of
- 8:11Speaker 4: these guys, Right, were you guys on this.
- 8:13Speaker 5: List for some reason? We weren't. But I'm involved with another.
- 8:20Speaker 6: Organization which you guys may have talked to before the
- 8:23Speaker 6: Public Interest Legal Foundation. They were on the list and
- 8:27Speaker 6: their bank records were seized without them knowing a thing
- 8:30Speaker 6: about it.
- 8:31Speaker 5: In fact, you know, the only person.
- 8:34Speaker 6: Whose company whose phone company refused to turn over the
- 8:39Speaker 6: records was Ted.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Cruz's company AD and D.
- 8:43Speaker 1: They said they.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Wouldn't turn over the records, and so his records.
- 8:48Speaker 6: Didn't get turned over, But every other phone company they
- 8:51Speaker 6: all turned it over.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Wow.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Hans von Spakowski is with US Heritage Foundation Heritage dot
- 8:56Speaker 4: org And unfortunately you don't have too much time, but
- 8:59Speaker 4: I wanted to ask you a second question on a
- 9:01Speaker 4: second topic, which was what had happened out in Berkeley.
- 9:05Speaker 4: And you know this whole idea about them, you know,
- 9:09Speaker 4: almost physically getting violent over turning point in some of this.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Can you give everybody that thirty thousand foot view of that.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Those who may have missed that story, Well.
- 9:19Speaker 6: Look, the university should have known this was coming. They
- 9:23Speaker 6: clearly did not prepare the kind of security that was
- 9:27Speaker 6: needed to prevent this from happening. The Just Department is
- 9:31Speaker 6: opening up an investigation of them, and they should because
- 9:35Speaker 6: there's a possible federal case for the university violating the
- 9:40Speaker 6: civil rights of these students. The rights of these students
- 9:43Speaker 6: to peacefully enjoy their education. That's a violation of federal
- 9:48Speaker 6: law and the university needs to be hit with this.
- 9:53Speaker 6: They obviously, like I said, didn't take the steps necessary
- 9:56Speaker 6: to do it. And if they don't expel the students
- 10:00Speaker 6: who were arrested, that tells you they're not taking this seriously.
- 10:04Speaker 4: And I think UC Berkeley receives hundreds of millions in
- 10:08Speaker 4: federal funds.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Every single year, right, yes.
- 10:11Speaker 4: So that puts them even more under this microscope. And
- 10:14Speaker 4: you know, in a general sense, the whole and I
- 10:17Speaker 4: think we may have talked about this in the past.
- 10:19Speaker 4: I talk about it a lot, but the whole idea
- 10:21Speaker 4: of going to college is a free exchange of thoughts
- 10:25Speaker 4: and ideas.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I mean, God, that's what it's about.
- 10:27Speaker 4: And every time you turn around, these these ultra progressive
- 10:30Speaker 4: groups are trying to shut that down.
- 10:33Speaker 5: Yeah, they they want the other side to be silenced.
- 10:37Speaker 5: They do not want us to speak.
- 10:39Speaker 6: They don't believe in the First Amendment because look, they
- 10:44Speaker 6: are in essence totalitarians, and they do not like anyone
- 10:48Speaker 6: opposing them, and they don't want anyone speaking up and
- 10:51Speaker 6: opposing them.
- 10:52Speaker 5: And that's why, Look, all it was all the violence
- 10:55Speaker 5: are seeing.
- 10:55Speaker 6: Where's it coming from the left side of the political amount?
- 10:59Speaker 4: Absolutely on thousand percent, Hans. I know you're a super
- 11:01Speaker 4: busy man. I really appreciate it. Where can folks find
- 11:04Speaker 4: out more about you and and everything that's going on
- 11:07Speaker 4: at heritage They.
- 11:08Speaker 6: Can go to Heritage dot org, Heritage dot org and
- 11:11Speaker 6: see everything.
- 11:11Speaker 8: I right there.
- 11:12Speaker 4: I appreciate you, brother, I appreciate you coming on on.
- 11:14Speaker 1: And thank you so much. I'll talk soon. Surely you
- 11:17Speaker 1: got it.
- 11:17Speaker 4: There you go, Hans von Spokowski Heritage dot org. You
- 11:20Speaker 4: can go follow him on the X. It's a great
- 11:22Speaker 4: follow on the X as well. All right, so we

- 15:30Speaker 4: a very single night.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Now.
- 15:32Speaker 4: This segment is sponsored by Lost Soldier and Gas. This
- 15:37Speaker 4: second term presidency of Donald Trump is all about what drill,
- 15:41Speaker 4: baby drill and knocking down inflation by making America the
- 15:45Speaker 4: energy capital of the entire world. And this one project
- 15:49Speaker 4: could be the centerpiece for that goal.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Our goal.
- 15:53Speaker 4: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas has been founded by second
- 15:57Speaker 4: generation oil and gas legend Mark Bruner. His companies have
- 16:01Speaker 4: created more than fifteen billion in shareholder value, including Ultra Petroleum,
- 16:05Speaker 4: which went from get this fifteen cents to two hundred
- 16:08Speaker 4: bucks per share at its peak. A ten thousand dollars
- 16:12Speaker 4: investment got you thirteen million. I mean I don't have
- 16:15Speaker 4: ten thousand, but imagine one thousand bucks to throw at
- 16:17Speaker 4: this or one point three million bucks. That's like party.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Time, all right? Was it was that party time? Talent?
- 16:24Speaker 10: No?
- 16:24Speaker 1: What was that? I love? I can't think of it now,
- 16:26Speaker 1: remember that show Love American Style? Then he's just that
- 16:30Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. Lost Soldier. It's Mark's new project.
- 16:33Speaker 4: It took forty years to piece together in forty thousand
- 16:36Speaker 4: acre giant gas discovery field. Mark believes it's the last
- 16:40Speaker 4: major basin centered gas accumulation play in the entire country.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Lost Soldier Giant Gas Discovery could become as renowned as
- 16:48Speaker 4: the Permian Basin. The plan is to install a pipeline
- 16:50Speaker 4: connection for immediate cash flow this year and again to
- 16:54Speaker 4: continue to explore and develop the remaining.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Oil and gas over decades to come.
- 16:59Speaker 4: Lost Soul is pro also planning to go public in
- 17:02Speaker 4: the next couple of years. This is basically the right time,
- 17:05Speaker 4: the right place, the right management team, and again the
- 17:07Speaker 4: right president to get involved. What are you waiting for
- 17:10Speaker 4: Lost Soldier dot com. That's Lost Soldier dot com. You
- 17:14Speaker 4: fill out the contact form Lost Soldier dot com. If
- 17:17Speaker 4: you're an accredited investor, give them a holler.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I kind of screwed that one up. Sorry about that,
- 17:23Speaker 1: But well, what's the name of that show? I can't
- 17:26Speaker 1: think of it now. When I was a kid, it
- 17:27Speaker 1: was on all the time. Love American Style? Is that
- 17:30Speaker 1: right to sound right?
- 17:31Speaker 4: I don't know why I'm thinking about that anyway, Nobody
- 17:34Speaker 4: cares about that, so I thought this was kind of interesting.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Somebody sent me this and I'll share it. If you've
- 17:41Speaker 4: got a beef with the president building a ballroom on
- 17:45Speaker 4: donated money from big benefactors, if you will, or big
- 17:49Speaker 4: business folks. How about this question, which is worse a
- 17:55Speaker 4: ballroom paid by private donors or a football stadium built
- 18:01Speaker 4: with a billion dollars in taxpayer funded moneies. Think about
- 18:05Speaker 4: Let that's sink in for a second. This happens, right.
- 18:09Speaker 4: Trump is at least getting people to donate to build
- 18:12Speaker 4: a ballroom, by the way, I'm mister fiscal conservative, but
- 18:17Speaker 4: if other people are going to pay for it, the
- 18:20Speaker 4: White House, Washington needs a meeting place for these guys
- 18:25Speaker 4: to go have their fancy important you know dinners. I mean,
- 18:29Speaker 4: we can't be in a tent outside, which is exactly
- 18:31Speaker 4: what they do. So yeah, I'm sorry, I have no
- 18:34Speaker 4: problem with this. And I know this is kind of
- 18:37Speaker 4: sunk out of the headlines recently.
- 18:39Speaker 1: I mean, it was a big deal for a little while.
- 18:41Speaker 4: The Democrats screamed and yelled about it bulldozers, you know,
- 18:44Speaker 4: because there was all this action going while you know,
- 18:47Speaker 4: the folks were not in action, like we had a
- 18:51Speaker 4: forty two day breakdown of the government. But I mean,
- 18:56Speaker 4: I'm just saying, you know, you got these multi million
- 18:59Speaker 4: dollars billionaires actually who are owning these football teams and
- 19:04Speaker 4: their stadiums in some cases are subsidized by the taxpayers
- 19:08Speaker 4: who then have to go and buy tickets and buy
- 19:10Speaker 4: their hot dogs, and they're souvenirs and all of that stuff,
- 19:13Speaker 4: and they're paying for it.
- 19:14Speaker 1: So it's a be a win win for the owner.
- 19:16Speaker 4: And sure it's an economic boon in some cases, boom
- 19:19Speaker 4: in some cases. But this whole idea of Trump and
- 19:22Speaker 4: building another room so that they can have a fancy
- 19:27Speaker 4: get togethers.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I don't have a problem with that, and I don't
- 19:30Speaker 1: understand why anybody does.
- 19:32Speaker 4: So anyway, there's also it was a big brujha, if
- 19:36Speaker 4: you will, with food stamps, right So we were talking
- 19:38Speaker 4: about food stamps and how much that we have spent
- 19:40Speaker 4: in food stamps, and I don't have a lot of
- 19:42Speaker 4: time to get into it obviously now with the music.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Playing, But.
- 19:46Speaker 4: After Biden became president, essentially the amount of money that
- 19:51Speaker 4: went to food stamps per year, it's actually almost tripled.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So right now you're talking about over eight billion.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Dollars a month in food stamps or food assistant programs
- 20:03Speaker 4: for folks in America.
- 20:04Speaker 1: The big problem here, ladies and gentlemen.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Aside from the astronomical cost of that is the fact
- 20:11Speaker 4: that there are forty two million people who need food assistance.
- 20:15Speaker 4: That is a major issue that has to be dealt with.
- 20:17Speaker 4: All Right, We're going to completely switch gears when we
- 20:19Speaker 4: come back. Good friend of mine is going to join
- 20:22Speaker 4: the conversation. His name is Greg Howard. He's a state
- 20:24Speaker 4: representative and a law enforcement officer.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Will talk to him about ice and other things. Stick
- 20:29Speaker 1: around you are listening and watching the war Zone.

- 23:54Speaker 4: right here in this very studio that I am broadcasting from,
- 23:57Speaker 4: is a state representative and a rising store in the
- 24:00Speaker 4: Republican Party in the state of Connecticut, if there is
- 24:02Speaker 4: such a thing. He's also a law enforcement he's a
- 24:05Speaker 4: police officers, a detective, and we've got them on whenever
- 24:09Speaker 4: we want to talk about some law enforcement stuff and
- 24:11Speaker 4: anything that's going on not only in the state but
- 24:13Speaker 4: across the country. You bring on the one and only
- 24:15Speaker 4: state Representative Greg Howard. Greg, thanks for coming on tonight.
- 24:18Speaker 4: I appreciate it.
- 24:19Speaker 8: Thank you, brother man. What an honor to be on
- 24:21Speaker 8: the show. I appreciate you with the invite. How's thanks?
- 24:24Speaker 1: No, we're doing good, man, we're doing. Are you gonna
- 24:26Speaker 1: getting ready to watch the game? Are you gonna watch?
- 24:28Speaker 1: You watch football on Money night? I'm assuming you do.
- 24:29Speaker 1: You got a house full of football guys, right.
- 24:32Speaker 8: That's right, Yeah, we watch it, don't. I don't generally
- 24:34Speaker 8: catch the whole game. I get because I get up
- 24:36Speaker 8: at four thirty in the morning, as you know, so
- 24:38Speaker 8: you know it's late over here on the East Coast.
- 24:40Speaker 8: The game starts laying, so I don't generally catch the
- 24:42Speaker 8: whole thing unless it really encapsulates me, and then then
- 24:44Speaker 8: I'm going to sleep in tomorrow room my whole day.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Well, I figure if your fantasy are you still alive
- 24:49Speaker 4: in your fantasy game tonight?
- 24:50Speaker 1: Do you have anybody playing tonight? Because I have Lamb
- 24:52Speaker 1: playing tonight.
- 24:52Speaker 8: So I have Lamb and Genty playing tonight. But the
- 24:55Speaker 8: guy I'm playing against as Dak Prescott, right, so Lamb's
- 24:58Speaker 8: like a wash everything Lamb does guy get spreaded for us?
- 25:01Speaker 8: So well, I'm really hoping for asking to come through
- 25:03Speaker 8: for me.
- 25:03Speaker 4: I'm playing again, that is true. I got to feel on.
- 25:08Speaker 4: I gotta feel on. The Raiders are going to surprise
- 25:09Speaker 4: Dallas tonight, and actually Wayne Allen roots a huge Dallas
- 25:13Speaker 4: Cowboy fan, so he's going to get his night ruined,
- 25:15Speaker 4: I think by the Las Vegas Raiders. All right, let
- 25:18Speaker 4: me ask you a couple of things. You can hang
- 25:19Speaker 4: out with us until the top, I hope. So I
- 25:22Speaker 4: want to throw a couple of ice related questions at you.
- 25:26Speaker 4: And you know, we talked about this a little bit
- 25:27Speaker 4: today and we can get into the nitty gritty of
- 25:30Speaker 4: what's going on in Connecticut.
- 25:31Speaker 1: But let me just ask you.
- 25:32Speaker 4: You know, the Biden administration repeatedly imposed sanctuary style policies
- 25:39Speaker 4: and enforcement priorities that effectively handcuffed ice agents, you know,
- 25:44Speaker 4: allowing millions of illegal aliens to come in, including those
- 25:47Speaker 4: with criminal records, and they remain in this country to
- 25:50Speaker 4: this very second. And Trump is trying to negate a
- 25:54Speaker 4: lot of that and you know, flipping around and send
- 25:57Speaker 4: these people packing where they belong. So you know, from
- 25:59Speaker 4: a low enforcement person, how demoralizing was it during Biden?
- 26:04Speaker 4: And then how at least uplifting from the president's perspective
- 26:07Speaker 4: is it now?
- 26:09Speaker 8: Well, that's you know, that's a great way to frame it. Lee,
- 26:12Speaker 8: that you really did it perfectly. If folks go back
- 26:15Speaker 8: to twenty twenty, the summer of twenty twenty, the so
- 26:18Speaker 8: called Summer of Love, law enforcement around this country was
- 26:21Speaker 8: demoralized incredibly, And if you look around the country, you'll
- 26:25Speaker 8: see recruitment and retention on law enforcement is down considerably.
- 26:29Speaker 8: What else is down is the clearance rate of crimes.
- 26:32Speaker 8: That's the according to the uniform crime reports from nivers
- 26:36Speaker 8: from data, the amount of which we solve crime is
- 26:38Speaker 8: significantly lower. Fatal crashes are up around the country because
- 26:43Speaker 8: we have a decrease in traffic enforcement. These are having
- 26:46Speaker 8: real effects on lives. And what I'm watching now is,
- 26:50Speaker 8: of course, is we know Donald Trump won the presidency
- 26:52Speaker 8: in twenty twenty four. As it often happens, the pendulum
- 26:55Speaker 8: starting to swing back because communities are realizing, hey, we
- 26:58Speaker 8: need law enforcement. We have criminal we have evildoers out here.
- 27:01Speaker 8: We need our law enforcement for the reasons that I
- 27:03Speaker 8: just outlined. So now the Democratic Party have set their
- 27:06Speaker 8: sites on a different group to paint law enforcement in
- 27:09Speaker 8: a bad way, because we have to start with this.
- 27:11Speaker 8: I've been a police officer for twenty three years, right,
- 27:13Speaker 8: I've been a legislator for five and studying these issues
- 27:16Speaker 8: pretty closely in the legislature. Law enforcement at times, especially
- 27:20Speaker 8: to the average citizen, it's just not pleasant. It's not
- 27:23Speaker 8: a pleasant thing to watch, it's not a pleasant thing
- 27:25Speaker 8: to be involved in. Just to put things in a
- 27:28Speaker 8: perspective for your listeners, police officers in the United States
- 27:32Speaker 8: of America experienced traumatic incidents eight hundred to one more
- 27:35Speaker 8: than the average person. Because police work is not pretty.
- 27:39Speaker 8: So what the Democrats have gotten really good at doing
- 27:41Speaker 8: when they need numbers, is they will take a bunch
- 27:44Speaker 8: of little clips of videos of the not so pretty
- 27:46Speaker 8: part of law enforcement and they'll put it around to
- 27:49Speaker 8: disparage an entire group of people. Now right now their
- 27:52Speaker 8: sites are set at ICE. And what frustrates me the
- 27:54Speaker 8: most about that is you have legislators from around the
- 27:57Speaker 8: country who have been in Congress twelve in eighteen twenty
- 28:01Speaker 8: years disparaging ICE agents for enforcing the very laws that
- 28:05Speaker 8: they have not changed. That's what frustrates me. They're running around,
- 28:09Speaker 8: Look at these bad ICE agents enforcing these laws and
- 28:11Speaker 8: forcing these laws. I've done nothing to change them. I'm
- 28:14Speaker 8: going to go have a margarita with a human trafficker.
- 28:18Speaker 8: The ICE agents are the bad guys and trying to
- 28:20Speaker 8: flip the script. But you know, I really hope the
- 28:22Speaker 8: people in the United States of America are better to
- 28:24Speaker 8: watch that to see what's going on and will not
- 28:28Speaker 8: get douped by that again like they were in twenty twenty.
- 28:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like so well said, it's got to be
- 28:33Speaker 4: so frustrating. You see in your Democrat colleagues in Connecticut,
- 28:38Speaker 4: which is one of the bluest states out there, have
- 28:40Speaker 4: been guilty of this, and you know other states around
- 28:43Speaker 4: the country have been guilty.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Of it as well. Where you are exactly right.
- 28:46Speaker 4: They are taking the side of drug dealers, taking the.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Sides of gang bangers.
- 28:53Speaker 4: They're taking sides of people who have consistent lets, people
- 28:56Speaker 4: who just made a mistake or did something wrong and
- 28:59Speaker 4: they're sorry for They're taking the side of hardcore stone
- 29:03Speaker 4: coal killers.
- 29:05Speaker 8: Yeah, and people who want it, who want to fight
- 29:07Speaker 8: law enforcement. Again. You could take what I just said
- 29:10Speaker 8: down to the state level. It continues to shock my
- 29:13Speaker 8: conscience that you have legislators who write laws and don't
- 29:18Speaker 8: want anybody enforcing the laws. That they write a law
- 29:21Speaker 8: with no enforcement behind it. Lee is nothing more than
- 29:23Speaker 8: a suggestion, we don't what's the point of having laws
- 29:27Speaker 8: if we don't have any enforcement around them. And then
- 29:29Speaker 8: they take and they you know, they say, well, ice agents,
- 29:32Speaker 8: we don't want to cover in their faces. There's fifty
- 29:34Speaker 8: thousand dollars bounties on these guys, if not more, I
- 29:37Speaker 8: mean the assaults on them. Look, the Democrats dispute the
- 29:42Speaker 8: White Houses claim that they're up one thousand percent, but
- 29:44Speaker 8: they acknowledge that the charges of you know, violence against
- 29:48Speaker 8: law enforcements up twenty five percent. They even the naysayers
- 29:52Speaker 8: acknowledge that. So why because people are felt empowered that
- 29:57Speaker 8: they're doing good by running a police for a police
- 30:00Speaker 8: officer over with a car, resisting arrests, not putting the
- 30:04Speaker 8: window down. All the stuff pushed by the progressive left
- 30:07Speaker 8: that continues to get pushed on.
- 30:09Speaker 3: And what do we have.
- 30:10Speaker 8: We have violent crime in our cities. We have police
- 30:13Speaker 8: officers who can't solve crimes unless remind your listeners about
- 30:16Speaker 8: this league. When I started in law enforcement twenty three
- 30:18Speaker 8: years ago, you're at surveillance in your major stores, in
- 30:20Speaker 8: your banks. Today, there's surveillance. One hundred two people has
- 30:25Speaker 8: one on their front door, They're in every corner. Cities
- 30:27Speaker 8: around the country have surveillance cameras around their cities to
- 30:30Speaker 8: see what's going on. And we're solving thirty percent less
- 30:33Speaker 8: crimes right, a thirty percent reduction down from an average
- 30:36Speaker 8: of twenty four down to seventeen percent of And by
- 30:40Speaker 8: the way, that has nothing to do with with diversionary
- 30:43Speaker 8: programs and prosecution. The clearantry just talks about arrests and
- 30:47Speaker 8: not even an arrest if you have a murder suspect
- 30:50Speaker 8: in Seattle who the police established probable cause that they
- 30:53Speaker 8: can't arrest him and he jumps off a bridge. Say
- 30:55Speaker 8: that still counts as cleared even though he's never arrested.
- 30:58Speaker 8: So these are literally the amount of cases that we
- 31:00Speaker 8: solve is significantly down. We need justice for victims, and
- 31:04Speaker 8: the left side continues to ignore law abiding victims in
- 31:10Speaker 8: this country. And you know, this whole issue of ICE
- 31:13Speaker 8: frustrates me because you know, they act like, oh, this
- 31:17Speaker 8: is a civil violation, like you know, it's like an
- 31:19Speaker 8: unpaid parking ticket or something. Most of these crimes, if
- 31:22Speaker 8: you went to this country illegally, it's punishable by a
- 31:25Speaker 8: jail sentence. I mean, there's certain civilized civil violations. You know,
- 31:28Speaker 8: if you overstayed your visa, education visa overstated, But if
- 31:32Speaker 8: you went to the country illegally, it's a crime. I
- 31:35Speaker 8: don't know why we're downplaying this. And you're absolutely right.
- 31:39Speaker 8: Joe Biden encouraged sanctuary cities, and can I just talk
- 31:45Speaker 8: about that for a secondly, yeah, please do. So what
- 31:48Speaker 8: happens in these sanctuary cities is it forces ICE agents.
- 31:53Speaker 8: This is all a plan. By the way, it forces
- 31:55Speaker 8: ICE agents to take things to the street. So let
- 31:57Speaker 8: me paint you a picture. Tom Vohman has said numerous times.
- 32:01Speaker 8: Christin Nolan has said numerous times, we're looking for the
- 32:04Speaker 8: worst of the worst. Right, we've all heard that that's
- 32:07Speaker 8: exactly what they're doing. But when you have the worst
- 32:10Speaker 8: of the worst locked up in a jail cell in Chicago, Illinois,
- 32:15Speaker 8: and the laws of that state or that city will
- 32:17Speaker 8: not allow ice into that jail cell to take that
- 32:19Speaker 8: person into custody, they have to wait until they get out,
- 32:22Speaker 8: and when they do, they're chase somewhere down the street
- 32:25Speaker 8: in a community where there's other people here, here here illegally.
- 32:29Speaker 8: And when the ice agents get to that community to
- 32:31Speaker 8: arrest that worst of the worst criminal and they see seven, seven,
- 32:35Speaker 8: eight other people they know are here in violation of
- 32:37Speaker 8: federal law, they're taking them into custody too. And what
- 32:40Speaker 8: happens It gets pictures videos. Right. So instead of the
- 32:44Speaker 8: controlled environment safer for everybody, the Democrats have taken it
- 32:49Speaker 8: out of that with their policies, put it to the streets.
- 32:52Speaker 8: They can get their video clips to disparage law enforcement
- 32:54Speaker 8: and then pick one of those seven or eight not
- 32:56Speaker 8: the worst of the worst that got caught up because
- 32:58Speaker 8: the worst and the worst was a lot with their
- 33:00Speaker 8: policy back from the community and they can hold out
- 33:02Speaker 8: personal ball. He's been here for nineteen years, working here,
- 33:05Speaker 8: working at this university, doing as racist family. That's what
- 33:08Speaker 8: they did.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Greg. Let me jump in because music's playing. We'll come
- 33:11Speaker 1: right back. We'll continue this conversation.

- 35:41Speaker 9: have never heard of.
- 35:42Speaker 3: Tungsten. Tumston is the metal of strength.
- 35:44Speaker 9: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 35:47Speaker 9: our missiles, and puts steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Here's the danger.
- 35:51Speaker 9: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 35:54Speaker 9: percent of production. If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy,
- 35:59Speaker 9: and independence all hangs in the balance.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Here's the good news.
- 36:02Speaker 3: We have the solution.
- 36:03Speaker 9: Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 36:07Speaker 9: in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
- 36:10Speaker 9: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 36:12Speaker 9: enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten. There has never
- 36:16Speaker 9: been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical

- 37:53Speaker 4: My good friends State Representative Greg Howard is with us,
- 37:55Speaker 4: and Greg we kind of got cut off, but I
- 37:57Speaker 4: just I wanted you or give you the opportunity before
- 37:59Speaker 4: I one more question before we do run out of
- 38:02Speaker 4: time about you know, you were talking about just the
- 38:05Speaker 4: frustration that surrounds ICE and you know everybody in the
- 38:10Speaker 4: law enforcement community.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Did you just want to finish that thought?
- 38:13Speaker 8: Yeah, no, I mean that was just the bottom line. Look,
- 38:15Speaker 8: I hope Americans are paying attention. You know, the Democrats
- 38:18Speaker 8: seem to think that law enforcement are their pawns that
- 38:21Speaker 8: they can, you know, use them as they see fit.
- 38:24Speaker 8: They disparage an entire profession twenty twenty for their own
- 38:26Speaker 8: political gain. When they lost the presidency in twenty twenty four,
- 38:30Speaker 8: because of the rebound effect of that, which is always
- 38:32Speaker 8: going to happen, they've set their targets on Ice now
- 38:36Speaker 8: to do the exact same thing. These big bad law
- 38:38Speaker 8: enforcement officers were enforcing the very laws that these morons
- 38:42Speaker 8: create themselves and then turn around and blame the people
- 38:45Speaker 8: who are enforcing their laws have done nothing to change.
- 38:48Speaker 8: It's just frustrating for sure.
- 38:49Speaker 4: So how can ICE effectively protect American communities in a
- 38:54Speaker 4: state like Connecticut where they are under the microscope, where
- 38:58Speaker 4: there is an opposition to them every time they turn around?
- 39:01Speaker 1: What would what would your general advice be to them?
- 39:04Speaker 8: Well, exactly what they're doing. They're just coming in and
- 39:06Speaker 8: doing their job without the support for local law enforcement
- 39:10Speaker 8: and around. Look, I'm not going to call it necessary obstruction,
- 39:13Speaker 8: but there's certainly a lack of cooperation. And as I
- 39:16Speaker 8: said earlier, when that happens. So if you play two
- 39:20Speaker 8: scenarios out, you have a guy that's been arrested in
- 39:22Speaker 8: Connecticut or Chicago, Illinois, or any of these sanctuary states
- 39:26Speaker 8: or cities which pretty much most from the northeast. You know,
- 39:29Speaker 8: when you when you have a guy who's sitting again
- 39:32Speaker 8: been arrested for felony assault and he's here illegally, right,
- 39:35Speaker 8: he came across the country illegally or overstate his visa,
- 39:39Speaker 8: whatever the case may be, and he's been arrested for
- 39:42Speaker 8: second degree of assault. In years past, before this sanctuary
- 39:45Speaker 8: city stuff, ICE would send law enforcement a detainer, say
- 39:48Speaker 8: hang on to this guy, we're going to come get them,
- 39:50Speaker 8: which which any police law enforced agency does for each
- 39:53Speaker 8: other all the time, every single day in this country,
- 39:55Speaker 8: every day. But now they can't do that. So what
- 39:58Speaker 8: does ICE have to do? Okay, Well, if I call well,
- 40:00Speaker 8: you know, the Chicago PDE and they can't, they're not
- 40:03Speaker 8: going to hang on to him for me, So I
- 40:04Speaker 8: can come there or at Hertford PD here in Connecticut
- 40:07Speaker 8: and they're not going to hang on to me. Well,
- 40:09Speaker 8: I got to wait hang on to him for me.
- 40:10Speaker 8: I have to wait until they release the guy. And
- 40:12Speaker 8: then they release him, then they go find where he was,
- 40:14Speaker 8: where is he living, who's he living with? And he
- 40:17Speaker 8: ends up and they end up taking all these other people,
- 40:19Speaker 8: or they end up taking the guy into custody in
- 40:21Speaker 8: the streets and whatever, which is not a controlled environment.
- 40:24Speaker 8: So one of the big pushes in Connecticut right now is, well,
- 40:27Speaker 8: we don't want ICE agents taking people into custody and courthouses,
- 40:30Speaker 8: you know, in the public areas, which is what they've
- 40:32Speaker 8: been doing. And you wonder why they don't want him
- 40:34Speaker 8: doing that lee, because when somebody goes into a courthouse,
- 40:38Speaker 8: what do they have to walk through a metal detector?
- 40:41Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 40:42Speaker 8: Right, So when these ice agents go in there, they
- 40:44Speaker 8: know that this guy's not armed, so they're trying to
- 40:47Speaker 8: do it as safely as possible. But in Connecticut, the
- 40:49Speaker 8: Supreme Court justice, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court,
- 40:53Speaker 8: and now the legislature have put up policy says no more,
- 40:56Speaker 8: we don't want you doing it in safe environments. We
- 40:58Speaker 8: want you doing it out in the street where you
- 41:00Speaker 8: don't know what you're getting into. And by the way,
- 41:03Speaker 8: you've been covering your face so that people don't know
- 41:05Speaker 8: who you are so your family doesn't get targeted. Nope,
- 41:07Speaker 8: we're gonna make that illegal too, because they're doing everything
- 41:10Speaker 8: they can to try to get these guys hurt. That's it.
- 41:13Speaker 8: And they make all these other claims, Well, it's about
- 41:16Speaker 8: safety and security in the courthouse, you know, it's about
- 41:19Speaker 8: you know, stoking down the feary communities. It's nonsense because
- 41:23Speaker 8: they only target a law enforcement We talked on your show,
- 41:26Speaker 8: and you heard me do quite a speech about this
- 41:28Speaker 8: in Hartford when I was curious about it. Bail enforcement agents,
- 41:32Speaker 8: they weren't around and take people in the custody every
- 41:34Speaker 8: single day in this country. Maybe some of the listeners
- 41:36Speaker 8: have heard of Dog the body hunter or watch what
- 41:38Speaker 8: he done. He's not a law enforcement officer. They're taking
- 41:41Speaker 8: people in on civil bonds and they can still do
- 41:43Speaker 8: in a Connecticut in courthouse is masked up whatever they
- 41:46Speaker 8: want because for some reason that's safer. You know that
- 41:50Speaker 8: that doesn't create in any sort of problems. It doesn't
- 41:53Speaker 8: even make any sense. They're targeting ICE agents to get
- 41:56Speaker 8: these guys hurt and I have been hurt. We've had
- 41:58Speaker 8: shootings at ICE facilities, We've had ran with cars. And
- 42:01Speaker 8: where's the left, Where's the left condemning his violence?
- 42:05Speaker 1: Nowhere to be found. What a great point.
- 42:07Speaker 4: By the way, it's a great point about you know,
- 42:09Speaker 4: the ICE agents going to courts because they know these
- 42:12Speaker 4: guys aren't going to be armed, it's the perfect spot
- 42:16Speaker 4: to get them. Greg, I wish we had more time.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Listen.
- 42:18Speaker 4: I appreciate you. I know you gave up tonight to
