- 0:10Warning The Root, The Root, the Roots on Fire. You're about to
- 0:14experience the most high octane pedal to the metal controversial show of your life.
- 0:19Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's favorite conservative rock
- 0:29star, direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What
- 0:33time is it. It's time war war. Here's your host one hundred percent
- 0:40raw Truth, one hundred percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:57All right, Wayne on the Route three three three is fire. Welcome to
- 1:00the show. The very first news the day, I think, is that
- 1:04Trump put out a tweet on truth social and vowing that his first act as
- 1:08president will be to free the j six hostages. And he didn't say protesters
- 1:15or prisoners. He said the word hostages here. It is his I like
- 1:19to say his tweet, but it's not a tweet, his truth social post
- 1:23or his truth is. My first acts as your next president will be to
- 1:30close the border, drill baby drill, and free the January sixth hostages being
- 1:34wrongfully imprisoned. Trump said, So, I mean, I just think that's
- 1:38great news. Who could argue with that. In other words, that's what
- 1:42I've been saying for you know, three and a half years now. Who
- 1:46would support the Biden agenda. That's why I think the election was stolen.
- 1:49Nobody in the right mind wants an open border. Trump wants to close it.
- 1:53Nobody in their right mind wants America to be energy dependent on our enemies
- 1:59in the Middle East than our enemies in Venezuela and our enemies in Russia.
- 2:02Right, Who would want that? And nobody wants these people to be put
- 2:07in prison when it turns out that the transcripts from January sixth show that Trump
- 2:14asked for ten to twenty thousand National Guard troops and the Capitol Police turned him
- 2:20down. Because the Capitol Police, I believe it's an opinion show. We're
- 2:24creating an entrapment, in a coordination and in a conspiracy with Nancy Pelosi and
- 2:30the Biden administration that wasn't even an office yet they were creating a conspiracy to
- 2:36destroy Trump and stick the knife in the MAGA movement and destroy the America First
- 2:40movement and put Trump warriors in prison. So instead of having twenty thousand National
- 2:46Guard troops, there was nobody there to stop a riot, and then the
- 2:51police were told to shoot projectiles into the crowd that was doing nothing wrong,
- 2:57and people got hysterical and people were choking the tear gas, and people were
- 3:01hurt by the projectiles, and then police started clubbing people. And I got
- 3:05to tell you something, nobody in the world likes police more than me.
- 3:07I am the most pro police human being in the entire world. You'll never
- 3:13find one more pro police. But if a cop clubbed me in the middle
- 3:16of a riot situation, I'd take the club and I'd smash them in the
- 3:20face. Of course, that's what you're gonna do. If someone starts clubbing
- 3:23you for no reason, breaking your bones, bruising you, hurting you in
- 3:30ways that you can't believe the pain from a club for no reason you've done
- 3:34nothing wrong, or they're clubbing a woman right in front of you, of
- 3:37course you're gonna attack them, throw them to the ground, and take the
- 3:40club away from them. The minute you do that, ten years in prison.
- 3:45This whole thing was a setup to take great patriots who are also usually
- 3:50macho fighters, and put them in a position where they'd fight the police,
- 3:55and we look like the bad guys because the police were put in a position
- 4:00and ordered to shoot projectiles and tear gas at patriots who'd done nothing wrong.
- 4:05If there were ten twenty thousand National Guard troops, nothing would have happened as
- 4:10Trump wanted. They would have protected the crowd, they would have protected the
- 4:14Capitol, and nothing would have ever happened. But it played out exactly the
- 4:19way the bad guys and the DOJ and the FBI and the Capitol police and
- 4:24Nancy Pelosi and the Biden administration to be wanted it to play out, to
- 4:29take away, to distract, a weapon of mass distraction WMD, to distract
- 4:34from the idea that the election was stolen, and to stop the steal.
- 4:39That was the point of the protests. Stopped the steal, and instead they
- 4:45managed to distract for the steal, so no one noticed the steal anymore,
- 4:48because all anyone talked about was this terrible insurrection at the Capitol. Now Trump's
- 4:56first act will be to pardon the January sixth hostages. Good stuff, Good
- 5:00stuff, And then transcripts of the January sixth committee also prove that they lied
- 5:08about Trump attacking the Secret Service. First of all, they kept the fact
- 5:13that Trump wanted ten to twenty thousand Secret Service troops at the Capitol. They
- 5:16kept that away from the public and from the media. So first of all,
- 5:20they killed a story that would benefit Trump, and then they lied about
- 5:25Trump attacking the Secret Service. Secret testimony newly released of the January sixth Committee
- 5:31shows a witness testified that then President Donald Trump had not wrestled with a Secret
- 5:36Service agent and indeed requested troops to protect the capital. This is all of
- 5:43Liz Cheney, that sniveling piece of human garbage, Lynn Cheney, Liz Cheney
- 5:48who lied about everything, This deep state plant, Liz Cheney, this non
- 5:54Republican who calls himself a Republican, Liz Cheney, whose only goal in life
- 5:59was to destroy Donald Trump. It was all hidden by the Committee as they
- 6:03played up sensational claims that they knew were untrue. How disgusting. Cheney boosted
- 6:11the accusations by former Trump aid Cassidy Hutchinson, who claimed publicly to great media
- 6:16fanfare, that Trump had tried to commandeer his presidential vehicle to drive to the
- 6:23Capitol riot. And it just wasn't true, and they knew it wasn't true.
- 6:28They made it up. Everything is made up against Trump by the deep
- 6:33state. Amazing. And then we find out from testimony today of the Special
- 6:41counselor and Special Prosecutor Robert Hurr in front of Congress that President Biden forgot the
- 6:48year of his son Bow's death, and he forgot about Trump's election. President
- 6:56Biden's confused key dates in his October interview, what's special counsel Robert hurt forgetting
- 7:00which year his son bo died of brain cancer as well as the year Donald
- 7:04Trump was elected president. By the way, Trump was elected president in twenty
- 7:10sixteen, everybody in America knows that, except the biggest idiot who vote Democrat.
- 7:14Everybody knows that. But Joe Biden didn't know that. That's the man
- 7:17running our country. That's the man whose finger is on the nuclear button.
- 7:20Good luck. During discussion of why he kept sensitive papers after leaving the vice
- 7:27presidency in twenty seventeen, Biden launched into a rambling explanation. In other words,
- 7:30this is the interview of Robert Hurr, special prosecutor of Biden, and
- 7:34it's all being laid out in front of Congress. Now. He laid out
- 7:38a rambling explanation of which he said Bo died in twenty fifteen, was deployed
- 7:44or is dying after he left office in twenty seventeen. I don't know this
- 7:47was this was what twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, that area, said Biden.
- 7:54And then when asked where did you keep the papers after leaving office as
- 7:58vice president when you were living at the chain Bridge Road in Virginia, Biden
- 8:03says, remember, in this timeframe, my son is either deployed or dying.
- 8:09And so it was. And by the way, there were a lot
- 8:11of people at the time when I got out of the Senate that were encouraging
- 8:13me to run in this period, except the president, Biden said, referring
- 8:16to Barack Obama. I'm not and not a mean thing to say. He
- 8:20just thought that she Hillary had a better shot at winning the presidency than I
- 8:22did. What month did bo die? Oh, god, May thirtieth.
- 8:30At that point, White House lawyer Rachel Cotton and an unidentified man reminded Biden
- 8:35that his son died in twenty fifteen. Was it twenty fifteen he had died?
- 8:39Biden responded it was May of twenty fifteen. He was told it was
- 8:43twenty fifteen. Biden responded, so it's really amazing. You've got a man
- 8:50as president. How did he give the State of the Union. What drugs
- 8:52did they give him? How did they drug him so he gave a decent
- 8:56State of the Union speech? I mean, it was a horrible speech,
- 9:00was a vicious speech. It was a disgusting speech. It was the most
- 9:03attack, you know, attack President Trump, denigrate President Trump, demonized President
- 9:07Trump speech ever given in the history of the State of the Union, which
- 9:11is supposed to be about how great the country is and the things you've done
- 9:15as president to make it greater. It's not supposed to be a campaign speech
- 9:18attacking your opponent, and that's what it was, unfortunately and sadly. But
- 9:22the question remains, how is he able to give that speech when we know
- 9:28he's rambling like an old man who should be put into a nursing home.
- 9:31Amazing. Let me give you a few more highlights of this testimony because I
- 9:37think it's very important, and then I'll get to some important news about the
- 9:43COVID vaccine that's out as well. So Matt Gates presses the former special counsel
- 9:52Robert Hurr over not charging the Biden ghostwriter ghostwriter for Biden's memor are allegedly deleted
- 10:01audio recordings of the President discussing classified documents, and Matt Gates presses her and
- 10:09says, what does somebody have to do? In other words of your Republican
- 10:13You could spit on the sidewalk, you go to prison. You could put
- 10:16gum under a table, you go to prison. You can jaywalk, you
- 10:20go to prison. You could drive sixty six and a sixty five zone,
- 10:22you go to prison. But if you're a Democrat, nothing, nothing,
- 10:28will ever get you put in prison. It's truly amazing. What does someone
- 10:33have to do to get charged with obstruction of justice by you? Gates said
- 10:39to her, suggesting the special counsel let this guy. This ghostwriter, Mark
- 10:45Zwantitzer, the ghostwriter on Biden's memoir, promised me Dad off the hook for
- 10:50deleting evidence. According to HER's much publicized report on the classified documents probe Zwantzer
- 10:56erased audio files in his possession that contained significant evidentiary value related to the documents
- 11:05held by Biden. In other words, Biden random classified information. The two
- 11:09of them should both be imprisoned, and he erased it. Which is a
- 11:13cover up and which is fraud and nothing's been done, nothing ever gets done
- 11:20against Democrats, and everything a Republican does puts in the cross airs of a
- 11:26special prosecutor. All right, My Pillows the sponsor of this segment of the
- 11:30show. Twenty seven deeply diskinded items are available right now at my Pillows Clearance

- 11:39this is Michae Lindell, the great patriot and American hero who stood up to
- 11:43the deep state in the DC Swamp. Go to my Pillow to checkout us
- 11:48the promo Code of War to get the biggest sale price up to eighty percent
- 11:50off War for Wayne Alan Root. All right, way, Ruth Roots on
- 12:07fire. You know RFK Listen if you listen to this show yesterday, if
- 12:13you tuned into the show yesterday on lynde L TV or listened on USA Audio
- 12:18Network, you know that I wrote a commentary about Donald Trump and about what
- 12:20he should be saying about the COVID vaccine, how he could turn it into
- 12:24a win win, some things he could do without ever admitting he was wrong,
- 12:28without ever saying he was wrong. And I mentioned one of those things
- 12:31was to name r RFK Jr. As his special counsel to head an investigation.
- 12:37It's a big farm in the COVID vaccine. So I'm obviously a fan
- 12:41of RFK Jr. When it comes to certain limited areas. I think he's
- 12:45a big liberal. I think he's the Kennedy family. I can never trust
- 12:48him. Any Republicans thought he'd make a great VP for Trump. Is smoking
- 12:52something and I know it's not a cigarette. It's one of those funny cigarettes.
- 12:56He cannot be trusted. He's a Kennedy and he's a liberal. But
- 12:58he's great on vaccines. He's been right all along on vaccines. He's got
- 13:05great integrity about vaccines, and so I want him to be the guy who
- 13:11investigates big farmer, which would strike fear it's a big farmer. But as
- 13:15far as president of the United States, you know, I x nate him
- 13:18for VP, and I was right, and I will x name him for
- 13:20president. A big story out at the UK Daily Mail right now, RFK
- 13:24Junior wants Aaron Rodgers as his vice presidential running mate. I don't know what
- 13:31to say anymore. You know, America's really gone bananas and RFK Jr.
- 13:37Running with Aaron Rodgers the quarterback of the New York Jets on a presidential ticket.
- 13:43It's kind of funny, but I don't know where he gets that from.
- 13:46He says his choices are either Aaron Rodgers or Jesse the body of Ventura.
- 13:50Oh God, that's that's some run, isn't it. I mean,
- 13:54he's becoming a circuit side show. You don't hear anything about him. You
- 13:58hear Trump is a head some stantially for president over Joe Biden. You don't
- 14:01even see RFK mentioned when he is mentioned. All that happens is he gets
- 14:07a few percent. It comes straight from Biden, which is good. He
- 14:11hurts the Democrat ticket and Trump is ahead by even more. But RFK has
- 14:16delusions of grandeur. He's not going to be the president of the United States
- 14:20as an independent. That's not happening. Energized Health is the sponsor of this
- 14:26segment of the show. Energized Health changed my life because of what I lost
- 14:30and what I gained. It's not a traditional weight loss program. I didn't
- 14:33lose any weight, but I did lose twenty five pounds of fat and all
- 14:35the eighty eight days gained ten pounds of muscle. In those same eighty eight
- 14:39days and have kept all the fat off and kept all the muscle on.
- 14:43I also gained two new TV shows at the age of sixty one. I'm
- 14:48now sixty two, going on sixty three. Nobody has ever gotten two TV
- 14:52shows at the age of sixty one in the history of Hollywood or the history
- 14:54of the TV industry. And I'll have more announcements coming up in the next
- 14:58two weeks about another new TV show. So now I'll gain a TV show
- 15:03almost sixty three years old. I lost years in my face. It reversed
- 15:07aged me. That made all the difference in the world. I'll be on
- 15:09this program for life. And now's your chance to be like Wayne. Energized

- 15:28do it. Eight eight eight four four four eighty eight ninety five eight eight
- 15:31eight four four four eighty eight ninety five, or go to Energized Health.
- 15:35Continuing with the Biden story, in his testimony about you know how he handled
- 15:41classified documents, the special Prosecutor her Robert Hurr h u R. He says
- 15:50Biden lied when he insisted he did not share classified information with his ghost writer.
- 15:54He did, and then the ghostwriter destroyed the evidence. Her also admits
- 15:58Biden tried to change classified document scandal report before it was publicly released. He
- 16:07released a three hundred and forty five page report on his investigation of stolen classified
- 16:12documents, and Biden's documents were scattered all over the place and damaged cardboard boxes
- 16:18and unlocked drawers at the pen Biden's center. The documents were also easily accessible
- 16:26in Biden's Delaware garage and his basement den. He admitted that Biden tried to
- 16:33change his report before it was released. According to Politico, a letter to
- 16:37US Attorney General Merrick Garland, Biden's lawyers lashed out at the DOJ for depicting
- 16:44Biden as a sympathetic, well meaning elderly man with a poor memory. They
- 16:48wanted him to change the wording I mean we have nothing but fraud and cover
- 16:53ups. And finally, Joe Biden admitted to campaigning from his basement. In
- 16:59twenty twenty the Robert Herr interview, he admitted he campaigned from his basement.
- 17:04He said during the interview, the pandemic had started to kick in, and
- 17:07so I knew if you notice, and I don't blame them. They they
- 17:11the quick criticism of me. Biden should go back in his tunnel and can't
- 17:14paid for his basement again. But what we did we set up a theater
- 17:18in a Delaware store where I could go on television from I could appear I
- 17:22could do, and so I used I needed some of that furniture in Delaware,
- 17:27and so that's what I picked out to send to Delaware for that reason,
- 17:30because we were campaigning out of our basement. And her responded, I
- 17:34see, oh my god. This man is his finger on the nuclear button.
- 17:41He couldn't run a dairy queen. If you asked him for large versus
- 17:44small, he couldn't get the size of the cone. Write all right,
- 18:03Waite on the roots, the roots, the roots on fire, Welcome back
- 18:07to the show boys. The country on fire. Huh. If we don't
- 18:10get Trump in November, you're not gonna be able to put the fire out,
- 18:12trust me. And by the way, if you get Trump in November,
- 18:15you better get Trump in November. We have to get Trump in November.
- 18:18I think there's gonna be massive riots. Thirty million illegals is gonna be
- 18:22rioting to try and not be deported. That's the army they've sent to destroy
- 18:26this country. It's a new version of Black Lives matter. It'll be illegal
- 18:30immigrant lives matter. It's gonna be illegal alien lives matter. It's gonna be
- 18:33undocumented lives matter. Whatever words you want to use. Boy, we got
- 18:37some clean up to do. Sponsor for this segment of the show, and
- 18:40now we get a great guess for you. President Donald J. Trump's personal

- 20:02guest Will Sharf is here. President Donald J. Trump's personal attorney, former
- 20:06federal prosecutor candidate for Attorney General of Missouri, Will Sharf. Welcome to the
- 20:11Waye del Rout Show. How are you doing? Great? Really great to
- 20:15be with you this evening. Great to be with you. The Supreme Court
- 20:19will rule on President Trump's presidential immunity several months. For now, Trump asked
- 20:26the judge to delay the New York Stormy Daniels hush money trial until the Supreme
- 20:30Court rules. What do you think about this whole thing and what do you
- 20:33think the really will come down. Well, first of all, with respect
- 20:37to this New York DA case, it's worth noting that President Trump has been
- 20:42indicted for essentially non crimes. This is a case that President Biden's own Department
- 20:48of Justice declined to prosecute. So the fact that then the New York DA
- 20:53has gone out there and strung together just an absurd case, all as part
- 20:59of this broader campaign of election interference against President Trump should be offensive to all
- 21:04right minded Americans. Presidential immunity is a very very serious issue. We're going
- 21:10to be in front of the US Supreme Court on April twenty fifth, arguing
- 21:14that we'd expect them to take a couple months to finally decide that issue.
- 21:18After that. In the meantime, all of these cases where presidential immunity is
- 21:22a potential defense or where it's implicated, should be stayed. They should be
- 21:26held in abeyance. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if that's going to happen in
- 21:32New York. But it certainly should. Yeah, it's a scary thing.
- 21:37I want to get you. You know, I'm not a lawyer. I
- 21:37was pre law for four years at Club University, but I never became an
- 21:41attorney. I went it's business, and I want to ask your opinion Will
- 21:45Scharf as a not only attorney, but a candidate for attorney general of the
- 21:51great state of Missouri. You know, president's your community. It's an interesting
- 21:53thing. I see both sides. Obviously, I'm a Trump guy, and
- 21:57I see the Trump side, which is, how can you not have immunity
- 22:02as president? Because every time that the new guy comes to office, you'd
- 22:06be charged with crimes for everything you did during your administration. So you can't
- 22:10run a country like that. So I get it. On the other hand,
- 22:12if we now rule in Trump's favor for presidential immunity, won't that encourage
- 22:18Joe Biden to now commit real crimes knowing that he could never be prosecuted because
- 22:25he's got immunity for everything he does. So it can't be blanket immunity.
- 22:27Should be some sort of immunity for all the minor stuff they're charging Trump with,
- 22:33but not for major stuff like you know, breaking the United States Constitution
- 22:37and allowing a foreign invasion and waving them all in. That's a real crime.
- 22:41Taking bribes is a real crime. Trump did committity real crimes. He
- 22:47should get immunity for the garbage they're charging him with. But what do we
- 22:51do about the real crimes that are committed by Biden and future presidents, or
- 22:55or Obama who's spied on Trump. There's a real crime, thoughts. Yeah,
- 23:02So our view, and this is informed by the Constitution, by centuries
- 23:07of precedent, is that a president cannot be criminally prosecuted for his official acts
- 23:12in office unless he is first impeached and convicted by the House and Senate.
- 23:18So taking a bribe is actually a quintessentially private act. Right, there's nothing
- 23:23in our immunity argument that would cover that. Good. What we're talking about
- 23:29core presidential acts though here, most notably President Trump's efforts to have the Department
- 23:34of Justice investigate election fraud in the aftermath of twenty twenty. There's absolutely no
- 23:40reason why a president shouldn't have immunity for core presidential functions like that. And
- 23:45that's really what we're arguing about at the Supreme Court. Right, I like
- 23:49it you answered all my questions except for one, just one. What about
- 23:53a president who willfully welcomes the entire world in and allows a foreign invasion of
- 24:00the United States to change the demographics of America to ensure the Democrats win every
- 24:04future election, to ensure that capitalism is destroyed. Is that? I mean,
- 24:10that's kind of an official act and decision by a president. So that
- 24:12would then get immunity. I guess right. I think President Biden should be
- 24:19impeached and convicted for all of the things that you just mentioned, and at
- 24:25that point, presidential immunity would no longer come into play. That's great.
- 24:29We're talking about here. Is what we're talking about here is really important.
- 24:33I mean, this is the core of our constitutional system of separation of powers.
- 24:37In Marbury v. Madison, Chief Justice Marshall said basically that it's not
- 24:41for the courts to sit in judgment over a president's decision making, and it's
- 24:47really important that presidents have the ability to exercise their duties without having this fear
- 24:52of criminal prosecution hanging over their shoulders. President Trump has said that if we
- 24:57don't have immunity, the residency itself will essentially cease to exist. So we're
- 25:03looking to vindicate core constitutional principles here while also obviously defending President Trump, and
- 25:10I'm hopeful that the Supreme Court sees things our way. It's really no,
- 25:12you split the baby exactly. You did it exactly the way I wanted it
- 25:15done. I think it's wonderful. You are to be commended wil Sharff.
- 25:19That's fantastic. A president has official duties. You can never prosecute him for
- 25:25just doing the things a president has to do and making decisions that president has
- 25:27to do. But when a president veers from that and commits actual crimes and
- 25:33then gets impeached and convicted, then they're totally able to be indicted on criminal
- 25:40charges and in the future convicted. So I think that's great. I'm one
- 25:44hundred percent for everything you're arguing. Good stuff. Supreme Court rule nine to
- 25:48nothing that Trump must be allowed to remain on the ballot in Colorado. I
- 25:52assume that means you're allowed on the ballot in all fifty states. In other
- 25:57words, this was not a ruling just about Colorado, right. In other
- 26:00words, now nobody can take them off the ballot on the charge of inciting
- 26:04an insurrection. Correct. That's correct. This applies to all fifty states.
- 26:11The Supreme Court held nine to nothing that no state has the authority under the
- 26:15fourteenth Amendment to strip a candidate off the ballot. And it's really important.
- 26:18It's not just about President Trump's rights to stand for election. It's also about
- 26:23all of our rights to pick a candidate of our choice next November. So
- 26:27we were very excited not just the Supreme Court ruled in our favor, but
- 26:33also that it was a unanimous opinion. Even the liberals on the Court agreed
- 26:37with us that what these left wing activists were trying to do was fundamentally unconstitutional.
- 26:42Yes, and you know what's so silly. I've said this before that
- 26:45when you do something so unconstitutional, you know, you think you get the
- 26:49last laugh if it passes and if it becomes the law, but then it's
- 26:53used against you eventually. So it's so dumb of Democrats to want to do
- 26:59it to us, when when we get in office, we're just gonna do
- 27:02the exact same thing to them. It's just, you know, foolish.
- 27:06It makes no sense, except if you believe that you've now allowed the entire
- 27:11world into America, thirty million illegals by the time Biden is done with his
- 27:15fourth year, and then you're never going to elect another Republican president and you
- 27:19probably won't have a Republican senator House, and therefore they can do anything they
- 27:25want to us forever more, and we can't do anything to them. I
- 27:27think, well, that's there, that's what they're trying to do, that's
- 27:30what they want to accomplish. That's their goal to have this be a one
- 27:34party nation, and they could prosecute us and use the IRS and government agencies
- 27:40to destroy us, and we can never hit back because we'll never be in
- 27:44power again. Yeah, when you look at the chaos at the border,
- 27:48it strains credulity to say that this is accidental or that this isn't part of
- 27:53a bigger plan. I think Joe Biden has all the authority that he needs
- 27:57to close off the border today. His failure to do so speaks to exactly
- 28:03what you're talking about. Having this flood of illegal immigrants coming across the border
- 28:07isn't sort of a side effect of the Democrats plan. It is in fact
- 28:11their plan. And that's what's so scary about where the modern left is on
- 28:15that issue and other issues as well. Have you ever seen anything like what's
- 28:19happening in New York? You know, I was born and raised in New
- 28:22York, and I'm embarrassed to say I'm from New York. Thank god I
- 28:25got out of there, the crap hole of New York that's now turned into
- 28:29a communist, you know, free for all communist color revolution. Does it
- 28:33not appear that they're lynching President Trump, try to steal his entire you know,
- 28:37net worth, his assets, try to separate him from the Trump buildings,
- 28:41and if they could, they grabbed Mara a Lago to all under fake
- 28:45charges and a judge. You know, it's like a circus. I've never
- 28:48seen anything like it. Will it will? They're telling me in my ear.
- 28:52We're running to an ad break. Do you have time to stay for
- 28:55another segment? Yeah? Absolutely, stay through the break. I want to
- 28:59get your answer that what's happening in New York is so beyond the pale.
- 29:03Now, in order to appeal, he's got to put up, you know,
- 29:06five hundred million dollars. You know, there's almost no one in the
- 29:08world who can do that, who's got the cash or can get the appraisals
- 29:12done in time before the attorney General letician James starts stealing his assets. It's
- 29:18the most incredible thing I've ever seen. Communist attack upon America. It's Trump.
- 29:22Now. Soon it's gonna be all of you and me, all of
- 29:26us. All right, we're headed to a break. We'll be back with

- 31:14com promo code war fifteen. We're back with Will Sharf. Will welcome back
- 31:19to the show. Great to be with here. Yeah, I see a
- 31:26headline here the FBI chief tells lawmakers don't panic as terror threat sores due to
- 31:33the border invasion. I mean, what could be more criminal, What could
- 31:37be more violating of the Constitution? The only thing I think government really should
- 31:41be doing is protecting the American people. And this guy's telling us don't panic
- 31:47because there are literally the National Sheriff's Association just said there are two million terrorists
- 31:52in the United States. They believe two million. You know, we know
- 31:56there's millions of illegals. They believe two million terrorists. So we've got the
- 32:00sheriff saying it, We've got the FBI tell you not to panic. I
- 32:04mean, is that not a criminal act to allow millions to enter the United
- 32:08States, many of whom have come from prisons all around the world. Yeah.
- 32:15Look, the president has a take care obligation under the US Constitution to
- 32:19ensure that the laws are enforced. I think here you clearly have a case
- 32:22where the president and his administration, the Biden administration, have made a decision
- 32:28that they do not want to enforce the law at the border. As you
- 32:31said, we're seeing a ton of terrorists come across the border. We're seeing
- 32:36a ton of military aged men from China. We are living in dangerous,
- 32:39dangerous times, and Joe Biden bears a lot of the blame for that.
- 32:44This is a very very serious issue that if we don't get it resolved,
- 32:47we're just not going to have a country left. But the terror threat is
- 32:51very real, The threat of foreign intelligence operations is very real. I don't
- 32:55know why the mainstream media isn't more up in arms about this other than the
- 33:00fact that they are just totally in the tank for Joe Biden and as cronies.
- 33:04Right and then and then, as I mentioned before, we went to
- 33:07break the threat of law, there is real How does anybody who isn't as
- 33:12rich as Donald Trump, if you're not a billionaire, if they decide to
- 33:15target you, no one could afford the legal fees. And then if you
- 33:17happen to win, or to me, if you happen to lose, no
- 33:22one can afford the appeal fees, the fee to appeal for President Trump,
- 33:25you know, they want you to set aside five hundred million dollars of property
- 33:30to appeal a verdict. All of that sounds like we're living in a you
- 33:34know, in a witch hunt. We're living in a a Nazi Germany Soviet
- 33:37Union East German Stazi, some sort of dictatorship where if they aim their canons
- 33:44at you, you can never survive the legal bills or or what the court
- 33:49system will do to you. Yeah. Look, we're up against it in
- 33:52courtrooms all across America. Whether it's the special counsel Jack Smith Derange Jack Smith
- 33:59as we call in Florida and DC, whether it's these civil cases that you
- 34:02mentioned in New York, that's Letitia James her insane supposed business fraud case that
- 34:10we now have a multi hundred million dollar judgment against us in whether it's the
- 34:15e Gen Carrol defamation case, state prosecutions in Georgia and New York. They
- 34:21decided that they were going to weaponize our entire system of justice and the courts
- 34:25against President Trump to prevent him from running effectively for president, to prevent him
- 34:30from taking back the White House. And what we're seeing here is one of
- 34:35the greatest travesties, probably the greatest travesty in American legal history. It's wildly
- 34:40unconstitutional. It's violative of core norms of the rule of law and our system
- 34:45of governance. It's absolutely outrageous. Fortunately, we're fighting back, we're starting
- 34:51to win cases, we're putting lead on target, and we're going to keep
- 34:53on doing that. But the fact that President Trump has been subjected to this
- 34:59campaign of law fair against him should outrage all Americans right and left because of
- 35:04just how violentive it is of our constitutional norms and the very republic that we
- 35:08all live within. Very scary. We thank you for coming on. Will
- 35:14we wish you well in your run for US Attorney General. I wish you
- 35:17really well in all of your defense of President Trump. You've done a great
- 35:22job so far, and I hope you will continue to do so moving forward.
- 35:25And I hope we'll see you elected as Attorney general of the great state
- 35:29of Missouri. Thanks coming on, appreciate you having me. Thanks a lot.
- 35:34All right, will Sharf, president Trump's personal attorney. We ran out
- 35:38of time. I was gonna ask him about Fanny Willis whether he thought she
- 35:43would be disqualified this week in our election interference case against Trump. I also
- 35:47wanted to ask Hi about Letitia James. The news out that the Attorney General
- 35:52of New York, Letitia James, spent untold sums of money on trips and
- 35:59plane flights and food and restaurants. And you know, here's the difference in
- 36:02President Trump and all these people after him. None of them know how to
- 36:07make money. None of them not to create a job, none of them
- 36:09know to start a business, none of them not to run a business.
- 36:13They all want to be rich with taxpayer money. They want to steal your
- 36:16money. And unfortunately, you know, they don't have their own money or
- 36:22their own wits to do it, so they steal taxpayer money and they're jealous
- 36:27of President Trump. Rootfroamerica dot com, Waynroot at gmail dot com. Love
- 36:31to hear for me. We'll see you tomorrow. Back on the radio now
