- 0:15Speaker 1: to midnight. Jimmy Fayler. We lost him, We'll get him
- 0:18Speaker 1: right back. He's on nine to midnight every night, and
- 0:21Speaker 1: it's an excellent show. If you haven't got a chance
- 0:23Speaker 1: to listen yet, you'll love this show. It's not only
- 0:26Speaker 1: interesting but very funny. Every night from nine to midnight.
- 0:29Speaker 1: He also does a great show, a late night show
- 0:33Speaker 1: on Fox Saturday nights at ten o'clock. Excellent show. Do
- 0:38Speaker 1: we get him back? Yes? No, Oh, we got him.
- 0:41Speaker 1: We got him. But Jimmy Fayler, make sure you watch
- 0:43Speaker 1: him also every Saturday ten o'clock on Fox, a great
- 0:46Speaker 1: late night show. It's the best monologue in television every
- 0:49Speaker 1: Saturday night. Jimmy Fayla, How you doing?
- 0:53Speaker 2: You know?
- 0:53Speaker 1: I'm good.
- 0:54Speaker 2: I have. I got a lot of family that are
- 0:57Speaker 2: getting ready to visit New York before we defund the police.
- 1:02Speaker 2: They're trying to come before them and Mom, Donnie stuff kicked.
- 1:04Speaker 2: And he's actually good for tourism right now because everybody's
- 1:07Speaker 2: making a bonus trip this week, and that.
- 1:11Speaker 1: You know, so far you tired everybody from the Deblasio administration.
- 1:15Speaker 1: We got through eight years at Deblasio, didn't we No, Yes, if.
- 1:22Speaker 2: By way you mean Florida real estate agents, Yes, they
- 1:26Speaker 2: were so busy, but they did get through it. Don't
- 1:30Speaker 2: ever forget Bill de Blasio made our number one restaurant
- 1:33Speaker 2: chain a place called this Space for rent. Oh, that
- 1:37Speaker 2: was a very big place under de Blasio. So I
- 1:42Speaker 2: don't like it, Well, yes, we're gonna have fun. We're
- 1:45Speaker 2: New Yorkers, and that's the one thing about us. If
- 1:47Speaker 2: you live here, I always say, New York is a
- 1:50Speaker 2: spiritual dominatrix. If you're gonna live here, it's because you
- 1:54Speaker 2: like getting beat up. In a roundabout way. Anybody listening
- 1:57Speaker 2: on Long Island right now, who drives into the city
- 1:59Speaker 2: every day like I do, you have to like the
- 2:02Speaker 2: beating on some level to keep showing up and taking it.
- 2:05Speaker 1: No, it's not that bad. You know, Hey, you work
- 2:09Speaker 1: at Fox. You walk out of Fox. It's so beautiful.
- 2:11Speaker 1: There's Radio City, there's Rockefeller Center, there's the Tree. It's
- 2:15Speaker 1: still New York, isn't it still the greatest city.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, no, the truth is there nothing that can
- 2:20Speaker 2: compare it. You know, if even if it takes a
- 2:23Speaker 2: dip under Mom Donning, the truth is, you know, Stefanic
- 2:27Speaker 2: announcing she was gonna run when she did is a
- 2:30Speaker 2: real check on anything Mom Donnie wants to do. Because
- 2:32Speaker 2: Hokeel doesn't want to get that radical, knowing she's going
- 2:36Speaker 2: to be in a tight race. Yeah, and she's you know,
- 2:39Speaker 2: Hokele already has her limitations. I mean, she's basically governor
- 2:43Speaker 2: because she was the only woman in Albany that was
- 2:45Speaker 2: too annoying for Andrew Cuomo to hit on. You know,
- 2:49Speaker 2: had she'd been a little bit easier to deal with,
- 2:52Speaker 2: he probably would have got me too, her too, and
- 2:54Speaker 2: she'd be out of there, and god knows what would
- 2:56Speaker 2: have happened.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Uh. You know, these people leaving New York, they moved
- 3:00Speaker 1: to Florida, they moved to North Carolina. What's the first
- 3:02Speaker 1: thing you do when I read the New York Post.
- 3:04Speaker 1: They still listen to New York radio. They they'll all
- 3:08Speaker 1: be back at one point, won't they They'll all be back.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Yes, they will try, because that's that is actually what happens.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Every one of my friends who has moved to Florida
- 3:17Speaker 2: tells me about how they you know, we're gonna we
- 3:19Speaker 2: gotta find a pizza place. Then we're gonna go to
- 3:21Speaker 2: the bagel place. Oh my god. So you're just doing
- 3:25Speaker 2: this with more humidity. You know, that's all you're really doing.
- 3:29Speaker 2: And know for a scheme of things, and I know
- 3:32Speaker 2: they were perks, But if you're from here and you've
- 3:35Speaker 2: spent enough time here, you're not supposed to leave. Like
- 3:38Speaker 2: you know those stories Mark about how someone smokes every
- 3:41Speaker 2: day till they're ninety and never gets sick. Yeah, and
- 3:44Speaker 2: then they quit smoking and drop dead.
- 3:46Speaker 1: In like three weeks.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Like at some point, the bad adverse things we do
- 3:52Speaker 2: become like standard operating procedure for some of us. I mean,
- 3:56Speaker 2: it's there's no way of really knowing. But New York's one.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Of those things.
- 3:59Speaker 2: If it's in grain and who you are, you're not
- 4:01Speaker 2: going to be right if you leave it behind.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Yeah, well no, it's it's still the greatest thing in
- 4:06Speaker 1: the world. Hey, mom, Donny's already done one great thing.
- 4:09Speaker 1: You got rid of Cuomo. Don't you think we won't
- 4:11Speaker 1: see Cuomo again as a candiate? Will we?
- 4:14Speaker 2: I mean, listen save for an upcoming appearance on season
- 4:18Speaker 2: fifty two of Dancing with the Stars.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I do think I do.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Think it's over, you know, old handsy Andy, but Curtis
- 4:28Speaker 2: will be back. I think you already launched. I think
- 4:30Speaker 2: Curtis already launched his next campaign.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure. Yeah. Well, we love Curtis. But hey,
- 4:36Speaker 1: the shutdown, the Democrats certainly accomplished a lot. Could you
- 4:39Speaker 1: tell us what that was?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Well, you know, we did break a record for Margaritas
- 4:46Speaker 2: an airport bar Okay as a nation, those flight delays,
- 4:53Speaker 2: the TGI Fridays broke a Potato Skins record. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 2: nothing else went on. Nobody, nobody gets, nobody got off
- 5:00Speaker 2: the ground. You know, it was such it was such
- 5:03Speaker 2: silly posturing by them. And you know it's clear now
- 5:08Speaker 2: they really didn't even know why they did it. You know,
- 5:11Speaker 2: they said obamaca.
- 5:13Speaker 1: You know, well, you know.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Healthcare and healthcare was too expensive, but they passed the
- 5:16Speaker 2: healthcare bill. It was their healthcare bill. So how do
- 5:18Speaker 2: you blame us flair healthcare being too expensive? You know,
- 5:21Speaker 2: I mentioned this on TV the other night. I said,
- 5:23Speaker 2: if the Democrats saying healthcare is too expensive, it is
- 5:26Speaker 2: like Bill Cosby saying the drinks are too strong. I'm like, dude,
- 5:29Speaker 2: you made it. You made the beverage there. You have
- 5:33Speaker 2: no legs to stand on here.
- 5:36Speaker 1: So, yeah, this Affordable Care Act, if it's so affordable,
- 5:39Speaker 1: what the hell does it need a subsidy? If it's affordable,
- 5:41Speaker 1: they've never explained that. And if the fact that they
- 5:45Speaker 1: keep talking about it means it's not working. Otherwise, if
- 5:47Speaker 1: it was working, it wouldn't be an issue.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's the point, you know. And everybody who
- 5:54Speaker 2: got duped into this, you know, under the auspices of
- 5:57Speaker 2: you know, well it's gonna be cheaper and we're gonna
- 5:59Speaker 2: help more people out and blah blahlah blah. Those people
- 6:03Speaker 2: are very silent, Like you know what I mean, Like
- 6:05Speaker 2: Obama is it's his bill, it's Obamacare. You don't see
- 6:08Speaker 2: him out there defending this thing right now. He's you know,
- 6:12Speaker 2: calling Trumpet authoritarian and everything in between. But nobody who
- 6:16Speaker 2: was involved with the original passage of this thing. You know.
- 6:18Speaker 2: It's like if you were the captain of the Titanic,
- 6:21Speaker 2: you're not really gonna brag about the course you charted.
- 6:23Speaker 2: You know, a lot of people go left you know
- 6:26Speaker 2: when they get to Nova Scotia but not me, and
- 6:28Speaker 2: nobody wants to own it. And that's my favorite thing
- 6:31Speaker 2: about right now is they're pivoting to everything, but who
- 6:35Speaker 2: passed the bill to begin with? Same thing? With a shutdown?
- 6:37Speaker 2: And you know this, they like, oh, the Republican shutdown. Ahs,
- 6:40Speaker 2: the Republican shutdown. These evil Republicans shutdown the government. And
- 6:43Speaker 2: the minute of the government opened, they're like, how dare
- 6:46Speaker 2: they open the government? Republicans? Well kind of monster, they're
- 6:50Speaker 2: not various people.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Well, everybody should listen to Jimmy Fayler every night nine
- 6:55Speaker 1: o'clock nine to midnight on w o R and watch
- 6:59Speaker 1: him Saturday Night I Love You Saturday Night Show, ten
- 7:00Speaker 1: o'clock best monologue in television.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Now. Thank well, nobody's having a better time than us, man, Like,
- 7:07Speaker 2: for real, we're having we are having a great time.
- 7:09Speaker 2: It's like the world's on fire. We're just roasting marshmallows.
- 7:11Speaker 2: I mean that's what I'm doing tonight tonight at nine
- 7:13Speaker 2: o'clock on w o R. Yeah yeah, oh, nine pm.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Tonight's actually a pretty pretty hot show coming down the pike.
- 7:21Speaker 2: So what happened? Nicole Parker is a former FBI agent
- 7:25Speaker 2: and she's involved in some type of deep state Shenanigan.
- 7:28Speaker 2: She's going to tell me about the truth is is
- 7:31Speaker 2: and you know this, Okay, I'm not deep state. I'm
- 7:33Speaker 2: more like deep dish. You know, I could talk to
- 7:35Speaker 2: you about pizza. She could talk you about the deep state.
- 7:38Speaker 2: But it's going to be excited. I can't wait to
- 7:40Speaker 2: hear it. And I'll probably have to google half of
- 7:42Speaker 2: what she tells me because there's like a six hundred
- 7:44Speaker 2: point IQ gap between her and me. But that's fine.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Yeah, that's tonight nine to midnight on seven to ten WOR.
- 7:51Speaker 1: It's a great show, and the Saturday night show excellent.
- 7:55Speaker 1: But you know these late night hosts. I'm watching this
- 7:57Speaker 1: interview with Kimmel and his wife, who's I didn't really
- 8:00Speaker 1: runs his show, and they're so angry, and you know,
- 8:03Speaker 1: our job is to stop Donald Trump. Our job is
- 8:05Speaker 1: to get Donald Trump tell would you tell him what
- 8:08Speaker 1: the job of a late night host is? Isn't it
- 8:09Speaker 1: just to entertain.
- 8:11Speaker 2: The job of a late night host is You're the
- 8:13Speaker 2: last thing people are going to watch before they go
- 8:16Speaker 2: to bed, so your job is to put them to
- 8:17Speaker 2: bed with a smile. In their face, take away the
- 8:20Speaker 2: tension from the day's torments and kind of unite the
- 8:23Speaker 2: country through that need to escape. Yeah, okay. Instead they're
- 8:27Speaker 2: turning on Kimmel at eleven thirty and being told the
- 8:30Speaker 2: fashets are here, Hitler's in charge. Good night, everybody, have
- 8:35Speaker 2: a nice dream, Like, oh man, well that's crazy. The
- 8:39Speaker 2: compass is broken. You know what I know when she
- 8:41Speaker 2: said her family members, you know, if they vote for Trump,
- 8:44Speaker 2: they're voting against Jimmy Kimmel because he argues with Trump
- 8:48Speaker 2: every night. The idea that she thinks people should be
- 8:51Speaker 2: voting not based on the economy or the safety of
- 8:54Speaker 2: their community, but on whether or not it's going to
- 8:56Speaker 2: hurt Jimmy Kimmel's feelings, Like when you love to be
- 8:59Speaker 2: that attached from reality that you can just cruise through
- 9:03Speaker 2: the world thinking you were right about every you know, weapons,
- 9:06Speaker 2: great stupid thing that came out of your mouth.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Well, you gotta watch watch Jimmy Faylor's show Saturday nights
- 9:13Speaker 1: at ten. You will love it. Best late night show
- 9:14Speaker 1: there is, and make sure you're listening to them tonight
- 9:17Speaker 1: and every weeknight. He's on nine to midnight on WR
- 9:20Speaker 1: with a great show. It's very funny, entertaining, informative, nine
