- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice, shoot a low. Welcome to the Naughty but Night Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your hostel Shooter. It's Monday, which means our dear
- 0:19Speaker 1: friend Garrett Vogel from Z one is joining us. Garretts,
- 0:23Speaker 1: are you there? Greetings, Rob Shooter, good morning, good afternoon,
- 0:27Speaker 1: good evening. Depending on how you listen to this thing, Welcome.
- 0:30Speaker 1: It's a little confused, isn't it. We've been doing this
- 0:33Speaker 1: now for a year, and I do understand people listen
- 0:35Speaker 1: to podcast at all different times of the day. So hopefully,
- 0:38Speaker 1: in fact, not just hopefully. I know there's going to
- 0:40Speaker 1: be some gossip on this show. You're not gonna hear
- 0:43Speaker 1: anywhere else. So let's jump right in. What time is it?
- 0:46Speaker 1: My friends? It is Chrizzy. Teagan is in heart water
- 0:51Speaker 1: against We've got lots of new breaking news about Chrissie.
- 0:54Speaker 1: But before we get into that, let me just recap
- 0:57Speaker 1: for everybody what has been pleasing on. It's a little confusing.
- 1:00Speaker 1: So for the past month, Chrissie has been receiving a
- 1:03Speaker 1: ton of criticism about old tweets that have resurfaced showing
- 1:08Speaker 1: her bullying other people. This comes after she said she
- 1:12Speaker 1: was going to take her break from Twitter because in fact,
- 1:16Speaker 1: she was being bullied herself. The irony of it all.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So it all started back in May when reality star
- 1:22Speaker 1: Courtney Studdorn you might remember her. She was the sixteen
- 1:26Speaker 1: year old who married the fifty year old man. Had
- 1:29Speaker 1: lots and lots of press around that will now Courtney's
- 1:32Speaker 1: come forward with the receipts. Courtney did an interviewer where
- 1:36Speaker 1: Courtney claimed that Chrissie not only tweeted really hurtful things,
- 1:42Speaker 1: including wanting her to take a dirt nap that actually
- 1:47Speaker 1: means to die. I had to google that, but also
- 1:50Speaker 1: I did not know that. I didn't I had to
- 1:52Speaker 1: look that up. But also to that, Chrissie sent tweets
- 1:57Speaker 1: suggesting that Courtney kill herself. Courtney has spoken out to TMZ,
- 2:03Speaker 1: calling her a hypocrite, but it doesn't end there, because
- 2:07Speaker 1: Chrissie did apologize after this and went on to say, quote,
- 2:11Speaker 1: I'm mortified and sad at who I used to be.
- 2:14Speaker 1: I was an insecure, attention seeking ConTroll. I am ashamed
- 2:18Speaker 1: and completely embarrassed at my behavior, but that is nothing
- 2:23Speaker 1: compared to how I make Courtney feel. I've worked so
- 2:27Speaker 1: hard to give you guys joy and be beloved and
- 2:30Speaker 1: the feeling of letting you down is nearly unbearable, so
- 2:34Speaker 1: a pretty solid apology. However, Courtney came forward and said
- 2:39Speaker 1: Christie never apologized to me. Now Chrissie has lost a
- 2:44Speaker 1: lot of sponsors, including a big deal with Bloomingdale's, a massive,
- 2:49Speaker 1: massive deal with Naces. They appear to have pulled her
- 2:53Speaker 1: cookwear line. Also, Targets seemed to have discontinued their partnership,
- 2:57Speaker 1: and just Friday, a new cleaning brand that Chrissie was
- 3:01Speaker 1: releasing with Chris Jenna. She's stepping away from that. So
- 3:07Speaker 1: this is pretty bad news, but it gets a lot
- 3:09Speaker 1: of money worse because now more tweets are coming out,
- 3:13Speaker 1: including a two thousand and eleven tweets that Chrissy sent
- 3:17Speaker 1: to Lindsay Lohan saying quote that she slits her wrists
- 3:22Speaker 1: whenever she sees Emma Stone. Now Lindsay has publicly struggled
- 3:29Speaker 1: with self harm. Dina, her mom, has defended Lindsay, telling
- 3:33Speaker 1: Chrissy to take a look at herself. Also to there
- 3:36Speaker 1: were some really nasty tweets to teen mom Sarah Abron,
- 3:41Speaker 1: who she calls a whore once again. After these tweets,
- 3:45Speaker 1: were exposed. Chrissie apologized a gainer much more in depth apology.
- 3:51Speaker 1: She said that she's reached out to people privately, she
- 3:54Speaker 1: doesn't name them, and she says a lot of these
- 3:56Speaker 1: people need quote, empathy, kindness, unders standing, and support, not
- 4:02Speaker 1: my meanness masculinading as a kind of edgy humor. That's
- 4:06Speaker 1: so interesting, Garrett. I think a lot of the times
- 4:08Speaker 1: here people think they're being really witty and clever and smart. No,
- 4:13Speaker 1: you're being me. And you know what I do. Sometimes
- 4:15Speaker 1: when you think you're like I'm going to get them
- 4:17Speaker 1: on Twitter, you type it out, but you don't hit send.
- 4:20Speaker 1: There's the difference, you know what I mean, Like you
- 4:22Speaker 1: get it off your chest or whatever like, and then
- 4:25Speaker 1: you don't hit sent. Problem is exactly, But you know
- 4:29Speaker 1: what I wanted to ask you. So, as a former publicist,
- 4:33Speaker 1: you know, you get over the first hurdle of the apology, right,
- 4:36Speaker 1: you know with Courtney's with Courtney's apology from Chrissy Teagan,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and then more come out and then more. It's like
- 4:44Speaker 1: almost like a whack a mole game at the arcade.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Do you, as a publish just just put your face
- 4:50Speaker 1: right into your palm and go oh my gosh, or
- 4:52Speaker 1: or is this like, what what do we do? How
- 4:54Speaker 1: do you get out of this? Somebody that could send
- 4:57Speaker 1: such vicious tweets? And also to I think what really
- 5:01Speaker 1: disturbed people about this, there were d m s, There
- 5:03Speaker 1: were direct messenges. So I understand when Chrissy said she
- 5:07Speaker 1: thought she was being edgy and funny and she wanted
- 5:09Speaker 1: people to love her and approve her. Then why are
- 5:11Speaker 1: you sending direct messages? We can't read those. They're just
- 5:15Speaker 1: really vicious, and so I think you expect the worst.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I think Chrissie and her team should probably say there's
- 5:20Speaker 1: gonna be more. There is going to be more, and
- 5:23Speaker 1: we were so embarrassed about this, and we're sorry for this.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Talking to more now, a contestant on Project Runaway, Michael Costello,
- 5:33Speaker 1: he said, this is where it gets a little bit
- 5:36Speaker 1: a little bit different. So he claims than after a
- 5:40Speaker 1: alleged racist tweet was photoshop to comment that he did
- 5:45Speaker 1: not make. After that was posted and now has been removed,
- 5:49Speaker 1: Chrissie came after him telling him that she was going
- 5:53Speaker 1: to pretty much hurt his career, and his career was
- 5:55Speaker 1: dead and so should he be. The problem is now
- 5:59Speaker 1: is that with everything online you can check and there
- 6:02Speaker 1: seems to be something wrong with these dems. They're not
- 6:06Speaker 1: from a verified account. This happened in two thousand and fourteen.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Chrissy was very this there's something not quite right. Also
- 6:14Speaker 1: to the time log is a little off. Even the
- 6:17Speaker 1: colors are a little off. In fact, certain aspects of
- 6:20Speaker 1: the d M were not available on Twitter until later on,
- 6:24Speaker 1: So there's something a little wrong with this. Now Chris's
- 6:27Speaker 1: team are clapping back saying that this just is not true,
- 6:31Speaker 1: and even Chris is clapping back saying this never happened,
- 6:34Speaker 1: These dems are not real, and she's threatening legal action,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and so that one is getting very, very complicated. But
- 6:44Speaker 1: over the weekend, another singer came forward and said that
- 6:47Speaker 1: Chrissy bullied her. The difference with this one, though, is
- 6:50Speaker 1: that this was an online abuse. A singer called Dennika.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I don't know her, but she is a singer that
- 6:57Speaker 1: was big enough to be invited to the Grammars. She's
- 6:59Speaker 1: claiming when she wore the walk the Grammy Red Carpet
- 7:02Speaker 1: in two thousand and sixteen, Chrissy became super aggressive. So
- 7:05Speaker 1: if you're on the Grammy carpet, for the first time.
- 7:08Speaker 1: I've been there with a lot of celebrities, they get
- 7:10Speaker 1: their assistance and their friends or their publicists to record
- 7:12Speaker 1: them on their cell phones. And then Denika is saying
- 7:16Speaker 1: that Chrissie pushed her almost to the point where she
- 7:19Speaker 1: fell on her face. John Legend is finally speaking out.
- 7:23Speaker 1: So John has remained silent about all this. Some people
- 7:27Speaker 1: thought his silence made him complicit. Some people thought him
- 7:31Speaker 1: not defending Chrissie and saying nothing was distancing himself from her.
- 7:35Speaker 1: But now we know where John stands. He's coming forward
- 7:39Speaker 1: and saying designer Michael Costello is faking those d MS
- 7:43Speaker 1: quote that exchange was made up, completely fake. It never
- 7:47Speaker 1: ever happened. And now, as we reported on this show
- 7:51Speaker 1: first and it got picked up everywhere, let's talk about
- 7:54Speaker 1: Chrissie sitting down with Oprah. Now, if you're going to
- 7:58Speaker 1: go on an apology to or who, who else would
- 8:01Speaker 1: you sit down with? Maybe exactly we were third. I
- 8:06Speaker 1: would put Howard Howard Stern second, and then maybe you
- 8:09Speaker 1: and I. There's no one bigger than Oprah. If Opera forgivesues,
- 8:13Speaker 1: the nation probably will to which brings us to our
- 8:15Speaker 1: pole question of the day John Legend, it's finally coming
- 8:19Speaker 1: out to defend his wife Chrissie. Is he helping or
- 8:22Speaker 1: is he hurting? Go vote on our Twitter page, Naughty
- 8:24Speaker 1: Nice Rob on Facebook page is not he does it?
- 8:26Speaker 1: And be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Garrett Love, what are you working on? All? Right? So
- 8:33Speaker 1: we all know that Andy Cohen did the big you know,
- 8:35Speaker 1: Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion. It's so funny. As
- 8:38Speaker 1: soon as the Kardashians are like the series is over,
- 8:42Speaker 1: Everybody's like, oh, that's it, that's the No. They've been
- 8:45Speaker 1: on TV almost every day ever since that season series
- 8:49Speaker 1: finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. So so, Andy
- 8:52Speaker 1: Cohen pretty much just brought up the question that we
- 8:55Speaker 1: all think about from time to time, like does she
- 8:58Speaker 1: believe she would be famous without her sex tape with
- 9:01Speaker 1: Ray J and And this is interesting. Kim Kardashian, very
- 9:04Speaker 1: successful businesswoman now says probably not, you know, which is
- 9:09Speaker 1: interesting because we all think like, oh, you know, it
- 9:12Speaker 1: was all mapped out and planned and this is orchestrated.
- 9:15Speaker 1: But for her to actually it's it's a step in
- 9:17Speaker 1: the direction of that we didn't see coming and maybe
- 9:20Speaker 1: it means Kim's growing up a little bit. But here's
- 9:22Speaker 1: the thing. So he asked another very important question, as
- 9:25Speaker 1: we know Kim has has children with Kanye, and the
- 9:29Speaker 1: question of how are you going to approach your children
- 9:31Speaker 1: if they ask about the sex tape now? Now? Her
- 9:34Speaker 1: her response is interesting because she says, I've done a
- 9:37Speaker 1: lot of great things, you know, to to pretty much
- 9:40Speaker 1: just squash it down on the internet search and I
- 9:43Speaker 1: don't have to bring it up with them right now.
- 9:45Speaker 1: But let's be real. Kids are growing up very quick,
- 9:48Speaker 1: and they're gonna know their friends, are gonna know, they're
- 9:51Speaker 1: gonna be talking a lot. And I think she's going
- 9:53Speaker 1: to have to answer that question sooner than she thinks.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I think you're absolutely right here. I think she's prepared
- 10:00Speaker 1: for it though, Like Kim has made peace with that
- 10:02Speaker 1: awful time in her life and now it's really really, really,
- 10:07Speaker 1: really hard. And she said that of all the things
- 10:09Speaker 1: in her life, the one thing that she regrets and
- 10:12Speaker 1: would possibly take back is that sex tape. And she
- 10:14Speaker 1: said it's more about from being a mom than anything else.
- 10:18Speaker 1: I think if she didn't have kids, she might think
- 10:20Speaker 1: differently about that, But that makes sense, just like we
- 10:23Speaker 1: learned though with Chrissy Teagan it lives on the internet
- 10:26Speaker 1: forever forever. But also to and maybe this is the
- 10:29Speaker 1: case with Chrissy. You can't let your whole life judge
- 10:32Speaker 1: you on your worst day. The problem with Chrissie it
- 10:35Speaker 1: wasn't one tape, It wasn't one day, and it was
- 10:37Speaker 1: lots and lots and lots of days. Prince Charles out
- 10:40Speaker 1: of London, there's letting it be no one that little
- 10:42Speaker 1: arch is never going to be a prince. I remember
- 10:44Speaker 1: when Megan Harry sat down with Oprah. They're very cross.
- 10:48Speaker 1: The little Archie is not a prince now. Megan actually
- 10:51Speaker 1: got it wrong. She seemed to think that Archie should
- 10:54Speaker 1: just become a prince because who his parents were. That's
- 10:58Speaker 1: not the case. So the grand children of the monarch
- 11:03Speaker 1: become princes and princesses. The great grandchildren do not, So
- 11:07Speaker 1: technically they have to wait for Queen Elizabeth to die,
- 11:11Speaker 1: Prince Charles will become king, and then Archie and his
- 11:15Speaker 1: new little sister Lily Bett should become a prince and
- 11:18Speaker 1: a princess. However, Prince Charles is going to change the rules,
- 11:21Speaker 1: not to spite Harry and Megan. I know people are
- 11:24Speaker 1: going to think he's doing that. He's not. He's he
- 11:27Speaker 1: doesn't like that. But for for maybe twenty or thirty years,
- 11:30Speaker 1: Charles has said there are too many royals and he
- 11:32Speaker 1: wants to limit the amount of royals because the taxpayer
- 11:35Speaker 1: pays for them. It's really really expensive for the country
- 11:39Speaker 1: to keep a large royal family. I know rubs he
- 11:43Speaker 1: decides to draw the line in the sand and his
- 11:47Speaker 1: grand I would just feel public perception here. I'd pay
- 11:51Speaker 1: them myself. I'd say to the police forces and the taxpayers,
- 11:54Speaker 1: you know, let's just call him a prince. Even though
- 11:56Speaker 1: they walked away from the family and they don't want
- 11:58Speaker 1: to be royals. It was their choice, not our us,
- 12:00Speaker 1: although some people would say they were pushed. I would
- 12:02Speaker 1: just pay them. But there are so many royals living
- 12:05Speaker 1: in Kensington Palace, Princess Michael of Kent, the Duke and
- 12:08Speaker 1: the Duchess of this and that the taxpayer does pay
- 12:11Speaker 1: for them. And I don't think the world has changed now.
- 12:14Speaker 1: People are really careful about how they spend their money,
- 12:17Speaker 1: where they spend their money. There's a lot better places
- 12:19Speaker 1: to put your money than to keep a prince who
- 12:21Speaker 1: doesn't have a job in a palace. So I sort
- 12:24Speaker 1: of support this, but at the same time, I do
- 12:27Speaker 1: think this is gonna look really, really bad. Talking and
- 12:31Speaker 1: looking bad, Garrett. It looks like we might never see
- 12:34Speaker 1: Brittany ever perform again. What did she say? So she
- 12:38Speaker 1: took to Instagram just the other day and she's answering
- 12:41Speaker 1: some fan questions, which you know, it's good to see,
- 12:44Speaker 1: but it also causes more more questions as as she
- 12:48Speaker 1: answers those answers fan questions. She's trying to do something good,
- 12:52Speaker 1: but she has her big conservatorship coming up where she's
- 12:55Speaker 1: gonna answer some questions and and I don't think they're
- 12:58Speaker 1: going to be easier, Rob, you know, she she's going
- 13:01Speaker 1: to have to really, you know, I think this will
- 13:04Speaker 1: be put Britney spears in a very vulnerable place that
- 13:08Speaker 1: she's never been where she's actually facing another lawyer's questions
- 13:11Speaker 1: and a judge's questions, and she can't, you know, shut off.
- 13:14Speaker 1: A count likes we'll keep you up to speed on
- 13:18Speaker 1: what happens. A fan asked, will you ever perform again?
- 13:22Speaker 1: And she goes, I'm ready to take the stage again.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Am I gonna take the stage again. Will I ever
- 13:28Speaker 1: take the stage again? I have no idea. I'm having
- 13:31Speaker 1: fun right now. I'm in transition in my life and
- 13:33Speaker 1: enjoying myself. And then she smiled. But here's the thing,
- 13:37Speaker 1: Brittany doesn't really need to take the stage again. Would
- 13:40Speaker 1: fans love to see her take the stage again? Yes,
- 13:42Speaker 1: but that video alone three point two million views in
- 13:46Speaker 1: a matter of less than princess she always will be.
- 13:50Speaker 1: But you know, well, Brittany owes us nothing. She's worked
- 13:53Speaker 1: her exacle off since she was a little girl. Brittany,
- 13:56Speaker 1: if you never perform again, that is up to you.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Don't do it for us, do what's right for you.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And before we get a break, Anderson Cooper, he's revealing
- 14:03Speaker 1: that he's very angry, very piste with his ex. Piste
- 14:06Speaker 1: means different things in different countries, So British British listeners,
- 14:11Speaker 1: pissed means drunk, He's not drunk. Piste in America means angry,
- 14:16Speaker 1: So he's he had some very very very angry feelings
- 14:20Speaker 1: towards his ex. They co pare and together, Benjamin and
- 14:24Speaker 1: Anderson co pare at Little Wyatt Together. Sir Anderson was
- 14:27Speaker 1: in Israel doing a story for sixty minutes, and Daddy
- 14:31Speaker 1: Benjamin was at home looking after little Wyatt, and Wyatt
- 14:35Speaker 1: took his very first steps. So Benjamin tells Anderson this,
- 14:40Speaker 1: and Anderson's first reaction is fury. He said, I got
- 14:45Speaker 1: really piste with Benjamin in my household. When I was
- 14:48Speaker 1: growing up, you would lie about everything. So why couldn't
- 14:51Speaker 1: he just have lied? Why couldn't he just have said, oh,
- 14:54Speaker 1: he's not walking at all. And then the minute I
- 14:56Speaker 1: come home, he takes a few steps, and Benjamin jumps up,
- 14:58Speaker 1: Dad and oh, my goodness, is taking some steps. What
- 15:01Speaker 1: do you think about this? Do you lie about this? Well?
- 15:05Speaker 1: You got well yes, normal people, yes. But in this
- 15:08Speaker 1: quote unquote celebrity world, where let's be honest, Anderson Cooper
- 15:12Speaker 1: a little bit more famous than than his than his
- 15:15Speaker 1: co parent right there, you know what I mean? So
- 15:17Speaker 1: like he this is his thing, you know what I mean.
- 15:21Speaker 1: He don't get more rights as a famous parent than
- 15:23Speaker 1: you or I or anybody else I know, but he
- 15:26Speaker 1: But Anderson Cooper think about all the lavish things Anderson gets,
- 15:30Speaker 1: So he gets then I think that we shouldn't cater
- 15:33Speaker 1: to him anymore. Anderson, your life is perfect or it
- 15:35Speaker 1: seems to be perfect. Shut up about this, Stop moaning
- 15:39Speaker 1: about it. You have a beautiful little boy who's healthy, adorable.
- 15:42Speaker 1: You have a great ex partner who's still partnering with
- 15:46Speaker 1: you in co parenting this little devil. It's all good.
- 15:49Speaker 1: He's walking. Congratulations. Hey, we're going to take a quick break.
- 15:54Speaker 1: We will food right, Welcome back to the shot but
- 16:00Speaker 1: nice share on your strop shooting with our friend Garrett's
- 16:02Speaker 1: vogel from Z one Garrett, let's get to the polls
- 16:06Speaker 1: that Victoria's secrets are mixing their angels for Prianka Chopra
- 16:12Speaker 1: and Megan Rappon, this is a good idea or a
- 16:14Speaker 1: bad idea? Seventy said a good idea. I think the
- 16:19Speaker 1: change is welcome. Don't forget to vote on today's poll.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Go to our Twitter page and naughty nice wrong, but
- 16:24Speaker 1: our Facebook page is naughty gossip and be sure to
- 16:26Speaker 1: check back tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's
- 16:30Speaker 1: time for the nicest of the day. Yes, well, this
- 16:36Speaker 1: is one of those things where someone's trying to be nice,
- 16:38Speaker 1: but the Internet just looks on forever. So so Monica
- 16:42Speaker 1: Lewinsky has tried to do something nice for in HBO
- 16:45Speaker 1: intern who mistakenly sent out an email to the mass
- 16:49Speaker 1: distribution list. And you know, so when you get one
- 16:52Speaker 1: of those emails, we all get them all a day, like, hey,
- 16:54Speaker 1: you could stream this and that they sent out a
- 16:56Speaker 1: test email and then altered to their huge millions upon
- 17:01Speaker 1: millions distribution list, and then Monica and of course the
- 17:04Speaker 1: HBO intern online said oh so sorry. And then here's
- 17:09Speaker 1: the thing. This is where Monica Lewinsky got herself in
- 17:11Speaker 1: trouble with the Internet. Of course, we all know who
- 17:14Speaker 1: Monica Lewinsky is. And Monica Lewinsky chimed in on Twitter.
- 17:17Speaker 1: She said, dear intern, it gets better, she wrote, alongside
- 17:20Speaker 1: with a red heart emoji, and uh, well, we all
- 17:23Speaker 1: know how that story played out. But the Internet, again,
- 17:28Speaker 1: this is the thing, the Internet, it lives on for us.
- 17:31Speaker 1: This is just a silly mistake. We all make them.
- 17:32Speaker 1: It feels terrible if you're that intern at the moment.
- 17:35Speaker 1: My goodness, I know this is the most important thing,
- 17:37Speaker 1: the worst thing that can happen in the world for you.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Don't worry. We've all been there. Gosh, my first internship,
- 17:44Speaker 1: I didn't know what I was doing. But I don't
- 17:46Speaker 1: think we all yeah, no one did through it and
- 17:49Speaker 1: nicest of the day, and now I noticed the day
- 17:51Speaker 1: nor the ps. Morgan is going after Dick and Marcle again,
- 17:56Speaker 1: this time dubbing her Princess Pinocchio. So it seems like
- 18:00Speaker 1: add of nowhere, Piers has decided to call Megan names.
- 18:05Speaker 1: We don't do names on this show. Princess. I'm not
- 18:08Speaker 1: going to say I didn't get a date, so I'm
