Movies are Gay 4: Carol (2015)
MOVIES ARE GAY 4: GAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU (and also with you). We're starting strong with our return to form as we gay up July to compensate for being too busy last June. The rest of our Gay selections are thoroughly in the 21st century and we take on our first Todd Haynes film discussion in the movie "Carol", which is a lesbian love story and also one of two films where Cate Blanchett plays a strong lesbian in a movie directed by a guy named "Todd". Carol is a pretty simple film that plays a lot of its emotion quietly. Like how they did in 1952. Hear us tell it.
