SPEAKER_02: My grandpa was the one that came through, which is interesting.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_02: He just had such a loving, warm presence.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_02: And um I the first thing I heard him say was hello, dear, which is like what he would that was like his so cute.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_02: And then he said I'm with Jack, which is what he would call my mom.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_02: And um he's just like, I'm just here.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_02: Like he didn't say too much.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_02: He's kind of made a few words, but I just kind of felt his calmness, his presence, and just letting me know that he was with his daughter, my mom.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_02: So it was just it was sweet.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Unity Code, where we explore what becomes possible when we stop keeping spirituality on the sidelines and start using our connection to spirit to actually change lives.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_01: I'm Nicole Pope, a medium teacher and former transformation corporate executive.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: I've spent more than 20 years obsessed with data, patterns, systems, and one question.
• 0:58
  SPEAKER_01: What actually creates change?
• 1:00
SPEAKER_01: These days I'm asking that same question about energy, consciousness, the soul, and our connection to spirit.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_01: And no, we're not keeping this theoretical.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_01: On the podcast, we're going to teach it, test it, demonstrate it, play with it, and bring real people into the conversation.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_01: We'll explore mediumship, energetic, intuition, ancestral patterns, human potential, and some things I'm not even sure we have language for yet.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_01: Because the goal is bigger than becoming more spiritual.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_01: It's about discovering what you're capable of, using it to transform yourself, expand your life, and step into possibilities you couldn't access before.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_01: This is the Unity Code, where spirit meets experimentation, transformation, and a community curious enough to find out what else is possible.
• 1:54
  SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad you're here.
• 1:59
  SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: Welcome to our very first Unity Code Live recording.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_01: I am so excited that all of you are here today to experience this first experimentation.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_01: And by the way, if you are not aware of what went down with this episode, we do have a private community lab where we are going to be running live experiments, having ceremonies.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_01: And I'm just so excited to bring this into a little more of an interactive experience because I know what works for me, but I don't know what works or doesn't work for all of you.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_01: And that's the part of the beauty of this podcast is that I want to learn what makes all of us unique in our energetic connections and our deepening into spirit.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_01: And I want to hear your stories and I want to understand how it works for you.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_01: Because what I have found with this work is that everybody is so unique in their energetic connection to spirit.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_01: Everyone.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_01: And I'm so excited to have the session recorded for all of you to listen to so that we can really dive into how to actually identify what your energetic protection looks like today, how you can actually protect it, and what that means for your energetic field.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_01: And also how do you set intention without maybe locking everything down and what that experience is going to look like for you, all under the guise of what is best for your energy that is up to your own discernment.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_01: But let's test out some of the possibilities for your energetic protection.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_01: And then just for awareness for the folks in the room, as well as anyone who wants to attend a future version of these.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_01: This is all recorded live on Zoom.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_01: You have to be in the lab to be on here.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_01: So though the Zoom link is within the lab.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_01: And then it's just my beautiful face on the recording.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_01: So none of you will see your faces on here, but we will hear audio.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_01: Um, and if there's comments, I'll read those out loud as they come up as well.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_01: So thank you all so much for being here.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_01: I really want to dive in and follow up on the previous podcast episode that we had in terms of energetic protection.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna give um actually, it's my spirit team completely taking the lead today.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_01: I do not know what's gonna happen.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_01: I have a general idea, but bear with me if there's a little stumbling and mumbling and redirection as we go through this, because that is how the magic is with me and my spirit team.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_01: And so I wanted to give a little bit of an introduction in terms of the aura, because we're gonna be playing a lot with the aura today with this energetic protection.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_01: And so I want to talk about what the aura is and um what it looks like, what it means with what it looks like.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_01: And then we're gonna just do a little bit of an exercise where I'm gonna ask you to tell me what your aura looks like.
• 5:16
  SPEAKER_01: What are you experiencing?
• 5:18
SPEAKER_01: Um, what is coming up?
• 5:19
SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna uncover what your energetic essentially protection baseline is by taking a look at what your aura is doing.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_01: And then from there, I will actually teach you how to manipulate your aura so that it is locked down, so that it is solid, so that nothing is coming in.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna ask, they said it's not me.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna be sending some information or energy your way to see if anything is coming through while your energy and protection and while your energy is locked down.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna see what that looks like and feels like.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_01: And then we're gonna actually go back to the baseline and then set intention and have them send something else and see if something comes through.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_01: So we are actually playing and manipulating with your auric field today, which sounds really complicated, but actually it's really freaking easy.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_01: And it greatly influences the way and abilities that you are able to like pick up on other people's energy throughout the day.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_01: So, those of you that are empaths, this is a huge beneficial lesson and learning for all of you today.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_01: And this is again the surface level of what you can do with the aura.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_01: We can talk about colors another day if that's helpful.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, but this is just going to be really fun for us to kind of play and experiment.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_01: And then all of you here in the live, just keep me honest, either popping off uh off mute or hopping it in the chats with anything that's going on with you, and we can dig into anything that looks or feels different for you based on what I'm experiencing.
• 6:41
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 6:42
  SPEAKER_01: So the aura.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_01: The aura, as most people know, is this the energetic field that is around us.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_01: There is a lot that you can look into with the aura.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_01: There are multiple layers to the aura, different colors mean certain things with the aura.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_01: We're not really going to get into all of that detail.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_01: Instead, today I want to talk about what your aura looks like.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_01: And when I say what your aura looks like, typically it is an egg shape that goes all around you.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_01: And yes, it goes below the ground, does not matter.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_01: So it's this egg circle that goes all around you.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_01: It is, by the way, scientifically proven.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_01: You can actually see the size of your aura by using dousing rods, which is really cool that you can do that.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: And so the aura is essentially the your energy that is extended out into the ethers around you.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_01: Again, it's typically an arm's length all around you on all sides.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_01: And when we're talking about the aura, the aura can get bigger or it can get smaller.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_01: And so, if you think about what's the easiest way to explain this?
• 7:46
SPEAKER_01: As you're thinking about the aura, as things enter your auric field, that is when you're able to perceive and receive information from anything that's around you.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_01: And by the way, everything is energy.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_01: So here sitting in this room by myself, if I were to open up my energetic field, I could pick up on the energy of the painting behind me.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_01: I could pick up on the energy of the plants behind me.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_01: I could pick up maybe the energy of the birds that might be on the roof that's next to me.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_01: If you are in an assembly line today, like one of the people that are on the call.
• 8:19
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_01: Um, oh God, I love this.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_01: Alexa's already feeling laying giddy.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_01: So Alexa is calling in from a production line.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_01: Sorry, Alexis, totally threw you under the bus there.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_01: Um, so she's so she is probably likely with her energy, her auric field, feeling all of the energy of maybe the people that's around her, maybe the energy of the plant that's all around her, right?
• 8:38
SPEAKER_01: If we have kids, we feel the energy of the kids.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_01: Um and so all of these things that enter our auric field are the things that we are gonna receive and perceive.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_01: So, in case you're wondering how spirit communication works, you bring them into your field.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_01: They connect to your field, and that is how the communication can happen.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_01: Because once something enters your aura, that's when you can psychically, energetically pick up on it.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_01: Very broad, not that's not always the rule, but we're just gonna keep it simple here today.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_01: And so you can actually take your auric field and make it bigger.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_01: And what's that gonna do?
• 9:12
SPEAKER_01: That's gonna extend it so you are able to receive and perceive more, because you're making your energetic field big, and or you can also make it smaller so you receive and perceive less.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_01: And so when we're talking about this, if you hate going out in public, or if you're going to a music fair or a festival or um anything that has a lot of people, what you will find typically is that your auric field automatically gets smaller and closer to you, so you're not picking up on the energies of other people.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_01: Likewise, when you are out in the middle of the woods doing a glorious like forest bathing exercise and no one's around you, especially here in my house, your energy will get bigger because there's nothing that needs to interact with it.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_01: It's just like it's like letting the bra down everybody.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_01: It's like taking it off at the end of the day, I'm just gonna let it fly.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_01: That's exactly what your auric field is gonna do.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_01: And so these are the different sizes that can happen.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_01: And I'm already giving you examples of how you're already noticing, and you're probably already noticing how you're able to pick up on more things when it's bigger, right?
• 10:20
SPEAKER_01: And so if your family's home, your auric field's probably gonna be bigger so that you can keep tabs on the kids, you can keep tabs on the spouse, you can keep tabs on the pet so you kind of know what's going on, versus if you're going grocery shopping and you don't want to talk to anybody, you naturally are not picking up on anything and you're gonna keep that nice and close to you.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_01: So, size is one thing that can be manipulated.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_01: And I wanted to call that out as an example, but another thing that can be manipulated is the texture of your aura.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: And so the texture of your aura is a very interesting thing.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_01: And if you do a lot of psychic protection, grounding, shielding, centering, a lot of them say to put a mirror on the outside of your aura.
• 10:59
  SPEAKER_01: Totally normal.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_01: I'm saying there's a lot of different things that you can do with the external, like the outside of your aura that is going to be able to allow you to receive or perceive less.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_01: You don't necessarily have to make your aura bigger or smaller.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_01: So instead of changing the size, I want to actually work with the texture of it today.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_01: And when I say the texture of your aura, again, you can make it solid, just like an eggshell, that nothing can get through.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_01: You can put a few little holes in it, like I like to call like the cheese grater, which allows some energy to pop in as it needs to, and you're gonna be much more open to receiving it.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_01: And then there's some people where it's like a sev, like there's it's a barely uh an outside at all, and it's one giant hole that allows anything and everything to come through.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_01: And those of us that are extreme empaths, which means that you typically grew up in some sort of a um, I'm gonna say it like traumatic childhood experience, whether it was physical, emotional, mental, etc., you have learned through the years to be much more in tune with the people around you that are maybe causing the abuse or causing the chaos or causing the trauma.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_01: And so that allows you by being much more open in your energetic field to receive more, to almost prepare for what's about to happen to you so that you can predict the behaviors, you can predict what's going to happen to you because that prediction is gonna feel really safe in your nervous system.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_01: And so a lot of us that are empaths default to having a very open aura that receives a lot of information.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_01: And so this is hypothesis number one is trying to understand what your energy looks like.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_01: What does your auric field look like?
• 12:38
SPEAKER_01: And so for this, I just want you, if you're listening, to take a nice deep breath in and out.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to bring in all of your team members.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_01: So whether that be your spirit guides, your angels, your departed loved ones, whoever is going to be helping you with this exercise today.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to ask them to help you just bring your energy into a normal energetic state.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_01: Make your aura what it normally is, what is your normal baseline for your energy.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_01: And so as I'm asking them to do that, I want you to close your eyes.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_01: And I want you to kind of feel your energy at the ends of your energetic field, at the ends of your aura.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_01: And I want you to just start to perceive and just kind of bring your awareness above you, in front of you, to the sides of you, like act like you're in this VR experience looking around at your aura and just notice does your aura number one, how far away is it?
• 13:51
SPEAKER_01: How far away is your aura?
• 13:53
  SPEAKER_01: Is it arm's length?
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_01: Is it closer?
• 13:55
  SPEAKER_01: Is it further away?
• 13:58
SPEAKER_01: And you're going to receive and perceive this in many different ways.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_01: You might be able to see it in your mind.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_01: You might be able to feel it within your energy field.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_01: You might be able to maybe hear the answers that are coming from either your higher self or your team.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_01: You might just know where it is or what it looks like.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_01: There are no wrong answers here.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_01: And especially with the baseline of your aura, there's nothing wrong with the normal state of your aura.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_01: And so as you're looking around, I just want you to perceive how far away from your body is it.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_01: And for me, I'm hearing four feet and I'm hearing that clear audience in my head.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_01: And I'm checking the texture and I'm saying what does it look like on the ex on the external side?
• 14:47
SPEAKER_01: So is it more solid?
• 14:50
SPEAKER_01: Do you see any holes or gaps?
• 14:56
SPEAKER_01: You might be pure perceiving a color.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna leave that with you.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_01: You can Google what that looks like or means later.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_01: And make sure you're looking all around you because if you don't have a lot of spaces or holes in your aura, it gives you a lot of information knowing, oh, I just almost ate the microphone while I'm having my eyes closed looking at my aura.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_01: Um, you you it gives you a lot of information where the holes are located in your aura.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_01: And so for me, mine is mostly mostly solid.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna explain what mine looks like in a minute.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_01: But then I'm noticing like two tears kind of behind me almost at ground level, which is giving me a lot of information, but it's almost like this secret space that allows information in that other people can't see or use or manipulate.
• 15:44
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_01: So if I bring you back here, how did that what does your aura look like, everybody?
• 15:54
SPEAKER_01: Do we have some folks that want to share?
• 15:56
SPEAKER_01: And you're you're welcome to add it to the chat.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_01: You're welcome to go, yep, go ahead, T.
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't mind sharing.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: Um during the exercise, mine was like one or two feet, and in the front it has more space, but behind it's a little fuzzy.
• 16:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's like a grayish, purplish.
• 16:17
  SPEAKER_00: It's a texture, there's not words for it.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: I feel like English is so limited, but it's like a grayish, purplish, bluish, but there's a big hole at my my lower back.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: Like it's like a huge, just like a whoa.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: So different there than everywhere else.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what that means, but okay.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_01: And do you uh not trust a lot of people, T?
• 16:40
SPEAKER_01: A hard time trusting strangers.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna put it that way, I guess.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: So I got good reason to not trust people, but fair.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so so it's really interesting because based on what you're telling me about your aura, like in front of you where you can see and it's predictable, you feel a lot more safe, right?
• 16:57
SPEAKER_01: And so you have that additional distance.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_01: And what was the sh what was the texture on the front?
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: It was pretty solid, you said it's like it's like jelly, kind of, like it's it's like there's thickness, so it kind of filters things out, so it's not solid.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: I could imagine like obsidian if I really wanted to have a very strong production, but the natural is like kind of um jelly is probably the closest texture I can think of.
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_01: And yeah, I think you're absolutely right.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_01: I think filtering is the right word for that because it's allowing you to kind of know what comes in and then also just discard maybe what doesn't need to come in or a certain thing.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_01: That that jelly feels definitely more like um a filtering.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_01: And then it's interesting the back and the fact that it's fuzzy, and then the fact that it's gray and also it's purple, because typically what we'll see um I'm just going off the deep end for you.
• 17:51
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry, T.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_01: Like, so this gives an indicator for me that you have some past life trauma that you are you are still kind of protecting yourself on, and the hole right in the bottom half of your back is probably where you were stabbed in a past life, which is why you keep your energy really freaking close to you on the back.
• 18:08
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_01: And like this isn't necessarily anything that you go Google or find in a book, but like just based on the fact that like literally in front of you feels really good and behind you doesn't.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_01: Behind is typically past or past life.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_01: And just based on the energy I'm picking up on what you're sharing, and also, you know, I'm I hope you don't mind like tapping into the experience that you just had, like that's a past life experience.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_01: I can feel it, it's it's distant, it's distant in the past.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so like you're still navigating and holding on to this trauma that you've had in past lives, which can totally happen with this.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_01: It's not even it's not like you can totally have does not mean that you're unsafe by any means in this lifetime, but it's just something that just needs a little bit more love and healing.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_01: And um, you can ask actually ask your team to come in and help you heal that.
• 18:50
  SPEAKER_01: Pretty cool, huh?
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_01: It's so wild.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I would bet when you stand, you hold you you stand with your hands behind your back.
• 19:01
  SPEAKER_01: I do a lot of this.
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_01: That's yep, that's why.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_01: Um, okay.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, T.
• 19:07
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
• 19:08
  SPEAKER_01: So good.
• 19:08
  SPEAKER_01: Um, go ahead, Erin.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_02: So for me, it's my length of it is probably about 10 feet.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_02: Like it's back all the way to my bed.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_02: Like I was here in bed.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_02: And so I was like, whoa.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so it's pretty expansive.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_02: But it was interesting when you were saying the cheese grater thing because I actually got glitter.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_02: So it's like I have holes that are like open and closing, open and closing all over.
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, perfect.
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_02: Which is um interesting.
• 19:34
  SPEAKER_01: But again, disfending.
• 19:36
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was interesting.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_02: And then the color of it was interesting too, because it started as like a bluish green, but then I changed to rainbow.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_02: And it's funny because as soon as I opened my eyes and looked at the screen, and I don't even know if you can see this, but it looks like there's literally like a rainbow.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if you can see that or if it's just me, but I can see like rainbow.
• 19:54
  SPEAKER_02: So that's wild.
• 19:57
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_01: And I love it.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_01: So that totally makes sense to me with with um, and I like the fact that your whole the holes are moving.
• 20:09
  SPEAKER_01: You're just like, I'm only gonna allow certain things in, and I'm I it's just I don't know.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_01: It's like the bouncing of the the VCR thing or like the screensavers back in the day, like you can't keep it in one spot because you don't want to be stagnant in your protection of energy, but you want things to you'll never get me, you'll never get me exactly, exactly.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_01: And I'm not surprised that it's big because you're home, and so you can do this exercise when you're at work and it might look and feel very different.
• 20:35
  unknown: Uh-huh.
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_01: Tiny at work, yeah.
• 20:37
  SPEAKER_01: Tiny, tiny.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, so good, Aaron.
• 20:40
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then we have Michelle in the comments saying it felt like a bubble around the edges, shifting shape and iridescent color.
• 20:47
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_01: That Michelle, that really gives me the energy of a little bit more of that um uh mirrored kind of energy.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_01: I know it's not a mirror, but it really gives me this feeling of much like Aaron, kind of like, let me just point you a little bit of a different way, a little bit of hiding energy with the iridescent color, which I love.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then Alexis is saying mine's pretty near.
• 21:07
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, Michelle says 100%.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_01: Um, like so Alexis is pretty near a foot, maybe.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_01: Yep, that makes sense because you're you're where you are.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so she's she's at work.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_01: So she's gonna feel like it's nice and close.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_01: Um, and it's smooth and mostly closed.
• 21:23
  SPEAKER_01: Yep, that makes sense.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_01: Kind of like an opening at the back of my neck.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_01: So now you're starting to understand when we have these gaps.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: Um, typically when we have gaps in our energetic field like that, we can start to hone in on what is it from?
• 21:38
SPEAKER_01: And I can feel, and this is part of the work that you do through discernment and kind of working in this space is I can feel, you know, is it current life, is it past life?
• 21:46
SPEAKER_01: Is this something that I put it there or or was it was it um trauma that caused me that that caused that terror in my whole in my um auric field?
• 21:55
SPEAKER_01: There's a there's so much information that you can get from the auric field.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_01: And so for Alexis, we You um, do you have a neck injury?
• 22:04
SPEAKER_01: Because I'm not feeling like that is a past life connection.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_01: I'm actually feeling like there was a neck injury because I can feel it, and it feels like a little tiny hole, but it allows you to stay connected too.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, you're galactic.
• 22:20
  SPEAKER_01: That's what that is.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_01: Okay, past life neck thing.
• 22:25
SPEAKER_01: It's not an injury, it's not an injury, it's allow it's allowing you to stay connected to the galactic realms.
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_01: Are you galactic, Alexis?
• 22:34
  SPEAKER_01: Red.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_01: Um, what's the red one?
• 22:36
  SPEAKER_01: Hang on a second.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_01: I have colors for all of the galactic connections.
• 22:39
  SPEAKER_01: I'm hearing Arcturian.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_01: Just want to put that out there for you.
• 22:43
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is crazy.
• 22:45
  SPEAKER_01: It's crazy.
• 22:46
  SPEAKER_01: It's crazy.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_01: Um, so if you're if you're feeling like you're galactic, I just want to validate that with this neck thing that's going.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_01: It could be something else, but that's just what's what's bubbling up to the surface for you.
• 22:56
  SPEAKER_01: You have webbed fingers.
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_01: I love it.
• 23:00
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 23:01
  SPEAKER_01: I love it.
• 23:02
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_01: So as we set the intention, now what I'm going to have you do, and and we're going to start to manipulate this energetic field.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_01: And we just want you to go in.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to talk about how to manipulate it.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_01: And then I want you to do the same exercise where you're looking around and just like giving me a thumbs up when you know that it feels solid.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_01: So I want you to bring your auric field.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_01: We are going to change the size just a little bit because some of you are close, some of you are far.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_01: So I want you to imagine, and this is all through imagine, it's all through intention.
• 23:31
  SPEAKER_01: It's literally that easy.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_01: So I want you to imagine that your energetic field, your aura, is probably about three feet all around you.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_01: And it's a nice, beautiful circle, like an egg all around you.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_01: And I want you to imagine the outside of that egg being very solid.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_01: It is like a brick wall, a concrete wall.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_01: And we're setting the attention to make it completely solid.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_01: There are no holes, there is nothing in there that could possibly be allowed through.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_01: There's no spaces, no gaps, no nothing.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_01: And on the outside, I do want you to imagine that there is a mirror on the outside.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_01: So again, whatever comes in or tries to come in is going to be bounced right back to center.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_01: And some of you may notice that your entire energy just shifted.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_01: I also feel like some of you will notice this feels very uncomfortable for you.
• 24:40
  SPEAKER_01: And I don't know why.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_01: Probably haven't done this before.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_01: And so as you're making that solid, take a look around, just like we did before closing your eyes.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_01: And just take a look around and make sure there's no holes solid.
• 24:54
  SPEAKER_01: There's a mirror on the outside.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_01: And it feels pretty good.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_01: And just give me a thumbs up for the folks that are here.
• 25:05
  SPEAKER_01: Got it, got it.
• 25:06
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 25:07
  SPEAKER_01: T having trouble?
• 25:08
  SPEAKER_01: Kinda sorta.
• 25:10
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_01: So I really want you to push it out, T.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_01: I really want you to imagine it's solid on the outside.
• 25:16
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, Michelle's got a thumbs up.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_01: This is say, and I wanna like, I want to remind you, this is this is how we can manipulate the aura.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_01: And I know it feels a little out there for me to just say you're just gonna imagine it and you're just gonna set the intention of it and it changes, but it does every time.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_01: And so I'm gonna ask you to trust, even if you don't believe it, as you're looking around, are you seeing it solid, T with the mirror?
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: Everything except that lower back.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_00: That lower back is just give me hard time.
• 25:45
  SPEAKER_00: So okay.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_01: So what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna take a minute to whoa, I felt that shoulders, whatever you just did.
• 25:54
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm just literally doing site uh like what they call like psychic surgery on you to remove it.
• 26:03
  unknown: Okay.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's been there a long time.
• 26:08
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_03: I got really lightheaded, like a good lightheaded thing that's happening.
• 26:17
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_03: All right, how does it look or feel now?
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: There's a movement from the lower back up to here, and then like a tingling on my back moving up.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_01: Okay, that's literally me going like this right now.
• 26:32
  SPEAKER_01: Smoothing out the energy.
• 26:34
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 26:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 26:35
  SPEAKER_00: Um, thank you.
• 26:36
  SPEAKER_01: Looks good.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_01: Uh your team's telling me, telling me it looks good.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_01: Does it feel better for you seeing it solid now?
• 26:42
  SPEAKER_01: It does.
• 26:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the texture's changed.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: It's just not what I wanted it to be, but it is what it is.
• 26:47
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_01: As long as it's solid.
• 26:49
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_01: And then Alexis, you could are you good.
• 26:55
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_01: And so you're going to be like going like this all night.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_01: Like we just did like psycho fast energetic healing on you right there.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_01: Um, so so now that we're in the space, I'm gonna have your team send you an energy.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna like tap in, and I think it's gonna all be the same energy, but I'm gonna have your team now that it's solid, try to send energy through.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_01: And again, you are wholly solid on the intention of nothing's getting through.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_01: This is a brick wall, nothing's gonna get there.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_01: So as they're sending this energy into you, I don't want you to try to look for it or reach for it.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_01: I just want you to notice in your own energetic field is your energy changing?
• 27:39
  SPEAKER_01: Is your energy swaying?
• 27:41
SPEAKER_01: Is your energy manipulating it all?
• 27:43
SPEAKER_01: Are you feeling emotions bubble up or down?
• 27:49
SPEAKER_01: Or are you pretty solid in your energy and nothing is coming in?
• 28:05
  SPEAKER_03: I'm feeling a little claustrophobic.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_01: Okay, I don't think your energy likes to stay this close.
• 28:10
  SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry, Aaron.
• 28:11
  SPEAKER_02: I don't like it.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_02: It feels like hard to breathe.
• 28:13
  SPEAKER_02: I'm like literally.
• 28:14
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 28:14
SPEAKER_01: So if you want to push yours out a little more, feel push push it out a little more than the three feet.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_01: I Aaron, I need you to imagine that you're at work.
• 28:27
  SPEAKER_01: No, I okay.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_01: And are we feeling any shifts in our energy?
• 28:35
SPEAKER_01: Or is it or is it feeling pretty solid?
• 28:38
SPEAKER_01: And you're like, wow, no, I don't feel anything.
• 28:40
  SPEAKER_01: I feel like I'm at I'm at home taking a bath.
• 28:44
  SPEAKER_00: Crickets.
• 28:45
  SPEAKER_00: Crickets.
• 28:46
  SPEAKER_00: Still feeling shifting.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: I think I'm still kind of moving energetically.
• 28:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like good stuff, but okay.
• 28:52
SPEAKER_01: Are you noticing T anything external that's coming in?
• 28:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like um squiggles.
• 29:01
  SPEAKER_00: I like yellow-orange squiggles right here.
• 29:03
  SPEAKER_00: But that's okay.
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so Alexis is saying good.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, so for you, T, I want you to really again imagine.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna ask your team to pause whatever energy is going on, and I want you to make sure you have that boundary in place.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_01: And like there's this trust that comes with knowing that the boundary is solid and complete and like a mirror.
• 29:38
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 29:39
  SPEAKER_03: How is it now?
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: It feels like sitting under an oak tree.
• 29:45
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, perfect.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_01: And I think this is a perfect, perfect example.
• 29:48
SPEAKER_01: So for you, anchor that energy, that information, that memory in your in into you right now that's saying, when I'm solid, it feels like I'm sit standing under an oak tree.
• 29:59
  SPEAKER_01: I'm divinely protected.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_01: And notice how you are never shut off ever.
• 30:04
SPEAKER_01: Notice how calm your energy is right now.
• 30:08
SPEAKER_00: It almost makes you want to cry, honestly.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_00: It's so hard to get your ass.
• 30:11
SPEAKER_01: But it but it's so important that everyone reaches this point that you start to recognize what does my energy feel like without the interactions, without the interruptions, without anybody else coming in to mess with it.
• 30:26
  SPEAKER_01: This is your baseline.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_01: And when you start to understand your baseline and you start to really block yourself off a lot in terms of the external energies, you start to understand what it is to what it is like to be you.
• 30:43
SPEAKER_01: And then from there, you can start to discern when other people's energy is coming in and shifting yours.
• 30:51
  SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
• 30:53
  SPEAKER_01: I love it, T.
• 30:54
  SPEAKER_01: I love it.
• 30:55
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 30:55
  SPEAKER_01: You're welcome.
• 30:58
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 31:00
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 31:01
  SPEAKER_01: Pretty interesting, right?
• 31:04
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 31:05
SPEAKER_01: Any questions on that before we move into the next one?
• 31:10
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 31:11
SPEAKER_01: So as we are nice and solid here again, I want you to just get a lovely, I love what T just said.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_01: I want you to get a lovely picture in your head or a feeling in your body, and I want you to anchor it because this is what your energy feels like, unapologetically yours.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_01: And so if you're ever wondering if somebody's interacting with it, manipulating it, changing it, um, if you're if you're in the supermarket, if you don't feel like this, then you know that you're way too open.
• 31:37
SPEAKER_01: And so this is the energetic state that can be very helpful in those public places.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_01: It can be very helpful if you have to go see toxic family members.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna put in-laws out there, love them, but I'm just saying it.
• 31:48
SPEAKER_01: Um, you anyone that really drags you down or is unpleasant to be around, you can put this brick wall up and set the intention and it will stay.
• 31:58
SPEAKER_01: And you can say, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna get under my oak tree and I want this to be here while I'm in this location, period.
• 32:05
SPEAKER_01: And because of that intention, yeah, because of that intention, it will stick because everything with the spirit world, your own energy, everything is intention.
• 32:17
SPEAKER_01: And it's wild how easy it is to just be like, oh, I'm just gonna put a brick wall around myself and nothing can come in.
• 32:24
SPEAKER_01: Everyone thinks it's this woo-woo mystic, nobody can do it.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_01: You have to be gifted, you have to be born with this.
• 32:29
  SPEAKER_01: Like, no, it's not.
• 32:30
SPEAKER_01: Like, learn how to manipulate and work with your energy so that you are feeling much more sovereign and powerful in your own field, which is what Alexis is adding in the chat.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_01: She's so calm, feels like she owns it, right?
• 32:44
SPEAKER_01: It's it's wild how different it feels when you're in your own power and your own energy.
• 32:50
SPEAKER_01: And so now let's do something a little different.
• 32:55
SPEAKER_01: And this is actually something that I don't see a lot of metaphysical practitioners doing either.
• 33:01
SPEAKER_01: So, this is something that's gonna be new for probably most of you.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_01: And this is not necessarily advanced, but I think there's a lot of people that don't realize that this is something that we can do.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_01: And so the way that I do my energy, the way that I um set the intention with my org field is I treat it as a one-way mirror.
• 33:22
SPEAKER_01: I can see out, so I get everything in, but they can't see me.
• 33:28
SPEAKER_01: And so when I say that, what that practically means is that I set the intention with my team that only the highest and best frequencies that are going to be helpful for me, or things that I mean for my team, like things that they want me to do, are allowed in.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_01: And so instead, I'm going to because the problem with locking yourself down is you're gonna miss things that maybe you need or want.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_01: And it's not true for everybody, but like you want to be able to be open to the kids.
• 33:58
SPEAKER_01: You want to be able to be open if there's something.
• 34:01
  SPEAKER_01: Um, oh, perfect.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_01: Alexis has been working on this.
• 34:04
SPEAKER_01: You wanna be able to be open to the things that are necessary for you to know, right?
• 34:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I don't want to get into this spiral about the nervous system because there's an element of control in your nervous system and your ego that wants to be wide open and know everything so that you're prepared for everything.
• 34:19
  SPEAKER_01: That's not what I'm talking about.
• 34:20
SPEAKER_01: Um, not what I'm talking about.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm asking your team, I'm asking you to trust your spirit team, your spirit guides to set your frequency, to set your auric field at the optimum level that allows you to be protected from anything that is below your frequency or anything that is lower vibration or things that don't serve you, and instead allow the things in that you are meant to receive or know that is going to be helpful for you.
• 34:49
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 34:53
SPEAKER_03: Oh my gosh, I love it.
• 34:55
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_01: And Michelle saying that was amazing.
• 34:59
SPEAKER_01: It started pushing on my back and I repaired it with Jill.
• 35:03
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry, I can't remember.
• 35:04
  SPEAKER_01: Uh T with T.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I and it felt solid again, and I started crying.
• 35:08
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my goodness, Michelle.
• 35:11
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 35:12
  SPEAKER_01: So that okay.
• 35:13
SPEAKER_01: I was like, I felt like I was yours on your upper back, Michelle, because I felt like I was repairing two at the same time.
• 35:19
SPEAKER_01: That was a really weird.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I know I got T's lower back going in.
• 35:24
  SPEAKER_01: Um I love it.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_01: So it was the whole thing.
• 35:28
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, got it.
• 35:29
SPEAKER_01: So T, you're picking up on Michelle's energy as well as she's repairing hers.
• 35:34
  SPEAKER_00: That's pretty cool.
• 35:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I felt it moving up here and then jaw release too, for sure.
• 35:39
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 35:40
  SPEAKER_01: See?
• 35:40
SPEAKER_01: So you're picking up on each other's energies and emotions and physical experiences that you're going through because again, you're both empaths and you're both in this energetic room.
• 35:50
SPEAKER_01: We don't actually have to be in a physical 3D room to experience this.
• 35:53
SPEAKER_01: And so your baseline energy for both of you is to pick up on the energy of others.
• 36:01
SPEAKER_01: And so, what that means is you're probably picking up on people's headaches around you, people's ailments around you.
• 36:06
SPEAKER_01: You probably feel like you're bipolar half the time because your emotions and energy are in constant flux.
• 36:11
  SPEAKER_01: None of it's yours.
• 36:12
SPEAKER_01: Because you just felt what your energy looked like.
• 36:17
  SPEAKER_01: Wild.
• 36:18
  SPEAKER_01: It's wild.
• 36:20
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 36:21
SPEAKER_01: So cool that we're seeing this live.
• 36:23
SPEAKER_01: This is what the experiment is all about.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I'm obsessed.
• 36:26
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 36:26
SPEAKER_01: So, what we're gonna do again is set the intention of our spirit.
• 36:30
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna see if they can give me a nice, easy way to say what the intention is gonna be.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_01: We are going to set our auric field to allow in the energy that is a vibrational match or higher to us, that is for our best and highest good.
• 36:52
SPEAKER_01: That is like the intention that we're setting.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_01: And you don't have to repeat it, but you are setting the intention of receiving energy that is a frequency match or above with you, that is actually beneficial for you to know in this lifetime at this moment.
• 37:09
SPEAKER_01: And so I don't know what this is gonna look like for you.
• 37:14
SPEAKER_01: So I just want you to let your team, let your spirit guides manipulate your org field in whatever way looks or feels right for you.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_01: And so for me, mine is definitely opening up more than it normally is.
• 37:30
SPEAKER_01: Those of you that know me, you know I am like a brick wall, nothing can get through.
• 37:33
SPEAKER_01: So I'm actually seeing this come through.
• 37:36
SPEAKER_01: And for me, I'm seeing a lot more, I don't know, holes or little subs, not a lot, but like enough of them where it's at the higher frequency.
• 37:45
SPEAKER_01: So it's more holes above my head that are coming in.
• 37:48
SPEAKER_01: Um, and it actually feels very interesting because my auric field is showing me that um it's more of the iridescent that I can't remember um which one of you said it's more of that iridescent energy, but it actually is going to receive and send back with love.
• 38:04
SPEAKER_01: So it's actually going to shift people's frequency a little bit and send any lower vibrational information or energy back to back to sender.
• 38:14
SPEAKER_01: And as a result, my energetic field feels so much lighter.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_01: I feel so much lighter.
• 38:21
SPEAKER_01: I feel like I'm spending less energy protecting myself and more energy trusting the universe and what they are bringing in for me.
• 38:31
SPEAKER_01: And so, how is everybody else receiving or seeing their auric field shift or change to like your optimum level?
• 38:46
SPEAKER_01: And I didn't even think about like your team is gonna do that, not you.
• 38:49
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_01: Okay, Alexis is having her heart and throat blown open in a good way.
• 38:58
  SPEAKER_01: That's awesome.
• 38:58
  SPEAKER_01: How about you, T?
• 39:00
SPEAKER_00: Oh presence right here on my my back left.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_00: It's like a swoosh, and it's like this beautiful, like a dark red color.
• 39:11
SPEAKER_00: And it's like a mothery, mother, not motherly necessarily, that's the closest description, but just like a I don't have words.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_01: Letting you know that you're supported.
• 39:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 39:26
  SPEAKER_01: Because it's a presence, right?
• 39:28
SPEAKER_01: It's not just your auric field, it's a presence.
• 39:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 39:32
SPEAKER_01: You're being made aware that you are divinely supported.
• 39:36
SPEAKER_00: There's something right here too.
• 39:37
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know what that is.
• 39:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 39:40
SPEAKER_01: Well, and keep in mind you started this with gray energy on the back, so you probably were not picking up a lot of energy of things behind you.
• 39:51
SPEAKER_01: And now you're like, oh, I feel them all now.
• 39:54
  SPEAKER_01: Huh.
• 39:56
  SPEAKER_01: Cool.
• 39:57
  SPEAKER_01: It's cool.
• 39:58
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 39:58
  SPEAKER_01: It's cool.
• 39:59
  SPEAKER_01: That's awesome.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_01: And then what does your auric field look like in your mind?
• 40:05
SPEAKER_00: I just thought of like almost like a white, like a oh, and it's like cream almost, like a I don't know, just like oh amazing.
• 40:18
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 40:19
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love it.
• 40:20
  SPEAKER_01: This is fun.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_00: I don't get to share this with anyone else.
• 40:22
  SPEAKER_01: This is so cool.
• 40:23
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 40:23
SPEAKER_01: I'm just I'm geeking out too, just to hear all of your experiences too.
• 40:27
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I love that when we did this and reset it, you're starting to feel your loved ones come through because again, they're at or above your vibration and it's for your best and highest good.
• 40:37
SPEAKER_01: So your loved ones are like, I am here supporting you.
• 40:40
SPEAKER_01: You're not doing this alone.
• 40:42
  unknown: Yeah.
• 40:43
  unknown: Wow.
• 40:45
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, so good, T.
• 40:47
  SPEAKER_01: So good.
• 40:48
SPEAKER_01: And Alexis is feeling her nana so full of love.
• 40:52
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, amazing.
• 40:54
  SPEAKER_01: Go ahead, Erin.
• 40:56
SPEAKER_02: So mine stretch out a little towards my bed, not as far as it was before, but it also went up.
• 41:01
SPEAKER_02: And it's like a white, like sheer.
• 41:04
SPEAKER_02: It's almost like a sheer white now.
• 41:06
SPEAKER_02: So you can see through it a little bit, but you can't get through it.
• 41:10
  SPEAKER_01: Ooh, okay.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_01: So you have the shear curtains going on in your org field.
• 41:15
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 41:16
  SPEAKER_01: It's much prettier than a one-way mirror.
• 41:18
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 41:19
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 41:20
SPEAKER_01: And then Michelle's saying, um, picturing little holes being cone-shaped in oh, milky opal.
• 41:24
  SPEAKER_01: I I would agree with that.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_01: Uh, little holes being cone-shaped with filters.
• 41:29
SPEAKER_01: That makes sense to me, Michelle.
• 41:30
SPEAKER_01: I think you're opening up your auric field a little bit more, but also you have these filters in there to make sure, like to test whether or not it is the highest and best good.
• 41:39
  SPEAKER_01: And I love it.
• 41:39
SPEAKER_01: And again, there's no right, there's no wrong answer to all of this.
• 41:42
SPEAKER_01: It's whatever you receive and perceive.
• 41:44
SPEAKER_01: And the way that you're receiving and perceiving it, Michelle, if I went into your energy, it might look very different than if I went into then than how it looks to you, because the way that you're seeing it is the way that you are going to be best understanding the way that your org field looks.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_01: And if I went in, it might look or look very differently to get us to that same end game of understanding that you're letting stuff in, but you also have a filter behind it, which is cool.
• 42:11
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 42:12
  SPEAKER_01: And it's they're showing me it's cone-shaped.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_01: Because if we think about cones, like it's easy to uh remove, like they're showing it with like a liquid, like an ice cream cone.
• 42:24
SPEAKER_01: Like if you want it, and eventually, like you can just pour it out and it'll fly right out.
• 42:28
SPEAKER_01: So that's why it's cone-shaped, so that as as this energy comes in and it's filtered, and maybe it's not of your highest and best vibration, it just comes in and then it goes down and gets removed from your energy and never makes it in.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_01: So it doesn't build up.
• 42:39
SPEAKER_01: So I love the I love the visual of that.
• 42:43
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 42:44
SPEAKER_01: So um you're some of you are already experiencing it, and I love this.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_01: Um, some of your loved ones are very eager to chat today.
• 42:52
SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna tell you that while you're in this energetic state, I want you to feel or have your team send you a feeling.
• 43:01
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's a person, maybe it's a message, maybe it's an energy or emotion.
• 43:05
SPEAKER_01: But while you are at the optimal auric vibration or um auric presentation, I'm gonna have your team bring energy or information in to show you that this is working.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_01: And so again, you might receive feelings of energy or emotions.
• 43:32
SPEAKER_01: You might receive the presence of somebody as we've heard already to your today.
• 43:36
SPEAKER_01: You might receive a message or knowledge.
• 43:43
SPEAKER_01: Or maybe it's just, you know, a feeling or a knowing that is coming in with this receptivity.
• 43:55
SPEAKER_01: And as you're receiving it, I feel like I don't want to interrupt the transmission of this, so I'm gonna And I'm gonna have to cut off some of your loved ones who are talking to you.
• 44:25
  SPEAKER_01: I'm so sorry.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, or your guides that are talking to you, I'm so sorry.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_01: But I want you to notice not only what you just received, but also the tone of it.
• 44:37
  SPEAKER_01: What did you receive?
• 44:38
SPEAKER_01: What was the vibrational frequency of it?
• 44:41
  SPEAKER_01: What was it not?
• 44:46
SPEAKER_01: And so are you receiving, I assume, loving, amazing, heart-filled energies and emotions and people that have showed up that are now a vibrational match for your auric field, which by the way, they're telling me will amplify your ability to receive it because you set the intention of that through your auric field.
• 45:07
SPEAKER_01: Or are you receiving like negative downer fear-based comments or vibrations or emotions?
• 45:14
  SPEAKER_01: Because you're not.
• 45:15
SPEAKER_01: Because you don't allow those in.
• 45:20
SPEAKER_01: So Alexis is saying it's a very high frequency feeling.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_01: I'm same, I'm like floating over here.
• 45:25
  SPEAKER_01: Go ahead, T.
• 45:26
  SPEAKER_00: You know, it's funny.
• 45:27
SPEAKER_00: I definitely relate to your experience with having guides that are a bit more sassy and like they're like, it's not what you'd expect.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_00: So I have this person presence right here.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_00: And every time I try and test with evidence, they're like, you don't need it.
• 45:44
SPEAKER_00: You know what you need.
• 45:45
SPEAKER_00: We're here, but you don't need it.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_00: And I don't get it, but they're very there.
• 45:51
  unknown: Yes.
• 45:52
  SPEAKER_00: That is it.
• 45:53
SPEAKER_01: It is because the presence is there.
• 45:57
  SPEAKER_00: It's a loving, it's a loving, like, you got this.
• 46:00
SPEAKER_00: Like, we're not gonna feed it to you.
• 46:01
SPEAKER_00: You already get you're already there.
• 46:03
  SPEAKER_00: You don't need that.
• 46:05
SPEAKER_01: And just for the record, evidence is for the mind, evidence is for the ego.
• 46:10
SPEAKER_01: Evidence is because you're skeptical of the experience that you're having.
• 46:13
SPEAKER_01: And so you're like, prove it to me, but notice how your body feels.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_01: That is all the evidence that you need.
• 46:20
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I got a snapshot that.
• 46:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:25
SPEAKER_01: Because your body doesn't lie, it doesn't lie.
• 46:28
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 46:28
SPEAKER_01: Oh, so Alexis is a high frequency, Michelle's feeling lots of love.
• 46:33
  SPEAKER_01: Same.
• 46:34
SPEAKER_01: It's really interesting for me personally.
• 46:36
SPEAKER_01: I'm like feeling a lot of buzzing in this space, um, which is um the connection to spirit is like in your higher chakras.
• 46:45
SPEAKER_01: So that makes sense to me.
• 46:45
  SPEAKER_01: Go ahead, Erin.
• 46:47
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, same.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_02: My ears are going crazy.
• 46:49
SPEAKER_02: But my grandpa was the one that came through, which is interesting.
• 46:52
SPEAKER_02: He's got my grandpa had like a very calm presence.
• 46:56
SPEAKER_02: So I'm not surprised because this activity is all about like calm and warmth.
• 47:00
SPEAKER_02: And he was not a loud man.
• 47:03
SPEAKER_02: He was kind of like backseat approach, but he watched and he like observed and he was very much like patriarch of the family.
• 47:11
SPEAKER_02: Like he just he just had such a loving, warm presence.
• 47:15
SPEAKER_02: And um I the first thing I heard him say was hello, dear, which is like what he would.
• 47:20
SPEAKER_02: That was like his that's so cute.
• 47:22
SPEAKER_02: And then he set up with Jack, which is what he would call my mom.
• 47:26
SPEAKER_02: And um he's just like, I'm just here.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_02: Like he didn't say too much.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_02: He's kind of meant a few words, but I just kind of felt his calmness, his presence, and just letting me know that he was with his daughter, my mom.
• 47:39
SPEAKER_02: So it was just it was sweet.
• 47:42
  SPEAKER_01: That's so amazing, Erin.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love that so much.
• 47:48
SPEAKER_01: See, I didn't know we were doing mediumship here today, but here we are.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_01: You never know what's gonna come through when you're working with spirit.
• 47:55
SPEAKER_01: Who's like, and you know your grandfather's your guide.
• 47:58
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 47:58
SPEAKER_01: And so he's coming through more at the guide vibration.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_01: I just have to call that out.
• 48:01
  SPEAKER_01: But um, that's amazing.
• 48:03
  unknown: Yeah.
• 48:03
  SPEAKER_01: So good.
• 48:04
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Erin.
• 48:07
SPEAKER_01: And so just like everyone noticed how I didn't, I mean, well, except for the T and Michelle, sorry about that.
• 48:16
SPEAKER_01: Um, I didn't energetically clear any of you.
• 48:19
SPEAKER_01: I left all of the energetic frequencies that you walked in with, you know, before today.
• 48:23
SPEAKER_01: And we took a minute just so that you could calm your brain and visualize it.
• 48:27
SPEAKER_01: But energetically, there wasn't necessarily anything we cleared from your system to allow you to do this exercise today, which shows you that even in any sort of state, location, like any sort of chaotic vibration that you might be in, you can always take a moment to shift your energetic field to protect yourself when you need to, but also notice that you don't necessarily need to.
• 48:51
SPEAKER_01: Notice that you can just set the intention of only receiving the highest and best frequencies.
• 48:57
SPEAKER_01: And what will happen with those lower vibrational frequencies that everyone always protects themselves from, they don't even enter your space.
• 49:05
SPEAKER_01: You don't even feel them.
• 49:07
  SPEAKER_01: They're not even there.
• 49:09
SPEAKER_01: And this is what people are talking about with like ascension and timeline jumping and all these different things.
• 49:18
SPEAKER_01: All, I mean, they're just fancy terms, but all they really mean is you are now only open to a vibrational match of you or above.
• 49:26
SPEAKER_01: So anything that is not a vibrational match for you or below, those things can't even enter your system.
• 49:32
SPEAKER_01: They're not even in your purview, they can't even impact you.
• 49:35
SPEAKER_01: They are only allowed in when you subconsciously let them in.
• 49:40
SPEAKER_01: They are only allowed in when you choose fear.
• 49:43
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna say an ego, and I know that we can't ever get rid of the ego.
• 49:46
SPEAKER_01: They're only allowed in when you allow fear and ego to drive how you're living your day-to-day life.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_01: And so instead of locking down and protecting yourself, now you can spend less energy, ask your team to put you at the optimal auric field state.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_01: And now you can start having an automatically deeper connection to spirit as a result.
• 50:12
SPEAKER_01: To your loved ones on the other side, to your spirit guides, to your own self, to your own intuition, and just notice how much lighter every single one of you feels as a result of that.
• 50:24
SPEAKER_01: Because we don't need to protect ourselves.
• 50:26
SPEAKER_01: We are souls that have sovereignty, that have love, that have unconditional kindness and patience.
• 50:34
SPEAKER_01: I mean, our human might not, but our souls do, right?
• 50:38
SPEAKER_01: And so your soul is so smart, your team is so smart, your energy is literally built to protect you from the things that are not going to be good for you.
• 50:49
SPEAKER_01: And by locking yourself down and protecting them, you're essentially saying, I'm a vibrational match for it, but I don't let you in.
• 50:56
SPEAKER_01: But if you forget to protect yourself, what are you letting in?
• 51:01
SPEAKER_01: And so this is literally it.
• 51:03
SPEAKER_01: It is just about shifting your perspective and asking your team for a little help so that you can have this very high vibrational, beautiful light experience in your day-to-day.
• 51:20
SPEAKER_01: And all it took was what 90 seconds?
• 51:25
  SPEAKER_01: That's it.
• 51:27
SPEAKER_01: Now, if you are gonna do this, I would recommend you start the day with it.
• 51:32
SPEAKER_01: Make it a routine, right?
• 51:33
SPEAKER_01: And if you're feeling like there's low vibrational frequencies, take a second to reset it with your team or set the intentions in the middle of the day if you need to, but get in the pattern of having um of having yourself like set this higher vibrational state of of your energy and not allowing the other stuff in.
• 51:52
SPEAKER_01: And maybe you end up creating a code word with your team that says, like, hey, I'm gonna say oak tree, or not oak tree, because that was shutting it down, but I'm gonna I'm gonna have a code or a word or a phrase for this.
• 52:04
SPEAKER_01: Like maybe it's iridescent, maybe it's something else, maybe it's maybe it's the opal for you, Aaron.
• 52:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, maybe you have a code phrase that automatically applies your org field in a certain way.
• 52:13
SPEAKER_01: And so you can actually fast track this, even though it's already pretty fast into itself.
• 52:20
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, so good.
• 52:22
  SPEAKER_01: So good.
• 52:23
SPEAKER_01: And Alexis is adding her nana is very supporting and loving as well.
• 52:27
SPEAKER_01: And um, and yeah, perspective is key right now.
• 52:29
SPEAKER_01: And and thank you for adding that, Alexis.
• 52:32
SPEAKER_01: Um, a lot of people are hearing perspective.
• 52:34
SPEAKER_01: I'm having a lot of clients that feel like they're in two different timelines.
• 52:38
SPEAKER_01: It feels like there's part of them that is ready to move into the future, but there's something, some part of them that is like stuck in the past or stuck in a different timeline or stuck in a different version of them.
• 52:48
SPEAKER_01: And so I just want to say this is this is the season.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_01: This is the season where this is gonna happen because we're in the middle of um the end of summer, early fall.
• 52:57
SPEAKER_01: And so there's a transition of seasons coming up.
• 52:59
SPEAKER_01: And so this is the time we're actually like harvesting and shifting our energy into the next version of us, the next cycle of us, the next autumn equinox is going to be the threshold.
• 53:10
SPEAKER_01: And it's great that we're having this discussion before the Halloween, the Sawin energy that's coming in in a couple of weeks.
• 53:16
SPEAKER_01: Because if you're not energetically setting the vibration to be high, there's a lot of extra energy that is out there in the world for you to experience.
• 53:24
SPEAKER_01: So this is very, very timely.
• 53:26
SPEAKER_01: And so, oh, so good.
• 53:30
  SPEAKER_01: I love it.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_01: Oh, Alexis is I felt so much come up to get released today.
• 53:35
SPEAKER_01: This is such divine timing to be here.
• 53:37
  SPEAKER_01: Same.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_01: I'm just so excited for all of you to be here too.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_01: Um, I will say that the next one of these is going to be the autumn equinox.
• 53:44
SPEAKER_01: So I just added it to the calendar within the lab experiences under meetups, but on the 21st at again, 2 p.m.
• 53:53
SPEAKER_01: Eastern time, we will be doing an autumn equinox ceremony.
• 53:57
SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna have a podcast on that on how you can prepare for it before coming here and doing um again a release and calling in the future version of you ceremony for that exercise.
• 54:05
SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited for that.
• 54:07
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, so good.
• 54:08
SPEAKER_01: How are we feeling, everybody?
• 54:11
  SPEAKER_01: Good.
• 54:13
  SPEAKER_01: Any last words?
• 54:14
  SPEAKER_01: Was this super fun?
• 54:15
SPEAKER_01: I gotta, we gotta do this all the time.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_01: Alexis is on cloud nine.
• 54:20
  SPEAKER_01: T, how you feeling?
• 54:23
  SPEAKER_00: Really good.
• 54:23
SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm noticing a lot of tension in my jaw, and I think a lot of that is just excitement.
• 54:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, this is really just the connection of feeling you guys here.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_00: Just uh, that itself is grounding.
• 54:35
  SPEAKER_01: Changes everything.
• 54:37
  SPEAKER_01: So good.
• 54:38
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like you're all gonna be on Cloud Line later today.
• 54:40
SPEAKER_01: Oh, thanks for being here, T.
• 54:42
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
• 54:43
SPEAKER_01: And Erin, you're feeling good.
• 54:45
SPEAKER_02: I feel like there's been a lot of heaviness this week.
• 54:47
SPEAKER_02: There's been a lot of darkness and a lot of bad things happen.
• 54:50
SPEAKER_02: I was on my way home from work yesterday and I couldn't get home because someone had stepped in front of a train.
• 54:57
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know.
• 54:59
  SPEAKER_02: So I couldn't get home, literally.
• 55:00
SPEAKER_02: I had to take a different line, and my husband had to come pick me up.
• 55:02
SPEAKER_02: We had to go come get my car.
• 55:04
SPEAKER_02: Like it was, yeah, there was an ongoing investigation.
• 55:06
SPEAKER_02: Like it was just so sad.
• 55:08
SPEAKER_02: And then tomorrow's 9-11, and so there's just and today's suicide prevention day, right?
• 55:12
SPEAKER_02: So it's like there's just so much heaviness this week.
• 55:15
SPEAKER_02: And so this was such a needed exercise.
• 55:19
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, good.
• 55:19
  SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad.
• 55:20
SPEAKER_01: And the heaviness that's all around us, I just I love this exercise because you don't have to take it on.
• 55:26
  unknown: Right.
• 55:27
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 55:27
SPEAKER_01: And it's such a good reminder that I know that many of us come from lives where we, oh, happy birthday, Nana.
• 55:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, a lot of us come from past lives and also current lives of being of service, of helping people, of feeling like we are responsible for the people around us and their emotional state.
• 55:42
SPEAKER_01: I know that's certainly true with me.
• 55:43
SPEAKER_01: And it's just a reminder that you need to put on your own mask first.
• 55:47
SPEAKER_01: You need to protect your energy and yourself first, and they get to attune to you instead of you going down into their vibrational level, meeting them and bringing the whole ship up.
• 55:59
  SPEAKER_01: Doesn't work that way.
• 56:00
SPEAKER_01: So the more that you can maintain your vibrational state at the highest vibration possible, the more that other people are most likely gonna go up to meet you instead of the reverse.
• 56:09
SPEAKER_01: It is a game changer as a mom.
• 56:12
  SPEAKER_01: Game changer.
• 56:13
SPEAKER_01: You set the emotional tone of the environment that you're in and watch it change with this exercise.
• 56:21
  SPEAKER_01: Watch it change.
• 56:23
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, so good.
• 56:25
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm so thankful for all of you for being here.
• 56:28
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
• 56:30
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I guess that will close out our first Unity Code live experience.
• 56:34
SPEAKER_01: Thank you all so much for being here.
• 56:37
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 56:38
  SPEAKER_02: Thanks.
• 56:46
SPEAKER_01: This is the Unity Code.
• 56:49
SPEAKER_01: If something today made you think differently, sparked a question, or made you wonder what else you're capable of, come join us inside the Unity Code community.
• 56:58
SPEAKER_01: That's where experiments are going to continue, conversations are gonna get weirder, and you may even end up being part of the show.
• 57:06
SPEAKER_01: And if you're ready to take what we're exploring here and use it to create real change in your own life, you can always work with me directly by booking a session or attending a class right on my website at mediumnicole.com.
• 57:19
SPEAKER_01: Because knowing what's possible is only the beginning.
• 57:22
SPEAKER_01: The real magic is what you choose to do with it.
• 57:26
SPEAKER_01: I'll see you next time on the Unity Code.
