Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #307: Shift Your Inner World
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 1: What's that girl?
- 0:07Speaker 2: Good day? I don't know, good day. I know it's
- 0:11Speaker 2: kind of nice. I'm actually looking forward to. I think
- 0:14Speaker 2: it was March twenty first, they're talking about doing a
- 0:18Speaker 2: global meditation. I would probably look into that date. I
- 0:22Speaker 2: just think it's really a good idea to kind of
- 0:25Speaker 2: join in. I think it was like one pm Eastern
- 0:28Speaker 2: Standard time or something like that. But I would do
- 0:30Speaker 2: some research and see because I know there's some groups
- 0:32Speaker 2: that are coming up, and I think it's a big deal.
- 0:35Speaker 2: That's one thing I'll start off with. And if we
- 0:37Speaker 2: look at meditation as just sitting to be quiet, that's all.
- 0:41Speaker 2: It's just sitting to take a breath.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Why do you think a global meditation is important for
- 0:49Speaker 1: the people in the back Because.
- 0:51Speaker 2: I feel like when we do stuff like that, when
- 0:53Speaker 2: we all come together for a few minutes, that I
- 0:56Speaker 2: feel like it impacts the whole world. It brings peace,
- 0:59Speaker 2: And I feel like when we've come in to groups
- 1:01Speaker 2: like that with those intentions to bring peace, that I
- 1:05Speaker 2: feel like it's much more effective when we're all kind
- 1:08Speaker 2: of on the same intention, we have the same ideals
- 1:14Speaker 2: and it's just in that quiet piece that it's much
- 1:17Speaker 2: more powerful than it is to walk around being angry
- 1:22Speaker 2: or worried or in fear. And so I feel like
- 1:24Speaker 2: it brings a lot more balance into the world that
- 1:27Speaker 2: we're lacking currently, more harmony.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So I'm going to add to that presence. And when
- 1:39Speaker 1: we're in a moment of being, whether it's by yourself
- 1:43Speaker 1: or with many, the intention is to be. And just
- 1:49Speaker 1: like Bev said, you're not angrier or feeling all these
- 1:53Speaker 1: this turmoil of emotions because when you be, there is
- 1:59Speaker 1: nothing else. So I have a choice. I can sit
- 2:02Speaker 1: in this room and I can be, so I can
- 2:06Speaker 1: just sit here and breathe and enjoy the moment. Or
- 2:10Speaker 1: an option is I could sit here and rehash stories
- 2:14Speaker 1: of the past, shame, guilt, fear, criticism, judgments, blame in
- 2:21Speaker 1: Probably anybody watching this has been through that, and they
- 2:24Speaker 1: understand what that means that even though we're just going
- 2:27Speaker 1: about our daily life, that we have these stories in
- 2:30Speaker 1: our head that we just keep replaying, replaying, replaying and
- 2:33Speaker 1: reliving over and over and over again, and then that
- 2:37Speaker 1: causes that turmoil of emotion within us. But when you
- 2:41Speaker 1: are sitting and breathing and focus on that breath or
- 2:45Speaker 1: focus on your body just being in the moment. Then
- 2:51Speaker 1: it takes away from the energy of the turmoil of
- 2:56Speaker 1: the heavy emotions. And then a step further of that
- 3:00Speaker 1: is it's a meditation for I would imagine for peace.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So if you're focused on breathing and focused on peace,
- 3:10Speaker 1: then you're not focused on your stories and your history
- 3:13Speaker 1: and the heavy emotions attached to it. And this all
- 3:18Speaker 1: pertains to the energy that you're expressing from your being.
- 3:23Speaker 1: So your body or aura your energy. So when you're
- 3:28Speaker 1: thinking about the turmoil of the emotions, the stories from
- 3:32Speaker 1: your history, that is the energy you're emitting from yourself.
- 3:36Speaker 1: That is the energy you are contributing to drugs, war, rape,
- 3:44Speaker 1: what else, murder like, that's the energy. It's not saying
- 3:48Speaker 1: you're thinking about those things. It's the energy that is
- 3:51Speaker 1: being contributed to those actions or those components. Whereas when
- 3:59Speaker 1: you're sitting and being in the moment and breathing and
- 4:03Speaker 1: focus on peace and focused on relaxation and focus on
- 4:08Speaker 1: ease and simplicity and things like that, then in that moment,
- 4:14Speaker 1: that is the energy you are emitting out into the world,
- 4:18Speaker 1: into the universe. Into your environment. Now when you have
- 4:21Speaker 1: collective amount of people doing that at the same time
- 4:26Speaker 1: that all of those involved would be sending out those
- 4:32Speaker 1: waves of vibrational energy of peace. Anything to add to that, I.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Do because it's a unification, right, because we're in a
- 4:44Speaker 2: place where we're not But I mean, the world is
- 4:47Speaker 2: in a lot of places of separation looking at things
- 4:50Speaker 2: and seeing more and more horrific things that are out
- 4:53Speaker 2: there right now, and it creates a separation because it's
- 4:56Speaker 2: us against them. But when we go into these group
- 4:59Speaker 2: meditations or even into meditation, it's unification. You're unifying with
- 5:03Speaker 2: the collective consciousness, you're unifying with the creator. So there
- 5:07Speaker 2: is no separation, right, You're aligning with all that stuff.
- 5:10Speaker 2: So there's a difference when we get into those spaces
- 5:13Speaker 2: how it feels. And then we can talk about this
- 5:16Speaker 2: all day long, because we do a lot of times
- 5:17Speaker 2: talking about this separation. We can when we're seeing the
- 5:20Speaker 2: separation that we know there's somewhere inside of us, their separation.
- 5:24Speaker 2: We're either seeing ourselves separate, we're beating ourselves up because
- 5:29Speaker 2: we're not exactly what we think we should be, or
- 5:31Speaker 2: we're not like Amy, or we're you know what I mean,
- 5:34Speaker 2: Where there's a whole lot of things that we might
- 5:35Speaker 2: be looking at that creates separateness. But when we come
- 5:38Speaker 2: together like that as a unification, it's unity. We're all
- 5:42Speaker 2: coming together for the same thing, for this peaceful place.
- 5:45Speaker 2: But it's just being in that breath. It's being aligned
- 5:50Speaker 2: and being aligned with several other people, numerous other people.
- 5:56Speaker 1: In many countries. It's not just in our state, is
- 6:00Speaker 1: not just in our country. It's globally global meditation. So
- 6:05Speaker 1: you're talking about people from all walks of life, all
- 6:09Speaker 1: different backgrounds, all different beliefs, but yet they're willing to
- 6:16Speaker 1: come together for this. And I just say, Mother Teresa
- 6:19Speaker 1: was asked when the Vietnam War was going on. They
- 6:23Speaker 1: wanted her to. They asked her, will you march against
- 6:25Speaker 1: the war? And she said no, but when you have
- 6:29Speaker 1: a march for peace, I will be there. It's completely
- 6:32Speaker 1: different energy. When you think about marching against something or
- 6:36Speaker 1: fighting against something, then you're causing resistance against the thing
- 6:42Speaker 1: you're trying to fight. So in a fight against remember
- 6:45Speaker 1: eight years and it's changed. The verbiage has started to change.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Fight against drugs, the fight or the war against drugs,
- 6:53Speaker 1: the fight against cancer or the war against cancer, the
- 6:56Speaker 1: fight against drunk driving or the war against drunk driving.
- 7:01Speaker 1: It's just all resistance because we're seeing that through the
- 7:05Speaker 1: eyes of resistance that we have to defend ourselves, we
- 7:10Speaker 1: have to push against because it's it's not acceptable. Well,
- 7:16Speaker 1: when we love ourselves through these experiences, then we bring
- 7:20Speaker 1: love to the experience for others, there's forgiveness. There's so
- 7:24Speaker 1: many different paths we could go with this with this conversation.
- 7:29Speaker 1: But what if we just had the energy of peace
- 7:35Speaker 1: around somebody's healing who has a drug addiction. If we
- 7:41Speaker 1: have peace around the healing of somebody who goes to
- 7:45Speaker 1: the bar and sits there and drinks for hours for
- 7:48Speaker 1: their healing and inner peace, to even just me saying
- 7:53Speaker 1: these words saying war and against and fight and saying
- 7:58Speaker 1: peace for in my mind body, I can feel the
- 8:01Speaker 1: difference when I'm saying those words. So I would encourage
- 8:06Speaker 1: people to sit with that. When you think about fighting
- 8:10Speaker 1: against something, he knows I like made a fist and
- 8:15Speaker 1: I came forward. But when I say let's have peace
- 8:19Speaker 1: around this, let's focus on the healing of this. Let's
- 8:21Speaker 1: focus on the love that we could send to this,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I completely like, I am just relaxed. What I even say,
- 8:27Speaker 1: I can instantly feel the difference in those words. I
- 8:32Speaker 1: had encourage people to sit with with how you feel
- 8:34Speaker 1: when you say them, and what you notice in the
- 8:40Speaker 1: difference of the vibrational frequency of those words.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I like that, and then it's like just sitting and
- 8:47Speaker 2: feeling that stuff. I have a lot of people that
- 8:49Speaker 2: will not a lot of people. I've had some people
- 8:52Speaker 2: in my life that might call and ask me, Hey,
- 8:54Speaker 2: what do you think about this? What should I do?
- 8:56Speaker 2: Then they call and ask a next person, what do
- 8:58Speaker 2: you think about this? When really it's just a matter
- 9:00Speaker 2: of sitting with self, asking those same questions in this
- 9:04Speaker 2: peaceful place and just feeling what you feel. I like
- 9:08Speaker 2: to ask yes or no questions, and I have a
- 9:11Speaker 2: council that I call upon that has shown up for
- 9:14Speaker 2: me and they'll answer my questions. They're very it's very
- 9:20Speaker 2: I've tested them honestly on numerous things and they came
- 9:25Speaker 2: forward truthfully with the information. But it's like when I
- 9:29Speaker 2: do the yes and no things, I can get a
- 9:30Speaker 2: response from my body. If I set really quietly and
- 9:33Speaker 2: I just feel, I'll feel like a tug that it
- 9:36Speaker 2: wants to turn my head to the right and left.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I'll feel a tug to want to be a guess.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I'll feel those things, but only if I can get
- 9:44Speaker 2: into my space of allowing. If I'm trying to control things,
- 9:48Speaker 2: or if I'm stuck in something, until I can get
- 9:51Speaker 2: to you know, breathing and get into that peaceful place,
- 9:54Speaker 2: I'm not receiving that information. So we always have access
- 9:56Speaker 2: to all of this. It's not something outside of ourselves.
- 10:00Speaker 2: And it's so nice. We get the goosebumps or the
- 10:02Speaker 2: goosies and it kind of lets you know that we're
- 10:05Speaker 2: in alignment. And this this is ringing true. Whether it's
- 10:09Speaker 2: something that somebody said that in their experience, but it's
- 10:12Speaker 2: just showing alignment. There's alignment. It doesn't even have to
- 10:14Speaker 2: be considered a truth or a yes or a no,
- 10:17Speaker 2: or truth or a false. It's just an alignment feeling.
- 10:21Speaker 2: It's feeling that alignment. And that's when we start recognizing
- 10:25Speaker 2: that we want to be in that space all the time,
- 10:28Speaker 2: not just some of the times. And the only way
- 10:30Speaker 2: we can the only way I can do that is
- 10:32Speaker 2: for me to be in a space of allowing, to
- 10:35Speaker 2: be in a space of faith, know that things are
- 10:37Speaker 2: working out no matter what, and then play with it
- 10:40Speaker 2: and then it's more fun.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Yeah, the the benefits of feeling that piece within yourself again,
- 10:51Speaker 1: I'm going back to the the energetic vibration that we're
- 10:56Speaker 1: sending out emitting on a gloe level. You're talking about many, many,
- 11:01Speaker 1: many people, several people, hundreds of people, thousands, I don't know,
- 11:05Speaker 1: maybe millions. But think about this as just your environment
- 11:11Speaker 1: in your home, in your workspace, when you're in the car,
- 11:16Speaker 1: when you're at the store, when you're in a public place.
- 11:21Speaker 1: The difference of when you're experiencing turmoil within your body,
- 11:28Speaker 1: maybe you're having you woke up in a bad mood,
- 11:32Speaker 1: Maybe you're just angry about something that happened yesterday. Maybe
- 11:35Speaker 1: you're still carrying a lot of shame and gilt about
- 11:38Speaker 1: something that had been twenty years ago. That let all
- 11:42Speaker 1: those emotions have a vibrational frequency, and when you have
- 11:45Speaker 1: them stored within your body, they're still there, and your
- 11:49Speaker 1: body knows they are there, and so does your mind.
- 11:53Speaker 1: And you might think I'm having a good day and
- 11:57Speaker 1: everything's going really well, and that may be true, and
- 12:01Speaker 1: all that stuff is still stored in the body because
- 12:03Speaker 1: you've pushed it down into a container your physicalness. You've
- 12:07Speaker 1: pushed it down into a container, and like so to speak,
- 12:10Speaker 1: put a lid on it. But eventually that erupts, and
- 12:13Speaker 1: it usually erupts when you're triggered by something in your
- 12:16Speaker 1: day to day life. Somebody looks at you funny, somebody
- 12:19Speaker 1: flips you off, somebody snaps at you. Things just don't
- 12:23Speaker 1: seem to be going right, and then all that stuff
- 12:26Speaker 1: starts to surface. It like festers in there and it's
- 12:28Speaker 1: getting triggered, and it's like, ooh, now we're going to
- 12:31Speaker 1: come out. Now, we're going to come out. And then
- 12:33Speaker 1: all of a sudden you're like, nope, I'm not crying.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I'm strong, I'm going.
- 12:36Speaker 1: To get through this and put the lid back on it.
- 12:38Speaker 1: So we go through these this roller coaster of experiences
- 12:43Speaker 1: within ourselves. So if you're having that type of information
- 12:48Speaker 1: stored in your body and you wake up in a
- 12:51Speaker 1: bad mood, all that stuff's being triggered, You go out
- 12:55Speaker 1: into the public and most likely everybody you run into
- 12:59Speaker 1: is con going to confirm that you're having a bad day.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Nothing is going to go right. Everything seems like the
- 13:06Speaker 1: world is against you. Every person you run into is
- 13:09Speaker 1: experiencing the same or similar emotional state that you are, like,
- 13:14Speaker 1: it's just you just want to go back to bed,
- 13:17Speaker 1: which Abraham says when you think about Esther Hicks they do.
- 13:21Speaker 1: They say, just go back to bed, take a nap,
- 13:25Speaker 1: come back later. And I've had those days. I'm like, yeah,
- 13:30Speaker 1: I just need to go to bed. I need to
- 13:31Speaker 1: go back to bed and wake up and start again.
- 13:35Speaker 1: And the opposite is true too, that when you are
- 13:38Speaker 1: feeling lighthearted, and you are feeling those good emotions, that
- 13:43Speaker 1: good mental state, and you're just expressing through your vibrational
- 13:47Speaker 1: frequency this lightness about you, you notice that things just
- 13:52Speaker 1: seem to unfold beautifully, and you come into contact with
- 13:57Speaker 1: people who are just so kind and genuine and smiling,
- 14:02Speaker 1: and there they are also experiencing the similar sensations as you,
- 14:08Speaker 1: and so your vibrational match. So that's something I would
- 14:11Speaker 1: highly encourage you to do, is notice when you're not
- 14:16Speaker 1: doing so well within yourself and you are around other people,
- 14:21Speaker 1: even if it's just in your household, how those people
- 14:24Speaker 1: are responding not necessarily to your words or to your actions,
- 14:29Speaker 1: but when they come into the environment that you're in
- 14:33Speaker 1: and notice how the dynamics are, and I've done this.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I've done this on many occasions. When I started learning
- 14:41Speaker 1: about this, I would notice that I was the one
- 14:44Speaker 1: in a bad mood, having issues within myself, and then
- 14:48Speaker 1: I would notice the people in my household being similar, short, temperamental,
- 14:56Speaker 1: you know it bet cranky, right, And I would go
- 15:04Speaker 1: into the bathroom and I would look at myself in
- 15:06Speaker 1: the mirror, and I give myself a what for a
- 15:08Speaker 1: talking to? Tell me, tell me straighten my act up,
- 15:13Speaker 1: you know, get over yourself. This isn't there, this is you,
- 15:17Speaker 1: this isn't theirs, and you're contributing to this. Like I
- 15:21Speaker 1: would really get myself a start talking to and then
- 15:25Speaker 1: take a breath, put a smile on my face, shake
- 15:28Speaker 1: it off, go out, and the entire dynamic of the
- 15:32Speaker 1: energy would change, and then we would all be in
- 15:34Speaker 1: good mood. And that was me taking responsibility for my
- 15:38Speaker 1: own energy because I knew I was contributing to the
- 15:41Speaker 1: way they were showing up in my field. I wasn't
- 15:47Speaker 1: waiting for them to change. I wasn't waiting for them
- 15:50Speaker 1: to be happy. I wasn't waiting for them to change
- 15:52Speaker 1: their ade like and it was me so that is
- 15:58Speaker 1: my response. My energy is my responsibility, and it always
- 16:02Speaker 1: starts from ourselves, us individually noticing our energy and our
- 16:09Speaker 1: vibrational frequency and how we are contributing to the collective
- 16:13Speaker 1: energy around us and globally.
- 16:19Speaker 2: It's true and it really does happen a huge effect.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I've had conversations about that. I mean, I seem to
- 16:24Speaker 2: be having conversations about that a lot. The difference of
- 16:27Speaker 2: how we show up, like if I show it, if
- 16:30Speaker 2: I show up and I'm in an angry mood and
- 16:32Speaker 2: then I'm at home, and then I'm presenting this energy
- 16:35Speaker 2: without even thinking that I'm doing anything. I can just
- 16:38Speaker 2: feel it that the persons can fill it too, and
- 16:40Speaker 2: they're operating from the same space, and now they're on
- 16:43Speaker 2: the hook to be a trigger for you, for you
- 16:45Speaker 2: to kind of maybe recognize that I'm not feeling exactly
- 16:48Speaker 2: as good as I could be, and then taking the time,
- 16:50Speaker 2: whether it's you know, going and talking to yourself in
- 16:53Speaker 2: the mirror, and it's being honest with ourselves about things.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Why are we feeling this way? Is being honest, And
- 16:59Speaker 2: on the side of that, it's just recognizing all I
- 17:03Speaker 2: have to do is switch the way I'm feeling right now,
- 17:05Speaker 2: and as soon as I switch the way I'm feeling
- 17:07Speaker 2: right now, everything around me changes. I've I've been witnessed
- 17:11Speaker 2: to that more times than not in the last couple
- 17:15Speaker 2: of months. It really really matters. It really matters how
- 17:19Speaker 2: I show up. It doesn't matter how someone else shows up.
- 17:22Speaker 2: It really doesn't. But it's so easy to get into
- 17:24Speaker 2: that place of the blame. Well, they're doing this to me,
- 17:27Speaker 2: and it's like, no, they're not doing anything to you.
- 17:29Speaker 2: They're actually triggering you to either take a look at
- 17:34Speaker 2: what's going on or decide do you want to feel different?
- 17:37Speaker 2: And it's a choice, right, we go back to the
- 17:38Speaker 2: whole thing about choices. It's our choice. I can stay
- 17:42Speaker 2: in that space because sometimes I do like to be
- 17:43Speaker 2: pissed off for a little bit, but then other because
- 17:46Speaker 2: it's motivational. It was motivational, and that's for me. Even Gosh,
- 17:50Speaker 2: when you start doing a lot of the stuff, you
- 17:52Speaker 2: start recognizing, Okay, I'm doing that or I'm operating that
- 17:55Speaker 2: way because I am trying to look for this motivation.
- 17:58Speaker 2: The old ways to motivate me to go to the gym,
- 18:01Speaker 2: to motivate me to get up and go do something
- 18:03Speaker 2: and finally get that paperwork done or whatever it is,
- 18:06Speaker 2: get pissed off, and I'm going to go do this stuff.
- 18:08Speaker 2: And it's learning how to do it differently because you're
- 18:11Speaker 2: reprogramming yourself. We don't have to do we don't have
- 18:14Speaker 2: to operate off the old program anymore. Everybody our parents
- 18:19Speaker 2: did it. Their parents did it, all of them. Like
- 18:22Speaker 2: the programs that we'd watch, gosh, those are we can
- 18:26Speaker 2: go different directions on those and say they've kind of
- 18:28Speaker 2: taken a turn for the worst. I think in a
- 18:30Speaker 2: lot of ways, they were much more innocent back in
- 18:32Speaker 2: the day, and now it's like everything is so out
- 18:34Speaker 2: in the front, in your faced type of thing, and
- 18:37Speaker 2: it's unnecessary from my perspective, but again it's triggers. And
- 18:41Speaker 2: I don't watch TV, so there you go. Yeah, it
- 18:45Speaker 2: didn't make me feel good if I hear any drama
- 18:48Speaker 2: going on. If somebody's watching something and I hear like drama,
- 18:51Speaker 2: it's like, how can you sit and watch that? And
- 18:53Speaker 2: it's like, oh, because that's that's where they live right now,
- 18:56Speaker 2: and that's okay. It's just not where I live. So
- 18:58Speaker 2: I'll go back outside and I spend a lot of
- 19:00Speaker 2: time outside because it's very grounding and it's very nurturing
- 19:03Speaker 2: and uplifting.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Yeah, and to add to that, it's been it's still today,
- 19:17Speaker 1: but in our generation, in our generations before us, has
- 19:22Speaker 1: all been completely survival. And then when you go through
- 19:28Speaker 1: the shift of women's rights and all that, now the
- 19:35Speaker 1: women went from the nurturing and carrying part of the
- 19:39Speaker 1: family to the independent doing all things. Now because the
- 19:45Speaker 1: woman wants to go to get a job, or she
- 19:48Speaker 1: wants to buy a house on her own or get
- 19:49Speaker 1: a bank account on her own, now she's cross that
- 19:53Speaker 1: line of survival. Now it's how am I going to
- 19:57Speaker 1: do this? How am I going to provide for my family?
- 19:59Speaker 1: How am I going to now balance a job and
- 20:02Speaker 1: the household and the kids and all and the husband.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Because even back in the day, even though she was
- 20:11Speaker 1: able to go get a job, the male and female
- 20:14Speaker 1: dynamics didn't change in the household. She still had to
- 20:19Speaker 1: do all her responsibilities quote unquote responsibilities as the woman
- 20:24Speaker 1: of the household, the wife, the mother. The husband's going
- 20:28Speaker 1: to go to work and he's going to do his
- 20:29Speaker 1: part in that, and then the rest of it was
- 20:33Speaker 1: the woman's part. And then add a job on top
- 20:37Speaker 1: of that and all these other things that women fought
- 20:41Speaker 1: for back then for us to be able to do
- 20:44Speaker 1: even today. And so it's it's women have moved into
- 20:52Speaker 1: more of a survival mode, which heightens that energy, that
- 20:57Speaker 1: masculine energy. Now, when you look at meditation, meditation is
- 21:03Speaker 1: a feminine energy. And it's not saying that because you're
- 21:06Speaker 1: a man, you're gonna sit meditate, you're gonna be you know,
- 21:09Speaker 1: feminine female. No, we all have the feminine masculine energy
- 21:14Speaker 1: in us. We need the masculine energy for survival, for
- 21:17Speaker 1: those moments of emergency, for those times that you got
- 21:21Speaker 1: to get things done, and we need the feminine energy
- 21:24Speaker 1: to rest and to nurture and to meditate and to
- 21:29Speaker 1: have compassion and love. So it's a harmony within ourselves,
- 21:34Speaker 1: within each of our beings for the male or the
- 21:37Speaker 1: feminine masculine energies. So when we sit and meditate, now
- 21:42Speaker 1: imagine hundreds of thousands of people or millions of people
- 21:46Speaker 1: meditating at the same time in that feminine energy, which
- 21:50Speaker 1: heightens not only the energy of peace, but also love
- 21:55Speaker 1: and compassion and empathy and forgiveness and all these healing
- 21:59Speaker 1: modality of that energy. So on a global level of
- 22:05Speaker 1: a meditation all at one time is raising the collective
- 22:10Speaker 1: consciousness of the feminine energy when in so many, so
- 22:16Speaker 1: many hours of our day across the board, we are
- 22:21Speaker 1: focused in the masculine energy, work to the to do list,
- 22:26Speaker 1: getting things done, the pushing through, the keep showing mind
- 22:31Speaker 1: was just keep showing up, and that took a lot
- 22:33Speaker 1: of survival skills, you know, fighting for your life or
- 22:38Speaker 1: fighting against some like there's I think that when we
- 22:42Speaker 1: are in a waking state and moving through our day,
- 22:44Speaker 1: we are probably seventy to eighty percent of the day
- 22:48Speaker 1: in our survival mode of masculine energy, So that leaves
- 22:52Speaker 1: twenty to thirty percent that we can contribute to feminine
- 22:55Speaker 1: energy if we choose to. Those aren't statistics, that's just
- 23:02Speaker 1: my personal opinion and where how can we bring that
- 23:07Speaker 1: more into harmony of a flow between the two? Right, So,
- 23:12Speaker 1: maybe you get something done on your to do list.
- 23:16Speaker 1: That's a doing, that's a survival, that's a masculine energy,
- 23:20Speaker 1: and once that task is completed, you take a few
- 23:23Speaker 1: moments to stop, breathe, get some water, just chill out
- 23:28Speaker 1: for a minute, go for a ten minute walk, whatever
- 23:32Speaker 1: it might be, and then do the next thing on
- 23:35Speaker 1: your list. Right now, you're bringing more harmony into the
- 23:38Speaker 1: two instead of just on blast all day long until
- 23:42Speaker 1: your body says we need to go to bed, we
- 23:45Speaker 1: need to rest, we need some sleep. You gotta do
- 23:50Speaker 1: more of the nurturing, more of the feminine energy activities
- 23:55Speaker 1: during the day in your waking state to bring more
- 24:00Speaker 1: cohesive heath, cohesiveness between the two.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Moving meditation is what kind of comes forward to. And
- 24:07Speaker 2: it's like, even when we're doing all those things, I
- 24:09Speaker 2: feel like we can't be in the space of harmony
- 24:11Speaker 2: that We've been in that space, like you said, survival
- 24:15Speaker 2: for a long time, but there's not harmony in that.
- 24:18Speaker 2: And then when you were talking about everybody coming together
- 24:20Speaker 2: and having a meditation that's diving into the stream, you're
- 24:24Speaker 2: just diving into the stream with everybody else. And I
- 24:25Speaker 2: feel like it's easier to get there. I think as
- 24:28Speaker 2: someone struggling, that would probably be a good place to start,
- 24:32Speaker 2: just to be quiet, just to breathe for a few minutes,
- 24:34Speaker 2: just to feel what you feel in your body. You
- 24:36Speaker 2: don't have to do really much of anything to focus
- 24:38Speaker 2: on your heart. There's like so many different things that
- 24:40Speaker 2: you can do that kind of brainch use that piece
- 24:43Speaker 2: and where I've been at it's kind of I'm looking
- 24:46Speaker 2: at being more in than now, So like if I
- 24:49Speaker 2: do massage it so if I and I'm traveling these days,
- 24:51Speaker 2: so if I go in and if I go do
- 24:54Speaker 2: massage and I've got it, I've got time down for
- 24:56Speaker 2: that too. I'm still working on someone, but my intuition
- 24:59Speaker 2: will go the where I need to go. I don't
- 25:01Speaker 2: really need to do much of anything with that part
- 25:04Speaker 2: of it. And then when I'm driving to the next location,
- 25:07Speaker 2: I can be in a hurry to the next location,
- 25:09Speaker 2: or I can slow down and take breaths and then
- 25:12Speaker 2: like move and then notice everybody around me and just
- 25:15Speaker 2: kind of slow things down. It's not being in a rush.
- 25:17Speaker 2: And I've noticed that being in a rush has been
- 25:20Speaker 2: a tendency for a long time for me. That's back
- 25:23Speaker 2: to that fight or flight, like hurry enough to get
- 25:25Speaker 2: to the next place. You don't want someone to think
- 25:27Speaker 2: badly about you. You don't want to. And realizing on time
- 25:31Speaker 2: is kind of an open ended really, because on time
- 25:34Speaker 2: to you might be I got to be there at
- 25:37Speaker 2: ten o'clock, but on time to the universe might be
- 25:39Speaker 2: you need to be there at ten point fifteen because
- 25:41Speaker 2: the other persons are taking care of a phone call
- 25:43Speaker 2: before you get there or something. You know, something's transpired,
- 25:46Speaker 2: there was a reason for it, instead of beating ourselves up,
- 25:49Speaker 2: Oh got here I go again. I'm not on time.
- 25:51Speaker 2: But it's like realizing the time is not orchestrated by us.
- 25:56Speaker 2: And that's where control comes in. That's where surrendering comes in.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I feel like I have done the control thing for
- 26:02Speaker 2: so long. I still do it, and it's finding all
- 26:05Speaker 2: the little ways of how I can surrender more because
- 26:09Speaker 2: I don't know what's always best. My ego is only
- 26:13Speaker 2: knows it's what's been best according to the information that
- 26:16Speaker 2: I've been given throughout my whole life. How did my
- 26:18Speaker 2: mom respond to that? How did my dad respond to that?
- 26:20Speaker 2: How did my grandparents respond? Ooh, I watched that so probable?
- 26:23Speaker 2: What do they do in that relationship? All this information
- 26:27Speaker 2: that we're saying, oh, you need to do this and
- 26:29Speaker 2: you need to do that is from that information. It's
- 26:31Speaker 2: not even true. So it's really sitting back and looking
- 26:34Speaker 2: at things a lot, or feeling things, and how does
- 26:37Speaker 2: it really feel? How could it be different? What could
- 26:39Speaker 2: it look like I had my grandson for a few days,
- 26:43Speaker 2: you know. He's he's nine now, my oldest one. And
- 26:46Speaker 2: it's like we'll come in and we'll go outside and
- 26:49Speaker 2: we'll run, run, run, run, run, throw the football, do
- 26:51Speaker 2: all these other things, and then we'll come in and
- 26:53Speaker 2: take a break for a little while, and then we'll
- 26:55Speaker 2: go back out and run again. So it's like it's
- 26:56Speaker 2: there's always that balance, and kids are great to show
- 27:00Speaker 2: you that balance, really, because then they want to come
- 27:03Speaker 2: back in and might go on and look at play
- 27:04Speaker 2: a game for a little bit or do something else,
- 27:06Speaker 2: and then it's like after that, we're ready to go
- 27:08Speaker 2: run again to get rid of that energy with that's
- 27:11Speaker 2: within inside of us, to balance out. It's automatic, and
- 27:14Speaker 2: I'm noticing it with the kids. It's automatic. Now. We
- 27:18Speaker 2: take it away from them by giving them all these
- 27:20Speaker 2: things to do. They got to sit in class all
- 27:22Speaker 2: day for eight hours a day or whatever they do
- 27:24Speaker 2: these days. You got to hurry up and eat in
- 27:26Speaker 2: fifteen minutes. You got to do this real quick. You
- 27:28Speaker 2: got fifteen minutes to play or it's kind of it's
- 27:31Speaker 2: kind of crazy to me, but it's just finding the
- 27:33Speaker 2: balance and if you really want to see balance. It's
- 27:36Speaker 2: watching kids and then taking a nap. They might take
- 27:39Speaker 2: a nap in the middle of the day, and sometimes
- 27:40Speaker 2: they don't want to take a nap. But as all
- 27:42Speaker 2: these things, that's they're listening to their own internal guidance
- 27:45Speaker 2: and not even really knowing that that's what they're doing.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I think as parents, we decide they need a
- 27:52Speaker 1: n app so we can have a break.
- 27:54Speaker 2: It's the truth. You're getting crazy, but instead of they're
- 27:58Speaker 2: getting crazy and we can't it is because we just
- 28:01Speaker 2: can't handle it right now. And then this is their
- 28:03Speaker 2: normal behavior. Now they're reacting off of our energy because
- 28:06Speaker 2: we're getting angry or we're getting irritated, and now they're
- 28:10Speaker 2: getting more crazy because they're feeling this crazy energy. It
- 28:13Speaker 2: doesn't feel it's not normal. It's just like a dog
- 28:16Speaker 2: when it comes around you. If someone's balanced and stable,
- 28:18Speaker 2: that dog is easy. If someone's crazy or anything else,
- 28:22Speaker 2: their energy is off. The dog might be barking in
- 28:24Speaker 2: the NonStop. It might be it's just you just never know.
- 28:26Speaker 2: It could be so many different factors, but it's interesting
- 28:30Speaker 2: how things show up for us.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's just going back to energy. That energy
- 28:38Speaker 1: in your household your animals and your children are the
- 28:42Speaker 1: most receptive to your energy, not your words, not so
- 28:48Speaker 1: much your actions, but your energy, your emotional state, your
- 28:51Speaker 1: mental state that you're emitting. And if you just take
- 28:54Speaker 1: the time to recognize that your immediate environment of how
- 28:59Speaker 1: you're showing up, then amplify that by millions of people.
- 29:07Speaker 1: That is the energy collectively being contributed to this world.
- 29:10Speaker 1: So when you have hundreds of thousands or millions of
- 29:14Speaker 1: people focused on fighting against things, that is being amplified
- 29:20Speaker 1: with their individually and collective energy. If you have millions
- 29:25Speaker 1: or thousands of people focused on ease and love and
- 29:30Speaker 1: compassion and peace, imagine the response globally to that energy.
- 29:42Speaker 1: So it's like you get to decide. You get to
- 29:44Speaker 1: decide in every single moment where you want to contribute
- 29:50Speaker 1: your way of being and it and I would, and
- 29:54Speaker 1: you know, I don't make this stuff up. Has already
- 29:56Speaker 1: been proven that we emit energy. Everything is energy, everything
- 30:00Speaker 1: has energy, and we are blending with each other constantly, consistently.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I mean, there's been times that you feel great, you
- 30:09Speaker 1: feel fine, you're on top of the world, and you
- 30:11Speaker 1: walk into a room and all of a sudden, you're
- 30:15Speaker 1: mad at the world now and you're angry and you're snimpy.
- 30:19Speaker 1: What happened in that moment, right, Maybe an argument just happened,
- 30:24Speaker 1: or maybe there's some discord in the room with the
- 30:27Speaker 1: people that are in the room, and there's no words
- 30:31Speaker 1: being exchanged, but you can just feel that and you're
- 30:33Speaker 1: absorbing it and you're taking it on and now it's
- 30:36Speaker 1: becoming a part of you. And so you now you're
- 30:38Speaker 1: contributing to that way of being. And so really give
- 30:44Speaker 1: some thought and awareness to you and in the way
- 30:48Speaker 1: you're feeling and what you're thinking about, and how other
- 30:52Speaker 1: people are behaving around you, and how you're matching up
- 30:58Speaker 1: to them being cranky, and one after another people are
- 31:05Speaker 1: walking in coming by you or saying things and they're
- 31:08Speaker 1: cranky and cranky and cranky and crank. You need to
- 31:11Speaker 1: go check yourself. You go, you know, do a shift
- 31:16Speaker 1: in yourself. And if you're feeling fabulous for the and
- 31:19Speaker 1: doing you know, feeling really good and happy and joyful
- 31:23Speaker 1: and laughing, and person after person after person comes and
- 31:27Speaker 1: and they're in that same state of being, that's pretty good, right,
- 31:34Speaker 1: That's that's enjoyable. Now once you recognize the difference within yourself.
- 31:41Speaker 1: You will have more awareness of when people are showing
- 31:45Speaker 1: up in different ways. They're an expression of you, They're
- 31:49Speaker 1: a mirror to you, and this will give you an
- 31:51Speaker 1: idea of how you're doing within yourself. So we utilize
- 31:55Speaker 1: that information to help us be and do better. If
- 31:59Speaker 1: you two, if you want to have the awareness.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Yeah, and all that being said, that's how easy it
- 32:05Speaker 2: is for us to connect to another person. We do
- 32:08Speaker 2: it all the time. We don't we're not even an
- 32:10Speaker 2: awareness of it. If I was sitting there and I
- 32:12Speaker 2: was like, oh, I wonder how such and such as doing.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Maybe I was in a great mood and I wondered,
- 32:17Speaker 2: and now maybe I'm not in a good mood because
- 32:19Speaker 2: now I'm picking up on their energy. It can be
- 32:20Speaker 2: so it's so subtle. It can be such a subtle
- 32:24Speaker 2: shift as that. And that's where awareness is so valuable
- 32:27Speaker 2: for us.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yeah, So from this conversation, I know it benefits Bev
- 32:35Speaker 1: and I always it's great reminders when we have these
- 32:38Speaker 1: when we talk about these things and we get off
- 32:41Speaker 1: these calls and we're like, oh, yeah, I got some
- 32:45Speaker 1: stuff to work on. But you've gotten a lot of
- 32:49Speaker 1: information from this content and things that you can apply
- 32:55Speaker 1: to yourself and really it's about self awareness. But you know,
- 32:59Speaker 1: also check the information on that global meditation. They do
- 33:05Speaker 1: it every year. Every year, there are global meditations happening.
- 33:08Speaker 1: And when you get connected to those and be in
- 33:12Speaker 1: that space with collectively at the same time, just notice
- 33:16Speaker 1: what you notice and you got it. Start you gotta
- 33:23Speaker 1: do it right. It's like participating in your self, investing
- 33:30Speaker 1: in yourself and time is an investment. So it takes
- 33:33Speaker 1: the time to create a space for you to sit
- 33:37Speaker 1: and be and breathe and be that that's an investment
- 33:43Speaker 1: in yourself. Doesn't cost anything, just time, and it is
- 33:47Speaker 1: time you're not going to get back. But that time
- 33:49Speaker 1: that you take doing it is a benefit to the
- 33:54Speaker 1: next it's a benefit to your momentum. It's a benefit
- 33:58Speaker 1: to what your manifest manifesting or wanting to bring to yourself.
- 34:03Speaker 1: So that time that you're investing to sit and breathe
- 34:07Speaker 1: and feel peace within yourself so beneficial. So not only
- 34:13Speaker 1: for yourself, your environment, but collectively around the planet.
- 34:20Speaker 2: And why because you matter, that's why.
- 34:25Speaker 1: And you matter just because you were born.
- 34:27Speaker 2: End of stay.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, friends, there's other people that want to
- 34:31Speaker 1: hear this kind of stuff and they want to have
- 34:33Speaker 1: these conversations. So be resourceful, share our content or any

- 34:44Speaker 1: can find us on many platforms. So we're on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, spreakers, Spotify, podcast, Attic,

- 35:10Speaker 1: it on your own and it's not. It's not. It
- 35:13Speaker 1: takes longer, trust me, I did. It takes longer. Try
- 35:17Speaker 1: to do things on your own. So any final words, bab.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Don't do it on your own?
- 35:24Speaker 1: Yeah right, get out.
- 35:27Speaker 2: No seriously though, because it's it really does help sometimes
- 35:30Speaker 2: because we only have our templests, we only have our
- 35:34Speaker 2: experiences we've gone through, and it's always good to share
- 35:36Speaker 2: it with somebody else that that hasn't that's wide open, yeah,
- 35:40Speaker 2: and have them give you some different perspectives on things,
- 35:43Speaker 2: because it does. It's so freeing when you can gain
- 35:45Speaker 2: different perspectives.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, for sure, helps you see out of your
- 35:50Speaker 1: own box. Yes, all right, friends, thanks for hanging out
- 35:54Speaker 1: with us. Tea time with Amy and BEB. We'll see
