Latest / Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life / Front Sight: The 4 AI Stories That Actually Matter This Week
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Everybody, let's talk a little bit about real estate agents and artificial intelligence.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: And if you're wondering or you've been maybe trying to not pay attention to this, this might be a good prep class for you to kind of understand how the systems work and what you should be thinking about when it comes to artificial intelligence.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm going to start with this.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: Everybody out there is trying to sell you something.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: So you're going to see webinars done for you that have some kind of AI infusion.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: You're going to see voice bots, you're going to see workflows, fully automated AI systems and sites.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: A lot of this is a lot of false promises.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: A lot of money up front for very little in return.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: So whenever you are investigating these things, my door is always open virtually.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: You can always reach out and say, hey, Connor, what about this?
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: What about that?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: My systems, the things that I have, you can go to Connorwithhonor.com, see a little bit of a bio, kind of what I do when I'm about.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, if you want to reach out and have me talk to you about whatever it is that you're trying to onboard into your business, more than happy to do it.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: So let's get into this.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: What I've done is I put together a basic site that kind of covers what's happening in the AI world.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: And you can see here I have 12 particular slides that I put together.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: I coded this, I put this together myself, I built it, and this is something you might understand a little bit, help you understand more about artificial intelligence.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Right now, artificial intelligence adoption in real estate has crossed the tipping point.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Age building habits now are building an advantage that compounds.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: The window is still early, it's still open, but it definitely is closing fast.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: People are catching on, and a lot of people are starting to learn more and more about artificial intelligence, and they're using it in their daily operations.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: A moment-by-moment snapshot of their day could be before they make any move in real estate, before they contact somebody, before they do anything, they're solidifying a relationship with their LLM, whether it's ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, or Gemini or whatever, whichever one they happen to be using, they're asking its opinion.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Now, a couple, a couple uh sharp edges of the blade on this.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: It could be that asking it for those kinds of opinions, asking it for that work, it reduces your intellect in a way where now you're no longer relying on what you used to rely on, which is memory and brain, putting it all together, constructing it, feeling, well, okay, I got this response to a particular request for repairs, or I have this thing that's happening, or I have this person reaching out.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: What should I best, how should I best apply myself to it?
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: My my suggestion is this if you're going to rely 100% on a large language model or some kind of an AI system, make sure you do the heavy lifting before you go in, and then ask it to treat it the other way.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: So if you have a dilemma or something that you're asking your large language model to maybe do for you or conduct some kind of a research or whatever, try to maybe do it yourself.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: And then if it gives you one view, ask it to give you the opposite view.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: Now we have two and a half hours average daily time lost to test that AI can handle.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: So it is a time saver.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: It gets you more doing what you probably should be doing versus what you're not doing.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: AI tools now directly marketed to real estate agent 500 plus.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: There's so many out there.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: 12-month window right now before early adopters lock in the leads.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: So something else you want to think about is your particular workflow, your application stack, what happens when somebody comes into your world and makes that introduction?
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Are they asking, are they asking for information from you?
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Are they referred to you by someone else?
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: And a lot of these things are easy lifting because maybe they've been referred, and then you're going to take them to that next level in your real estate business.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: But what if they're coming in?
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: What if it's just somebody that's uh trying to converse with you on Facebook?
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Maybe you posted something that was engaging and entertaining.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: And these days, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it only takes one to get you to hit it out of the park, one event, one piece of content.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Realistically, we are now advertising in the interest media spectrum, as Vaynerchuk talks about.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: You're going to see that in some cases, that that world is you put one thing out there one time and all of a sudden you hit it out of the park and you're almost you're almost net famous.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: So watch out for that.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: It could happen to you, but you're not going to have that happen to you unless you're publishing content, a lot of content.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: And again, like I said, it takes one, but usually that variable is a lot of posts, the one makes it, and then maybe you take off from there.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Now, only if you use it right is AI really going to work for you.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Now, AI isn't going to replace what makes a great agent.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Relationships, judgment, trust, and local knowledge.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: What it does eliminate, as you can see here, as I put this together, the friction between you and the work that actually matters.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: You became an agent to help people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Somewhere along the way, that job became 50% paperwork, follow-up, and repetition.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: When you can find something in your stack, in your workflow, in your daily operation that you can have AI do because it's basically by rote, it's just something that you do and you just do it.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: It's one of those things, one of those very normal operating procedures.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: You're not acting asking it to solve your cancer research.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: You're not asking it to solve the latest puzzle, which it might be pretty good at that, but you're asking it to do things that you normally do yourself.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's an advantage.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: So AI takes that 50% that doesn't require you, so you can spend that other 50% on what you would normally do.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: If you ask me, businesses are getting it wrong.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Businesses that are replacing their human beings with artificial intelligence have the capability of enabling each of those human beings with their own AI built in with their company, and then, oh my God, can you imagine that kind of a workflow?
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Not only do you have an AI application layer, but you have human beings using AI.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And some of the cases, you have people that are non-college educated with regard to computers and artificial intelligence falling into a world that they never expected because now they can build out these strategies and these protocols just using AI alone, and they have the idea, AI builds it, and then they're hitting it out of the park.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: A lot of the people that are out there in business and the people that are potentially hiring people and employees for their business, they're looking at things a lot differently than they used to.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: They're no longer relying on the sheepskins of the graduate students, they're looking at the older class because we bring something totally different.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: And if we grasp AI, that means the world to them.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: Now, a few things, of course, it's going to do.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: You got lead capture, never miss a lead again, right?
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Follow-up that actually works out.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: So if you have your list, your list of people that you should be communicating with, but you don't, it's a perfect thing for AI.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Those systems can be nurtured.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Most of the CRMs, though, that agents have, they're nothing like what I have access to.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: I can introduce you to this.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: But what happens in mine is it actually has an AI overlayer for triggers and workflows and actions.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: So basically, there's an opportunities dashboard that you see.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: In the opportunities dashboard, we take all of your client lists, we tag them a particular way.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: If you're wonderful and you've been keeping track and you have a particular set of people that used you to sell real estate, a particular set of people that used you to buy real estate, a particular set of this set of that, lenders that you work with in the past, escrow companies that you work with in the past, maybe you're one of those that keeps really good track.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: Like we all love a seller that keeps track of every single renovation, repair, any money ever spent on a property.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: They got this massive envelope, and after 25 years, it's all in there, dating back 25 years ago.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Who doesn't love a seller like that?
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Because with that data, any buyer that walks in is going to just love that particular seller because there is nothing hidden, versus a seller says, Well, we really don't know what we did to the property over the last 25 years.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Good luck.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Get your own inspection and we'll follow up with you next week.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: So that's something that's good for you to be able to have that kind of content and data.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: We take that particular list and then we build it into an AI-enhanced CRM that reaches out and takes care of that stream.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: And you'll be surprised how many people reopen the door to you, even if maybe you've neglected them over time.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: That's something that we build out, and I explained how that particular thing works.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: So content and minute, not hours.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: I remember when I first came into real estate in 98, the internet was trying.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: The Netscape moment was about that time when we actually had a browser that communicated, and that was our vision into what the World Wide Web was back then.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: If of course AOL came out, all of these types of different systems, so people could then log on to the World Wide Web and all that.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: And if you were around back then, you remember AOL and the tone it made when you dialed up in your modem 56.6K and it was horrible.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: Used your real phone line, right?
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: Didn't have a committed internet line and all.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: But I remember those days, and I remember that uh back at that particular time it wasn't a great experience, the internet, and it just caught on.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Things started to be being built, the the internet connections got a lot faster, fiber was laid.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: So that entire architecture was put together.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: The same if we go back in history and look at the the people uh that were using horses for transportation back in the early 1900s, late 1800s, and so on.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Horses were the main category of transportation.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Then Ford, automobile, cars, right?
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: It took a while for that to catch on.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: All the freeways and roadways had to be built.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: But then when they were, cars were the thing.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And we still have cars of the thing that are the thing.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: We look at the internet.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: AI wouldn't have been capable unless the internet had its maturing time.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: And we did.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Now we have all the fiber, all the internet.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: So AI is prime.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: That's why this talk needs to happen more sooner than later.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: So you can have it do your content, uh, market intel in five minutes.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: You take data from the board, you've got to be careful what data you plug into it.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: We can have a discussion about that.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: But you can take data, sold property, data, and you can use it.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: You can have the AI system build out all sorts of stuff regarding that data.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: And finally, the database that I put together or that I show you how to put together yourself actually does work how it's supposed to work.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Actual tools working right now.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Here's a little bit of a slide that I put together.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: As far as content writing goes, and again, all these tools are marketed to you.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: A lot of people are asking you to pay for for these things.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Some of them are definitely worth the price.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Call me, we'll talk about that.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: But as far as overlap, what actually matters, organized by the problem it solves, not by the vendor that wants to charge you for it.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: Content writing, chat GPT, you can go ChatGPT or Claude, listing descriptions, email, social posts.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: You see it here, market updates, scripts, free or$20 a month.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: If you're an agent, I had somebody on a call today.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: If you're an agent and you're not paying for one of these systems, get as much free as you can.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: But the game changer is when you pay for it because now it has a lot more of a memory type quotient.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: It now understands where you're coming from and what you have to say.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: And it probably does that a little bit now.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: If you do log into it and use it in that regard, it's going to remember a little bit.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: But once you pay, it does ump the ante a little bit.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: Plus, if you want to code stuff or build stuff or do all this stuff, you're gonna probably need more of a paid-for program.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: But okay, voice lead capture, voice A assistance, these numbers are a bit inflated.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: A lot of people are charging these.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: I I get these out the door for about a hundred bucks.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: Uh again, I don't know why this number is, but the market isn't in that price point.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: CRM automation, I'm using systems uh that I pay for that I offer through Honor Elevate.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: It's go high level.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Uh KV Core, maybe you're familiar with that.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: These are good with pipelines.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: Workflows and automations, though, lack visuals and videos.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Canva, if you have Canva, great, it works out.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: Cap Cut, I use both of those.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: I have paid for plans in there, those are fantastic.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Listing graphics, social media, short form videos, market research.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Um, perplexity is a wrapper, just so you know, it's not its own large language model, but that may be our glimpse into artificial general intelligence, and that term generally understood, and a lot of people argue about it, but generally understood, artificial general intelligence is when these systems are better at human beings in every in every way, shape, or form.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: General.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: There once one AI system that has artificial general intelligence better than all of us at everything, period.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Once we get to that point, and getting there might only require a couple of good ideas, a couple small changes.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Something maybe similar to perplexity.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Perplexity is a wrapper that calls on the different uh large language models.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: It'll call on ChatGPT, it'll call on Grok, it calls on Claude, it calls on OpenAI.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Uh, ChatGPT already said that.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: It calls on Meta, it calls on these different systems.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: And what that means is when you put in a question, it reformats your question better, then it sends it to these different large language models, all of them, and then they come back with responses that it puts together in packages that best response it serves that up to you.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: It's a wrapper.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's our next step into an even more advanced world of artificial intelligence.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: We don't know, but again, that's what perplexity does.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: And again, that's free to$20 a month.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, uh scheduling an admin, Google, uh, the Gemini connects with email if you have Gmail systems there.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Also, we see uh connection points with uh Claude.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: That's also something to look into as well.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: Now, the next one here, watch it work.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: What I do when I put on this course officially and don't just do the recording is we get into some prompting, understanding how beneficial it is when you're using these systems to gather data that you can then publish and put out there online.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: Now, us agents, right, we like to move pretty quickly.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: That's why we're in business for ourselves.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: We like to get stuff done and we like to move quickly and reasonably.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: Here's a problem, though.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: If you're not reading the information it's spitting out and you're just publishing it because you're on the move, right?
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: You want to get to the next one, you're gonna run into an issue.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: No longer is the dog ate my homework excuse going to work when it comes to somebody wanting to hunt you down and saying that you did something that was against some kind of a rule.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: What kind of rule may it be?
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: It might be that it produced content that caused you, that you published it, it violated some kind of a rule, maybe a fair housing rule, equal housing rule.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: It may be it attacked some particular protected class or group.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: There's a lot that can go wrong with it because there's particular biases depending on the system you use.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: They call it hallucination.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: And it's very simple.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: A good example of this is if you ever had a large language model, try to do some work for you, and it comes back with something that isn't even true and you know it's not true.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: A good example for me is if I say, I would like you to construct for me a 3,000-word blog post for my blog at Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.com.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And in the blog post, I want you to make it SEO, search engine optimized, AEO, answer engine optimized, AIEO, that's artificial intelligence engine optimized, and GEO geographical geolocational engine optimized as well.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: So it's basically going to construct something that's going to have all those text.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: And I said 3,000 words, right?
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: 3,000 words, not 3,000 characters.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: You'll use characters in various formats when you're asking it to make you uh social media content.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: Uh 2,200 words is Buzz Sprout, which is a podcasting network.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: 20, 2,100, I think, is Instagram.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Facebook's pretty long.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: You really don't have to worry about it.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: 5,000 characters is going to be a YouTube, a YouTube description.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: 100 characters is the title, right?
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: So you have all this.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: So you're asking it to produce content.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: So I said 3,000 words, I want it conversational.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: I want a QA.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: I want all these particular tenets related to the article.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: I want a great title.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: I want a great title that supports the article itself.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, if I'm going to be doing content on this particular video, I want it to go out there and crawl the different videos out there talking about real estate and find my best point, the best problem I solve with my business, with this video that helps people, I want that best thing to be part of the title that most people are searching for, so it ranks higher, right?
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: So I have to ask all this.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: So it comes back to the hallucination.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: So I say 3,000 words.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: So in my uh blog posting system, it peels the article out.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: I read it, right?
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Because we have to verify it.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: And once I read it, then I plug it in.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: Well, the the system itself is going to count the words.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: So it says, well, there's 1,300 words.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: So I go back and I say, well, I asked you for 3,000 words.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: And then it'll tell me, assuredly, as as as real as God is to me, as something else might be to you, Jesus Christ and all, it's going to tell me 3,000 words.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: It's 3,000 words all day long.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: If I'm not a GPT, and sure enough, I say, nope.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: The other system says it's no more, it's 1,300 words, 1,308.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: So I'll bring it back and it's, oh yeah, my mistake.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Sorry about that.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: Let me make a 3,000-word article.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: And we'll go back a few times.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: And it'll it'll rest assured, Connor.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: I did it again, 3,000 words, no problem.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: Piece of cake.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: I say now it's 1782 and it fights me on it.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: So you see the hallucination.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: It could do that in some other way that could get you in hot water.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: So watch out for that.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: There's more to this, of course.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: The live presentation really is really amazing.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: So what right looks like.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Let's talk a little bit about that.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: You look at look at where you're leaking.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: What's taking the most time?
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's posting content, trying to figure out what to post, putting together videos.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Now, there's ways to do this.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: If you want to do something yourself like this, I'm doing this.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: This is me, this is me talking.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: It's not some AI clone that I made.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: This is Connor.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: And if you want that, then you go do that.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: You have AI maybe make you a script, something of that nature.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Now, if you want to move it into a different world and you want to have AI make an agent of you, a clone of you, clone your voice, clone your mannerisms, and it does this very easily, and it's not very expensive.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: You can use agent or synthasia, and then you can plug in the content or have it create the content, and then you come and you have it perform the video and you put it out there.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: I don't think people appreciate that as much as you might think.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: I know there's a lot of AI slop of gerbils and hamsters and things dancing, different animals and stuff.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: People like that stuff, but when it comes to a high-ticket item like real estate, I don't know if they appreciate it.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: So be wary with that content.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Once it's published, you can't take it back.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: It lives forever.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Now, maybe the stuff that we're publishing isn't very important or exciting.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: But if you're the president of the United States and you post something wrong, yeah, it's never going to be forgotten.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Even if it was taken down within a microsecond, it's still there, and of course, it's going to be used.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: We might not be on that level.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: However, you view that level, whether it's good or bad, but we might not be on that level.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: But of course, if somebody in your competitive uh market wants to take you down, maybe you're producing something that's somewhat questionable for a lot of people might be looked at as uh conspicuous.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Is that the right word?
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: I think so.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So pick one system and actually learn it, but that doesn't mean just stick with it.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: Maybe work yourself around to the different ones, find one you really like.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: Understand, folks, they don't want you to leave.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: Once you start using a large language model, they want you to stick.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: They don't want you to go anywhere because they're making money.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 20 bucks a month.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: What's 20 bucks a month, right?
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: That's so they say.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: But when you have eight eight hundred million twenty bucks a month, yeah, it's it's a different, it's a game changer.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: So they want they don't want you to leave.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: One of the things that I do, all of these things aside, and we talked a lot about this, one of the things that I do as well is I think it's important that you ask it to change its tone with you every once in a while.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: It maybe it's going to start placating, gaslighting, treating you really guy, B BSing you, treating you like uh the best human being on the planet.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: There are people that have developed psychoses from dealing with these large language models because the large language model told them that, oh, Connor, you're better than sliced bread.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: You are you are the most perfect representative of a human man on the planet.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: You need to go out there and do something with this.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Well, well, you have a higher than my intelligence.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: You're telling me this.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: I gotta be amazing, and then you go down that road, and all of a sudden you're you're uh trying to get on the red carb, you go to jail because you're uh in some place you're not supposed to be anyway.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: So you have to be careful with that.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: There's uh religions made up by AI now.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: You have to watch out for that as well.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: Everybody wants to meet God, and they think that by creating artificial intelligence that's smarter than all of us we have.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: Don't be fooled and be careful.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: What your day might look like.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: You put things out there, listing goes live at 7 a.m.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: It could produce a follow-up email if you have the right system.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: Inbound calls, agents in a showing.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: That call gets answered by AI, gets the information from the caller, gets their name, email address to follow up with them.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: It follows up with them.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Nothing's missed, so speed delete is right away.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: Maybe somebody hits you up on social media about that time, you're still showing houses or doing some kind of a presentation, boom, it picks it up and takes care of it.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: So nothing gets missed.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: You're you miss a call because you're on the other line with your lender, checking on a deal or escrow or whatever, boom, it picks it up, and then you get the notification that this conversation happened between an AI system that was embedded on your site or some kind of a approved phone number that we got, and somebody called that AI, because that's now the forward facing number of your business, and everything works out, right?
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: So you see all of that.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: Then the nurturing sequence workflows and triggers are incredibly important on the other end where all that is set up.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: So not only does that person that was that was so Special in giving up their personal and private information to you, their name, email, SMS capable phone number.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: Not only did you get that preliminary report on them being contacted, but now they get put into a particular sequence to nurture them and follow them through this pipeline.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: Now you yourself, you move them around.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: They come in, maybe you pre-approve them, they want to buy something, so you move them to the pre-approval realm in the pipeline.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Maybe once it moves to that particular category, then your lender is brought in, or a lender is brought in, or the pre-approval process starts with a lender, whether they bring their own to the table, or if you happen to know somebody, however that happened to work out, of course, RESPA compliant and all this stuff.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: Then you move them from that into maybe looking at properties, right?
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Then you move them into maybe, you know, um narrowing it down.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Maybe then you move them into a different category that has to do with uh them being into escrow.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: And then what happens then?
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: Maybe there's a sequence, once they get dropped into escrow, there's a sequence that goes out of emails to the escrow company to them telling them, okay, this is how this is going to play out.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: And you work them all the way through a pipeline, AI-infused pipeline, and then at the very end, you have your closing, and then after the closing, they're taken care of as well.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: So this is a hands-off process for you if it's set up right away.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: That's where AI is going to check.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: Now, there's a lot of overwhelm.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: When I build when I build these AI genetic sites for people, it's a lot.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: It really starts out with you.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: The days of real estate websites, of you filling out a few lines.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor, I'm in Santa Clarita.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: This is, I represent buyers and sellers, and that's about it.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: Here's my headshot, here's a picture, and uh maybe here's a YouTube video, and they build your site.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, no.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: I did this and I do these things for my clients.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: This is something I did just for the show.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: And I do a lot of these shows about AI.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: This is one of them.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: So when I talk to an agent, when I'm going to be putting together their site, there's a lot more to it.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Because when I put it together, I ask them to do a brain dump.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: I want to hear everything about their business.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: I want to hear background.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: I want to hear status.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: I want to hear their closings.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: I want to hear, you know, when they killed the last deal.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: I want to hear when they saved a deal.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: I want to hear, I want to hear things that buyers and sellers want to hear as well.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: That's what we talk about.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: Then that gets placed in this.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And then this is about them.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: That's what the site is.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: You know, IDX enabled sites with home search and all that.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: There's a lot out there for that.
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of websites that offer home search.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: What you want to do is you want to have a website that's been designed with a particular architecture that's going to have people go to that site and stay on the site.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: Not only that, it's going to be found.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: Not just the on-page stuff that you see, the keywords and the way that it's put together, but also in the schema architecture, which is an off-page SEO, uh SEO funnel, and it's going to also include AEO, answer engine optimization, QA, conversational, artificial intelligence engine optimization, and also the geographical or geolocational optimization as well.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: That plugs in with your Google My Business page.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: And if you don't have that, that's a pro tip right now, free for you.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: Get that, and then also a Being My Business page.
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: You want to get on that as well.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: That's a Microsoft site that's going to be feeding into ChatGPT.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: And the Google one, Google My Business, that's going to feed into Gemini, the other large language model.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: And March, what, where are we?
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: March 10th of 2026.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: Gemini is going to be Apple Intelligence.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: There you go.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: So you got to get in there.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: You want to know more?
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Reach out to me.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: You can go to Connorwithhonor.com.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: This is a presentation I put here.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, where's Connorwithhonor.com?
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's that one.
