Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Recently I've been cooking.
- 0:01SPEAKER_02: I've been looking Ukrainian dumplings.
- 0:04SPEAKER_02: I didn't want to translate the recipe, so I used AI and I sent a feature of uh from the book to AI and it's translated to me and giving me the recipe.
- 0:14SPEAKER_02: And I knew that uh I needed to add things to the recipe.
- 0:18SPEAKER_02: I already was finishing the cooking, and I felt like I still have things that I have put in put it.
- 0:27SPEAKER_02: Oh you arrived.
- 0:28SPEAKER_02: There was a fun moment at the beginning, but you needed to add those things story.
- 0:39Dr. Laura Purdy: Welcome to the I am live podcast with a thing question healthcare and welcome to the collective system of industry.
- 0:48Dr. Laura Purdy: I'm Dr.
- 0:49Dr. Laura Purdy: Mark Hurricane, and here we explore the intersections of AI, care delivery, and health health.
- 1:01Dr. Laura Purdy: This is not just about theory, it's about lived experience and real industry insights.
- 1:06Dr. Laura Purdy: Let's dive in and get wiser together.
- 1:09Dr. Laura Purdy: Welcome to season two of the I Am Wiser podcast with Dr.
- 1:12Dr. Laura Purdy: Laura Purdy, and I am really excited today to talk with our guest who is, let me see if I can get this right, a business developer.
- 1:21Dr. Laura Purdy: He works in business development for Inveritasoft, which is hands down my absolute favorite uh, I guess you could say, development company.
- 1:31Dr. Laura Purdy: We've been spending some time working on a platform for us, and I've known you guys for a couple of years.
- 1:36Dr. Laura Purdy: And what has always stood out to me about this particular organization and the people who work in it is it's a values-driven organization that very clearly values and prioritizes people.
- 1:49Dr. Laura Purdy: So today we're gonna talk about some really interesting things that have to do with AI, and I don't actually know enough about it to tell you what we're gonna talk about because it's so foreign to me.
- 1:59Dr. Laura Purdy: So let's dive in.
- 2:00Dr. Laura Purdy: Welcome, introduce yourself, tell us who you are, where you work, what you do, and then let's talk all about this AI stuff.
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: Hi, Laura, thank you for having me.
- 2:11SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, my name is Oleg and uh I live in the Sacramento area.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: Uh, came to US about four years ago, and I do business development for Inverita Company, which is a software development company based out of Ukraine.
- 2:23SPEAKER_02: We have our offices in Lviv, Ukraine, in Krakow, Poland, in Medellin, Colombia, and also we have uh a lot of different engineers in other countries as well as in the US.
- 2:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've been helping with AI technology, uh, with AI adoption to uh to our clients.
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: So specifically, uh like all of our engineers, they are using AI in some ways.
- 2:48SPEAKER_02: Uh, we also uh work on AI adoption for our company.
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: Every single department, either we talk about recruitment, sales, uh, development, HR, um, every single one of them, they use AI technology now.
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: Uh, we even are building our uh internal uh platform to analyze uh what are some challenges that a specific department is experiencing.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: Like with recruitment, for example, with uh analyzing a proper candidate, uh uh checking their resume using AI so to make that process faster.
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: As nowadays we have a lot of uh people that search for a job, and uh a lot of them they are not a proper candidate, even with their CV, with their previous experience.
- 3:33SPEAKER_02: So we don't need to spend as much time on analyzing uh uh candidates that that are not a good good match.
- 3:42SPEAKER_02: Uh for sales, we use AI to simplify uh the process of like searching for new clients uh to identify a proper ideal customer persona.
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: Uh like our AI engine that we've been using, uh I will tell you a small story how it started.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: It was uh uh last month when our uh chief operation officer had just been scrolling through TikTok and uh uh and he found out this uh this beautiful um platform called MoldBook.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: Moldbook uh um was a buzzword uh last month.
- 4:24SPEAKER_02: A lot of people have been using it, and um it's a platform on on which you can create your own agent.
- 4:32SPEAKER_02: Um and that agent can go to other agents and learn from them.
- 4:37SPEAKER_02: They have a specific platform, like kind of like Reddit, but for AI um bots, and they are asking each other different questions about uh uh technology, about challenges that they are experiencing.
- 4:50SPEAKER_02: And so me and our chief operation officer, we created our own agents.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: Uh I called myself uh my uh agent W.
- 5:02SPEAKER_02: Like W agent, Wot.
- 5:06Dr. Laura Purdy: That's fun.
- 5:07Dr. Laura Purdy: That's a lot of fun.
- 5:09SPEAKER_02: Uh and uh I I uh added different API connections there.
- 5:13SPEAKER_02: Like there was a website called Brave, Brave API.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: It helps your bot to go online and uh do a search on Google.
- 5:23SPEAKER_02: Uh if you are searching like something specific about books, it can go online, read through different comments and get uh get to you uh prepared.
- 5:35SPEAKER_02: When uh uh in when we use ChatGPT, it usually usually gives you information based on already like database of knowledge that it has if you have uh if you use a free version.
- 5:47SPEAKER_02: Uh but that uh mold book helped you to go to internet, research, and uh help you to give you better uh data on which you can uh make like specific decisions.
- 6:01Dr. Laura Purdy: So, how was your experiment or your adventure in AI agent use?
- 6:07Dr. Laura Purdy: Did you did you come out of that with any new wisdom?
- 6:10Dr. Laura Purdy: Because this is the IonWiser podcast.
- 6:12Dr. Laura Purdy: So is there any wisdom in there that you found when you're going out there and making these AI agents and jumping on the bandwagon?
- 6:19Dr. Laura Purdy: How was that?
- 6:20Dr. Laura Purdy: What what lessons did you learn?
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: Oh, uh first of all, that data is super important.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: Data is the most important thing when using AI.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: Like your database, if you uh train your own uh chatbots for the company, needs to be really good because there are a lot of glitches uh with AI.
- 6:40SPEAKER_02: For example, recently I've been cooking.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: Uh I I've been cooking Ukrainian uh dumplings.
- 6:47SPEAKER_02: And uh I didn't want to uh translate um the recipe uh myself, so I used AI and uh I sent the picture of uh from the book to AI and it's translated to me and gave me race uh recipe.
- 7:02SPEAKER_02: And I knew that there uh I needed to add eggs to the recipe.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Okay, but uh uh like I already was finishing the the foo uh the cooking and I thought like I still have eggs, and I asked, like, where should I put it?
- 7:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah Oh, you're right.
- 7:20SPEAKER_02: There was one moment uh like at the beginning, but you needed to add those eggs.
- 7:25SPEAKER_02: Sorry, uh it was my mistake.
- 7:28Dr. Laura Purdy: I so the AI admitted that it left out the eggs and you had ruined Ukrainian dumplings because you didn't have the eggs.
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it wasn't as good, but it still was not bad.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: Not bad.
- 7:42Dr. Laura Purdy: Now I married into a into a family of Ukrainian heritage.
- 7:46Dr. Laura Purdy: Is it the ones that have the cherries inside of it?
- 7:49Dr. Laura Purdy: Because those things are delicious.
- 7:51SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, it's similar.
- 7:53SPEAKER_02: You can put cherries there.
- 7:54SPEAKER_02: Uh in my like you can put potato, you can uh put anything you you want, uh except meat.
- 8:01SPEAKER_02: When you put meat, it's a bit different.
- 8:03SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 8:04Dr. Laura Purdy: I love the cherry ones.
- 8:06Dr. Laura Purdy: Wow.
- 8:06Dr. Laura Purdy: Okay, so you're learning, you're learning at home in a practical way, but it sounds like your your clients, you were mentioning to me that you guys had spent some time with clients out on the West Coast, and your clients are learning some of these lessons the hard way.
- 8:21Dr. Laura Purdy: So, what are you seeing?
- 8:22Dr. Laura Purdy: You you do business development, you talk to a lot of people, you talk to a lot of founders, and all of all entrepreneurs have challenges.
- 8:30Dr. Laura Purdy: We all have challenges that we're working through.
- 8:33Dr. Laura Purdy: But when it comes to the wisdom that these businesses are learning, trying to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, what kind of lessons are they learning the hard way?
- 8:45SPEAKER_02: They want to save money, of course.
- 8:47SPEAKER_02: And a lot of companies are bootstrapping, they don't have a lot of resources.
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: So they start building their product by themselves without even knowing uh like any software engineering skills.
- 8:59SPEAKER_02: Uh so it takes some time before uh like it takes us more time to sign a new client uh because now more and more um are uh trying by themselves.
- 9:11SPEAKER_02: Like they are buying more expensive subscriptions to Cloud, ChatGPT, um Perplexity or any other platforms and building it by themselves.
- 9:20SPEAKER_02: It's good uh to test the product, uh to do the market validation of it.
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: Uh but uh once they uh want to go and start making money or start uh uh searching for investors, it can be a problem for them as uh they don't have a good engineer team.
- 9:39Dr. Laura Purdy: So you you mean because I I mean I would say I use I have a intermediate skill of Chat GPT and I'm living what you're talking about right now.
- 9:50Dr. Laura Purdy: It forgets things.
- 9:52Dr. Laura Purdy: I'll have whole conversations with it, it'll make whole deliverables for me, and then I'll ask it, hey, go back and reference that thing you made for me, and it's magically forgotten the thing that it made for me.
- 10:02Dr. Laura Purdy: So I'm I'm living through some of that right now, but I had no idea that you could use AI to build, to build actually build functioning software.
- 10:11Dr. Laura Purdy: Does it actually work that way?
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: And uh last month, um, as I mentioned, we a lot of people have been using this mold book AI.
- 10:20SPEAKER_02: But uh recently, other AI agent uh um companies like Anthropic and uh Perplexity they created their own um AI agents uh that are better than moldbook.
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: So, for example, you can install uh Cloud and you can get access to Cloud Co-Works, and that Cloud Co-Works uh will work on your computer and um do whatever you tell it to do.
- 10:47SPEAKER_02: For example, order pizza from Domino, it will go on the website, uh, login and order pizza for you.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: Or you can ask uh go through my uh emails and uh find lost opportunities, uh and it will read through your emails.
- 11:04SPEAKER_02: But of course, um there are like concerns with uh security of it, uh as uh everything else.
- 11:13SPEAKER_02: So you uh it's better to work only with AI agent that you trust.
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: Uh how does that work?
- 11:22Dr. Laura Purdy: How do you how do you find a trusted AI agent?
- 11:25Dr. Laura Purdy: I'm not even sure.
- 11:26Dr. Laura Purdy: Like, how how do I know if I can trust my AI agent?
- 11:29Dr. Laura Purdy: That's really interesting.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's I I think it's better not to trust too much information to it.
- 11:37SPEAKER_02: Um, as uh there was uh recently a scandal with uh um OpenAI and Anthropic that uh one of them uh was open to to start a contract with US military so AI can identify the target and help to destroy the targets.
- 11:52SPEAKER_02: And so uh Anthropic uh decided to go away from that deal.
- 11:57SPEAKER_02: And uh ChatGPT, OpenAI, they uh happily accepted it.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: And a lot of people started to move away from ChatGPT and work more with Cloud.
- 12:08SPEAKER_02: And Cloud now is way better than ChatGPT.
- 12:12SPEAKER_02: There uh there is uh um uh you you can code with Cloud, you you can have access to Cloud co-work and you can uh like use it as a chatbot as a chat GPT.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: But I found out it give it gives you better information.
- 12:29SPEAKER_02: It uh it's uh less glitches and uh it it's more smooth, and it's not agreeing with you all the time.
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: Like you know, you're right.
- 12:41Dr. Laura Purdy: I forgot to put the eggs in the recipe.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Whoops! Oops.
- 12:46Dr. Laura Purdy: Have you switched?
- 12:47Dr. Laura Purdy: So you're like the 27th person who's told me I need to switch to Claude, so it sounds like that's in my future.
- 12:53Dr. Laura Purdy: Have you made the switch?
- 12:54Dr. Laura Purdy: Are you did you switch over to Claude?
- 12:56Dr. Laura Purdy: What was that transition like?
- 12:58SPEAKER_02: Uh I just canceled my subscription to uh ChatGPT and switched to Claude as uh it's better.
- 13:04SPEAKER_02: There there are things that um work differently, like style style uh of the text.
- 13:10SPEAKER_02: Um it's a bit different, but it also the cloud is not agreeing with you on everything, it's challenging your ideas.
- 13:20SPEAKER_02: Um, and I like it more than uh AI bot that is just agreeing with you in everything.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: Like, oh, is my friend a good good uh person or a bad person if he did this thing?
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: And uh then ChatGPT, yes, of course, he's the worst person ever.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: You're very good.
- 13:38SPEAKER_02: And uh Claud is asking like questions uh to understand if I was wrong in that situation, not my friend.
- 13:44Dr. Laura Purdy: Wow.
- 13:45Dr. Laura Purdy: Okay, that sounds like a major upgrade and a switch that probably a lot of people should make if they're using Chat GPT.
- 13:52Dr. Laura Purdy: Wow.
- 13:53Dr. Laura Purdy: So the businesses that you're interacting with, the people that you are interviewing, the ones that are doing what you're saying, they're trying to use these AI engines to create software and to build these things on their own before, or rather than instead of hiring professionals to do it for them, what kind of difficulty are they falling into?
- 14:16Dr. Laura Purdy: Have you seen businesses get into trouble for that?
- 14:19Dr. Laura Purdy: Are they entering hardship?
- 14:21Dr. Laura Purdy: Like, what happens when companies try to do that instead of finding professionals to do it?
- 14:28SPEAKER_02: Like you can you can just open their website and instantly you can understand if they used AI to build a website.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: Um Cloud nowadays uh builds a lot of websites and people are selling it, they are building businesses on it, but uh it's almost like the same style.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: You can just go to the website and you can tell that it's it's been built with AI.
- 14:50SPEAKER_02: And when AI is in water, like it it takes uh away like uh some trust from from the company that used it.
- 15:01Dr. Laura Purdy: I'm not savvy enough to know the difference.
- 15:03Dr. Laura Purdy: What are like what kinds of things are you looking for?
- 15:06Dr. Laura Purdy: Or do you know?
- 15:06Dr. Laura Purdy: Like when you're looking at a website, what is it that you see that you can say, oh, they definitely built this with AI?
- 15:12Dr. Laura Purdy: Is it like words, patterns, layout?
- 15:15Dr. Laura Purdy: Like what is it look the same?
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: It looks similar.
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: And until you try a building a website with AI, you you you don't pay attention to it.
- 15:27SPEAKER_02: But once you build uh one website for yourself, you understand who else built it as well.
- 15:34Dr. Laura Purdy: Wow.
- 15:34Dr. Laura Purdy: I didn't know that.
- 15:35Dr. Laura Purdy: So what do you think is gonna happen over the next, I mean, because right now it's it's a AI boom, right?
- 15:43Dr. Laura Purdy: You could say we're in the AI boom, we're the AI revolution, the AI renaissance.
- 15:47Dr. Laura Purdy: What do you predict based off of what you see in your position?
- 15:51Dr. Laura Purdy: What's gonna happen over the next two, three, five, ten years?
- 15:56Dr. Laura Purdy: Is the government gonna regulate it?
- 15:58Dr. Laura Purdy: Are they gonna put rules around these things?
- 16:00Dr. Laura Purdy: Are they gonna stop being so sophisticated?
- 16:03Dr. Laura Purdy: Are they gonna get more sophisticated?
- 16:05Dr. Laura Purdy: What direction is all of this gonna go in over the next decade?
- 16:10SPEAKER_02: I think nowadays it's just um uh competition between the superpowers in the world and uh um it's it would be a bad uh big mistake to stop AI adoption in the United States when uh our competitor China is uh uh using it a lot and improving and getting better and better so they can win the race and they can uh uh become the first superpower in the world if uh US will stop using it or regulate it too much.
- 16:39Dr. Laura Purdy: Yeah.
- 16:40SPEAKER_02: So I think that's that on the table.
- 16:42Dr. Laura Purdy: Have we thought about stopping using it?
- 16:44Dr. Laura Purdy: Like, is that a real conversation that people are having?
- 16:47SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, I actually heard a couple of interviews from Benny Sanders, uh, representative from um I think Democratic Party, or not anymore, depends on the time.
- 16:59Dr. Laura Purdy: I don't actually know.
- 17:00Dr. Laura Purdy: I don't really follow politics, which is a bad thing for me to say in public, but I that's okay.
- 17:05Dr. Laura Purdy: Keep going.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: I I just uh I am not choosing any sites, I'm just telling uh that I heard this uh conversation uh that uh some people want to stop AI adoption because they see a big danger in it.
- 17:20SPEAKER_02: But we already have a lot of AI in our daily lives, so we just need to improve it, uh, become better, and not lose that competition with China or any any other countries that are um getting their own AI agents.
- 17:36Dr. Laura Purdy: You know, I I've lived I've lived long enough that I feel like I've lived through several technological revolutions.
- 17:43Dr. Laura Purdy: Like I remember when we got computers, I remember when we got cell phones, the internet, I remember when we got smartphones, which was different from cell phones.
- 17:54Dr. Laura Purdy: I mean, you name it.
- 17:56Dr. Laura Purdy: I remember when social media first came into existence, it was Facebook and I was in college, and it was only for college things, right?
- 18:02Dr. Laura Purdy: So I don't know that I've ever seen any technological revolution, at least in the US, where we did it and then we pulled back from it and said, hey, we're not gonna do that anymore.
- 18:12Dr. Laura Purdy: So hopefully that's not a that's not a real future that we have where we just stop using the technology that we've already started to adopt.
- 18:21Dr. Laura Purdy: I don't I don't know what I would do.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:24Dr. Laura Purdy: Right?
- 18:25Dr. Laura Purdy: I mean, I hope so.
- 18:26Dr. Laura Purdy: Do you agree?
- 18:26Dr. Laura Purdy: Or do you think there's a real chance that we could just stop using AI?
- 18:31SPEAKER_02: Uh I don't think that we can stop using it now, as uh we have a lot of wars happening in the world, like war in Ukraine, and uh AI is used a lot there, like AI technology, machine learning, uh, to navigate drones.
- 18:47SPEAKER_02: Uh so you don't need to have um anybody uh controlling the drone.
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: The drone can navigate themselves and uh hit the target.
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: Uh so uh these wars that we have now uh they are advancing AI technology and all the other technologies that we have.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Wow, I actually didn't know that.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: Sorry, go ahead.
- 19:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and who will uh have um the best AI technology can uh rule the world later.
- 19:13SPEAKER_02: It looks like that.
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: Or somebody will destroy all the databases and the AI will be uh crashed and we will get back to uh like a few years.
- 19:26Dr. Laura Purdy: Papers, pencils, emails, taking handwritten notes, right, filing cabinets.
- 19:34Dr. Laura Purdy: That's a piece of technology from the past, filing cabinets.
- 19:37Dr. Laura Purdy: Okay.
- 19:38Dr. Laura Purdy: So it sounds like, especially in your industry because you work in technology, so you're right there.
- 19:44Dr. Laura Purdy: And I I work in healthcare, which is right behind you.
- 19:47Dr. Laura Purdy: I mean, obviously, our industry adoption of AI is gonna be a little slower than probably other industries because of how heavily regulated we are, but but it sounds like that you are right there at the forefront, and you're actually talking to a lot of the companies, founders, teams, and technology that are driving, in some instances, actually driving that AI revolution.
- 20:11Dr. Laura Purdy: So here's another question for you.
- 20:13Dr. Laura Purdy: And I'm putting you on the spot a little so you can think about it if you need to.
- 20:16Dr. Laura Purdy: But what's the coolest thing that AI can do that you've seen recently?
- 20:23Dr. Laura Purdy: Like the neatest, coolest thing, even if it has nothing to do with work?
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: Ooh, there is a beautiful web uh platform called No Notebook LM.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: I think it was created by Google.
- 20:38Dr. Laura Purdy: Notebook LM?
- 20:39Dr. Laura Purdy: Like LM?
- 20:41Dr. Laura Purdy: Okay, what does it do?
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: So basically, if you are starting a new position at the company or you're learning some materials that you never seen before, you can send that information to note uh notebook LM and it analyzes uh all the documents that you send and can create uh quizzes for you, uh flashcards, podcasts.
- 21:06SPEAKER_02: It can create a podcast, one hour podcast uh based on your topic.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: Podcast videos, uh YouTube like videos uh like seven minutes, ten minutes long.
- 21:19SPEAKER_02: Wow, like everything, everything that you need to learn it, uh to learn the material.
- 21:26Dr. Laura Purdy: All from documents or materials that you as the as the learner, so you're the learner, you're not the teacher, you're the learner, and you say, Okay, I'm learning a new job.
- 21:37Dr. Laura Purdy: I got a new new job and I want to learn this.
- 21:40Dr. Laura Purdy: Here's all of my training, onboarding, policy, procedure, SOP documents.
- 21:44Dr. Laura Purdy: Teach me notebook LM.
- 21:47unknown: Yeah.
- 21:48Dr. Laura Purdy: Wow, it's an AI teacher.
- 21:51Dr. Laura Purdy: That's cool.
- 21:52Dr. Laura Purdy: Have you used it?
- 21:53Dr. Laura Purdy: Are you using it right now?
- 21:54Dr. Laura Purdy: What are you learning?
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I am I'm using more about like different uh technology.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: That we use at the software development.
- 22:03SPEAKER_02: So I just sent our presentation there, and it creates like podcasts that I can listen while running or video.
- 22:14SPEAKER_02: Just like create material in the way that will be interesting for me to learn.
- 22:22Dr. Laura Purdy: Wow.
- 22:23Dr. Laura Purdy: So you can say, hey, I learn best by hearing lectures, reading flashcards, seeing highlighted notes, listening to a podcast.
- 22:32Dr. Laura Purdy: And it can take your best learning style that you prefer, and it creates a training program or a learning program for you based off of your preferences.
- 22:42Dr. Laura Purdy: Okay, that is really cool.
- 22:44SPEAKER_02: And I like it more than ChatGPT or Claude.
- 22:48SPEAKER_02: Um I've been using Claude, for example, like I send the information there and then been asking some questions with a Cloud um uh audio feature, like a voice audio that uh uh you you can record um uh like like just uh any questions there, and it uh asks uh give you answers or ask you back and you have just a debate or discussion with the cloud.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Huh.
- 23:15SPEAKER_02: But the the problem there was that it it's been forgetting a lot of information.
- 23:20Dr. Laura Purdy: Mine does too.
- 23:21Dr. Laura Purdy: It's so frustrating.
- 23:22Dr. Laura Purdy: I tell it like I just talked to you about this.
- 23:26Dr. Laura Purdy: You're the one that developed the document.
- 23:29Dr. Laura Purdy: Why don't you remember it?
- 23:30Dr. Laura Purdy: I get so frustrated at my non-human AI, and it's like, I'm so sorry.
- 23:36Dr. Laura Purdy: I didn't mean to forget all the things that you told me.
- 23:39Dr. Laura Purdy: Whoops.
- 23:40SPEAKER_02: I never I never got this information before.
- 23:44Dr. Laura Purdy: This is the first I've seen it.
- 23:46Dr. Laura Purdy: I don't have that stored in my internal databases, like, yes, you do, I put it there.
- 23:52SPEAKER_02: Uh I like this though.
- 23:54SPEAKER_02: I want to give you a book recommendation.
- 23:56SPEAKER_02: Uh it's called uh Jim Quick, and the book uh name is limitless.
- 24:02SPEAKER_02: Uh Jim Quick is um uh he's a teacher that helps people memorize, memorize names, uh stories, uh everything.
