Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Imagine being the UK government and scared that
- 0:09Prince Andrew's bitch ass is going to sue you if
- 0:11you assist the FBI in getting him to sit down
- 0:15for some questions. Talk about embarrassing, and talk about an embarrassment.
- 0:20And this was all done because the Queen was so
- 0:23adamant on protecting Prince Andrew, and she went to great
- 0:26lengths to do so, even putting the whole monarchy in jeopardy.
- 0:31And when you talk about the Queen, there's no doubt
- 0:34that she has a legacy right, a legacy to be
- 0:35proud of for the Brits. A lot of people love
- 0:38her over there. But when you look at it with
- 0:41an hdview, for me anyway, the thing that stands out
- 0:45is how she protected Andrew to the very end and
- 0:48how that could end up being the straw that breaks
- 0:51the proverbial camel's back when it comes to the monarchy. Now, look,
- 0:55I understand wanting to defend your kid. I'd want to
- 0:58do the same thing just about any crime, to be
- 1:01honest with you, any crime, But this if my son
- 1:05got in trouble for doing what Prince Andrew was accused
- 1:09of doing. You wouldn't have to worry about the cops,
- 1:12even if you were a grown ass man. It would
- 1:14be belt to ask time and then I'll take you
- 1:17to the police station and turn you over myself. There
- 1:21are some things you can't come back from. Some crimes
- 1:24are not redeemable. And for me, when you hurt children,
- 1:28when you hurt the defenseless, when you hurt the vulnerable,
- 1:31those are the crimes that you cannot come back from.
- 1:35Somebody committed fraud, somebody was a drug dealer. Look, I
- 1:38get it, man, People make bad decisions. Shit happens. I'm
- 1:42not somebody that holds someone's past against them. But when
- 1:45we're talking about the shit that these pieces of garbage
- 1:48were up to, and the fact that they were treating
- 1:50vulnerable girls like Chattel, it's non negotiable. People like that
- 1:54need to go to prison forever. And you're lucky. I'm
- 1:58just saying prison because if I had mine and you
- 2:00were convicted a shit like this, helicopters, volcanoes go pro
- 2:06attached to you, live on pay per view, all the
- 2:08money to the victim's family, The thought of my tax
- 2:11dollars going to make Laine Maxwell have a better life
- 2:14while she's in prison literally sickens me. And the fact
- 2:17that the UK government who didn't have the stones to
- 2:20go after Andrew, well, I'm pretty sure that there's a
- 2:23lot of people in the UK who are pretty sick
- 2:26right now as well. Today's article is from the Irish
- 2:30Son and the headline Andrew turning down FBI's Epstein interview
- 2:34request sparked government fears he would sue if he was questioned.
- 2:38New doc show. Imagine having that kind of power. The
- 2:41government fears that you're going to sue them, so they
- 2:43don't even question you about a crime. Talk about a dream,
- 2:46come Drew. This article was authored by Julia Atherlee. Officials
- 2:53at the Home Office voice concerns that the former Prints
- 2:56could launch legal action at the High Court if they
- 2:58helped the FBI to summon them to testify. According to
- 3:01emails in the Epstein files, I don't even know what
- 3:05to say about that, Honestly, I want to have a
- 3:07bunch of smart ass comments for it, but it's just
- 3:10gross and it really just shines a light on this
- 3:14two tiered system that we live in. People like Prince
- 3:16Andrew whore afforded great rights, they're given everything, they're provided
- 3:22in education, they're provided money, they're provided a future, all
- 3:25on the back of the taxpayer. And it's not good enough.
- 3:28He needs more. I'm still greedy. I need a little
- 3:31bit more. Let me see what Epstein's up to. Maybe
- 3:33I can get a little bit more from him. And
- 3:35on and on it goes, and there's never accountability. Even now. Oh,
- 3:39sure Prince Andrew's embarrassed, he's exiled quote unquote, but are
- 3:46there any real ramifications. Is he going to sit in
- 3:49a jail cell for any extended period of time. I
- 3:53have my doubts now. I hope that the UK turns
- 3:56things around and they do the right thing here and
- 3:58they're an example to everybody. But let's not get carried away.
- 4:03Don't act like the UK system isn't corrupt. It most
- 4:05certainly is. I mean, they'll arrest you for a social
- 4:09media post, but if you're part of a grooming gang,
- 4:11forget it. It's all good. Mister mount Batten, Windsor repeatedly
- 4:17turned down request to attend a voluntary interview to reveal
- 4:20what he knew about the pedophile financier during the US
- 4:23investigation in twenty twenty pro tip. Most guilty people don't
- 4:28want to talk to the FBI. Instead, his lawyers insisted
- 4:32that he would only give a sign written statement and
- 4:34I'll fly to the States or appear via video link.
- 4:38And that's because he didn't want to be challenged. He
- 4:40didn't want to get tripped up, and he didn't want
- 4:42to get caught in a lie. So he'd give you
- 4:44a written document that somebody else wrote for him, and
- 4:49then he just called it his own. I mean, take
- 4:51a look at how he dealt with Emily Maitliss. Can
- 4:53you imagine a seasoned interrogator like we've talked about previously. Now,
- 4:58for those of you who read books, and I know
- 5:00some of you out there still do, you might be
- 5:03familiar with Joe Abercrombie, the author, and he has a
- 5:06character named Sandan Glocta in his books, and the guy's
- 5:09an inquisitor and his job is to get information from
- 5:12people who have crossed the state. And boy, do I
- 5:16wish that that dude was real and that he'd have
- 5:18a few minutes with Prince Andrew's bitch ass. The refusal
- 5:24led to the DOJ submitting a formal demand known as
- 5:27a mutual legal assistant request to the UK Home Office
- 5:31asking them to compel him to speak to him. But
- 5:34the transatlantic summons came to nothing, and mister mount Batten
- 5:37Winsor never spoke to prosecutors and has still never assisted
- 5:41the FBI Epstein probe. Well, that's because he's part of
- 5:44the probe, as I've proven to you time and time again.
- 5:47Now he's not a witness, he's a person of interest,
- 5:50a suspect, somebody that allegedly was involved, and that's why
- 5:54he doesn't want to speak to the FBI. They can
- 5:57color it however they want, they can tell you whatever
- 5:59kind of bullshit story they want, but the truth is
- 6:02what the truth is. Explosive emails uncovered by the Sun
- 6:07could shed some light on why the efforts ultimately failed.
- 6:10Civil servants in Whitehall feared that Blackford's, the law firm
- 6:14used by mister mount Batt and Windsor, would challenge any
- 6:17help they provided to the Yanks in the British court system.
- 6:21How pathetic, How absolutely and utterly pathetic. Imagine being a
- 6:26UK official and getting this request and not doing anything
- 6:29with it. Ah, you know what, We're just gonna sit
- 6:31on it. Who cares about Virginia, who cares about the
- 6:34other girls that were abused. As long as Prince Andrew's safe,
- 6:37as flow as the Queen isn't mad at us, we
- 6:39won't do our jobs. And if you're wondering why we
- 6:42were going so crazy back then, this is why we
- 6:44knew it was bullshit and we knew that they were
- 6:46covering it up. So there's not only a cover up
- 6:49in America, there is a cover up in the UK
- 6:52and both of them are happening right now in real time.
- 6:58In email, states that the UK Home Office expect that
- 7:01once they approve the MLA and refer to the police,
- 7:04that Blackfords will file a judicial review action. In that action,
- 7:09they believe Blackfords will claim that the Home Office failed
- 7:12the follow its internal guidelines on reserving MLA assistance to
- 7:16those instances in which voluntary cooperation is not possible. Loopholes
- 7:21and technicalities the weapons of the rich. You don't have
- 7:26the money to pursue that in court, but they do,
- 7:28and I promise you that's how a lot of these
- 7:30people get off. The loopholes and technicality strategy, that is
- 7:36the strategy of the guilty folks, always has been always
- 7:39will be. Now, Look, I'm not saying you shouldn't use it.
- 7:42When you're battling for your freedom. You got to do
- 7:44whatever you gotta do, and whatever strategy pops up, as
- 7:48long as it doesn't cross the line. Hey, came on.
- 7:52But for those of us who actually follow court cases
- 7:56and follow them religiously, we know exactly what it means
- 7:59when you use loopholes and technicalities, and we know exactly
- 8:03what it means when Prince Andrew's team is threatening to
- 8:06use that strategy. Blackfirds will argue that since they have
- 8:12offered voluntary cooperation as recently as early June, the Home
- 8:16Office failed to properly apply its internal guidelines and the
- 8:19Court should direct the Home Office to vacate its approval
- 8:23of the MLA request and send it back to the
- 8:25US to engage on a voluntary basis with the Prince's team. Yeah,
- 8:29because that's exactly what he was going to do, voluntarily
- 8:32talk to people. Remember, they think you're stupid. Always keep
- 8:38that in mind. When we read these articles, or you
- 8:41read articles or talk about the story, keep in mind
- 8:43that they think you're stupid and they think you're going
- 8:45to buy all the bullshit sihoup nonsense that they're dumping
- 8:49into the arena. They think that the more information that
- 8:51they don't, the more confused people are going to be.
- 8:55And that worked in the old days. It's not going
- 8:57to work anymore because the information is all there now
- 9:01and the people that want to find it, and the
- 9:02people that want to look for it, they have a
- 9:04resource to do so, and it's the Epstein files. And
- 9:08there's a lot of good stuff in there now. Nothing
- 9:11that is going to point directly to what they were
- 9:14up to, but a lot of inference, a lot of
- 9:18wink wink, nudge nudge, and when you put all the
- 9:20pieces together, well, the puzzle that it reveals is really disturbing.
- 9:27The legal fears expressed by the British authorities appear to
- 9:31baffle the American side, who fumed, all we want to
- 9:33do is ask some questions. God forbid, God forbid you
- 9:38bring in the queen's son. That's what this is all about.
- 9:40Keep that in mind. This is about the queen stepping
- 9:43in and telling them the answer is no. The US
- 9:48attorney who led the investigation into Epstein in New York
- 9:51has since claimed that British authorities protected the former Prince
- 9:54during his probe, Jeffrey Berman wrote in his twenty twenty
- 9:58two book, we got absolutely nowhere were they protecting him?
- 10:02I presume someone was, Yeah, Mommy dearest, this epic coward
- 10:06was hiding behind his mother's skirt his whole life. Emails
- 10:10uncovered by the Sun also show mister mount Batton, Windsor's
- 10:13lawyer Gary Bloxam, blasting US prosecutors after they accused the
- 10:16royal of providing zero cooperation. Mister Bloxam, known as good
- 10:22News Gary due to his optimistic outlook, told the DJ
- 10:25that the probe into the former Duke of York was
- 10:28being used only to gather publicity for mister Jeffrey Berman,
- 10:31the US attorney for the Southern District of New York.
- 10:35Oh yeah, I'm sure that mister Berman was just trying
- 10:37to build his cred to do what exactly. He didn't
- 10:41run for public office. He faded away into private life.
- 10:47So mister Bloxam was talking a bunch of bullocks. I
- 10:50think that's what they say across the pond. In a
- 10:55scathing email sent amid the battle to get Andrew to
- 10:58testify in February two, twenty twenty, mister Bloxam said there
- 11:02was no purpose in engaging any further with the legal time.
- 11:06He wrote, in England, prosecutors and investigators try to make
- 11:09sure that the investigation and trial of serious criminal cases
- 11:13takes place in court and non press conferences or publicity battles. Well,
- 11:18you're not in the UK, buddy, This case is going
- 11:20on in America, American rules. When we complained about the
- 11:26way the Duke and we have had been treated by
- 11:29the DOJ, you refuse to apologize, and you have now
- 11:32also gone back on your promise that any arrangement for
- 11:36the interview will be confidential. We cannot advise the Duke
- 11:39to speak to prosecutors who cannot be trusted to deal
- 11:42with them fairly, nor to treat what he says or
- 11:44does confidentially. Sorry, we don't need it confidential. No more
- 11:49of that behind the curtain bullshit. Guess what. We don't
- 11:52trust you, mister Bloxham. We don't trust Andrew, and we
- 11:55don't trust the DOJ full transparency. He reluctantly accepted our
- 12:01advice that in those circumstances there's no purpose to be
- 12:05served in continuing to try to assist further. Finally, we
- 12:11have no wish to engage in any further publicity battle
- 12:14about the DJ's conduct, and for that reason we ask
- 12:17that you treat this email as private and confidential. Further
- 12:21published emails revealed that mister Bloxham feared his client was
- 12:25being treated as a suspect in the proceedings rather than
- 12:28a witness. After his disastrous Newsnight interview in November of
- 12:33twenty nineteen, Andrew stepped back from public duties and in
- 12:37twenty twenty five relinquished the title of Prince had it
- 12:40taken from him? Not relinquished, had it snatched. In February,
- 12:44Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office
- 12:48over Epstein. He has not been charged. A Home Office
- 12:52spokesperson said, our thoughts from man with the victims of
- 12:55Epstein who have lived with unimaginable trauma, and this government
- 12:59will do everything in its power to ensure accountability is delivered.
- 13:03Oh yeah, I'm sure you will. We have a lot
- 13:05of faith in you. Does anyone really believe the authorities
- 13:09in the UK are going to handle their business or
- 13:12do you think that we're just getting the old reach around.
- 13:14I'm gonna say we're getting the old reach around and
- 13:16when all of a sudden done, Prince Andrew is gonna skate. Now, mandelsshon,
- 13:21he might end up in jail, But Prince Andrew, I
- 13:24have my doubts. But I'll tell you what, I'd love
- 13:27to be wrong, and I'd love to show up here
- 13:29and eat a bunch of crow with Prince Andrew's bitch
- 13:32ass sitting in prison. That would be great. I just
- 13:34don't see it happening, But like usual, we'll keep an
- 13:37eye on things and when we have more information, we'll
- 13:40get it added to the catalog. All the information that
- 13:43goes with this episode can be found in the description
