- 1:01Speaker 2: with us inside the tree house. Everything come out okay, Trey?
- 1:07Speaker 1: Yes. That was one of those nature called and I
- 1:14Speaker 1: realized I could not take a message.
- 1:15Speaker 2: You're going to take this call.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Yeah. When you have that feeling and there's like a
- 1:26Speaker 1: hotness to it You know, you have a limited window
- 1:32Speaker 1: to get to the toilet. Yep, yep.
- 1:36Speaker 2: No, I feel you. I had one of those myself
- 1:38Speaker 2: earlier today, so I get it. It's like you... The
- 1:44Speaker 2: older we get, the more armed with wisdom we are.
- 1:51Speaker 2: And part of what comes with that wisdom is knowing
- 1:55Speaker 2: when you're about to... yourself and you've only got a
- 2:00Speaker 2: certain amount of time before you uh before bad things
- 2:04Speaker 2: happen so while uh uh aging does.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Yeah before you're sitting in your own mess and questioning
- 2:14Speaker 1: all your life decisions.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Yeah everything i've done has led me to this moment
- 2:20Speaker 2: where i'm sitting in my own poop But yes, I mean,
- 2:24Speaker 2: the older we get, there are some disadvantages to it,
- 2:28Speaker 2: you know, like the grunting and things when you move around,
- 2:33Speaker 2: especially if you've been sitting for a while. But there
- 2:36Speaker 2: are some good things that come with aging, experience and wisdom,
- 2:39Speaker 2: things like that will hopefully keep you from pooping yourself.
- 2:43Speaker 2: It's knowing the knowing that's what's helpful. If you say so.
- 2:51Speaker 2: All I know is you said, uh, I got to go.
- 2:54Speaker 2: And I knew what you meant. And I was like,
- 2:55Speaker 2: I'll be here. I'll, I'll scroll. I'll scroll Instagram for
- 2:59Speaker 2: a minute. You go take care of what you got
- 3:00Speaker 2: to take care of, buddy.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, that's one of those things, you know, this with,
- 3:07Speaker 1: with age, I've, I've always struggled with regularity and it
- 3:12Speaker 1: gets worse with age. And so I have to take
- 3:14Speaker 1: medicine and sometimes I, it's a coming and there's nothing
- 3:22Speaker 1: you can do about it. So you just make haste.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Before we jump into, uh, a boy's trip question, the, uh,
- 3:32Speaker 2: we started watching the pit recently and I, yeah, loving it.
- 3:37Speaker 2: We are already, we're almost at the end of the
- 3:39Speaker 2: first season and we just started watching it like four
- 3:42Speaker 2: days ago. And if I remember correctly in the very
- 3:45Speaker 2: first episode, one of the new interns or whatever opens
- 3:48Speaker 2: up a curtain and, And on the other side of
- 3:50Speaker 2: it is a large man who had a stomach obstruction
- 3:54Speaker 2: who is now relieving himself, number two, on a bedpan
- 3:58Speaker 2: in the bed. And Darren and I are just like, man,
- 4:03Speaker 2: I get it. You're in kind of an emergency situation. But, man,
- 4:06Speaker 2: I'd be real self-conscious about, A, doing it in a bedpan, and, B,
- 4:12Speaker 2: the only thing separating me and the rest of society
- 4:15Speaker 2: is a sheet, is that little curtain going around the bed.
- 4:22Speaker 2: i look if if it were up to me i
- 4:24Speaker 2: would go into a deep dark cave to do that
- 4:27Speaker 2: somewhere i can you know with good wi-fi obviously somewhere
- 4:30Speaker 2: where i could be completely alone and no worry about
- 4:34Speaker 2: anyone hearing or smelling anything so the idea of having
- 4:38Speaker 2: to poop in the middle of an emergency room.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Yeah have a Have they already introduced the black guy
- 4:51Speaker 1: with the drinking problem? Yes. Yeah.
- 4:55Speaker 2: I think he got his first appearance in the first
- 4:57Speaker 2: episode when they were like, BAC 420. And everyone's like, oh,
- 5:01Speaker 2: my God. And, you know, Noah Wiley's like, yeah, no,
- 5:05Speaker 2: that would kill you and me. But to Louie, that's
- 5:07Speaker 2: just happy hour.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Reminds you of people? It does. Yeah.
- 5:15Speaker 2: It very, very, very much does. Yeah.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Anyway, welcome inside the treehouse. Okay, so you sent a
- 5:25Speaker 2: number of wonderfully juicy things that we get a chance
- 5:28Speaker 2: to talk about today. And the first of which is,
- 5:32Speaker 2: I can tell you right now, if you were to
- 5:34Speaker 2: ask me if I wanted to take a boy's trip
- 5:37Speaker 2: to Thailand, I'm not going. Partly because my wife won't
- 5:44Speaker 2: let me. And also because I couldn't blame her if
- 5:48Speaker 2: she said no. Because if any guy says, hey, man,
- 5:54Speaker 2: you want to take a bros trip to Thailand? I
- 5:57Speaker 2: would be like, why? Like, we could just go camping
- 6:01Speaker 2: or something in Colorado. Why do we have to go
- 6:03Speaker 2: to Thailand?
- 6:06Speaker 1: I mean, it's supposed to be beautiful. And all sorts of...
- 6:10Speaker 1: This is another thing with age. I can think of
- 6:18Speaker 1: reasons why, you know, I'd like to go to Thailand
- 6:22Speaker 1: that are don't, don't involve a morally questionable decisions.
- 6:29Speaker 2: But I'll tell you right now, if you tell people
- 6:31Speaker 2: that you as a 52 year old man, you're going
- 6:35Speaker 2: to do a solo trip to Thailand, people are going
- 6:37Speaker 2: to make some assumptions.
- 6:39Speaker 1: And that's, that's fair. Um, but I, I mean, I would,
- 6:44Speaker 1: I would give it to see, there's a lot of things,
- 6:46Speaker 1: but Yeah, especially if I was 20 years younger and
- 6:51Speaker 1: a bunch of guys were like, hey, let's go to Thailand,
- 6:53Speaker 1: then yeah, you know that legally and morally questionable things
- 7:01Speaker 1: are going to happen.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Now, if I said something like I was going to
- 7:07Speaker 1: some Eastern European country like Lithuania or some place that
- 7:13Speaker 1: have a shortage of men, then.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And hot women didn't know exactly what's going on.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but that doesn't sound as bad as Thailand.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It doesn't. It's the same principle, but no, it doesn't.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, Lithuania doesn't have the same stereotypes associated with it.
- 7:36Speaker 2: And I've seen that things going around social media as well.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I think it was either Lithuania or Latvia. Latvia, yeah. Yeah,
- 7:43Speaker 2: it's like the women in Latvia... outnumbered the men like
- 7:46Speaker 2: two to one and they just can't find anyone to
- 7:48Speaker 2: marry and it's a photo of like these beautiful women
- 7:51Speaker 2: so i get it.
- 7:53Speaker 1: And that's it that's becoming a thing in a lot
- 7:55Speaker 1: of places as our as our birth rates decline uh
- 8:01Speaker 1: and there are more and more articles about how especially
- 8:04Speaker 1: men 50 plus are just choosing to be alone fed.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Up But yeah, going to Latvia to be the one
- 8:15Speaker 2: in the two to one ratio is different than like, hey, bro,
- 8:18Speaker 2: you want to go to Thailand for the weekend, which
- 8:21Speaker 2: is what one guy did. So imagine this. Imagine you.
- 8:26Speaker 2: I love I love these stories. I don't know if
- 8:30Speaker 2: this was a am I overreacting? Imagine you've been with
- 8:33Speaker 2: your boyfriend for two years and you genuinely love each other.
- 8:37Speaker 2: He goes on a boy's trip to Thailand. gets a
- 8:41Speaker 2: new room massage, and pays for sex with escorts. Then
- 8:46Speaker 2: he comes back and tells you everything instead of hiding it.
- 8:51Speaker 2: What would you do? He called it an experience. So
- 8:57Speaker 2: I guess he's trying to justify the action, saying it
- 9:01Speaker 2: was a life experience. That's the reason why I did it.
- 9:04Speaker 2: But I love you, baby.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Shut up. Ha ha ha ha ha. Shut the f
- 9:11Speaker 1: * * * up. Good God, man.
- 9:17Speaker 2: You can tell her you had a great time. You
- 9:19Speaker 2: don't have to tell her you had the best time.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Okay. Play this out, because... No, you don't... I'm trying
- 9:33Speaker 1: to think. It's like, okay, you go for a massage,
- 9:35Speaker 1: and all of a sudden it becomes, you know, there's
- 9:37Speaker 1: a naked woman sliding up and down... on you okay
- 9:44Speaker 1: maybe you say oh wow honey I didn't expect it
- 9:45Speaker 1: I told her to stop.
- 9:47Speaker 2: But it happened so fast and she was so slippery
- 9:50Speaker 2: that I just couldn't you.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Know yeah my my face was down I couldn't see
- 9:53Speaker 1: anything I had no idea she disrobed and was going
- 9:57Speaker 1: to do that. I still, I'm still going to err
- 10:00Speaker 1: on the side of shut the up. But yeah, past that,
- 10:07Speaker 1: because I don't think it matters wherever you, I don't
- 10:11Speaker 1: culture anything. If you pay for sex, it's generally frowned upon. Uh-huh.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Generally.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Yes.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Yes.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I think that is a universal thing that, uh, that, that,
- 10:27Speaker 1: that is going to piss your woman off. If you,
- 10:29Speaker 1: you paid for, for sex. Yeah. I, I, I tried
- 10:36Speaker 1: to think about maybe where, where are these, because I
- 10:39Speaker 1: don't think if you're in the United States, you're going
- 10:42Speaker 1: to just hop on a plane and go to Thailand
- 10:44Speaker 1: for a boy's trip. Cause I, And I think that's
- 10:46Speaker 1: a 14, 15 hour flight, something like that. So I'm
- 10:49Speaker 1: assuming this is European, you know, somewhere that, that away. Yeah.
- 10:57Speaker 1: But why in the would you tell her why? I mean,
- 11:04Speaker 1: unless your buddies, unless there's video that, you know, is
- 11:07Speaker 1: about to be posted online. That's one of those things,
- 11:12Speaker 1: you know, you, you take a blood oath with your friends.
- 11:15Speaker 1: We will never speak about this ever again.
- 11:19Speaker 2: But maybe take that blood oath before you get it
- 11:22Speaker 2: on with tie hookers, because I don't know if I
- 11:24Speaker 2: want to be mixing blood with my boys afterwards.
- 11:29Speaker 1: No one's good. Again, unless you have some, you're a
- 11:33Speaker 1: part of some very odd culture. That's just not something
- 11:36Speaker 1: you brag about.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Yeah. Let's just let's have fun with this. Let's pretend
- 11:41Speaker 2: that this was a boy's trip from from Dallas. We're
- 11:45Speaker 2: both from Dallas. Let's pretend it happened where like the
- 11:48Speaker 2: boy's trip. They left Dallas, went to Thailand. They went
- 11:51Speaker 2: for a week and they came back and the guy
- 11:53Speaker 2: was like, hey, baby, I had a great time. It
- 11:55Speaker 2: was so good. I got an oiled up sex massage
- 11:59Speaker 2: and it was so good. I decided to keep doing
- 12:02Speaker 2: it the whole trip. And it was a great experience.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Five stars on Airbnb. There's practically zero chance of her
- 12:12Speaker 2: finding out what happened. With the exception of, like you're saying,
- 12:16Speaker 2: unless you're being blackmailed by somebody or they got video,
- 12:20Speaker 2: it's going to come out. Because it's not like there's
- 12:22Speaker 2: the chance of your girl running into your Thai Nuru
- 12:27Speaker 2: hooker at Whole Foods. No.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Unless you're going to get blackmailed, And like, if you
- 12:41Speaker 1: use your real name credit card and your buddy's got
- 12:44Speaker 1: pictures and videos of you, shut the up. Yeah.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Don't, don't write a check to the hookers. Don't Venmo them.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Just, you know? Yeah. I mean, did you, did you,
- 13:00Speaker 1: in the memo line of the, of the Venmo, did you,
- 13:04Speaker 1: did you put, you know, hookers and blow? Yeah.
- 13:08Speaker 2: You're not supposed to do that. You don't, you don't
- 13:10Speaker 2: put new room massage. You don't put sex with hookers
- 13:14Speaker 2: in the memo line of the check. When you, first
- 13:16Speaker 2: of all, don't write checks to hookers. I don't even
- 13:18Speaker 2: think they take checks. Um, yeah, there's buddy, buddy, buddy, buddy, buddy, buddy.
- 13:26Speaker 2: I'm not victim blaming here, but I do want to
- 13:28Speaker 2: point out that if your, if, if, if your man says,
- 13:34Speaker 2: Hey baby, me and the boys are going to Thailand
- 13:37Speaker 2: for the weekend or the week, whatever. I don't think
- 13:44Speaker 2: it's just going to be lounging around a pool or
- 13:48Speaker 2: going to that beach from that movie with Leonardo DiCaprio. Yeah, no.
- 13:59Speaker 1: If you're super, if you got a group of guys,
- 14:01Speaker 1: if you were super into history and archaeology, And or chefs. Maybe. Yeah.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I still, I think in general, I think you're going
- 14:15Speaker 1: to need to take your spouse and then you can say, hey,
- 14:19Speaker 1: we're going to spend the days doing archaeology and sightseeing stuff,
- 14:24Speaker 1: but you can just stay at the resort and have
- 14:27Speaker 1: your own massage.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. Look, there are certain boys trips you can
- 14:36Speaker 2: take that really won't come with many questions or assumptions.
- 14:41Speaker 2: I've got a buddy of mine who's big into.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Hunting, right?
- 14:45Speaker 2: And so he's taken a trip. He took a trip
- 14:48Speaker 2: to Argentina a few years ago because they don't have
- 14:53Speaker 2: the same regulations when it comes to dove hunting.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Dove are like locust in Argentina. You can't. So yeah,
- 15:02Speaker 1: it's white wing and it's unlimited. It's legendary hunting. I mean,
- 15:06Speaker 1: that is an experience I hope to have before I
- 15:09Speaker 1: die is to go white wing hunting in Argentina. Because
- 15:12Speaker 1: literally you can shoot as many as you want. You
- 15:15Speaker 1: have a guy with you that you just hand him
- 15:16Speaker 1: the gun. You have multiple guns and they just reload, boom,
- 15:21Speaker 1: back and forth. It's supposed to be one of the
- 15:24Speaker 1: great epic hunting experiences, bird hunting. Yeah.
- 15:28Speaker 2: So, I mean, if you tell your lady, hey, baby,
- 15:31Speaker 2: me and the boys are going to Argentina for dove hunting.
- 15:34Speaker 2: specifically white wing hunting, she's going to be like, cool,
- 15:36Speaker 2: go have fun. She's going to have no interest in that.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Also because Argentina doesn't have the same stereotypes associated with
- 15:43Speaker 2: it that Thailand does. So, whereas if you say, hey babe,
- 15:49Speaker 2: me and the boys are going to Thailand, she's going
- 15:50Speaker 2: to be like, the hell you are. You should be anyway.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I don't know if it still has the same stigma,
- 16:00Speaker 1: but It would almost be like, hey, honey, we're going
- 16:04Speaker 1: to take a boy's trip to Tijuana.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Really?
- 16:09Speaker 1: What are you going to do down there in Tijuana?
- 16:13Speaker 2: Tequila. Uh-huh.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Hookers and blow.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. Also tequila, because one's the drink and one's the
- 16:19Speaker 2: name of the hooker. Yeah, same thing. There are certain
- 16:23Speaker 2: cities where you're going to be like, no, you're not
- 16:24Speaker 2: going to go do that. Tijuana has some certain connotations
- 16:27Speaker 2: to it. If you tell your lady, hey, me and
- 16:29Speaker 2: the boys are going to Vegas this weekend, she's probably
- 16:31Speaker 2: not going to be too excited to hear that either.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Certain things you can get away with when it comes
- 16:38Speaker 2: to boys trip stuff, but others you're asking for trouble.
- 16:41Speaker 2: And if the boys trip is truly epic and you
- 16:45Speaker 2: get to do all the things and all the people
- 16:50Speaker 2: that you wanted to do that you've ever dreamed of,
- 16:53Speaker 2: you don't come home and show her the scrapbook of it.
- 16:58Speaker 1: No. You take some throwaway selfies with some street vendors
- 17:06Speaker 1: and some statues and go, oh, we just looked around.
- 17:11Speaker 2: It was a cultural trip.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Let's get Daniel Cook from Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration
- 17:20Speaker 2: into the treehouse. 833-COOK-DFW is the phone number to get
- 17:24Speaker 2: your free roof. inspection and property review scheduled the website cookdfw.com
- 17:30Speaker 2: i'm going to say some scary words daniel super el
- 17:36Speaker 2: nino and the effect that is going to have on
- 17:43Speaker 2: weather especially in the north texas area.
- 17:47Speaker 1: You know You're right.
- 17:49Speaker 3: And we just are officially in going into the super
- 17:52Speaker 3: El Nino. The reason why is because it's warmer than
- 17:55Speaker 3: a regular El Nino. And it does prelude that we
- 17:59Speaker 3: will have a wetter, higher rain percentage than a normal year,
- 18:05Speaker 3: or shall we say on El Nino. So there are
- 18:09Speaker 3: some differences, speculations, nothing is set in stone. This is
- 18:13Speaker 3: not a guarantee that we're going to have a deluge
- 18:15Speaker 3: of water. for the next year. I mean, that's just
- 18:17Speaker 3: not what it means. Scientific data says, hey, we might
- 18:21Speaker 3: have a wetter than normal.
- 18:23Speaker 1: We could have more storms. It could be just a
- 18:25Speaker 1: lot of rain. We all need to go out and
- 18:27Speaker 1: build arcs. I don't know.
- 18:28Speaker 3: But I mean, be prepared. The moral of the story
- 18:32Speaker 3: is every day you live in North Texas, especially in
- 18:35Speaker 3: North Texas, be prepared. Know how your home is sitting.
- 18:38Speaker 3: Know how your roof looks. Know how your Windows are working.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Know if your doors have holes in them. I mean,
- 18:44Speaker 3: just know your home.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Know your home. Call us out. We want to educate you.
- 18:48Speaker 3: We will come around, walk you around, show you things
- 18:50Speaker 3: that you should know, and then we can help you
- 18:52Speaker 3: with getting them taken care of.
- 18:54Speaker 2: And no pressure, all education. And Daniel and his fine
- 18:57Speaker 2: team at Cook DFW will take care of you, the homeowner,
- 19:01Speaker 2: with very, very gentle hands. I know because I've been

- 20:14Speaker 2: Today is Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026. You want to celebrate
- 20:20Speaker 2: with some birthdays? All right, looking ahead here, it's a big,
- 20:30Speaker 2: big day. Tom Felton is 39. He is probably best
- 20:36Speaker 2: known for playing Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films.
- 20:41Speaker 2: So yeah, keep that in mind. The kid that played
- 20:43Speaker 2: Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films is almost 40.
- 20:49Speaker 2: As if other things on a daily basis don't make
- 20:54Speaker 2: you feel old. That one will. He also had a
- 20:57Speaker 2: turn as a guest spot in the Flash TV series.
- 21:01Speaker 1: I remember that.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Emmy winner from Orphan Black and She-Hulk, Tatiana Maslany is 41.
- 21:10Speaker 1: I never watched She-Hulk.
- 21:13Speaker 2: It was okay. Look, it got seriously review-bombed, and some
- 21:19Speaker 2: people said they hated it, and it's like, well, I mean,
- 21:21Speaker 2: I was okay with it. I didn't love it, but
- 21:24Speaker 2: I certainly didn't hate it. My favorite part is when
- 21:27Speaker 2: she hooked up with Daredevil, and Daredevil had to do
- 21:30Speaker 2: a walk of shame. That was funny. I like that.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Speaking of the MCU, Avengers Endgame returns to theaters this week.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Is it already this week?
- 21:44Speaker 2: It's already this week. I got to get my bladder
- 21:47Speaker 2: ready because the first time I saw it, I purposely
- 21:51Speaker 2: dehydrated myself so I didn't have to pee because that
- 21:54Speaker 2: movie is three hours and three minutes. And now they've
- 21:56Speaker 2: got some additional stuff in it to bridge the Avengers
- 22:00Speaker 2: Endgame directly into the new Doomsday movie coming out in December,
- 22:05Speaker 2: which means the Avengers Endgame movie we go to the
- 22:08Speaker 2: theater to re-see might be slightly longer, which means I
- 22:12Speaker 2: have to dehydrate in advance of the film.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Why can't they do intermissions?
- 22:17Speaker 2: They really should. Please give us a pee break in
- 22:19Speaker 2: the middle, especially in a movie that we've all already seen. Please, please, please.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Because you're really running the risk of getting a UTI.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Well, in this day and age where theaters struggle to
- 22:34Speaker 1: begin with, I don't understand. And most movies are now,
- 22:39Speaker 1: I feel like two and a half hours is kind
- 22:41Speaker 1: of a standard length now. Give everyone a break where
- 22:45Speaker 1: they go pee and then inevitably they'll go to the
- 22:49Speaker 1: concession stand and spend more money. Yeah, I don't.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Yeah, you're absolutely right. Look. I'll go in there and
- 22:57Speaker 2: I'll re-up on snacks. I mean, honestly, if you think
- 23:00Speaker 2: about it, you could go to a 10.30 in the
- 23:04Speaker 2: morning Avengers in-game screening, right? And if they do an intermission,
- 23:09Speaker 2: not only am I going to go to the bathroom,
- 23:12Speaker 2: but I may also just straight up get some lunch
- 23:15Speaker 2: during that break. And I'm absolutely going to spend more
- 23:19Speaker 2: at the concession stand. I don't know why they don't
- 23:22Speaker 2: do it. Three hours and three minutes. I'm trying to
- 23:30Speaker 2: think of movies when we were younger that were considered really,
- 23:35Speaker 2: really long for the time. And the first one I
- 23:40Speaker 2: can think of is Dances with Wolves. That came out
- 23:44Speaker 2: in 1990. That was three hours and one minute. So
- 23:50Speaker 2: two minutes shorter than Avengers Endgame. And I don't remember
- 23:55Speaker 2: if that had an intermission in it or not. But
- 24:00Speaker 2: that was a hugely long movie back then.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Costner was famous. He had a run where he made
- 24:08Speaker 1: some really epically long movies.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:16Speaker 1: That's an interesting question. I'm trying to think what were
- 24:19Speaker 1: considered really long movies at that time.
- 24:23Speaker 2: I mean a three hour movie dances with wolves. That was,
- 24:26Speaker 2: that was unheard of at the time because you're right.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I mean, back in those days it was, it was,
- 24:31Speaker 2: it was pretty drastic for any movie to be over
- 24:33Speaker 2: two hours. Most movies were in like that hour and
- 24:37Speaker 2: a half window.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Two and a half hours was at one point an
- 24:40Speaker 1: extremely long movie.
- 24:44Speaker 2: I need to look up as I remember. I remember
- 24:48Speaker 2: the joy luck club. My mom wanted to watch that
- 24:51Speaker 2: really bad. That came out in 93. Joy Luck Club
- 24:54Speaker 2: was two hours and 19 minutes. And when my mom
- 24:57Speaker 2: made me watch that one night, I thought it was forever.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Titanic was really long.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Ooh, what was the runtime on Titanic?
- 25:09Speaker 1: I know it was over three hours.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Three hours, 14 minutes. You know what's crazy about that, though?
- 25:18Speaker 2: I think I saw that movie like four three or
- 25:21Speaker 2: four times in the theater, along with everybody else, because
- 25:23Speaker 2: by the end of its run, it made the most
- 25:24Speaker 2: money in the history of films.
- 25:29Speaker 1: I feel like JFK was really long, too.
- 25:40Speaker 2: What is it with Kevin Costner and these long-ass movies?
- 25:46Speaker 1: I'm telling you, he had a run.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Yeah, three hours, nine minutes. We're kind of answering our
- 25:52Speaker 2: own question here. The Mailman, I think, was also really long.
- 25:58Speaker 2: The Postman?
- 25:59Speaker 1: The Postman, yeah.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I never saw that one. I think because I was like, no,
- 26:03Speaker 2: I'm good. I don't want to see Kevin Costner deliver mail.
- 26:09Speaker 2: We're kind of answering our own question because Avengers Endgame
- 26:13Speaker 2: doesn't have an intermission and neither did any of these movies,
- 26:17Speaker 2: if I remember correctly. The one movie I do remember
- 26:19Speaker 2: going to that had an intermission was Gettysburg. That was
- 26:23Speaker 2: the Civil War kind of reenactment thing, star-studded cast. And that,
- 26:29Speaker 2: I think, was like a four-hour movie. And it had
- 26:31Speaker 2: a legitimate intermission right in the middle of it, which
- 26:35Speaker 2: at that point it definitely needed. But yeah, Avengers Endgame
- 26:38Speaker 2: back in theaters this weekend. So start getting your bladders
- 26:41Speaker 2: ready now. Are you going to go back to the
- 26:44Speaker 2: theater and see it?
- 26:45Speaker 1: Yes. Same.
- 26:47Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Like I told you, I went back and rewatched everything,
- 26:54Speaker 2: so I am primed and ready to go.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I am going to watch Infinity War, and then
- 27:04Speaker 1: I am going to go see Endgame in theaters. You
- 27:07Speaker 1: know what?
- 27:07Speaker 2: Now that you mention it, I might actually do the
- 27:09Speaker 2: same thing. Even though I just rewatched everything, rewatch Infinity
- 27:13Speaker 2: War to prime myself one last time.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:18Speaker 2: So it's a big week for movies. Other birthdays today.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Scott Baio is 66. Chachi from happy days and Charles
- 27:26Speaker 2: from Charles in charge because he's in charge of our
- 27:30Speaker 2: days and our nights.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Yeah. God, you want to talk about someone who was just,
- 27:37Speaker 1: he had a run of being sex symbol. Is that?
- 27:43Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I think he was.
- 27:46Speaker 1: 80s and 90s, Chachi and Charles. And then his career
- 27:55Speaker 1: just nosedived.
- 27:58Speaker 2: At a certain point, I'm pretty sure Willie Ames said, hey, man,
- 28:01Speaker 2: you need some money. Because at least Willie Ames had
- 28:05Speaker 2: Bible Man money for a little while when Scott Bale
- 28:07Speaker 2: was like, man, I'm hard up.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. And not that I really cared
- 28:16Speaker 1: enough to know. I mean, I know later on people
- 28:19Speaker 1: really didn't like his politics, but his career nosedived long
- 28:22Speaker 1: before then. It really did. And I don't know if
- 28:25Speaker 1: he was just a pain in the ass to work
- 28:27Speaker 1: with or what.
- 28:29Speaker 2: I don't know, but I like to think that Willie Ames,
- 28:31Speaker 2: his co-star on Charles in Charge, I like to think
- 28:34Speaker 2: that Scott Bale was at such a peak of celebrity.
- 28:39Speaker 1: That.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Willie Ames saw so much depraved stuff, Scott Baio did.
- 28:46Speaker 2: He said, I need Jesus, and immediately started doing Bible Man.
- 28:51Speaker 2: I like to think that that's what happened.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Especially if it was Nicole Eggert.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Yep. Doing some weird stuff on that floral print couch.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Other birthdays today. So did I say his actual age?
- 29:06Speaker 2: Scott Baio, 66. Joan Jett is 68. Another phenomenal....
- 29:20Speaker 1: I don't know why I would have thought she was older.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Same here, dude. I'm right there with you. I thought
- 29:25Speaker 2: she was. I love rock and roll. Hate myself for
- 29:30Speaker 2: loving you. Bad reputation. 68 years old.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I'm with you.
- 29:33Speaker 2: I would have believed 78 before 68. I mean, I guess....
- 29:38Speaker 1: I she just kind of looked older and the early
- 29:43Speaker 1: 80s when she was huge clearly she was in her
- 29:47Speaker 1: 20s I'm gonna guess yeah yeah.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Speak speaking of 80s and and not looking great David
- 29:57Speaker 2: Coverdale from Whitesnake is 75 and Oof. Uh-huh. There's a
- 30:05Speaker 2: reason why Tawny Catan opted for the hood of that
- 30:07Speaker 2: car instead of dancing on David Coverdale.
- 30:12Speaker 1: But also, if you want to take one of the
- 30:15Speaker 1: great examples of if you can sing and you're the
- 30:18Speaker 1: lead man of a rock band, you can get any woman.
- 30:22Speaker 1: There were two in the 80s that just personified that,
- 30:26Speaker 1: and that was David Coverdale. Wait, wait, wait, wait.
- 30:28Speaker 2: Don't say the other one. I'm going to write it down.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Hang on.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I'm going to see if I can get there. Oh
- 30:31Speaker 2: my gosh, you're right.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Okay. David. All right.
- 30:45Speaker 2: I got, I got my guess written down.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Rick Ocasek of the cars.
- 30:52Speaker 2: That's what I wrote. I wrote down Rick Ocasek.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Paulina Porizkova.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Rick Ocasek.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Those of you who are younger, Google it. she's that's
- 31:02Speaker 1: not the pictures ever said look bad, but Google Paulina
- 31:05Speaker 1: Poroskova in the eighties of modeling pictures. She was one
- 31:08Speaker 1: of the hottest chicks. I mean, back in the, I don't,
- 31:13Speaker 1: there's something that they really is lost and posters. Yeah.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I mean, eighties posters of hot women and cars were
- 31:24Speaker 1: two things, but Paulina Poroskova. Oh God, was she hot?
- 31:32Speaker 2: Rick Ocasek had no business being anywhere in the same
- 31:36Speaker 2: zip code as her. But not only that, not only
- 31:39Speaker 2: was he in the same zip code, they got married.
- 31:43Speaker 1: And were married for decades.
- 31:46Speaker 2: I think up until he passed away.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I think they had divorced before, but maybe.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Rick Ocasek is one of the most unfortunate looking men
- 31:57Speaker 2: to have ever walked this earth. And he absolutely balanced
- 32:01Speaker 2: it out by being a rock star.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Listen, you don't even have to be, I mean, number
- 32:08Speaker 1: three on that list for me would be Lyle Lovett.
- 32:09Speaker 1: I mean, he got Julia Roberts. And it primed Julia Roberts.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Yeah, still one of the great mysteries of humans. How
- 32:19Speaker 2: Lyle Lovett landed primed Julia Roberts.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Man, if you can sing.
- 32:25Speaker 2: It's true. That is one thing if you have kids,
- 32:28Speaker 2: especially if you're trying to impart some things to your son.
- 32:32Speaker 2: You can be like, look, daddy's going to be straight
- 32:37Speaker 2: with you. You are not good looking. I don't care
- 32:40Speaker 2: what your aunt whatever says. But there is a fix
- 32:47Speaker 2: for your affliction. It's called music. It doesn't matter how
- 32:51Speaker 2: ugly you are. If you can sing and or play guitar...
- 32:56Speaker 2: you will be just fine.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Or piano.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Piano also is, uh.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I, I, I, my, my first thing is, let's see
- 33:06Speaker 1: how you swing that golf club.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Nope.
- 33:08Speaker 1: You're not that good. Get in front of that piano.
- 33:11Speaker 2: That's right.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Piano, guitar, take your pick. And then you're going to
- 33:15Speaker 1: take some voice lessons. Yep.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Tickle them keys. Cause you know, you know, who else
- 33:20Speaker 2: is not the greatest looking Brian Adams dude is riddled
- 33:23Speaker 2: with acne scars. Doesn't matter. doesn't matter. Because if you
- 33:31Speaker 2: can tickle keys, you can tickle women.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Elton John got a woman and he's gay!
- 33:41Speaker 2: Music definitely is a miracle worker. Sorry, if my eyes
- 33:49Speaker 2: start watering, it's because someone in this apartment building is
- 33:52Speaker 2: cooking something with mega garlic in it, and I don't Oh, God,
- 33:56Speaker 2: that is strong.
- 33:58Speaker 1: That's early for you're on the West Coast.
- 34:02Speaker 2: That's.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Right now. Yeah. At the time we're recording this, it
- 34:08Speaker 2: is eight fifty six in the morning, Seattle time where
- 34:11Speaker 2: we are currently. And someone is cooking something with hella garlic. Oh,
- 34:15Speaker 2: my God. It it smells like someone is roasting garlic
- 34:20Speaker 2: and I'm in the oven with it. That's how I
- 34:23Speaker 2: I'm not embellishing this. This is some strong ass garlic.
- 34:30Speaker 1: All right. Sorry.
- 34:33Speaker 2: This is really throwing me.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Okay.
- 34:37Speaker 2: Well, it's better than the homeless smell I smelled earlier. Oh!
- 34:42Speaker 2: That reminds me. We have some really stupid criminal stories
- 34:48Speaker 2: to share with you, but I kind of feel like
- 34:51Speaker 2: I need to tell you about the thing I saw yesterday.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Okay.
- 34:55Speaker 2: Okay. I believe I have now seen it all. I
- 35:01Speaker 2: have seen everything this planet has to offer.
- 35:05Speaker 1: That is a bold statement. It is.
- 35:09Speaker 2: But on a Sunday morning walking the dog, when you
- 35:15Speaker 2: see a cross-dressing homeless man, I really do feel like
- 35:22Speaker 2: you've seen it all. Because I look up, And I
- 35:27Speaker 2: see this man with long grayish hair and a grayish beard.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Remember the bitter beer face guys from the beer commercials
- 35:39Speaker 2: back in the day? And he looked like bitter beer face.
- 35:46Speaker 2: And he was wearing a spaghetti strap tank top and
- 35:50Speaker 2: a teal skirt.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Daniel, I hate to deflate your, your big experience. But
- 36:00Speaker 1: I see that almost daily.
- 36:03Speaker 2: You live in a different neighborhood than I do. That
- 36:08Speaker 2: is very true. I, I, uh, but the bears you see,
- 36:12Speaker 2: are they typically homeless?
- 36:14Speaker 1: Oh, these aren't.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Yes.
- 36:17Speaker 1: The, the, there are about four or five, um, cross
- 36:25Speaker 1: dressing crazy. I don't know if they're trans or, or
- 36:28Speaker 1: what I, I, I, but, and a couple of them
- 36:33Speaker 1: are very tall men that are in typically skirts and,
- 36:36Speaker 1: and tube tops. And it just, and you know, sometimes
- 36:43Speaker 1: they're yelling at themselves on the corner and sometimes they're
- 36:47Speaker 1: strutting across up and down and across Cedar Springs and, and,
- 36:52Speaker 1: you don't know if they're, they're crazy or high or what,
- 36:54Speaker 1: but yeah, that's, I, it's so commonplace. And I thought
- 36:59Speaker 1: I'd told a story, but one time I saw a,
- 37:04Speaker 1: what I would assume was going to be a homeless
- 37:07Speaker 1: black man in a skirt and stiletto heels and walking
- 37:14Speaker 1: down the street, pushing a pink grocery cart. And my
- 37:19Speaker 1: first thought is where do you get a pink grocery cart?
- 37:23Speaker 2: You are really, really jaded. Like, is there a new
- 37:29Speaker 2: store I need to know about?
- 37:30Speaker 1: Yeah. Target rebrand?
- 37:36Speaker 2: The red was too aggressive. We decided to go with
- 37:40Speaker 2: more of a pink thing. It wasn't the most amazing
- 37:44Speaker 2: thing I've ever seen, but it did make me do
- 37:47Speaker 2: like a triple take.
- 37:48Speaker 1: I remember my first time, and it is an interesting
- 37:51Speaker 1: sight to behold.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Part of what's weird about it, though, is when you
- 37:55Speaker 2: see a homeless man who's wearing women's clothing, I don't
- 38:00Speaker 2: immediately think that he's trans or just cross-dressing or anything.
- 38:05Speaker 2: I don't know if he's doing it because he really
- 38:09Speaker 2: wants to feel pretty or if it's because that's the
- 38:14Speaker 2: only thing they had in his size at the Goodwill
- 38:17Speaker 2: and he was just desperate. I didn't ask. I didn't
- 38:25Speaker 2: ask him.
- 38:28Speaker 1: You know. Never forget the tales of side pocket and
- 38:33Speaker 1: we'll just leave it at that. Oh, God.
- 38:38Speaker 2: I could have done without that memory grenade.
- 38:45Speaker 1: You know what?
- 38:46Speaker 2: Let's cleanse our palate with a cereal foot sniffer. A
- 38:52Speaker 2: horny serial foot sniffer whose DNA was found on a
- 38:55Speaker 2: shoelace is back on the streets. Jesus Christ. A horny
- 39:04Speaker 2: serial foot sniffer who requested to sniff the feet of
- 39:08Speaker 2: girls has been jailed, but he's already back on the streets.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Alexander Scott Bowens, 24, was arrested in March of 2025
- 39:16Speaker 2: following multiple reports of a man sniffing and touching girls' feet.
- 39:20Speaker 2: He would approach his victims, engage them in conversation about
- 39:23Speaker 2: their feet or shoes, compliment them, and then seize their
- 39:26Speaker 2: foot and start sniffing it. An initial police investigation in
- 39:32Speaker 2: 2022 followed reports in January, March, and May. Despite launching
- 39:36Speaker 2: an EFIT appeal and identifying potential suspects, UK police stated
- 39:42Speaker 2: there was an insufficient evidence to charge anyone in relation
- 39:46Speaker 2: to the foot sniffing incident. Oh, my God. The case
- 39:49Speaker 2: was shelved until March of 2025 when two more reports
- 39:53Speaker 2: were made by girls accosted under similar circumstances. This guy
- 39:59Speaker 2: emerged as a new suspect and was arrested March last year.
- 40:02Speaker 2: Then out on bail, he received two additional reports of
- 40:07Speaker 2: girls being approached on New Year's 2025. And then another
- 40:11Speaker 2: girl approached January of this year where he's trying to
- 40:16Speaker 2: sniff their feet.
- 40:20Speaker 1: There are things that I simply will never understand. Foot
- 40:25Speaker 1: fetishes are one of them. I, there are a few
- 40:31Speaker 1: body parts that I think are uglier than feet. And
- 40:34Speaker 1: I just, I just don't understand that. And I honestly
- 40:38Speaker 1: think most people who have foot fetishes probably should be
- 40:41Speaker 1: locked up.
- 40:43Speaker 2: That's a bold take, Trey.
- 40:46Speaker 1: It's so weird.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Look, I'm not anti-feet, but I'm definitely not a foot worshiper. Like,
- 40:59Speaker 2: if certain things are happening and Tara sticks her foot
- 41:03Speaker 2: in my face, I might lick it a little bit,
- 41:06Speaker 2: but I'm not going weird on it. I'm not going crazy.
- 41:08Speaker 2: I'm not going like, oh my God, feet. That's just.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yeah. There's... Yeah, that's all fine, but it's not like
- 41:24Speaker 1: that's what gets you off. That's where the people that
- 41:32Speaker 1: really have foot fetishes, and that arouses them. There's just
- 41:36Speaker 1: something weird about that.
- 41:38Speaker 2: I will say, though, because like with any sort of fetish,
- 41:41Speaker 2: I think that there are degrees, right? So it's one
- 41:46Speaker 2: thing to be into feet, like, ooh, I like how
- 41:48Speaker 2: your feet looks, or taste, whatever. I don't really know.
- 41:51Speaker 2: I'm just kind of spitballing here. Pardon the pun. Uh,
- 41:55Speaker 2: like you might just be really into feet. Like you
- 41:57Speaker 2: love the way they look, or you want the foot
- 41:58Speaker 2: to touch you in a certain, um, you know, arousing fashion.
- 42:03Speaker 2: But I wonder if the normal foot fetish people look
- 42:07Speaker 2: at some of the more, um, um, I'm not even
- 42:14Speaker 2: sure how to like the word I'm trying to think of, like,
- 42:17Speaker 2: does a normal foot fetishist look down on a person
- 42:23Speaker 2: who wants feet like done to them in certain way
- 42:27Speaker 2: i'm dancing around this way too much uh because i
- 42:30Speaker 2: don't know how to say it do normal foot fetishes
- 42:34Speaker 2: look down on the foot fetishists who say take that
- 42:38Speaker 2: foot and put it in my ass like is that
- 42:42Speaker 2: is that too far for some feet people.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I don't know. Did this just become a therapy session
- 42:49Speaker 1: for you, Dan?
- 42:52Speaker 2: No, we're not talking about me, Trey.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Are you sure? Pretty sure.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Pretty sure.
- 42:59Speaker 1: First of all, you said normal foot fetish. And again,
- 43:02Speaker 1: I just, I don't think... Again, there's... I love a
- 43:08Speaker 1: good pedicure. They'll rub your feet. Cool. I'm all for that.
- 43:13Speaker 1: But again, if you get a.
- 43:18Speaker 1: If I see a woman, women can look really hot
- 43:20Speaker 1: in a pair of shoes. Cool. Yeah.
- 43:23Speaker 2: But it's not like you're looking at her feet and saying,
- 43:25Speaker 2: I love your feet. Can you put them in my ass?
- 43:28Speaker 1: Right. Yeah. If, or like I've never, if you desire
- 43:36Speaker 1: a foot job, that's weird to me.
- 43:40Speaker 2: That is always so odd to me when that happens.
- 43:43Speaker 2: When you're like watching, you're just like, Really?
- 43:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Cause like, cause like most guys complain about a hand job.
- 43:50Speaker 2: You really think a foot job's going to be any better?
- 43:53Speaker 2: If anything, it's going to be worse. It's going to
- 43:56Speaker 2: be awkward and clumsy and, and she may kick it
- 43:58Speaker 2: a couple of times. Yeah.
- 44:00Speaker 1: That's no, no, thank you. But I, I just, and,
- 44:07Speaker 1: and if you're a serial, if, if, if you have
- 44:11Speaker 1: not been labeled a serial foot sniffer, I think this
- 44:17Speaker 1: is where we need to re-examine justice systems and realize
- 44:19Speaker 1: that this is just going to be nothing but a
- 44:22Speaker 1: problem from here on out.
- 44:27Speaker 2: It's kind of like with serial killers. They usually start with,
- 44:30Speaker 2: you know, like animals and things. If, if you're a serial,
- 44:33Speaker 2: if you're a, if you're a horny serial foot sniffer,
- 44:37Speaker 2: I think it's okay if we put you in some
- 44:38Speaker 2: sort of special facility. Yeah. That makes sense to me. Yeah.
- 44:42Speaker 1: You, you, you need serious help and treatment and, and,
- 44:50Speaker 1: You need help. Let's just say. And I don't even
- 44:57Speaker 1: know how to help him.
- 45:04Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 45:04Speaker 1: I got nothing. Yeah, I'm.
- 45:09Speaker 2: It's the whole foot fetish thing has turned me off
- 45:11Speaker 2: so much. I can't even think of a good punch
- 45:13Speaker 2: line to get out of this.
- 45:15Speaker 1: I can't either. I'm trying and you know.
- 45:20Speaker 2: The only thing more awkward than the end of this
- 45:22Speaker 2: show is a foot job. See, I saved it. There
- 45:28Speaker 2: we go.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Yeah. If you've ever uttered the word, put your toe
- 45:31Speaker 1: on my ass, you have a problem. Yeah.
- 45:35Speaker 2: On what date does that conversation happen?
