Durham Exchange Club Industries just celebrated its 60th anniversary with a big bash, marking six decades of transforming lives for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Starting in 1966 with just $4,000, three staff, and five clients, DECI has grown into a powerhouse nonprofit with a production center, veteran partnerships, and over 50 competitive job placements last year.
